Sooooo pretty! 1900 fully restored late Victorian in Easton, MD. 4bds, 2ba, 1,808 sq ft. $585k.

The restoration isn't overdone, the original entrance hall with simple newel post and railings are still intact.

Very nice sitting room with a fireplace set into the wall.

Lovely vintage full bath at the end of the hall.

Office/den/library with beautiful built-ins.

The small back entrance hall has this wonderful mud room area.

Lovely kitchen reno. The original floor is painted and I love the antique piece adapted to an island.

Classic subway tile backsplash and double farm sink paired with Shaker style cabinetry.

Love this. What a beautiful feature that was preserved.

Cozy dining/sitting room combo.

Original floor beautifully restored. I love the little sitting area.

Nice bedroom with closets.

Pretty room with a window seat. You don't normally see built-in storage in Victorian bedrooms.

2nd vintage bath on the 2nd floor. It's so much nicer when a piece of furniture is adapted to make a sink cabinet.

Lovely craft/guest room, or just a place to relax.

Covered patio fits a large table for outdoor dining.

The gardens are stunning. Isn't this classic? The picket fence with rose arbor.

Shady yard to relax in.

Love a more natural garden than a meticulously manicured one.

930 Medina Studios 3br/1ba

A simple apartment reno for my "and they were roommates" savefile. Originally home to Austin Wentworth—the flat is now shared by him and two other buddies of his from high school/college.

I wanted to keep it simple, dark colors + greens with splashes of white/cream to fit all of their individual styles. I meant for this to be somewhat of a bachelor pad/hangout spot for their friend group so big open windows to let that natural light in was a must. Honestly, Medina Studios has some of the best lighting in San Myshuno.

Which is why I always have the lights off. There is one light in the living room but its a low light so it doesn't overshadow that natural sunlight :)

Roommates (Reno x reader)

Reno hummed softly to himself as he stood at the stove, the sizzling of bacon and eggs filling the air. The sunlight streamed through the kitchen window, casting a warm glow over the countertops. He was just finishing up the last few pancakes, their golden-brown surfaces bubbling invitingly, when he heard the creak of (Y/n)'s bedroom door opening.

(Y/n) stumbled into the kitchen, her hair messy from sleep and her eyes still heavy with dreams. She wore an oversized t-shirt that hung off one shoulder, exposing a tantalizing glimpse of collarbone. Reno's gaze lingered on her for a moment before he quickly looked back at the stove, not wanting to make her uncomfortable. "Morning, sleeping beauty." he teased.

(Y/n) slowly shuffled into the kitchen, her eyes still half closed and her hair a tangle of messy (H/c). She wore a baggy shirt and a pair of mismatched socks, looking like she'd just woken up from a particularly deep sleep.

She rubbed her eyes sleepily and stifled a yawn before looking at Reno with a grumpy expression. "Morning," she mumbled, her voice scratchy with sleep.

Reno chuckled at her grumpy expression, secretly amused by how cute she looked with her hair all disheveled and her voice all raspy. He turned back to the stove, scooping the final pancake onto a plate and placing it on the table along with some bacon and eggs.

"Looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed." he said teasingly.

(Y/n) grumbled in response, rubbing the sleep from her eyes and taking a seat at the table. She reached for the pancake and began to eat it, taking small bites while still half-awake.

"Hmm.. pancakes.." she muttered, her voice even more gravelly than before.

Reno couldn't help but smile as he watched her eat, enjoying the sight of her grumpy expression. He chuckled as she muttered about the pancakes.

"I don't know if you're awake enough to appreciate them yet." he teased, sitting down across from her and pouring them both a glass of orange juice.

(Y/n) gave him a halfhearted glare as she continued to slowly eat her pancake. She took a sip of orange juice, the cold liquid helping to wake her up a little.

"Hey, I can appreciate food just fine, even when I'm half asleep," she muttered, stifling another yawn.

Reno chuckled again at her grumpy response, amused by how cute she was when she was tired and grumpy. "Oh really? So, what do you think of the pancakes then?" he asked, taking a bite of his own.

He found himself having to resist the urge to reach over and ruffle her hair.

"Hmm..." Sunny chewed slowly, taking her time to actually taste the pancake. Despite her grumpy demeanor, she couldn't deny that the pancakes were good - fluffy, perfectly cooked, and just the right amount of sweetness.

"They're... pretty good," she admitted grudgingly, taking another bite.Reno smiled at her reluctant admission, knowing that meant she actually really liked the pancakes. He liked seeing her feisty, it was cute.

"Pretty good? That's it? Maybe you're still half-asleep." he teased, taking another bite of his own pancake.

(Y/n) scowled slightly at his teasing, but deep down, she knew he was right. The pancakes were better than "pretty good," but she didn't want to admit it.

"What, you fishing for compliments?" she said, rolling her eyes.

Reno chuckled at her grumpy scowl, finding her resistance to admitting that she liked the pancakes amusing. He took another bite and chewed thoughtfully for a moment before speaking again.

"Maybe I am. Or maybe I just want to see you admit that you actually like my cooking." he said with a smirk.

(Y/n) grumbled a bit more before sighing. "Fine. You'd make a great..."

She took another bite, making him wait in suspense. "..Male wife to Rude," she added, her expression turning smug.

Reno nearly choked on his orange juice at her comment, not expecting it at all. He let out a hearty laugh, the sound filling the kitchen.

"Rude?! His wife? That's the best you can come up with?" He said between laughs, wiping a stray tear from his eye.

(Y/n) smirked, enjoying Reno's reaction. She took a sip of her orange juice, looking at him smugly.

"What? He'd make a great husband. Besides he clearly wears the pants in your partnership."

Reno raised an eyebrow at her comment, amused at her boldness. He leaned back in his chair, crossing his arms over his chest.

"Oh, really? And what makes you say that?" he asked, a hint of challenge in his tone.

(Y/n) shrugged, resting her chin on her hand. "Well, he's the responsible one, isn't he? The voice of reason. The one who keeps you from getting into too much trouble. He's like the husband of the duo, while you're the complaining wife."

Reno chuckled at her description. She wasn't exactly wrong. He and Rude had always had a yin-yang relationship. Reno was the wild card who thrived on chaos, while Rude was the calm center, the voice of reason.

"Well then, what would that make you? The child?" He asked with a cheeky grin.(Y/n) rolled her eyes and gave him a deadpan look. "No way! I'm not being the kid." she said with an exaggerated huff.

Reno chuckled at her response, enjoying her little show of defiance. "Oh? And why not?" he asked, leaning forward slightly, a playful gleam in his eye. "It seems like the perfect fit, you being so grumpy and all."

(Y/n) stuck her tongue out at him. "If anyone's a child, it's you." She retorted. "All reckless and impulsive. I bet you're the reason they put up all the warning signs and safety railings."

Reno feigned offense, pressing a hand to his chest in a theatrical gesture. "Me? Reckless and impulsive?" he said with mock shock.He leaned back in his chair again, resting his arms behind his head. "I'll have you know I'm a consummate professional. I just have a bit more... style than your average Turks."

(Y/n) raised an eyebrow, trying to hide her amusement. "Right, style. That's a nice way to say 'trouble magnet'". 

Reno chuckled, enjoying the banter between them. He leaned forward slightly, resting his elbows on the table.

"Hey, I prefer 'adventure seeker'," he suggested with a playful grin. "Besides, you're one to talk. You're not exactly known for being a saint, ya know."

(Y/n) leaned forward a bit as well, her expression playful and challenging. "Oh, really? And what do you mean by that?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.

Reno smirked, enjoying the back-and-forth. "Oh, you know," he said, lowering his voice a little. "That little incident a few months ago. The one where you picked a fight with some thugs?"

(Y/n) huffed out a breath, her cheeks flushing slightly at the reminder. "Oh, come on," she said, trying to downplay it. "It wasn't a big deal. I had it under control."

Reno smirked, watching as her cheeks flushed. She was too cute when she was flustered."Sure, you had it under control," he teased. "That's why I had to come and save your sorry ass."

(Y/n) let out an indignant "hey!" at his comment, her pride a bit bruised. "I didn't need saving, I would have been fine on my own!" she protested.

Reno chuckled, enjoying the banter and her feisty spirit. "Oh, really? Because from where I stood, it looked like you were getting your cute little butt handed to you." he teased, a smug look on his face. He stood up from his spot and made his way over to her.

(Y/n) bristled at his words, her feisty spirit flaring up again. "I could've taken them!" she argued, crossing her arms. "I was just about to turn the tables when yo-" 

Reno's lips came crashing down onto hers, muting her protestations and shutting her up effectively. As their lips met, his hand gently cupped her cheek, before he pulled away from her completely as if nothing happened.

(Y/n)'s eyes widened at the unexpected kiss, her protests and arguments forgotten as she was left speechless. Her lips tingled, her cheeks flushed, and her heart beat loudly in her chest. The moment was over as quickly as it had begun, and Reno pulled away, leaving her in a state of speechless confusion. She stared at him, her mouth slightly agape, her head spinning.

Reno leaned back against the counter, watching her reaction with a sly smile. He loved how easy it was to render her speechless. It was endearing.

"You were saying something?" He asked, feigning ignorance, his gaze fixed on her flushed cheeks and parted lips.

(Y/n)'s mind was still struggling to catch up with what had just happened. She opened and closed her mouth a few times, trying to form words, but nothing came out. After a long moment, she managed to compose herself enough to stutter out a response.

"I... I was... I mean..."

She took a deep breath, trying to regain her usual demeanor. "Nevermind... I'm gonna go.. shower or something." Then she immediately got up, and left.

Reno's smile widened at her flustered reaction. it was so damn adorable. He loved messing with her like this, making her all tongue-tied and flushed.

As she got up and mumbling that she was going to shower, he couldn't help but feel a little mischievous.

"Need any help in there?" He called out after her, his voice filled with jest.

(Y/n) froze in her tracks, her cheeks turning even more red if that was possible. She slowly turned around, her embarrassment and annoyance clear on her face.

"As if. I'm perfectly capable of showering on my own, thank you very much." she sputtered, her voice shaky. She hurriedly closed the bathroom door behind her.

Reno chuckled as he saw her cheeks turn even redder. She was so damn cute when she was flustered. He loved riling her up like this, watching her reactions.

"Suit yourself," he called out after her, a smirk on his face. He leaned back against the counter, still chuckling to himself, as he heard the bathroom door close.

He let out a sigh, his mind still on (Y/n) and her adorable reactions. Then his phone went off.

He pulled out his phone and saw a message from Rude. 

Rude: Got a moment?

Reno rolled his eyes upon seeing the message.

Reno: Yeah, what's up?

Rude: Boss wants to see us. Now.

Reno rolled his eyes again. Of course this would happen on his day off.

Reno: On my way.

Reno typed his response and glanced at the bathroom door. He could hear the water still running in the shower.

He hesitated for a moment, part of him wanting to stay and spend the day with (Y/n). But duty called. Reluctantly, he pushed himself away from the counter, grabbed his jacket, and headed out of the apartment.

I’d love your thoughts on how they settle into their daily routine as a new couple once they’re discharged and home; introducing each other to their families as husbands, finding a place together, Bucky wanting to take Buck on a first official date (when they realise they haven’t actually done that yet), figuring out how to live a life together outside of the routine of the army and adjusting to that 💜 basically the sweet coupley stuff they experience alongside managing poor Bucky’s PTSD

ahhh yes yes! first off bc i feel like everyone that writes post war stuff kinda spins the wheel on where they send the boys- my plopping them in sheridan came from that being where real buck cleven was living by the end of his life. in au land i’ve decided that’s where his sister lives too and some other people he knew before he enlisted.

i think they stop and see bucky's family is wisconsin before they go to wyoming. so they dont technically have their marriage on paper yet, but bucky tells his family they're planning on doing it when they're home and introduces gale as his husband anyways. still formulating all my thoughts on bucky's family- but i think at least his mom just adores gale. she knows bucky can be quite the loose canon and worries about him- so when bucky wrote about him it did her heart good to know he had someone watching out for him. and in person it just multiples because she sees the way gale looks at him, puts his hand on his back, checks in with him etc etc. knows her baby is in good hands <3

gale’s sister wants to beat his ass for the whole ‘we got a marriage license the literal second we got home, we’ll have a wedding eventually buttt’ thing LOL. loves her brother, thinks bucky is perfectly nice (and already knew about him from calls/letters etc) but she’s just a girl. her brother getting married without telling her even if just on paper is a mortal sin /j. his mama feels the same way a little- though with less baby sister theatrics. bucky is a sweet boy. they can’t stay mad that long. in my mind he's no contact with his dad...though it would be interesting to think about him finding out via word of mouth and there being some drama there.

in my head they maybe stay with his sister while they’re looking for a house? this is before bucky’s ptsd gets really bad so there’s no Incidents or anything and she’s happy to have them there. thinks bucky is cute- who wouldn’t!

this is the house they end up in my mind- at least the first one pre: josie. though i think they maybe do some renos and rip out the shower to put a tub in. it’s small- but it’s just very Them. cozy and homey.

they're such sweetie pie doofs on their first real date. bucky realllllyyy leans into the 'first date' thing because he likes that it makes gale get all red. makes him wait inside while he gets his car and drives in a circle around the block to come 'pick him up'...who is bucky really if he is not his theatrics y'know? but they're so sweet getting all dressed up and having a nice dinner together. (bucky ribs him later- later- about how he didn't seem like the type to put out on the first date)

before bucky's shit really hits the fan he truly is just so happy to be home with his gale. gale falls asleep first most nights and he loves just watching him sleep, stroking his face, lightly scratching his hair. and same vs verse with gale normally being the first one awake. watching bucky sleeping in the morning light of their bedroom makes his heart so content. that's his darling boy (,:

Sims In Bloom: Generation 1 Pt. 5 (Nesbeets! A Sweet Beet "Meat")

Daisy faced a few setbacks at work when one of her grant proposals was denied and she found herself distracted by her busy family, but she was still the first person her boss called when he needed a Bouquet Biologist to legitimize his garden brand. He wanted to expand beyond Henford, and he could do it thanks to Daisy's great work and pristine reputation. She was the best, hands down, and though her pursuit of a PhD from home meant long hours studying while finding time with her kids, she was grateful for the opportunity. Neal, meanwhile, used his children's cardboard dollhouse, Nesbeets House, to inspire the invention of a meat substitute grown on a vertical garden wall – he called the product Nesbeets!

Heather was whip smart and loved video games, and she heard of a novice tournament that could earn her money if she entered with her parents’ permission. She gave herself the username Buttercup Nesbeets, after the nickname from her beloved dad, and Daisy watched over her shoulder while she played to ensure her safety. Unfortunately, Heather lost her first tournament, but she was undeterred. She'd enter again when she had better skill. When Holly was old enough to join Heather at Henford Elementary, it wasn't long before the outgoing blonde with a generous heart was making her own friends with ease.

Daisy suffered a shocking miscarriage on Earth Day, which the family celebrated at Isle of Volpe Park until Daisy's medical emergency. She was fine, but heartbroken, and she and Neal made a conscious choice to try again for one more child. Before long, they were pregnant with another girl, who they named Hazel after Daisy's beloved grandmother. Hazel was only a few days old when Neal picked her nickname – "Dandelion." Along with their brother, who Neal liked to call Huckleberry or Huck, this was the Nesbitt family truly complete. Two parents, four kids, a cat, and a dog. This was Daisy Darden's legacy, and she looked proudly upon her beautiful family.

They undertook a major spring renovation adding a second story to their home. Living on a small lot with four children, two bedrooms was no longer sufficient, but the reno was done in almost no time thanks to the help of locals drawn by their great reputations. Neal was happy to help the locals with errands any time they needed a hand, and Daisy shared her expert gardening tips freely while offering more and more guided meditation sessions free of charge.

I Hate You!

He hated you… no he HATED you. Reno tapped his pen repeatedly watching you. No good, goody two shoes! Stuck up boss pleaser. He hated you following the rules to a T, you had no give, you always did what you were told. Something Reno would never agree with. Reno glared at you.

You looked at him and frowned as you came face to face with the glare of death! If looks could kill. Well, you’d have died. You’d have died three times over. Tseng stood up and came around the table.

“I have a task that involves driving out to Junon,” He stated.

“But that takes a few days,” Reno complained.

You puffed up your cheeks. A job was a job, why was he arguing this! Your looks of distain went unnoticed as Tseng explained that both you and Reno would be going as a partners. The shouting that erupted caused you to hide in the kitchen area for a while.

Once things calmed down, Reno stepped around the door frame and glared at you.

“Come on then… lets get movin,” He growled.

You glared back at him and walked off in front towards the car park. There Reno picked up the company car’s keys from an attendant and got in the front. You hesitated, not sure if it was better to sit in the back or front of the car.  You opted for the front but refused to look at him. He too refused to look at you.

For the first leg of the journey, you both were pretty silent. You didn’t even ask what the job was, you didn’t want to even talk to Reno. Slamming the door of your room and hearing him do the same. What was Tseng thinking! You sat down on the bed and threw your shoes on the floor.

Stupid Reno.

It was the second night when things truly became heated.

“WHAT? ONE ROOM?!”

You winced hearing his shouting from outside the hotel. You didn’t hear the person reply but you could tell things weren’t going well when Reno was screaming about it being a double bedroom.

The redheaded man stormed out of the hotel with his mood just as red. You flinched a little as he snapped at you to follow.

“I…I’ll sleep in the bath or something,” You whimpered.

“Don’t be stupid. You’re a grown woman right. Can ya not sleep next to someone or Somin?” He asked voice a little clipped.

You winced, “yes.”

“Well then…” He replied stripping his shirt off.

Laying next to the man was uncomfortable. You lay there as if you’d been lain out on a morgue slab. Reno had curled away from you though you could tell he was still awake.

You wanted to say something, say sorry for irritating him so much. Slowly you rolled over and touched his shoulder. Reno’s turquoise eyes darted looking at you.

“Reno…” You whispered.

He rolled over leaning up on his elbow. You lay back down looking up at him. His hair relaxed a little without the jell in it.

“I… I’m sorry I make you so angry,” You whispered.

He hummed “it’s not that, I get annoyed by your rigid rule following. Do you have ta do everything your told. It’s like ya can’t Relax or somin. Sometimes we have ta brake rules to survive the job.”

“I just don’t want to be fired. I don’t always follow the rules. And I can relax,” You replied shaking your head.

“Oh?” he asked leaning closer to you.

Your heart skipped a beat, and your cheeks went bright red. You pressed a hand to his chest. This was a test, right? He was seeing how far he could push you. Some stupid game of Chicken.

“What rules do ya break then?” he asked lips now inches from your own.

You kissed him, his arms wrapped around your small frame.

You decided that you liked breaking this rule. Reno’s arms were wrapped around your hips as the light shone in the hotel room. Reno slowly woke and kissed your neck.

“Guess you’ve proven ya can relax. What else can I do to corrupt you?” He asked nipping your ear.

“hmm. I think I should still play goody two shoes in the office. Otherwise the paperwork wont get done,” you replied glancing at him over your shoulder.

“God, I hate you,” He snarled flopping back.

You laughed and rolled over, straddling his hips. “No you don’t…” you replied grinning.

He just grinned back.

Mag Man: Placation

You can thank @discoknack for the new name suggestion. Here we are with the alternate route for MAG!Kafka species swap, the Mina Route or what I call Placation. There will be some similarities from the main particularly the start. Other than that, let's get started!

Mina Ashiro first major assignment as Captain of the 3rd Division didn't fully involve Kaiju. People have been mysteriously disappearing for the past few years, specifically Defense Force examinees and dropouts. At first these rumors were ignored by the higher ups until a recent report came in.

Someone was posing as an applicator for a Defense Force program with the aim to train failures into proper officers. An organization who has deep connections to the kaiju side of the black market. The latest victim however is what really got Mina to take this case. Kafka Hibino, her childhood friend and someone who drifted away from her over time.

The mission was painfully simple. Apprehend all of those responsible and rescue any alive captives. Permission to use lethal force was authorized as these people could be more dangerous than a simple kaiju. It would take some time before her division was allowed to move out.

A little too late for the scene they will stumble upon was a sheer bloodbath. Every member of the shadow organization laid dead on the ground. Their bodies flattened or viciously tore apart by something.

Any captives her officers found been dead for a while, some showing minor mutations eeriely reminiscent to Kaiju. Yet Mina found no sign of Kafka or whatever caused this carnage. That is until she noticed movements in a nearby alley.

What Mina would find broke her heart within seconds. Curled up in a blood soaked ball was what could only be Kafka. A 15'6 giant adorned in a torn black jumpsuit barely holding onto his large body, dark grey scales that covered his arms/legs/sides/cheeks, a massive maw of sharp teeth which split his face than overtake his lips, a thick black reptilian tail curled down from is lower back, and long white horns.

Mina's hope however remained alive when Kafka's now blood red slits eyes looked at her with sad familiarity. He was still in there despite being the victim of a nightmare soon to be known as Project MAGNUS. An experiment meant to create giant supersoldiers programmed for loyalty through kaiju DNA.

Mina immediately places Kafka under her division's protection and do all she could to help him. Keeping the MAG calm even if a nightmare or PTSD attack was lethal. Help him feel normal by getting custom made clothes and the closest he can have to a normal bedroom.

Kafka would slowly begin to act more like himself than a nervous withdrawn wreck. Although there are some bad days spent curled around Mina or some of the few people in the 3rd Division who earned his trust(Okonogi/Soshiro.) That doesn't fully stop Kafka from trying to help with their fight against the Kaiju.

It took time for protocols to be set in motion. Some of these include either Mina or Soshiro being present to reign him in should his aggression risk evolving into a rampage. Kafka lived mostly content with the 3rd Division although things were guaranteed to change the day he saves a certain young Monster Sweeper from a Yoju.

There have been rumors that had spread throughout the public about the 'Mag Man'. An unclassified humanoid Kaiju known to haunt the 3rd Division's operations. It wasn't uncommon for people to try and stake out their hunts only to end in failure.

Reno is the first to meet Kafka so he gets put in a private Defense Force hospital as Mina gives him the rundown. The 3rd Division do plan to make the MAG known to the public hence this particular transfer. However a wrench is thrown in their plans when a certain small Kaiju infiltrates Kafka's den.

Mina having front row seats to his more monstrous transformation. Kafka did his absolute best to not lash out from the pain in fear of hurting her. A difficult task since growing two smaller arms, red torn membrane obsidian bat wings, fanged mouth extending halfway down the neck, two extra kaiju horns while his own pair alongside body spikes becomes more jagged and red tipped. Nevermind the room shrinking due to a harsh growth spurt making him 23'4.

The problem only escalates when officers run in upon picking up a 9.8 fortitude on base. Mina didn't even get a chance to tell Kafka to stop before he flees like a bat out of hell. You can say it was a long night for the 3rd Division when it came to locating the runaway MAG.

They almost didn't find him until the Spider Yoju appears to attack the small family. Neither Captain expected to see Kafka being soothed by a little girl while her (healed)mother watches. Or for him to shrink to almost human form.

Keyword being 'Almost' as other than his height of 6'8, some inhuman features would remain like small horns, faded scale patterns on his skin, short tail, fangs and claws. Tests would be run(after reassuring the family they aren't gonna hurt Mister Kaiju.) Whatever the unclassified Kaiju did, it somehow fixed some of the issues in Kafka's mutation.

His form shifts depending on his current emotional state with contentment being the most humanoid. This discovery however led Kafka to become fully known to the public as Kaiju No.8. It was time for him to truly prove that he isn't a monster.

Luckily the 3rd Division has been preparing for this day to come. Mina was gonna make sure nothing bad will happen to Kafka again. And maybe the kaiju who caused this new mutation could help him get his humanity.

Only time will tell. Something that might become limited as threats towards the MAG shall come for him. Both human and Kaiju.

George earned enough from his junket to Shang Simla to enable a small reno to the old firehouse as well as new furnishings throughout.

The stairs up to the bedroom were replaced with a circular staircase. Also a circular staircase was added to the tower after rolling a wish to buy a telescope.

You really can't find many Georgian houses in the US, so you gotta see this pre-16th cent. beauty in Conwy, Wales, UK. 4bds, 3ba, £875k / $1,094,494. This home was just a shell and the owner meticulously restored it. Central heating was also installed during the renovation.

It's not a church, but they have the most stunningly beautiful antique church salvaged furnishings. I'm sure that this lovely entrance wasn't here before. He incorporated  charm and character w/o compromising the historical architecture.

Those must be original beams and you can actually walk into that hearth.

I don't know if any of the magnificent pieces convey, but you can tell that they come from churches. It looks like the doors are permanent. Love the old stone fireplace.

The ensuite in this room. Look at the church pulpit shower. I hope it doesn't leak!

However, I don't know what they were thinking with this tub. Is the sink a cup?

He went ultra modern w/the kitchen. Or, we can say it's artsy, Mondrian style.

He went crazy-contemporary with this bath, too.

My most ambitious reno in House Flipper so far. Decided it was time to do a lot targeted specifically at the Family Jonson, who want things like a minimum of 4 bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, at least two closets, and a sauna.

Purchased an attractive rural property that I'd unlocked doing pet missions, and then changed almost the entire thing; it started out with red brick walls both exterior and interior (where it didn't have ruined painted plaster) and an attic space full of boxes and trash. I ended up redoing all the doors and windows (except the uneditable ones in the dormers), and pretty much every wall, floor, and most ceilings too (I generally prefer ceilings painted to match the walls rather then left white). Went with a more modern look for the doors and windows, it's built around panels of oak with a vaguely rustic grain set in black frames (or cedar where that particular wood wasn't an option).

I rebuilt some interior walls, so that I could have some closets and a jack'n'jill washroom on one side of the ground floor, and evened out the size of the bathrooms attached to two bedrooms on the other side, with the leftover space (once a large washroom right by the front door) remade into a small home office, though it has enough bookshelves the game decided it qualifies as a home library. I also sectioned off the attic space, so there's a long narrow bathroom where the dormers are, and a small sauna for the parents to enjoy.

It took me a big chunk of the day just to get all the replacing and repainting done, before I even started in on actually furnishing the place. By the time I'd furnished all the bathrooms, closets, the office, the sauna, the family room, kitchen, and garage, I was running out of steam. I settled for furnishing one of the downstairs bedrooms as a nursery, and the other three (I missed screenshotting one of them, grrr) have the same furniture in each room with different colours of bedding or upholstery to match the walls (the unshown bedroom was green).

Didn't do much decorating other than enough kids stuff for the game to decide the living room counts as a family room. And a little bit of yard work, including putting in a pool and making the backyard patio larger. Which didn't score too well on the garden contest, but was still enough to boost the selling value of the house.

Which then sold for a tidy profit. I think I just have two more of the buyers to get to buy places (Jack Tarinton and Lonewolf37), and then I'll have all the buyer-related accomplishments.
