Not a fan of Frank acting like seeing a scary movie on TV as a kid is a bad reason to be terrified of a thing. I've encountered enough conversations of "oh, no, I could never, I saw XYZ movie as a kid and NOPE" to know that that's a pretty common experience, actually. I, personally, am afraid of volcanoes after seeing Dante's Peak as a teen. That grandma MELTED.

Nice craft sodas and good sushi. I live in a little midwestern town that is so far landlocked and so far from any larger city that anytime I get the chance to get both I do. Oh and Korean fried chicken. Little pieces of my childhood all of these. Grandmother’s cooking, nice birthday sodas, and a taste of the islands I’ve never lived on permanently but that are in my blood enough that I yearn for them despite that.
