The Moon’s Shadow Part 1 (Changbin)

Summary: When an ancient vampire smells a delicious scent that calls to him he can’t stay away. He’s addicted. He’s obsessed. He wants her and only her.
Requested by: Me @therandompagesblog 💕
Trigger Warnings: Stalking, obsession, implied danger, emotional distress.
By the time I laid eyes on her, I was already too far gone. It was her scent. The way her blood called to me. It sang! It began like all things do, subtly. Her scent carried in the air, elusive yet intoxicating, pulling me toward her like a tether to my very being. For centuries, I had wandered through a world dulled by monotony, immune to the fleeting, colourful lives of mortals. But she—she was different. Her laugh. That laugh, ringing like chimes in the twilight, woke something in me I hadn't felt in centuries. Curiosity. Hunger. Obsession.
For weeks, I shadowed her. Days, of course, were impossible. The sun's cruel rays would reduce me to ash in moments, but the night. The night was mine. Beneath the moon's gaze, I trailed her footsteps, always in the shadows, always just out of reach. She worked late in the city, her long days bleeding into restless evenings. Her apartment was modest, a third-story walk-up in a quiet neighbourhood that clung to its sense of safety. But I could see through the cracks in her blinds, see how her evenings dissolved into books, steaming cups of tea, and nights spent writing furiously at her desk. I should've stayed away! But I couldn't. The more I watched her, the more I wanted to know her. To unravel every secret locked behind that sharp wit and soft gaze. Sometimes, I lingered outside her window just to hear her hum absentmindedly as she worked. I could hear the brush of her fingers against the paper, the scrape of her pen. Once, I even heard her mutter a curse when the ink ran dry, and I laughed—a low, quiet sound that startled even me. She didn't hear me, of course. She never did.
I followed her everywhere. To the corner café where she always ordered the same cup of coffee, bitter and black. To the bookstore where she lingered too long in the poetry section, fingers ghosting over leather-bound spines. To the park where she fed pigeons in the late hours of the evening, her breath misting in the chill air. The world melted away in those moments, and it was only her. Her warmth, her humanity, her heartbeat thrumming like a siren's call. Once, she dropped a book while leaving the café, and I caught myself reaching for it before stopping mid-step. I watched her glance around for a moment, puzzled, before picking it up herself and walking on. I told myself it was for her safety that I kept my distance. That I was protecting her from the monster I had become centuries ago. But the truth was far more selfish: I wasn't ready for her to see me. What if she recoiled? What if the awe I felt for her was nothing but disgust in her eyes? And yet, I wanted her to know me, even if only a sliver of the truth.
The hunger grew unbearable. It wasn't just blood I craved—though the thought of her pulse beneath my lips ignited a storm in me I could barely contain—it was everything. The way she moved, her voice, her scent. The hunger became a weight, suffocating and relentless, until I found myself perched at her fire escape one evening, just outside her window. She was there, of course, scribbling in her notebook, her brow furrowed in thought. A loose strand of hair fell over her face, and she tucked it behind her ear absentmindedly. I wanted to reach through the glass. To brush her hair back.To say her name. But I didn't. I couldn't. Instead, I whispered it under my breath, savouring the taste of it on my tongue like a forbidden prayer. "Y/N..." Her pen stilled. For a moment, I thought she heard me, but she simply sighed, setting the pen down and stretching her arms above her head. My fingers curled into fists, nails biting into my palms as I fought the urge to reach for her. Then, she stood, walking to the window. I froze, retreating further into the shadows as she glanced outside. She looked through me, her eyes scanning the empty street below before she sighed again and drew the curtains shut.
It was raining the night I made my decision. The storm had rolled in quickly, drenching the city in sheets of silver, and I found myself at her door, soaked but unbothered. I could hear her inside, pacing. Her heartbeat was erratic, quickened by some unseen worry. What was she afraid of? The thought sent a pang through me, sharper than any stake. I couldn't stand it anymore. The hiding, the distance—it was maddening. I raised my hand to knock but hesitated. Would she open the door? Would she slam it shut the moment she saw me? No. I had to see her. I had to know. My knuckles rapped against the wood, sharp and deliberate. Silence. Then, the sound of her footsteps approaching, hesitant but steady. The door creaked open, and there she was. My breath caught—or it would have, had I needed to breathe. She stared at me, her eyes wide with confusion, her lips parting as if to speak but no sound escaping. I drank in the sight of her, every detail more vivid than I'd ever imagined. And then, finally, she spoke. "Can I help you?" Her voice was softer than I'd expected, but it held a note of caution. I didn't respond immediately. How could I? What words could convey everything I'd felt, everything I wanted to say? So, I simply stared, hoping she would see me, truly see me, beyond the monster. But the monster was all I saw reflected in her eyes when realisation dawned. "You..." she whispered, her voice trembling. "You've been following me." It wasn't a question. I nodded, the weight of her words pressing down on me like a shroud. Her hand tightened on the doorknob, and I could see the fear blooming in her gaze. "I'm not here to hurt you," I said, my voice low, almost pleading. "Then why are you here?" she demanded her tone sharper now. The truth burned on the tip of my tongue, but I couldn't say it. Not yet. Instead, I stepped back, the rain washing over me as I retreated into the night. But I would return. She knew it. And so did I.

Chris, werewolf or vampire au, you asking him to bite you for the first time while intimate. Anything else goes! 💜
I know you didn't ask for all dis but I felt inspired so thanks :) I picked vampire since most folx do wolfchris.

ᴛʜᴇ ᴄɪᴛʏ sʟᴇᴇᴘs [ ʙᴀɴɢᴄʜᴀɴ ᴠᴀᴍᴘɪʀᴇ ᴀᴜ x ғᴇᴍ!ʀᴇᴀᴅᴇʀ ] ʀᴀᴛɪɴɢ: 𝟷𝟾+ ᴍᴀᴛᴜʀᴇ
ᴡᴀʀɴɪɴɢs: sᴍᴜᴛ, ᴠᴀᴍᴘɪʀᴇ!ᴄʜʀɪs, ᴅᴇᴀᴛʜ, ᴅᴇsᴄʀɪᴘᴛɪᴏɴs ᴏғ ɢᴏʀᴇ, ʀᴏʙʙᴇʀʏ, ᴇʀᴏᴛɪᴄ ʙʟᴏᴏᴅᴘʟᴀʏ ᴡᴏʀᴅ ᴄᴏᴜɴᴛ: 𝟺.𝟷ᴋ
In that blurred state between awake and asleep, an unsettling jolt shakes you into consciousness, as if you were dangling on the edge of a cliff. Startled, you awaken on the couch, yawning and taking in the surrounding darkness. The paused Netflix series, interrupted by the persistent question, "Are you still watching?" lingers on the screen.
To be honest, you had long lost interest in the show, drifting away to find solace in the soothing embrace of slumber. Your weary mind, burdened by the irrevocable sorrow of losing your closest friend, sought refuge in the realm of dreams. As you glance around the dimly illuminated living room, you remind yourself to tidy up the scattered clothes strewn across the floor. Empty water bottles have accumulated like forgotten relics on any available surface, accompanied by a disheveled pile of unwashed dishes, a task that feels insurmountable in your current state of apathy.
It’s been exactly twenty four days, ten hours, and six minutes since you saw Chan die right in front of your eyes. Time becomes your tether, an illusion of control amidst the chaos that now engulfs you. In the prime of his youth, brimming with aspirations, Chan was snatched away too soon. The bond you forged in college carried you through the vibrant years of your twenties, but now, as you approach the threshold of thirty, he is painfully absent, no longer there to mock your aging despite being a mere year your junior.
Chan would give you endless advice about issues that now seemed to be so petty and irrelevant, and when texts weren’t enough at 12am, he would phone you to try to get you to relax and go to bed, promising to destroy you in a good ol’ game of mario kart the next day if you’d get some rest. He was wrong, you always dominated in mario kart, but the competitive shit talking would effectively distract you, which was the whole point. You’d hang up the phone feeling lighter somehow, as if he snatched the problems right from your shoulders and cast them into the skies.
In the realm of forbidden love, Chan possessed all the qualities that could make him the perfect boyfriend. But destiny had other plans, tying him to a five-year relationship while you were bound in a three-year commitment of your own. When your unfaithful partner betrayed you once more, Chan became your guiding light, reminding you of your worth just weeks before his tragic end. As friendship kindled into something more, an intense love grew within you, surpassing mere friendship. Respectful of his relationship, you kept your feelings in check, even though you didn't truly care for Chan's girlfriend. She transformed from a cheerleader to an OnlyFans personality, lacking the depth you believed Chan deserved. But who were you to decide his path? Despite their arguments, he found fragments of happiness with her... at least, when their love wasn't overshadowed by bitter fights every other week.
Tears welled up, spilling over your waterline, as thoughts of him consumed your mind once more. Desperate to escape the crushing weight of guilt that enveloped you, you sought distractions, attempting to forget that you blame yourself for his untimely departure. His family held you responsible too, believing that if only you hadn't taken those shortcuts through dimly lit alleys after your bowling night, the mugging would never have occurred. It was in that moment, face-to-face with a hooded figure, demanding your wallet, that Chan's selflessness emerged. Without hesitation, he confronted the assailant, triggering a violent response. The stranger swiftly plunged a blade into Chan's abdomen, tearing upward through his fragile organs before vanishing into the night.
As his lifeless body crumpled to the ground, blood staining his shirt and spreading with alarming speed, you were rendered utterly helpless, reduced to screams of despair. With trembling hands, you pressed against the wound, begging, pleading for him to stay, to hold on, your desperate pleas piercing the air as you cried out for help. A cook on a smoke break nearby heard your anguished cries and dialed for an ambulance. He handed you a grimy towel, urging you to apply more pressure, even as Chan slipped away, inch by agonizing inch.
"I... I think I'm... dying," he choked, blood seeping from the corners of his mouth, impeding his speech.
"No! You can't be dying! Don't you dare leave me, Chan! Don't you dare leave me like this!" you screamed, your voice strained and desperate.
He gasped, his lungs drowning in a sea of crimson. "I'm... sorry..."
Those were his last words before his body turned limp, the light extinguished from his eyes. You trembled uncontrollably, your body racked with violent sobs, cradling his lifeless form in your lap, willing him to awaken. It had to be a terrible nightmare, a cruel figment of your imagination. It couldn't be real...
Tears streaming down your face, you snatch a nearby mug and hurl it with all your might, watching it shatter against the wall. The sobs come pouring out, a torrent of frustration at the unfairness of life. How could it take away your best friend? You would have given the mugger everything you had, knowing that material possessions could be replaced, but not the irreplaceable bond you shared with Chan.
Without bothering to wipe your tear-stained cheeks, you rise unsteadily and stumble into the bathroom, flicking on the humming light above. The room comes alive, illuminating your trembling figure. In your hand, you clutch a bottle of newly prescribed psychiatric medication, its lid beckoning you to open it and plunge into a sea of pills. It's not the first, second, or even third time that you've contemplated consuming the entire bottle, escaping from this world altogether.
But then, as if echoing from the depths of your soul, you hear Chan's voice, a gentle reminder that pierces through the darkness.
‘Don’t be stupid, that won’t fix anything’
Taking a deep breath, you swallow the prescribed dose meant to help you weather the toughest storms. You tilt your head under the faucet, quenching your thirst as the water washes down the medication. With a swift motion, you turn off the tap and wipe your mouth with the side of your arm. Glancing briefly at your reflection in the mirror, you observe your disheveled appearance—a ponytail barely holding your hair in place, the emergence of weary bags under your eyes, a sight you've never witnessed before. The image worsens the pain within, reminding you of the toll this grief has taken. With a heavy heart, you exit the bathroom, your hand dragging along the light switch, plunging the room into darkness before retreating to the solace of your bedroom.
The bed lies in disarray, a nest of tangled sheets and blankets inviting you to seek solace within its embrace. Collapsing onto it, face first, you release a heavy sigh, shutting your eyes tightly, desperately wishing for a touch of magic to undo everything that has unfolded. Doubts persist, refusing to release their grip, leaving you questioning whether this reality is nothing more than a haunting nightmare or a cruel trance from which you are yet to awaken.
A tap at the window brushes against your senses, but you dismiss it as yet another figment of your restless imagination. The pills are beginning to take effect, gently lulling you into a peaceful slumber amidst the chaos of your bed. Another tap, insistent and persistent, echoes against the glass pane. Your mind races, reminding you that your apartment is situated on the fourth floor, rendering it impossible for anyone to be knocking on your window. Fear grips your heart, the notion of an intruder scaling your fire escape sending shivers down your spine. Instinctively, you lunge for your phone, intent on dialing emergency services.
"Don't do that!"
Time freezes as the unexpected voice reverberates through the room. Your finger hovers above the final digit of 9-1-1, your eyes darting up to the window. Darkness surrounds you, but the moon's radiant glow and the streetlights outside offer a faint illumination, revealing the silhouette standing before you, but the math still isn’t mathing for you yet.
“You’re not crazy, I promise.”
You feel yourself growing nauseated. What type of sick psychosis is this? Was someone playing a trick on you?
“Let me in.”
Surely that voice sounds just like Chan, hell, the silhouette is lit enough for you to see the outline of his face, but your brain still can’t make sense of it.
“Y/N let me in and I can explain, but it still won’t make any fucking sense. I didn’t have anywhere else to go just…please.”
His plea resonates deep within your being, compelling you to rush towards the window, swiftly unlatching it and pushing it open. Disbelief washes over you as you behold the figure before you. It's Chan, undoubtedly, from head to toe, but he's adorned in a suit that exudes an unmatched elegance, surpassing anything he ever wore in his human form.
"I must be going insane," you mutter, the words escaping your lips at last.
"No, you're not," he replies, his hands casually tucked into his pockets. Casting a glance around, he heaves a sigh. "Can I come in?"
Furrowing your brows, you find yourself utterly perplexed. “W-What the fuck is going on?”
"I can't enter unless you give me permission," he explains, his voice tinged with urgency. "And I can't explain it all out here. Just... tell me I can come in."
Your mouth opens, then closes. With guarded uncertainty, you finally utter the words that will forever alter the course of this enigmatic encounter. "You can come in."
"Finally," he murmurs, effortlessly climbing through your window. You watch in wide-eyed astonishment as he surveys your room. "Did a tornado sweep through here or something?"
Silence hangs heavy in the air as you remain rooted in place, your mouth slightly ajar. Chan settles on your bed, patting the space beside him. "Sorry, probably not the best timing for jokes right now."
"Are you some kind of ghost?" you stammer, desperately seeking an explanation for the inexplicable.
"You're incredibly stubborn, you know that?" he retorts, patting the bed insistently. "Just sit."
Reluctantly, you take a seat beside him, feeling a mix of curiosity and apprehension. He reaches out and clasps your hand in his own. It's chillingly cold, like grasping an ice pack pulled from the freezer. Startled, you snatch your hand back, inching away from him. “What the fuck is going on?”
"I'm still trying to figure that out," he admits, tilting his head slightly and hooking his index finger under his lower lip, revealing a lengthened fang that stands out amidst his otherwise perfect teeth.
"You've got to be kidding me, Chan," you exclaim, struggling to believe your eyes. "Are you... Are you a..." The word hangs on the tip of your tongue, too unbelievable to utter.
"A vampire?" he finishes your sentence, his voice tinged with a strange mix of resignation and disbelief. "I wouldn't believe it myself if I hadn't woken up in the crematorium, lying on an examination table."
He looks down at his hands, as if seeing them for the first time. “The mortician came in once he heard me freaking out. He was so calm, it was scary. He handed me these clothes, and told me I had a second chance.”
As you listen to his words, the medication begins to take effect, both soothing and disorienting you. Part of you believes that this must be a dream, a hallucination that will fade away upon waking. "Vampires... they're real?" you mumble, the words feeling unreal on your tongue.
"The mortician, the one who took care of me after... after that night, he turned me," Chan explains. "He told me there are others like us, vampires, including the lead cardiovascular surgeon at Greatview Hospital and many more scattered across the country."
You freeze, your eyes scanning his figure intently. "No," you utter, rising to your feet. "No, this can't be true." You repeat the words, trying to convince yourself that you're experiencing a psychotic episode, a figment of your traumatized mind. "I saw you die in my arms."
"I remember," Chan replies gently, his voice now softer and more reassuring. Your guard momentarily falters, accustomed to finding solace in his voice. “Look, I haven’t shown myself to anyone. Not my parents, friends, anybody. I didn’t know where to go, so I came here.”
“I still can’t believe this. I took my meds and I’m hallucinating.”
Chan raises an eyebrow at the mention of medication. “Meds? Since when are you on medication? For what?”
You stretch out your hands in front of you, gesturing dramatically towards the undead being standing before you. "I watched you die!"
"Can you please stop reminding me?" Chan pleads, sighing and rising from the bed. You instinctively take a step back, then another, and another. “I get it, this is really fucking weird, but I’m trying to figure it out too, and you’re the only one I can trust to help me sort through this. Please,” He walks towards you and you take another step back, and another, and another. Chan’s eyes were pleading, and even as a human, you had never seen him so desperate. It was pulling at you in ways you couldn’t understand. “Help me?”
Your back meets the wall, and you find yourself mere inches away from him, lost in his familiar comforting gaze. Perhaps it's the medication surging through your system or the undeniable connection you share, but your fear begins to dissipate, replaced by an inexplicable pull towards him.
"Okay," you whisper, surrendering to the magnetism drawing you closer.
In that instant, he closes the remaining distance, pressing his body against yours, and his lips meet yours in a kiss that defies all expectations. This is nothing like the countless times you've imagined your first kiss with Chan. Despite the unnatural circumstances surrounding him, he is here, in your room, kissing you with lips colder than anything you've ever experienced. Chan was cold like ski vacations that turn into arctic nights with blinding blizzards. He was cold like making snow angels in the remotest sundries of Antarctica. And yet, against your heated warmth, it melded and melted you into a dizziness that made you wonder how someone could kiss you like this. His scent evokes the desperate burning of cedar by humans seeking warmth to survive. He doesn't breathe, his stillness reminiscent of being stranded in the untouched frozen tundra. His taste is like the hidden depths of an iceberg lurking beneath the surface of the sea. Surely humans weren’t capable of such otherworldly capture of the senses in these inexplicable ways.
He lifts you effortlessly, your legs securely wrapping around his waist, as his hand finds support on the wall. With graceful precision, he lowers you down the wall, gently laying you on the floor, making you feel weightless like a delicate dove feather. His lips part slightly, revealing the tips of his sharp teeth just beneath his pale, plush upper lip. You're captivated by the deliberate way he undoes his watch, letting it fall with a thud on the carpet alongside his jacket. His focus on undressing himself is almost ritualistic, as he meticulously undoes each cuff of his sleeves. Was he always like this, or did the blood of his maker course through his veins, influencing his every move? The man above you existed twenty four days, twelve hours, and forty six minutes ago, yet he carries the essence of centuries within him.
“Have you drank blood yet?” you manage to breathe, your gaze fixed on his fingers skillfully unbuttoning his shirt. The question momentarily halts his actions, his eyes still locked on the task at hand. It's a brief pause, lasting only a second or two, before he resumes, his gaze now locked with yours.
“I haven’t bitten anyone.”
“That’s not what I asked.”
“That’s what you meant, though, right?”
He looks down again, pulling his shirt from his slacks, the last button falling and revealing his sculpted shoulders as he works on his belt. Your heart races in your chest, the earlier ease dissipating. How did he know? You and Chan shared a deep connection, but it's as if he just read your thoughts without even glancing at your face. As your eyes follow his gaze to the golden, slender belt buckle, you can't help but notice the undeniable hardness that tents the front of his pants.
"The mortician who turned me... he said I'm not ready," Chan reveals, swiftly removing his belt in one fluid motion. Feeling the electricity in the air, you take charge and unbutton his pants, stealing the spotlight for yourself. "Your heartbeat fills my ears, it's so loud. I've been trying to ignore it this whole time, but it's like a pulsating drumbeat," he admits, his relief palpable as his hardness finds release, causing his head to tilt back. It's not just the longing he has harbored for being this close to you, although that's a significant part—it's the way you look at him, the way your pulse quickens, the hitch in your breath—it all makes him crave you, body and soul. He wants to devour you, if he's being completely honest. So he counts the seconds it takes to undo his cuffs, the buttons lining his shirt, hoping to distract himself from the thirst welling up in his mouth that he keeps swallowing.
"A drumbeat," you echo, your voice trembling. "But don't you love music?"
"I do," he replies.
"I thought you couldn't live without music."
"I can't."
"Then... we're okay, right?" you inquire, your hand running along the length of his hardened desire, the cool fabric of his briefs the only barrier between you and its icy touch. Your gaze never wavers from his, a silent plea for reassurance. You want to see the Chan who died protecting you; the Chan who would vanquish this version of himself, even if it meant embarking on a fool's mission.
"You won't hurt me, will you?"
He may not require breath for survival, but the sensation of your touch makes his breath audible, escaping in short, jagged gasps that his teeth can barely contain. You can see it, and you can hear it—the rhythm of his breath intertwined with the flex of his firm muscles, like woven iron beneath his pale, milky skin.
"I could never hurt you," Chan professes, his words laden with sincerity, yet tinged with a sense of unease. He wonders if he can truly bear the weight of that promise, given his newfound struggle with self-control. He captures your lips once more, as you navigate his briefs in a hurried frenzy, responding to his kiss with a fiery intensity. You strive to avoid his fangs, the smooth ivory points that pose a dangerous threat against your swollen lips. Your breath becomes heavy against his mouth as you feel him pressing against your entrance, teasing you with deliberate strokes, spreading slickness and igniting electric shocks throughout your body. Each tiny quiver you make when he brushes past your sensitive clit only serves to undermine his initial plan of taking things slow. Plan A was to resist giving in to desire, but that failed, so Plan B was to proceed with caution. And yet, you were compelling him to venture further down the alphabet until he had exhausted all his options.
Curiosity overtakes you, and you tentatively reach up to touch the tip of his fang, a tad too eagerly, causing your finger to prick. Your reflex pulls away, but before you can retreat an inch, he thrusts inside you and firmly clasps your wrist, bringing it to his lips. It startles you; you've never seen him move so swiftly, almost as if he had teleported. There's no escaping his cold vice grip, and fear grips your heart. You want to protest, to plead for your life, but the words elude you when he fills you completely, his strokes caressing your most sensitive spots again and again. He takes your finger into his mouth, his tongue lapping at the wound, cleansing the blood. In that moment, you sense a shared eroticism, amplifying his pleasure in a primal manner.
He must be on Plan D or E by now, but all semblance of order dissipates when you moan his name and rake your nails down his chest. "Please, bite me. Pretty please? God, I just... I need to feel you—"
Chan's body hovers over yours, his cheek pressing against yours. “Stop begging me like that–”
"Or what?" you challenge, your back arching, breasts pressing into him as your bodies move in sync and he ruts into you. The pace slows, intensifying the sensation, pushing you closer to the edge. It's like a row of slot machines aligning at the casino, anticipation building, and you're on the verge of breaking, so close, incredibly close.
“Shi–you’re such a fucking brat–” Chan huffs against your neck, taking in your scent. It was like blueberries grown in the sunshine were in a basket underneath your skin. He knew exactly where each vessel ran. He could tell the difference between the pace of your veins and the race of your arteries. Each stroke inside you sets his fangs throbbing with need, and soft, guttural groans escape him as he tightens his grip on your hair, propelling both of you towards the precipice.
"Chan..." You try to utter his name, attempting to warn him, to give him a heads up, but words fail you. You're reduced to incoherent babbling, your body spasming and your toes curling. Chan curses into your skin as his sharp teeth break the surface, sinking into your shoulder. He can't halt the inevitable rush of his bite, but he steers clear of major arteries. Regrettably, the bite is deeper than intended, its edges jagged. Once he withdraws his fangs, you feel the warm flow of your own blood cascading down your shoulder. The area quickly goes numb, sending tingling shivers coursing through your body, catching you off guard and propelling you into another climax. It's an unexpected surge of pleasure, enveloping you completely. You've witnessed stars in moments of intimacy before, but now your vision becomes veiled in ethereal auras, akin to cumulus clouds bringing tempestuous weather directly into your bedroom.
Chan's mind goes blank, his instincts taking over as he sensually licks your breast, tracing a path up your collarbone, and back to the healing wound where his hunger led to the mingling of his own blood with yours. Within seconds of savoring your life force, he’s filling you up, his dick buried inside of you as he pulls your hips harder and lets out a broken moan of release. The pleasure tears him away from his consuming desire to drink from you, his hips jerking as he empties himself inside you.
Finally able to catch your breath, you realize he was like oxygen, taking you to another world, albeit a temporary escape. But now, the metallic scent of blood brings you back to reality, a reminder of the way he ravaged your shoulder earlier. The carpet beneath you is damp and sticky, soaked with spilled blood. However, as you touch the area, there's no evidence of the incident on your skin.
"I think it's gone," Chan helps you sit up on the floor, examining the spot on your upper back. True enough, it's smooth, the dried stain of blood serving as the only reminder. "I don't know how, but it's gone."
You touch the area in disbelief. "Wow, it's like it never happened," you say, struggling to recall the intensity of the bite. Concerned for Chan, you ask him if he's okay, considering the overwhelming experience you both just shared.
Chan's expression turns uneasy, his attention abruptly drawn to the window. Confusion and worry cloud his features. "I think... I think I have to go," he stammers, hastily retrieving his clothes and dressing himself as if compelled by an unseen force. He buckles his pants, hurriedly pulls on his shirt, and stumbles toward the window, his actions urgent. You panic and follow after him.
“What’s happening?!”
"I... I don't know. I think I have to go. I just..." Chan collapses to the ground, clutching his ears, crying out in pain as images of the crematorium flash through his mind's eye. "I'll come back another time," he manages to say, raising the window, and in an instant, he's out and down the fire escape, disappearing into the whispers of the city winds.

Eternal Hunt: Trailer
The screen fades in on a dark, cobbled street, shrouded in fog. A faint drizzle slicks the pavement. The camera pans down to reveal a young woman’s body—Y/N—lying lifeless, blood pooling around her neck.
Voiceover (Y/N’s voice, low and resolute):
“They say the moment you die, your life flashes before your eyes. For me, it was different. My life didn’t end that night... it began.”
The camera slowly pans up, showing her motionless face, pale against the crimson spreading around her. Then—snap. Her eyes fly open, glowing blood-red. Thunder crashes.
Cue the rising hum of tense music. The screen cuts to black, then flickers to life with quick flashes of present-day Y/N: pulling on leather boots, strapping on SOG Fling throwing knives, holstering guns at her sides. She throws on a long, crimson leather coat. Her eyes gleam with determination.
Voiceover (Y/N):
“For over a century, I’ve hunted the monster who made me.”
The music builds into a pounding rhythm. Y/N runs through a shadowy alley, the rain falling in slow motion as she leaps into a crowd of Dominic’s enforcers. The scene explodes into action—she moves with supernatural speed and precision, knives flashing, bodies falling around her. A gunshot echoes as she fires without hesitation. The rain splatters her crimson coat, but she doesn’t stop.
Dominic Laurent (voiceover, mocking):
“You’ve been chasing me for a long time. Do you really think you can stop me, little seamstress?”
The camera cuts to Dominic’s menacing face, cloaked in shadows, his sinister grin framed by dim, golden light. The scene switches to the detectives: Chan barking orders, Hyunjin weaving through a crowd in disguise, Han working furiously at a laptop, Changbin slamming an enforcer against a wall.
Chan (to Y/N, in a dimly lit room):
“Who are you? And why do I feel like you’ve been keeping secrets?”
Y/N leans against the wall, her voice cold and measured.
“Because I have. But if you want to survive, you’ll follow my lead.”
*Scenes flash in quick succession:
* Y/N fighting alongside the detectives, the tension between her and Chan palpable.
* Felix’s face streaked with blood, smiling grimly as he reloads his gun.
* I.N and Seungmin standing over a map, arguing over their next move.
* Dominic watching everything from a skyscraper, his sinister laugh reverberating through the screen.*
Dominic (voiceover):
“You don’t even know what you are, do you?”
The music crescendos. Y/N stands on a rooftop, the wind whipping through her hair as she looks down at the city, her fists clenched. Her voice returns, quiet but firm.
“This isn’t just revenge anymore. It’s war.”
The screen cuts to her charging into a room filled with Dominic’s men, the detectives bursting in behind her. Explosions. Gunfire. Fangs flashing. A fleeting moment of eye contact between her and Chan, charged with unspoken emotion.
Final shot: Y/N facing Dominic in the shadows, her voice steady.
“I will end you.”
The screen cuts to black as the title card fades in:
Eternal Hunt
Coming Soon.

“I need more~”
It hurts when Chan bites into your neck. You expected some pain, but not a pain like this. It stings and there’s an ache you can’t begin to describe. But it feels somewhat arousing. Chan on top breathing heavily as he is sucking the life out of you makes you feel something in your core. You forget for a moment that his teeth are sunk in your veins as the agonizing pain turns into pleasure.
It’s hard to say how you got here in the first place. You and Chan had been acquainted since he moved to your neighborhood a few years ago. Nothing he did ever tipped you off that he could be hiding this secret. And Chan had been careful to keep this secret too. Surviving off animal blood, only feasting on human flesh when he needs to. He was sure he would never get caught. Until last night when you decided to take the shortcut path on your nightly walk and stumbled upon the area where Chan does his bidding. You were frozen in fear unsure what to do as Chan looked at you. So he did what any vampire in hiding would. He took you back to his hideout away from the world until he could figure out his next move.
And here you are, under him as he’s making up for his interrupted midnight snack. By now he feels he sufficiently made up for the interruption and slowly removes his teeth from your neck. You feel that stinging pain again and feel a bit faintish. You see out the corner of your eye blood dripping from the two fresh holes. Gross yet arousing at the same time. Chan notices and licks up the excess blood as if he wants to savor your taste. You feel another jolt of pain, but Chan massaging the area with his tongue helps to ease the pain and turns it into more pleasure.
“Your blood tastes so sweet~” Chan growls as he licks the remaining blood and pulls away from you. “I swear I could drink this forever.”
It sure felt like he was going on forever. You even forgot that he did kidnap you and that the bodies of his previous victims surrounded you. Coming back to reality the fear returns to you wondering if that is your fate.
“C-Chan… I promise I won’t tell anyone about this. A-and you can have all the blood you want just please let me go.” You mutter out on the verge of tears.
“Oh I will have all the blood I want, 'cause you’re not leaving here,” Chan responds smiling, baring his sharp teeth now covered in blood. You flinch for a moment thinking he’s going back in for seconds. Chan notices and chuckles in response.
“Don’t worry dear, I won’t hurt you more than I need to. It would be a shame if you died on me.”
~~~
Despite the situation, Chan is pretty gentle with you. Aside from the blood-sucking sessions, he makes sure you’re well taken care of. You find out that the place you’ve been taken to was a castle, somewhere far off in the mountains. You slowly fall in love with the gothic architecture exploring a new room each day. You even have your room, decorated head to toe in the dark gothic aesthetic with a soft queen-sized bed made just for you.
Chan cooks for you every night. At first, you refused to eat the meals, still in fear of what he could do and barely working up an appetite. After a few days of the act, Chan got annoyed and one day took matters into his own hands.
“Come on sweetie, if you don’t eat your blood won’t pump properly and you’ll be weak.” Chan calmly says as he forces a piece of chicken into your mouth. You try your hardest to resist but his vampire strength overpowers you. Tears well up in your eyes and fall on your plate. You want to spit the chicken out but you can’t bring yourself to it as Chan stares at you intensely, wiping the tears away from your cheek.
“Aww don’t cry. It’s okay, you’re okay. The chicken tastes good right?” Chan coos and you nod in response.
“Good. Then swallow~” Chan commands.
You hesitate for a moment but reluctantly swallow. The chicken wasn’t bad, but you still feel a lump in your throat. You want your body to reject the food so badly but you also hadn’t eaten for days and knew that eventually you would have to give in.
Chan feeds you the rest of the chicken and side dishes. This was the only way you were going to eat for that night, still in fear that he could do much worse. After that day you stopped refusing to eat knowing that Chan wouldn’t hesitate to force-feed you again. You two started having somewhat normal dinners. Chan would talk about his day and sometimes the drama going on at his day job and you would talk about the room you explored that day and your thoughts. Sometimes he would talk about his past life, his experiences, and what it was like being the way he is. These deeper talks made you more intrigued about him. He was slowly peeling back layers revealing his true nature, showing there was some humanity left in those eyes.
~~~
Of course, Chan would still get a taste of your blood now and then. Biting in the same spot, careful not to take too much that you faint, but enough to keep him satisfied for a few weeks. You got used to the pain and a part of you almost looked forward to these sessions. The pure ecstasy you felt with Chan on top and pressed against you as you were helpless under him, you almost didn’t want him to stop. You wanted more from him.
One time you decided to make a bold request to Chan at dinner.
“I want you to suck my blood tonight,” you stated clearly. Chan nearly chokes on his food shocked that you’re taking the initiative this time.
“Y/N, I appreciate the offer and you know I would love that. But I’m fine it’s only been a week.” Chan responds.
“But I want you to! I need that feeling of you sinking your teeth into me. It’s addicting and I want more of it!”
Chan gets up and walks over to your seat and leans towards you.
“I have a better idea sweetie~,” Chan says.
“And what is that?” you respond, desperate for him to do something. Anything.
Chan leans in closer and presses his lips into yours. You don’t hesitate to reciprocate kissing him back. The same feeling of desire is felt between both of you, but more intense than when Chan is stealing your blood. Eventually, you stand up and push him on the table (well, more like he lets you) kissing him deeper and with a passion you’ve never felt. The air feels warm around you, savoring Chan’s taste while your mind’s on cloud 9. You’d be lying if you said you hadn’t fantasized about this. Wondering what his lips would feel like in other areas of your body besides the sensitive vein of your neck.
The burning desire in your core doesn’t settle down and you instinctively grind on Chan’s thigh to get some kind of relief. Chan doesn’t notice drunk on his desire for you, but eventually, he pulls away and places his hands on your hips.
“Feeling a bit needy today I see~” Chan teases.
“Oh you have no idea,” you say shakily, catching your breath.
Chan starts to respond with a witty joke but you sink back into his lips before he responds. You kiss him harder than the first time and the desire builds up in your core harder. The room feels it’s on fire as you and Chan feel each other’s hot breaths and as you continue to grind his thigh. Chan gets so lost in your soft moans that he doesn’t notice his fangs grazing your bottom lip. He presses on your lips harder and his fangs accidentally sink into your lip as you yelp in pain. Shocked by your scream, Chan quickly pulls away from you, but also accidentally knocks over a plate in the process remember that the two of you were making out on the dinner table.
“Oh my god Y/N I’m so sorry!” Chan says concerned, caressing your lip. The blood quickly drips down from your mouth covering the lower half of your face.
“Chan I’m fine! It didn’t hurt but it was shocking. Maybe… warn me next time,” you respond with a witty tone.
“Funny. But still, don’t want you to lose too much blood.” Chan leans towards your lips again and starts licking up the blood starting from your chin and ending with your bottom lip. He passionately licks every last drop like it’s the last he’ll ever get your blood.
“Say… why don’t we continue this somewhere else,” Chan suggests as he pulls away from you. You look at him hazy with lust and out of the corner of your eye notice a certain desire growing in his pants.
“I think that’s a great idea love~”
~~~
After that erotic night, it felt like time slowed down living with Chan. You’ve lost count of how long you’ve been here. Maybe a couple of months? A little under a year? In your mind, you knew you had to go back to your old life, back to your friends and family. They have probably been looking for you. But in your heart, you didn’t care. Nothing in your life mattered anymore except Chan and his twisted love for you. You would give anything to be with him, to stay with him forever.
One night as the two of you cuddled in bed, you suddenly brought up another proposition.
“Channie, do you think you can… turn me into a vampire?” you ask suddenly.
“W-what?!” Chan says, taken aback.
“I-It’s just an idea. I’ve seen it done a lot in vampire shows. But knowing what I know about you now I don’t know how accurate that is. And I realize that you’re the only one I want to be with for a long time and it would suck dying knowing you would still live on forever…”
Chan is silent processing your request. You give him some time and then follow up with your statement.
“It’s okay if you can’t and I’m probably overthinking this. That’s so far ahead of us and I’m happy spending whatever time we have. I just love you so much and—”
“No no, I can turn you. It’s possible but… are you sure you want this?” Chan says cutting you off. “It’s a dangerous path to take. The constant bloodlust is not easy to control. And there are many days that there will be a numbing feeling you can’t get rid of. Constantly feeling empty and at some point feeling like life isn’t worth it is not something I want for you.”
“I don’t care if I spend the rest of my days hating the world. As long as I’m with you I won’t feel empty. Doesn’t matter if that’s 10 years or the next 1000 years, life with you will always have meaning!”
Another moment of silence passes and Chan pulls you into his chest. He starts stroking your hair as he responds.
“There’s no talking you out of this is there?” Chan sighs.
You giggle into his chest. “I’d do anything to be with you for as long as I can!~”
Chan kisses your forehead. “Then, enjoy your last night being human love~”
You fall asleep into Chan’s arm as he drifts off to sleep. Who knew what the next years would look like for the two of you? You dream of all the potential adventures you two would go on, the lives you would live. It would be chaotic and messy, but that didn’t matter to you. In the end, you can call the man you once feared yours and you were his. And you couldn’t want anything more.
railway inspired drabble ⚘️‼️
im fucking screaming at the scene where the blood drips out of his mouth and down into the other's mouth. aaaaa screaming without the s
-contains mature themes (chris is mean and not very nice, choking and strength kink, darker themes)
"trust me, darlin and stop trying to run"
his hand firmly pushing down onto your neck. fingers tightening around the base of your neck. you gasp, struggling to escape.
partly blinded by the rags tied over your half your face. catching a glimpse of the creature above.
.
.
this was a bad idea. wandering into the abandoned infirmary and nearby asylum for a few ingredients was not a great idea.
doing this for an acquaintance who you weren't on good terms with, made it feel worse. sometimes desperation fuels a person into doing things that are unusual.
a witch like you? in vampire territory?
no. this was the holy grave.
that too a place where no one dared to go... that was a death sentence.
confrontation with christopher. a man who no one believed was real.
was in fact very real. and very terrifying.
hiding yourself as the other zombified prisoners was the only idea that came to mind.
however it wasn't the best idea at all.
he'd hunted you through the corriders. chasing you down particularly till the open airs. barricaded and within the grass patches outside the asylum.
the end was near? or was it?
.
.
body arching upwards at the heat that licks up your legs. spreading straight to your core. a sensation that has you squirming.
everything blurring when his mouth finds its way to your heat. tongue slipping against your soaked folds.
canines grazing the swollen bundle of nerves in a way that heightens your senses. he's pulling you onto his tongue, tasting you entirely.
unaware of how you ended up in this situation. until you realise this situation wasn't taking place.
atleast in reality.
it was all in your head.
he was in your head. tricking you into being compliant. submissive only to him.
"you seemed to have enjoyed that, didn't ya?"
he cooes, laughing without much care for the fact that he had now kept you pinned to the floor with his booted foot.
hand slipping up to choke you harder.
"dirty girl. or should i say filthy little witch"
a flash of terror ignites within you. minutes to tasting death.
a little more force, a snap and your life would be over in his hands. in the hands of a blood thirsty cold blooded killer of the night.
"you thought i'd be dumb enough to not catch a whiff of your scent"
his lips curve upwards into a condescending smile.
"i'm smarter than you think. i'm everything you think i'm not"
"I knew it from the beginning. hiding? hiding gets you nowhere little one" and you fight back the tears in your eyes. going lightheaded.
watching him bite at his own wrist. whipping his head back with force. not a glimmer of pain in his expressions.
stoic and eerily cold. even as his arm bled. crimson red dripping out of his mouth. staining his chin.
his fingers cupping under your jaw. keeping your mouth open unconciously to gasp for air.
kicking at the grass under you at the warmth of his own blood dripping right onto your tongue.
tastebuds firing up at the iron like taste.
eyes fluttering as his darkened pupils stared straight into your soul. parting his lips further to spit more blood for you to swallow.
"h-hah" you gurgle, desperately trying to grab onto him. any part of him. wrapping weak hands around his covered biceps. clawing at the skin.
"take it like a good girl" and you moan. breathing heavily around the two digits he pushes past your lips.
pressing down on your tongue, making you swallow. his nails prodding deep enough to make you gag.
"i said take. it." and it shouldn't be so arousing. you can't control the slick that pools between your thighs. cunt throbbing and weeping for him.
even more so...now that he had imprinted himself on you.
you didn't know what to classify him under. an original vampire? a half turned werewolf?
whatever he was...he was powerful. controlling. thirsty for blood. thirsty for ruthless killing.
its only when you sob out. grinding onto his boot with relentless hips. that he pins you down. licking the redness that dribbles out of the corner of your lips.
"shush now, my sweet thing" he cooes, kissing the tears that stain your cheeks. his fingers tugging away the cloth covering your face.
"hush hush pretty girl" the vampire trails a finger down to your lips. firmly shutting you up.
"i'm in control of you from now"
pairing— vampire!Bang Chan x reader
word count— 2.2k
warnings— blood, gore, very suggestive, choking/gagging, fingering (fem receiving), sucking, blood play/kink, chasing, no protection(wrap it up yall !)
summary— railway inspired fic mwehehehehe
“Thank you for coming,” you said. “I know its not easy to come on such short notice and we’re pretty isolated put here.”
“Ah, it was a rough ride,” Chan answered. “But the train never sleeps.”
You opened the door to let him in, his sleek black coat and leather bag of equipment made him look like a mad scientist. His odd colored eyes completed the look. It suited him well, since he was here to help you study vampires and werewolves. Word of mouth was he knew his shit. If that were the case, then he should be able to help you with a cure.
He walked with you through the corridor. You couldn’t help but notice, and it was so strange, how the other vampires would reach out to him like a savior. With everyone else who’d been here, they were gnashing their fangs and waving their claws at them.
“They must really hate me,” he chuckled meeting your gaze.
“Must, or they think you’re here to save them.”
He shot you a cold look before quickly hiding it behind a cold smile.
“That would be insane.”
You should have doubted him more. It only took a second. You led him to the room filled with vampire blood, hanging from iv racks. He set his bag down roughly, one of his sharp tool pierced a bag. Blood spewed from the tear, and he snapped.
He wasn’t who you thought he was, no, he wasn’t what you thought he was. No vampire would act like that. The way he tore through the guard you called when he shoved the blood bag against his lips was animalistic. He was like a wolf devouring prey.
A hybrid.
You managed to knock him out from behind, running out of the cell and locking it behind you. You stayed and watched him for a while.
He was asleep right now. God was he beautiful, but the blood staining his clothes was eerie. You shivered at the thought of what he’d done to people. What he could do to you.
What he will do to you.
You stood outside the cell he was in. Blood bags hung around him, IVs dripping steadily onto the floor. The sheets were soaked red. Your eyes traveled up his body, taking in every detail of his flawless skin. his veiny arms, his broad chest, his plump lips, his odd eyes staring coldly into your soul. Your blood ran cold, and he twitched.
He didn’t say a word when he got up, thrashing around the room like a wild animal. His eyes were wide with fear, confusion, hunger.
He grabbed one of the blood bags off the pole, biting into it and moaning as he sucked it dry.
You swallowed hard as you watched him. His eyes locked onto yours and he stumbled forward. It was like tunnel vision; all he saw was you.
and God did you look so fucking delicious to him.
You should have turned around; you should have told someone he was awake. But no, you were in a trance. He reached his hand through the bar and stroked your neck with his bloody fingers.
“You look so delicate,” he whispered.
You shivered at his icy touch, the cold burning past your skin. He leaned in closer, his cheek rubbing on the steel bars. You could see the smoke swirling in the air as it burned him, contrasting the cold air his breath blew against your ear.
“Let me taste you,” he whispered again. “I’ve heard so much about you, I want you t be mine.”
You snapped back into reality, and you pushed yourself away. Your eyes refocused, you didn’t even notice they had gone blurry. You took a breath you didn’t know you were holding.
“What the hell are you?” you asked.
He laughed darkly, watching you through hooded eyes.
“I bet you scream so pretty,” he said, his voice almost sounding whiny.
He stuck his tongue out, dragging it up the bar that you touched.
You shouldn’t have reacted that way.
You turned around to leave when you heard it. The sound of metal scraping, screeching and bending in ways it shouldn’t be capable of. You whipped around and saw him pulling the bars apart, smiling maniacally.
You didn’t wait any longer, you ran as fast as you could down the hall. You told every guard you passed that he was awake and escaping.
You could hear him coming. The sound of flesh tearing and blood spilling, his growls as he thrust his claws into their necks. Their screams.
You didn’t want to look, but you couldn’t resist. You saw him lift a guard with one hand before slamming him into the ground.
He wasn’t struggling. No, he was playing, he loved the chase, he loved it so much. He didn’t want to catch you yet; he wanted to catch you when you were out of breath with your clothes torn and your hair a mess.
So, he let you run and hide.
You reached the door you had come through, but it didn’t respond to your keycard.
“Fuck!” you shouted under your breath.
You don’t know how he did it, but the power was out. The lights flickered before going off, and the cell chamber went on lockdown. You were trapped.
In a second Chan was right behind you, his claws digging into your side and drawing blood. You screamed in shock, trying to break free.
“More please,” he whispered in your ear with a sadistic smile.
You gasped as he dug his fingers in deeper just before throwing you aside. You clutched your wound and got up, running away from him.
He had let the other vampires out, and they slaughtered the rest of the guards. One of them grabbed your arm, but before it could do anything Chan gashed its throat.
“It’ll be safe when its just you and me,” he said.
You scrambled back to your feet and ran again. It was still late at night, the sun wouldnt rise for hours. You managed to find a closet to hide in, the sounds you heard would haunt your nightmares for years. That was if you even made it out alive.
It took all your strength to stay awake, and after a while the sounds stopped. A dead silence hung in the air with the stench of blood. Slowly, carefully, you opened the door. The heavy metal scraped against the cold stone floor and echoed through the halls.
In the center of the corridor, you saw him. He was sitting atop a throne of bodies, his head resting on the back of his hand like a king. His eyes were locked on you, he knew you were there the whole night.
With a burst of adrenaline, you made a run for it. The sun had just started to rise, you could make it outside and then you’d be safe.
He let you run.
You ran down the corridor, passing the bodies left to decorate his new lair. You slipped in a pool of blood, falling onto the unforgiving ground. You felt your ankle roll and heard it pop, the blood you fell in spattering against the walls.
He was on you before you even realized it. His weight pressed you down, the blood soaking into your clothes snd staining your skin.
“Don’t you worry about the casualties,” he hissed.
He took a deep breath in, his hands holding your waist. He teased the wound he left earlier with his finger, tracing the punctures he’d left. He gave you a rough squeeze and blood oozed out again. You yelled in agony, and he moaned against your ear. His tongue trailed up the side of your neck, thick blood spreading across your skin.
“Baby,” he whispered. “Trust me now.”
You broke free and stood up, bracing yourself against the wall.
“I can hear your heartbeat racing, you’re trembling, come with me.”
You clutched your side and shook your head, desperately trying to avoid his enchanting stare. You pushed off the wall and stumbled out into the courtyard.
The sun was blinding, you could barely make out what was what, who was who. The guards rushed to your aid, they were shouting and yelling but you couldn’t understand them. Your head ached and you felt dizzy, everything looked blurry and red.
The sun only got brighter, and it scorched your skin. You fell to the ground and the guards circled around you. Blood sprayed your face as Chan ripped through them.
You were his now.
You could barely see him, tearing them apart and draining their blood. The dry grass was painted a dark red all around you.
A second silence fell, only the hollow wind blowing gently in contrast to the horrors that had happened.
A shadow fell over your face, and you opened your eyes. Chan stood over you with a crazed smile. He lifted his wrist to his mouth, and bit down hard. Blood spurted out, speckling his face. He let it drip off his chin, and you couldn’t resist sticking your tongue out to catch the few droplets.
It was like a drug.
You grabbed onto his leg, and he knelt down, lifting your head to rest on his thigh.
“More, please,” you begged.
He smiled wide, his fangs on display for you. He took another bite and sucked hard. You crawled more into his lap, twisting to face him. Your fingers dug into his shoulders as you pulled him down.
He pushed your hands off of him, sliding you off his lap. Before you could protest, he took off his jacket and straddled your waist. With one hand under your head and the other pinning your wrists, he pressed his lips against yours.
Blood poured into your mouth, spilling out from between your lips. You hungrily swallowed what you could, choking on the rest. He didn’t let up, moving his tongue against yours and almost down your throat to make your gag.
His blood was so good, it felt so good going down your throat. You gulped it down, it was like you had been thirsty for years, and he was finally quenching it.
He pushed you down harder into the ground, the dirt turning into a bloody mud beneath you. You tugged on his shirt, needing to be closer to him.
He broke away and you gasped for air, coughing up more blood. Your clothes were torn, your hair was a mess, blood was all over you.
Now he would take you.
He lifted you off the ground and carried you back inside. You couldn’t control yourself, you were clawing at him and biting his neck and shoulder.
You were teething.
He took you to the cell with the blood bags, laying you on the table. He took his shirt off and got back over you. He kissed you again, and you dug your claws into his back. Your scratches left deep, dark red marks.
He killed like an animal, and he feasted like a beast, but he fucked like a demon.
He kissed you like he was just as thirsty as you were. He bit down your neck, growling and kneading your flesh. His hands slipped under your shirt, his claws scratching your soft skin.
Chan moved down your body, his mouth was desperate but his pacing was too slow for you. He slid down from your neck to your stomach, you threw your head back and arched your back when he bit down on your wound.
When he sucked, you moaned lewdly. He returned the sound, his low and deep. His claws dragged down to your pants, pulling them off easily.
“Don’t hold back,” he whispered. “Enjoy the ride.”
His fingers slipped in easily, the sharp points on his fingertips made you scream and he moaned again. He moved back to your neck, biting down hard. His fingers thrust in and out of you quickly, and you bit down on his neck.
His back was nearly raw, and you couldn’t tell the difference between your releases and his blood. He was relentless, you weren’t able to keep up with him. Before long, you were out of breath and exhausted.
Once he wore you out, you felt his fingers slide out one final time. He brought his fingers to his mouth and moaned as he sucked them clean.
He smothered your lips with his again, biting your lip and sucking the blood. You felt him line up, his hips snapping as he thrust into you in one movement. The table creaked and squealed, the force of his movements pushing it up against the wall and thudding loudly.
Your eyes rolled back, and he bit hard onto your bottom lip to keep your head from falling back. You knew he wouldn’t have fit if he hadn’t fingered you so roughly before hand, and you were certain that he tore you from the inside to make room.
You could feel every vein, every twitch, every pulse. He pinned your hands down, keeping you still as he thrust into you. He didn’t stop until you finally felt him cum, his hips snapping into place and going deeper than you’d ever felt.
He slowly opened his mouth, his teeth unpiercing your lip. He released your hands and the fell limply off the table. You couldn’t say anything, you just felt indescribable.
He propped himself up on his elbow, and cradled the back of your head with his other hand. He lifted your head and licked the blood from your mouth, then whispered between his teeth.
“You’re mine now, forever.”
i wrote this in a day help me, i’ve never written a story this fast but i was DETERMINED (so ignore any errors)
You didn't tell them you were leaving. You stared at what was supposed to be yourself in the mirror, but you felt like you couldn't barely recognize yourself. You had snuck out of the bathroom, glancing over at their table. They were completely immersed in a conversation so you took the opportunity to sneak out of the side door. The cool air felt nice on your skin, it helped cool down your rage, but the one thing you had a hard time wrapping your head around was why you were starting to feel so much rage when around them? This wasn't some little feeling of annoyance when someone makes a stupid joke.
This was a pure, full body, nothing more than just rage and hatred flowing through your body. You walked for a while until you made it back to the house. It was quiet, except for the faint sound of begging from Lilith in the basement. You dropped your bag on the floor, walking to the couch to sit down.
Your leg was still throbbing but you had been a little too terrified to look at it. You took a deep breath, pulling up the leg of your pants, you see three claw marks near your ankle. The scratches looked infected and your stomach dropped. You stood up, ignoring the pain, rushing towards the basement door, ripping it open. You stomp down the stairs, standing a good distance away from Lilith. Your chest is heaving, her back is still towards you. You can hear her giggling, her head hanging down as she begins to laugh harder.
“What did you do to me?” You yell.
She doesn't answer. She sits there, still laughing.
“What the fuck did you do?” You ask, your voice is a little quieter this time.
She doesn't answer. But her laughing stops. She doesn't turn around, she doesn't say anything. She only hums, ignoring you.
You turn around, walking back up the stairs, slamming the basement door shut. You stand there, your head spinning. You were tired, your body felt weak but felt like it was on fire. Whatever was going on with you, was taking its toll on you. You tried to walk towards the stairs to go to your room but it was like your legs were blocks of cement. Sweat dripped down your face as panic set in.
You wanted to call out for help, you wanted to cry but you couldn't and the more you tried, the weaker you felt. Until you felt nothing else at all, your body collapsed to the floor and everything went black.
“Y/N?” Seungmin yells, shaking your unresponsive body. “Y/N?” He calls out again, trying to do whatever he can to help you and wake you up.
The others rush in, seeing Seungmin hunched over your lifeless body, Chan sprinting into action to help you. He picks you up, rushing you upstairs to his room, laying you down gently on his bed. He knows you're alive. He can hear and smell the blood pumping through your veins. He breathes a sigh of relief, though he's confused about what happened to you. He checks your face, your neck, shoulders. You haven't been bitten. Your hands look okay, so what was causing this? He notices your pant leg pushed up ever so slightly more than the other one. He moves off the bed, kneeling at the end of the bed. He gently rolls up your pants a little more, seeing the three scratches he can only assume was left on you by Lilith.
“Fuck.” He hisses, slamming his hand down onto the floor.
You gasp suddenly and loudly, sitting up in the bed, looking around. You're confused, where were you? Your eyes slowly begin to focus, seeing Chan kneeling at the end of the bed, staring at you.
“What happened?” You whisper, laying back down. Chan stands up, swiftly making his way over to you, sitting on the edge of the bed.
“You left the restaurant without telling anyone.” He begins.
“I remember that.” You murmur.
“And then when you didn't come back to the table we started looking around for you. Seungmin found you first.” He says. “You passed out.”
“Oh god.” You groan.
“How long have you had those scratches?” He asks.
“Since… um.” You pause. “I found Lilith.”
“Why didn't you tell anyone?” He wonders.
“I was scared to look. I didn't know what happened and I didn't want to look.” You say.
“You should have told us, y/n.” He sighs. “You haven't been yourself since that day.”
“What are you talking about?” You ask, a slight change of tone in your voice. Chan detects it immediately. You were beginning to feel the anger build up in you again.
“You've been angry. Distant. You're not yourself.” He says.
“Like you fucking know me? I'm not fucking angry!” You scream, getting off the bed in a hurry, storming out of the room. You stomped the entire way to your room, slamming the door behind you. You were trying to control your breathing as you undressed, deciding you just needed to go to bed for the night. You slipped a long shirt over your head, not worrying about your shorts tonight. You crawled into your bed, Chan's words replaying in your head.
“you're not yourself. You're angry.”
You didn't want to admit it but you were angry. Whenever any of them were around, you were so fucking angry and you were sure it had something to do with Lilith, and you were sure Chan thought the same too. You tossed and turned for the first few hours until you finally felt yourself rest and relax.
Or so you thought.
“Y/n.” You barely hear, your body being shook awake, startling you.
“What? What happened?” You gasp, looking around. Your vision settles, seeing Chan standing over your bed, looking at you worriedly.
“You were screaming in your sleep. Are you okay?” He whispers. You're watching his plump lips move as he talks, And you wanted nothing more than to kiss him at this moment.
So that's what you did. You placed your hand on the back of his head, pulling him down. You could feel him go with it, his lips crashing into yours. You slide your tongue into his mouth, holding him closer to you.
Fuck you were so fucking needy right now and this is what you needed. Chan pulls away as you try to pull him on top of you.
“Y/N.” He breathes.
“Are you saying no?” You pant.
“No, that's not what I'm…” he pauses as you move the blankets off of you. You pull your shirt up a little, spreading your legs, showing him your lack of panties.
“Oh fuck.” He hisses.
“I need you Chan.” You say, pouting. “Don't you need me too?”
“Baby girl, don't say that to me. I've been trying to resist you.” He pauses, leaning in close. “Because once I get a taste, I won't be able to fucking stop.”
“Then don't.” You groan, lifting your shirt up over your breasts. You hear Chan take a sharp breath in as he stands up, undressing faster than you've ever seen anyone before. He stands before you, muscles glistening in the moonlight, his cock painfully hard.
“I don't think you know how long I've waited for this.” He says, pulling you off the bed. He lays down where you just are.
“What are you doing?” You ask.
“Ride my face.” He demands. You crawl onto the bed, hovering over him, nervous to lower yourself down. “Don't be afraid, let me make you feel good.” He says, pulling you down. You sit on his face, feeling his breath on your cunt. His tongue runs along your wetness, slowly moving up towards your clit. He doesn't stay there for long, licking up and down, with each pass picking up his pace, until he stays at your clit. He wraps his lips around your swelling bud, sucking on you, making your body jolt. His hands run up and down your thighs while you begin to rock yourself against his tongue. Your entire body begins to heat up, nothing but pleasure flowing through you. You can hear him moan from underneath you, the vibration from his lips making it feel even fucking better. You don't pay attention to how loud you are, Instead running your hands all over your body, playing with your nipple before moving up to run your hands through your hair as he brings you closer and closer to your orgasm.
You move your hands down, gripping onto his head, riding his face hard, until your orgasm finally overcomes you, exploding through your body as you scream out.
With ease, Chan lifts you off his face, your body still shaking from your orgasm. You're exhausted already. “I'm not done with you yet.” He laughs, sliding up on the bed. He leans against the headboard, pulling you towards him. You climb on top of him as he holds his cock, letting you sink down onto him.
“Fuck.” He groans. You gasp as your pussy stretches out, feeling full and he is only half way inside you. Chan thrusts up, pushing his already pulsating cock as deep into you as he could. He leans forward, pressing his chest against yours. His cold hand gently grazes your face, moving down to your breasts. He leans forward, taking your nipple between his wet lips, swirling the tip of his tongue around it. You moan as you grind on his cock, your arms wrapped around him, dragging your nails across his back while you begin to bounce harder and faster.
“You feel so fucking good.” He groans.
“Chan..” you cry out, your head thrown back, eyes closed, while you ride him.
You feel him move, his cold hand grabs your haw, forcing your face towards his.
“You look at me while you're moaning my name.” He groans. He leans forward, placing his tongue between your breasts, licking up your chest, moving up your neck and to your jaw. He smirks as he grabs the back of your head, colliding his lips with yours. He harshly thrusts his tongue into your mouth, kissing you so hard.
Chan breaks the kiss, moving his hands under your thighs. He lifts you up just enough so he can move, slamming you down onto the mattress, his cock still inside you. You turn your head, crying out as he rams his cock into you, his large hand wrapped around your neck, squeezing.
“Look at me.” He moans. You can't hear him, you're in your own little blissful world.
He grabs your jaw once again, forcing you to look at him. Your eyes open, staring at the man fucking you hard, but not as hard as you know he can go.
“Open your fucking mouth.” He spits, his eyes moving from your face to your mouth, to your tits and back up to your mouth. You stare at him as he rams his cock into you, smirking as you open your mouth, sticking out your tongue.
Chan leans down slightly letting spit fall from his lips, landing on your tongue. “Swallow it.” He whispers, watching you intently. You put your tongue back in your mouth, smiling as you swallow his saliva, making him moan louder and fuck you harder.
“So fucking hot.” He groans, holding your legs above your head. He places his thumb on your clit, rubbing fast, wanting you to cum one more time for him.
You're screaming out as he rubs and fucks you, your pussy tightening around his cock until you cum again, covering his cock in your juices. Chan holds tightly to your ankles, his own orgasm just seconds away. A few more thrusts he cums, spilling his seed deep inside of you, breathing heavily as he slowly thrusts, milking himself of everything he has.
Chan pulls out of you, smiling widely as he walks naked to your bathroom, turning on the shower for you before he comes back to help you out of the bed. As you shower and clean yourself up, Chan puts his boxers back on, crawling into your bed to wait for you. You come out in your shirt again, making him frown.
“You better have panties on this time.” He murmurs.
“No promises.” You laugh.
You crawl into bed beside him, snuggling up to him. While you felt satisfied and exhausted you couldn't help but feel the anger bubbling up again and you were getting tired of it. Chan must have sensed it, he pulls you in closer to him.
“We'll get it figured out, okay?” He whispers. You nod your head, your eyes already closed. You really hoped they would.
In the morning you woke up… alone. You looked all around your room and there was no sign of Chan.
“What the fuck?” You mumble, rolling over to sit on the edge of your bed. So he fucks you, and then leaves in the morning? You knew it was a little irrational to be this angry about it but was it really so hard to stay until you fucking woke up? Honestly, the audacity of some fucking men. You stood up, not caring you were only wearing a shirt and no underwear. You ripped your door open, stomping down the stairs. You could hear whispers coming from the living room and they stopped as soon as you entered the room.
“Good morning.” They all smiled at you. Except Chan.
“You!” You yell, pointing at him.
“Y/N.” He starts.
“Don't y/n me! What the fuck?” You snap.
“Remember how I told you we'd get it figured out?” He asks.
You drop your arm. “Yeah.”
“Well we figured it out.” He sighs.
“And?”
“And we've got a problem.”
Your lips were apart, mimicking those kisses he put into your hairline. They were soft, like a feather caressing and tickling your heated skin. You could feel your own blood ablaze by his touch, eyes just barely open from the feeling of his hands on you. A fog, a translucent mist blinded you and you knew it was nothing, but desire. You were far away, too deep into that dark feeling, his short and heavy breaths like a gentle, cold breeze blowing in your ears. His hands, cold yet warm from the meaning they held, followed the curve of your waist, nothing but a thin fabric separating you from feeling his blunt nails scratching you.
Your mind was empty, you only feel now. You didn’t feel anything other than him softly holding you into him and this never felt before pleasure. It was so consuming, it was too strong and you did nothing, but succumb to it. Your head rolled back, his broad, muscular shoulder letting you take a look at him. His stare was unmoving, yours hazy and you could see his eyes flickering from light blue to flaming red. He pressed his hand onto your stomach, pulling you closer to his chest that rose heavily under you. A sigh left your lips, when his fingers digged softly into your plush skin.
Coldness, coming from his other hand that found your exposed shoulder blade, made goosebumps appear all over your body. You felt yourself trembling, sighing out in short puffs as his hand traveled across you. From your shoulder to your collarbones, dipping just slightly into the place were your bone made a prominent dent, like he was trying to crawl his way into your heart. His hand caressed the neckline of your flimsy nightdress, hanging so loosely around your body, before he went a little higher. Your eyes were teary, not even questioning yourself why, because they came to you naturally. It didn’t feel like you had any control over your body — he did and he looked well aware of it. You didn’t pull away nor protested…you had become a mere puppet in his hungry hands.
His eyes changed. Red swirling around his blown out pupils that held so much longing. His lips, bitten raw by his sharp teeth were smeared with his own blood. You own lips fell apart, like trying to catch a drop of him. You wanted to taste the tangy and irony liquid on your tongue, but your next breath was taken away from you, when his fingers pressed into your neck. Your small gasp was still loud enough to cut through the fog around you. You couldn’t move, you couldn’t do anything against him, too weak to even jump away, when he tilted your head back to bare your naked neck at him.
A subtle kiss landed on to the exposed skin, his saliva that seemed to drool out of his mouth making you shiver in expectation. Just the tips of his fingers pushed into your pulse, lips nearing the marked spot. His tongue run along the length of your neck, before there was a pause in his movements. You had a feeling why — you knew why and you did nothing to stop him. His hold was strong, mouth running over you like he wanted to replace your natural scent with his. You felt the sharpness of his canines scraping you, you felt how his movements came to a full stop, mouth right on the vein pushing against your skin. And then without any word or a sound his teeth broke the thin skin of your neck.
Your body didn’t become stiff nor fought against the obvious danger that at the moment seemed like nothing, but everything. There was no pain, only this wave of pleasure crushing over you that seemed to have no end at this moment. His teeth were so deep in you, mouth sealing the spot so not even a drop could be wasted. He sucked your blood softly, lovingly. Everything seem to became more bright to you the more he drank from you, but then it all changed when your hand fell on his…
You didn’t recognize it…it felt suddenly so heavy against you, so cold it made your own freeze and you felt a sudden and unbearable pressure on your neck. You suddenly felt the painful sensation from where his lips were and your eyebrows pulled together, mewling in discomfort. Your hand pressed down on his again in hopes he would pull away, but he only pulled you more closer to his hard body. The hand on your neck wrapped around your airways, making you gasping sharply, but your own breaths were taken away from you. You started to crash against at him, screeching agony filling you. More and more you try to escape his hold and you at that realize how sharp his nails had become — how his mouth opened and his teeth started to nibble at your flesh, tearing you apart.
So cold — everything became so cold. You could only feel the sensation of your hot blood flowing down your body. A cry, small and broken left you when you felt the teeth of the vampire pushing into your pulse. You wanted to scream, plea for him to stop and spare you from the agony. Your head filled with screams of your own, but you swore you could hear every scream from all the victims of this creature latching onto you. He didn’t feel like the man you thought he was — he became a monster…a man hungry for power.
You started to fall, eyes closing and opening. It was like you could see the picture of your dismise right in front of you. Were you really that blinded by his beauty and his voice, his promises and shared whispers that you couldn’t see the truth? The painful truth that you were suddenly pulled away from, when he pulled his teeth out of you. The last drops that were left in you weren’t enough to help your senses. He took everything from you and when your heavy head tilted to glance upon him — you couldn’t even see him. He became just a blur, his features unreadable and you wondered if it even was truly him in the first place. The only thing you could feel was the agony, exhaustion and a hush whispers piercing you.
“Come to me.”
The words strike you, haunt you, lingering in you as your eyes fall shut. Your hand was outstretched, trying to catch — safe yourself from the big fall. You scratched at the last pieces of hope and sanity, but it all slipped right through your heavy hands. An agonizing and terrifying darkness filled your body, mind and all of your senses. It tasted horrible, like dirt and iron, it smelled like rotten flesh, felt freezing to the touch and in your state you couldn’t even open your eyes. You could feel yourself falling, stuck in the moment and terrified of the thing that is waiting for you at the end of the path.
Your body started to tremble wildly, fighting against it, but it all soon started feel like there was something holding you — squeezing you in hopes you would open your heavy lidded eyes. You didn’t want to, you fought against it, but it soon become so great, you couldn’t stop yourself from blinking your eyes open.
The same blur, fog that blinded your sight came back, but when you blinked more and more you soon realized it were just your tears blocking your way. Everything swirled around you, colors, textures and shapes all over the place, before you start to recognize the new light that formed before you. Him — he was the one shaking you, one of his cold hands on your shoulder and the other right on the side of your neck. You breathed heavily through your nose, staring at the man hovering over you. On his face was fright, while also relief, but when he sighed in such emotion, your ears started to ring at that familiar sound and you saw nothing else, but your vanishing memory. How he gripped onto you so tightly, teeth deep inside your neck that is still being held by him, the pain that he caused you — you had to jump away from him.
You sit up, pushing away from his hold that felt soft to the touch, but you still could remember how it so quickly became unbearable. Your own hand finds your neck, searching for any sign, anything…but there was nothing, but your jumping pulse under your finger tips. Your eyes blink rapidly, jumping around the room, lip quivering. “It’s me…” You hear his whisper, but you only shook your head in denial. Turning back to him there was nothing, but pain — he is broken by your sudden fright you held. “Y/N.” His voice started to hurt your ears. You couldn’t catch your breath, your body covered in a thin layer of sweat and goosebumps. You mind was shattered into pieces and you have hard time picking them up, when nothing, but darkness covered every corner of the room.
“Can you feel it?” You say, voice rough like from screaming, far away like it’s wasn’t your own. “I felt it…” Your eyes were looking behind him, waiting for anything to climb out of its hiding to catch you with its claws and teeth. You could still feel those cold hands gripping, you still could sense the monster eating you alive…
The man beside you came closer and you almost cry out as you began to tell him apart. It wasn’t him, it couldn’t be — then why did he remind you so much of the thing you saw? It wasn’t him…in the dream, you were just dreaming. Dreath and absolute exhaustion wraps around you and your eyes soon fill with tears. You were loosing your mind, not even few moments of joy you felt in this house could help your corrupted mind.
Hyunjin watched you — the first twitch in your features, the first irregular jump in your heartbeat. How you started to breathe heavier, how your body became hot, how your lips parted into a silent cry. He was paralyzed by how your once peaceful state formed into this. You were shaking, pleading for what you were experiencing to stop and he instantly leaped from his state of shock and fright to pull you out of yours. Now, you are looking at him so wildly, like you were still sleeping and not being able to recognize him. You had trouble recognizing the real, the truth.
He sees your hand on your neck, pinching almost at the thin skin. You jumped away from him so fast that it looked like his touch burned you, but the more he stared at you, the more your expression pulled into sadness and defeat. He couldn’t help himself from not closing the distance between you, that seemed long as mile. When he moves closer to you, you don’t move away from him again, on the other hand you are slowing falling into his awaiting embrace. His hands fall onto your shaking, slumped shoulders, pushing at you just so carefully. He pulls you to him softly, scared that you would again move away, but you only crumble against his chest. Your head falls to his shoulder, your hot tears staining him and letting him feel your pain. “I thought, I was getting better…” Your voice is broken and his own eyes sting from your state.
Hyunjin doesn’t want to say that it was again just a dream and nothing more, he started to also believe that something is happening to you — and he seems to have not a clue why. He didn’t know anything and it is hurting him so badly to see your blissed and joyful smile turn so quickly into to sorrow and pain. He has no explanation, it is like he has to know himself why, because you are his second half — person he searched for so long and you are being taken away from him so soon and right before his eyes. The rage in him wanted nothing more than to destroy everything, everyone doing this, but now the sadness overpowered everything in him.
He watches, how your hand still lingered on your neck, pressing down on one specific spot, right over your pulse. His own hand travels to yours and it shakes in his hold as he pulls it away from your red neck, marked by your own touch. You were only hurting yourself more. “There’s nothing–“ It is like he knew you were searching for something and you let him turn your head to look at the mirror beside the bed.
Your face is pale, eyes red and puffy, tears drying on your body that slowly stopped trembling the more his touch seeped through your skin. You look down at your neck and you find nothing. Not even a small mark and you at that remembered the night before. It wasn’t him, you remember his kisses — so different to those you dreamed about. Yet there wasn’t even a spot that would tell you that even the night before happened. You started to almost wonder if you also just dreamt about it…
“Nothing…” You repeat to yourself, closing your eyes briefly from the pleasurable, sweet and intimate memory, before turning to look at him. “It was nothing.” Just another dream, another nightmare that it wanted you to seen and feel. It wasn’t real…it wasn’t your own mind doing this to you.
Hyunjin held your face in his hands, thumbs going over your dried tears and he nodded in agreement to encourage you. He smiled softly, but it was subtle, because you are still holding onto that dream. He wishes, he could be the one instead of you. “Just another dream–“ Or an omen? Can you really pretend, tell yourself that it wasn’t nothing, but a dream? You would be lying to yourself and you are not sure if it would help to ease your mind.
His lips, so soft and pillowy land on your forehead and you slowly melt into it. This intimate touch, it couldn’t be mimicked, but you still fell for its tricks. You look at his face — from his lips, still stained by you, to his eyes, blue and calming. “Then why did it feel so real?” You whisper, pulling yourself closer to him, scared of the darkness behind his figure. He had to feel it, it still lingers on his lips — but to him he couldn’t taste anything, feel nothing other than your emotions. Hyunjin couldn’t sense the reason. Your hand, still in his falls onto your neck, images of its lips and teeth flashing before you — so painful and do cold. “It’s like I can still feel it — feeding from me.“
Hyunjin stare is hard, face pulled into a frown that seem almost unemotional, but you can see the questions in his eyes. His fingers replace yours, trailing over the vein in your neck, but he did not look away from your eyes. “Feeding…” The word is familiar to him and when his gaze drops finally to your neck, he suddenly looks back at your face with a knowing look. “Were you dreaming of a vampire?” He asks, back straightening so minimally you almost missed it, but you could see the anger in his eyes. The anger from realizing that a same creature like him did this to you.
You grimace, your head pounding when you go back to the dream, only finding yourself searching — you can’t even remember it correctly and again there was nothing, but pain left behind it. “Yes…it was horrible—“ You choke almost, forgetting how to breathe. “It was so strong and I couldn’t do anything, I felt everything it did to me, and then I was falling — losing…” Your eyes sting, but you have no tears left, too exhausted to cry. You look at your hand, into your palm that soon is hidden by his and it makes you glance back at him. “You saved me. I don’t know what would’ve happened if you didn’t wake me—“ The hand on your neck no longer holds pain and you sigh in relief, it was really him.
Hyunjin doesn’t let you finish, shaking his head, pulling you closer to his body. “Nothing, Y/N…” His hand on your neck comes to your face and you sigh again at the gentleness. “Nothing would’ve happened because it was just….nothing.” But was it? He pulls away from you slightly and you just catch the flash in his eyes.
Your lips fall apart. “You don’t believe me?” You ask him in small disbelief and you feel your heart cracking.
Hyunjin doesn’t answer right away, not looking at you fully and you can only look at him in shock. His hold on you suddenly becomes heavy and when you just barely indicate to pull yourself away from him, it was like your move pull him out his thoughts. You stay silent, waiting for his answer as the air around you thickens. He has to sigh, looking over your almost disappointed expression. “I do believe you, trust me…” He sighs, breath mixing with yours and his words do sound truthful. “I watched the dream happen to you, but I can’t say that isn’t just your mind.” You listen carefully, face falling just a little. “Part of me thinks it isn’t, because you still have bits of my blood in you, it should’ve helped you sleep…but we also no so little…”
You nod, looking at his eyebrows that are pulled into a frown. “You don’t know if you can trust my dreams.” You voice out the obvious and you see why and understand how he feels about these things happening to you. “I understand, but please listen to me–“ You can’t believe, it doesn’t make sense that it truly could be just your mind. You don’t know yourself — you don’t know anything, other than those emotions you experience every time something like this happens to you and it can’t come from you. “The pain, the emotions, all these things I feel in my sleep, with my eyes closed and mind open can’t be made up — they can’t.”
Your words come out choked, because you just now realize how you started to crumble again just from the lingering memory of the dream. Your eyes are red, lip trembling and his heart breaks, because how could he say such thing? You are the only thing that matters, you are everything and how could he question your own pain? He doesn’t like to show his emotions and it seem like you were once the same as him, but now you are letting him in — letting him see you like this, letting him be the person that shall hold you and whisper sweet nothings to your ears in hopes he would curse those haunting thoughts away. But he…he doesn’t know if he is ready to share with you his own pain and sadness. Because it would mean that this would be real…
He huggs you tightly, letting your head fall onto his chest and he wonders if you can hear his death heart beating as he tries to escape the pain. He has to be the strong one, but his voice betrays his cold demeanor. “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have said that, I do believe you, I really do–“ His tone of voice is so shaky, almost unrecognizable, but you do not break more, it seems like hearing such raw emotion from him makes you calmer.
Your heart hammers against your chest. The feeling of his arms caging you was something so new to you, but also so familiar. “You think a witch is doing this to me?” You wonder out loud, mouth pressed against his white, thin shirt.
You can basically feel him shaking his head, the slump in his shoulders showing a small defeat. “I can’t say, I do not know much about them, but if they would be powerfull enough then maybe, it would make sense why we didn’t find anything.” His voice is clear now as few moments pass by, you both became calmer in each other arms.
“But shouldn’t you know about them? All of them?”
“Yes, but we mainly keep track of our own species, though witches are certainly one that should be aware of by anyone…” Hyunjin sighs into your hair. “I hate that I know nothing, that I can’t do anything other than wait–“
You pull away from his chest ever so slightly, just to look up at him. He watches your lips stretch into a small smile that seem to be more broken than ever. “Then let’s just wait…” You mumble, your words piercing him.
He looks at you softly, but the pull at his eyebrows stays the same. “Please, don’t sound like that..” He pleas.
“Like what?”
“So defeated…” The smile disappears from your face, eyes dimming.
“The ball is tomorrow.” You say, stating the obvious and the painful truth that you will have to go through. Time is closing onto you, so close to the end which you don’t even know it’s goal. You can’t ignore the fact that you maybe really will die tomorrow, the sliver of hope becoming so little it seems like there wasn’t even one to begin with. Maybe if your dreams weren’t so terrible, so haunting, maybe if you would not think of the worst. But there’s him — he on the other hand tries the ignore the obvious and hope for the better.
“I know.” He says, looking down at you, with sorrow, hand twitching against your hot cheek. “But please don’t be afraid, no one will even dare to touch you with me by your side.”
“But what if they come?” Are you trying to push him away, see what would be the breaking point for him to let you go? He would never…
“Not even them.” Hyunjin states, tone hard and you fight the argue to crumble again from his determination.
Your eyes blink slowly at him, melting into the palms of his hands. You could still remember just how much you feared him before, despise him almost and now? You think you have never felt more cared for. It’s still so foreign and when you finally did succumb to your emotions again, it might be all soon gone. You do not know if you are more afraid of death or from the fact you might never feel like this again. “Hyunjin…” It’s like a prayer, lips falling apart as his thumb presses on your bottom lip. He wants you to repeat his name again.
“Y/N…I know sadly that if they do know of you that they already would try-“ He can’t finish the god forsaken word, but you do it for him.
“To kill me?” You continue, your still joined hands shaking around each other. The word for you means such a familiarity. “Because I know what you are?”
He feels your every word on his thumb that comes to caress your cupids bow. “Yes…” That answers both of your question, though the first one still lingers in the room. The oldest of his kind disappeared a long time ago, abandoning their responsibilities and appearing only to express their displeasures. Even if they don’t show themselves, they hide behind every corner so there would be not a single thing missed by them. Something tells him they do know about you and hearing that their first rule — humans can’t know of our kind, was broken…they surely would have done something about it a long time ago. Maybe they are also waiting for your enemy to reappear so they could for once take a stand — maybe they are just here for the show. Hyunjin, like everyone know their act — trying to appear uninterested, but they thrive in the drama of it all. Were they waiting for the right moment or did they already decided that killing you will do them no good? If they did that, their true enemy would win and that’s something Hyunjin knows they would not be pleased by.
So lost in his thoughts he just know sees the look on your face. “Is there something you wish to tell me?” He already knows what it is about as you look back at him.
“Can I?” You cough, wincing at your weak voice. While he became lost in his thoughts, you also started to think about all of this. You again thought of the possible future and then it led you to your friend Mia. How is she? Does she misses you as much as you miss her? You need to hear her voice if it means you might never hear again. She is your everything, a shoulder to cry on, a person that would listen to your every trouble and every dream you had for yourself before this. You miss her so much and the fact her face started to fade away made you taste bitter. “If something does happened to me, can I at least talk with my friend before I-“
Just a small anger flashes in his eyes from your words, fingers pressing into your skin more meaningfully. “You won’t, don’t you even dare finish it…” Hyunjin realizes how harsh he sounds, when you give him a look of guilt. You were asking him something, but he firstly didn’t hear anything other than you excepting your end. You were asking him for permission to talk to your friend, which you maybe might not meet again and the fact you are asking him, makes him feel awful. “You, of course you may talk to your friend.” His tone of voice is softer now, understanding.
The silence after is welcoming. In his quiet presence you gather your thoughts, take your time to calm your heart and mind. He helps you go through every thought with his thumb rubbing circles over your hand, lingering on your ring finger slightly. The darkness around you clears and you realize that again it’s sunset, orange light peaking from behind the curtains. It’s almost amusing how much your body got used to his life style. You can feel his gaze on you, not to mention his face is just few centimeters away from yours and you have to calm yourself down from the proximity. However you two were yesterday way closer to each other, so close…the memory is bright to you and finally that somehow helps you forget the pain and future. You wonder if he can hear your racing thoughts, feel and maybe see the blood under your skin rushing to your face. You always thought that being intimate with someone would be different — nerve racking, but you didn’t feel that scared of showing that side of you, that you only knew of yourself till the night before.
You see the shift in his face way before you hear the sound of the door to the bedroom opening, jumping lightly in your spot as the door slam into the wall. Your widened eyes snap to the direction, while the man before you slowly follows your movements. The sandy haired man looks instantly at you two, eyes widening just slightly like he was the one being startled, though the spark is not missed in his eyes. “I’ve been waiting…for way too long.” He says and without any further explanation he marches into the room, right to the direction of your closet.
Your confusion makes you momentarily forget about your thoughts, glancing at Hyunjin briefly, before looking back into the doorway when another man appears. The blonde right upon his arrival flashes you a dazzling smile that flatters just a little at your state. He could see right through you, even if you are now bewildered by this odd visit more than anything. “You alright?” Felix asks you, eyes going back and forth between you and Hyunjin, before they fall at your still joined hands.
You can see from the corner of your eye how Minho stops just for a moment his ramming through the closet to also glance at you. Just for a moment you don’t want to think and you do silently thank for such a distraction from their presence. “Of course.” You nod at him and you can feel all of their eyes on you, knowing, but thankfully they do not ask further. Your eyes go back to the man at the closet, looking over those dresses given to you. You can’t lie that his minor expression aren’t amusing. “What’s the rush?” You ask, looking at Felix who leans on the doorway.
You gasp, when you suddenly from the corner of your eye see Minho throwing a dress right at you, but thankfully the vampire beside you catches it before it can be smashed into your face. Hyunjin sends an unimpressed look his way, but his friend only flashes him a crooked smile. “Just joins us at the dance room, when you are ready.” He says, walking away, with a hand on Felix’s shoulder to push him out of the room. “Be quick.” He states and Hyunjin has to roll his eyes at his behavior, but it is soothed with an apologic smile from his other friend.
You only give him a small look of confusion, however not too worried about what this might be about as you look down at the sparkling light dress in your hands. The fabric is soft, like water pooling in your hands and the color stands out in the darkness. Your mind and heart betrays you — it almost looks like a wedding dress and the irony is strong on your taste buds. You don’t have to look at Hyunjin to see if the same thing is on his mind, pushing yourself out of his hold to change. Alone, because you don’t know if you could hold yourself back if he would touch you again like yesterday. Though you don’t know that’s what he was waiting for — give into your desire.
────
A big weight was put onto your shoulders the moments you stepped into the dress. The soft fabric was nothing, but burning, when you saw yourself in the mirror. You wonder if Minho gave you this dress on purpose or maybe he didn’t think that you would actually take it the wrong way. It’s beautiful, you can’t lie about that, but the light sparkle didn’t match your sorrow expression. Though when you stepped out of the bathroom, so nervously, heart jumping, when Hyunjin turned to look at you, it all became too…real.
You don’t even know if you will live long enough to see yourself in this type of dress again. Maybe and maybe the man looking at you would be standing there at the end with the same look of astonishment like right now. You know that the ball was just a plan — a plan that is only mean to provoke the people you are the most afraid of. Then why did it really feel so real?
Hyunjin will have to thank his friend for such an amazing choice. You looked nothing, but perfect as always and without even a single word whispered he knew what you wanted to say. However is it wrong to enjoy this while it lasts? While he has you by his side? He waited for so long and he will try anything in his power so it will last forever. No man, no creature would be able to steal you from him, he will not let it happen.
The silence is loud as he approaches you, taking in your beauty — every mark and every wrinkle. He hears your heart calling, jumping with his every step and just then you start to feel the sadness and pain quiver. Your lips so slightly lift up, but it was real. He took your arm, lacing it with yours and when you both went to meet his long life friends, he sees you both in the small reflection of the golden decor. The image becomes imprinted in his mind, fingers twitching, because he knows he will have to paint this memory to fully grasp it. To seal it…
The walk to the dance room is short and quiet, till the soft sounds of a piano fills it up. You ease at the soft and wonderful sound as you let the man holding you guide you. His home has so many secrets, you always become amazed by how many places there are and that you haven’t explored yet. The glass doors before you are opened, warm candle light welcoming and you are taken back by the polished floor that reflects the beautiful frescoes on the ceiling. Your eyes follow the sound of a music, falling on the short haired man sitting before a piano.
You know that he and the man behind him could sense you way before you walked into the room, but your presence doesn’t disturb Chan. Hyunjin watches you taking in the music, one of the many things that bound his family and he lets you have your moment of complete peace from his brother’s playing. Chan’s fingers move on the keys lightly, precisely and even if his movements slow down, till he eventually plays the last note, the warmness still lingers. He looks up at you, small smile on his lips and you just know he can tell how pleased you are from his playing and you can’t help, but mimicking him. You enjoy these moments with the others just as much as you do with the man next to you.
Your eyes go to the two men behind him, Minho at your stare putting down his glass filled with what you presume is blood to take a step closer to you. “The ball is tomorrow…as you know.” He says, eyes blinking away from you for a split second, but even though the fact what tomorrow leads to is bitter, he doesn’t sound like it. “There will be a dance and I thought it would be nice of you to join us right here, before tomorrow.”
You nod slowly. “Alright…” You say, watching him take another step closer to you. Were his eyes always so intense? You have to remind yourself of their alluring nature, but still Minho always looks so brooding, but not in such a bad way. The sandy blonde briefly glances at Hyunjin, before pulling your hand out of his hold to his. Your eyes dart between the pair, but you still follow the man holding you into the middle of the room. You blink as the light reflects the sparkles in your dress and you do catch Minho’s eyes lingering on you. When you both came to stop, him guiding your other hand to his upper arm, you can’t help but go back to those few times you have done this. “I-I don’t–“
You shuffle your feet a little, letting him put his hand on your upper back as he finishes your worry. “I know.” You frown a little at his words, not too offended, but still his boldness stabs a little. “I can tell by the way you stand–“ He explains and you at that stop your shuffling, bashfulness creeping up on you. However Minho isn’t too concerned about your lack of experience as he pushes you a little closer to him to gain your attention back. “Put your feet on mine.”
“I don’t know…” Your small insecurity is the thing that irritates him, but he still holds softness. Without a word you are lifted off your feet, small noise getting caught in your throat as he puts you on his shoes. Your wide eyes go to him, but his own are on the man at the piano, nodding at him. Your gaze goes to Hyunjin, who is already looking at you with an unreadable expression and you are startled a little when the man before you takes the first step.
You realize that him putting you on his feet was the right thing to do, because the spinning and twirling around is a little too quick for you. Your hands are gripping onto him, but you know he wouldn’t let you fall, with his brother staring st you so intensely. Minho is a smooth dancer and with years of experience that you lack. The music is slow yet dynamic and you have to wonder what you look like. Your skirt is heavy, separating you from his body and pushing you a little away from him. You can’t even see your feet, so you let him guide you. However he suddenly separates himself from you, pushing his arm out and you do stumble at that, skirt getting caught in your shoe.
His sigh is loud, though not too disappointed. You are embarrassed that the first move you make yourself is wrong, your hand still in his as he stares deeply into the side. “Felix, come here.” He pulls his hand away from yours, making you gather your skirt in your hands, while you watch the blonde emerge from behind the piano to join you two. “Watch.” Minho says, looking at you and you are relieved that he doesn’t sound disappointed in you. You walk away from the middle, feet dragging you to Hyunjin, who still doesn’t take his eyes off you, but too be honest you are too occupied by the dancing pair infront of you.
The music starts again, your eyes on Felix as he takes your place and you soon become hypnotized. They move so smoothly, not missing a beat, gazing into each other’s eyes and you at that just realize how important eye contact was. They form into one. The heels of their shoes click on the floor and its trully mesmerizing that even that sound blends into the music perfectly. When they depart from each other, hands joined, you can finally see where you did wrong. You can feel Minho’s eyes briefly going to you to see if you are paying attention and how could you not...
The blonde replacing your spot, twirls and twists more and more, when the sound of the piano picks up speed. You can tell that they must be following a beat of an different instrument not present in the room and you nervously wonder how much more nerve racking will it be tomorrow. You do in the moment ignore the future, the pair letting you take a small breather, before they all too soon stop.
You watch them bow to each other, before Minho goes to look back at you, without even showing any signs of exhaustion from such a dance. “Good?” He asks, eyes glimmering.
You nod slowly, twirling your fingers. “Good.” You repeat and you watch his eyes go to the man next to you.
“Hyunjin…” A silent question is being asked, the sandy blonde gesturing to your form. You look up at said man, small sparks of nervousness appearing in you. He is already looking at you and you wonder if he even stopped to glance at the pair. “We shall go now…” Your head snaps back to Minho, catching him and the other two man just in time, before they could leave. “Good luck.” His words have a hidden meaning, but you still nod in appreciation. The other two nod at you in small goodbye and your eyes go to Chan, wondering how could you dance without music, but then you realize — they are giving you privacy.
The sound of the doors closing is a heavy in the silence of the room. In your field of vision comes a hand, making you turn to its owner. The candles cast shadows on his face and it makes his small smile stand out more and you fight back the shiver going through you as you put your hand in his. The quiet between you two is so intimate and you can’t keep your eyes off him as he takes you to the the middle of the room. His hold seems to be even softer than Minho’s, but Hyunjin’s definitely is stronger in a sense that it makes you crumble.
You put your hand on his arm, his a little lower on your back, fingers just reaching your waist. It’s on purpose, he couldn’t help himself. Without even a word, he lifts you up just like his friend did, but now it makes you gasp. You can’t look away from him, faces close to each other and you let him guide you. Your moves are still a little shaky even if he is dancing for you both, but that it is mostly now because of him and not your inexperience. “I am not a good dancer, sorry.” It flies out of your mouth, before you can stop yourself, because you now depart from him to twirl, just like his friend showed you.
He shakes his hand, pulling you back to him, but now without lifting you back to step on his feet. “Don’t apologize for such thing, I will guide you.” His voice is soothing, feeling a little better, because he is not judging you at all. His eyes leave your face just to look down at your figure and how your dress beautifully draped over you. You don’t even realize how mesmerizing you are in your dress and how perfectly it twirled with your every move. “See? You are doing great.” ‘Amazing even’, he wanted to say.
With his powers he sees the blood rushing to your face and he hides his small smile behind his hair. Your dancing slows to a simple waltz and you don’t even mind it, when your dance comes to an end. Your bodies sway to the absent music, both of you listening to your heartbeat and blood rushing in your ears. You finally see the small smile on his face as you look up at him. You can feel him making soft circles with his thumb on your waist, even if there was clothing separating you from his touch. The more you look at him, the more you understand his natural twitches in his face, just like now. You watch him silently, your slow dancing coming to an end, when one of his hands leaves you to reach into the back pocket of his pants.
Your mouth falls open a little at what he reveals to you. “My phone…” You say, when he pulls the device out of his pocket to hand it to you. With your stay here you didn’t even think much about it, too caught up in too many different things.
You take it from him, thumb brushing over the slightly dirty screen. “I apologize, that I didn’t give it to you sooner.” He says, though your eyes are still staring at the screen.
“Doesn’t matter.”
The realization of why he gave it you sets in, small lump forming at the back of your throat. You switch on the screen, light shinning into your face and it burns your eyes a little, but as much as the photo on your lockscreen. It’s so weird to be holding something so modern after such a long time. You stare, completely unblinking at the photo of you and your friend and it makes you tremble. It’s like you are looking at a completely different world and your heart breaks at the sight of your friend’s face.
Your thumb hovers over her features and Hyunjin steps away from you, pulling you out of your thoughts and making you glance at him. He only gives you a small look of understanding, taking a few steps away from you. It wouldn’t matter if he would walk away into a different room, but you do honestly appreciate his presence more than anything at this moment. You click away on your phone to your contacts and waiting to press your friend’s name. You don’t know, what you are waiting for, the silence and the guilt and everything seems to only gather, so you at that press blindly at her name.
Putting your phone to your ear, you turn away from Hyunjin, though it wasn’t necessary as he can hear everything. You wonder, what time it is as you glance out of the window next to you, listening to the ringing sound, before it suddenly stops. “Mia?” Your voice is strained, eyes wide.
Your hopes are fullfilled, when you hear a sigh fanning over the speaker. “Hi, Y/N, how are you?” You close your eyes, already shaking, relief instantly washing over you.
“I am good.” You answer after few beats, not joining your friend’s happy tone, but you can’t fight your emotions. It’s all so casual, her voice and tone, it’s like nothing happened.
“How are you enjoying everything?” Mia asks and you hear small shuffling from her side. You wonder what she’s doing, what did she do and didn’t.
“It’s good…” You trail off, eyes going to the side. You don’t know what they told her. “I told you, where I was going, right?” It leaves your mouth smoothly, though it’s quiet.
“Yeah! Greece, right? You always wanted to go there, I know how much you love the sea–“ You nod, eyes closing again, hand tightening around your phone. She sounded so happy for you…
“Yes...how are you though?” You need to know everything, but you know it’s not the time for that, you know that you would crumble and tell her something you shouldn’t. You can’t — you can’t even say, that you might never see each other ever again.
“Everything is good around here, but it’s not complete without you.” Mia’s voice is filled with sadness and even if you know that it’s not so big, it doesn’t help you fight your own right now. “The Johnsons and I miss you, but I’m happy for you. Promise me, you will bring me some other time?”
Your face scrunches, mouth opening in a silent sob and you eyes start to sting at her small question. “I promise.” Your answer is so quiet you wonder if she could hear you properly through the shuffling from her side. She always had to do something, when talking on the phone…
“When are you coming home?”
The tears in your eyes and not voice out cries makes you nonverbal for a second. You press your hand to your eyes, smearing your hot tears across your face and you have to wonder, why you can’t be stronger. “I don’t know….” The strain in your voice is so clear.
There is a small silence on the other line, before the shuffling stops and your friend responds. “Are you okay?” Her voice is so sweet and you hate yourself for not being able to control yourself.
“Yeah, it’s just nice hearing your voice–“ You take a deep breath, while going through your answer, puffing air out of the away from the speaker.
You can hear her smacking her lips softly, cooing then. “Baby, if there’s something you want to tell me then you can.” You smile sadly, feeling the obvious stare at the back of your head.
“I know, I know — maybe later..”
“Okay, I’ll call you tomorrow.” Mia sounds unbothered and unknowing of the situation and even if it hurts, it is for the best. The last word is bitter, hurtfull and you dig your nails into your face.
“I can’t tomorrow…I will call you.” You can’t even promise her that.
“Okay and I’ll be waiting.”
You nod, staring out of the window with tears filling up your vision. “I love you.” Your sob almost breaks out of your mouth, making you bite down on your tongue.
“I love you too.”
Then the call ends. The beeping sound fills your ear and your arm falls back loosely to your body. You can’t — can’t breathe and you finally gasp loudly in pain. Your hand presses down on your stomach, body shaking in sobs. A cold air blows around you, before it wraps you into a tight embrace. Your phone falls to the ground, your skirt catching it just before it could shatter in pieces like your heart and you are thankful that he doesn’t stop holding you. You are so exhausted of everything — crying, shaking, knees buckling under you. His arms around your chest pull you to him and you cling onto them, gazing out of the window as the thoughts of the world beyond fill your mind.
────
Your eyes are plastered on the ceiling of the bedroom, hands clasped and fingers tugging loosely at the duvet. There isn’t for once a single thought in your head, only expectation in your body as you lay there in the bed alone. Your ears twitch, the low hum of your blood filling up the silence as you wait. Hyunjin is quiet also, the slightly open door to the bathroom creaking loudly. The age of his home only gives him away. It’s cold in the room as always, but it isn’t uncomfortable, though it certainly isn’t the cold you crave.
Hyunjin hand wraps around the doorway, eyes shining in the dark and drawn to your figure. The fall and rise of your chest is even, not even a single miss of irregularly in your heartbeat. It scares him a little, how calm you seem to be. His eyes fall from you to the couch, feet ready to drag himself to it, but with the first creak of the floor under him makes your lips part. “Join me.” You say and finally at that your heart stop for a split moment, blood rushing under your skin from your own words.
He doesn’t speak, doesn’t ask, following your almost demand and walking up to your layed out body. He stops at the side of the bed and he wonders if you now that the side you are laying on is his, but that no longer is important as your scent fills his nose. Your head falls to the side, glancing at him, him watching you pull away the duvet for him. Such a simple act, but so meaningful. He almost feels bad from the cold his body brings as he sits on the spot you made for him, but that’s exactly what you need to cool down your body.
Your hands touch as he takes the duvet from you to lay down, your figure slightly dipping to him closer as he joins your side. You don’t move away, nor your gaze and he is for the first time the one not looking. His eyes are on the trees, twisting around the wind blowing outside. Your scent is stronger than ever and he has to close his eyes in delight. He hears your lips falling apart before you even have a chance to speak and he instantly opens his eyes to look up at the ceiling. He could almost feel your stare through it. “Remember the first time we met?” You ask, voice soft and you grow to love how you can speak so softly and still be heard.
He humms lowly at the question, mind flashing with memories of the night. He doesn’t see anything other than the memory of your gaze meeting his for the first time at the bridge. His chest vibrates, purring almost, though his mind goes to the part of the night that caused all of this to happen. Your trembling body, covered in blood and tears, eyes wide in fear and staring right into his. “You were scared of me.” Hyunjin says.
He hears your shuffling and then your eyes on the side of his face. “You were scary…now you are not…not so much.” You mumble the last part and the hidden tone is obvious to him, so he can’t help but smile.
“I thought, I only made you nervous.” His teasing is light and you sigh softly, while looking at him.
“It’s both.” You say firstly and he at that tilts his head at you. “But not in a wrong way however.” His eyes are shining, predatory, but you do not fear them as much. It takes you back to yesterday — the loving yet rough touches, heavy breathing and sounds of pleasure, your lips and tongue coated with his blood…You don’t wait no more, the question unbearable and need to be spoken. “What did it mean to you?” What did it mean to you that you were the first that I shared my pleasure with? “Yesterday?”
He does feel the shift in you, how your chest rose and fell more in deep breaths and how your nose flared. His eyes go to your figure, your moving making the duvet slip down your body slightly, showing him the top of your chest. The nightgown, he realizes is the first one he had ever given to you and he can’t help, but let his gaze linger on your exposed shoulders. Hyunjin can still remember where he put each of his kiss and small bites. “Everything…” He whispers, your body visibly shivering from his voice and he hopes you know you are everything. You watch him, eyes brighting like he just remembered something and you found yourself to be correct at his next words. “I want to give you something.”
He sits up, hand trailing over the sheets to your naked shoulder, goosebumps immediately awaking. You let him guide you, his hand wrapping around your upper arm to push you to follow him. You sit up at that, heart racing suddenly as you watch him turn him away from you to open the nightstand beside the bed. Your eyebrows are furrowed slightly, sitting just a little straighter as he turns back to you. Your mouth falls open, eyes widening, because in his hand is a small box, opened, revealing a ring. You don’t need no light to see its beauty and you are so stunned by his gesture you only look at him in complete shock.
You think you have never seen him this nervous before — his bottom lip is caged between his teeth, looking at you from beneath his eyelashes and you don’t even realize how much your silence is killing him right now. You are just…speechless, you don’t know what to say, because you fear you don’t understand him clearly. “Are you asking me–“ No, you can’t be so stupid. His words from few days ago ring in your ears. He can’t be asking you to…
You are breathing heavily and Hyunjin’s hand holding the box almost shakes. “You mean so much to me…” His head falls to his chest, air getting stuck in his throat. “I know that it is all so quick and I wish we could have more time, more freedom, but I want to give this ring to you. I want you to wear it with my name on my mind that maybe in the future could be yours as well–“
Your hand fall on top of his, pushing at it just slightly to gain his attention. It works, looking at you so wildly you feel your lower tummy rumbling. “Put it on for me…” You say, head tilting to catch his gaze fully. He doesn’t show it, but he feels almost sick from how much this one feeling starts to creep up onto him. He pulls the ring out of the box, deep, red ruby glimmering in the moonlight as he wraps his hand around your wrist. You are shaking, fingers almost fidgeting too wildly in his hold, but it all stops the second he puts the ring slowly down your finger. The metal is cool, but it burns just the same as the fire rising in you. “It’s beautiful.” You don’t know what to say, your minor expressions talking for you as the meaning sits down on you.
It’s a perfect fit, like made for you and you are almost scared to look up from the ring to him. “You remember, when I was in the dungeons?” The question leaves you confused, but you only nod, eyes falling on his hand still around your wrist. “I was there because of this…when I was turned, I couldn’t go back to my home. I never saw my mother again, but I never left.” Your expression softens, looking up at him, but he is not looking back at you, his eyes are still set on your hand. “I send them everything — everything I stole from those innocent people, I gave my family. I felt horrible, I knew it wasn’t right to stole and this ring—“ His index finger, touches the stone slightly. “The stone in it was the last thing I gave my mother, nothing else. I remember her saying she always wanted a ruby rig and my father, like he knew it was a gift from me made it into a ring, with just a few pieces of metal, nothing more. After my mother died, my father took the ring and wore it around his neck till his last breath—“ He is shaking, hand gripping your wrist tightly and you soothed his pain by clasping your hand around his trembling one. “I couldn’t bear to look at it for a long time, because it reminded me how much time had passed — time I hadn’t spent with them. I was hiding in shadows, waiting to finally gain control over my hunger, but it was far too little time to truly overcome it. But I did kept it, hidden, but not forgotten and that day when I finally had the courage to go and get it, you appeared right in front of me…”
Your heart aches, eyes blinking away your tears at his words, but when he finally looks up at you, they pool down your cheeks. Words can’t describe how sorry you feel for him, for what those monsters and his creator did to him, so you pull him to you, just like he did to you. His head falls on your chest, ear pressing where your heart beats and he never felt more at home. Not when he and his brothers build this house together, but here in your arms. His fingers tear at your nightgown, mind slowly clearing as you caress his soft hair. Your kiss into his hair line makes him sigh, cold breath fanning over your collarbones and he presses his lips to you.
It’s a light, fatherly kiss, but he doesn’t stop at that. He puts a kiss where your heart is, trying to get closer to it more than he already is. Your fingers tangle in his hair at the quick change in him, when he more and more presses his mouth to your skin. They soon are open mouth kisses, wet and quick, like he has to cover every inch of your body. You squeeze his hand, your other tightening around his strands as he starts to breath shakily under you. His lips follow the veins under your skin, kissing and almost licking his way up your chest to your neck.
You gasp as he wraps his lips around you, sucking lightly and sighing out with you, when you tug at his hair. “I want…I want to-“ Your words are taken away from you with his hungry mouth and you at that take action.
Your inexperience is showing as your hands come to push at his chest lightly, sitting up in your spot. Your moves are shaky and not just by his doings. He looks so drunk on you and you are shocked by how much you seem to be having control over him. He waits for you, watching you closely as you slowly climb up his body. “Y/N…” Hyunjin must be dreaming, because you are looking at him so dearly, while also dripping in absolute sin.
“Is this–“ You are trying to catch your breath, but how when you are on top of him like this, how when he is looking up at you like that? “Do you want to–“
“Yes…so badly.” His hands find your waist, groaning from your words and everything that you are. Your body is so warm under his hands, pushing down at you and you at that crumble, falling onto him as he lays you down onto the bed.
Your legs part, letting him in between them as his head falls to your neck again. Your hands find his shoulders, gripping him tightly to you, head rolling back as he mouths at you again. It’s all so much for you right now, but not enough. The position he has you in is almost like a dream — a dream you once had, but this…this was unimaginable. Hyunjin doesn’t graze you with his teeth, lips and tongue lazily marking you, because he is more occupied by the feeling of your body under him.
You are delirious, looking at him as he tilts his head to catch your gaze, hands not stopping in their exploring. It is like he is trying to see if there is any hint of regret in you. His hands travel from your waist to your stomach, going up, before stopping under your breast. You push into him in reflex, flushtered by your own neediness, too blind to see it being mirrored by him. Your little permission, makes his hands shift higher, before wrapping them around you.
The moan ripping out of you is almost embarrassing as only just that makes you drip. He can feel your nipples under his palms, hands squeezing lightly at you and you suddenly at that push your hips against his. Now, he is the one groaning, his own hips pushing instantly against yours and you can’t stop yourself from grazing against him again. “Oh…Y/N. Like that, just like that-“ Your hand finds his wrist, frown of pleasure on your face as he starts to rub against you.
You can feel all of him and you shiver from the sheer length pressing to your center. Your hips shutter, not too confident in your moves, but he thankfully takes over. The first roll of his hips is hard and delicious. A whimper gets stuck in your throat, because you can already feel your underwear sticking to you, the material of his pants getting caught on your clit. Everything seem to be more clearer, more pleasurable than the night before, even if there isn’t any of his blood in your system no more. You realize that seeing his face controlling into the same amount of pleasure is just better.
A spike of insecurity strikes you, when Hyunjin suddenly sits up to kneel before you, eyes wide and glistening at you. His nose flares, taking in your scent, hands trailing over you to grip the underside of your thighs. You just realize how much you are exposed, how your nightgown doesn’t leave anything to the imagination and how it gathered around your waist. Your legs shake, closing just a little as his eyes fall right at your center and you just know he can see the growing wet spot of your arousal. You come to realize that it wasn’t something to be overly concern about, because he takes your literal breath away, when his fingers grab the meat of your thighs.
You let him lift your hips and pull you by your legs, so your bottom half is right in his lap, because the pleasure he gives you right after makes all of your insecurities melt away. Hyunjin breaths heavily just so he can smell you and you become bashful from it even if he starts to thrust his hips against yours. You bite your lip, arm falling over your eyes, but you still don’t look away from him. It’s so hot — everything. His plump lips are apart, soft noises — moans, groans and hisses leaving him as he moves harder and faster. His hair is in his face, but you can see his eyes going everywhere — from your face, to your moving breast and tummy, before they become fixated at the spot where your bodies met. You can’t lie that if he would be naked, pressing himself into you that it wouldn’t be better…but this is all you can handle right now. The pleasure, the emotions, everything is becoming too much for you. You try to be more quiet in your state, knowing that the others can hear you and it is like he knew you were thinking just that.
A breathless laugh leaves him, wide smile stretching across his face. That expression only gets you more mad as his moves are unwavering, even if lans closer to hover over your body. “Let them hear you–“ The words are whispered to you, his breath fanning over your ear, before he nips at your earlobe.
You whimper almost unwillingly, because you don’t know how to control your sounds anymore after his words. You are still quiet, but to a vampire’s ears it is enough as they probably can even hear your wetness staining you. Hyunjin hovers above you, face so close to yours you want to shove him back into your neck, because his stare is too much. His tongue pokes out of his mouth, your eyes staring at the pink muscle. The tug at your nipple is almost mean as it takes you by surprise, small pain that very quickly changes into pleasure striking you. You can see the silent question in his eyes again, when his hand finds your breast again, fingers playing with the hem of your nightgown and you only give him a look of expectation.
Hyunjin hunger is big and strong, tugging at the restrains of his sanity as he pushes your nightgown down to expose your chest. You are soft, beautiful enough to eat and he doesn’t think further, before his lips are on you again. His kisses, though they held a sense of neediness, are also becoming so desperate and he immediately takes his chance to wrap his lips around your hardened nipple. He can feel your heart drumming, blood rushing to the surface of your skin and it’s enough to tease him senselessly. Your sounds are shorter, almost like trying to catch your breath as he suck at your bud, other hand squeezing your other breast that is still covered.
You are so so soft and delicate here and he would feel sorry for ruining you like this if you wouldn’t be so responsive to his every touch. His cock is leaking, no doubt that his arousal is now mixing with yours through the thin layers of clothing. He thinks he has never felt so much pleasure in his life. It’s everything to him, but for you now it’s…too much — everything suddenly becomes too much for you to handle. The quiet, broken sound of your first sob, breaks him out of his trance, body freezing on top you. He pulls his mouth away from you, going blank as he lifts his head to look at you.
Tears are brimming in your eyes, before rolling down your hot cheeks, puffy lips apart and letting out small cries. Hyunjin hips shutter at your state and he thinks he died right there, but you don’t plea to the heavens as he slows his hips, you do the complete opposite. “Don’t stop…please don’t-“ Your voice is shaky, head titling to look at him. You hand goes to his lower back, pressing down to make him move again, but he only gazes at you in shock. “Please, Hyunjin.” Your cry mixes into a gasp as you pull him up with your hands on his face.
Your emotions are all over the place and you couldn’t hold back the sadness in you no more. It’s bittersweet as it is mixed with so much pleasure and you are thankful that he listen to your words when you look into his eyes. He understands — everything. You sigh in relief, pain and pleasure, when he puts his arms around you to hold you to his body, slowly picking up the delicious speed again.
He is hiding his face in your neck, soft whimper echoing around you as he so desperately chases yours and his pleasure so it would be the only thing left behind. “You are everything — you are my everything–“ It’s breaking your heart more. His voice is so quiet and soft you almost don’t hear him, but his hand finding yours tells you everything you need.
You lace your fingers with his, squeezing tightly, your nails digging into his alabaster skin and he lets you dig into him deeper so it would last. The small drips of his blood are ignored, when he feels your heart jumping, hips bumping against his. Your head rolls back, small sobs filling the room, when you feel yourself falling over the edge. Feeling and hearing your pleasure leads him to his own and he snaps his hips against yours hard, stilling as he cums right after you.
He doesn’t stop hugging you, even when he rides out yours and his pleasure, milking every last bits of it as he for the first time feels exhaustion taking over him. Hyunjin lets you cry, listening to your every sound, reading your every emotion without moving away from you. He caresses you, maping every dip and curve on your body, like it would be the last time he would be able do that. It won’t — he will make sure of that, but this night, he lets you express your own feelings that became so dear to him. Tomorrow won’t be your doom…it won’t be…
"My Soulmate"
SKZ -> Hyunjin x fem!reader
genre: slight angst, crack, vampire/soulmate AU wc: ~2,200 cw: none
summary: being kidnapped and brought to your vampire soulmate is something you never knew you needed... until now.
A/N: Hello again! Life's been crazy, and I've actually had this written since forever ago, so I decided to go ahead and edit and post it! Hope you enjoy :)
Alsoooo, I survived the Ticketmaster war and was able to snag some SKZ tickets to the Chicago show!!!
Happy Scrolling! | Masterlist
"Please be careful. That area is so sketchy, especially at night. Infested with those dastardly vampires, I'll tell ya."
"Mom, I'm fine. The bus station is only a mile down the road, and I'm almost there," you speak into the phone.
Your mom gives a disappointed sigh from the other end. "Sweetie, I've heard so many stories of girls going missing on that street. I really wish you would've listened to me and taken a different way home."
"I've always taken this way home from work; why are you so worried about it now?" The more you speak with your mom, the more paranoid you become. All the shadows out of the corner of your eye appear as humans, lurking behind buildings and in alleyways.
"Because a girl was killed just last week walking around down there, not to mention she was by herself. Just like you!" she screeches over the line. You have to pull the phone away from your head to protect your poor eardrums. "It was a gang that took them! What was their name again? Stray dogs? Stray... Stay? I can't remember."
"It's Stray Kids, mom. I'm sure they're not even around these parts anymore now that the cops are looking for them."
Too focused on your surroundings rather than the ground beneath you, you trip and fall over a large lip in the sidewalk. Your body hits the ground, and you immediately clutch your knee. Your legs are littered with scrapes and scratches, but your knee in particular has blood dripping down it. Pieces of dirt cover your skin, unpleasantly sticking to your wound and the oozing blood.
You startle from the sudden cold breeze you feel over your shoulder. You turn abruptly, hissing when your leg rubs against the ground. Another gust of wind brushes past your front, and you're quick to twist around again. Your heartrate picks up at the eeriness of the situation, your hands turning clammy.
Suddenly, a being materializes in front of you. A scream catches in your throat when another appears next to him. Both are dressed in normal clothing, albeit entirely black in appearance, the only color emitting from the two beings in front of you coming from their pale skin. It's almost sparkling under the glow from the streetlights.
They stand and stare for a moment, and the silence is palpable. As you make eye contact with them, you take notice of their eye color- a deep, fiery red. You feel as though you’re in a hypnotic state as you continue to stare into their eyes. Your surroundings become blurred the longer you look, and you begin to feel dizzy as the world around you begins to spin.
You can faintly hear your mom screaming at you through your phone, calling out for you with panic in her voice, but you can't seem to look away from the boys in front of you.
The dizzier you feel, the calmer you become. It's a weird sensation, feeling all your anxiety and fear just slipping from you. The last thing you see is the muscular man in front of you approaching before you close your eyes from the exhaustion. It came out of nowhere, but it's all-consuming as all thoughts leave your head, and you're left their laying limp and vulnerable.
~ ~ ~
Your eyes feel heavy as you open them, and the bright lights are blinding as they invade your vision. Reaching up to rub your eyes, you quickly realize that your arms are tied behind your back. Becoming aware of your surroundings, you feel the cool plastic chair beneath you. Looking down, you see the zip ties around each of your ankles, anchoring you to the chair.
You appear to be tied up in a cell of some sort. Black, solid bars seal you off from the outside of the room. The cell is small, only about 8 ft by 8 ft if you had to guess. The floor is nothing special, just some concrete. While you can't see much from where your seated in the corner, the room around you seems empty and cold. A desk sits in the middle with a few stacks of paper on top.
Your eyes tear up at your predicament as the memories of the men dressed in all black come back to you. Question upon question spring into your head; where'd they come from? Where'd they bring you? What do they want from you?
Your worries seem to multiply by the second, and you are filled with dread as you consider the possibilities.
You know you must look amess as sweat starts to pool on your forehead, not only from the temperature of the room but also the imminent danger present upon you. Tears stream freely down your cheeks as you desperately pull at the zip ties holding you hostage.
A door creaks open while in the middle of your struggle, and you freeze. Voices fill the open space, and your mouth runs dry at the thought of meeting your captor.
"I told you, we won't be getting our next shipment of blood for another couple weeks. You're just gonna have to hold off-" the voice cuts off as the man walks around the corner. He makes eye contact with you. He shares the same eye color as the men that took you, but you know from the facial features that this isn't the same one.
The man heaves a sigh, his eyes never leaving yours. "I've gotta call you back," he says before hanging up the phone. Without uttering another word, the man walks back out of the room, leaving you alone with your thoughts once again.
It feels as if hours have gone by the next time you hear the door open. This time, cries of pain fill the silent void. You become alert at that, straightening up in your seat. Curiosity fills your gaze as you’re welcomed with the man from earlier, this time accompanied by two more.
The two men are being dragged by their ears, which appears uncomfortable if the sounds of pain are anything to go by.
The man from earlier releases them once they are standing right outside your cell.
"Explain yourselves," he says, crossing his arms over his chest.
Both men start talking over each other immediately, making it impossible to understand either one. "One at a time you pabos!" he interrupts them, creating an uncomfortable silence.
The buff one, which you now recall as one of the accomplices to your kidnapping, gestures roughly to the other man. Taking this as his cue to explain, he begins, "We swear she's the right one this time!" His words are rushed as he gestures towards you.
"You're kidding," the man in charge says, bringing his fingers to grasp at the bridge of his nose. "We've already been over this. You two can't keep kidnapping women from off the streets just because you believe them to be Hyunjin's soulmate."
Your heart races as your brought into the discussion. Soulmate?
You've heard of soulmates, but only ever in fiction, like books and movies. From what you've read, vampires are the only beings who can initiate the soulmate bond. Thereafter, the human can feel the bond, as well.
Suddenly, the pieces fall perfectly into place as you consider all the factors. Materializing out of nowhere, the red eyes, the hypnosis. These guys are vampires. How you didn't put it together sooner, you're not sure.
The bravery you're hit with is astounding, and you can't hold yourself back from interrupting the conversation. "Who are you guys and what do you want from me?" The man's rambling stops as all three look to you.
"Hi..." the man rambling starts, "I'm Jisung, and this is Lee Know and Changbin. We've brought you here because we believe you're our friend's soulmate."
"Please just let me go. I promise not to tell anyone about this!" you plead. You don't know what being the soulmate of a vampire entails, but you surely don't want to find out.
"Oh, we can never let you go," the man in charge, Lee Know, answers. "You've seen us, experienced our presence. You either have to stay with us, or... well, we kill you. You can thank these idiots for that," he gestures to Jisung and Changbin. Jisung brings his hand up to the back of his neck, rubbing it awkwardly.
You let out a sob at the ultimatum. You don't want to stay here forever. You want to go home, shower, and complain to your mom about work. You want to call your best friend and talk to her about the cute guy that you saw. The thought of never being able to do those things again envelopes you with sorrow, and more prominently, fear.
"Please don't cry," Jisung says, his hands coming up around the bars of the cell. "We would never want Hyunjin's soulmate to be sad."
"Jisung, we don't even know if this is his soulmate," Changbin says, his gaze piercing the side of your face.
"I'll prove it to you," he says before running out of the room, the door slamming behind him.
"I swear, I will kill both of you if this isn't the right girl. You said that the time before this was the last, and I'm getting tired of hiding dead bodies," Lee Know tells Changbin.
The hair on the back of your neck stands up, and you suddenly really hope you are this guy's soulmate. While this doesn't sound like the greatest of situations, at least if you live you'll get a chance to escape.
Changbin and Lee Know talk amongst themselves, and your anxiety starts to build once more.
~ ~ ~
It feels as if hours have gone by the time there's movement outside your cell again. Changbin and Lee Know, having gotten tired of standing, had taken a seat on the couch towards the back of the room, busying themselves on their phones.
You're still stuck in the same position. You've been wriggling your hands around, but you've realized there's no use in trying to escape. The two men would surely notice if the zip ties came undone, and even if they didn't, you're still stuck in this cell. You don't know what lies outside this room, but you're scared to find out.
You finally hear the door swing open, and you recognize Jisung's voice, this time accompanied by another stranger. The two come into view, and your breath hitches in your throat when your eyes meet the man Jisung brought with him.
He is easily the most beautiful man you've ever seen. His eyes meet yours, and you're immediately captivated, unable to look away. It's a strange feeling, but you suddenly feel all the worry and fear being washed from you, leaving you with a feeling of peace and serenity. It's almost like you've known this man for years, the way he brought you immediate comfort in this unfamiliar place.
"My soulmate," he whispers, and at this point you can only assume this is the 'Hyunjin' they were talking about.
In the blink of an eye, he materializes in front of you, now inside the cell. He quickly brings his hands towards you, and you feel no fear. The dread that once filled your body is no more as you allow him to carefully undo the zip ties from around your wrists and ankles.
Tears still slip down your cheeks, but the emotional pain you once felt is no more. You're overcome with unfamiliar emotions, and the tears don't stop.
You feel as if you recognize Hyunjin from your dreams. Always the hero, saving you from whatever dangers are out there for waiting for you.
Once the zip ties are off, you immediately rise to your feet and reach out to hold him. He embraces you even tighter, his arms wrapping firmly around your exhausted figure.
"This is such a strange feeling, but I feel at peace now," you whisper to him, your head resting on his shoulder.
"It's because we're together. The soulmate bond, I initiated it, and you've accepted it," he whispers back. "We can be together now."
"Have I seen you before?" you ask, taking a step back to admire his beautiful features.
"Maybe in your dreams. I've visited you there before. I've known what you looked like for a long time. That's how these guys found you," he says, gesturing behind him to Jisung and Changbin.
"Yea, and it only took us two tries! Do you know how vague of a description I had to go off of?" Jisung complains.
"Because I didn't expect you to go out and try to find her!" Hyunjin exclaims, exasperated.
"Well, I figured since your birthday was coming up, I could do something nice for you. And it only costed us one casualty!"
"Which I'm still dealing with, by the way," Lee Know says.
"Yea, yea. I just had a gut feeling about it this time."
ot7 vampire — human blood bank
s3 p6
as you realized, this season really focuses on ni-ki and readers (your) imprint
im trying my best to get this more interesting bare with me please
“how is she?” chan asked sunghoon and ni-ki a few days later in his office.
ni-ki frowned. “not good. her emotions are all over the place. the nightmares are worse. she’s been recluse, staying in her library.”
the boys vowed to never enter your library, your safe space, unless they were invited in. and they’ve kept that promise.
“any more changes pregnancy wise?” chan asked carefully.
sunghoon’s ears went red. “uh, well, she’s been more active, in the bed,” he stumbled, “but then she gets angry at herself and us.”
“she’s found a new spot to hang out too, outside. it’s a small creek behind the house.”
“in the woods!” sunghoon exclaimed. “how long? why didn’t we know this?” sunghoon turned to ni-ki.
ni-ki rolled his eyes. “i have been babysitting her don’t worry. i know she knows i’ve been following her, but she doesn’t say anything.” ni-ki furrowed his brows. “usually she would be quick to tell me to get lost and mind my own.”
“where in the woods, exactly?” chan asked as he stood up. “do you know why she goes there all of a sudden?”
ni-ki shrugged. “i give her enough space that i’m not watching, but she has a habit of talking to herself, a lot. maybe she’s just going to get a mind break in nature.”
chan shook his head. “my inner self is telling me something different.” with chans powers and knowledge, he’s learned to trust his gut instinct.
“should we be worried?” sunghoon raised firm his own seat.
ni-ki snickered. “she’s not a baby, she can handle herself. i swear since she’s gotten,” pregnant he wanted to say, but it felt like a bad word, “since she’s carrying another, she’s gotten fierce and scary.”
sunghoon and chan snorted. you couldn’t be that scary.
“how often does she go out there?”
“almost every night.” ni-ki answered.
“and we don’t hear her?” sunghoon gasped.
“yall sleep like the dead.” ni-ki replied. “it’s almost like clockwork. around 3 am.”
chan held up a finger, “one moment,” he said and picked up his cell to send a text.
in moments hyunjin walked in with a girl. he had a grip on her upper arm.
“let go of me you bald headed kiwi!” she exclaimed.
hyunjin pushed her towards chan where she stumbled forward. “you rang?” his eyebrow raised.
chan pointed to a chair, signaling the girl to sit. with a huff she wanted to argue but went to sit.
“your mate?” ni-ki asked with a smirk. chan smiled and nodded.
“hyunjin, i have a big favor to ask.” chan stated and gave him a quick summary of the earlier conversation.
“don’t worry, im on it.” hyunjin nodded.
“just stay hidden until it gets too much. we need to know exactly what’s going on.”
︶꒦꒷♡꒷꒦︶
when ni-ki and sunghoon arrived back at the mansion, they agreed not to tell the others to avoid worry and them following you around. per chan, it needed to play out to feel for what’s really going on.
you were sitting quietly in between jay and heeseung. your hand on your still surprisingly small stomach. jake, jungwon, and sunoo were spread across the living room as you all watched a movie.
ni-ki observed you and noticed your blank stare. you weren’t even paying attention to the movie. your mind completely somewhere else.
he tried to tune into your feelings but he felt, nothing. almost like all your emotions had drained from your body.
your head slowly turned to his attention, creepily he must add, your eyes staring right at him. almost through him. you smiled and turned your head back, a frown quickly upon your lips.
none of the other guys seemed to notice your aura was different. something about you was off.
you on the other hand knew ni-ki could see something wasn’t right. one part of you screamed for help, but the other part didn’t.
you felt off, unlike your self. could it be the worry knowing this pregnancy might kill you?
“it’s getting late, you should get some rest.” jay said kissing the top of your head.
you pouted. “it’s barely even 10 pm?”
jay smiled softly. “you are caring for another now, love. you need rest and to level your feet.” this time jay kissed your cheek.
jake sat up and stretched. “are you going to sleep with one of us or hide away in your library again?”
jake was the most upset that you’ve chosen to isolate yourself. jay and sunghoon understood why you felt like you had to. they believed you probably felt you betrayed them even though what has happened was not your fault.
you yawned and stood up with a stretch of your own. “mhm, i’ll sleep with you jakey.”
a part of you was also happy the boys didn’t shy away from wanting to touch you. they didn’t see you as a disgusting piece of trash like you did yourself sometimes.
jake smiled widely, and walked up to you, sweeping you off your feet with ease. you giggled, hiding your face in his neck.
“goodnight brothers!” jake yelled from the top of the stairs.
jake placed you gently in bed, and you both started getting ready. you were hoping to sleep through the night tonight. lately you’ve been waking up exhausted, not knowing why. it always felt as if your body ran a mile when you woke up the next morning.
maybe it was the pregnancy? it was another reason you stayed hidden in your library. you were afraid of sleeping wild and constantly moving due to being uncomfortable.
sometimes you’d wake up smelling like outside or your shoes with mud in them by the door downstairs. your dreams were becoming too real for you.
you settled in next to jake letting sleep overtake your body.
︶꒦꒷♡꒷꒦︶
3:03 am
ni-ki held his breath as he followed behind you, few feet away to not alert you. you definitely were sleep walking to the extreme. hyunjin stayed hidden in the shadows, following you and ni-ki to the stream.
hyunjin sucked in a breath when he realized. realizing what was happening. and thankfully he came at the right time before this deal got done.
hyunjin didn’t need backup, he knew who he was dealing with. what he was dealing with.
you stood in the middle of the rocky sidewalk, the water could be heard from the small distance away, crickets in the distance.
the dark masked figure in front of you that you saw. masked as a child. ni-ki didn’t see anyone. hyunjin saw.
hyunjin came up behind ni-ki, startling him. “what’s going on?”
“i need to stop this, now.” hyunjin stated and walked out of the shadows towards the crossroad.
the gravel under his feet cracked, and the little ‘boy’ looked up. it smiled. “mommy, don’t let him hurt me.”
you turned to hyunjin, a blank face looking back at him. “mommy will protect you.” you stated, but before you could do anything, ni-ki ran to you, knocking the wind out of you, making sure you didn’t drop to the ground this time.
“you’ve got to stop tackling me to wake me up asshat!” you yelled.
“are you crazy?” ni-ki exclaimed.
“huh?” you asked confused. hyunjin stepped forward. “hyunjin? when did you get here? and when did you shave your head? aww you are no more luscious locks!”
“what’s going on?” ni-ki asked, his deep voice coming though in protection mode.
soon the figure, boy that you saw, no one ni-ki saw, and the man hyunjin saw became visible to all of you. a grown man, dark, black eyes.
“she was just about to make a deal with a demon.” hyunjin stated flatly.
“how—?” you didn’t even finish when you saw hyunjin’s eyes flash black.
“fuck you’re a demon too!” ni-ki said in disbelief to hyunjin. he was a vampire and demon?
the demon smirked. “how dare you interrupt my deal.”
“ni-ki, get her home, call chan and let him know what happened. now.” hyunjin ordered.
ni-ki quickly grabbed you before you could protest, and used his speed to get you both back to the house.
the demon and hyunjin stared off at each other. “i know who you are.” hyunjin said.
“good to know. but it’s time for me to go since you’ve ruined our plans.” he smiled and walked backwards and disappeared in the water.
hyunjin closed his eyes with a deep breath.
not only did you almost make a deal with a demon;
you almost made a deal with sunwoo’s brother.
He’s never been in love, he’s sure of it. He’s seen what love is and how people act when they’ve found someone capable of being loved. This was not that, it was never that. It’s something much more– in fact, calling it love would be an insult to each other’s very existence. What he feels is so far beyond, that he’s not entirely sure he’s even truly been alive until you.
Like most vampires, Jisung longed to find his mate. Unlike most, he didn’t bother searching. Instead, he sat and waited, the logic being that if both of you were searching then you’d be chasing each other in circles, it was better to stay put. And hell– it worked.
The day you found him was like his heart was beating for the first time in forever. Jisung wished it could’ve been under better circumstances, meaning he wished he wasn’t hunched over like an animal and covered in blood. It wasn’t even the good kind of blood, that of an alcoholic he found passed out behind a bar. The ring on the man’s finger told him everything he needed to know and decided that this would be dinner.
Jisung could smell you before he could see you, your scent alone making him pull away from his meal to see the figure standing at the end of the alley– the light at the end of his cold, dark tunnel. Your hand was on your hip and a tilt of your head, already preparing to start scolding him on his eating habits. The thud of the drained body onto the pavement, less than a second to stand in front of you, the putrid stench of the tainted blood across his lips mixed with his saliva, you were sold.
“You’re making a mess,” you had told him, the faintest hint of a smirk playing on the corners of your lips.
“Then help me clean it up.” He’d thought it was charming at the time.
“Do I look like your maid?” You’d said as you raised your hand to his cheek, barely grazing his skin and his head leaning into it. The blood smelled nowhere near appetizing, sort of revolting, but you pressed your thumb to his bottom lip anyways, collecting some before gently pushing it forward without any necessary force. Jisung had let you in with no fight and fought the urge to moan at the weight of your finger on his tongue.
When you pulled away, his teeth lightly scraping your skin in resistance, “no… but you actually kinda look like everything I’ve been waiting for.”
“Still can’t believe that line actually worked on you,” he reminisced on the moment, lying comfortably still beneath you.
Not that he could see, you rolled your eyes, “didn’t have much of a choice, did I?”
Jisung laughed his ever so melodic laugh and held you tighter to his chest, “sorry, I don’t make the rules. You should consult with whoever wrote the vampire handbook.”
You sat up then, straddling either side of his slim waist and palms firmly planted on his chest. Jisung readjusted the pillow under his head and kept his hands there, gazing up at you with the fondest of eyes. It always mesmerized you how prettily they sparkled even in the dimmest light. “Your hair’s getting longer,” not thinking about it, you reach to brush the strand back from his face, tugging at the roots.
“That’s not what you wanna talk about.” Jisung’s hands reassuringly caressed your thighs.
“I always wanna talk about you.”
“And I love that. But ask me what you wanna ask me.”
Playing with his hair a little while longer, you let the courage build up to what it was you truly wanted to say. He let you use him like a stress ball, kneading and toying while taking all of the affection gratefully. “Do you ever wonder where we came from?”
“I don't remember the name of the hospital I was born at, but it was in Incheon–”
“You know that’s not what I mean.” His cheeky smile fell just a little as he relaxed further into your touch. All of his features softened as he read what he could from your troubled expression.
Jisung sighed, “I do wonder. I wonder what I would’ve looked like with gray hair, sulk for a little, then I thank whoever created us for letting me live long enough to find you.”
“I found you, remember?” You squished his cheeks in both your hands.
“And it took you long enough,” he replied with puckered lips. It was cute, you indulged him and softly met his skin with a gentle touch. How warm he was, only due to the ascending sun beaming through the window to heat his otherwise cold skin. Jisung sighed, holding you in place by the back of your neck to feel your contrast in temperature.
A slight twitch beneath your groin made you smile into the kiss, “I didn’t even do anything,” you tease against his lips.
“Do you have to?” Jisung giggled, playfully rolling you over to hover above your body.
He pulled away and did nothing but stare. Deeply, longingly, so full of sentiment that he was sure even the richest, sweetest blood in the world couldn’t make him feel this type of euphoria. You let go of his hair to trace a finger across his cheek, then thumb at his bottom lip the same way you did the first time you’d met. No intention other than to feel close to him, you dip your thumb into his mouth and swipe it over his tongue. Jisung closed his lips around the digit and watched the way your eyes darkened, though not necessarily with the lust he’s used to. There was something else you wanted to talk about, hoping to find it on the tip of his tongue.
Jisung hummed with encouragement, he knew you were doing this to keep him from speaking so you could voice your mind freely. “It’ll be one of us, sooner or later.”
Ah, that’s what this is.
“A hunter, a vengeful witch, some freak accident knowing you–”
“With’es ‘re ec’thinct,” he mumbled.
Pressing harder onto his tongue, “you don’t know that.” Jisung watched your eyebrows knit together for a split second before speaking again. “I’m just– I don’t know what I’d do… if I lost you.”
Slowly, he took your hand from his mouth and threaded it through his hair again, “they’d have to pry my undead body from yours arms if they plan to take me from you.” Jisung could see the anguish in your eyes at the mere thought of him being gone as he rolled you over, unable to fight the sadness from taking over.
“I’d rather die first.” As if all the air was stolen from his lungs, Jisung felt his paperweight heart squeeze like you’d stuck your hand in his chest in a lame attempt to resuscitate it. “I don’t want to know what it’s like to live without you.”
For the first time since you’d found him, he was at a loss for words– because he understood. He understood the hurt behind the fake scenario he knew was playing out in your head, as he felt the same way. He trailed the hand keeping yours in his hair down, brushing away the locks that covered your neck. As he dipped down to nibble at the supple skin, Jisung felt the wetness that fell. He kissed that away, too, all the way back up to your lips. There was no rush in the kiss, no urgency or carnality that usually fueled him. Rather, he wanted to revel in the electricity that never seemed to dim, letting it flow throughout his entire body and burned it into his memory. God, he loves your lips.
He mindlessly swiped away the remaining tears, a gentle reminder that he was here, and by no means other than an act of whatever god is out there, was he going to leave.
You, to put it simply, wanted to crawl into his ribcage and wear him like a shield. You wanted to be so close to him that your bodies fused and became one, never separating. Even the clothes you wore now felt like too much of a barrier, all but tearing his shirt by the back of the neck and tossing it aside. You couldn’t be mad when he did the same to you, then with your panties and his shorts until there was nothing but skin keeping your still hearts apart.
Jisung wanted so badly to worship you when he felt your hips bucking up into his thigh with a slick coating. And although you would never deny him the pleasure of sending you to see god herself with just his mouth, that wasn’t what you needed right now. Quick work of his fingers, you were whining and clawing from his scalp down his back, there would’ve been marks if that was possible. A pop of his fingers into his mouth, moaning at the taste, you wrapped your legs around his waist to move him along. He was trying to draw it out, make you slow down and appreciate the moment. Though they weren’t fleeting– thanks, immortality– they were precious, every single one. The many, many times he’s had you like this are all his favorites, genuinely unable to choose just one.
“Be with me,” he murmured, eyes locked on yours and unmoving. You pouted, chest hiccuping with need. “Just be with me right now.” As much as you wanted him, you knew what he meant.
To be loved is to be seen, to be understood, to be known and heard and changed. “I’m here,” barely a hair’s breadth of a whisper.
“You are, my loveliest. And I am, too.” Jisung kissed you again, a little more heat behind it now as he reached between your bodies to finally connect.
The first push of him past your entrance is always relieving, yet spiraling as it makes you want more in an instant. Deep groans emit from both of you into the kiss, though Jisung doesn’t move once fully inside. He lets the warmth of your cunt radiate throughout his body and then some. “You’re here,” he mumbles once, and then again as his lips fall to your cheek. He doesn’t say it for himself, but for your sake. It’s grounding, the simple words, like because it’s coming from his mouth that it makes it true.
And when his teeth rakes over where your pulse should be, your body tenses up with a shiver.
Oh, fuck being in the moment– you are the moment, and he’s inside you. There’s quite literally not a single thing that could compare.
Jisung sinks his canines into your neck, trying to keep from baring his fangs with excitement. “If you don’t move right now–”
You don’t get to finish threatening him before his hips are slowly pulling back and pushing in, slick sounding from your bodies with each slide. Your arms are wrapped tight over his shoulders, pressing him chest to chest as he attempts to keep himself in check by treating your neck like a chew toy. Not that you mind, the pain mixed with the pleasure is a gentle reminder that he’s the only one that could ever hurt you, the power he has over you.
He’s not timid, nor is he rough, though thrusting as though he wants to feel himself in your stomach. And he does, it drives him insane, taking a second from your throat to glare down at where he’s poking through your belly with each glide. It makes his eyes roll back and momentarily stutter. You use it to your advantage, throwing him to the side and frantically mounting him again.
The quick slide of your pussy down onto him had Jisung involuntarily bucking upwards, seeing the head of his cock so subtly bulge again. He almost came on the spot, if he’s being honest with himself. But you didn’t give him the chance to so much as catch his metaphorical breath when you began to grind yourself forward and back, swiveling your hips with a new kind of heat.
In a way, Jisung was a little embarrassed that you overpowered him so easily, though not at all surprised. You took from him what he refused to give you, and it turned him on beyond belief. But it also made him want to prove himself that much more– not that he necessarily needed to. The grip he had on your hips now, you knew what he wanted to do.
“Don’t you fucking dare,” you warned, and an audible whimper left him. You couldn’t help a laugh because he was so damn cute looking at you like you’d hung the stars for him. Without the human feature of exhaustion, you went to town on top of him, moving your hips in circles for a bit before ultimately leaning forward and slicking your hips up and down. Jisung met your lips halfway to tangle his fingers in your hair and hold you captive. That was, until he thought it was time for a position change.
Although you were physically stronger than him, you were at your weakest when he was kissing you, too in love with the feeling to focus clearly. Jisung caught you off guard, flipping your bodies again and tossing you into the pillows with a yelp. “Quit fucking around,” his timbre dropped, towering over you again with a sharper aura.
Jisung handled you into a position he knew you couldn’t get out of, on your side with your leg hitched in the air by his hold. He didn’t wait to plunge back into your wet cunt, picking up speed as he decided to instead press your top leg into the bed and expose you even more. You could do nothing but claw at his arms and chest, crying out as he hit deeper parts of you.
“You were so assertive before, baby. What happened?” He teased with a smirk. “You get a kiss and a dick in you and forget how to act.”
He wasn’t totally wrong, but you couldn’t use your brain even if you tried. Not that he was doing anything particularly special in terms of how he was fucking you– though it was still good as hell– you weren’t in the right state of mind since before you started. You were silently needy; physically, emotionally, mentally on every plane of existence, unable to put it into words. When domination fails, you succumb to being fucked the princess you are.
Jisung pressed his pelvis hard into your ass, kissing you gently whilst pinning your arms above your head. “Don’t you feel that, lovely?” His free hand trickled to your belly, pressing and nudging himself deeper into you. The whimper that escaped was enough for him to keep talking. “I don’t think we could be any closer,” he slid his hand higher to wrap around your throat, “don’t you feel me here, too? Is that why you can’t speak?” Your attempt to nod was endearing, kissing you again as he squeezed.
“Oh, I love when you’re in love. You do love me, right?” You nodded weakly. “No, no. You’re going to say, ‘I love you.’ Okay?”
Jisung pinched your cheeks together in his palm, lips puckering when you tried to speak, “love you so much, Sungie.” That answer appeased him, kissing you abruptly before shoving your face into the pillows.
“Yeah, you fuckin’ do.”
He leaned back, putting all his weight on his palms that caged your upper body against the mattress. Jisung kept one knee pinning your top leg to the bed and snapped his hips faster, harder, his version of mercy being that your hands were now free to grab him however you pleased. Did you ever need to, with the way you were almost being tossed up the bed from the force. His cock hit places that never failed to make you squeal and drool in ecstasy.
Prodding at a rather tender spot inside you, your walls clenched extra tightly around him, making Jisung’s upper body strength crumble. “Ah– fuck, fucking love you, too. Love you so much. Love this pussy,” his teeth found a home against your neck again, this time unable to fight the urge to sink his fangs into the flesh.
If you weren’t close before, you sure as hell were now. He scraped the sharpness over your delicate skin, letting goosebumps rise and your moans grow louder until you were begging for him to sink them into you. To claim you in a way that was reserved for only the most devoted of your species.
“Do it,” you pleaded with tears in your eyes, “for forever.”
Your reminder of how permanent this action was excited him, made him more desperate and more carnal than ever before. Drinking your blood was a sacred act that binds you together, the red string becoming a red knot made of a supernaturally unbreakable force. He dies, you die, and vice versa. Just the way you both wanted.
“Can’t live without you,” your voice, broken but truthful, he couldn’t deny you any longer.
“Won’t live without you,” Jisung corrected, and let himself divulge in the red taste of you.
Is this what heaven feels like? Warmth, safety, ardor, you felt every part of your being sync with his as your head began to feel light, body being overcome with a tidal wave of euphoria. The blinding white light behind your eyes faded, then there was Jisung. In every corner of your mind, every fiber of your body, he was there. What seemed like a vision of his hands reaching out for yours, tangled in the notorious red string. It was quiet, but something urged you to reach out to him and intertwine. You couldn’t see his face, but you knew it was him. So wonderfully strange, everything that was once a burden became insignificant as soon as your hands connected. What was once two separate beings became one, tied by the wrist.
Your eyes finally opened after what seemed like centuries. He was already looking down at you with pure adoration, stroking your cheek softly, just as out of false breath as you were. “I didn’t think you could be any more beautiful. I’m so glad to be wrong.”
“Why didn’t we ever do that before?” Jisung kissed your forehead, falling to the side without pulling out as he pondered your question.
“Honestly, I thought it was a load of shit– the whole soul-binding thing,” he held you tight against his chest, tucking your head under his chin as he massaged around the tender mark on your neck.
“So you felt it.”
“Fuck, did I feel it? I swear I saw us from some fuckin’ omniscient point of view. And can I say, we should do porn ‘cus we look good as hell.”
“Wait, what?” He had an entirely different experience, still supernatural, nonetheless. “You actually– what?”
“I’m serious,” Jisung peered down at you, not a single joking tone. “Like, time stopped. Or froze, I don’t know. It was a weird limbo thing, I don’t remember a lot of it. I bit you, then there we were… y’know. And there was something tied around my hands. I wasn’t really thinking– or my hands were moving by themselves. A– and you were there. I mean, I couldn’t see you, but I knew it was you.”
His words left you stunned, so different yet the same. You wished you could’ve seen what he did, but the indescribable sensation of his soul finding yours is irreplaceable. That’s how you explained it to him. Jisung was always bringing up how you’d first met, and you’d always say that you found him first. Except, he stayed still, waiting for you to make your way to his side of the circle.
The after effects of the intense moment left you mentally tired. Although you can’t sleep, you can close your eyes and let the comfort of Jisung’s arms soothe your lethargic mind. “Won’t live without you,” voice muffled by the skin of his chest.
“Well, now you really can’t, my loveliest.”
Shakespeare's Apprentice
Vampire!Hyunjin x human!reader
Warnings: One swear (kind of), vampires
"Soo.." I bit my lip nervously.
"What do vampires do exactly?" I asked, unconsciously bringing some of my hair over my shoulder.
"Stay out of sight, but you can see how that's going." Hyunjin chuckled, resting his head on his arm, turning to face me.
"Do you sleep?" He shook his head.
"Can you eat human food or-?" His lip curled up at that.
"We can, but it's not good." My jaw dropped.
"So, all of the times I cooked for you-" He perked up.
"Now, that was good. It reminded me of when I was human, your soup tastes like my mom's did." He smiled softly.
"Do you miss her?"
"Every single day. I stayed with her until her dying breath, she was a bit curious on why I hadn't aged, but..She never cared much about it." He chuckled a bit.
"Was it hard?" He shrugged.
"I think what helped was the fact she was my mom. I would hate myself for the rest of my life if I hurt her," He tilted his head to look at you, "or you." My heart fluttered and he smiled.
"Is it hard being around me?" I asked, turning to face him, although it was a bit difficult, due to us being in the car.
"Not at all. You're a breath of fresh air." I blinked, surprised at that.
"You're my mate, which means your blood has no appeal to me, only you do." I frowned.
"So, you wouldn't like me if I wasn't your- mate?" He shook his head.
"It's not that simple. A mate is..someone that we're tied to. It's someone that we protect, and that was..made for us? But not in a weird way..It's like..You know what a soulmate is, yes?" I nodded.
"It's like that."
"So we're soulmates?" He nodded at my question.
"Is it weird?" He asked, a bit self-conscious at the new ground he was treading.
"..Well, I mean, you are kind of a vampire, so besides the obvious, not really." He chuckled at my answer.
"'Kind of a vampire?'" I rolled my eyes at his teasing, gaining confidence.
"You know what I mean." He nodded, smiling.
"Your smile's pretty." I said without thinking.
"You're pretty." He replied, reaching out slowly, as if not to scare me, and grabbed my hand, holding it in his. I noted the temperature difference, but it somehow didn't bother me as much as I thought it might.
"Am I cold?" He asked.
"Yeah, but it's nice."
"You're really warm." He said.
"..Can I ask more questions?"
"Can I keep holding your hand?" I nodded.
"Then yes."
.
"What about kids?" I asked.
"I don't really know, I guess it's not impossible? But I'm not exactly an expert on the subject."
"How old were you when you were turned?"
"18."
"Do you know any other vampires?" He nodded.
"I have a coven."
"A 'coven?'" I tilt my head.
"We're basically a band of vampires." He explained in simple terms.
"Oh, right, duh, 'Twilight.' And a 'band?' Ooh, i'll buy tickets." He snorts at my lame joke.
"I'll get you a backstage pass." I smile.
.
"So, what do you do? I mean..I hope you don't do what the Cullens did." He groaned.
"Heck no, I think we'd kill ourselves doing that. I paint, and sell them online. Chris, our 'sire' or 'leader,' whatever he is, he produces along with Bin and Jisung, all online. Minho sells recipes and Felix does the same, but he's also a masked gamer on Twitch and YouTube. Seungmin is a masked singer, along with Jeongin, but both of them kind of dabble in their interests." I nod, entranced as he talks, and i think he notices based off his smirk.
"Don't make me wipe that smirk off." I warn.
"Don't threaten me with a good time." He teases back, smiling softly as he looked into my eyes. "They're gorgeous," he continues, "your eyes, I mean. The rest of you is beautiful too, but your eyes make me feel like i'm somewhere else..Like i'm," he struggled to find the words, "human."
"Ok, Shakespeare, don't go all poet on me." He laughed, leaning in.
"Forgive me, my love, I must have forgotten how small-minded you are."
"Oh really? I'll show you small minded." He laughed again as I struggled to open the car door.
"You may want to try unlocking it."
"I was testing you."
"Ah, of course." He didn't call out my lie as we both got out of the car from where we were parked in the riverfront parking lot.
"Is this how you change me, drown me and then sink your teeth in me." His eyes widen at my joke.
"I would never! But yes, drowning is typically the way we go." He said, obviously joking and making me roll my eyes. "One of these days, they'll get stuck up there."
"Damn, okay mom." He huffs, smiling, but it soon disappears as he looks up to the sky.
"What is it?"
"It's going to rain soon, we should head back, I'll drive you home."
"....Or..." He turns to me, his brow furrowing.
"What?" He asks as the first few drops fall onto the smooth rocks under our feet.
"..Well, and call me crazy if you must, but uh..We could dance." His face softens for a split second before he smirks.
"Who's Shakespeare now?"
"Uh, still you, babygirl. I'm just super-uber romantic." He smiles, walking to me and taking my hand in his, laying it gently on his shoulder, taking my other hand and interlacing it with his.
"Luckily, i am too." He smiles, and I swear my heart stops as he leans down, pressing our foreheads together.
"I'm glad I met you, Hyunjin." I say as we sway to the music that can only be heard in our hearts.
"I'm eternally blessed that you've chosen to grace me with your beauty."
"Someone call up Italy, cause I got Shakespeare right here."
"I take it back." He says, before kissing me softly.
One-way ticket
pairing: vampire! Bang Chan x gn! reader
genre: ...suggestive, again
warnings: nothing actually happens, so none besides teasing
word count: ~1.3k
summary: Your relationship with your otherworldly boyfriend has reached a point of no return, something you embrace with open arms.
a/n: I blame @writingforstraykids for this, again, as she made me watch Railway and reignite my love for vampire AUs, even though I'm still deeply buried in my werewolf brainrot. So take this thing I wrote at 2 am in a delirious haze, that song blasted into my ears directly with such force I now have the lyrics engraved into my brain.
Fascination had always driven me as I lived my life, surroundings endlessly housing something interesting enough for me to poke at, to unravel it and see how it ticked. Never once did I harm something in the process though, tenderly handling each animal as I observed them, always told I look like a child on Christmas night with the nebula of stars that had crawled into my eyes.
He’d said the same thing the first time we had met, truly met, real identity revealed for me to know. It had been a huge step in the connection we had shared, and it had only deepened this endless love I harboured for the man.
His smile alone was enough to lighten my day, sharp canines glinting in the light and yet I only found them all the more endearing, a fact he’d never failed to point out with the most love-sick expression I had ever seen.
It was a casual night when he’d beckoned me over to the couch where he sat, pulling my taller form down into his lap easily. With one hand on one of my knees and the other on the small of my back, he stared up into my surprised eyes, only chuckling at my reaction with that stupidly attractive dimpled smile of his.
“Did you know, love, that those silly stories about vampires aren’t all wrong?” - he started, immediately gaining my full attention. His smile only grew as he knew what buttons to push to earn it this fast, knowing me more than I knew myself at this point.
Being together for a few years granted that advantage to a person.
“What did you guys call it? Soulmates, I think? We do have that, or something similar at least. It’s a pull towards the one person we are connected to for eternity, unable to ignore or ever get rid of it. They’re the other halves of our souls we had lost in the afterlife, carved apart for having chosen immortality.”
His gaze never once wandered from me and I relished in it, drinking it all in like a starved animal. Every word was etched into my brain and I leaned closer, one hand carefully reaching up to cup Chan’s face. He leaned into my touch as my thumb caressed the skin residing underneath those bright, wine red and hauntingly white orbs, their shine temporarily hidden as he closed them in bliss.
“You’re my other half, my love. Knew it the moment our eyes met, the moment you didn’t run away when I revealed my true nature and instead looked at me with more love.”
His whispered words clearly rang inside my head despite the intense focus I had over his features, getting lost in his stare. It was as if he was worshipping me, memorising every little feature of my face, of my presence itself.
I didn’t move away when he leaned in, our lips sealed together, a rare act from someone as reserved as me. The hold he had on me only tightened and it told me everything I needed to know, his appreciation for this unique moment shared with me through our fleeting kiss.
“I want to share eternity with you, baby. Want to have you by my side forever, watch every sunset together until the universe itself ends.”
His words, albeit as cheesy as they could be, only spurred this burning feeling inside my chest that sparked from nothing. No, not nothing. It was created by that loving look in his eyes, the one that craved me in every possible way; both in body and in mind.
My limbs moved before I could even think about a coherent reply, weight shifting as our legs were now pressed close together, bodies facing each other. His face, the one that never once turned away from me, was framed by both my hands and he acted as if he wanted nothing less than that.
It was as if he wanted his entire body to be framed by my presence itself, so enamoured with me it hurt to witness.
A thumb gently pushed at his lips until his jaw opened slightly, sharp canine revealed and glinting in the vermillion liquid I coated it with. The wound on my finger stung and yet I could care less, much too focused on the man in front of me, the one my heart beat for with all its stubborn might.
His pupils widened the moment my blood hit his tongue, the only answer he needed before he spurred into action.
The inferno inside me only burned brighter when he picked me up, not strained by my weight at all. And as he carried me away, tenderly placing me onto our shared bed, I understood what he meant by that pulling feeling. It laid beneath that raging fire, overshadowed by its sudden and unusual appearance.
Despite that, it remained firmly in its place, so tied to Chan’s presence that living without the man caused my heart to nearly stop beating.
As if he’d heard my heart skipping a beat he moved, so close I could feel the chill from every inch of his skin that covered his dead body. His lips ghosted over my heated skin as he trapped me beneath himself, trailing along the veins pulsing just beneath my skin, hidden to us, mere humans, yet oh so obvious to his kind. It had always fascinated me how he could see them so well, so easily, yet I had only gotten a chuckle and a teasing answer whenever I’d asked, hiding his secrets away from me.
This time that same question couldn’t even leave my lips as he devoted every little touch to me and only me, his reverence so strong I could hear their words even without a single sound.
Fangs grazed my neck and goosebumps covered my skin, a little kiss my comfort the moment he noticed it. Despite that he continued, gazing up at me one final time, allowing me to see those irresistible depths turn brighter; vermillion mixed with burgundy while the whites shifted, painting my sight with endless mismatched roses swaying in the wind.
The pull inside me strengthened and the flower fields were disturbed, gentle swaying now turning violent, yet never once harming me with a single thorn.
His lips kissed the side of my neck and the muscles hidden beneath jumped at the sudden contact, the gentle action broken by sharp pain and the feeling of loss. My hands encircled him and travelled into his divine bangs, only turning them messier with each audible gulp he took.
Never once did fear take root inside my chest, my lover’s actions so gentle they felt nothing less than a ritual of worship, of devotion, only meant for me to bear witness to.
And as the world started growing dark, vision wavering and hold turning weak, those lips I knew oh so well left my neck, leaving a tiny lick and a kiss before familiar eyes met mine. He hovered above me like that, hand going up to cup my cheek as I stared at him, at those wonderful rose fields, and his expression only turned more loving in return, if possible at all.
Those endlessly starving orbs were the last thing I saw before my eyes fluttered closed, unable to keep myself awake with the sudden wave of exhaustion that swept over me. I didn’t realise how much he’d drank, just how much he had truly taken in such a short amount of time, and yet I trusted him completely even on death’s door.
The taste of iron lingered on my tongue as something dripped into my mouth, fingers careful as they pushed my lips open forcefully. It dripped down my throat and my body automatically took it in, as if embracing a missing piece I didn’t even know was needed.
Chilled air hit the shell of my ear as Chan leaned closer, the liquid fusing with my soul itself and stirring awake something I had long lost.
“Wake up, love, the night’s only just begun.”
Enemies to Lovers AU - Vampire Hunter! Bang Chan/Vampire Fem! Reader
"Stay," Chan said, holding up the holster. You held your win glass, "As you wish, hunter," you said, setting the glass down. Chan released the trigger, "You lured me on purpose. Why?" he asked, clutching the handle. You gave him a side, "I made a promise you see," you said, luring him close. Chan gulped, unknowingly inching himself forward, "What promise?" he asked, furrowing his eyes brows. A subtle smile etched your lips, "To my first love," you said, looking at him. You chuckled, "When you lived as long as me, hunter. You crave for things other than blood," you said, eyeing his wary expression. Chan clenched his jaw, "What's the fucking promise?" he grit, his voice wobbling at the end.
You held the holster away from your head, "Christopher, no matter what form you're in. You soul never changes," you said, hurt evident on your expression. Chan's breath hitched when you gripped the holster enough to bend the metal. You stood up, forcing him into a defensive stance. "I don't want to hurt you, my darling. I never did. But every single timeline we meet, you're always driven to kill me," you said, cornering him against the wall. Chan hesitated to pull out his daggers, "Stay back! Vampires falling for a human is unheard off," he exclaimed, his eyes filled with unknown hurt and fear. You held his cheek, "You felt it haven't you? When we met in that forest. I know you felt it, because I did," you said, hoping he wasn't in denial.
Chan's gaze wavered, "That twinge was from you?" he asked, his vulnerability apparent in his behavior. You shook your head, "I have no role in fate, Christopher. Please don't deny me this time. I can't live another decade hurting," you said, your eyes boreing into his. Chan exhaled a shaky sigh, "If I give in. What then?" he asked, gripping his thighs to ground himself. You gave him a solemn smile, "Then I get to love you as much as I possibly can. I get to pour every feeling I have harbored. Christopher, I craved you for decades. This obessession wouldn't fade out that easily," you said, your pressing your forehead with his. Chan felt himself get hypnotized by your words, "I'll give in. But if y-," he said, before you pulled him for a bruising kiss. Chan's lips synced with yours, he groaned into the kiss not liking the submission you placed him in. He pulled away and pinned you against the wall, "Relax, you've been waiting long enough," Chan whispered, kissing you long and deep. Tears streamed down your cheeks at the relief blooming in your chest. Chan deepened the kiss, his tongue mingling with yours.
NSFW BELOW CUT
'Dear Lord, when I get to heaven, please let me bring my man,' you thought, spreading apart your legs just for his satisfaction. Chan grabbed your ankle, and he pampered kisses down your calves, "Poor thing, you've waited so so long to be touched, haven't you? You've been neglected, and it's all my fault," he murmured, sucking hickeys towards your upper thigh. You arched your back, sensitive to every single graze and nip he made, "Please, Chris. I need you. Been needing you," you sniffled, eyeing him with your half lidded eyes. Chan's breath grew heavier, "I know, darling. I can feel myself throbbing for you," he chuckled, his hand pumping his girthy hot shaft. You gulped at the sight, your cunt clenching around the warm air surround the both of you. Chan tapped his cock head against your clit, "You're practically a virgin aren't you? So fucking drippy," he cursed, easing his finger in. Your walls fluttered, "Hah, hah," you gasped, remembering how good it was being pleasured by another. Chan grit his teeth, the veins on his jaw protrubed at the sight of your pliant body. You whined when he eased another finger up your pulsing cunt, "Chris, hah," you whimpered, clentching hard around his fingers. Chan curled them against your sensitive gland, "I'm here, darling. I'm never leaving you. Never again," he said, pumping his fingers in tandem with his thumb rubbing circles against your puffy clit until you came.
“Okay… okaaaay.” You slur, stopping dead in your tracks, outside what you can only assume is a beautiful house but you're so drunk your head is spinning, your eyes are squinting and you can't focus. “I need to know.” You mumble, holding up one finger to Chan.
You can see him trying to not crack a smile at your obvious drunkenness.
“What do you need to know?” He asks, cocking his beautiful head to the side.
“First…off.” You hiccup. “How come all of you look like pale Greek gods?” You whine. “Second of all, why did you help me? With… asshat back there?” You almost incoherently mumble. It takes Chan and Jeongin a second to understand what you just said, and before he can answer you're swaying, your eyes are closed and you're pretty close to being passed out. Chan motions for Jeongin, who comes and throws you over his shoulder to bring you inside.
“... we helped you, because you needed us to help you.” Chan whispers from behind a chuckling Jeongin. They bring you into the house, Jeongin laying you down onto the couch gently, covering you with a blanket as 6 other men emerge from other parts of the house.
“There's a human in our house.” Seungmin mumbles.
“Correction, she's our human.” Hyunjin smiles, admiring your peaceful looking face.
“I really don't think this is going to go as smoothly as you all think it will.” Minho murmurs. “It's not going to be that easy.”
“No, it won't. But whatever happens, we're there for her.” Chan announces. “It's not like we have anything but time. She'll come around eventually once we tell her everything.”
“You think she will? Even when we tell her we've been waiting for her for over a century?” Seungmin scoffs. “She's going to run for the fucking hills.”
“Do you want her to run? Or do you want her to be here with us?” Han asks. “Cause I personally want her to be here.”
“Of course I want her here.” Seungmin begins. “But I just know how this is going to play out. Not to mention, that stupid fucking boyfriend of hers, you think he's gonna let her go that easily?”
“I wouldn't worry about him.” Jeongin laughs. “I can't see her going back to him.”
“I don't know man, humans and their emotions… They crave familiarity, comfort and shit. She's not done with him. Not yet. She will be though. But it has to be her decision.” Minho pipes up.
The 8 men stand around your sleeping frame, wondering how in the world you were going to be okay with them and what they were.
You let out a big yawn, stretching your arms as you try to remember last night's events as you slowly wake up. You roll over onto your side, hearing the faint sound of a TV in the background, that's weird, you didn't have a TV in your room. And you were sure you didn't end up back at your apartment after that shit with Mark. You need to open your eyes but to be completely honest, you're a little scared too. You open one eye, seeing an unfamiliar living room. You look around with one eye, before feeling like you weren't alone. You dart up on the couch you were sleeping on, seeing the handsome men from earlier in the week. They were all scattered on the couch, trying to not be obvious at looking at you but most of them were failing.
“Um.” You begin, your voice is hoarse.
“Don't panic.” Chan smiles, getting onto the floor, in front of you. “You got into it pretty bad with your ex last night. You were really drunk, we brought you back here to keep you safe.” He explains. Flashes of your fight with Mark pop into your head. You nod, it made sense.
“I had nowhere to go.” You whisper.
“Yes that's right.” Chan agrees.
“So you brought me home… like an abandoned puppy.” You murmur.
“You could say that.” One smiles.
“Seungmin.” Chan snaps.
“You all know me.” You say, looking around the room. “But I don't know you.”
“Let's change that. I'm Chan, that's Hyunjin.” He says, pointing to the man he was with when he caught you. “Seungmin.” The man who pulled you back from getting hit. “Jeongin.” You knew from your class. “Felix.” The man in the bathroom. “Han and Minho.” The ones you ran into, literally. “And finally, Changbin.” he says, pointing to the last man.
“The one who made me a terrible coffee.” You say. Everyone erupts in laughter.
“Hey! I'm still learning! I also may have given you decaf.” He pouts.
“You've worked at coffee shops for years, you've never improved.” Hyunjin laughs.
“Well.” You say clearing your throat. “This has been informative… Thank you for last night. I really appreciate it, but I think I should be going home.”
“You're going back to him?” Jeongin asks.
“I don't…um, I mean yeah?” You whisper. “He's my boyfriend.”
“He cheated on you.” Jeongin reminds you.
“Relationships take work… You know? Ups and downs and shit. I shouldn't be talking about this with strangers. Fuck. I should be talking to him.” You mumble. “I need to go.” You whisper.
“Already?” Han asks, pouting slightly.
“He'll um… be wondering where I am.” You say. You look around the room and they all look disappointed in your decision to leave. While you appreciated the help, your relationship was in the trenches and being in a house alone with 8 hot as fuck men, wasnt doing anyone any favors.
“Guys, relax. We'll see you around campus. And if you need help… or a place to stay, let any of us know.” Chan smiles. “Minho can take you home.”
“Oh no, that's okay, really, I don't know how far I am from my place and I don't want to inconvenience anyone. You've done so much already. ”
“I'll take you. Let's go.” Minho says, grabbing keys from his pocket, heading towards the front door. You quickly get up and follow him, turning around to see the 7 men still sitting there watching you leave, almost like they were pleading with their eyes for you to stay.
But as it turned out you were only 5 blocks from your apartment and you got there too quickly. You weren't ready to face Mark and you had no idea what this morning was going to bring.
The second you opened the door, Mark was there, tears stains left on his cheeks, down on his knees as he cried, begging and pleading for you to give him another chance. There was something about seeing a grown man on his knees, crying and begging after being caught that just felt…right.
“Get up.” You scoff. “That's so embarrassing for you.” You murmur, walking around him and into the apartment.
You were raging. Seeing him made it all that much worse, especially down on the floor, and honestly made you question how in love with him you were… if you even were still.
“Y/n.” He begins, scrambling from his knees. “Please forgive me. Please, I'm begging you, I'm so sorry about everything. My attitude, the cheating, everything. Every single thing I've done in the last little while.” He huffs. Part of it feels genuine, but part of it feels almost forced, like there's an ulterior motive for his apology. “Please don't leave me. Please. I love you so much. I can't lose you!” He whines.
“You didn't love me that much when you had that girl in our bed, did you?” You laugh.
“It was a mistake! A stupid, stupid mistake. I love you and I'll change… for you!” He pleads.
No.
You loved him.
Don't.
You did love him.
Don't do it.
You loved him once.
Your inner voice was screaming at you to turn around and walk away, literally sleep on the street if you needed to but don't stay with him.
“Mark…” you pause. “This is out. I'm all out of fucks to give. You fuck it up this time and I'm fucking done.” You murmur.
Where the fuck was your backbone?
“Thank you baby, thank you. You won't regret it!” He smiles, wiping away his tears, wrapping his arms around you.
You knew you would regret it, but whether that was in an hour, a day or a year was yet to be seen.
“Good morning, beautiful.” You hear from beside you. You glance over to see Hyunjin standing there, a small smile on his face as he waits for the light with you.
“Good morning.” You murmur, your stomach fluttering and your heart racing. You could feel the redness creeping across your face. The walk signal begins flashing, Hyunjin reaches over, grabbing your hand, intertwining his fingers with yours. “Seungmin told me about the first time you met.” He whispers. “Don't worry, I'll keep you safe.” He finishes, pulling you along the cross walk with him. Mark never did things like this, if you were walking with him, he'd be laughing and joking about the time you almost got hit by a car.
You're so flustered you can't respond to him. All you could focus on was the jolt of electricity that was flowing through your body, only that you'd never experienced before with anyone else. Once you're safely across the street, Hyunjin lets go of your hand, giving you a big grin, before taking off in the opposite direction of you.
You walk towards your class, glancing around the campus, when your eyes lock with Chan. He's leaning against a pillar, flipping through a notebook, and you almost start drooling. You watch him as you keep walking, the smile on his face never faltering as you walk past. He smiles at you, giving you a little wave before sneaking in a wink that makes your red face continue.
You got to class a little earlier than last time, praying there was more of a seat selection than there was last time. You open the door, it was almost empty. You smile walking in, picking a seat in the middle so you weren't too close but also not too far away. You unpack your backpack, setting up your desk when you hear the door open. Your head shoots up, seeing Jeongin walking in. Your heart starts racing as he sees you, flashing a gorgeous smile towards you. He walks up, sitting beside you again and this time you don't mind, but Jeongin sitting next to you made for a tough class. He couldn't not touch you. He had to have either his leg touching yours, or his arm touching yours, making you feel the jolts of electricity, just like you had felt with Hyunjin earlier in the morning.
Jeongin left class abruptly, while you took your time gathering your things. You weren't sure how many more interactions you could handle today. You walked out of the classroom, where you see one of Mark's best friends, San standing off to the side, twiddling his fingers. You watched him spot you, he takes a deep breath before he starts walking towards you. Suddenly his eyes go wide, he turns around and walks away from you. You're confused for a moment until you feel someone beside you.
“How was class?” Felix asks, a sultry smile on his face.
“I'm not sure.” You sigh, you barely remember a single sentence your professor said. Jeongin's cool body and the feeling of him beside you was extremely distracting.
“Jeongin?” He laughs.
“How'd you know?” You ask.
“It's the pull.” He murmurs. you wanted to ask him what that meant but he continued. “Ah, look at the time.” He laughs. “I have class. See you later.” He yells, rushing off.
You really didn't want to go to your last class but you did and when it was done you went home to collapse in bed. It was only Monday and Mark had sent you a text that he was out with the boys. So you knew you wouldn't see him for at least four days, if not more, that's if he was really with them. You didn't trust him, you didn't know if he was with them or the girl but you couldn't ask him. If you even joked a little about it he got so upset. That was a red flag and you knew it was, but you couldn't bring yourself to actually leave him because trust could regrow… right?
The next morning it was quiet. As you waited at the light, there was no one waiting there with you. As you walked through the campus for your early morning class you were alone and it felt weird. You walked to the coffee shop, desperately needing caffeine before your day truly started. You walked into the coffee shop, seeing Changbin behind the counter. You were going to keep it simple for him today, you did wonder how he kept his job if he couldn't make any coffee correctly.
“Hey, you.” He smiles. “What can I get you?”
“Can I get an iced latte… caramel.” You smile.
“Of course!” He says, turning around to make your drink. You didn't have much faith in him but you were hoping for the best.
“Hey baby.” You hear from behind you. Your heart sinks. You turn around, seeing Mark standing there with San, who was avoiding eye contact.
“Mark? What are you doing here?” You ask.
“I have class, too.” He says, walking towards you.
“One beautiful latte, for a beautiful girl.” Changbin announces, sliding a hot drink towards you with a smile, until he sees Mark. His smile drops, glaring at the man standing with you.
“Why are you calling my girlfriend beautiful?” Mark asks. He looks between you and Changbin. “Are you fucking the coffee man?” He scoffs.
“Oh fuck off, Mark. I'm not the fucking cheater here.” You spit, rolling your eyes. “Thanks, Changbin.” You say. He can see the sadness in your face and he can hear it in your voice. He watches you walk away, your mood completely ruined.
“Stay away from her.” Mark snaps at Changbin, who just smiles.
“Why? Are you scared she's going to leave you?” Changbin asks. “Because I'll let you in on a little secret.” He whispers, leaning closer to Mark. “She will leave you, because you fucking suck.”
“Shut the fuck up.” Mark scoffs. “She'll never leave me. Give me a coffee.” He demands.
“Sorry, all out of coffee for douchebags.” Changbin laughs. “Next!”
You just went through the motions of the day, your mind replaying the entire interaction from the morning over and over again. How could Mark think that you were cheating on him? You had never given him the slightest reason to doubt you. He was insecure. You knew that but he'd never accused you before, so why now? You shuffled through campus, ready to go home and hoped Mark wouldn't be there.
“Why so glum?” You hear from beside you. You look over and see Seungmin, shuffling his feet with you. “Is it about the whole thing this morning?” He asks.
You stopped in your tracks, looking at Seungmin. “How did you hear about that?”
“Changbin.” Seungmin says, shrugs his shoulders.
“You're all a bunch of gossips, aren't you?” You ask, glaring at him, making him laugh.
“Yeah.” He chuckles. “Sometimes.”
You keep walking, Seungmin continues to walk with you. “You shouldn't trust Mark, you know.” He mentions.
“Yeah, well he hasn't earned that back, not even close.” You mumble.
“Take care of yourself, okay?” He says. You turn to say something but he's gone. It feels like he was never even there. You go home to your empty apartment, thankful for the quiet you get that evening.
You cried yourself to sleep that night.
The next morning, you head to class, and all throughout the day you have no interactions with any of the men that have mysteriously come into your life. When you walked out of your last class, you're met with pouring rain. The sky was almost black, the wind slowly picking up. It made the knots in your stomach worse. All day you'd felt like something was wrong but you couldn't put your finger on it. You step out from under the shelter, deciding to brave the rain and walk home. You'd only make it a few steps before your arm is yanked. You turn around, seeing San, soaking wet, breathing heavily.
“What are you doing?” You yell.
“I have to tell you something!” He says back. “Mark…” He pauses.
“Is he okay?” You ask, worried for a second that something happened to him.
“He's fine but y/n… you need to know. He never stopped seeing Chae. He's still fucking around on you with her.” San admits.
You drop your hand to your side, it feels like your throat is beginning to close.
How could you have been so stupid to think that Mark was serious enough to stop cheating? Of course he was. You can feel the tears welling in your eyes as you sniffle. You're ready to collapse to the ground, hoping the earth would swallow you up and make you disappear.
“I'm sorry y/n… I really am.” San says, awkwardly putting his arm around you. You stand there, partially embraced by San as your head just spins 100 miles a minute. He says something to you that you don't really hear before walking away from you.
You feel your knees get weak, you're going to drop but before you can, you feel an arm tightly wrap around your shoulders, keeping you up right.
“I got you.” The voice murmurs. You look over to see Minho beside you, Han grabbing onto your other side, both men guiding you to Minho's car. They were both completely unbothered by the rain, whereas you were shivering like you were in the middle of a Canadian winter.
Minho opens the back passenger side door for you, letting you slide in before he rushes towards the driver's side and Han gets into the front. Minho starts the car and blasting the heat in the back pointing all the heaters towards you. You could feel the tears coming on but you didn't want to cry. Mark wasn't worth it to cry. He showed you who he was, all throughout the last 2 years and you just took it, you put up with it and gave him chance after chance. So now that he's fucked up again, it shouldn't hurt anymore. But it did, and you didn't know how to make it stop hurting.
Minho watched the road intensely for the short drive to the house. Neither of them spoke, thankfully. You couldn't do it right now. You were thankful he wasn't taking you back to your apartment because honestly, how do you tell someone you just met for the third time, that you can't go home because your boyfriend cheated on you, just like he did the second time you met. You felt so fucking stupid. The car pulls into the semi familiar driveway, turning off and the three of you sit there in silence. Not once did either ask you what was wrong, what happened or why you were so upset, but at the same time it was almost like they knew.
Of course they knew, they probably would have been able to spot what was going to happen next from a mile away.
“Do you want to sit in here or go inside?” Minho asks, breaking the silence. They both glanced back at you.
You weren't sure. You should probably go in, but you felt it to be a little strange. Going back into their house a few days later. You could just feel the “I told you so.” From Jeongin already.
You should have listened to the strangers. Before you can answer his question, the front door swings open, a pissed off looking Hyunjin stomps out onto the front porch. You watch as he and Chan argue, both of them looking like they were going to rip each other's throats out. For some reason, you felt compelled to get out of the car, like you needed to get in-between the two of them, so that's what you did. You left the car door open as you rushed up the steps, moving between the two fuming men.
“What the hell, you guys?” You snap.
Both their faces immediately soften as they look at you and your red, puffy face.
“Us? Why are you back? What happened?” Chan asks, grabbing onto your arm. His hand was like ice, it sent a chill down your spine.
“She just about collapsed in the rain.” Minho pipes up, closing your door for you. “We don't know why.” He murmurs, looking between Chan and Hyunjin.
“Come on, let's get you inside.” Chan murmurs, guiding you in. “We'll finish this later.” He says to Hyunjin, who follows closely behind you.
An hour, some hot coffee not made by Changbin, warm towels and blankets and some laughs later, you're dry with 8 men sitting around you, all of them desperate to ask you what happened but all of them waiting until you're ready to tell them.
“I guess you wanna know what happened?” You ask.
“Who? Us? Nah, if you're not ready.” Han smiles.
“Yeah actually, that's what we've all been waiting for. Spill it, L/N.” Seungmin says.
“One of Mark's friends… he uh, he told me Mark is still cheating on me.” You murmur.
“Are you surprised?” Minho asks. He seemed genuinely curious.
“I mean a little? He begged me like a little bitch to not leave him..” you mumble.
“I'm so glad I didn't serve him coffee.” Changbun murmurs under his breath.
“I'm sorry y/n.” Chan says. “What's your plan now?”
“Plan? I don't have a plan to be honest. I don't know what to do.” You sigh.
“You can stay here until you decide what you want to do.” Jeongin smiles.
“Yeah, as long as you need.” Hyunjin agrees.
“I have nothing. None of my stuff. Ugh. I can go back for a few days. When he hangs out with his friends he's gone for days at a time.” You mention.
“Well here, take my number, call me when he comes back and we'll come over and help you get your stuff out.” Chan says, putting his hand out for your phone. You give it to him, just in time for Han to mention something fun.
“You can come to the party!” Han smiles.
“Party?” You ask.
“Yeah, we're having a party on Saturday.” Felix confirms.
“A party sounds fun.” You say. “A good distraction.” And that's just what you needed. Was a night away from real life, something to take your mind off of the issues in your life.
But nothing ever works out quite the way you hope it will, does it?
