When he was younger he loved chickens and would always cry when his family served any sort of chicken (cooked, fried, nuggets)— they had to tell him that the chicken nuggies he ate weren’t made of chicken and were fish/magic/etc
He has a really high spice tolerance and is able to bite into a hot pepper/plate of pepper poppers without having a big reaction (sweating, sure, but not like hacking and being like “WHY WOULD I DO THAT”)

he and Jas have a kingdom that they made up together, and Jas plays as the fairy princess while Shane plays as the troll who tries to eat her a lot. Marnie is the queen(shane wondered why he had to be the troll), and often joins in on their games
