Starts out as a raging anti-faunus bigot suggesting they call the police on Blake and comparing Faunus to trash cans, idolizes her 'hero' grandfather despite the fact that he was a capitalistic billionare who (iirc) tried to strip Vacuo of its resources and built the SDC into the fabric of society. Recently, she pointed what was essentially a loaded gun in the face of an underage auraless civilian because he didn't immediately spring out of the way and let her enter his house - and no, him being her brother doesn't mean that was okay. Jaune? He wasn't even sort of ready to enter Beacon when he did. But now that he's got twenty some years of work under his belt (which I still really resent) he's also doing things like calling clearly sentient people stupid and treating them like five year olds, and yelling in the face of a seventeen year old that she's responsible for plans he had just as much of a hand in as she did and victim blaming her for being attacked by an evil villain who was trying to murder her.

She likes being feared, her friends lovingly describe her as sadistic, she thinks letting teammates have a say is a sign of a weak leader, she's judgmental towards people from Vacuo, she gives strong anti-Faunus vibes and it's treated like it's okay because she's friends with Velvet, she tells Velvet NOT to fight when Grimm are bursting into Vale in V2 and then leisurely takes her time fighting one Grimm because she apparently can't be bothered to care when civilian's lives are on the line, she makes snap judgements about people for no reason, and also she's a big old hypocrite, and defies authority carelessly.

CARDIN?!?! You would think they would've at least addressed CARDIN properly, as a real actual significant problem, since he was a future badge carrying law enforcement officer who also targeted minorities, and tried to blackmail people, and gave off strong misogynist vibes, and liked knocking around his own teammates when they got in his way. Like???? The only thing we know changed in Cardin's behavior was that he was leaving Jaune and Jaune's friends alone because Jaune had 'stood up to him.' The writers didn't think that it was important that we as an audience got to see him either get hardcore checked and start being not that way, or get expelled and restricted from continuing on as a Hunter due to his behavior? We're just supposed to be like 'oh well, there's Cardin the anti-faunus power play loving blackmailer training to be a hunter, but that doesn't matter because the writers only cared about him to bully Jaune so who cares about him now?'

I'd like to actually engage with this story! I'd like to actually have the story of rwby discuss what being a hunter means and how some of these characters aren't well suited currently to be hunters. The writers have no interest in actually making their characters good Hunters or figuring out what being a 'good hunter' even means (case in point, V9,) and instead just expect everyone to be on board with absolutely no reflection. Why should I think Weiss deserves her hunter badge again? Why should I think Jaune deserves his hunter badge? I don't currently think they should be hunters because I feel like they haven't even thought about if they really want it or would be good at it. Because ever since V2, it's just been a foregone conclusion to the writers that the mains (all dropouts in their first year) are Hunters and deserve it and will be great at it, but they've never actually bothered to convince me of it with some of these characters. They expected their audience to just think it too, and shrug and accept it, and they now refuse to engage with the flaws their characters have either or whether or not their traits are well suited to the task of being a badge carrying law enforcement officer, so... Yeah. I wish that the show challenged the 'of course they're all destined to be hunters' thing.

Well, there are a few things to establish before answering the meat of these questions:

The morality of being a vampire - any kind of creature that needs to eat or otherwise consume from human beings - is going to be on a different scale then ours. It's not that the vampires don't consider humans as people, it's that they CAN'T. Some of them simply cannot allow themselves to carry and grapple with that mental weight every night of their unlives, because they cannot afford to. If they had to still view the world through the eyes of a human even when they're not, then they'd grind to a halt and never be able to do anything else again. It's not a matter of morality, it's a matter of sheer practicality, and that's not even considering the emotional end of it.

THEREFORE, WITH THAT IN MIND - Would Charlie care about Bobbin killing just anyone? Well, as stated above, there's a different morality scale. Charlie, being a bit wet behind the ears as it were, knows about certain situations - ie, blooddolling, farming humans like the homeless encampment the Warren maintains, and the occasional abduction. In the grand scheme of things, she's not naïve enough to think that feeling icky about these things will do anything to stop them, it would just get her wrist-smacked for being a loud, annoying fledgling and annoying grown-vamps doing real work. Sit down, and drink the blood we bagged for you, kid. Charlie knows she's powerless, and to a greater degree...she also knows that her lifestyle relies on this. She recognizes that she has the luxury to bag feed because of these systems. Put into jeopardy where your next meal is actually coming from, on top of 'hangry' meaning 'actual fucking body-count including your own', and you get real quiet about what someone gives you to eat...

So, in that way, Charlie recognizes that her personal feelings about things have very little bearing on the reality of a situation, and in this case, the reality of Bobbin's situation is that she has to kill when she feeds. You can't say your favorite meal is a steak dinner, and worry if the cow was hurt.

As for Bobbin herself, well. As my partner put it when I asked, "Bobbin has become sort of numb to it. She doesn't play with her food, she's not sadistic, and she's not trying to repress anything either. She's just going about her night. Her morality about the situation is like Hannibal's - 'eat the rude' lol."

And it would also entirely depend on who that person was who made friends, and if they had simply made friends with one particular Nos, or was considered a 'friend', ie, good contact, spy, courier, ect. to the Warren as a whole. In general, being friends with one is about as good as being friends with them all, because word gets around that you're sewer-friendly, but you'd still best be careful.

Jen doesn't leave the Warren much, so he's generally a bagger, and Fen takes what he can find above ground if the situation calls for it. Neither of them kill with any regularity, and since coming to the Twin Cities, have a pretty low body count for a Kindred.

As for the last question - Does Charlie consider herself 'above' humans, like many other Kindred do:

Well. For one, she was never that kind of person to begin with. She's very smart, but that never gave her any kind of god complex. -Comforting Him- : Okay, Shu has a sad backstory, all the brothers do... we know that.. Sometimes you'd talk with him, to get it off his chest... and after his mind is off of it.. you two don't talk about it any longer.... And he really does appreciate you... he just never says it.

He has only done that once and it shut you up for a week because we all know Reiji is harsh with his bites...

-Comforting Him- : Reiji won't admit that he's down, or that he's thinking of the past. But you know him... you knew something was up. Comforting him is quite easy, you just hug him tightly... and you reassure him that he's number one in your book... you reassure him that you're never going to leave him... and that you understand...

-What He Loves About You? Physically and Mentally?- : This high ego vampire loves your boobs... this isn't going to change for anyone... he just loves boobs.. whether they are small or huge.. There's a big difference from your boobs and the boobs he'd seen before... Your boobs were like chocolate chips... and he would occasionally bite them, not your nipple though, he did that once and got slapped. What he likes about you mentally? Is your skills in volleyball. Mentally, he loves your caring soul... You may be rude at times and mean but not to him-and Teddy- and that's what gets him happy...

Physically and Mentally?- : Subaru loves your hair, he would ask to touch it, and you've told him plenty of times that he could considering he's your boyfriend... you told him that you don't let others touch it because you don't know where their hands been and you don't want them messing anything up. Mentally, Subaru loves your happiness... and your jokes.. he's so used to being depressed and angry.. so when you brightened up his life.. he was appreciative.

-How He Kisses You- : You have to initiate the kiss, if you don't... you just won't get kisses.. he acts like your so fragile and he tends to say terrible things about himself... So you usually initiate the kissing, he loves feeling your darker hands on his face while you do kiss him. A - Affection: How do they show their love and affection? How intense would it get?

Shuu's affection is simple but subtle. He always has an arm around his darling, even while he is sleeping. By doing this not only is he keeping his darling close but he is also telling the world that they are his and off limits. A win win situation.

As for intensity, Shuu isn't a very intense yandere compared to his brothers but that doesn't make him any less possessive. If his darling tries to leave he will complain and he will end up drinking their blood and marking them. Can't let little darling think they have so much freedom now, can he?

B - Blood: How messy are they willing to get when it comes to their darling?

Hmmm, not too messy tbh. As lazy as he is, once Shuu actually decides to do something he will finish it. As the eldest brother he just has some experience that the others do not and because of that he can probably just use his words to intimidate rivals.

He will throw hands if anyone gets too close though.

C - Cruelty: How would they treat their darling once abducted? Would they mock them?

He would definetly be a bit of a tease even though he does complain a lot. At first he's just annoyed, why is his darling being so noisy? It's driving him nuts! But then again, there are days when he finds darlings desparate face especially amusing and a small smirk finds its way on to Shuu's face. s/o little screams and whispers soon become Shuu's favorite thing to listen to.

D - Darling: Aside from abduction, would they do anything against their darling’s will?

No actually, believe it or not. The only thing Shuu will do is drink darlings blood. The guy has to, you know, eat? He isn't super sadistic like most of his brothers and he really won't do anything harsh unless he is jealous or really mad.

E - Exposed: How much of their heart do they bare to their darling? How vulnerable are they when it comes to their darling?

Shuu would prefer it if his darling was the more sensitive one, that just brings him greater piece of mind. Most of the time he just doesn't really talk about his feelings which can make Shuu a bit of an enigma. But after being with him for a while, s/o will pick up on the subtle signs in case Shuu is irritated or anything of the sorts. His grip always seems to be especially tight then.

F - Fight: How would they feel if their darling fought back?

Sad and disappointed. He actually does love his darling but a part of him also gets why they are doing it. It doesn't make it any bothersome though... Please, just... love him, okay?

G - Game: Is this a game to them? How much would they enjoy watching their darling try to escape?

Shuu might say it i to tease but it's not. He sees no point in meaningless flings, this the long run. And Shuu would be heartbroken if darling tried to leave - darling is like a lost puppy in Shuu's eyes, he has to protect them at all costs, he has to.

Whenever he gets jealous, plain and simple. He just hates it when his brothers get touchy feely with his s/o and Shuu always drags s/o away to his room, his face showing no emotion but the look in his eye says it all.

He never had any plans but he wouldn't mind staying in the Sakamaki household with his s/o. With his home and lovely spouse, Shuu would be on cloud nine.

You bet he does, painfully so. He is able to hide it most of the time but if someone just flat out flirts or touches his s/o, Shuu is by their side ready to fight.

Normal, for the most part. He will probably become affectionate over time though, even downright shameless if he feels like it.

He doesn't really know what he is doing but he will try to put in the effort even if it doesn't look like it. He treats them normally for the most part but there is a subtle soft side reserved for his darling only.

He's pretty much the same 24/7 but if he gets mad his more sadistic side will be a bit more obvious. He'll wipe the floor with anyone if they dare challenge him.

Heck yeah. Sharp bites, a few slaps, teasing little licks, it varies with Shuu. He mostly just bites their neck to shut them up but he isn't afraid to use more force if need be. He'd rather not though.

All depends on darlings behaviour. If they act accordingly he won't really care, just as long they aren't too far away from him that is. But in case darling decides to do something stupid, Shuu will put his foot down.

P - Patience: How patient are they with their darling?

Depends what it is really. He will try to be reasonable but if his darling keeps making a fuss that patience will run thin.

Q - Quit: If their darling dies, leaves, or successfully escapes, would they ever be able to move on?

Never. Shuu would never let this go, the grief would just consume him and destroy him, he won't even bother stopping it. He is nothing without his live and he would have a hard time moving on if this happened.

R - Regret: Would they ever feel guilty about abducting their darling? Would they ever let their darling go?

No, not really. He did because he had to, and he did it to protect them. He just hopes darling will realize that one day.

S - Stigma: What brought about this side of them (childhood, curiosity, etc)?

Shuu can get very insecure and because of that he wants his darling to always be by his side, that way he can always protect them. He doesn't want to lose them, Shuu wouldn't be able to forgive himself if he were to lose yet enother loved one...

T - Tears: How do they feel about seeing their darling scream, cry, and/or isolate themselves?

"What a pain."

He will grumble to himself and this kind of behaviour won't be tolerated for too long. Yeah, it's cute to hear darlings pleas for help but Jesus do not shout.

U - Unique: Would they do anything different from the classic yandere?

Well yes but no. He does do the usual things such as kidnapping but it's his attitude towards it that makes him stand out. He calls everything a pain and an annoyance, why can't darling just come to him? He'll treat them nicely...

V - Vice: What weakness can their darling exploit in order to escape?

No, actually. He loves being spolied rotten with affection and he often catches himself falling for darling's sweet words but Shuu isn't dumb. As lazy as he is, he is smart, very much so, and he can tell if his little songbird is plotting something. He just knows, don't even bother finding out how.

W - Wit’s end: Would they ever hurt their darling?

Yes. Mostly by sucking darlings blood, which can get a bit rough. Shuu just loves to mark his little darling up with his deep love bites, just seeing them so out in the open, it gives him a real sense of pride. He especially loves it when Reiji complains that darling should cover up but Shuu merely replies with a smirk and just brings darling closer, much to Reiji's dismay.

X - Xoanon: How much would they revere or worship their darling? To what length would they go to win their darling over?

He will try to court his darling but he'll just give up halfway and kidnap them. It's a lot easier that way, you know? And Shuu wouldn't exactly worship his darling, but they make up a huge chunk of his world and he wouldn't really know what to do without them in the end.

Y - Yearn: How long do they pine after their darling before they snap?

For quite a while, actually. Shuu might appear as though that he couldn't care less, but he does, he really does. He tells himself that darlings feelings are irrelevant but he doesn't mean that, ever. He wants them to actually be happy, to be happy with him.

Z - Zenith: Would they ever break their darling?

Intentionally? Never. He fell for them for a reason, he doesn't want them to change. But he will leave long lasting scars on his darling which will affect darlings psyche. And there just might be a chance that darling dearest might not be able to handle those deep wounds.

🌙Erdisia 22. She/her lesbian. mint green hair that gradients into sherbet orange. Grayish purple eyes. 

outfits: Enjoys wearing cute, puffy clothes! Ribbons, bows, chiffon, silk. Short dresses and shorts. 'Cute' hairstyles like ponytails n braids. 

Personality/backstory: Cheerful and highly aggressive! She will 100% stab anyone with a smile. She really hates humans and thinks they're all below her. She loves cute things, and but she has a really nasty personality that doesn't match at all. She's super good at sucking up to people and flattering them if she wants something, though. Anything nasty or unpleasant, like torturing? Killing? She is absolutely there for that. She does ALL the dirty work dealing with prisoners of the rebellion. Persi would very much like to have Words with her about that...Sapote doesn't actually like this girl, but Erdisia? Is like, lowkey obsessed with Sapote. Like 100% thinks she should be working with Sapote instead of Cara. Obviously since she's a human, Cara doesn't care for an alien speciesist against humans, and Erdisia goes out of her way to say nasty things to Cara in return. Cara is super good at ignoring people tho, which only makes Erdisia more mad.

Personality/backstory: Entitled and sarcastic. Always thinks he's the smartest person in the room when he's hardly in the top ten in a room of five people. He's every dudebro you've ever met who's mansplained at every woman he's ever met and simultaneously expects them to fall in love with him while he has nothing to really offer and refuses to do any work around the house. That guy. He hates talking to the others and is pretty anti-social, but he's competent with tech. His job is to monitor everything. Like, he's the guy who watches the cameras to make sure no one is up to no good business. The visor over his face can switch to any part of the alien ship, and he can even hack into cameras on Earth. He's a SNITCH. He also dabbles in robotics and hacking. Neither Sapote or Cara like him very much :^)

Funfact: No one has seen him sleep. Seriously, you think Queen'd assign more than one person to watch cameras for this reason. Hm..

outfits: they like robes...comfy. flowy clothes. like. Snuggies. probably wearing slippers. 

Personality/backstory:   They are pretty mysterious! Despite always having bindings over their eyes, they happen to be the best with a sword. Like literally undefeated. They have a very peaceful personality though, inviting anyone to meditate and drink tea with them. They're always happy to talk about their religion, which is the now banned church of Deep Blue. (Queen is very About Science and very anti Guy Who Tried to Kill Their Own and stuff. She also doesn't like the idea of anyone following a dead leaders beliefs instead of following Her. So.) A firm believer in destiny, they're actually against Queen to an extent, but believes being close to her will lead them to the path that Deep Blue will cross. Because destiny. because Saguaro totally believes the Revival Is Coming. Most people think they're super weird for it, and Queen has, in her very polite way, banned them from being Too Vocal about it. Sapote is super weirded out by it. Cara is like. Kind of amused and kind of enjoys hanging out with Saguaro because they're like, even with all their quirks, the most chill of the group. Also, cool sword collection. Saguaro is happy to hang out with the human! But at the same time, they'll make remarks that sound full of pity towards the humans. 

Funfact:  Queen doesn't like them wearing blue because that's Deep Blue's color whereas she likes yellow and white. They wear a good bit of blue anyway! A quiet way to rebel, maybe?

The air was especially warm today, but there was nothing to do. Niko sat staring at the horizon, it appeared more colorful than normal. Almost breaking from it's muted gray tone. The wind blew his hair slightly.

It was calm without Reyo around. He hadn't bothered to show up in days. Leaving Niko confused by the fuzzy memory of him.

Reyo appeared before him, ruining his daydream. Niko was tiring of his games, he stayed seated on the ground.

"Not jumping up to greet me like usual?" Reyo glared, a thinly veiled threat.

Niko jumped to his feet immediately as Reyo stalked around him.

"Not afraid of me anymore, are you? What? Do you expect me to coddle you? You're nothing but pathetic" Reyo mocked him, tilting his head to examine Niko's defeated look.

I would be stupid to think his kindness meant anything

"Don't run off, I'll be right back." He growled as he disappeared.

Niko looked to the skyline, it almost appeared blue today. He missed the way the real sky looked. Missed the wind in his feathers. Missed his wings.

Reyo returned, holding another demon by the upper arm. They looked annoyed but didn't fight as they were dragged after him. Reyo didn't seem to acknowledge their existence as he analyzed Niko's glare.

As Reyo drew near, he released his hold on the stranger, turning to them with a sour look. They stood facing him, eyes averted down in shame.

Reyo took a condescending tone with the stranger as he spoke "I gave you a warning and you still stole from me. I know you did." He got close in their face as they tried to flinch away. "Normally I wouldn't care about missing food. But, I've been having to feed my captive here, so he doesn't die." He took a step back, inhaling sharply as if to gain control of himself.

He began again, in a low growl, as he stepped back to address both of them. "I'm tired of both of you. I'm tired of starving. I'm tired of no one listening to my threats" he gave Niko the side eye at the last part.

"so, I'm going to solve it!" He exclaimed, almost cheerfully.

The stranger was shaking, as Reyo drew near again. Turning their chin up to look them in the eyes. "Awe, why are you afraid now? You never listened to my warnings before now. It would've been so easy." He let them go with a chuckle.

"Now.." he paused, turning to address Niko.

"What's your name, angel?"

"N-Niko"

Reyo turned back to the trembling stranger. "Now, Niko here, is somewhat of a murder. Would you kill Niko to avoid punishment?" A grin spreading across his face at those words.

"Yes- whatever you want master" their voice wavered, but the sigh of relief was obvious.

Reyo's expression was pure evil as he met Niko's shocked gaze. Spinning around, almost playfully, as he distanced himself from the situation.

Is this how I die? After everything. They didn't even look at me before promising to kill me

Reyo broke out in laughter, "Did you hear that, angel? They wouldn't feel bad about killing you." He got serious as he added "I want you to keep that in mind, as you kill them."

He can't be serious. I cant- I've never killed anyone that except Reyo, and he's immortal

The stranger tried sprinting away, Reyo grabbed them instantly, pining their arm behind them. "Sorry I don't feel like chasing today." he met Niko's gaze, adding, "same goes for you, angel."

Niko stood silently, lost in his own racing mind. Time moved slowly as the color left his face.

He looked down, trying not to focus on the struggling creature in Reyo's grip. A sharp noise, as Reyo broke the hand that clawed at him. A scream further freezing Niko in fear.

Reyo took a knife out of his pocket, dropping it to the floor and kicking it towards Niko.

"If you make another piss poor attempt at stabbing me, I'll kill you Niko" he threatened, before turning his attention back on the struggling demon. "You're not very good at getting away, huh?"

"Please- Reyo-" they pleaded, before Reyo put his hand over their mouth

"Oh, shut up."

He turned his attention to Niko, who was still standing stunned at the scene "oh, come on angel, too good for murder now?"

"I- can't-"

"Pick up the knife. Now." Reyo interrupted, impatiently tightening his grip on the demon in his arms.

"Good, now come here, angel." Reyo mused, his voice calm again.

Niko took a shaky step forward, closing the distance. Reyo didn't seem to mind his slow pace drawing out the moment.

Maybe I'm just glad it's not the other way around. Eventually it will be..

Reyo's cruelty surfacing again, as he laughed at their panicked struggles. Seemingly unbothered as they managed to bite into his fingers. He kept his hand tightly over their mouth as color ran down his arm.

Niko wanted to run but he was too terrified. Aware of his every heart beat as he watched, completely frozen.

Reyo's claws dug into the demons cheek as he pulled their head back at an unnatural angle. Flashing a toothy grin at Niko before biting down with force on their exposed skin.

The stranger's eyes widening as they tried to grasp for air. Reyo's jaws still tightly clenched around their throat as a sharp ripping motion brought blood to the stranger's mouth.

Niko watched in shocked fear. Unable to form a coherent thought. Wincing at every flinch the dying stranger made.

Also about Hope's Peak like, even Shuichi doubts that it's fiction in the end? I doubt Kokichi would ever come to that conclusion when he had the book in his lab, and for a special reason? And yeah, people may have enjoyed the game and screwed with them, but that doesn't mean it's just about the outside world or whatever but the organization responsible for arranging this (TDR) since they're really corrupt and sadistic. Idk, I feel like there's a lot more to this judging from the evidence

Sorry if this is flooding you I'm just really bothered because you said it's 'the only thing that makes sense' and I'm like nooooo, no no no no it's not?? There's more worth looking at especially around Kokichi, it's super vague about him even in the end

Okay, so, of course, this whole commentary is running under the assumption that everything is fiction because that's my interpretation of the story. The awkward thing about that for people who aren't necessarily ready to buy that interpretation is that most of the parts where I get to actually discuss why that's my interpretation happen towards the end of the story. Until then, I'm just kind of casually assuming it's the case without getting much chance to back it up, at least if I don't want to go off on massive tangents unrelated to what's actually going on. I'll be talking a lot more about this in chapter 6 (and a little bit in chapter 5) when we reach the parts where the narrative starts actively focusing on all of this. Hopefully then it'll become clearer why I think what I do. (Hopefully. I’m not quite so far ahead in writing this that I’ve reached chapter 6 yet, so I don't know exactly what I'm going to say when I get there, but.)

I acknowledge that my interpretation isn't the only possible one and that there are some holes in it. I talked about a few of these during the prologue and also briefly mentioned the talent thing when we saw Angie's waxworks. But the thing is, I'm pretty sure there isn't any single interpretation which has absolutely no holes in it. I've certainly never seen one which doesn't make me go "okay, but what about this, though". Not even mine, admittedly, yes.

I choose to go with my interpretation for two reasons, the first being that, in my opinion, it has the most supporting evidence and the fewest holes. (And most of the holes it does have can be put down to the fact that the out-universe writers probably couldn't do much about them if this was the story they wanted to tell. For example, the pregame characters being kidnapped and then so slow on the uptake about being in Danganronpa is awkward, but the alternative, assuming this is the truth of the story that the out-universe writers are trying to tell, is either that they make it very clear what's going on and spoil the entire plot twist for the out-universe audience before the story's even begun, or we don't get to see the pregame characters in the prologue at all and therefore have no potential proof that there even was a "pregame", which would make it seem even more likely that Tsumugi was lying about that.)

But my second and probably more important reason I go with this interpretation is simply because I like the story best this way. I love metanarratives, and I find it absolutely fascinating to think about and discuss the ways that this being treated as a story within the story affects how things go. If this wasn't something that I could genuinely believe is the truth of the story, I wouldn't like Danganronpa V3 anywhere near as much as a narrative and wouldn't have as much fun talking about it to the point that I might not even be doing this commentary.

Obviously not everyone's going to feel the way that I do, and that's fine. But I think it's perfectly valid for me to use "this is what I want to believe" as a reason to believe it when that's an actual message that the story promotes. The narrative towards the end makes a point of the idea that sometimes you can never be sure what's a lie and what's the truth. That's almost certainly why Kokichi as a character is as ambiguously presented as he is (as much as I keep expressing my frustration at the lack of a concrete backstory explaining why Kokichi is the way he is, I do understand that the writers did it for this purpose, even if the result is that it makes me less able to like him), and why the plot itself is so ambiguous and there are multiple interpretations that are plausible. The player is basically invited to choose whichever interpretation they want to, so that's what I'm doing.

I gave you this general speech instead of addressing some of your specific points since I'm going to be talking about most of those points in more detail later when they come up in the main commentary (and I'd be happy to discuss them further through asks if you still want to once we get there). I will talk a bit about Kokichi here, though, since I won't be doing so later - because I'm honestly a little confused as to why you appear to be so sure that Kokichi is the key to figuring out the whole truth of the story. It seems apparent to me that the reason things are so vague and ambiguous about him even at the end is simply because the narrative purpose of his character is to be an embodiment of that theme about lies and truth, like I just discussed, not because the real truth about him would somehow give any answers about anything important. Kokichi is just as in the dark as any other character except for Tsumugi, and anything he might figure out is nothing but a guess. I admit that when I said "the only thing that makes sense" re Kokichi's view on the outside world, I was running under my assumption that everything is fiction, and, yes, him having hypothetically guessed that doesn't prove anything about what's really out there. That entire point of mine was less about using Kokichi to back up my interpretation of the real truth of the situation, and more about using my assumption of the real truth of the situation to back up Kokichi's state of mind. I still stand by my observation that the comments Kokichi makes in that scene do seem to be hinting that he thinks everything is not only a lie but specifically fiction, though, regardless of whether or not he's right about it.

I'm also not sure what Hope's Peak has to do with Kokichi, since Kokichi never learns about it at all. He never sees inside his own lab, so he never gets to read that book. Even if Hope's Peak was real, his memories of it would have been just as wiped as everyone else's, and he never gets exposed to that one Flashback Light.

You could've been anything. A voice for change, a voice of reason. A silent but decent voice in the throat of a decent person who went about their life and died perhaps unknown, but whose children mightve gone on to add to the population of decent people that we need moving into the next century.

But no, this is what you do...?

No.

This is the true way to die namelessly. To attach yourself to a legacy we will never forget, but one that strips your name of any humanity worth preserving.

You'll be one of many whose names aren't worth remembering.

And I don't know if humanity will survive, but if it does, I hope it doesn't bother with any of their names.

They don't have any.

For a while, I've been an asset to the U.S. Government. Since then they have continually asked what it is I want for my service. Since I am apart of a group of Missionaries that doesn't believe in payment due to service it has become complex to perceive what it is I do want. It comes the time to put into detail what it is I desire:

I want to reclaim my real full name, David Windsor. Of course, I want my blood to accept me. But at the moment it is irrelevant. I have an obligation to a people I can seriously relate to. People who if I was in the same position would gladly do the same. Maybe some of them wouldn't but why should that make the difference?

My circumstances have really been unnecessarily shameful. All I've wanted is to explore my identity and yet people offer secrecy. What I've noticed is in every branch of this United States Government there are those of advocacy and heresy. No sector of the organization feels solely the same for me. To consider such a thing would put everyone in the same bubble of thought. Such a form of segregation is something the Enemy holds in high regard. Which is why I shall remain intentionally ignorant of such practices.

I had the money and the means to get to Israel. But some fools froze my accounts impulsively and just plain extemporaneously as if I am some sort of terror threat. When I risk my life for there sakes they decide to paint me as an enemy. The kind of enemy destined for execution by there spiteful hands. What is logic? Simply put I am a Christian who is not swayed by their sinful indulgences.

I don't want a new identity or a new life. I want to accept the identity I've always had and enjoyed the life of which so many fools attempted to control. If my enemies face me like men instead of hiding like children and grow courage in the midst of numbers then I'll be ready. Why fear the wrath of man when I know the wrath of God is exact? Nothing could be swifter. So when I see these Barbie spies hiding every time I call them out I laugh. Because it reminds me of Adam and Eve. Didn't they try and hide from there mistakes? I too have tried to hide from my sins. The sin of deception, of arrogance, of selfishness, of lust, and there's probably more that I'm just not ready to accept. But that is the point, isn't it? We are all sinful people trying to make amends for our mistakes. But the only true way to do such a thing is to accept Christ as your savior. No government could give you a better chance than the Holy Trinity.

Another aspect that just bothers me is there constant attempt to find a code in everything I do. I was looking out this pleasant window expressing part of the Houston downtown area and people act as if I'm scouting out a sniper. My survival is based on a number of factors. But when God tells you you are safe their's no reason to doubt it. Relaxation is something I'm fond of. You just add anxiety when you anticipate something that isn't there.

They've made silent offers to go to school in the states. But frankly, this school system sucks. Elementary, Middle, High, and a bit of college. What did I learn? Absolutely nothing. Every useful skill I learned when I left the states or experienced extremities in the states. A school setting makes me want to regurgitate. Ergo, I would rather throw up than set foot in a ridiculous system. The education I required no money but all commitment. Sure some skills I acquired through favors and some coin. But the most important lessons were learned through earned respect. There's no way a school teacher respects every student. But when you first earn that mentor's respect thereby gaining the important lessons that are when you gain more than any college could give you.

That's not to say you can't gain a wealth of knowledge from any known education system. I've just learned more from the unknown ones.

I'll most likely come back to the U.S. to eventually pursue the arts. But that is not my main objective. I don't have scores to settle but relationships to build. No matter the high or the low that is all that matters. Perhaps the U.S will offer some resources for my journey other than the mud some of them (not all of them) have thrown on my face. But I really am fine either way. Here I can anticipate being treated like I have leprosy. So if I get nothing it would be by no means surprising. Plus they have the audacity to act as if they saved me. When really they're like a dad who decided to stop by after 22 years of abandonment while the mother (the Missionaries and other great heroes) has been protecting and guiding me from day one. And this mama bear hasn't taken any breaks. Even when a lot of them have. I have no doubt some of them relished the thought of my enemies killing me. But I am untouchable by God's grace not by any pitiful physical "mercy".

I am just so sick of feeling like I'm in a prison of misunderstanding. Despite my continual transparency. I'm transparent, not translucent.

There have been times where if they would have told me we're protecting you I would have to ask: how can you protect me from yourself?

Because if I didn't have my license and social a lot of them would have killed me by now. Does that mean they represent the entirety of the U.S. Government? Hell no! People like that are just examples of a load of cowards who can't accept how wrong they are because they're too busy bolstering up their egos. Honestly, I'm surprised they still have a job. How can you rely on someone who's more interested in saving their own asses then the guy next to them?

Oh, and do these pricks get pissed when I call them out on their bullocks. Then they try to act as they care about me. If I was a corpse on the street you would take a selfie, you sick demented morons! But have I, throughout this entire process, had a reason to anticipate death? By Gods Grace: no.

Their mistake is a heavy reliance on fear. I am referring to the cowards of course. Such people are a form of the slaver. They wish to keep their informants in fear so they can do anything they can to take advantage of them. To make the person bend over as they relish in their sadistic pleasures. Such people are the inevitable viruses of any system. Just because a car is dirty doesn't mean it can't be cleaned. Yes, I've given a wealth of information and exposed a wealth of criminals. But that doesn't mean I'm for free. Money has never been an object of concern for me. I've thrived with or without it. Its freedom I will continually seek. No amount of money, no occupation could be worth more than that to me.

Why should anyone fear my expression? Has it ever been a crime to express oneself honestly? Since I don't fear who I am I've officially accepted that cameras will follow me in some way. It seems my reputation has finally landed in the states. But at this point I quite like it. Just as long as personal space is constant. After all, I don't want to be treated like a slave again. A lot of people have called me a weirdo or just been confused by my actions as if I have to fit a certain mold. But I realized when I read the biographies of celebrities they were treated the same way. So I guess I could look at it as a good sign. I do think the photos and videos of me would be fun to watch in certain cases and just a plain invasion of privacy in others.

Despite these neanderthal's, I know a lot of them to care about me. But sympathy or apathy doesn't change that I need to go to Israel. Do I give a damn if my enemies know my destination or not? Of course not and I shouldn't have to mention why. There fear their of overt caution is just evidence of the fact that they have very little understanding of what they're dealing with. But the Missionaries do. And whether they help us or not makes no difference. We will still pursue the mission objective. As we always have and always will.

Yes, the Missionaries could get me there in a matter of days. But the relationship between the U.S and the Creed of Christians (Missionaries) needs to have a solid structure. Its clear to me now the whole purpose of coming back to the US to spill the beans was so I could be free to go where I please. Which thanks to my training is exactly where I'm supposed to go. I definitely can't dispute if it wasn't for the scrutiny of law enforcement and the constant surveillance (for a time) I wouldn't have had the chance to tear away from the fake family. So yeah that tearing away from that toxic mold couldn't have happened without them. It has been freaking cool working with them. Especially when I drove to LA. It was so composed. Every maneuver was a different thrill. And watching my enemies flee in fear wouldn't have been so satisfactory if it wasn't for my exposure induced by there surveillance. Recently the cowards tried to drug me which I can't help but laugh at. If my calculations are correct this is the second time they've attempted this. Even the Russians stopped drugging me because I learned how to fight through it. When it comes to any drugs as long as you physically exert yourself it is plausible to shatter that barrier between you and your capability.

One of the big mistakes some of them have made is thinking I am in some way going to be some sort of Edward Snowden ergo a boy who thinks he could run the country better by pointing out the flaws but totally ignoring his own hypocrisy by sleeping with a Judas of a Government. Look everyone can agree mistakes were made on both sides. As long as we remain transparent and not look for ways to annoy each other we really shouldn't have any problems. Yeah, I've been pissed off at the stupidity that has come my way, but that doesn't change the warm hearts I've come across as well.

Wither they be military, investigative, or a mixture of the two it's not hard to see that the people advocating for me within the U.S. Government and abroad are by no means few in number. This is why it is of the utmost importance for us to work together to put a stop to these extremists by any means necessary.
