HEY GUYS TOMAN'S HOUSE RANT + SPOILERS (OBVIOUSLY) INCOMING BECAUSE I WATCHED THIS EPISODE AND IT'S YOUR PROBLEM NOW

THIS EPISODE WAS AMAZING!!!!! TOMAN'S SIBLINGS ARE SO SILLY AND TOMAN WITH HIS HAIR DOWN IS JUST THE BEST. I WAS LITERALLY SHAKING AND HOPPING UP AND DOWN AND SCREAMING JUST WHEN I SAW THE TITLE-CARD AKA TOMAN'S HOUSE FIRST SIGHT AKA HE LOOKED AMAZING AND I LITERALLY HAD BUTTERFLIES IN MY STOMACH WATCHING IT OYMGOGMGOMGKGNTKGMG. WAITING A MONTH FOR THIS WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!!! ALSO TOMAN IS FAMOUS OMG I CRIED. I NEVER IMAGINED HIM HAVING TROPHIES TOO AND THIS IS ONE MORE REASON FOR ME TO THINK HE'S LITERALLY JUST LIKE JOREL EGEUEGEJEEJEG I LOVE HIM SO MUCH THIS EPISODE IS SO IMPORTANT TO ME YOU GUYS HAVE ACTUALLY NO IDEA

Another successful Sleepover!

My little brother--who is 16--and I, have been doing what we like to call our Living Room Sleepover; where because it is summer, we hang out in the living room all night and watch whatever we want and talk and just be with each other.

It started last week around 3 am on Monday when he couldn't sleep and I was also awake because I have chronic insomnia. We put on House, MD, I gave him a couple of melatonin gummies, and we watched until he fell asleep. When I noticed that he had finally fallen asleep, I tried to get him up to go to bed, but he refused.

He insisted that he stay in the living room with me because a) the floor is comfy (we have a new rug) and b) "as [he's] told me before" he's used to sleeping on the floor. He didn't want to leave where I was and be somewhere else, so I let him stay. Then, because I couldn't sleep, I just sat up for a lot longer and watched Dynasty on Netflix.

We just had another Living Room Sleepover on the back of spending so. many. hours. together and with our family as a whole, because why not? Tonight/this morning was filled with the first 4 episodes of The Boys season 1, episodes 4 and 5 of The Walking Dead: Dead City season 1, and we rounded it off with House, MD again.

This is my best friend's family, who unbidden, adopted me into their ranks, simply because they could and have enough love and chaos to go around. And their siblings are my siblings (seriously, they introduce me to their friends as their sister now for I think, going on two years). But, I digress.

Something about spending time with these people brings me joy. And there is something special about baby bro that I haven't had since my family kicked me out years ago. I will never forget how he told me around Christmas that I am his now, we are a matched set, and no matter what I got him.

Yeah. Well. Guess what, kid? You got me right back, too. We can have our Living Room Sleepover anytime. 🩵

used to be friends with this chick who was literally the worst hostess ever. she had a cat that stayed in her room most of the time (all well and good, she was a sweet kitty) but istg she had a bladder problem. pissed EVERYWHERE. especially bc my friend wouldn't clean her litter box. whenever me n my best friend went over to her house, we were forced to sleep on her catpiss-covered hardwood floor. had to beg her to bring us blankets. one time, i fell asleep (read: ATTEMPTED TO) on a thing layer of squishmallows.

speaking of, there was one time and my best friend went over to her house and she literally passed out an hour into us being there. we were starving and all we had to fend off our hunger was a bottle of orange soda. i had to blare that international harvester song in her bluetooth headphones just for her to wake up and make us a pizza (which she burnt so bad it was inedible) and then she fell asleep after much complaints. she woke up like 4 hours later when me and bff were going to bed to play fucking?? idk maple story??? and then she bitched to her parents about us IN FRONT OF US the next day when we were waiting for our rides. her parents called her out. it was hilarious.
