Madara doesn't have a girlfriend or lover, he has a novelty, a womb with legs, a breeder. Nothing more nothing less. She is so far beneath him that he might as well be a superior species to her, and he treats her accordingly.

He rarely spends any time with her, having a myriad of more important things to attend to aside from humoring the worthless affections of some silly lass, but when he is around her, he isn't very pleasant to say the least, figuratively and literally keeping her at arms length unless he wants a certain something from her, that something being the only thing he ever wants from her, the only reason he keeps her around.

Being the head of the Uchiha clan, he's almost always either out on the battlefield or training himself half to death for his next battle, so Madara gets very worked up and stressed, and when he's pent up, all Madara wants to do is squeeze his favorite stress toy until she pops.

Her consent and feelings are less than irrelevant to Madara, she is his property, and that means he is allowed to do whatever he wants with her, including but not limited to filling her up with his offspring.

Madara isn't a bad boyfriend to her at all, because he doesn't even consider himself to be her boyfriend at all, he's her handler, and she's just an unruly mutt who needs him far more than he needs her.

When his father unexpectedly makes Asura the head of the clan instead of him like he had anticipated, Indra is enraged, believing that his dimwitted younger brother has stolen his rightful position out from under him, and he is in dire need of someone to take his anger out on.

Indra's sudden turn from coldness to red hot anger is as jarring as it is terrifying, his Sharingan glowing a bright ruby color as he holds her down, his face etched into a scowl as he forces her to bare the brunt of his fury.

"Don't resist me, stupid girl. You're my pet and it's your job to keep me happy, and I am the furthest thing from happy in this moment, so do your job, now."

After that day any semblance of fondness that Indra had for her is seemingly gone. He still keeps her around, but he no longer pats her head or acts affectionately, instead yanking on her leash harshly whenever he wants her close and forcing her to service his erection whenever the urge strikes him.

He doesn't let her out of his sight either, Indra doesn't want her to be around anyone except for him, especially not wanting her near his father or that damn Asura. She's like a consolation prize for him in a way, Asura might have gotten the position of their father's succesor, but Indra got the most perfect toy in the world.

Indra also won't be as forgiving of disobedience from her as he used to be, in the past he would simply lecture her or give her a slap on the wrist if she went against him, but now if she steps out of line his punishments will be much more swift and brutal, be it a slap across the face or a harsh face-fucking.

If she ever tries telling him that she wants to leave him, Indra will show some mirth for the first time in a while by laughing at her, although it's more of a mocking laugh than a happy one, letting her know that leaving him isn't an option for her.

"You're leaving? Oh how funny, but you seem to have forgotten something, little one. I own you, and you are never leaving me unless it's in a casket."

Indra is nothing short of cruel towards her, but the Otsutsuki doesn't see it that way, he truly believes that the way he treats her is justified because he loves her, because he owns her, and that means he can do whatever he wants with her.

Kawaki actually makes a semblance of an effort to be an actual boyfriend, but he doesn't fully understand how to be one, he thinks that being someone's boyfriend just means having someone he can kiss and order around and nothing more, so that's how he approaches it.

He doesn't try to be mean, but she's always pushing his buttons, trying to hang out with other people that aren't him and not putting out for him, so he sees ever instance of her raising his hand or berates her as completely justified, she's being a bad girlfriend.

Despite how he acts, he doesn't hate her, but she's just so annoying and ungrateful, hardly worthy of all the love he's pouring into her, but he does love her quite a bit, but he isn't able to express those feelings without force and violence due to her tumultuous past.

His gruff disposition will give way to anger when he sees her talking to other men, Kawaki is paranoid when it comes to the people he claims to love, and seeing his girlfriend talking to other guys when she already has him just amplifies these feelings. Why does she always have to be such a bitch? Such a bad, bad girlfriend?

"Who the hell was that? Do you like him more than me? Huh?! If you really love me so much then stop being so damn cold to me and prove it for once.

Kawaki will take her right then and there. She doesn't love him enough to put out, he'll just take what he wants. Fucking is what boyfriends and girlfriends who love each other do, and he's going to fuck her extra hard so she can feel the full depth of his feelings for her.

He's incredibly rough out of both anger and inexperience, he'll try to make up for his harshness in a way by kissing her, but Kawaki is a bad kisser too, his teeth slamming against hers as he presses his lips onto her own, nearly choking her when he forces his tongue down her throat, his bad kissing just makes the entire experience worse for her rather than acting as a band aid solution to his harsh thrusts.

After their 'first time', Kawaki takes that as meaning that their relationship is good and healthy again. Couples are supposed to kiss and have sex all the time, that's the entire point, so he has no idea why she's crying. Maybe she's just shy, or maybe she's just trying to play the victim and make him feel like a bad partner.

Kawaki won't take her seriously if she says she wants to break up, dismissing her words as stupid empty threats, but if she persists, he'll get mad, threatening her with a fate worse than death if she talks like that ever again.

Kawaki doesn't try to be a mean boyfriend, but his intentions don't match his actions in the slightest, but he still tries to justify it regardless, he's trying to be nice, but she just makes it so hard for him.

i love writing for reid because it allows me to satisfy that nerdy part of my brain that endlessly thirsts for knowledge

Everyone had subconscious habits.

Yours just happened to be more physically harming than some.

You found comfort in the monotonous repetition of peeling away the layers of skin covering your lips, whether it be with your fingernails or your teeth.

It would often leave your skin red and raw, sometimes to the point where they cracked or bled.

It wasn’t usually too bad, but during times where you were over-stressed and under pressure, the small habit of yours became more of a staple of your personality.

You sigh softly as you sit at your desk, head resting in your hands as your eyes pour over the file in front of you.

Paperwork wasn’t exactly stressful when you compare it to the rest of your job, but after the week you’d just returned from it was clear that you needed a break.

Spencer glances up at you from his own desk opposite you, a small frown present on his face.

“Stop that,” His tone is soft and unchastising.

"Hm?" Your eyes flicker upwards towards his, your eyebrows knitted into a small line of clear confusion.

“Your lips. You’re going to scar yourself if you keep pulling at them like that.” Spencer’s words come out even softer than before, a small look of worry in his eyes.

"Oh-"

You pull you hands down from your face, the thumb and forefinger of your left hand that had been tugging at the cracked skin of your lower lip now tucked securely in your right as you clasp them together in your lap in fumbled embarrassment. "Sorry.."

Spencer sighs softly, and takes a brief moment to observe you. The corners of his mouth twitch downwards into a slight frown.“Don’t apologize. I just… I’d hate for you to have permanent scarring.”

You hum softly in response to his caring nature, not meeting his eyes anymore out of the small amount of shame that trickles into the back of your mind, and your tongue runs smoothly over the raw skin on your lip in an attempt at soothing the sting. "Yeah.. thanks,"

Spencer looks away for a few seconds, thinking about your actions. After a beat, he leans over his desk slightly to grab a tube of chapstick from his desk drawer and holds it out to you over the small metal hatched wall of separation between your two desks.

It’s dark blue with no writing or labelling of any kind on it and has very clearly been previously opened.

“Take care of your lips, okay? They’re very important for human expression, phonation, and sensation.”

And to be able to kiss people with.

You hesitate to take the tube from him at first, not because he’d used it, but because it was his, and you knew how much he hated sharing his personal belongings for fear of germ contamination.

“Are you- sure you want to give me this? I can go and get one after work-“ You take the tube from his hand carefully, as though it might explode if you grip it too tightly.

Spencer is slightly relieved to see you take the chapstick, and smiles brightly at you before shaking his head. “It’s fine. You clearly need some form of relief, and I doubt you want to be waiting another six hours.”

He pauses, before adding, “I’d like you to keep it. It’s pure white petroleum, it should solve any soreness or dryness in no time,”

"Thank you.." You give Spencer a grateful smile as you remove the cap and twist the bottom of the tube to extend the chapstick upwards.

You choose not to acknowledge the small dip in the balm from where Spencer had used it on his own lips in the past, fearing the inevitable flush of your cheeks if you thought about the way you were indirectly touching your lips to his for too long.

"I’m- not sure why i can’t just stop, but.. yeah- thanks.." Your half-assed explanation is more of a way for you to distract yourself from your impending emotional implosion rather than a genuine want to explain yourself.

Spencer watches you apply the chapstick, nodding once as he does. “I have some advice on how to stop, if you’d like to hear it.”

You re-cap the tube of chapstick and place it next to the pencil holder on your desk for easy later access, exhaling softly through your nose as your mouth bends into a soft smile. "Alright, have at me,"

“First things first, you should try and figure out what’s causing you to want to peel at your skin.” Spencer dives into full explanation mode once you give him the chair. “Everything has a trigger, and figuring out what yours is is the first step to stopping it,”

You give a understanding nod to Spencer’s suggestion, your mind beginning to scrub your brain for and reasons why you might have the insatiable urge to pull the skin off your lips like you would the meat from a turkey.

“You should also redirect the behaviour. When feeling the urge or the subconscious action towards picking at your skin you should instead reapply a layer of chapstick to your lips instead,” Spencer gestures towards the tube on your desk, just barely visible from his point of view past your pencil holder.

“People with dermatillomania often times don’t realise that they’re engaging in the behaviour, so having somebody who is aware of the situation to redirect your attention is also a good idea.”

He’s obviously referring to himself in this moment, indirectly telling you that he’s willing to be stuck to you like a piece of gum under a shoe until you fully manage to break your habit.

"dermatillomania?" You blink your eyes blankly at him at the unnecessarily complicated term you’d never heard of that Spencer had casually thrown into his sentence.

“It’s the term for excessive skin-picking that causes damage or scarring. That’s what you were doing to your lips just now.” Spencer nods nonchalantly at you like it was common knowledge.

“Oh-“

You can’t say you’re surprised that there’s a term for what you’re experiencing.

You also can’t say that you’re surprised that Spencer knows what it’s called.

Spencer feels the need to explain himself upon your confusion and surprise at the revelation that what you were doing had a proper medical diagnosis.

“I’ve observed you for a while now, and noticed you often picking at your lips.. So I did some research and came across dermatillomania.” There is a tiny bit of embarrassment in his tone.

"You- looked it up for me?"

Spencer Reid had gone out of his way to research something that gave him no personal benefit solely for your wellbeing.

You swear you could melt.

You probably look like you do, physically feeling the pink rise to your cheeks as they heat up in flustered gratitude.

Spencer’s cheeks mirror your own in their soft pink hue, slightly embarrassed to have outed himself to going out of his way to research something on your behalf.

“I did, yes.” He pauses. “I just… well, I didn’t want you to unintentionally do any damage to yourself.”

You let out a soft exhale that could almost constitute as a laugh, pressing your lips together to prevent a smile from breaking out on your face. “Thank you Spencer.. That’s really sweet,”

Spencer nods, diverting his eyes from yours and leaning back in his desk chair to try and look as casual as possible. “Don’t worry about it. I’ve researched countless topics to help the team, this was just one of them.”

It wasn’t exactly a lie. But he wasn’t going to tell you that instead of the usual half an hour he would spend learning about something for one of his team mates he’d instead read every single publicly available medical journal on dermatillomania he could possibly find.

He turns his face back down to his work as you do the same, pushing his desk drawer closed now that nothing inside it was any longer needed.

His eyes fixed on the blue tube that rolled to his the front of the drawer as he pushed it closed.

Pretending Part 2

Jenson woke up with a quiet groan and a stretch of his overtired muscles. His surroundings came slowly to him, first, the light when he rapidly blinked and then the rest, a splash of colours and shapes coming together to create the sight of their main bedroom — mostly white with warm tones of brown splashed here and there, the moist green of the plants a pleasant addition, the sun shining through thin white curtains making everything soft and warm. He basked in the feeling of sea wind blowing through the open terrace door for a few minutes, flexing his toes and enjoying the returning clearness of his mind just like after every rut.

Then he did what he did every morning after waking up since he and Nico moved in together — he checked if his husband was still by his side.

It became a habit of sorts, such a constant in his life that the existence of the gesture skipped his mind completely most of the time. Not this time though.

He knew Nico would be tired, he didn't want to wake him up, so putting his arm blindly to the side wasn't an option, he had to look first. The pleasant feelings coursing through his body fought with the usual fear that still, after so many years, had a cozy place in the pit of his stomach. Was Nico still here?

He could put it to dysregulated hormones after his rut, the way it made all alphas possessive of their mates, more fiercely protective, but he knew it wasn't just that. It was a strange feeling, living in constant doubt. It was chronic, became a background noise that you learned to ignore or embrace as a simple fact. He turned his head to the side.

Nico was sleeping soundly by his side, his beautiful face relaxed, mouth parted only slightly. His hair looked too good for someone who was just fucked senseless for three days straight by a very eager alpha. He almost looked interview-ready, apart from maybe the redness of his cheeks and a little bit of crusted saliva at the corner of his mouth. Jenson suspected that the makeup people would like to cover the bite marks on his neck too.

Jenson grinned to himself, the tension leaving his body before it had time to properly settle in. He needed to get up and shower, start cleaning and make Nico breakfast in bed, even though he knew his beta would be fussing over the crumbs in the sheets. They were covered in cum and lube anyway.

The way Nico managed to love him less opened up the possibility of loving Jenson more, of thinking of him in different ways. It was easier than JB expected, to approach tired Nico after the season ended, after they both recently retired, as just friends catching up, friends that knew each other pretty well in bed too. Yeah, it went quite easy from there.

Jenson suspected that Nico stayed because he needed him. After all, everyone wants to be loved. Jens could be loved a little less, but he didn't mind, he was surrounded by love plenty.

It didn't matter that Nico always bet on Lewis' winning a race, that he almost fawned over him to the media. Lew could win races, Jenson didn't really care after he'd retired, why would he care in 2024? Until Silverstone, he managed to fall into the false sense of security you could say. He supposed it was inevitable, that he'd be reminded even years later that he was a second choice, because maybe he was, but he was also the only choice, he was the one that had Nico to himself, not Lewis. He was the one to dance with their daughter to Tylor Swift songs as Nico recorded them with a fond smile on his wonderfully beautiful face. It was the way his husband cried out his name last night, in moments like that Jenson was sure Nico would stick to his choice. A choice to stay really happy.

Jenson believed in Nico's love for him, whatever its size was, in the love for their daughter. He wanted to believe that the love for Lewis was smaller now compared to the love for them. Nico was far from cruel, he was a good partner and a great dad. Jenson just wished they didn't live in the same building in the Principality as Hamilton did. It was a peculiar feeling, to acquire love for someone over the years, knowing all along that you're never going to be loved in equal measure. He could only hope and make sure Nico stayed, be good to him, like he always deserved, especially from the man who turned him down. Jens wouldn't change anything if it meant he would still have Nico in his life.

It wasn't always like that, okay between the Silver Arrows, Nico interviewing Lewis like he wanted to run him off and away from the paddock with just his gaze alone. Jenson recalled their joined gig as commentators when Lewis admitted that he was a better teammate now and the face Nico made when he heard the words.

Jenson wasn't stupid like some people claimed him to be, reckless and having a big ego back in the day maybe, but never stupid. He knew they matched, Nico and him in various aspects, if they didn't they wouldn't work out in the end. But there was still this feeling of fear, that if Lewis was ever different in his approach, if he one day changed his mind Jens would be left alone.

So his husband could root for his ex-teammate to win now, he could cry tears of joy if or should he say when Lewis gets the 8th title, in the end, it was Jens' quickly fading teeth marks on the back of Nico's neck, it was Nico's hair that tickled the tip of his nose as they were wakened up by their pup, in the end, it was Jens that got the good luck kiss before WEC races. In the end, Lewis mattered, but not enough. In Jens' opinion he still made an awful decision - not wanting Nico, but at least thanks to this it was Jenson who could reap the fruits, could have the most darling, beautiful man to himself, he should thank Lewis for being so goddamn blind. Well, maybe not.

Lewis pushed him to the brink when Jenson gave him peace and stability. It ought to be worth something, right?

If he told all that to Nico his mate would probably chuckle adorably and say he became much too philosophical in his old age and Jens would mock his use of an eye wrinkle cream in the most awful German accent he could manage. But Jenson preferred to stay in bed for now, getting his fill, looking at the best decision of his life, given to him by the worst mistake another man made.

He escapes but not before getting turned partially into a moth. They weren’t really as smart so they didn’t even think that maybe the mutation would only take partial transformation so uhhh mission failed-

I liked your idea of the hairs that allow Donnie’s hands to stick to stuff, so it was kind of a no brainer to add that here too, since moths stick to stuff all the time.

currently, im in the midst of writing my dissertation. it’s still in the works, but the long n short of it is that it regards the effects that capitalism and its lust for marketing and social praise has on the creative industries and more! (dont want to air out my full topic before i hand it in :P)

now, i’ll be the first to admit that in my prior essays i’ve had some bad habits of writing first researching later (which, is obviously what SHOULD NOT BE DONE), but in those instances i had made analysis based on information i had at least picked up on in the past and eventually edited the essays to correctly coincide with the correct information. because obviously lying in an essay wont fuckn fly at uni.

i took the normal approach with my dissertation because a) im older and less stupid now and b) i was broaching a topic im passionate about but requires a sound basis and inherent understanding to analyse properly and smth i knew off but not in depth. not to mention the importance of including real world examples within my research and discussion.

regardless, as long and arduous as i personally find research, its truly gratifying when you collect, analyse and build a well rounded idea and argument built upon the information you have found and analysed. and the best part is when you can use it as a springboard for your own personal discussion points! its great!

hbomberguys video essay about plagiarism has reignited a spark within me regarding my dissertation. i have more research to conduct before its completion, and before i had viewed it as a roadblock between myself and the parts of essay writing that i enjoy.

now i look at all these sourced i need to read and feel something of a camaraderie with these writers. these are people who ALSO really care about my industry and the rights of the artist. these are people who have painstakingly amassed information in order to discuss and highlight things that they too, find significance in.

and as someone who had always had a love for discussion and analysis, it truly confounded me that so many people are willing to plagiarise and to the sheer extent of which they will do so. because, where is the fun in that?

ok so this might be my fave school year of all time IT WAS SO FUN!!! since this is your last year before things get more serious, i'd suggest allowing yourself to have a little fun this year ☺️ still obv stay on top of your studies n whatever because we need good report cards 🙏🏼 but don't hole yourself up studying!!! go out with people or maybe even by yourself, cultivate your hobbies or maybe pick up a new hobby!!! hobbies are really good because you can turn those into extracurriculars which will be useful for uni applications 🫡 just in general don't stress yourself out too much this year because trust you'll be more stressed the next year n regret taking that little bit of free time for granted 😣

def maybe towards the end of the year/during the summer research the content you'll be taking during high school/the changes in learning!!! idk what your system entails but in mine we start gcses in y10 and thats when we get to pick n choose subjects and get examined on them in y11 (just did that i get results this month 😫) and its like a whole other thing from what i was used to before in my version of middle school LOL 😭 i have no older siblings/older people i can look up to or ask for advice in general in life and instead of researching a little more like i shouldve i just went in w the bare minimum 🙁 ended up making a lot of subject choice mistakes n just doing things i wouldve done differently w the knowledge i have now!! so if you have older siblings or figures dont hesitate to ask them questions!!! you'll feel much better entering high school the following year when you have that knowledge because you won't be going in completely blind <3 this is a later in the year one i KNOW but i think its so important esp cz i personally wouldve avoided a lot of mistakes if i just took the time to do a couple google searches or smth so i had to put it here 😭

i'd use this year to start making good habits as well!! give yourself a certain amount of hours you'd like to study for in the day and try your best to stick to that (don't beat yourself up over it if you dont tho!!!! just try again the next day 😚), set sleep and wake times, etc etc. some people might give this as a starting hs tip (although in general its never a bad time to start fixing your habits 🙏🏼) but i'd say starting now is better so that by the time you enter high school you're used to it and are less prone to slipping in your habits or wtv!!!

i'd also use this year to experiment a little with study methods if you don't rly know what works for you! try the pomodoro method, flashcards, those fancy note taking methods (cornell or wtv LOL), try memorisation techniques, literally anything that intrigues you and you feel might work for you, try! for example i skipped trying the fancy note taking methods because i like my notes to be super perfect n if i had a guideline like that i'd spend more time making it look 100% than actually learning 😭 i also struggle to memorise something if i don't write it down, so i found that flashcards work really well for me because i have to write all the info down on them first! (also if you do do flashcards or note taking, try not to copy word for word from your source!!! word them in your own way instead so you can learn a little more ☺️ creds to my psych teacher for this LOL) i did not experiment w study methods till later on and i SO regret this because i look back now and there were so many times i was studying where it was more like wasted time cz i kept changing my mind on what i wanted to do n was just rly confused in general

kunikuzushi was the first 'actual' name he chose for himself some time during or before the case of the eccentric. 100 years ago, he slaughtered the raiden gokaden (chosen clans that raiden shogun was passing down her martial arts teachings to) to seek revenge against the "bladesmiths" (his second betrayal) except for one person who was spared after scaramouche found out about said person's connection to the surname, "niwa" (the same one as his friend from the tatarasuna). "tell her this. my name is kunikuzushi," was his last words to the sole survivor laying amongst bodies of corpses before he disappeared. (more info: iirc, he was already a part of the fatui when this occured. so, scaramouche was already one of his monikers but he didn't consider it as his 'true' name.)

also, kunikuzushi means 'country destroyer' in japanese and also happens to be the name of a villain character in japanese popular drama who usurps countries. i assumed that he picked this name when the case of the eccentric happened since he did cause a minor disturbance/loss to the inner workings of inazuma through that case. we can see this reflected in today's in-game history because only the amenoma art and isshin art (2/5 clans of the raiden gokaden) still alive after that event.

OUGRGRHRH GRIPPIGN HIM IN MY TEETH. OH IM DELIGHTED TO SHARE this is going under a cut because i did start ranting a bit . long post

i already posted abt my body hcs for him and the band but I WILL DO IT AGAIN !!! vessels "mask" isnt a removable mask at all and is more akin to a shell or an exoskeleton i think. like its chitinous. hence the bloody imagery around the gnawed away mouth .and alongside that hes got shaaarp teeth. and 6 eyes that are a solid golden yellow arranged the same way they are on the mask and if you flash a light at him at just the right angle theyll reflect back at you like a cats eyes. also i like to imagine his skin being almost entirely black with a few patches of his original skin in places cus he retains parts of himself Its symbolic okay

i think hes very touchy which Yknow is not at all out of the question . have you seen the way he is on stage. hes all about casual touch if hes next to someone (vee) hes got his hand on their (his) shoulder or if hes walking w someone (vee) his arm is around their (his) back or theyre holding hands. hes the type to me that will even just link pinkies to be touching someone . also casual kisses he loves giving anyone and everyone kisses on the forehead or the cheek and even a peck on the lips now and again if theyre very close. like 90% of affection to him is not Barred behind a specific relationship label

also this one is really specific um. i think he has one of those kind of breathy gaspy laughs? like. god i hate using this as an example but you know corpsehusband. i think he laughs a little bit like that. and i think he tends to lean on people when he laughs or he claps/smacks his thigh cus he laughs Generally pretty quietly so he expresses it physically too

on the note of him communicating also i dont think hes as like.. formal? as people tend to write him. i think hes a bit more softspoken too and more casual in his word choice. that doesnt mean he doesnt love showering someone he loves (vee) with flowery sappy language its just not how he talks All the time

he has a skin picking habit also i think. maybe thats projection but i think the sides of his thumbs are all tore up from him picking and chewing on them absentmindedly. if his lips are chapped he picks at them too or chews on them. its hard to notice w how dark his skin is but he does still do it. he needs to have smth in his hands to Not do it

i think hes very tired a lot. hes surprisingly a pretty happy guy but the missile is tired he is eepy etc. he wears himself out a lot at shows and sleeps for like 14 hrs straight afterwards and then still needs a nap a few hours after he wakes up. he is a lot like a cat this way actually i just realized im just makign him a catboy on accident. ok well besides that

also i think under the hood he shaves his head . not like SMOOTH but he goes over it every couple weeks with an electric razor and generally keeps it anywhere between 1/2 and 1 inch. but i think his hair is light grey or white now also . on the rare occasion he grows it out it never gets past his ears and he keeps it slicked or brushed back all the time.

GREEN!!! rena’s definitely a sort of rich forest green. bordering on a like, emerald color??? but also just any shade of green. she wears a lot of neutrals but sometimes iliya gets her in a fancy outfit he got

3. weapon of choice? any particular reason they chose their weapon?

big fuckign sword…. i don’t know sword types beyond that id have to look into it more. i think she originally picked it up bc going into the mercenary business was Entirely unplanned and she wanted smth that felt strong as hell. and now she’s extremely badass bc i love a character with a big sword

31. do they like receiving gifts? giving gifts? what is their ideal gift?

i think rena likes giving gifts in “acts of service” kind of way! goes very above and beyond with likd. cleaning for you or smth. when iliya visits towns on Cool Guy Business he will bring back things for her which she loves!! books or useful everyday items or sometimes very rich and colorful fabric or clothes which she very rarely gets to wear because she is a forest gremlin and is constantly muddy

32. do they have any habits that aren't particularly self-destructive, just maybe odd?

literally came up with this right now but i think rena knows how to make bird noises but exclusively uses it in places where birds wouldn’t be to unsettle people. her adventuring party is 30 feet underground? bird noises. her and iliya are visiting a library? bird noises. all her friends are drunk as hell in an inn? bird noises

she also really likes maps!

You two met when Eddie approached you at lunch

You sat alone most of the time; Whether that was due to your demeanor or just the fact you had a hard time making friends, you weren't sure

Eddie had a habit of finding the freaks, weirdos, outcasts, whatever you wanted to call yourself, and recruiting them for Hellfire befriending them.

He was quite persistent

At first, it was for 'body guard' purposes, as he put it, given your stature and demeanor

Despite this, he really did want to be your friend; He was an outcast because he was openly.. weird. You were simply too intimidating to be approached by the regular crowd, especially with how quiet you were

Nonetheless, Eddie pretty much saw right through you, and visited your empty lunch table most days, sometimes dragging his own group over to keep you company

You wouldn't tell him right away, but you did appreciate the effort

He was ECSTATIC when he got you to talk and keep conversation with him

Eventually he started his 'subtle' flirting, and it ended up not-so-subtle when you seemed receptive

That being said, he did end up recruiting you for his club. Even if you didn't play, they all enjoyed your company

After a while of him going back and forth, Dustin pushed him to ask you out (he was tired of the flirting during sessions)

Eddie didn't really notice the bullies backing off more, he was just happy you were there, but Hellfire definitely noticed the unusual lack of people bothering them for being outside of the norm

However, Hellfire did end up more susceptible to groaning when Eddie was giving visible heart eyes, or a particularly gross pick-up line

Eddie would probably just lean on his hands most of the time staring at you

Hellfire usually kept their remarks to themselves, just because they were still a little scared of you

The first time Jason backed off of verbally abusing the group when he saw you sitting with them, you got some high fives and a bunch of "THAT WAS AWESOME!" comments

Eddie was speechless and had to hold himself back from kissing you then and there in the cafeteria

Honestly, he probably takes you to that picnic table for kissing purposes, or sometimes sharing joints (if you're into smoking, of course)

He offers weed whenever he's smoking, but if you explicitly say no he leaves it alone and probably doesn't bring it up again

If you DO smoke, he always always packs extra, rolls joints for you, shotguns, the lot of it

I can't get over the fact that Eddie just.. Always has heart eyes for you. Truly, it's all of the time.

Eddie absolutely speaks enough for the both of you, and you listen to every word, even if he doesn't make any sense sometimes. Or gets excited. Or gets loud in the cafeteria

You listen always and he appreciates it so so much, even if you don't know what he's going on about or have trouble keeping up

He won't tell you, but he loves when you just.. carry him around

It started when you carried him to bed when he was too high and 'his legs didn't work'

But now he playfully asks you to carry him, the drama queen he is

Instead of standing on his tip toes, he usually pulls you down by your collar, jacket, anything he can get his hands on so he can kiss you

No one else could boss you around like that and Eddie is smug as shit about it

He's usually always touching you or hanging off of you, even at school (He's careful about it, though, especially if it makes you uncomfortable)

You're lucky he doesn't just sit on your lap during Hellfire, sessions though (Lucky for everyone else too let's be honest)

He likes laying on top of you when you're hanging out at his place, smoking or not

Since his battle vest doesn't exactly fit you, he eventually saves up and makes you your own, a mix of band patches that you both listen to. He was SO excited to give it to you
