I know we dont get nothing in the novels and we can only assume by his chapter he had a happy childhood and then later distance himself from them the same way he [kinda of] did from everyone, for not to hurt them

But like.. did they were just ok with it?? There were disapointed? They defended him from people who talk shit about him?? Do they missed him? Or they wouldn't accept him back??
