I remembered that I have a Kiwi bird beanie baby-
The sniwi will become real.
I just have to paint the foam bits. He even has a surgery scar on his tummy because I had to put fresh stuffing in (he was very deflated)

These are silly concept sketches still but I got a good feel for both a Red Sniwi and a Blu Sniwi (Bliwi) variation!!
Red Sniwi has the standard Sniper hat and Bliwi has a Salty Dog and an Extra Layer! He's even more grumpy than Red Sniwi
