I have to post this here because I had fun doing this, and it is kinda a metaphor. I found a cool group of people after hitting bottom and was inspired by them to get back into a passion I thought I no longer had (much thanks to @sinedra for the gift of the drawing pad). I wish I could hug you all, but Vee will just love on your little dudes.

I got some tea I really liked that a friend had made a few times for us while I was visiting and struggling to get it to taste the same. I’m having the same issue with another tea I got a sample of from that same shop

I have ideas on where I’m going wrong but I’m not entirely sure yet

#for the first tea I had with my friend I think I’m adding too much water since she steeped it in a very small tea pot #not sure about the second tea though #I think I need to just make a spreadsheet to use while taste testing and trying to recreate the flavors I want #different steep times - amounts of water - amounts of tea - number of uses of the tea leaves - probably more #this is going to take ages haha #might be a fun thing to do over time though #share the beans #oh gosh could the different types of water be a favor too??? like city water vs well water??
