SMG34: LIPBITE COMIC WIP UPDATE

oh boy... i know a bunch of folks are hyped for this comic... and boy oh boy are ya'll's prayers going to be heard... kind of... butt for the celebration milestone, and granted majority are from this comic, i thought it was best to give EVERYTHING that i have currently.

starting off STRONG with what you freaks most want: the completed pages. andddd yep that's it that all that i have done LMAO. i've been fixated on my own smg4 oc: tsb, and during the end of my summer was unfortunately fucked over by some personal issues that fortunately got resolved last minute good grief the anxiety prevented me from drawing the gays sigh... aNYWAYS LINEART WIPS!!!!

here are linearts i have completed / in the progress of!! want to aim like i did in the past by finishing up lineart first, and then speed through with color + minor rendering. the reason i have a few colored is to test out what it would look polished and my god... i have improved A LOT. THESE GAY PEOPLE GIVE POWER I AM NOT KIDDING BELIEVE ME IM NOT CRAY- anyways onto wip pages!

jumpscare: tsb stickman sketches. oh yeah. this is how i sketch and i blame sensei eiichiro oda /j. and in case anyone is unable to understand it {i don't blame u LMAO}, smg4 wakes up from the dream and is startled to see mario by his bed. they have a short convo before mario leaves, and we get a job to smg4 in the bathroom trying to put up a brave face. until the moment he leaves he's stunned due to seeing smg3 at his front door. will i elaborate more on specifics or unwritten dialogue? NOPE! gotta keep secrets to make it even more enjoyable at the end!!

currently at 13 sketched pages total, but this is probably gonna be reaching towards 20-ish pages, surpassing part two, but it will depend on how i come up with how to end it. additionally to confirm there will be a PART FOUR / chapter 3, to end this story. my goal is to have it done before i finish my senior year, or at least during the summer after i graduate bc good lord who knows whats gonna happen.

the idea came to me in a dream as i was mowing the lawn, i listened to noels lament and instantly imagined smg4 and smg3 as noel and mischa and the rest fell into place as i thought abt it

PuzzlePark met the same fate as it did in the WOTFI

But Mr. Puzzles didn't.

After being hooked up to the engine, he sustained any injuries from the collapse. His legs gone and his clothing torn. His TV head slightly damaged with one of the dials popped out. Sparking and buzzing static, and of course, his screen shattered. He crawls out of the debris to see Smg4, Mario, and Meggy exhausted from the fight.

He lost. Again. To them? There was no way. No way they had managed to rip him out the engine like this. Crushing his dream a g a i n. Was ruining his TV career not enough? Was he not allowed to have anything? Bastards. Fucking Bastards. How dare they. They deserved death. He almost killed them. Dammit why couldn't they just die? Why couldn't they just dissapear?

Oh he want to tear them apart.

Meggy tried to talk him out of it. Talking about this "scared little child inside". A joke. That was long gone. That child was d e a d. If they truly "cared", why would they take her awake. His one friend? Leggy. They couldn't even let him have that.

They took everything. His friend. His Park. His Career. His Dreams. His Legs. Greedy Bastards needed to take everything. And now they were sending him to prison. Not like he could run from the law at this point.

He'd kill them. One day, he'd kill them. They would die. He'd find a way. They would die. He'd kill them. They needed to die. He wanted them dead. Bastards should die. They should fucking perish! Broken Star Mr.Puzzles

I still took inspiration from @livzees post (ill link at the bottom for Ref) in the more mechanical parts of his reference and the colours, hope you enjoy my pictures and ramblings

While connecting himself to the Wishing Star Machine, it got absorbed into his body and did irreversible damage to his body and granted him the power of an Extra Star.... Meaning if he got 5 stars, he would now have 6 total. Even if this 6th star is very unstable and in pieces, it is still 100% functionable and gives Mr.Puzzles some new powers.

•Dreams Make Minions: he still has some of that power he had in the Amusement Park but can only summon small lil guys to do his bidding for a lil while. Nothing to crazy

•Psychics are for the weak: When using his 'Puppeteer Hand' Mr.Puzzles' body will go completely limp, and he can bend in angles he previously wouldn't have been able too. Think Mario breaking his own body for the funny type of psychics.

He mainly uses it to do freaking Spider Crawls across the floor but if his body wasn't a solid object he would totally be able to put his legs through his head and back at the same time and still touch the floor with his feet.

•He has a lil bit of his mind control power as a treat. But it's super finicky and he can't rely on it

•The power of friendship: Puzzles has locked himself away from any and all people interaction that isn't controlling their minds once again but it's a little... More... Than that now with the Star in his body.

Reacting directly to his Thoughts, when Puzzles enters a state due to either seeing the SMG4 Group or A group of friends simply having fun. He will progressively get stronger to the point of summoning demons or Eye Goop monsters to try and tear them apart physically into a million pieces 🤭 this takes a toll on him in massive amounts. He can't do this often but the power also.... Feels so good he doesn't need friends. Friends let him down, friends were never there, if he opens up again this will hurt more. THIS power... Is all he can rely on

Having one of those wires plugged into the back of his noggin left a big hole- and being bashed about in rubble scratched his precious handsome TV Head :(

He's tried to put his wires back in his head and fix up the scratches but being locked up doesnt give him a lot of supplies to do that- (I still say he's locked up, but not in an asylum and he escapes fairly quickly when he figures how he can summon nightmare creatures at his finger tips)

This hand can pop out at any time and seems to follow Zero Rules on how it functions. It doesnt matter where the metal arm attached to the eye fog is- the Star Hand will ALWAYS be above Puzzles moving around with his every twitch

Trying to break the hand only sends it flying apart as it is not connected fully anyways, however this is the easiest way to throw off Puzzles as if you bonk the hand making the fingers go flying Puzzles with GMod ragdoll into a mess on the floor and have to take a second to get back up as the star fingers come back together

He will try to have his Star Hand dodge but he's not good at that just like hes not good at protecting his face from being punched

Mr. Puzzles' backstory! (Complete)

Alright!! It's here!! To the people who were waiting for Mr. Puzzles' complete backstory thank you so so much for your patience! and sorry for keeping you all waiting for so long as well.

!Disclaimer! this isn't canon! in the full show SMG4 this is for the 5⭐️ Rivals AU, there will be some canon materials but mostly will be filled with my and others hcs.

!Warning! There will be mentions of abuse of different kind, and mentions of smoking. I also want to mention that I didn't give Puzzles an abusive childhood for shock value. It is something that was at least to me felt necessary for my AU.

For some context here are the names of the characters:

Mother: Rosetta Johnson Father: Alexander Adware (He's a doctor) Child Puzzles: Adam Johnson Adware

Adam's childhood wasn't great, he lived in a living hell.. both in his home and at school. No matter where he went he was suffering than living.

He would be bullied or ignored at school and, would be made fun of because of how different he was compared to other kids, he had a wild imagination and those thoughts were considered weird from the people around him. Not just at school but at home as well.

At home... It was terrifying to him. If any of you have seen the short film Opal then it's something similar.

Whenever he came home from school going from the entrance to his room was a scary adventure every day.

He would have to go pass his mother Rose who was in the living room smoking or making a call to her side of the family.

He had to slip pass her as quietly as he could but, when he wasn't careful Rose will start using him as a therapist, venting out all of her struggles to him for hours. But, she would also hit him when she was enraged and would go far as to put cigarettes on Adam's arm just to relieve her stress even for a little while.

His father would just ignore it all. And if he had to he would intervene when his wife went too far with the abuse, which would lead to them arguing most of the time.

When that happens Adam would run up stairs to the one place that was safe to him. His room. Where he would watch TV all day just to forget about everything bad that happend to him. (Headcanon from @bstroobery)

But sometimes he wasn't so lucky.. often times his father would come home late so when he was being abused by his mother his father wouldn't be there to intervene. So all night he would be beaten, used as a therapist, as a punching bag for his mother. Just to relieve all of her struggles onto her son. To feel relieved even just for a little while.

This whole routine continued until his 10th birthday which is on the 30th of Octorber, where he was taken to the place he loved: Disney World.

He loved going there, but since he could only go there on his birthday he tried to enjoy every single moment there was. While his parents enjoyed their vacation. Adam wished this day could last forever, where he would have fun going on the rides and enjoy everybody else having fun! It was also the day he thought of owning an amusement park when he grew up.

His parents both disapproved it. For two different reasons:

Rosetta: She needed someone to vent to and didn't want her one and only stress reliever to leave her alone.

Alexander: He wanted his son to chase a more realistic dream. Calling it childish and not creative. And to prevent him from potentially humiliating the entire Adware Johnson family (Partially inspired of @scimagic's hc of Puzzles' father)

Eventually, Adam was homeschooled because of how bad the bullying was getting. This leads to him isolating himself from his family in his room locking himself up with his only comfort friend his TV, continuously trying to come up with a way to escape from this horrible world that was supposed to be his HOME.

He was slowly killing himself, having not eating for a long while and not leaving his room. His room was filled with his father's tools on how to fully escape this dull and horrible place.

You see.. Adam had a plan, a very risky one at that. He had an idea on how to escape his HOME, and to create a new world where he had friends and everything he could have ever wanted. And he would get his friends by gathering children all around the world whose lives were miserable just like his to his new TV dimension! a place full of colors and full of everything anyone could ever want.

And the plan was to become the very thing that had helped him in his life. His TV. So he would operate on himself little by little and painfully to fully become his precious TV. (hc from @bstroobery) And he was scared when he decided to cut off his head, he could hear his child self begging him to reconsider. But, he already made up his mind and did the deed.

At first he actually died, his lifeless body on the floor lying there. Until something sparked inside him! Then he woke up, he was finally free!! He changed his name to Mr. Puzzles to cut ties with his family, and also because it reminded it him of not so pleasant memories of his life.

He also had one more wish: To show his father (the one person he still had a little love for) that he did have creative vision!

But after the fight with the SMG4 crew in the PuzzlesVision movie, he lost his powers to return back to his homeworld to show his father his success, So now he's after the SMG4 crew for what they've done to him and while doing so he met his new rival: Entroric.

ANND THAT'S ALL!!! I'll show his new and final reredesign of my AU of Mr. Puzzles! although this post contained some heavy topics such as abuse, I hope this was informative for you all. Random AU Idea

I just wanted to ramble an SMG4 au idea I had to see if anyone wants to see stuff about it-

Mr. Puzzles decides to kidnap Emerald (My self insert/oc) to see how much SMG4 will freak, but is ignored and after chatting small talk with her for a bit, realizes she's so new and insignificant to the crew that they might not come. Two weeks pass. He accepts they won't come, but by now they're getting along a bit, so she's released in exchange for phone contact. A couple weeks later, Emerald invites him to the Meme Factory and tells him about her knowing the series, and his dreams. And she wants to help his biggest dreams come true. So they end up getting Leggy, and break in. Mario still gets Leggy back to Meggy, but Emerald betrays the crew, screaming over being treated horribly by them but nice by Puzzles. Later, she explains everything she knows about WOTFI 2024, and Puzzles makes a plan. He takes Leggy back, kidnaps the crew, and actually manages to just add SMG4 and Mario to the corrupted collection so that they can't stop him. Emerald is one of 2 right-hand women but is the main one to be around him while mainly Leggy is out leading people through the park. It ends up only being a torture place in the show, it's a genuinely amazing park here, and Puzzles isn't part of the engine since Emerald explained it'd probably end up horribly. Later he uses more people to make more shows, and takes his 5 stars back since no one is in his way now. Mr. Puzzles is in full control. The only ones he doesn't take control of are Leggy and Emerald since they've been there for him. And yeah maayyyybe Emerald eventually starts to crush a bit since she's around him more and he's genuinely happy a lot due to his plans going splendidly.

Not sure about the name yet, but my brain thought of Complete. Like, since he gets his dreams come true and genuine friends, it's almost anything he's ever wanted.

I'm thinking of drawing the design in a bit so if yall are interested then uh there's that.

Made a cover for the SMG34 arc because I am trying to figure out the composition of the Apprenticeship AU covers that can give some… hints to what I’m planning for the AU moving forward >:3c

Literally just gonna make this thing 5 chapters long, so… yeah.

Also gonna be adding gmod stuff I’m gonna be doing for this silly little dream AU to the WattPad version.

This is something I won’t be publishing for a while though since I am also working on the Schmigadoon and Apprenticeship AUs and am working with some friends on the A Drop of Death AU.

Plus I wanna work on the Psychonauts Puzzlevision Type-Deal AU (I’m titling the fic Journey to the Center of the Puzzles because why not??) which is a collab with @squid-ink-on-toast and I have been writing down ideas and shit on a notepad for a few weeks trying to organize my thoughts on the plot and am finally gonna start actually writing the fic sometime next week (hopefully if life doesn’t kick me in the ass and if things actually go as planned then)

But yeah. Also trying to design Mario, Mr. Puzzles, SMG4, and SMG3’s outfits for the Schmicago fic that is gonna be coming in a few weeks if I remain on schedule too.

Before anyone asks, no I am actually not overwhelmed by all the stuff I’m doing, actually. I am a master at planning out my time. It is the only thing keeping me from lying around all day in bed. So… yeah.
