The head butting that would undoubtedly occur between the Cid, Barret, and Reeve trio combo is a given, but putting these three together is a deadly combination because they all have/end up having the qualities of someone that would be challenging to mess with. Innovators, dreamers, geniuses, leaders, and with their age they already have bounds of experience under their belt to boot.

Still have not recovered about the fact that Khaenri'ah got heavily implied to be under Sumeru and nobody has batted an eye about it awraxa.
This, geologically also makes a lot of sense because if we look at the location Sumeru is in, it's by the edges of Teyvat, its forests and deserts expanding towards the middle.
When you read about the cataclysm lore and how it impacted Sumeru it is said that ruin machines of all kinds and monsters just began to rise and burst from the ground like zombies out into the surface. The storm-like cloud that once overwhelmed Inazuma that made the rifthounds manifest in its lands traveled from the lands of Sumeru and headed straight to Inazuma.
The Chasm is literally right next to Sumeru so it went through there which in Chasm lore we discover that the Milileth tried their best to hold off the monsters there and from getting too far.
I have to revisit the lore of Mondstadt in regards to the cataclysm again, that's the one that's most foggy in my head but I love how it's all just slowly tying in, like the context just progressively making more and more sense. I love stuff like this.

you make this space feel welcoming & in a rpc so prone to cliques i do think that's something to let you know. you are very friendly, very easy to talk to, full of wonderful ideas, funny, & your portrayal of wanderer & style of rp is one i like out of all the ones i have caught glimpses of.
i will confess to you that scaramouche & wanderer as a character annoy me, he's just the type of character that seems uninteresting to me, i could never warm up to him. but talking to you about him & reading your thoughts on him i do catch myself just listening in intently, wanting to know more, wanting to pick at your brain more, because it feels like i'm learning a lot from him through you that the game failed to catch my attention with.
your portrayal of wanderer, tetsuya you call him, is phenomenal. you don't just give a glimpse of how his thought process works of his feelings of his conflicts, but in your own writing you also apply this sense of accountability on top of all of that & that is such an interesting manner in story telling that not many can accomplish because it's essentially the character & then there's pieces of the author subtly arguing with the character. you do it in such a way that it flows so neatly & both counterparts compliment the other. one of my favorite things about your writing is his inner monologue. aside from all of this you aren't scared to expand from the canon material, you aren't scared to show that tetsuya can grow, that he can change, & that begins in such a subtle way. it begins as a thought & then his actions & it is just good technique. it makes him that much more interesting, that much more alive.
yes i do see some personal hc's integrated here & there, yet you somehow manage to take the canon material & you break it into little pieces for me to where i do think it would be nice to put some investment into his character. you make him interesting to me with all of the life you give him through your rp style.
which, brings forth my next point, i have only wonderful things to say about the way you rp. not only do your replies flow & add the proper amount of attention to your character in the reply, but you also point out a lot about the other person's character you're interacting with to show how strong of an impact what the other character has done or said can have on tetsuya. you also make me feel like you're invested in what i reply with, because in your reply i can tell you're paying attention & already trying to understand the other person's character which makes me want to invest equally & as much in you.
apollo you are wonderful & i wish whole heartedly that you were more open to seeing that since you struggle with it so much. just like you believe kindness should be something that comes naturally, i believe that when there's something worth thanking, then you show your gratitude. so thank you, you're a great & talented guy apollo.
This legit got me teary eyed what the fuck Eddi e tHIS IS SO SWEET WHAT THE FUCK EDDIE???
I'm honestly at a loss, idk how to reply to this I'm like lowkey overwhelmed by all of this. Speaking of the Aranara, what are Tetsuya's thoughts pertaining to them if he ever met the little forest buddies? How would he act around them?
He thinks they're weird more than anything awraxa, but is rather curious of them as well. I'm sure the Aranara are in Nahida's "to help" list and since he's the self-designated "best helper" I've no doubt he'd be exposed to them plenty of times. They'll be able to sense that he's harmless (at least at this time and to them) and given Nahida they'll soften up to him, but eventually the trust they have for him will be something he'll earn on his own. What he comes to learn from them will be because Nahida will share this knowledge of them with him and the Aranara themselves will let them in on their history. The whole memory wipe thing will definitely be something that hits him, considering what he went through with Irminsul and just what that ended up doing. He can learn lots from them in that regard since the Aranara seem to have a very simplistic yet healthy(?) and positive outlook on things. If it can influence him or not will definitely be entirely up to him though and it won't be something that he'll simply warm up to. Knowing that they forget how they do will make him wary in getting too close not so much out of fear but because he'll lack a way to navigate through it, but in that same coin like I said before the Aranara have a positive outlook on many things so he can learn how to navigate through it via the experience he has with them.
Like with Nahida, he'd be like their guardian/helper, especially with trying to get them a home on the /actual/ world not just in the dream they found safety in. Helping them with supplies, building their little houses, getting them resources, scaring away people that mean to harm them, help them with the forest, things along that like. He'd be what /he/ considers "chill." He'd really just be existing.

@luckuki (sorry my reply was getting too long to reply under the post!)
This is a very good question! This is actually (to me at least) a yes and no answer.
Yes because the Fatui have known for a good while that the other nations aren’t their biggest fans however the Fatui are also well aware that they’ve got the strongest military in all of Teyvat. If anybody were to oppose them they would not stand a chance (traveler and archons aside). Being placed on some kind of target book does not really affect them? They don’t really care? They’re aware they have made an enemy of the world but that’s not going to stop them, hasn’t thus far. And then another thing, the harbingers are silently the main targets but they aren’t in the enemy books. The harbingers have shown a complete and inhumane disregard towards their infantrymen (the only one I think cares about the infantrymen even if a bit is Capitano). Kind of like the situation in the Chasm, how a bunch of fatui men and women got stuck in there and then their supply system was cut off due to the incident with Tartaglia calling forth Osial, no harbinger has batted an eye about them. If they’re okay down there, if they have food, if they’re even alive, if they’re gonna get sent any help, nothing. The harbingers (for the most part) don’t care about their infantrymen so their organization being placed in some sorta bingo book is like filler to them.
And no because the Adventurer’s Guild has been an established organization for years, so I am positive the fatui have been in their, quote-unquote, bingo book for a while. All I’m saying is that the Fatui found a way to weasel themselves inside this organization to gather more intel. Like I said in my last post the only one who seems aware that Katheryne is a mechanical puppet is Nahida and nobody else so the adventurer’s guild might just be looking at Katheryne and being like ah another willing adventurer! And they welcomed her with open arms and she slowly and slowly made herself some kind of receptionist for the organization and the whole “yeah I got like seven sisters who look exactly like me” might have just done it for them as well which is a funny thought honestly awraxa.
All of this is just speculation obviously but the thought in itself sounds pretty cool to me, adds more dimension and more like sense to some things?? Because then it’s like “wow no wonder the fatui know how to fuck up a nation, they literally have a spy from within that makes things that much easier.” Tagging this along with Katheryne reporting back to Sandrone anyway.

∇ - opinion or value of theirs I share
This is a hard one because I don't really agree with the way he thinks things through. However sometimes he be spitting even if the reason he's saying what he says isn't why I agree with what he's saying.
I think the only thing I agree with him is not seeing the point in being infinite, being eternal, it's nothing to brag about. At least me personally, I wouldn't want to last forever. Not so much because I'd be bored (which is kinda Scaramouche's case with him being all hollow and stuff), more like just not seeing the point of why I need to be here forever. What am I going to do?
I'm a guardian of three kids, two teens, and one lil kiddo. Why I work so hard, why I break my back, why I do what I do, I do it with their best interest in mind and not mine, because I have in my head that though I'm just in my semi-late 20s I'm on my way out of here, they're barely starting, I need to make sure that when they fly off the nest they have a good footing to take off. I work hard for them. I like knowing that though I love them with all my heart and they're no burden to me at all (my stress aside) I'll be catching a break one day. I'll rest one day and see the fruit to my labor not have been for nothing I guess. I take pride on that.
My reasonings are definitely more on the sentimental and familial side as to why I wouldn't wanna last forever compared to a character like Scaramouch e who has no semblance of what something like that would be like. I mean maybe one day he'll get an idea considering the route Hoyoverse is taking his character, we'll just have to wait and see but on a hollow one-layered sense that's really the only thing I can think of.
I don't see the point in eternity either. I don't think it's romantic or something grand I guess awraxa.

Woke up to Scara nation losing their minds because the chances of his outfit and appearance being changed are high. Though I too agree that he’s the one with the most drip, the most taste, and the most flavor.
Story wise him changing his appearance makes sense.
One, he’s a fugitive on the run, he’s being hounded down right now. It’s SMART to make the effort of looking different to give his hounds a harder time chasing him.
Two, the outfit he has right now has the Fatui symbol all over it and he’s no longer affiliated with them so why is he gonna keep that on you know? If someone who isn’t in the Fatui sees the symbols then they may be less keen on wanting to give him a hand. It’s a tactical move for him. Since he was the harbinger who always moved from one place to another and never stayed in one place for too long not many recognize him as a harbinger. He would just be a wanderer yet again.
And three, this is just adding fire to the steaming pot inside my head that Scara is gonna introduce us into Sumeru cause it’ll insinuate he’s no longer in Inazuma. I argue he wants to get there to meet a scholar who can assist him on implementing the gnosis inside his chest. There’s nerds and geeks there he can bully around to do that for him awraxa.

Inazuma gets put under fire a lot for being so expensive but please consider just /where/ Inazuma is. It’s literally pieces of land floating far out into the ocean isolated whilst the main continent is housing the rest of the six nations. It’s in the nation’s best interest to inflate prices because things that are otherwise easily accesible to, lets say, Fontaine needing something from Mondstadt or Mondstadt needing something from Fontaine, for Inazuma they have to send some sort of message to Fontaine first, wait for it to get accepted, communicate amongst each other to find a way to get said stuff, let it be Fontaine actually going out there to Inazuma OR using Liyue harbor and then involving Liyue in that transaction will involve more expenses and taxes, shipment, boats, etc. It’s a lot of financial strain for islands trying to, especially now, recover from their corrupted powers that they’re trying to reconstruct and come back to order.
Instilling higher taxes on those who come from the outside and inflating prices is a necessary evil for Inazuma to try to balance the nation’s financial strain and have some semblance of control on their economic system. Which is something I really appreciate about the game.
If you’re someone who isn’t from Inazuma you complain and you don’t get it, you think it’s too much, logically so, you come from a place that’s a lot cheaper, but you’re also not taking into consideration, again, Inazuma’s circumstances, especially the fact that out of all the seven nations Inazuma is the farthest one. But if you’re someone from Inazuma it makes sense to you, you understand why it is how it is, especially if you’re someone who conducts business.
I’ll use Yoimiya for example. She and her father’s firework business. They’re small business owners.
They deal with the tax, they deal with that system, and even they have to inflate certain prices on things because of all the expenses they’re wasting to get material for their business. Having it come from the mainland, transported by Beidou (who’s from Liyue) or someone in the harbor. then it lands in Ritou and having their equipment inspected before its approved into the main island of Inazuma. So it’s pretty cool stuff...... ..to me at least awraxa.

The harbingers aren’t strangers to attempts made on their lives, from outside the fatui and “rats” who manage to make it as recruits and then have their contacts outside. Of course 99% of the time nothing comes out from it because there’s still a huge number of the harbingers still alive and roaming about. There is a process to finding these rats and it starts with the first harbinger, Pierro (who I argue is in some sense protective of the organization not because he likes them as people [he might for all we know lmao] but because he takes pride in what they’ve become and their purpose). Pierro is usually always the first one to find out who a target of interest is or discover when a murder attempt is going to be attempted on one of the harbingers.
In the event Scara was in it has been implied that Scara and “The Jester” (Pierro) keep in contact with each other in some sort of personal basis (which makes sense to me and I argue that Scara is often in contact with his fellow harbingers [he likes it or not awraxa] cause he’s always out traveling and moving from one place to another). When Pierro uncovers details of an attempt being made on one of the harbingers he often opts to telling Scara about it because he’s their man on the groundfloor with the intention to go to either a location of interest, uncover more details, support his fellow harbinger and prevent them from losing one, or completely trash the targets if Pierro is sure of who they are.
I know I’ve made a post about it before, but even if they don’t like each other and tolerate one another at best, Scara will go out of his way to save a fellow harbinger from a danger that has been made apparent that they can’t handle or is completely unexpected because they’re on the same side and it’s in their best interest that their numbers stay as they are because they can do so much and cover so much ground, and I personally believe that also applies to the other harbingers as well.

⬛ - what are some bad traits your muse might have?
prompt. | @viivyre
Do you have some time this might take a couple of day s..... .. awraxawraxa
No okay but seriously, jesu s crust forgive me for using your name in vain but oof.
He has a lot of bad traits, too many unfortunately but he owns them like their badges he should be proud of and doesn’t care what those around him will think or make of him for it. I will more than likely dissect each of these traits in the future so I’m just going to jot them down for the most part and add little notes here or there, thank you for sending this one though I was hoping someone would awraxa.
He’s two-faced, extremely, and the kicker is that he’s very good at it. He’s a master at it. One can very easily confuse him as the friendliest guy in the world until you catch a glimpse of who he is or if his façade cracks. He’s not very easy to read especially if you don’t know who he is or how he can really be. He’s impatient in like a lot of things, especially concerning things that are of importance to him. He has manners, but more than half of the time he’s just doing it for appearances and not because he’s trying to be genuine. His moral compass is fucke d. He’s a violent individual and really angry, there’s a lot of pent up rage inside him that he can’t find a way to let go or vent out in a healthy manner. To vent Scaramouche has resorted to violence, beating someone up or torturing them to let out some steam of some kind. Killing comes easy to him, it isn’t something he has to think on twice. In some sense of the phrase he’s disconnected. Tends to only look out for himself and goes based on what would be best for him, his circumstances, and situations. He can and will backstab someone, especially if he just needed you temporarily and you became a weight to him more than an asset. He will berate and bring someone else down for the sake of it, especially if he believes they’re in over their head and they annoy him. He will bring people down to bring himself up, without question. He’s a sadistic individual and not just in the sexy sense either. He is extremely hostile. He’s guarded, getting to know him is just about impossible, he more often than not will not allow it. He is not above intimidation if he must resort to such tactics. He does not mind what he says unless he’s putting on an act, he’s very blunt and brutish about it and doesn’t care how or what his words will do to you or affect you. He’s very good at being fake-nice to attract people of interest to him and give them a sense of security that isn’t there at all. He’s a good actor. He’s possessive and is a jealous individual. He’s petty and he holds grudges, will in time do something to get back at the person concerning said grudge. He’s not very forgiving, if you wanna get on his good side good luck and my respect s. He’s not oblivious to the damage he can/does cause, does it without a sweat or thinking on it or feeling bad for it. He’d much prefer that you fear him than like him. If he sees an opening he’ll take advantage of you for some gain or something that’ll benefit him if he sees that it will. He’s really proud, which I guess can be good or bad depending on the situation I suppose, but I’m just gonna add it cause it’s a dependent sorta deal with that trait. *breathes* There’s mor e..... ..but that’s the general idea.
There is a lot to unpack much to everybody’s dismay.

Regarding my post about the military strength of the fatui and the Tsaritsa basically blessing even those who don’t have visions with power/blessings it also gives a whole other layer on why her military is so loyal to her. Yes she’s not who she used to be, she’s much more colder, but there’s people in this game who would absolutely give anything for some semblance of a vision or those who hate vision holders cause the “vision holders think they’re hot shit” (basically awraxa).
The Tsaritsa just gives because she can and yes for a goal of /hers/ but as long as you’ve shown you’re strong enough to handle /her/ blessing then it’s yours. She’s not going around picking people for any other reason aside from their ability and loyalty to the cause, granting them power and some sense of purpose even if it’s not the best one.
Which takes me back to what I said about the harbingers and how there’s definitely some in their lot who do not have visions and are only delusion exclusive. Giving them something they thought they could never have or get a taste of, or making them feel worthy.

Sooo, we haven't interacted too much just yet! But ahhhh your portrayal is sooooo GOOD and your writing is gorgeous. Everything you post is such Scaramouche VIBES. I love it! legit 10000/10!

I bid of thee to forgive my slow dumbass pleas e awraxa. Thank you so much for your feedback and for enjoying my portrayal and for giving me the chance to interact with you as well. By “everything you post is such Scaramouche” you mean “wow he’s such a dick!” right? AWRAXAWRAXA no but thank you I genuinely mean that. I love rping with y ou, love chatting with you. Love throwing this bo y of mine at your muse.
Your writing is so pretty and your Ganyu is so nice. You really have this firm grasp in the gentle nature she exudes but like..... ..with a pinch of identity crisis which is amazing. In her quest she mentions how she just feels like she’s floating in this endless sea not knowing where or what she’s doing or something like that and that insecurity, her concerns, and that anxiety I really feel it through her inner monologues, there’s always this slight sense of urgency, but at the same time this very gentle undertone to her that honestly makes my heart melt.
You’re awesome, thank you friend. I know we talk in disc already b-but I hope soon I lose my shyness and actually plot stuff out with you cause I have thESE IDEAS LEMME TELL YOU BU T I’m getting there I swear.
