THE POMEGRANATE THEORY. i’m sure you’ve heard about it and everything especially since pomegranates come up in this smau but omg the pomegranate/orange theories are so important to me. they’re the theories that are supposed to show how much your partner loves you if they are willing to peel an orange for you (since it’s something anyone can do) or if they’re willing to cut open a pomegranate for you despite how messy they are. but that is inked. y/n and kiyoko are both people so in love that they would peel fruit for the other <3 i definitely get the vibes of sentimentality and love letters <3 the type of couple to get married and probably open up another flower shop and live above it. and they’d hang things like love letters sent to each other and the pomegranate painting up <3 gives me the vibes of slow mornings and waking up in each others arms with the sunlight barely peeking in and thinking “yeah, this is life. this was worth all the pain and trouble it's put me through to get here.” and you best believe they have the best house ever. there are flowers in their kitchen that kiyoko switches out every week, always a silent message to y/n. first there’s roses of course, and then white carnations, then it’s sunflowers, arranged away from the window. one day y/n asks her about it, “shouldn’t we have the sunflowers faced towards the sun, not the door?” “no,” was kiyoko’s response. “because when you open the door and say ‘i’m home,’ that is when the sun has come.”

I would find Blondie Lockes very annoying in real life, but I love her in fiction. She's a genuinely good journalist in terms of both skill and ethical integrity, who only occasionally forgets to check the facts because she's fifteen and holds herself accountable when she does. She has incredibly high standards for everything and believes herself to be the ultimate authority on quality. She has magical lockpicking powers because her fairytale is about Goldilocks breaking into a house. She somehow completely ignores the story's moral that Goldilocks was wrong to break into the house, feels entitled to go wherever and help herself to whatever she's able to and cannot comprehend why people dislike this. She's been terrorizing an anthropomorphic bear family with her cheerful disrespect for privacy and is convinced that they love her. She has a non-anthropomorphic pet baby bear. Her motivation is dependence on external approval rooted in deeply internalized classism. She's desperate to be useful and important to those with higher social status and feels the need to lie that her family is technically royalty to fit in with her royal friends, even though they treat commoners like equals all the time. She positions herself as a conduit of true greatness; closer to it than the masses, but never the hero, always reporting on other people and evaluating what they've done. Because what she's done isn't enough to be worthwhile. What she is isn't enough. But this performative lifestyle makes her anxious about being judged as a fraud and an interloper, and ashamed of selfishly transgressing against social norms. Her microphone head looks like an adorable little bear head. That's one hex of a character alright.

Patton being alone on Thanksgiving and going, "Well this won't do at all," and sending out invitation cards to all of his neighbors in his apartment complex to come join him for the holiday, have a home cooked meal, and offer a safe space to celebrate for anyone else who may not have anywhere else to go. He doesn't know his neighbors, and maybe it's a long shot, but it's the thought that counts!

Fastforward to Turkey Day and five guys show up on his doorstep, all of them strangers to each other, but each of them having read the invite and going, "Why not?"

Elsa, Anna, and Four!! It is actually a miracle I got this one done lol; as you can imagine, life has been pretty hectic! I had a lot of fun doing Anna and Elsa's outfits, and I choose to portray them after the first movie, because (hot take) I didn't like the ending of the second movie 😅 Also, I think their original outfits are more recognizable and more fun to do 😁

I think Four would get along great with Anna and Elsa; not only do they personify teamwork and learning to love people who are different from you, which is very important to Four, but I imagine they would also treat him like a little brother and accept him quickly. Furthermore, Elsa would understand him and give him advice regarding his secret of the true power of the Four Sword. And in regards to Anna, her childlike, energetic personality would probably remind Four a lot of both his Zelda and of the Minish.

Anna is extremely welcoming and her contagious smile would probably cheer up Four, and I imagine that he sees semblances of Elsa and Anna's personality traits in himself (Vio like Elsa and Red like Anna). I also think that they would be understanding regarding all the trials he went through during his adventures, and Four would love having two honorary big sisters!! I hope you all like it!! 🩵🩵🩵
