The Wasting Plague has said to be comparable to one other plague in Nirn's history
The Thrassian Plague
Now one could say that it wasn't Peryite who created The Wasting Plague and is instead a new Thrassian Plague created by the sloads but there's one problem with that
See several decades ago the sloads made another Thrassian Plague and decided to test it on Alinor
The Thalmor was able to quickly find a cure for the plague and one of the top leaders of The Thalmor a mer named Cindarin set out with ships from Alinor, Valenwood and Elsweyr to sail to the province of Thras the land of the sloads and massacred every single sload on the continent
By all accounts the sload race is basically extinct so that basically dashes out any possibility of the sloads creating The Wasting Plague

Hydra, Daughter of the Sload
Born and sold, Hydra was once a handmaiden for a Sload merchant across the seas from Morrowind. However, early in her life, her potential as a wizard was discovered, and she was taken from labor to learn the art of necromancy and destruction magics. She would learn from her Sload teachers the art of corpse preparation and command of the undead hordes she was left to study. Eventually, she would pass her final exam by poisoning her teacher and escaping back to the Mainland- where she was promptly arrested for illegal border crossing and theft of food.
On the way to prison in the Imperial City, she would be freed in Vvardenfell in attempt to fulfill the Nerevarine prophecy. With this new opportunity, she has taken it upon herself to seek higher power and glory- and Moon-and-Star by her side only proves her own might. She aspires to fulfill the prophecy in her own way- by slaughtering Dagoth Ur and the Tribunal and taking the heart of Red-Mountain for herself, raising Vvardenfell's countless ancestral tombs in a bid for full control over Morrowind and the rest of Tamriel and beyond.
She will be participating in Art Fight this year- the first time I've ever entered aack. Hopefully it'll be fun.

I've been thinking about this for a hot min and I think it's kinda weird Skyrim has a reputation for being dirty?? Like yeah the people can look a little dingy but it's usually those who are outside working hard.
But I think outside of that they'd probably be pretty clean?? Horkers are available in excess like do you think there wouldn't be a portion of their fats being used to make soap by the truckload?? Skyrim would have so much horker soap like come on
