Now it’s turned into a contest of who can stay in the longest to cover for it

Saizo and Kojuro pull them out at the same time so the winner is still unclear

SLBP Write-up Masterlist

Under the cut is a stupidly long post of about 2 years of my collecting story events, main stories and various special bits, all written up in Google Docs and now open to your wonderful eyeballs. Some notes are also there if you care, if not just click some links and enjoy, send this to someone who might find it useful and/or check out my fanfics (sparkletwink on AO3) if you want to support the ridiculous amount of effort I put into it. Thank you.

Mid-way through my SLBP play I’d started writing a load of fanfic for it and wanted references, so started this collection with the vague intention of eventually sharing it with anyone who might have missed old story events, or for having to enjoy when the servers eventually go down. I don’t write up everyone any more, because it takes a LONG time, so I’m sorry if any of your faves are missing.

If you have any epilogues that you’d like to donate free free to send me a link and I’ll tack them on when I have time. An asterisk in the title of the Doc means I have the epilogue but haven’t written it up yet. 

[Ep] refers to a story event including its epilogue, [POV Ep] includes an epilogue from the lord/ninja’s point of view. My MC is called Arekkusu Yuri. I adjust the spellings to British English for my own sanity (sorry ‘Murica) and fix any obvious errors in the writing, but leave any indecipherable nonsense from confusing translation. However, if you notice any mistakes other than that, just leave a comment in Docs to let me know.

(Note: I won’t be giving trigger warnings for questionable behaviour from the characters because I just don’t have the brainpower to check every single story for potential triggers. If you’re in the fandom you probably already know the writing can get dark, e.g. abusive/controlling relationships, death of loved ones, lack of informed consent, unchecked mental illness. Go into anything you read carefully and don’t hurt yourself for the sake of a dumb story.)

Dear Miss, thank you for your reply for my many questions about Slbp, all about story routes information and funny things. I feel Slbp in Japan is very superior to inter version - new characters/voiced story (are events in Jap version also voiced?) and more act2 than inter version. Kageiie in Jap version has voice but not in inter-version 😭 In Japan there is stage play of Masamune route 😯 (but seem to struck by covid19). Thank you again for making Slbp more entertain by reading your blog.

Hey dear! Its not problem at all 🖤 It definitely has some advantages compared to the EN server. But no, events are not fully voiced. That would be awesome, though! Also, the correct abbreviation is ‘JP’ because using ‘jap’ is an offensive term, just for future reference!

They also have great events where you can get kabedoned by the characters! I wish they would bring that to conventions here :,) but maybe one day I’ll be able to take a trip there and see it! They have a lot of wonderful stuff we miss out on.

my slbp mcs kioi & io!! i was going to do the slbp-tober thing but i don’t like to commit and i’m a slow draw-er nowadays. BUT i started this for the first day and i thot it would be fun to say a bit about them and show them off since they’re my babies. 

kioi kuromiya is my shadow mc, she’s 24 years old and 6 ft tall! she’s kind of an asshole and likes to cause problems on purpose but underneath it all she has a good heart. she’s not good at being a ninja honestly, mostly bc she was a HUGE slacker when she was younger and being trained by iga. even though she tries to be super unapproachable, for some reason people tend to open up to her a lot against her will, so she knows all of the hot gossip in whatever village or castle she ends up in. she’s allergic to everything ever and is convinced the world is out to get her (i mean, she’s not wrong..) but she survives out of sheer dumb luck. she’s a big flirt and has a general smug aura abt her, but underneath it all she’s very bitter abt her situation. while she’s almost always putting her clan first, time away from her clan has made her more reckless as a way of exercising control due to never having much control over her own life for as long as she can remember. she has an underlying fatalistic attitude that usually only comes out accidentally on her part. she puts on a neutral-positive face, but is actually pretty lonely, frustrated and bitter over the weight of everything she’s had put on her shoulders. 

her familiar is a whistling green pigeon named chika who has the soul of a goose and would absolutely kill god if she could find him. chika loves kaede and tetsuji, tolerates kioi, and hates everyone else. 

io yasui is my radiance mc, she’s 21 years old and 5′6. she’s kind and patient. the epitome of do no evil but take no shit. very easy going, loves joking and teasing her friends and can be a bit of a prankster if she knows she can get away with it. believes wholeheartedly in the healing power of food and can and will solve every problem she comes across with home cooked food. she’s honestly a bit intense when it comes to food and WILL go into long, meandering recipe-website-intro type tangents if you ask her abt one of her recipes. stubborn as hell but smart enough to pick her battles carefully. mom friend to the HIGHEST degree. she’s always been pretty sporty and ‘one of the guys’ so to say. when her dad was alive they used to go hunting a lot so she’s good with a bow. their hunting akita, taro, is still alive but very old and is spending his happy retirement begging regulars at the restaurant for table scraps. she never had much time for friendships since her dad’s death so once she ends up at whatever castle she ends up at, she immediately gets to work befriending every maid and retainer that she can.  goofs from the discord server: kioi moodboard, io moodboard

We have tupper bots set up on the server, so people register as many as you want with Tupper, including the canon characters and the showcase channels tell you who you can RP with. This means they aren’t listed in the user list and showing as online, so it doesn’t show as though they’re online. It caused a little confusion at first, but that is the best way to do it so far.
