Oh, girl. I'm not sure where today came from but everything felt great and almost light, even these 85% 3x3 #deadlifts . I think I have been over doing my warm ups and fatiguing myself before even getting to a top set. So, today I backed off my warm up a bit and I might be on to something 🤔 I followed a suggestion from the all knowing @gritbarbell.jp for my stance and I think my body has finally fallen into a sweet groove with it. Vid 1: 2/3x4 @ 215lbs This was a rep PR for this weight for sure! I was giddy afterwards, especially considering my warmup at 205 was... not good. Vid 2: 3/3x5 at a smooth 108lbs. While this wasn't anything to write home about I typically struggle with heavier bench/higher reps as the week draws to a close.
