Yandere! Jason who never has to worry about others trying to take you away from him. Besides the fact that you're madly in love with him, he's attractive, he's quite popular on campus, and he's the star football player of his college's team, for fuck's sake. He's got a stacked reputation at best and a nasty mean streak at worst, so why would he ever assume someone would try to take him away from you? That would be social suicide, the worst thing any one could possibly attempt to do, only someone with half a brain stem would attempt to try that-

At least, he thought.

Yandere! Jason who's proven wrong when he overhears someone asking for your number one day, his ears perking up almost instantly when he notices the person who's now sitting at his table in the restaurant, trying to shimmy up to you flirtatiously while you back away silently. Your attempts to distance yourself from this random stranger are proven futile in front of Jason's eyes, your constant reminders of your disinterest and your current boyfriend doing nothing to deter the person now sitting beside you.

Yandere! Jason who can feel his blood boiling as he walks closer, about to blow a gasket. Who was this random person beside you? Didn't they understand that you were taken, by him of all people, no less? Not only that, but did this person really expect to get away with invading your space without any consequences? Were they truly that dense?

This was not going to fly. This was not going to fly at all.

Yandere! Jason who immediately slams your food down, angerly questioning the person in front of him before they can get a word in edgewise. Who are they? What did they want? Didn't they understand you were taken? Were they craving a fist to their face? Because Jason would be more than happy to make that happen.

Despite his threats, the person bothering you seems undeterred. They back off, throwing half-assed apologies over their shoulder, but Jason can tell they don't mean a word. Jason wants nothing more than to punch them in their stupid face, to beat them to a bloody pulp right there on the restaurant floor, but he's in public and has a reputation to upkeep, and besides, you're there. Normally that wouldn't stop him, but he knows his actions may come back to bite you if people know you were with him at the time, so he keeps himself in check, forcing as much of his anger down as possible as he focuses his energy on making sure you're all right, and then on enjoying eating with you. He will not let this ruin his day, his or yours.

Besides, that should be the end of it, right?

Wrong.

Yandere! Jason who can feel his anger returning full force when a couple days later, you tell him that the person you two had seen at the restaurant had somehow gotten your number, and was now texting you nonstop. You don't know how they got it, you certainly didn't give it to them, a fact Jason knows full well, since he was within earshot of the conversation. A friend must have given it to them, or somehow found it online. Either way, they refused to take no for an answer, and in fact, were actively mocking Jason to your face, promising to treat you far better than he ever could.

Yandere! Jason who can feel himself losing control of his rational as he scrolls through your phone, reading message after message after message. There were way too many to count, all of which ranged from slandering Jason, to proclaiming their love for you, to repeated attempts of asking you out. It's not like the person's complements were wrong, in fact, Jason agreed with every loving word that was sent, but that wasn't the problem! The problem was that you were his, only his, and this person couldn't seem to understand that! Not only that, but they were going so far as to insinuate that Jason was treating you poorly, that he wasn't really a good boyfriend, that he was a cheater, no less.

Jason would never, not on you. He loves you. You knew that!

...Right?

Yandere! Jason would is a little relieved to here your reassurances of trust, that you don't believe a word out of this scumbag's mouth, but he can't shake the insecurities this person had planted in his head. Was he treating you right? What if you secretly hated him? What if they could treat you better than he could? What if they were right?

...No. No. They were wrong, they had to be. He was the best man you would ever be able to find, no one would be able to treat you as well as he did. Nobody.

Yandere! Jason who immediately channels his insecurities into anger, excruciatingly burning anger. How dare they? How dare they do this to you, to him?! They wouldn't get away with this, he wouldn't let them. They'd pay for this, for all of this. All rational was out the widow, they were going to suffer for their actions. He'd make sure of it.

Yandere! Jason who's beyond reason at this point. He asks you for the name of the individual, and you happily provide it, thankful that he's planning on stepping in and stopping this madness. You trust your boyfriend, and with his influence? He'll get this person off your back in no time.

...But you have no idea what lengths he'll go to to get back at this person.

Yandere! Jason who easily tracks down the individual who's been bothering you. It's not hard, there are records of who attends the school after all, and even if they weren't a student of the college (which they were, he checked), he'd be able to find them within the city. There's only so far they can live if they're asking you out in person. He quickly makes a list of all the classes the person takes, and then finds all their social media, all their friends, all their clubs, all their connections. He's gonna need to do some digging if he's gonna get some dirt on them, so he'd better start now.

Yandere! Jason who manages to track down the person on campus fairly quickly, it's not hard when he has a comprehensive schedule to follow. He has no trouble following them from class to a more secluded area, it's not like they'd suspect anything with the sea of people coming to and from classes all across campus.

Yandere! Jason who makes his presence known as soon as their are less people around. He curtly brings them to a secluded area (what are the gonna do? Say no? To him? Yeah right) before immediately questioning them, his anger only rising with every nervous, half-baked answer. He was toying with them of course, he already knew there was nothing they could say to satisfy him, but it was still anger inducing to watch them flounder for an answer, only making things worse for themselves the more that they talked.

If the person he's cornered is a woman, Jason will let them go. He's not really in the habit of beating up women, it's not a great look for him, so he'll allow them to escape his questioning, watching them scurry away like a scared little mouse.

If the person isn't a women though...

They don't get to finish their little interview before Jason is on them, beating the ever-loving shit out of their defenseless body. He's a star football player, a prime athlete, so there's very little one could do to defend themselves from his powerful punches once he's angry enough. All they can really do is shield themselves as best they can, praying that he'll run out of energy before they pass out from the beating their body is taking.

Yandere! Jason who stops when they're just on the cusp of consciousness, backing off as his victim tries to regain their senses. He's done enough to them physically, and he's managed to get his anger out the best he could using his fists, so he turns to walk away, throwing a harsh warning over his shoulder. Nobody else is to know of what just took place, or their will be consequences.

But he's not done yet, oh no. The best part is just about to take place.

Yandere! Jason who has a lot of influence. He knows it, the college knows it, and the person he beat up definitely knows it. So why not use it to his advantage? After all, besides the beat-down, he managed to find a couple interesting pieces of dirt on his victim, and it would be a shame to let them go to waste...

Yandere! Jason who watches as this person's reputation goes down in flames seemingly overnight. All he had to do was let a couple of people know what he found out, mostly his team, and boom! The whole campus has suddenly become aware of this person's creepy tendencies, and just like that, any relationships this person had are flushed down the drain. Nobody wants anything to do with them, actively avoiding that person if possible, and in the most extreme cases, people begin messing with the individual, pushing them around and harassing them whenever they're near. It's an amazing transformation, and Jason revels in the chaos of it all, watching the individuals downfall with a smile.

It's a shame, really. All they had to do was leave you alone.

Yandere! Jason who keeps you completely in the dark about everything that he's done. He doesn't want to scare you off, he doesn't want you seeing the full extent of what he's capable of, and besides, you're already upset enough with all that's gone down. Finding out that the person hitting on you not only didn't care about boundaries, but was also a terrible person is a little bit frightening, to say the least. So he'll focus on comforting you, playing the part of the innocent boyfriend who did nothing more than warn the person off, pretending that everything was fine. This was just what happens when someone comes for what's his.

And it would be fine. he'd make sure of it. You weren't going to leave him, least of all for that low life, so really, everything was ok. It had to be ok. He'd make it ok.

You were meant to be with him, and no one else. You were his.

Only his.

To give my Real Opinion on the whole Clark vs Lois issue (since people are giving me theirs), I'm surprised it is an issue, since it's very clearly supposed to be an conflict where both people made decisions that made sense from their point of view but still hurt each other. It makes sense that Clark would be insecure about telling Lois this when she's acting distrustful of Superman, and it makes sense he'd freak out and not handle a situation where she was putting a lot of pressure on him well. It also makes sense that Lois would be angry (and probably humiliated) and upset that Clark not only lied to her face when she was begging him to tell her the truth, but left her where she couldn't help him when she was worried sick about him.

Honestly, I think a lot of you aren't being honest about how you'd feel if you had a friend who disappeared every time something dangerous happened, you spent a lot of time frantically searching and worrying about that friend each time, only to find out oh hey, your friend was well aware of how worried you were and was actually right there but they were pretending to be someone else instead of letting you in on what was happening. You'd feel played with.

And Clark also KEPT lying when she was basically saying "hey stop lying to me. I know." He did it instinctively. She was begging him to tell her, and he didn't. That's going to hurt, and that's going to be galling. She definitely felt she had no other choice than to do something drastic, because she can't enter a relationship with someone she knows is lying to her and here he is, refusing to come clean. She's a reporter, the need to know drives her.

"Lois isn't entitled to Clark's private information, they haven't known each other that long", sure, but Clark vanishes in dangerous situations and causes real distress, Clark has been discussing Superman with Lois and unconsciously trying to manipulate her feelings on him while not telling her the whole truth, and you'd feel weird if someone did that, you'd feel kinda violated! And even if someone told you they weren't doing that to laugh at you, wouldn't you be hurt and humiliated?!

When exactly IS Lois entitled to Clark's info? When they start dating? How many months is it okay for him to date her without him telling her he's actually the guy she spends every waking minute trying to interview? Would he have told her as their relationship got serious? Not knowing that is probably scary and if I was Lois I'd think twice about if I wanted this either!

And what's especially scary is that yeah, he did leave her behind to so he could possibly go get killed when she was begging him not to. That's terrifying. She was probably terrified the entire time she waited. He was able to take her choice away from her, and Lois does not like feeling helpless. Clark was scared of her getting hurt, so he enforced his will and so shewas scared for HIM. and then he refused to talk about those worries!

It's also pretty galling when she's already helped him out in several fights- she's proven she can be useful and helpful! I'd be mad too! I'm sure there was a little vindictiveness in her actions- you see how you like it when someone takes your choice away too.

At the same time, Clark is clearly not comfortable showing people his whole self. He still doesn't know who he is, and he goes into panic mode about it. He's very scared of people being hurt because of him. What he did made sense from his point of view. And I'm sure he's not happy to be forced to reveal his secret.

It doesn't matter 'who's more right'. It's not a game they get to win! They both violated each other's boundaries. Their feelings both make sense from their perspective, and interesting conflicts are complicated. And I like it when characters don't just react to everything flawlessly. There's a lot of drama in secret identities, and sometimes stories have conflict.

I do agree this should have happened later in the season or as a season 2 thing, but that's sadly just life in this streaming hell era. They didn't know if they'd get a season 2 to tell the story they wanted. We have to take the conflict as it is. And let's face it, if Lois had taken longer to figure out, y'all would be making fun of her for being dumb. Lois is for some reason always the butt of that joke even though nobody else can see Clark is Superman either- and when she does figure it out (as she usually does!) and has anything other than positive feelings about it she still gets blamed. Just enjoy having a character who can have complex feelings.

If you hate relationship conflict, there's stuff for you out there! Read Superman Family Adventures by Art Baltazar, it's very cute low stakes low conflict stuff and has an actual Himbo Clark.

Wow, thank you!! I'm happy you're enjoying it so much :') exams are upon me but I'll be back to posting more regularly (and working on requests) soon!

Mmmh, there are some headcanons I hold so dear that I forget they're not actually in the source material.

For example, I like to think both Niko and Charles resent their own mothers, and feel guilty about it. I do plan on forcing them to bond over it. I also think these two are the only ones comfortable and accepting about their respective sexualities!

(Yes, I do think Charles knows and accepts he is bisexual. My reasons are:

The souls from Lust didn't try to grab him;

He didn't definitively reject Edwin, so that tells me he probably knows he would be capable of having a relationship with a boy;

I'm bi and I never had any conflict about it, and I'm here to project lol)

One important aspect of characters for me is that they have Bad Thoughts(tm). Not "I will murder everyone" kinda thoughts but just, moments in which they're selfish, they think unkind things, they consider doing morally dubious things. Characters who are 100% good and only think good thoughts are very plain to me.

I apply this to Crystal in particular. Just the idea that she thinks very bad things constantly, because a part of her is used to this. Edwin is probably the same, as being in Hell is not conductive to a very nice mind, I'd imagine.

Also, I like to think Crystal never kept her powers secret, but she did lie a lot. So she would tell her friends she could see the future and then just make up some stuff that would benefit her to influence their actions. Like, if she liked someone's boyfriend? oh, he's gonna cheat. Not a lot of people believed her, but it was enough.

For Edwin, I think he is the type who doesn't know when to stop talking, so a lot of the bullying he suffered was due to him arguing with the people who insulted him. His answers were very clever, but that never stopped anyone from hitting him, go figure.

Also, the organization of the books doesn't have a consistent system. Edwin changes it all the time and that's why Charles can't find anything. There's a specific shelf for Charles' stuff, he keeps some photoes he stole from his own house there, among other things. It's the only part Edwin will never reorganize.

And for the last question, I do have some plans for that! :)

as much as i loved shin eva, something about it didn't sit right with me. i've been doing a lot of reflection lately, and i think i've sort of unpacked it?

theres a lot of incoherent rambling here i think but i don't care, i'm not editing shit

spoilers for the rebuilds, don't read if you haven't seen them.

to start, i think it was a- no, not excellent, uh ... it was a satisfactory conclusion to most? i liked it, cried my eyes out obviously.

shinji's character got a great conclusion. i don't think that's a hot take by any means. seeing him actually talking to his father, having a real conversation with gendou, and in turn making that character, who'd probably felt like a walking plot device beforehand, human? that's powerful shit.

but... oh, mari. she was definitely a fun character, if not a little shallow and fanservicey. her presence never really bothered me though, not until shinji ended up with ...her??

that final scene genuinely shocked me. i guess i sort of get the idea?? like, his only other romantic options were the following:

A: Rei Ayanami

a clone of his dead mother that barely understands the concept of being human, and whose care for him clearly, at least to me, stems from her practically being his family.

B: Asuka Langley Shikinami

an angry redheaded girl who, unlike her version in the original series, is also a clone. this one's backstory is much more shrouded in mystery, but regardless, she's violent asf with shinji, tried to force feed him, etc. as far as we know, she no longer has feelings for him after the 14-year timeskip and is implied to be in a relationship with kensuke.

C: Kaworu Nagisa

(we'll get to him in a minute)

A and B... not great options. A is a weird dynamic, and they give off a sibling vibe to me anyway. B is jusy plain fucked. i've never thought asuka and shinji's relationship was remotely healthy, not with soryuu OR shikinami.

but did the writing team just forget about C? i understand it was established towards the end that kaworu didn't truly understand shinji's happiness, but ...that doesn't fit with the relationship i saw, at least.

to me, yeah, he fucked up a couple times. his existence ended up causing more pain to shinji but this was through no fault of his own.

"all he wanted was for shinji to live and be happy."

kaworu realizing that maybe it was not just a selfless act, that maybe it was also for himself, and acknowledging that, is absolutely character development. in exchange for becoming human, he acknowledged his own flaws.

and that is beautiful to me.

so why am i weirded out by shinji ending up with mari, you ask?

it's because she does not have depth as a character.

she feels so utterly flat to me, and that is not a dig at her, i'm not a mari hater by any means, but OH MY GOD. how do you just end like that? with this one person who doesn't feel like a real person?

and it's not like i'm mad about it because she's new, hell no. it's because she has no flaws. she feels like this perfect shell of a character to me. and maybe that's the point? i have no idea. i have no idea what was going through anno's head when he was cooking up this film.

again, to clarify, i still LOVED the movie. but mari becoming important is weird. kaworu was right there and they just kinda ??? tossed him aside ???

to me at least, it should've been him, or shinji's love life should've been left up to interpretation. mari didn't earn that ending.

reader and ashley were basically childhood friends, reader being the only person to actually give ashley a chance to actually be her friend rather than befriend her to try to get to andrew (which ashley was very wary of reader right from the get-go)

reader is basically known for being perfect and even "pure" by her peers back in highschool (and being a part of student council is no help) mostly due to her mother forcing her to excel and reader never really having much of an identity because of it

so it would be pretty scandalous for rumors of reader and ashley dating to go out, right? well, ashley fuels those rumors meanwhile reader tries to shut them down because reader isn't even out when it comes to liking girls

reader's mother is pretty disapproving of reader's and ashley's friend/relationship but the two usually sneak around to hang out anyways, mostly ashley

in the current game setting, reader is quarantined with the graves siblings since at that point, her mother stopped caring and viewed her daughter as a lost cause and is practically an accomplice in everything that happened

of course, with the quarantine, ashley and reader have gotten closer than ever before to the point that reader is questioning herself and her attraction to ashley

the relationship will be relatively toxic especially with reader likely being more of a doormat than andrew (somehow) and ashley's nature in isolating reader from friends and even her peers in general

holy shit, i think leyley would actually be so happy if [reader] actually came over to celebrate her birthday. even if [reader] wasn't able to bring her a gift, just her showing up to say "happy birthday, leyley!" would cause leyley to break out into a huge adorable smile!! the fact that [reader] actually takes the time and makes the effort to be there for leyley would make her like [reader]. [reader] is there for her, she likes to be friends with her. even having her sneak out of the house to hang out with ashley is so heart touching to her and enforces the idea that [reader] likes her. it also builds up that attachment to [reader] in ashley character.

i'm not too entirely sure how people in the neighborhood the graves' lived at react to gay people but... i'm sure it would be some sort of struggle being "outed" as gay when you yourself aren't even sure if you're gay or not. [reader] would definitely panic when ashley teases her about the rumors. "didn't you hear about them? everyone's talking about us~ about our relationship~"

"what?! what no! ashley, they can't-- they're lying!! we're not dating-- i don't even--"

"you don't what, [reader]? you don't like me? aren't we friends?? you're MY friend!!" omg the back and fourth the two go through of ashley pushing the boundaries of their relationship and [reader] calming her down after she (purposely) misconstrues her words turning ashley down. and it's so hard trying to dispel the rumors because yeah, they always hang out with each other (because ashley gets mad when [reader] tries to hang out with other people) and yeah, [reader] doesn't have many other friends outside of ashley (because ashley doesn't like to share :3c) AND NO, SHE'S NOT JUST FRIENDS WITH ASHLEY TO GET TO ANDREW!!

and GOD ONCE [READER]'S MOTHER FINDS OUT???? ashley knows all about shitty mothers, this is just another factor that she could use to keep [reader] close. it's an aspect that they can bond over!! they're both disappointing daughters to their mothers... kinda romantic, isn't it? it's like the only other that can relate is right next to them huh? (ashley's giving her smug bedroom eyes to [reader] while [reader] is like "haha... ha yeah, so true ashley canwetalkabout somethingelse?") THIS CONFLATES OR LIKE COMBINES WHEN THE QUARANTINE HAPPENS LIKE "WOWIE YOUR MOM DOESN'T WANT SHIT TO DO WITH YOU EITHER!!! we should kiss rn"

biggest question i have is whether or not andrew would like it or not? he's used to being ashley's rock, her anchor, the only one who loves her. and now [reader] comes along and... well, not steals her but makes her less reliant on andrew. ashley's always going to andy so it's not like andrew's leaving her (not like he wants to do so either) but there must be some tension or competition between him and [reader]. especially since [reader]'s taking his spot as "doormat extraordinaire" like bro!!! what the fuck!!! honestly such a fun idea to explore.

[reader] has nothing left but ashley. ashley drove away her friends in middle/high school, her mother abandoned her due to rumors of her dating ashley, and now she's stuck with ashley (and andrew) for three months. no one is calling the phone to talk to her, no one is trying to break her out, and no one is missing her. it's only [reader] and ashley (and andrew)

some spoilers!! and apologies for the long post.

i honestly really enjoyed it! it was almost like a skins/euphoria but imbued with like a heartstopper/sex education vibe in the sense that it dealt with serious teenage issues/mental health but light enough that it doesn't weigh down on you. my character thoughts:

mia was so infuriating almost at all times. obviously under the circumstances, it makes sense but there's this level of likeability that was missing for me. maybe it was the writing or the acting who knows but in my mind it's like this: im making an albeit an unfair comparison to effy from skins or even rue from euphoria, but they were battling their demons and making all the wrong choices but there was still this level of “i want to root for them” that's missing with mia personally.

in a similar vein with alison, she is meant to be this popular rich mean girl archetype who surprises you but obviously in the first half of the season she's supposed to be kind of unlikeable but i found her very endearing. as for the relationship, alison and mia DO NOT belong together. like at all. i am not rooting for them. alison in a way forced a relationship with mia and then also mia was like too scared to say anything about it. its clear that alison liked mia waaaaay more than mia liked alison. like carli says in the last ep as well, “to learn to not be a fantasy to each other”, alison needs to take mia off this pedastal she has for her. i'm very interested to learn more about her character outside of mia though if they hopefully continue the show. i have a feeling that we are supposed to think that she and cameron hooked up at the end or something but i'm rlly hoping its a red herring.

carli is also a character i would love to learn more about. she definitely has more chemistry with mia and i love her for standing her ground against mia, as she needs to help herself before she can be in a healthy relationship. but i will say it was pretty shitty stringing cameron along.

speaking of cameron, i didn't quite expect to like his character as much as i did. in a way his arc in the season is battling toxic masculinity as he kinda seems to come off as this laid back, bro kinda guy but he cares and loves so deeply. it wasn't right calling bec a "sket". i'm not british but obviously its like equivalent to slut, and im very glad he owned up to it. i'm also really interested to know more about his family and stuff.

i love bec as well. she deserves all the happiness in the world. im glad she was able to air out her things with mia, albeit in a very treacherous way and i also love how her mom was supportive of the abortion. i'm honestly kinda tired seeing the mom kicking out the daughter for getting pregnant trope so it was nice to see a mom just being supportive. bec is just such a wonderful friend and mia honestly has a lot to make up for. re not telling mia about her and cam, it was honestly frustrating seeing mia be so petty. i understand that its a big secret and she felt like everyone was hiding things from her but its also right to have secrets amongst friends, idk that really stuck out to me.

will for me had the weakest arc as in it wasn't the most interesting to me. don't get me wrong, i love the character but it just wasnt giving a whole lot to me. i recognize him as more than the comic relief but also at the same time he was stirring the pot in a lot of the arguments / blowups the group had, consciously and unconsciously. though i will say will x theo <3 but comedic duo of the century is will x alison. the little song they did for mia's birthday is stuck in my head.

tldr; great characters and great show. it's really hard to find a show about teens as a 25yo living in a 16yo body that i enjoy and don't find annoying. i just love how each character was able to be so nuanced despite being an ensemble cast.

but knowing netflix's track record it's gonna get cancelled because a) it's good b) has wlw content... but i really hope not.

I'd say he's affectionate to a moderate degree. Not completely devoid of it, but also not totally clingy. I think he's a bit awkward, y'know? He'd definitely show affection by comforting or helping others when they're upset or stressed (or hurt), It's just in his nature.

B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)

He'd be a pretty chill best friend. Very typical "childhood guy best friend" vibe about him. The friendship might start before Raccoon City, most likely when you two were younger.

Though, if you were there to survive the incident with him, I think there would be a possibility of the relationship becoming something even more than best friends...

C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)

Kinda tying into the affection one, he wouldn't really cuddle much if he didn't know you too well, but if he happened to be more comfortable with you, he'd be more than happy to cuddle with you if you asked him to.

He'd be pretty gentle with cuddling. Maybe in the form of casually slinging an arm around you while you two watch a movie, or laying in your lap while you play with his hair (I think he'd especially like that tbh)

D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

Before Raccoon City happened, I think he envisioned eventually getting married to someone and having a kid or two. Now, he's not so sure he'd be ready for something like that after all that he went through.

As for cooking, I think coming from an Italian family, he'd be a really good cook. I can imagine a recipe or two may have been passed down to him before the death of his parents.

Cleaning on the other hand....oh boy. Honestly, I don't think he'd be a total slob, but I think he'd procrastinate on tidying up more than a few times...

E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)

I think he would avoid being the one to do it. The last thing he wants to do is hurt you in some way, so unless he was certain you two were on the same page about it, he wouldn't want to break things off right away.

On a separate note, I don't think he handles being broken up with the greatest either (ie: coping by getting drunk and almost missing your first day of work *ahem, ahem*)

F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)

He's very loyal so I think he'd have no particular problems about commitment if and when the time comes. However, he's only 21 and recently survived a zombie apocalypse, so I don't think getting married is the first thing on his mind at the moment.

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

He's a pretty gentle guy physically, but since joining the force, had developed thick skin when it comes to more dire or serious situations.

It takes quite a bit to get him emotional, though I feel like even in the years following the incident, he'd cry most often in private to avoid showing vulnerability around others.

H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)

He likes hugs but doesn't receive them often. He does, however give others hugs if they need them.

His hugs are very soft. He's got strong arms from training at the police academy, but he knows not to squeeze the life out of you lol.

I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)

He’d say it early on, but not too early. I feel like “I love you” would be something he’d first confess in the heat of the moment, though he’d also accidentally (and awkwardly) make implications that he likes you pre-relationship.

J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)

For jealousy, I think he wouldn’t seem like the type of guy to get jealous, but you’d be wrong on that.

It’s another one of those things that builds up on the inside for him. He’d make subtle but snarky comments and facial expressions related to whatever he’s jealous about. Though, if you confront him about it, he’ll deny it.

“What? Jealous? I’m not jealous, what makes you think that?!”

“Leon, you’ve been pouting this whole time”

K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)

I think he'd be a gentle kisser. He would also have soft, almost feminine lips, though I think they'd get chapped a bit easily too.

He loves kissing you on your forehead and cheeks the most. I feel like his ex wasn't super affectionate with him, so he feels most special being peppered with kisses on his face and neck.

L = Little ones (How are they around children?)

Despite being an only child and probably growing up mostly around other adults, I think he'd be pretty good with kids for the most part.

He would seem a bit inexperienced, but definitely tried his best to become more experienced during the time he took care of Sherry.

M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)

Definitely wakes up early, it's something he does out of pure habit from having to wake up at the crack of dawn at the police academy.

Has trouble sleeping in on days he doesn't have to wake up early, though if he had it his way, he would.

As for spending it with him, I feel like he's the type of guy to force himself to go for runs in the morning. I can imagine that you'd be inclined to join him on occasion.

To be honest the way part of the fandom has treated this Tommy character as a god makes me dislike him more. Unfortunately the Buck bi arc was tainted for me because it all feels force. Also what doesn't help is that Eddie was to much involved in that storyline.

The way people are acting like it's a perfect relationship and yet we barely saw them together feels just weird.

Also I don't like how some literally push Eddie away for this new white man.

This is Taylor Kelly all over again. The sad part is that the season is short and people wAnt to to spend their time giving more to the new guy.

I hope him and Marisol are gone, but I'm afraid. These two characters took the joy out of the Buck and Eddie storyline for me.

The fandom, I think, in this case, is definitely the problem here,

Lou is completely unassuming and enjoying the process and being a buddie shipper just like us - if one actually bothers to read the interviews and not just pick and choose what to talk about.

That is what makes me like Lou.

The fandom has somehow glorified Tommy's character after a couple of episodes and yeah it rubs the wrong way, because, what about the story we had so far?

Is season 7 a reset to 911? and everything that came before that doesn't count? Why not just make it 911 abc pilot then?

I don't think that's the case, but I think the last minute switch between Buck and Eddie kind of ruined it for the Tim because, yes, in a way it feels forced and out of left field.

Supposed that Buck was indeed vying for Tommy's attention, why do it like that? and why involve Eddie in the first place?

I have a lot of questions and my main problem here is not that Buck is experimenting with Tommy, it's the way they practically propelled this ship off the cliff into a dangerous spin, they went from zero to 200 in a second. - That is not how you build a relationship.

You don't try to figure out what you want, mess up the first date, then invite said date to an apology coffee and then invite him to family wedding on the way. It just doesn't work that way.

I may be straight, but I have gay and bi and lesbian friends, neither one of them has ever brought a second or even a third date to so much as a friends get together before they were sure that this is something that would last, before they brought the intended victim to be judged by friends and family.

And people who talk about Tommy as being established in the 118 family, that is not true. He has a connection with Chimney in that that he owes him his life and an acquaintance with Hen, who is clearly not very fond of him, because of obvious past she had with him and their old house before Bobby came into the picture. - Remember - Chimney was her ONLY lifeline in that house.

Tommy was not a liked character before.

Arguably Buck had more history with Taylor than he did with Tommy (which is none at all) - But Taylor is a strong opinionated and often self-serving woman (not unlike Buck mind you), emphasis on woman. - That is the only reason she never stood a chance. Because the writers could have made her and Buck the greatest love story this show has seen, but they continuously managed to ruin any fondness for any female LI to ever grace that set.

And this season is short, to bring in a new LI kinda defeats the purpose of re-establishing the team and this show, because it does feel the same as any of Buck's old relationships that were being pushed for the benefit of 'god forbid Buck actually learns how to be alone and healthy and happy' - the only thing that changed in Buck this season is his sexuality and nothing else, and that vexes me.

My problem is not with Tommy, it's the perpetuation of 'poor baby Buck' society. - I love Oliver and I love Buck - I am tired of the ever repeating pattern of forgiveness for his self serving ways without any accountability that we keep seeing.

I don't think Buck's or even Eddie's firsts or you know what? even seconds should be each other, I am more than happy to make this journey with them, but let it be a marathon not a sprint to the finish line - they knew they would get renewed for another season, they could have written and built it better than what we got - because the moment they switched gears after the second episode, the story became written in the same messy last minute way both S4 and most of S5 were written.

There is no grand plan, at this point they are merely winging it and see where the wind takes them. - And that is idiotic, they had SO MUCH TIME to make this a well written story with the strike and long break after that, to write as they film is lazy and stupid and mostly childish.

And yes this is Taylor all over again, not in that they are the same type of people, but that Buck is jumping head first into a relationship without actually knowing how he got there. - Bobby said that himself - and it is the same, because who in their right mind invite a second (kinda) date to a family event? Like dude have you ever dated before? Do you how this works?

It is a LOT of pressure and not even for Buck himself - because he brought this on himself - but rather for Tommy (aka the intended victim) to be first introduced to the family after a couple of dates when he himself has no idea where he and Buck are standing.

Marisol, has indeed sucked the joy out of the Eddie's story, I don't get why do either of the boys had to be in a relationship starting this season to begin with. Like, she is literally a handbag, the token hetero symbol, so to speak, what she is doing there? is beyond me.

The catholic guilt of her being a nun is bullshit, and as Bobby said himself, Eddie has no problem committing to certain people/things. She serves no purpose this season other than a seat warmer/ glorified babysitter since Buck is otherwise engaged.

They could have gone for Eddie finding his way in the department, Eddie dealing with his mommy issues, Eddie trying to figure out what and who he wants in his life, Eddie trying to navigate Chris' terrible teenage years.

They could have explored the fact that a guy going with his supposed gf/wife in the golf course checking Eddie's hot ass (6X17) - Oh wait, they were going to... the ground for Eddie's coming out was all laid out and they took a sharp turn to left field in the second episode of S7 and made it all about Buck again, because the Natalia actress couldn't come?? what kind of a weak ass reason is that?

And yes, the cliche of receiving the odd white man out (who played a controversial role in early seasons) rather than the regular casted poc male or the guest starring woman, for that matter, better is all kind of f-ed up, but no one would talk about that, of course. 👀

Anyway, I am hoping that whatever is coming next will be worthy of our time and attention because so far we got about more of the same as far as Buck and Eddie are concerned - except that Buck has just broaden his variety and has a bigger pallet of mate choosing at his disposal.

I have two very close bi friends, so I know how their minds work, because God knows they share with me more than I ever wanted to know lol. And one of them is watching 911 with me and she is happy for the rep as well, but unhappy with how it was developed too.

At the moment, I have decided to put any Buck and Eddie topics aside and just want to get the LONG AWAITED Madney wedding, if anyone deserve a happy ending, it's them. ❤️

Reiner Braun is one of the best written characters I've watched in years, and this is the tale of how I fell in love with him.

It started with his crush on Historia. Sis brought their horses back during the Female Titan arc and he was like, "I'm gonna marry her." We love a man who knows what he wants. He found out she and Ymir were in love and he was still talking about how he wanted to marry her. And he kept that going till the end, talking about, "Her letter smells so nice," like SIR YOU HAVEN'T SEEN HER IN 4 YEARS and she's married. That was so stinking cute.

To be fair, most of the time he was kinda annoying. All that happy yet serious energy and, "Wow this is the third time I've almost been eaten by a titan," dude stfu. I do not want to hear you after the adult soldier's dying wish was to drink the alcohol Historia just wasted on your auto healing arm. You don't need to be that happy or grateful. It's ok to be grim given the circumstances.

His cognitive dissonance is what I found really interesting. I do love seeing a character lose their mind and have to restructure their belief system. There was no way he was just a titan. He trained, ate, slept, and fought with these people, but he's also the reason why some of their families are dead? There had to be more to him than what I was seeing.

I knew he was insane when he told Eren about his titan. I carried back the episode more than once to make sure I heard correctly when he said, "I'm Armoured, and Banana is Colossal." I think I got up, ran away, screamed, told my brother and sister, watched it again, then continued the episode. I was like, there's no way you just told your greatest threat about your titan. But he had.

Seeing him flip between his two identities, like when he was making racist comments about his Paradis cohorts like he didn't just train with them for the last three years made me realise that he was fighting his own demons. How he damn near lost his mind by asking Eren to come along with him, then realising he had to take him by force - yeah I saw that cognitive dissonance dissonate.

I connected to him a lot because while I wasn't fighting to improve my family status or risk further discrimination for failure, I grew up believing that people who didn't believe in my religion deserved to die, and I definitely projected that toxicity onto others when I was a teenager. I obviously, did not give that to myself, it came from the authority figures in my life, similarly to how Reiner's decisions were actively shaped by the adults around him, turning him into a child soldier.

(I call it soldier, because I feel like warriors have more free will than soldiers ever will, and ironically, he was the warrior with the least amount of free will despite having all the context while his friends had more freedom than he, they just didn't know the truth.)

So even before s4, he was one of my favorite characters because I knew his actions and thoughts were eating him alive. I loved him because I knew how hard all that was.

But when adult Reiner debuted, I was in love with him. The first reason was that he had finally seen how problematic everything was. He knew he'd just been a child when he'd committed his life to being a Marleyan warrior and improving his family's status. He knew his decisions were wrong, and there was so much blood on his hands. He knew he'd been stuck between a rock and a hard place, but he still hated himself for it.

And, my friends, is what we call a self-aware man. That is a hard smash. All that rah-rah about how weird Sasha was for eating a potato on their first day at cadet training - he just thought she was weird, which is true. That's not hatred, that's an observation.

The second reason I fell in love with adult Reiner was his looks. I'm an adult, so watching a bunch of teenagers run around being angsty is entertaining because I was one as well, but I'd never considered that attractive or relationship material. They don't know jack shit or understand how consent works, which is why Reiner being a 'warrior' is such bullshit because he wasn't old enough to understand what that life commitment really meant.

But yeah. Isayama put crack into that man's visuals and I have not recovered since. While I do have a thing for fictional blonds (a la Erwin Smith, Sanji and Chat Noir), Reiner looking like a tired dad in s4 is all I've ever needed and wanted in life. Heck, I'd have his kids and I don't even want kids. Also, I just know he wants kids. And he'd make a great dad. I can't explain why I know this, but that's just the vibe he gives off.

Reiner Braun was the second man I fell in love with in this series, and he's probably the one I love the most because of the depth of his character and the fact that he moved forward even after everything he had done.

I could do an actual critical analysis of this man, not just the things I thought were hella cute/attractive about him. Or someone else could. I'd love a deep dive on his character because he was so beautifully written.

James Sirius Aro headcanon bc it's pride month

Listen listen, I know the hp new gen fandom really likes the "James and Alice" thing BUT guys he's SO aromantic for me. Im aromantic and I love James so much, he's probably my favorite character in the new era, so trust me ok? He's a perfect aromantic rep. Also James and Alice are queerplatonic I so sure

I like to imagine that James grew up being a kinda of casanova at Hogwarts, the guy who was seen with a new girl every week. It was something he was proud of and constantly showed off, despite never being seen dating one of these girls (reminder that not every aromantic person is asexual, and I definitely see James being just aromantic). I like to imagine that just the idea of ​​dating made James want to vomit, as a kid he was the "I'll never date! It's gross!" And he still thinks that way at 15, 16, 17 and 18 years old. He never understood why something that people said was the pinnacle of life caused him so much repulsion, and no matter how hard he tried, no romantic feelings came to him.

Imagine him just helping Albus and Rose with their LGBT projects at Hogwarts, wanting to be more open and better support his brother. Then one day, he ends up simply hearing about "aromanticity" for the first time. He questions, only to want to learn more, and Rose explains to him as much as possible about the aro community. James was absolutely in shock watching Rose describe every single mixed feeling he had about romance for years of his life, understanding that other people were also repulsed by romance that came in his stomach. The height of happiness and horror in his mind at the same time.

James would probably freak out and go into absolute denial for a while. He would ignore everything that wanted him to see more about the community and focus on trying to date girls, even wondering if he might just like boys. Liking boys seemed easier to understand than not liking anyone. I can see James squirming every time he was put in some romantic context, but forcing himself to do it for a while. And hating it all. Over time, after many crises and nights of feeling less than human because he couldn't fall in love, James would eventually have a long talk with Lily and Albus and they would help him. It takes weeks, months for James to really stop forcing himself into relationships. It takes a few more years, after Hogwarts, for him to say "I'm aromantic" out loud. A few years after that, Quidditch player James Potter is openly part of the LGBT community with a green, white and black flag. (Albus would totally make fun of him for now having a green flag. Brother thing)

In between, I like the idea that Alice was his main squire and companion. She helped him through his worst crises, took care of him on his best and worst days. She studied, talked and understood the most Possible to help him too. And if she understood a little more about herself, it was just an extra. James and Alice slowly settle into their relationship, Noting that they love each other even if not in a romantic way. The two are the kind of queerplatonic relationship that kisses, sleeps together, and has a lifetime without romance being a topic. And they never explain it, they don't need to. Alice understands James and loves being with him, regardless of everything

In other words: James Sirius Potter being Aro is so superior guys. His grandfather was the epitome of romance and this boy will vomit if he thinks about dating

I've been inspired to talk about ducknerva again. People have been reblogging my other post about them and now it's got me thinking about them frfr

Uhhh so I'd like to first start off with I am, and you can fight me on this, the #1 Ducknerva fan and I will support them till the day I die :D

Anyways

So Ducknerva is so special, in my opinion, I think that their relationship is so incredibly strong, stronger than people seem to realize. Like they, I think, are up there next to Lup and Barry, and if you know me (which y'all don't know my Balance opinions LMAO) you will know that I fucking LOVE blupjeans. On my main account, I'm planning on doing this whole big post about them but anyway, I think that Ducknerva and Blupjeans are on such a similar level with how strong they are, with the connection that these characters have. They had so much time to fall in love and they did, but the difference with Ducknerva is they didn't fall in love until a lot later, until Duck had experienced so much and Minerva was there to witness. She has been by his side, supporting him, wanting him to be more than he thought he could be, and refusing to give up on him. Sure, some can say she was really pushy with him, and she was, but she had good in her heart with these actions and for the most part only good seemed to come out of it. Of course some of the consequences of this, the bad of Amnesty, you can't avoid. This world isn't perfect and I think Duck and Minerva know that best. They know this better than most. I think Ned and Mama experienced the hate and the worst parts of the world, Ned even being a part of them at some point, but these two witnessed so much, even if they weren't directly apart. With their visions, with the pressure that they were given, and not just Duck but Minerva too, they were given the world to protect, both Earth and Minerva's world, even though it was destroyed, and had to deal with the idea of it ending if it wasn't for their efforts. And they worked together, building one another up and helping each other out to be better than who they were. We know that Duck wasn't all that enthusiastic with this whole chosen one thing, especially not after seeing friends get hurt and risking his life, I'm sure, but even after all this, Minerva stuck by him, kept training him and hyping him up even if they were worlds apart. She didn't leave him for a moment until she was forced to. They make each other stronger, so much stronger than they ever thought they could be, and definitely stronger than Duck thought he could be, and conquered so much. When seeing her for the first time the words 'It's so fucking good to see you,' said by Duck really just shows not only the amount that he confides in her but also just the relief to finally be able to be in her presence. I think before it all, maybe the following months before shit really went down, Duck had this feeling in his chest but never connected it to love when it came to Minerva. He kept it down, to himself, and when she was gone it kinda hurt not to have this pillar of hope and strength that he always had. So when he saw her for the first time, he just melted into the puddle of love, falling for her. They are both incredible warriors and they strengthen one another, and even after all was said and done, they just kept building one another up, kept making each other stronger and stronger, both emotionally and physically. I can imagine even after everything, Minerva made sure to keep Duck in shape. They made each other happy, they were all each other knew for so long. Like I think in some of Duck's darkest places, Minerva was there in her spiritual form to give him some sort of words of encouragement and while Duck really didn't know what to make of all of this, from some sort of ghost that kept following him around all the time, it was still nice to have those words when it seemed no one else would give them to him.

After they moved to the Amazon, and even before, they kept each other happy, active, and moving towards the goals that they had together. Once they did move though, with Juno by their side as well, I think that Duck had a really hard time with that change at first. He missed Aubrey, someone he saw as a sister, and not only that but he missed his actual sister. He missed Mama and he missed Indrid and he missed Barclay, all of them, he missed his hometown and friends. He wanted to do something more, something different, something bigger to impact the world, even more than he had (which is hard after basically saving the world from destruction), but he still had to deal with what I can imagine being some of the hardest struggles for him, and it's changing. But Minerva was right there by his side, keeping him steady, keeping him ready for everything that the world and this new life had to throw at him. Luckily for him, there was always a way to get back to his home, to see his friends again, and in the near future, there would be much easier ways of communication, even in the national quiet zone.

Anyways, they're just such a strong couple. They love each other and they love doing everything together. I can imagine that leaving each other's sides isn't something they do often, but when they are apart, they reunite as if they were apart for much longer. At least this is how Minerva does it. She's always over the top when it comes to seeing Duck after not seeing him for a lil while.

They love and care about each other so much.

I went back between posting this or not... It's really just an excuse to write fluff. I'm kinda embarrassed about it.

Synopsis: After recording the new album, the boys finally get some days of rest. Bojan and Kris get sick however and we get to see a little bit of them sweet to each other.

After their first tour of the year, Bojan and Kris had finally returned home- to their house. They were now ready to rest for a couple of days, however, these boys couldn’t get any rest due to their weak immunity systems...

- "Ginger shots, vitamins, shower cold, feeling old" - Bojan sang - "Just do everything the way you are told".

- Yeah yeah, I get it. - Kris complained as he arrived in the living room.

He sat on the sofa next to Bojan who stretched his arms like a happy child reaching for a toy, or, in this case, a cup Kris brought him.

- Thanks, Mom.

- How come you are always sick, uh?

- You are sick too! - Bojan drank as fast as he could and then patted Kris' shoulder - You are the best roommate one could ask for.

- Oh yeah? - Kris raised an eyebrow.

- Definitely. One of my best friends.

- Uh...so. - he chuckled - You'll call me anything but "Boyfriend", uh?

- Aw, is that what you want me to call you? - Bojan teased him with a small giggle.

- No no no, don't call me that if you don't want to. - he crossed his arms as a tint of pink appeared on his cheeks.

- Krisko, are we jealous?

- Why would I be jealous? - Kris smiled and stopped looking at Bojan.

- Well, that's good, you are my comrade for life - Bojan got closer.

Kris smirked and suddenly pulled Bojan closer into his chest, covering his head with his arms and bringing his body on top of his.

- Say it. - Kris threatened.

- Or what?

Kris kissed his hair.

- I'll have to use my ultimate weapon. - and he kissed him again.

- I think I like this punishment honestly.

- Well, but if we aren't boyfriends, then you'll only get these kisses.

Bojan freed his head and looked at Kris' eyes.

- No kisses here? - Bojan begged for a kiss, pouting his lips.

- No, you are only my friend.

- Okay...fine. - he smiled and tucked Kris's hair behind his ears - You are the cheesiest boyfriend in the whole world! - he announced proudly.

Kris kissed his neck and pushed Bojan softly onto the sofa. He admired the sight of Bojan's hair spread across the orange sofa and with the orange lights coming from the lamps illuminating his face, making his eyes and smile stand out.

Bojan looked up, put his hand on Kris' face, and caressed it before going back to touching his hair.

- It’s greasy.

- I know.

Bojan touched his chin and scratched his hand on Kris' small facial hair.

- It’s blonde.

- I know.

- Just kiss me already.

Kris got closer to Bojan's face...slowly. Very slowly, as if mocking him. When his hair was touching the older’s face, he smiled and whispered in his ear.

- Who said you could order me around, Bojči? 

His question was followed up by a soft bite on Bojan's earlobe and Bojan could only grin from having Kris' breath on his ear and then Kris' nose smelling his hair and neck.

- Has anyone ever told you- Kris was interrupted by Bojan.

- How good I smell? Yeah, I know.

- I was going to say that you need to take a shower actually.

- Not until you finish what you want to do.

Bojan's hands reached for Kris' hips inside of his shirt...he loved how his soft skin felt against his hands. It was...an indescribable sensation.

When Kris finally decided to proceed, he covered his mouth with his arm and started coughing.

- Or maybe not today. - Bojan joked and Kris sneezed.

- Can you get me a tissue?

- Of course.

Bojan reach for the tissue on the coffee table and gave it to him.

- Honestly, I was expecting you to blow me, not your nose. - Bojan switched to English just for this awful pun.

- Sorry for "blowing it" then.

- I don't know... My friend, Kris Guštin, made me believe I would be rewarded today. On my sick day! I call this false advertising.

He kissed Bojan's lips and grabbed him by his hair before pulling away.

- Your boyfriend, Kris Guštin, you mean.

- You took the bait!

- You think I don't know that? - he smiled - But you need to take a shower. It would be good for you and your sweaty hair.

- Oh, come on, you like it when I am sweaty. - Bojan winked.

- You're disgusting.

- You know I'm very sick and frail so I would like to invite you to take a shower with me. That way I'm not lonely, numero uno. - He started counting with his fingers - And dos, I am not in danger of falling off the bathtub or something.

- And tres? What's in it for me?

- You get to scrub my back.

- You had me at "shower". - Kris extended his hand to help Bojan back up.

Bojan took it and took the chance to steal a peck from Kris' lips.

- Let's go then? - he asked.

Ah yes the poll I reblogged is here! @devildomwriter (I hope you don't mind me tagging you!) has been posting polls regularly and there was a series of them for who you'd like to threesome with. They might still be going! Last time I saw one, I think it was on part 11??

Anyway, I have thought about this very question because of the exact situation you describe - having to choose. Uh, I'm gonna put this under a read more 'cause it got kinda long!

The interesting thing about Obey Me is that MC can date everybody. If you always choose the romantic options for all the characters, then they all have to be okay with MC being poly. However, the jealousy between the brothers alone is a big theme that happens all the time in the story. They're constantly fighting over who gets to spend time with MC. I always felt like the OG deliberately made it seem like the characters were somehow unaware of the fact that MC might be dating all of them lol.

The brothers especially seem to be oblivious of this since there's no way they haven't figured it out when all seven of them plus MC live together. They must know they're part of a poly octopus, right?

But a more choosy MC might only have a poly V or some other configuration so if we consider how they'd all react to being in a V with MC as the pivot, then I think some of them are going to be able to handle that easier than others.

For instance, I think Solomon would struggle with a V situation. He would try to act like it doesn't bother him because he wants to support MC and he wants them to be happy. But he definitely gets jealous. I think it's something he would be willing to work through and I also think it could change depending on who the other part of the V is. I think he'd be more jealous of Lucifer than Barbatos, for example.

However, I very much think that Solomon would have a lot less of an issue if he was in a triad with MC. I think you could do this with Asmodeus, Barbatos, Satan, or Simeon and he'd be okay with it. Mayyyybe Levi too.

I kind of think in a lot of cases, it really depends on who the other person in the situation is.

I think generally speaking, Satan, Asmo, Beel, Belphie, Diavolo, and Barbatos probably wouldn't have any major issues with either a V or a triad/throuple situation. They're all confident enough in themselves and their love for MC that it wouldn't be a problem. Beel and Belphie are practically in a V with MC already anyway.

Lucifer is too prideful and I think he'd have a problem with the V if the other person was someone he didn't think was worthy of MC. Solomon? No way. Diavolo? He'd be okay with that. I also think a Lucifer/MC/Diavolo triad would work.

Mammon freaks out any time MC so much as looks at one of his brothers lol. However, I think he would want to do whatever makes MC happiest. I think he would struggle a bit with a V situation and he would need a lot of reassurance from MC. I think his insecurities would make him question himself unless MC was always telling him how important he is to them.

Levi probably wouldn't do well at all. I mean, he's the Avatar of Envy himself, do you really think he could share MC with anybody?? I just can't see it. I think a V would upset him. I think he'd be much happier with a triad situation, but he might still struggle with it.

Now Simeon is interesting because I personally think he'd be okay with it, but I do think he'd have opinions about the other person involved. Kind of like Lucifer, he'd want them to be someone he thinks is worthy of MC and if they're not, he'll make sure they know it.

Anyway, all of this is to say that I think you would be able to do a V with Solomon and Barbatos if that was your desire! I think both of them would just want you to be happy and in the OG, they're actually friends! So I think it'd be fine!

And since they all don't seem to be bothered by the fact that MC can date all of them, I'm of the opinion that you don't actually need to choose anybody at all. When I play, I choose the romancing options for all of them because I love them all so much lol.

So uh, I’ve been looking through your art and I am absolutely in love with it. I love your use of colors and lineart (ESPECIALLY v1 but I’ll get to them). This will mostly just be me rambling about it cause :]

Dude how the fuck do you get emotion so well done. V1 is immaculate, like look at this shit

You can feel that it’s alien to non robots, but is genuinely curious. I absolutely love how you draw poses. Especially since the characters don’t have faces, body language is key. They feel like they have a personality with each drawing. Always hunched down and extended with no regards to social norms. The attention to detail is what really makes it, the thicker outlines on the character make them pop more, and your take on V1 is clearly thought out well, along with your ultrakill characters.

While my favorite is v1, Micheal in your aus is especially well written and drawn. His design reminds me a lot of the corpse of king Minos / Minos prime. which I like! It highlights their contrast, how Minos tried to reason with a higher being on an equal level. Micheal acted instead, deeming himself unworthy of said higher being. Both genuinely cared for their citizens, both were royalty. Minos spoke out, Micheal stayed isolated, which only further deteriorated him, unlike Minos, who instead was proactive, reaching out to other layers and kings like Sisyphus. Sometimes you need to know what it’s like to feel consequence in order to succeed. But in the end, both of their bodies are left to rot, unable to succeed.

Also I really like this one of v1. Their silhouette is distinctive and you’re good at posing :3

Sry. Idk if this is weird or creepy, but I thought I’d share my thoughts with you since I like analyzing stuff.

THE WAY THIS MADE ME SO EMOTIONAL THO....WTF THANK YOU SO MUCH......it's absolutely mind-blowing to me that you pay attention to these little details because i absolutely try to add all of these things intentionally, but i find myself thinking like 'will anyone even care??? about these tiny things???' so it means more than i can say to see that someone does!!!!! like i'm so happy to know that my characterization of v1 comes through, because i really do have a very clear idea in my mind of its behavior and personality that i'm trying to convey through still images. v1's movements are bird/raptor-like and while i give it a very sophisticated, sentient mind, its intelligence is nonhuman and it is a being that absolutely doesn't conform to our standards. v1 is something new, and i want it to be something that clearly has an internal life and a bright mind, yet exhibits very little corresponding human behaviors. plus, it's a bit odd because of its somewhat corrupted software, and so i wanted too for its little hunched posture to show it's sort of a machine gone feral (in the traditional, once was domesticated but is now on its own sense lol) - it was made with a humanoid body shape and so SHOULD stand up straight, but it doesn't anymore. because it doesn't want to. and so!!! i really do draw v1 with a LOT of intention and i put plenty of thought into posing it correctly to both convey its character and its emotion in the piece...and since it's my favorite, i'm so glad i'm doing it justice!!

AND YEA!!! michael definitely has parallels to minos (which i started to think on when i realized their head shape is....kinda similar lol i swear i was just going for crown + blindfold for mike's helmet but oops!!) and i do like their throughlines as fallen rulers, plus their sort of opposing yet ultimately disastrous relationships to their own corpse - minos is separated from his and must watch as it mindlessly tears his city apart while michael is trapped in a flesh prison of his own body, forced to stay within it as it rots away. they are two rulers that would have done anything for their people, and yet both failed them despite again taking opposite paths. minos really had no hope, the external forces of heaven coming down on him in their full authority, though he will forever blame himself. michael departed despite, with god's disappearance, being essentially the highest in heaven - he believed only god could save them though, that he could never become a king from a prince (again, due to heaven's own hierarchy). their meeting would be nothing but utter disaster, but it does make me consider their interactions a little more closely when michael decides to test minos prime's strength (because while michael would have a lot to say about how minos failed his people by defying god, minos would have much to say in turn about a prince abandoning his people at their weakest)

BUT FOR REAL....this message was so amazingly kind and i want to thank you again for sending it my way. it just made me!!!! feel so happy to see that my art is loved and that the work i put into it really means something. honestly it's the best thing i could ask for <3

The animation seems a bit... overacted? I've noticed it all along but with Vaggie in the scene where she talks about making a new commercial especially. It sort of felt like they wanted to match the pilot's very snappy energy but weren't quite sure how, so everybody makes kind of... aimless motioning instead of moving with purpose, if it makes sense? It feels more like 'moving body parts for the sake of moving things' over 'moving with intent'. It's sort of awkward and distracting. The shifting proportions don't really help, but I just know people are going to be Fucking Annoying about that when it's unfortunately part of the package of making a whole season at once by a regular animation studio.

Oh yeah, Blake's perfect for Angel, lmao. It was more of a change than I expected from the few lines we'd gotten since they sounded more like the original, but he's got the energy.

Charlie didn't know Adam ran the angel army? That seems like the kind of thing she should have known. I wonder if she was relatively sheltered growing up.

Since I'm on Adam though, another little groan to myself about the lack of fat characters in the hellaverse that aren't either gross stereotypes or background characters. Adam falls into the misogynist type, (like, the 'redditor', you know the one, just sort of mixed with a sleazy rockstar) Mammon's literally Greed and a talentless abuser, the lady at the pound was gross/uncaring and ugly, and I still think the Nurse was the only one that really broke the pattern and I've seen approximately one piece of fanart or mention of her ever (despite her clearly-developed positive relationship with Barbie!) and it was porn. I'm allowed to bitch on this after people were so fucking annoying about how wanting Bee to be fat was wanting her to be a 'gross ugly blob' and then saying other people were being fatphobic for pointing out everybody's skinny. Somehow. Anyway.

Well, at least they got the vagina joke out of the way early.

The fact that the pilot's still 'soft canon' makes sense with how Angel just immediately starts admiring his new clothes without any surprise, since it's happened before. Also, Niffty with the Marilyn pose is cute.

Oh, I'm definitely going to like Lute. I still like my idea she used to be close to Vaggie but when Vaggie was cast down, she stuck tighter to the rules.

My thoughts on Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3

Spoilers!!! I'm putting a cut right here so proceed at your own risk!!!

Ok so I am in an 80s phase right now, and this...this was just a movie that I loved. Fun, humorous, yet still having the ability to be emotional and, let's face it, dark.

Guardians has, for a long time, been my favorite series in the MCU. Not necessarily comics but definitely MCU. So even though this was only my second Marvel movie in the theater, I still had to go see it.

There were several parts where I actually thought every main character was about to die. If i were to liken it to any 80s movie, it would be Back To the Future 1,2,3. The way it ping ponged between victory and defeat kind of reminded me of that.

Also, I would have loved to hear Rocky Raccoon by the Beatles just once.

Oh well.

Adam warlock being this indestructible comedic relief who ends up having an inevitable character arc, taking to Blurp, and then saving Peter. The only thing that threw me off is, I'm a Narnia fan. HOW IS THAT THE SAME DUDE WHO PLAYED EUSTACE. CLARENCE. SCRUBB?

I know Floor and Teefs were supposed to be cute??, but idk I couldn't get into it.

There's some lovable villains, sure.

Anyways moving on I don't wanna talk about him anymore.

The uncensored F bomb was definitely surprising, but not unexpected. At some point it would either be Tony Stark or Peter Quill, and it ended up being the latter.

I liked the new lineup of the Guardians, and how retired guardians were able to be written out without getting killed off (I'm so friggin glad nobody died omg I was scared). I would like to see Mantis and Peter back together at some point, just so see more of their sibling dynamic, but go take care of yourself first, girl.

And I know everyone has their own opinion, but I'm actually kind of glad that Peter and Gamora weren't right back where they were before her death in IW. It kinda broke the mold of 'everyone gets a happy ending and everything is perfect'. We still got both closure and an open ending if they were to bring that relationship back, which I'm fine with either way.

It was refreshing to see a movie with a realistic, albeit bittersweet ending.

Overall, I loved this movie.

I also have a few things that could be linked to religion, but I'm not sure if this is the platform for that.

I would highly suggest going to YouTube and checking out New Rockstars' breakdown videos of the movie, cause Eric Voss made some really good points and predictions.
