My fave 3 looks for no reason!! 1! 2! 3!
#i kept seeing tier lists of ppl ranking outfits so it made me wonder#do *I* have fave outfits?? and these three came to mind#i classify them as fave because after seeing them for the first time...#my initial thought was WOW YOU LOOK GOOD#the second thought was I MUST HAVE YOU#so these 3 outfits triggered an all consuming need ON SIGHT#which overrode all existing biases. i was enamoured. i craved them#maid blade is ALWAYS NUMBER ONE#He looks gorgeous he's got concealed weapons and he's also adorable#for kuya i think it was his enormous meme potential. speaking to me subconsciously. i can't explain why i like this fit#Edmond? it was the vacuum sealed butt that sealed my fate. corset and heels coming in second#that booty. i cannot resist his pretty. why is he always so pretty#nu carnival blade#nu carnival kuya#nu carnival edmond

A/N: Happy birthday to the one, the only, my beloved Namjoon! I love this man so much, so I had to combine him being the most perfect and swoonworthy human along with one of the most romantic moments to air on network TV: MerDer’s Post-It wedding. Their vows to each other include a combination of MerDer’s vows from season 5 episode 24, Burke’s vows to Cristina in season 3 episode 25, and Trivia:Love lyrics to make the perfect heart-stopping combo. I wrote this while watching Grey’s in the car, all credits go to Shonda Rimes and Namjoon for being geniuses tho.

The high pitched “ping” of your pager echoes through the empty break room. Letting out a groan, you sink to the floor. Would you ever be able to catch a break these days? Life as a surgeon seemed non-stop, limitless, and all-consuming. Every day brought on the thrill of exciting new cases and saving lives, but you found yourself missing those quiet moments that brought stability and security in your life. The moments that helped show you that you had a home and a life to go back to. Which is why today, of all days, was so important.
You hear the soft click of the door unlocking behind you as footsteps tap on the tile floor.
“Are you ready to go?” a deep voice asks. Turning around, you’re met with a sight for sore eyes: Namjoon in a perfectly pressed midnight blue suit and tie, hair gelled back, dimples popping as he greets you with a smile. He holds out your coat and outfit towards you.
You look towards him listlessly, sadness filling your eyes.
“I just got a page right now, that patient we saw before needs to go back into surgery,” you sigh, showing him the blinking red light.
“I know,” Namjoon reaches out a hand to rest on your slumped shoulders. “The CT showed a re-bleed. I’ll page Yoongi and ask him to take care of it.”
“Oh no, really? You should go back in and check then,” you respond, gently pushing him towards the door.
“I would, but then I have to go check in on Jungkook’s mother after she had that terrible fall. He says he doesn’t trust anyone but me to take care of her. Maybe we can both do that together and then go to city hall,” he explains softly.
“No,” you groan. “Because then we have the board meeting afterwards for the hospital. You know Taehyung is going to chew our heads off if we’re not there to protect him from the wrath of his parents and the entire board of trustees.”
Running through the various ways to tackle the situation at hand, you resign yourself to another chaotic day on the job.
“How about,” you respond, thoughts running at the speed of light, “we tell the nurses and the team to prep the patient, we’ll run to city hall and do it once we come back.”
“___,” Namjoon begins, but you press a finger to his lips to cut him off.
“There’s no time, Namjoon,” you shush. “We have to get moving. We’ll go to city hall, come back, you’ll check on Jungkook’s mom, I’ll go hype up Taehyung and tell him that he’s going to be the next head of pediatric surgery, no matter what his parents say, and then we’ll tackle the patient-“
“___,” Namjoon grips you by the shoulders. “We can always do this some other day.”
“There is no other day!” you yell exasperatedly, waving your hands in the air. “Every day is like this. I love you, and I do want to marry you today, but there is no time.”
Namjoon catches your wrist in the air, enclosing his large palm over your own. He takes a step towards you, bringing his other hand to rest on your cheek.
“___,” he says, his deep voice rumbling gently. “Can you find me a piece of paper?”
“Namjoon,” you groan, frustrated that he’s not taking this as seriously as you are. There’s no time for these antics, the two of you had countless surgeries and follow-ups waiting on your schedule. “For what?”
“We made a promise that we wanted to commit the rest of our lives to each other. To do that, we need to makes vows to each other. Marriage is a commitment, and it’s a contract. Who says we need to be somewhere specific to sign it together?”
You roll your eyes at how stark and serious he seems to be in this moment. This is far from even the modest city hall wedding the two of you had managed to squeeze into your busy schedules. Reaching into the pocket of your white coat, you rustle around the pens and highlighters and gum wrappers to find a stack of Post-It notes. The soft, happy glint in his eyes manages to bring a small smile to your face.
Namjoon lets out an exhausted groan as he slumps back into one of the plastic chairs, dragging you into his lap with him.
“Ok,” he breathes softly, taking the Post-Its from your hand. “Now let’s make our promises.”
Taking the pen from your pocket, your messy scrawl adorns the Post-It as you read aloud your words.
“Promise that we’ll always love each other, even when we hate each other. No running, no walking out on each other. That we’ll take care of each other, even if one of us becomes old and senile, and has to spend their life on a hospital bed.”
Namjoon’s eyes fill with tears as he listens to you speak the words aloud, smiling as you don’t even notice that your voice begins to crack when you make this covenant. Reaching out, he brushes the frizzy strands of hair that have fallen loose from your hairstyle out of your face.
“My turn,” he whispers, taking the pen from your hands, and turning over to a new Post-It as he hands you yours.
He quickly scrawls two words on the Post-It, the black Hangul lettering causing you to raise your eyebrows at what he could possibly mean.
“___,” he chokes out, eyes becoming misty. “You make I to an O, you make live to a love. In Korean, 사람 (saram) is the word for person, and 사랑 (sarang), is the word for love. You were the person that taught me how to love. I live so I can love you today, and every day we’ve had before, and every day we’ll have after. I’m a surgeon: I stitch bodies together and take them apart, I hold people’s heart in my hands. And today, I promise to give you my heart, and lay it in your palms. You’re my person.”
“This is forever,” he finishes, signing his name at the bottom the post it and holding it out to you.
“This is it then, huh?” you smile, scribbling your name next to his. “A wedding on a Post-It?”
“And now, I can kiss you,” Namjoon’s palms cup your jaw, leaning in as your lips meet, and pure euphoria floods your veins at the thought that this brilliant man is finally yours.
Namjoon lovingly sticks both Post-Its into your respective cubbies, just in time for the loud knocking on the door of the break room to cause the both of you to jolt.
“Namjoon! ___!” Yoongi’s gruff voice calls out. “Where have the two of you been?”
Namjoon creaks open the door, slipping on his white coat over his suit as he ushers you outside.
Yoongi’s face is stern, but his eyes sparkle with mirth at the discovery of catching you both alone in there.
Giving Yoongi a wink, Namjoon slips an arm around your waist and leads you away, making sure to turn back and tell his older colleague:
“That’s Dr. and Dr. Kim to you now, Dr. Min.”

5 times Nina was the caretaker and the one time he needed one (Ninex) - ImposterZoe
AN: Trigger Warning for Panic Attack and a short mention of depression. Along with Bets. IZ
1.)
"Ninaaaa," The voice on the other end of the phone croaks.
"Plastique? What's wrong? You sound awful!" Nina exclaims.
"I feel awful. I think I have the flu or something."
Nina frowns, his instincts kicking in.
"I'll be right there." He hangs up before Plastique can say anything else. Finding his way to the nearest store, Nina stocks up on sick care stuff, like medicine and soup.
He then makes way over to Plastique's hotel room, banging on the door.
After a minute or so, the door creaks open, revealing a pale and shivering Plastique.
"Oh you poor thing. You're worse than I thought." Nina leads the smaller man back to bed, laying him down. The sick man's eyes shut as soon as he's down. Pulling out the thermometer he bought earlier, he slips it into Plastique's mouth.
Somehow Nina stays calm when he finds out Plastique has a fever of 101.3, and that's just barely.
Mind going into overdrive, Nina remembers reading something that said cooling someone with a fever is better than bundling up.
He hastily rids Plastique of his shirt. Nina's unbuttoning his pants when he hears a feeble, "At least buy me dinner first," come from above him.
As he yanks the pants off, he gives Plastique a soft smile.
"Speaking of dinner, have you eaten today?"
He shakes his head. "I'm not hungry and even if I was my throat hurts too bad." Plastique give a rough cough. "And why'd you strip me? I'm cold."
Nina frowns, feeling Plastique's forehead. "You have a pretty high fever. Being cold is good. But you have to eat something so you can take medicine."
Oh yeah. Nina was in full Mama Bear Mode.
He quickly heats the soup up in the microwave, instructing Plastique to drink the juice shoved in his hand 30 seconds prior.
Nina slowly feeds the other man, occasionally asking questions.
How long have you felt this way?
"I woke up like this."
Do you know anyone else who's been sick?
"Ariel."
Any other symptoms?
"My head hurts."
Why'd you call me?
"I knew you'd take care of me."
How'd you know that?
"You take care of everyone."
Nina considers this as he hands Plastique more juice and some pills.
"Your fever broke a couple minutes ago. These should make you feel even better but they're going to knock you out for awhile."
Plastique gives a tiny smile as he takes the pills.
Almost immediately the man gets sluggish.
"Thanks...Nina." He breaths out as he falls asleep, his head falling on Nina's shoulder.
Nina just brushes Plastique's hair back.
"Anytime."

"Nina can I talk to you?" Brooke calls.
Nina nods, walking over to his friend.
Although he was kind of shocked when Brooke roughly grabbed his arm and dragged him to the bathroom, locking the door behind them.
"Sooo…. What's up?" Nina wonders.
Brooke jumps up on the counter and stares at the ground.
"I broke up with Vanjie last week," he whispered.
Dammit, I owe Yvie 10 bucks, Nina thought.
But all he says is, "Why? You two were so good together."
Brooke starts to cry and Nina rushes over, pulling him in for a hug.
"Hey, it's ok. You wouldn't have done it if you didn't think it was for the best."
Brooke sniffed and pulled away.
"The best for who? I… We were happy together. We were in love. And we broke up because I wanted the freedom to find random trade in a club." Brooke wipes his eyes, his sadness replaced with self-loathing.
Nina grabs Brooke's shoulders and shakes him slightly.
The last thing Nina needs is for Brooke to go into that dark place in his head Nina spent so long getting him out of.
"So you're mad that you left a relationship you got bored in? If you had stayed, you might've ended up cheating. How would that be fair to Vanjie?"
"Well it wouldn't but-" Nina cut him off.
"No buts. You did the right thing and left before it got to that point. That takes strength. Or stupidity. And let's be honest, you have plenty of the latter."
Brooke burst out laughing, punching Nina's shoulder.
"Made ya smile!" He cries happily.
Brooke laughs some more but gives Nina a hug.
"Thanks Nina. Talking to you always makes me feel better." Brooke beams up at his friend
Nina smiles back at him.
"Anytime. And make sure you don't fuck up your friendship with Vanjie, ok? The tension would kill everyone."
"You got it." Brooke walks out of the bathroom, leaving behind a very self-satisfied Nina.
Then all of a sudden a voice came from the last stall.
"You know you owe me 10 bucks, right?"
"This is why I call you Yvie the Eavesdropper." Nina responds. "And yes. I know I owe you 10 bucks."
Nina leaves the bathroom to Yvie cackles.
3.)
"Can I talk to you?" Scarlet whispers in Nina's ear. It's just after a gig and Nina's exhausted.
But still, he nods and allows Scarlet to lead him to his room.
Sitting tiredly on the bed, he gestures for Scarlet to start.
Scarlet takes a few deep breaths, a deep blush covering his face, before blurting out, "I slept with Yvie!"
"Dammit!" Nina yells. Scarlet looks at him in shock.
"What?!"
"Nothing. Thinking about something else." I owe A'keria 20 bucks! I could've sworn Yvie had a thing for Brooke! Dammit!
"So… how was it?" Nina ask after a second.
Scarlet blushes harder and falls back on the bed.
"It was amazing! He's so sexy and dominating but caring at the same time. Best sex I ever had, hands down."
Nina laughs at Scarlet's rambling, not even bothered by the immense oversharing.
Eventually curiosity got the best of him and he asked some questions.
"So what's going to come from this?"
Scarlet stopped his rambling and shot Nina a confused look. Nina decided to clarify.
"Was it a one time thing? Are you friends with benefits? Are you dating? What's the outcome here?"
Scarlet just shrugged. "Well I woke up before him and left. We haven't talked about it. Actually we haven't talked much in general."
Nina had noticed the two not hanging out as much but hadn't really thought much about it.
"Well, what do you want from this Scarlet?"
Scarlet didn't hesitate. "I want him to be my boyfriend."
"Then leaving that morning then not talking to him wasn't the smartest move. He probably thinks you regret it. You need to talk to him. "
Scarlet promptly jumps up and heads out the door.
"Woah, where are you going?" Nina called after him.
"I'm gonna go talk to him. Duh," he called back. Then he was gone sprinting around the corner. Nina just sighed and sleepily made his way to his room.
[The next morning]
As Nina walks into the lobby, he is quickly blindsided by a pair of arms gripping him tight.
"Oh Nina," Scarlet whispers in his ear, "Thank you."
Not entirely sure what he did, Nina just give his normal response.
"Anytime."
Then, Scarlet runs to where Yvie's waiting, leaning up to kiss the man.
Oh. That's what he did.
"I knew it! Pay up Nina!" A'keria screams behind him, catching the couple's attention.
Nina just sighs as he pulls a twenty out of his wallet. At least they were cute together.

"Are you ok, Yvie?" Nina wonders as he walks toward the younger man, who was bent over a garment and glaring at it like it offended him.
"No! This dress ripped during the show and I can't seem sew it right. My latest sketch just won't work right, but I still need it sewed and done by next week or I'll be short an outfit, I haven't had the chance to sort anything out," he gestures wildly to his cluttered table, "and in trying to do all this I haven't slept in two days! And me and Scarlet are fighting!" He slumps forward, letting his head carefully hit the table.
"But besides that I'm fine. How about you, Nina?"
Nina simply leans forward and carefully rubs Yvie's back, working out the knots.
He did this often and within seconds, Yvie was out like a light.
"Never fails." Nina mumbled as he puts Yvie over his shoulder, carrying him and laying him out on the couch in the corner of the room. Throwing a coat over him, Nina makes his way back to the table.
He'd known Yvie long enough by now to know how he liked things done. Slipping his headphones in, he got to work.
First he undos Yvie's stitching, (he really couldn't sew it correctly), and carefully redid it. After a couple missteps, the rip was successfully sewed back together.
He then ripped a piece of paper out of his own sketchbook and placed it over Yvie's sketch.
After contemplating a second, he pulled out his laptop and turned the brightness all the way up.
Somehow he manages to carefully trace the sketch.
After he gets the rough draft copied, he places himself in Yvie's shoes and dutifully works on the sketch. It's nearly an hour later when he finishes but at the very least, it'll give Yvie ideas. Placing his copy next to the original on chair, he sets his sights on the table.
This was probably going to be the hardest, most time consuming part. But as he glances at Yvie's exhausted face, he just decides to buckle down and get it over with.
Grabbing a tub of wipes, he sets to the task.
First he grabs all Yvie's makeup containers and starts to wipe them down.
Since Yvie rushed through his makeup sometimes, his containers could usually be found with two or three different other kinds of makeup smeared on top.
Oddly enough, Yvie actually hated it and cleaned his makeup regularly. He never stopped rushing, though.
So Nina wiped down each case, making sure each were in tip-top shape. It took 30 minutes but the makeup was spotless and Nina managed to find Yvie's makeup case.
Sorting the makeup by size like Yvie did, he filled the pouch and carefully set in Yvie's suitcase.
Then he started in on the folding element of the packing. Nina carefully folded all of Yvie's garments, shaking of excess glitter or powder, and slowly filling the suitcase. Just as he packs the last garment, he laughs slightly, realizing he could hear the birds start to sing outside.
But, Yvie's table was shipshape and Yvie himself had gotten the sleep he needed.
Nina thought he had done all he could for Yvie but another idea popped into his head. Pulling up a video, he set to his last task.

Yvie rubbed his eyes as he woke up. He really needed to stop letting Nina give him back rubs. He went out no matter what each time. Stretching slightly, he groaned as he realized he still needed to get his stuff together. But he freezes in shock as he takes in his clear work table.
He knew for a fact that he hasn't done this. He opened his suitcase and found his clothes packed just how he liked it. His makeup was perfectly arranged and spotless.
He pulled out his outfit from the night before, the rip sewed seamlessly. Putting it back and zipping up his suitcase, he looks at his table.
He finds his sketch and frowns at it before he notices the copy under it. He pulls out Nina's sketch and stares at it wordlessly. He could see how it had come from what he had in his other hand but Nina had unleashed his inner oddball and Yvie approved.
The sketch was gorgeous and Yvie couldn't wait to make it.
Admittedly, after a few tweaks
Then something else caught his eye. At the very end of the table was a bouquet of different types of paper flowers. They were beautifully crafted and took Nina 10 tries per flower.
Yvie saw a note next to them.
To end your fight with Scarlet ~ Nina
Yvie laughed at that. He knew Scarlet would love the flowers. He had been so focused on the table, he didn't notice Nina coming out of the bathroom.
"Oh you're awake. Sleep well?" Nina asked from behind him.
Yvie turned on his heel, taking in the bags under Nina's eyes.
"You did this Nina?" Yvie asked incredulously. Nina just gives a tired nod.
Yvie launches across the room, throwing his arms around who he was pretty sure was an angel.
"Thank you! I owe you big time!" Yvie blurted in the man's ear. Nina winced at the volume but hugged the man back.
"Anytime, Yvie."
5.)
Nina takes a deep breath as he rings Monet's doorbell.
The two queens had been dancing around each other for awhile before Monet had found the courage to ask Nina out.
And by, "Found the Courage," he meant, "Cracker shoved him in Nina's arms and shouted 'Get Some' before running away, forcing Monet to stutter out a date offer."
But Nina also stuttered out a yes, so maybe Cracker was in the right.
Not that Monet would ever admit that to his face.
Nina stood awkwardly at the door, stupidly hold the flowers Bob claimed Monet liked.
The door flew open, revealing a flour-covered Monet, in a Kiss The Cook apron.
Nina promptly started laughing, the flowers in his hand the only thing preventing him from taking pictures.
"Shut up and get in here." Monet laughs, waving Nina in. Nina strides in, shutting the door behind him. As soon as the door shut, the sexual tension expanded ten fold.
"I brought you flowers," Nina blurted, holding them out.
"Aw. Thank you." Monet cooed. He leaned forward and smelled them, wrapping his hands over Nina's.
He grabbed the flowers, while still holding Nina's hand and pulled him into the kitchen.
"Quaint." Nina mumbles staring around the kitchen as Monet puts the flowers in a vase.
"I hope you like baked chicken and collard greens."
Nina pulled a face.
"What, you don't like southern food?"
"It's not that. If that's what you made, how did you manage to get flour all over yourself?"
Monet blushed slightly. "I was reaching for something and some fell on me."
Nina laughed again. "Aww. You're clumsy." He cooed.
Monet just sticks his tongue out as he heads for the oven. The tension melts as the banter continues. But unfortunately, it also distracts Monet.
Who proceeds to stick his bare hand in the oven and grasp the broiling chicken pan.
As the man screams, Nina hurries to help. He grabs Monet's burnt hand and examines it. The burn wasn't bad enough to warrant a hospital trip, just a whole lot of pain.
"I'll be right back," Nina calls as he runs out the door. Monet was in too much pain to question it.
After a couple minutes, Nina came back with a first aid kit.
"You just happen to carry a first aid kit with you?" Monet grunts out.
Nina just rolls his eyes as he grabs burn ointment. "My friends are some clumsy mofos."
Smearing the ointment on Monet's palm, Nina flipped the hand and laid a kiss to the back of it.
"I'm sorry I ruined dinner. I'm pretty sure it's burned," Monet mumbled.
"It's ok. I ordered pizza when I got the first aid kit."
Monet grins. "You're too sweet, Nina. Thank you."
Before Nina can talk himself out of it, he leans forward and pecks Monet's cheek.
"Anytime. Now do you own oven mitts because that pan is about burst into flames."
Nina needs a Caretaker
Nina could tell as soon as he woke up that he was going to freak out. His pulse was too fast and his breathing was too shallow.
But there was a Season 11 brunch today. Nina had booked the whole restaurant so everyone could catch up in peace.
He'd also invited Monet so everyone who hadn't been able to meet him yet could get to know him.
He didn't want to be the one to back out, especially considering how many people cleared their day to make it.
So he hopped in the shower, doing his breathing exercises the entire time. He makes it all the way to the restaurant before he realizes he's hyperventilating.
No wonder the uber driver was staring at him.
He walks into the restaurant before everyone else. The deafening silence combined with the large space drives Nina over the edge.
His breathing picks up and he falls to his knees just as the door opens.
"Nina!" Several concerned voices call. There's running sounds and Nina feels hands embrace him. Holding him and rubbing his back.
Monet steps into Nina's direct line of sight, rubbing his shoulders.
"Baby, we wanna help you but you gotta tell us what's wrong," he coos.
Yvie pipes up, "Yeah, you always take care of us, girl. Let us help."
There were several mumbles of agreement.
Nina forces his words out.
"I woke up...and I couldn't breathe ...but I didn't want to back out of brunch… And now I ruined it because I'm freaking out!" Nina starts to cry, his breath getting shorter and panicky.
Brooke brushes Nina's hair from behind. "Hey, Nina it's ok! No one's mad at you. It's a panic attack. There's no shame in it. That's what you always tell me."
Nina's heart rate slows. His breathing becomes more steady.
"You gotta take care of yourself or you won't be yourself," Plastique mumbles, "We'd all be lost without you Nina."
There were more mumbles of agreement and praise.
Nina slowly calms down, wiping his now flushed face.
"I feel kinda silly now. Thanks guys."
They all embrace Nina in a tight group hug and reply in unison.
"Anytime Nina."

Gasterblastober Prompt 3: A Moment of Fear
This takes place in my variant of the Blaster AU (in other words, on the Surface one year and a bit after Undertale), shortly after the situation with Wingdings Gaster was resolved.
When dressing up for Halloween with Asriel, Papyrus (in the ‘horned skeleton’ partial Blaster form he’s stuck in) causes the goat to flash back to one of his worse Resets.
In it, a feral GB!Papyrus gives Flowey a cruel and unusual, but entirely deserved death. As such, content warnings apply for extreme violence. And JoJo references.

Papyrus’ House
The horned skeleton let his classmate in, bony tail wagging with excitement in preparation for all the delicious treats they would get. No matter how old they were, they were never too old to go trick-or-treating! Asriel in particular had to make up for six years’ worth of missed treats!
“What are you dressed as, Asriel?”
The self-proclaimed God of Hyperdeath puffed his chest out proudly as he spun around, revealing the Sword of Luck and Pluck attached to the sleeveless blue tank top with shoulder pads to make his slender frame appear bigger. “Jonathan Joestar, of course! I had no idea how to dress, considering, y’know, I’m already a monster. Alphys gave me the suggestion!”
His friend was enthusiastic, but… a bead of sweat slid down Papyrus’ skull. “It’s Halloween, not a cartoon cosplay convention. Why don’t you go in your robes as the God of Hyperdeath?”
Asriel face went so red, if the lights were switched off, Papyrus swore it would illuminate the room. “R-reasons. Anyway, what’re you going as?”
“Glad you asked~ The Great Papyrus is in casual clothes before you now, but soon, you shall be amazed, as he transforms into a bone dragon knight! It’s as radical as it is cost-effective! With my Blaster-like mutations, and everything. All I really needed to design were the armour, helmet, and wings.”
Even after all this time, he still had no idea why he had Blaster-like features now. But horns, paw-like feet, claws, and a tail were unobtrusive enough from his daily life, so there wasn’t really any reason to go investigating. Especially with his final year of high school around the corner.
He ran into his room, disappearing from Asriel’s sight, then returned wearing armour. “The armour is customised Royal Guard armour-” The skeleton turned around, revealing the very mobile wings, “the wings are courtesy of Alphys’ assistance, and most importantly of all…!” Papyrus plonked the helmet he was holding on his head.
At the completed look, Asriel went as still as a statue. A Gasterblaster-like helmet…!? The design brought to mind the lower points of his Resets. Given how awful his Resets past the first few were, that was really saying something. Out of the entire Underground, the most terrifying one of all wasn’t Sans, but…

Flowey dodged a rain of sharpened bone attacks, but the moment he thought he avoided it, his enemy made them change course, homing in and piercing through him. “Blugh…!” Blood spewed from his mouth and vines.
This was marginally better than the last hundred times – then, he had been torn apart by claws and fangs outright! This was frustrating! This ‘boss’ wasn’t something he could defeat once ‘triggered’!
He could easily take Papyrus in his ‘base form’ and kill him as easily as an infant, but once he started mutating, it was the end! But there wouldn’t be any achievement unless he killed him as that bone demon creature!
Papyrus’ face had pushed out into a vicious muzzle, filled with razor-sharp teeth. His gloves and boots had been shredded by cruel claws, whereas the remnants of his battle body hung off him. The hellbeast he had become looked like a cross between a skeletal werewolf and a dragon – still vaguely humanoid, but the resemblance to the person he once was ended there.
Flowey had a secret weapon, too: DT he stole from Alphys’ lab. He couldn’t steal the souls from Asgore, but with this…!
A surge of power and pleasure coursed through his body as he grew to enormous size, dwarfing the freshly mutated bone dragon. Green (but otherwise human) hands appeared, forming finger guns. From the ends of the digits, missiles launched out!
Papyrus leaped out of the way and dashed across the walls of New Home on all fours, trying to evade the missiles. But Flowey knew his exact movements – this ‘script’ he had experienced before!
The beast jumped to the Judgement Hall, unintentionally scattering the dust of his older brother. The moment his paws made contact with the floor, the foundation shattered! Barbed vines wrapped around him, constricting him like a vice. A gasp escaped its jaws, as they tightened further.
Flowey brought his face up to where the skeleton was suspended, leaning towards him, his face mere millimetres away from Papyrus’. “I’m the one who’s the Player here. You’re just a stupid NPC.”
Papyrus opened his maw, as if to answer, but then bit down on the flower. Hard. Flowey mentally cursed. Of all the stupid things he forgot to account for! The flower screamed and dropped him to the ground, before falling to the floor himself. Papyrus pinned the flower’s face down with a claw, causing a further screech of pain.
The DT leaked out of him, Papyrus lapping it all up with a blue magic tongue. Drool seeped out of his maw as he hungrily continued to consume the substance, tearing up Flowey’s vines with his free claws to obtain more.
The dragon’s body shuddered and grew as he took in more and more of the substance, the remnants of his battle body all but exploding off as he became more and more draconic.
With his elongating neck, he continued to methodically rip open every last part of Flowey and extract the substance within, dagger-like teeth and claws easily piercing his ‘skin’ as painfully as possible. The turquoise substance his tongue left on the flower burned like acid.
Then, once Papyrus had drawn all he could from the flower… stuffed the soulless creature into his jaws. Slowly, but surely, the jaws started to compress – letting the flower know exactly how he was going to die, and just how excruciating it would be.
Out of every possible timeline he had encountered, and ever would… Flowey had never been more scared in his life. Then and there, the flower learned the true meaning of fear.

“ASRIEL!”
The splash of ice-cold water snapped the former prince back to reality.
Papyrus, his helmet removed, laughed in relief. “Thank God…! You were staring into space for ages! I thought I would have to use a 23rd bucket!”
“Haha… sorry, you really were terrifying.” Asriel’s chuckle was nervous, but deep down, he was pleased.
Such a situation no longer had the potential to occur. Resets and anything associated with them were no longer possible. Thanks to their achievements, this world was free from the curse of Determination. No one would treat real people’s lives like a worthless game. Papyrus would stay as Papyrus.
The horned skeleton in question bowed his head in apology. “I’m sorry for frightening you – this costume is clearly too much. I should donate it to a horror house later. But…” He stroked his bifurcated jaw. “What can I go as last-minute…?”
A mischievous smile crossed Asriel’s face. “I have an idea…”

“So cool, mister…!”
“Do it again, do it again!”
“As you wish, here we goooo…!” Another twirl of Papyrus’ head, and the top hat went spinning through the air again, drawing a cheer out of the crowd of children who gathered around him. It drew an arc, before landing right where it was earlier. It didn’t have a razor like in the source material, but it was just as fancy and entertaining to use.
ゴゴゴゴゴゴゴゴゴゴゴ
Suddenly, purple projected menacing symbols started hovering around the area – those weren’t illusions created by the atmosphere, they were actually 3D hologram projections! Papyrus and Asriel, turned around, and at the sight, they grinned. Looked like some people had the same idea for costumes…!
Mettaton, RG01, and RG02 were dressed in the fabulous Pillar Men outfits, each of them practically glowing with over-the-top fabulousness. No, wait, they were just literally glowing and sparkling. That was MTT™ bishounen sparkle spray for you!
At any rate, he decided to play along – Papyrus issued a very convincing “KYAAAAAAAAAA! They’ve awakeneeeeed!”
Asriel added onto that, “Even the Great Papyrus is afraid!”

The look on his face says it all.
The text messages you’d been sending him throughout the day hadn’t been enough of a pretense for him to assume that nothing was wrong.
If you admitted it to yourself, you’d seen it in the multiple questions he’d posed to you in his messages, the abundance of hearts and kisses that he’d add to the end of each one, and the concerned edge that laced the sentences of each text.
After your conversation with Yoongi the night before, and the decision you’d come to:- to at least wait until after the concert to talk to Namjoon, despite the voice in your head screaming at the idea, you’d stayed in the studio. The presence of Yoongi staying there with you was both comforting and uneasy, your heart pleading for it to be Namjoon instead causing you to be restless the whole night, and the sight of the sun creeping under the door from the corridor outside was ingrained in your memory as the last thing you’d seen before you’d finally fallen asleep.
When you’d woken hours later Yoongi had left you a note, telling you that he’d had to leave to set up and rehearse for the concert, the knowledge that he’d locked you into the room for your safety (and so that no-one would walk in on you) had settled your tension a little, but the realisation of the time when you’d looked at your phone and realized it was 5pm immediately spun you into a panic.
The minute you realized that you’d also missed numerous messages from Namjoon and that he’d grown more and more concerned with each one that went unanswered, had your stomach flipping as you’d looked down and realized your only clothing options for the concert were Yoongi’s pyjamas which you were currently sporting, and the outfit you’d worn the day before- although the thought of putting it on only had you thinking back to what had happened when you’d worn it the that night.
Its just as you go to message Yoongi to tell him you didn’t know what to do, that you spot the small envelope on the table in front of the sofa you’d slept on, your name written on the front bringing your eyebrows together in concern as you reach for it, before your breath is catching in your throat as you realise what was inside.
A wad of bank notes.
You hands began to shake immediately, dropping the envelope to the table as your thoughts crash and argue with one another; one half of you thankful that you at least had a way to get to the venue and to buy clothes, while the other half of you wanted to vomit at the thought of spending Yoongi’s money without any way to pay it back to him.
Not bothering to pick the money back up you get to your feet, shaking yourself of the endless possibilities that you could use the money for, and instead grabbing the sweater that Namjoon had let you keep the night before, deciding to use it as a dress where it came down to your knees; the familiar smell of him evoking the heady need for him that you’d grown to harbor in your chest.
Its just as you go to walk out of the studio to make your way to the venue the guys concert was being held at, that you see your reflection in the mirror stood behind the door, and the glimpse of your face as you reach for the handle has you pausing in your pursuit, the sight of the rim of black encasing one eye being all you’d need to say…

You hated the look on his face.
The look of pity and shame that immediately graced his face, the corner of his eyes creasing with anger and the curl of his lip curving with his own hurt at seeing you this way had you wanting to turn and walk back out of the door without saying anything more. But before you could even move to do so, he was lunging toward you and pulling you into a tight clutch, the feel of having him wrapped around you once more bringing all of the emotions from the night before to the forefront of your being. All you’re able to do is whisper in his ear that you needed to go somewhere quieter before he was gently guiding you back the way he’d come, the distant call of his name in the shape of Jimin’s voice appearing to be a second thought to Namjoon as he only mutters a short reply.
Its only a few moments more of him coddling you into his side and murmuring calming words to you before you hear the click of a door closing and you realize the two of you were alone.
He doesn’t say anything at first, simply leading you to a sofa pressed up against one wall of the room, pulling you down onto it before raising his palm to your jaw, the gesture asking for you to look up at him. It takes you a moment of calming your breathing, of focusing on slowing your heart rate, before you gently grip his wrist, hand shaking slightly as you draw in a breath and look up at him, closing your eyes as you do so.
‘…my beautiful, y/n…’
The crack in his voice feels like a dagger splintering its way into your heart.
Why did you let this happen? Why did you let him see you like this?...he sounded like he was in so much pain…
‘What happened, beautiful?’
The whisper of his words encourages you to open your eyes, his calm demeanor coaxing your shoulders to release the tension they held, but the second your gaze locks onto his you find yourself regretting it; the sides of his mouth where it turned down held such hurt and the tears brimming at the edges of his eyes called out for it to stop.
‘I’m so sorry, Joonie-‘
‘No, no, no, y/n, don’t be sorry. You have nothing to be sorry for- nothing.-‘
‘I shouldn’t have seen you until after the concert, I’ve ruined your evening- I-I’m so sorry, I just didn’t know what to do-‘
The way he crushes you against him as you begin to cry feels like he’s trying to hold you together, as though he was trying not to let the fragmented pieces of yourself spill all over the floor of the silent, empty room you found yourself in. You hated how selfish you’d been in wanting to see him-needing to see him, but after you’d found Yoongi’s money you’d begun to freak out at the position you found yourself in (without a home, any way to clothe, feed, or sustain yourself), and in that moment all you’d wanted was to feel Namjoon’s arms around you; to truly believe that at least someone was on your side, that you weren’t all alone.
‘Beautiful, I don’t know how many times I have to tell you; but I am willing to give you the world. …I would move mountains for you if it meant not seeing you this hurt and upset. y/n…I would- god, its cringey, but I’d die for you.’
‘Whatever has upset you so, has caused you so much pain; has hurt you…you just have to tell me what it is and I will help you…I’ll make it go away.’
It was like a poem, one that warms your heart and reassures your soul that the world isn’t as bad as it seems. It was so convincing; so easy for him to say the words��and you wished in that moment you could be as strong as him, so that he didn’t have to be the one always comforting you…
…so that instead of ruining his evening you could have simply supported him during his concert, rather than take all of the attention for yourself.
‘I cant believe I’ve done this..’ you sniffle, curling your hands into fists and feeling your nails bite at your palms, the way his expression begins to change from desperate reassurance to confusion causing yourself to feel even more conflicted, the sudden surge of emotion forcing you forward so that you could crash your lips to his, clasping his neck gently as you try to suppress the rage at yourself that you could feel building.
You can feel the way he wants to push you back in search of an explanation, but the resistance isn’t nearly as strong as it could be as he begins to sink into the kiss, appearing to need you just as much as you needed him, the harmony that your bodies appear to thrum with bringing joy radiating from your chest as it always did.
This was what had started it all. This was why you’d never pushed him away like you had with all of your friends. This was why even when you’d had to return to your father, you’d still remained happy…
He was your saviour.
‘Namjoon?’
His name is whispered into the kiss, the timid question breaking the moment of solace that the two of you had created apart from reality. The second you catch his bright gaze looking back at you, reassurance and comfort reaching out from the depths of his eyes, you know you’d give anything to stay within the warm embrace of him.
And in that moment you knew that meant that you had to be honest…not only with Namjoon…
…but with yourself.
‘I need help.’
‘Tell me what you need, beautiful.’
He was always so ready to help you.
‘I…I haven’t been feeling good lately. I…’
The feel of his hand smoothing up and down your arm as he waits patiently for you to go on encourages you to keep going, your grip on his other hand in your lap reassuring you that he wasn’t going anywhere.
‘It started a while ago, but i…I haven’t wanted to …to eat a lot. …I mean, I hate the thought of eating at all- it makes me want to be sick. …’
‘…and you think its something more than just not feeling well?’ he prompts, the soft kiss he presses to your temple as he poses the question making you realize that you’d begun to quietly cry, the relief at finally saying something slipping out without you even noticing, the thought that Yoongi had loosened the flood gates the night before briefly flitting through your mind.
‘Every time I eat all I can think about is how fat its going to make me, of how ugly I’ll be if I eat anything… like my body will swell up and everyone will hate me. I- I force myself to go days without eating because I know at the end of it I’ll be beautiful like all of the other girls, but sometimes…sometimes I cant help but eat and that just makes my head hurt even more, because it just proves that I cant control myself- like I’m weak-‘
‘My beautiful y/n, you are the farthest thing from weak.’ He murmurs, pulling you in close to him and cradling your head to his chest, the realization that he was crying only coming about moments later when you hear him sniffle to try and reign it in.
‘It just hurts so much, Joonie. …Ever since my mother, my father just hasn’t seemed like himself, and after- after he hit me for the first time last year, I-‘
‘Was he the one that did this to you?’
All you can do is nod in response to his quiet question- knowing that he was referring to the bruise on your eye, letting him tilt your chin up so that he could inspect your face, not being brave enough to look at him as you lay yourself bare and so instead keeping your eyes closed as he looks at you. The sudden touch of his lips against your eyelid, followed by one on your forehead and a prolonged one on your lips has your heart swelling in your chest as you finally open your eyes to look up at him.
‘You’re so brave to go through all of this alone, y/n. …It hurts me that you haven’t told me about this sooner…but I’m so glad you managed to tell me now. …I promise, we’re going to get through this. I can’t say that its going to be easy, but…I’m going to be here until the very end…I’m always going to be here with you;…you are my life.’
‘Im sorry I kept it from you.’ You whisper back, not caring for the tears that painted your cheeks as you leant your forehead on his chin, the feel of his hand gently squeezing yours as he cradles your head to press his lips assuredly to your head being something you wanted to feel for the rest of your life.
‘I just…I didn’t want anything to be wrong. It started after-after the first time with my-…that was when I really didn’t understand what was happening anymore. …I started not eating lunch at college because it felt like everyone was watching me; like they all knew what was happening to the pitiful girl that lost her mother. …when I started seeing my clothes get bigger it almost became a project; a game of sorts…’
‘Then I realised I could make it happen by not eating breakfast as well- and if I spent all evening in the library I didn’t even think about food…and then my grades got better with all the time I was spending there and I thought, if I could get good grades I could make my dad happy again and he’d-…he’d stop.’
‘And then he started noticing the fact that I didn’t look the same- that I looked different…and I think he thought I was someone else…that I wasn’t his daughter anymore- and that made me want to make myself even smaller…so small that he couldn’t see me…’
‘Oh, y/n…’
‘ …Its like there is a voice in my head telling me to do these things, and the real me is on the outside knowing that I shouldn’t, that its not right to reject the hunger and to get upset over eating half an orange, but I still find myself doing it…because that’s the only thing in my life that I feel like I’m in control of. I cant control what my dad does…I cant control when he hits me, or when he makes me run to school because I’ve upset him…I cant control the pitying looks that others give me because of it… but I can control what they’re looking at- If I can make myself beautiful…they wont be looking at me with pity…they’ll be looking at me with awe-
-and all I have to do, is just not eat.’
‘…are you hungry now?’
It was like the sudden sentence pulled two voices from you, one screaming at him to get away from you- that he should be encouraging you not to eat, whilst the other wants to climb out of your body and thank him itself for asking the question; this announcing itself in the physical form of your stomach growling, which in turn forces you to nod your head timidly despite yourself, feeling the tears burn immediately with your body’s betrayal.
‘But you have a concert to do. I feel selfish for pulling you away from getting ready when you have to go on so soon, I can just wait until later-‘
The way he tilts your face up to look at him makes you aware of the expression of quiet determination that painted his features, the small smile he shoots at you when you lock eyes with him asking you gently to listen to him, the comfort it offered being all you needed to accept.
And it was Namjoon...how could you not listen to anything he said?
‘y/n. We start battling this thing now. Okay? Even if you just have some fruit, or some biscuits…we’ll take it one step at a time. You just need to remember that we’ll be in it together…you don’t have to battle it alone. Besides…I’ll be ready for the concert- you don’t have to worry about that. Believe me, Jimin would never let me be late-‘
‘Hyung! Come on! We have to-‘
Its almost comedic the way that he sprang through the door at that exact moment, words cutting to unsure silence when the two of you turn to look at him, the pause of the room seeming expectant before an impish grin stretches the lips of the man in question.
‘Am I missing anything interesting?’

Leaving her by the monitors backstage had been the hardest thing he felt like he’d ever had to do.
The moment he’d found her in the lobby and had seen the bruise covering her eye he’d known that whichever way the night ended, he’d find out the truth one way or another
However, the minute he’d pulled her into the back room and he’d felt her turmoil in the shaking of her hands and the death grip she had on him when she kissed him, he’d known that she was ready…that she wanted to tell him.
He thought he had been prepared for what she was going to say.
But finding out that he was both right about her father, as well as the fact that he’d overlooked the pain she’d been going through; that she’d been abusing herself by not eating, by forcefully not looking after herself, he’d felt just how close he was to breaking in front of her.
The way she’d confessed about how bad it was, about why she’d done the things she had had hurt him the most; her belief that she wasn’t beautiful, that she had to prove to others that she was justified in being herself caused him to want to hold her hand and walk with her everywhere so that he could stare down those who dared to look at her…
…but he knew that there hadn’t been any stares, that it was all in her head- that it was just the way these kinds of illnesses work.
He’d made sure she had food to eat before he left her, quietly whispering to Jimin to take y/n to the guys runner (knowing that Jungkook preferred to eat after the show so the table was probably still full of food) as he’d gone to get his setup fitted and his costume on. When he’d realised what the time was he had felt slightly guilty, the minutes being oh so close to the start of the concert making him nauseous with the thought of having to leave her.
However, when she’d returned to him with a bouncing, hyper-active Jimin at her side, a small packet of biscuits in hand and the colour having returned to her cheeks a little, the thought that what he’d said to her earlier was reaffirmed in his mind as he pulled her into his embrace, planting a sure kiss to the top of her head as she’d gripped him back just as tight.
He would do anything for her.

Tips and Tricks
DISCLAIMER I AM NOT PRO-ANA OR PRO ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER, READ AT YOUR OWN RISK
TRIGGER WARNING EATING DISORDER
1. RULES, RULES, RULES. This is important. You need to set rules for yourself, and if you are truly ana, you will have no problem sticking to them because you are STRONG! Rules are everything. Examples: Don’t eat anything white. Do not, under any circumstances, eat after 6:00. Don’t eat before 3:00. Cut each bite into x amount of pieces, chew x amount of times. Do not eat anything that has over 3 grams of fat. Make your own and keep adding to them.
Ana must be the center of your life.
Drink a full glass of water before you eat and then sip a full glass between bites, you’ll get full much faster. Remember it takes 20 minutes for the brain to realize the stomach is full.
Eat denser food because it feels like more. Light and fluffy foods compact in your digestive tract and you will feel hungry soon after.
Take out only the amount of food you plan to eat and don’t allow seconds.
Think before you eat. Don’t eat while distracted (TV, etc). Stop and consider if you really want to eat that then consciously give yourself permission.
100-calorie meals is better than one 400-calorie meal.
Never eat anything bigger than about a cup, your stomach will expand and you’ll get hungry more. If you need to, eat more frequently, not bigger amounts.
Slim-Fast and other “healthy” bars and shakes have more carbs and calories than in the meal they’re intended to replace. Stay away.
Drink at least a glass of water every hour. It’s better for weight loss to sip throughout the day than to chug a full glass (except before eating, in which case it can make you eat less, or make you slightly nauseous so you don’t want to eat at all). Try keeping a water bottle somewhere you’ll see it a lot, like every 10-20 minutes, and take a drink from it every time you see it/notice it.
Drink up to a shot of apple cider vinegar before eating, it’s supposed to minimize fat absorption. Also speeds metabolism and can help curb cravings. Drinking more than a shot causes vague nausea which helps suppress appetite.
Ice or gum are good food substitutes. Celery works too if you’re really hungry.
Use small, dark-colored plates. Dark blue or black makes you eat less, and smaller plates and utensils cause you to take smaller portions from the start.
Make a list of “bad” foods. Periodically, cross one of the lists and pledge to never, ever eat it again. Eventually, there will be none left.
Eat in front of a mirror, naked or in underwear if possible. If you can’t, carry a picture of yourself in a revealing outfit and look at it when you want to eat. When you have cravings pinch your fat and look at your problem areas, don’t add to them!
Eat a lot of fiber for digestive health and low calories.
Create a methodical routine for eating. Cut food into tiny pieces, count your bites and the number of times you chew, set your utensils down between bites, and sip water between bites. Add other rules or rituals of your own.
Eat higher-calorie items earlier in the day so you have more time to burn them off; if you eat late eat light or it will be more likely to be stored as fat due to inactivity. Try not to eat too late, sleep burns calories and is a good opportunity to burn fat with little effort. The body must burn through all digesting food before taking energy from stored food (fat).
When you go out, take very little money or only enough to buy whatever non-food item you plan on buying. This will make it harder to buy food on impulse.
Don’t take bites, either from others’ food or while cooking, as the calories add up surprisingly fast and you may not realize how much extra you’re taking in.
Write down everything you eat and its calories. This will make you think before eating and also make you more aware of how much food and calories you are actually consuming. You can also write down other things such as how you’re feeling, who you’re with, place, time, and why you chose to eat it, this will help you track patterns in your eating behavior.
Wear a rubber band around your wrist and snap it when you want to eat. Food = pain.
Set a time you cannot eat past. 6:00 or 7:00pm are good choices. This is especially helpful if you are prone to night binging. Then make a rule that you cannot eat before 6:00 or 7:00AM, this is like having a 12-hr fast every day.
You shouldn’t eat for at least 3 hours before going to bed. The extra hours will help burn off the calories. If you eat soon before sleeping, you absorb more calories due to inactivity and you put on weight.
Have a peppermint or peppermint tea. Peppermint decreases hunger.
Brush your teeth when you want to eat. The clean feeling and mint aftertaste will put you off food.
Press on your stomach when it grumbles. TUMS also stop stomach growling and have calcium.(5 calories a piece so be careful!)

She was 43 years old.
She was killed in a car accident. She was traveling a dark country highway. Approaching an intersection with another road, she had the right of way. The driver of the car to the right had stopped for the red light. The driver of the car to the left was “distracted” by the lights of the car on the right, and was looking down into her lap because of the brightness. She didn’t see my mother’s car, or the red light. She ran the red light at 65 miles an hour, and hit my mother’s car at a perfect 90 degree impact. My mother’s car spun, bounced off the car on the right, and rolled into a ditch. She died before the ambulance arrived.
Yes, she was wearing a seatbelt. As the highway patrol officer explained, it didn’t matter – the impact and spinning threw her head against the driver’s side window (which smashed), and the seatbelt doesn’t help in that situation.

She’d take it very personally that I would be wearing all black at the wedding, and it would ruin her day, and it would be all my fault. This in spite of the fact that the 99% of my wardrobe was black, and she knew that, but it would still be something she could be upset at me about.
Instead, even she would have had to agree that the outfit was perfect for her funeral.
The funeral was rough – even more difficult to deal with than my father’s funeral, in the same place, two and half years prior. When my father died, his mom was understandably devastated, and was propped up with a panoply of pharmaceuticals. (All the more appropriate – or ironic – since he was a pharmaceutical salesman.) When my mother died, it triggered everything all over again for his mom, and this time both grandmothers were heavily medicated. That’s a condition no one should ever have to be in, and a sight no one should ever have to see of their loved ones.
I felt sorry for the minister conducting the service. He hadn’t known my mother, and had been forced to rely on second-hand accounts of her life from various well meaning, but not necessarily well informed, sources. The talk bore little resemblance to the mother I knew, but seemed to make everyone else happy – judging by the weeping and sniffling throughout. As I had at my father’s funeral, I kept myself from crying by focusing on the fact that my mascara was not waterproof, and I’d look like Alice Cooper if I wept, and my mother would have been incredibly irritated by that.
The funeral home was packed, and there were enough flowers and plants to stock a commercial nursery. A surprising number of my friends made the long drive to be there, unbeknownst to me. I’m not sure if I ever thanked all of them at the time; whether I did or didn’t, I thank them now.
Their presence was all the more amazing when you consider that we all were in our last week of classes and staring at impending finals, and they had chosen to make a long drive to a remote town for a funeral of someone that many of them had met only once, or not at all.
In particular, one group of friends had somehow managed to view my mother’s car in police custody. They were permitted to remove the pot of flowers she’d had in the car, since they weren’t evidence. My friends carried out my mother’s intentions, and placed the flowers on my father’s grave. Those flowers were in place when we arrived at the cemetery, along with all the flowers from the funeral home for my mother’s service. Friends are the best thing in life. Marcia and Denise—I could not have made it through that week without your caring and suppport.
The flowers, food, and cake which had been ordered for the wedding reception were instead sent to one of the homeless shelters. I’ve always wondered how the recipients felt, knowing the source of the abundance. I hope that, in spite of the circumstances, the unexpected decorations and delicacies were enjoyable for them.
Most of my family were angry, but I felt sorry for the woman who’d caused the accident. Yes, I had to live the rest of my life without my mother, but the driver had to live with the knowledge that she had killed someone.
That made a big change in my driving habits.
Because dealing with the death of a parent isn’t enough to consume a person, I was also heading into the last week of classes of my last semester in college, preparing for the GRE exams, and preparing to move to California. My professors were all extremely understanding, I managed to graduate, did decently on the GRE, and still made it to California, albeit a bit later than planned.

1. Live every day as though it’s your last. It just might be.
2. Tell people you love them, frequently. You might not get another chance to say it.
3. Be a good friend, and you’ll have good friends.
4. Write your own obituary if you want it to be accurate.

The tyrant Kryptonian overwhelmed by the loss of his wife Lois Lane and self-proclaimed “Judge, Juror and Executioner” is now held in place by a “red sun” powered prison. The defeat of Superman precipitated the fall of his regime of terror and almost destroyed Earth, and so from the ruins of this world, tiny hope came back thanks to Batman and his new team. The enemies of yesterday have become allies of today (like Harley Quinn) and the Justice League is split by each hero’s revenge plans or selfish motives.

NetherRealm’s writers reiterate with Injustice 2 the features of the first Injustice: Gods Among Us which is based on rivalry, an ideological conflict and the end of the world. Note that Darkseid is also available if you preordered the game or you can also give in to buying the upcoming DLCs, which will add 9 new characters this year including Starfire, Red Hood, and Sub Zero from the Mortal Kombat universe (a guest like Scorpion was in the first Injustice).

Of course with a typical Player versus Player worthy of the name, a fighting game can not claim excellence so much that the solo often remains anecdotal. Aware of the trends of competitive gaming, Warner tries to impose on the eSport stage and the intentions of the editor are displayed fully in a PvP mode that can be played online or local, with dedicated Tournament mode (following rules set by the Injustice 2 Championship Series), ranked modes and King of the Hill.
