Finding out a secret civilisation of ancient lizard people might be surprising for some. They are actually real. Why nobody ever revealed them? It's pretty simple - they get rid off of any witnesses. They might just be killing them or brainwashing them and turning people into sleeping agents. What is obvious is that they are growing suspiciously quickly in numbers. Not like it actually matters as they already rule the world. Please, remember that not every Lizard person belongs to this secret society. Don't bully your Lizard neighbours. You'll either just come off as an awful person or if they actually do belong to that civilisation, you might just disappear without trace.

Fic Fest FAQs!

Welcome to the official blog for the first Transformers Kinkfest!

This promptfest will be running for two weeks from 17 - 31 October 2024, with daily prompts (based on your submissions). The list of prompts will be released in August to give you time to write/draw/create - then, once the fest starts, share your creations for each day's prompt!

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN 18+ EVENT.

What kind of prompts will these be?

Each prompt on the main list will be a Transformers-specific kink. There will also be an alternative list with broader prompts (like, say, bondage). Feel free to pick from either list or combine the two, and feel free to make different decisions on different days - up to you!

As for what Transformers-specific kink means: basically, these are kinks that rely on/take advantage of Transformers being Transformers. These can include kinks that depend on Transformer physiology, like fuel-siphoning or alt mode sex, but they can also depend on Transformer culture, like faction roleplay. (Those have all been suggestions to date, btw. :))

What if I have a prompt idea but I don't know what the kink would be called?

Totally okay! We're flying without a star chart here - it's not like even the estimable TF Wiki has a list of Transformers kinks :D. Describe it as best you can, and I will try and sum it up for the list as best I can. There will probably need to be some explanatory notes to the prompt list...

How do I suggest a prompt?

Send an ask with your prompt idea. I can't guarantee that every idea will be included - it will depend on how many we receive, and I'll also use my discretion when it comes to picking prompts.

So I’ve talked about Njano here

And I’ve talked about the background skinks in this post

But I just realized I never posted my headcanons about their leader herself, so now I bring to you….

Shupavu Headcanons

While Njano opens up to just about anyone who asks, Shupavu tends to leave her walls up most of the time. She’s very secretive most of the time, only letting her feelings out to her closest friends or really whenever she feels like it (which isn’t very often)

Unlike her fellow skinks who had someone to teach them how to survive, Shupavu was all alone from the start. Everything she knows comes from learning the hard way: having a near death experience and watching other skinks get eaten. Luckily, she’s a very fast learner

She formally met Kenge when she woke up from a nightmare and went for a walk to clear her mind. Kenge just so happened to be near the volcano for the same reason and they ended up having sort of a heart to heart. It was actually her idea to make Kenge the skinks’ personal bodyguard. She used her “lizards stick together” motto to make him an ally and now they’re all-buddy buddy. She includes him and Sumu on all the gossip and shows them the best places to find bugs in return

Speaking of Sumu, she invited him to hang with the group as soon as she saw how friendly he was with Kenge. It was pretty easy to get him to join, all she had to do was say how no one should be alone. She’s VERY smug whenever she introduces him 😏

The only way to really get her mad is if you insult either one of her friends or Ushari and you’ll instantly regret it. Janja once badmouthed Ushari in front of her and not only did she go OFF but she also scratched him (granted, it wasn’t too painful due to her small nature but it DID humble him enough to listen). Not even Kenge had the time to yell and bite him cuz Shupavu beat him to it

Along with Nyororo, she’s very attractive in skink terms. Sumu learns this in my Bodyswap idea where he gets catcalled by some male lizards while minding his business in Shupavu’s body. Having no idea what tf catcalling is, he casually turns around and says “thank you”…which catches the guys off-guard cuz imagine a deep, scary, clearly masculine voice coming out of a hot girl’s body 😭

Like Njano, Nyororo, Nyata, and Nyeusi, she too has her croc buddy. In her case, Wakali. Wakali looks up to her and she teaches the young croc how to be a good leader. Shupavu’s basically her idol :)

When the female Outlanders are having a girl’s day out, she’ll usually be chilling on Jasiri’s back

The reason she hates being near Pride Rock so much is because she had too many near death experiences there. Apparently, it’s a fine place to get snatched up by a larger predator for a snack so she’s not taking any chances. There’s also the high chance of her getting stepped on and she’s not dealing with that

She’s the one who said “I love you” first, both when she was with Ushari and with Njano. Definitely one of her favorite memories :)

She sees all her fellow skinks as her family. They’re all she has and there’s no way she’d ever want to lose any of them. If one skink goes missing, she’s hosting a search party and they’re gonna find their friend if it’s the last thing they do. If one of them dies, she’ll mourn for days. She may want respect, security, and may have wanted to help rule the Pridelands in the past, but she NEEDS her group. She doesn’t know what she’d do without them

Go ahead, call the skinks whatever you want: evil, deceptive, cowards, snitches—but don’t ever say they don’t care about each other because their friendship is EVERYTHING

I’m posting this here because why tf not, it’s a bit from a fic I’m writing. So please let me know what y’all think.

His better nature got the best of him, the human side, the side that his mother had raised and nurture against all odds because she loved him way too much to let his godly nature take over, even as a child.

It was odd to think about, he knew how much he changed when the celestial part of him took over. How eldritch it could make him when he let his fathers nature take hold. He was a demigod, only half human, and sometimes, it showed. He’d seen it during the Giant war, when demigod had to fight for the sake of their entire race of people. He knew it affected all the children of the gods, but children of the olympians had it worse, children of the big three even more so.

He’d seen it in Jason in the way that his skink had become translucent and you could see the lightning dancing beneath his skin, in the way that his limbs had seemed elongated and seemed tpo twist and turn with the very winds that he controlled.

He’d seen it in Piper, when her features became damn near alien, looking both beautiful and terrifying and ever changing and terrible, how her voice sounded like the call of a banshee and a siren all at once.

He seen it in Leo, when he literally became a beast of fire and skin and lava and metal, when he’d become unrecognizable and could only be compared to a living sun.

He’d seen it in Hazel, the way her arms became living jewel stones and metals, yet still moved in the way that a human’s would, and her eyes became bright red, almost like they were replaced with rubies.

He’d seen it in Frank as well, with the way his hands dripped with blood and how jagged weapons protruded from his back yet didn’t seem to hinder the Roman demigods movement in any way.

He’d seen it in Annabeth, too. The way her head had swiveled around much further than it was supposed to. How her features turned almost owl like and her neck elongated slightly. How her eyes turned almost see through and he was sure that he could see the information being recorded in her eyes as she looked at the battle field.

He’d seen it in himself, when his arms had turned into water and his teeth had sharpened into something like sharks teeth. Much like that of Charybdis, his fathers monstrous daughter who currently occupied the Sea of Monsters. He saw it in the way that he became feral and vicious, almost like he’d let the most dangerous currents of the sea take control of his body. That was the day that he had accessed the full scope of his fathers powers.

Went hiking with dad yesterday and it laid me tf out today. It was the first time I'd really done any walking in a while and I guess I severely underestimated how much quarantine has weakened me. It was still good to get out...saw several animals including skinks, earthworms, grubs, and a HUGE clicking beetle, so that was nice.

We did about 2 miles and I passed out by 10 last night with absolutely no pharmaceutical help, which is unheard of for me, and then I could barely move today. Hoping I'll be able to get more done tonight or tomorrow at least.

Sumu:

According to the wiki, Sumu’s apparently a Tanzanian red clawed scorpion, which is weird cuz he the only thing that’s red are his eyes, but that’s it. No redness anywhere else. I looked up some other venomous scorpions and I think he may be a hybrid of that and either an Emperor scorpion (which he resembles the most) or another species called a Rough thicktail scorpion, hence the black claws. Though he just says he’s a Tanzanian red claw and nobody questions it cuz why tf would you question a deadly killer?

Very few animals know about Sumu being a hybrid, which would be the skinks, a few other scorpions he’s met (including his many siblings), and Kenge

Speaking of which, they’re besties. They’re both venomous creatures that are smaller than everyone else, but still instill fear in just about everybody

The main reason why he was deemed “bad” was cuz that’s how everyone pretty much described him all his life. He was told something along the lines of “scorpions don’t make friends except with each other” and when he tried to debunk that, animals just ran away from him assuming he was gonna sting them for no good reason. They thought scorpions like him poisoned animals just to do it. Eventually, Sumu gave up on making friends and was like “If they say I’m bad, then so be it”

“They want me to be the bad guy? Fine. Now I’m the bad guy.”/ref

He never had any ill will towards Simba tbh. He was just doing his job as an assassin. It wasn’t personal. It’s just business.

This one is pretty canon, but I like how he gives off “quiet kid” vibes if you know what I mean

The skinks have taught him to spy on the other animals. Now he knows what everybody’s up to (and their weak points)

The Skinks:

I have one headcanon for Shupavu, Njano, and all the other skinks and it’s that they’re little shits who lowkey take advantage to Kenge and Sumu acting as their personal bodyguards. Like they will purposefully piss you off, then when you chase after them, they run behind/near Kenge and/or Sumu and now you gotta deal with a scorpion and a huge venomous lizard. They are UNTOUCHABLE.

-Actually, scratch that. I got another hc: Njano is basically the Hodari of Kiburi’s float, except he doesn’t hold the title of an “honorary crocodile”. He’s just tags along for the ride.

Kiburi’s grown to like the little guy. He may be a little annoying and kind of a goofball, but he’s smarter than he looks and Kiburi respects that. Njano may not be able to help in a fight like Hodari can, but he’s like the ultimate hype man (lizard). He’s literally over there cheering from the sidelines.

It’s kinda funny to look at the similarities between Hodari and Njano: they’re both small lizards, they’re both positive and optimistic, they’re both yellow and blue….I’m just saying

Honestly, I was not prepared for Sumu’s voice in his episode. Don’t get me wrong, it’s really cool and it suits him. But the minute I heard him speak, I was like

Headcanons about (mostly) the Outlanders cuz I think I’m going back to my Lion Guard phase

Hyenas:

Like I said in a previous post, they’re basically the next generation of Shenzi’s clan

Also like I said, Chungu appeared out of nowhere. He’s most likely an orphan who was fortunate enough to meet Janja and Cheezi and they’ve been together ever since

All of Janja’s clan have been friends since they were all cubs and they’ll stay like that forever :)

Nne is the best singer out of all of them (mainly cuz he’s voiced by Beau Black, who sang “Here comes the Lion Guard”)

Oh, and he was SUCH a mama’s boy. Always hoping he’d make his mama proud

It took Tunu and Wema a while to get used to Janja and his clan, but when they did, they absolutely adore Chungu and Cheezi. The two hyenas who they thought were bad turned out to be really nice

Jasiri sometimes turns to Nne and Tano for advice and even takes their suggestions on how to hunt. She appreciates their intelligence a lot more than Janja did (although he kinda likes to brag about them cuz they were in HIS clan after all)

I know I saw a comic on Deviantart about how Shenzi, Banzai, Ed, and the rest of the clan left in the first place because they were scared of Zira and what she would do to them when they found out who REALLY killed Scar. And you know what? I 100% agree with it

And yes, they all came back when they discovered Zira died. It was a very wholesome and emotional reunion. Everyone cried tears of joy, everyone’s parents were alive and well, they all caught up, it was adorable

Chungu would eventually notice he doesn’t have anyone to reunite with and goes off on a little journey to find his parents, not knowing he doesn’t have any and despite not remembering much about his childhood. It’s okay though, with the help of some animals that he meets (and some VERY obvious signs from Ushari’s ghost watching over him), he comes to realize that his clan are all the family he needs

Crocodiles:

Pua used to be exactly like Makuu when he was younger, which is why he has faith in him and believes he’ll learn with experience. Needless to say, he was right.

And for the record, he thinks Makuu’s doing great :)

Pua keeps up with all the gossip in both the Pride and Outlands. Being banished from the float gave him some benefits (and he’s doing just fine)

Being the friendliest croc in Africa, he’s become sort of a grandpa figure to everyone. He even pays his former float (and Kiburi’s) visits sometimes to catch up. Even Kiburi enjoys his company

May or may not be hard to believe, but Makuu and Kiburi used to be pretty close, especially when they were little. They were inseparable, telling each other everything and sparring with one another. It wasn’t until adulthood when Kiburi realized Makuu was always one-upping him in every way and it made him feel second-rate. And no one wants to feel second-rate. Pretty soon, he managed to get some obsession for beating Makuu…just once. He wants to be better at Makuu at one thing. It’s all he ever wants

Some crocs are more prone to showing emotion than others and Kiburi is the toughest one to crack. Super rare seeing Kiburi show any emotion other than annoyance, but it’s possible when you really get to know him

He’ll never say it out loud, but Makuu lowkey thinks about the past often. He sometimes misses the simpler times when he was young and didn’t have to worry about being a leader or having some of his float go with his now rival. Now he has no choice but to look forward. A lot of animals change. He did, maybe the other crocs would too…maybe he and Kiburi could even be friends again

Kiburi actually cares deeply about his float, since he considers them his true friends for sticking by his side. Being…well…himself, he hides it well and claims he’s indifferent towards them. Just know when he says that, he’s straight up LYING

Crocodiles know how to sing, a lot of them just choose not to unless it’s for special occasions like Kupatana. Kiburi has never sang in his life, but boy can he rap. If crocodiles or anyone else in the animal kingdom did rap battles, Kiburi would win every single one of them. He is THAT good.

Vultures:

Mzingo and his parliament have been friends with Shenzi’s clan for ages, which is why Shenzi trusted him to raise Janja and the other hyenas when they were cubs. And Mzingo did just that

He’s never had to deal with kids before, so wasn’t the best parent. But goddam did he try his absolute best

Mwoga is totally in a relationship with the harrier hawk, Mpishi and everyone else lowkey makes fun of him for it

Being the most sane, the vultures are usually the ones who have to witness everyone else’s antics. They’re always greeted with a “Morning!”

Like Mzingo would catch the hyenas having a dance party for no reason then Janja locks eyes with Mzingo and is like “….Uh…morning, Mzingo!”

Yes, that’s a Bluey reference

Jackals:

They might be/have been menaces to other animals, but they’re the African version of the Heeler family from Bluey. Super wholesome, super adorable, and whenever you see them, you’re like “awwwww”

Dogo is a mama’s boy. There, I said it

GoiGoi is like Bandit with his pups. He’s very committed to his role when he’s pretending to be the prey during training…when he isn’t sleeping

Sometimes, GoiGoi talks in his sleep and the subject is always about Reirei…it gets really awkward really fast

Dogo and his siblings annoy the living hell out of everyone by asking too many questions that refuse to let you sleep at night…or questions that are too..personal for them to get a straight answer (ex: “why don’t you have a mate?”)

They’re surprisingly very good friends with Tunu and Wema….except they can be bad influences

Reirei may be sassy, but she’s got the warmth of 1,000 suns to her friends. She’ll always be there when you need her

Kenge:

Oh boy, here it goes…

So since female monitor lizards lay 8-50 eggs, I’mma say Kenge had a LOT of older siblings and they all had to care for each other until each of them could fend for themselves. Kenge happened to be the runt of his sibs. The last one to hatch and the smallest of all his brothers and sisters

Kenge was NOTHING like the hateful lizard he is now. He was a doormat, a sweetie, he genuinely smiled, he wanted to make friends. Unfortunately, that just made everyone see him as weak

Being the youngest and smallest, he was often picked on by all of them. Pushed around, had his tail stepped on, called a butt load of horrible nicknames regarding his size, you name it. And it wasn’t just his family, it was every other animal he met! They all just talked down to him and always referred to Kenge as “the little lizard” instead of using his real name. And he hated it each time they used it

He met Ushari at a young age and they’ve been best friends ever since…Kenge’s only friend, actually. Ushari was really the only one who understood him (being constantly disrespected his entire life) and the entire reason why Kenge finally stood up to himself. Kenge misses him so much

Thanks to Ushari, Kenge decided it was time to stop all the intense bullying when he grew up a little. His bully this time was a young leopard (maybe a young Mapigano or one of Makucha’s friends idk). The leopard had purposefully stepped on his tail saying “Watch it, little lizard!”. That was the breaking point. Kenge bared his teeth and bit the big cat on the leg, hard. Everyone else who was laughing wasn’t laughing anymore. Kenge demands the leopard and everyone there call him a big lizard from now on or else…and it worked! Word spread out pretty quickly not to mess with the monitor and everyone finally left him alone! He had to admit, he kinda likes being feared by the other animals. There’s something so satisfying about it. He obviously didn’t really expect everyone to be scared of him, but whatever works ig

His siblings finally started respecting him, but he went off on his own cuz he doesn’t want any more of their toxicity. The eldest told him that he can’t survive by himself when he’s that young, but he managed so take that!

Kenge usually doesn’t like making friends. He doesn’t want to get attached just so he could get stabbed in the back by animals talking shit about him. It’s happened before. Having said that, he’s managed to befriend the skinks and Sumu. Since he stays in the Outlands, he started talking to them and found them to be surprisingly chill (Yes, even Sumu). Now he’s super protective towards them and would absolutely go mental if you try to hurt them. He’s not losing his friends again

He co-exists with the other animals in the Outlands. As long as no one bothers him, he’s respectful towards you

Post all the events in TLG, he’s doing a lot better. He’s become a tad more open minded and has even become a little nicer to animals who are nice to him. He’s starting to get more in touch with his younger self. Not a doormat, obviously, and he still hates being called little…but he smiles a lot more now and is less hateful of everyone. And he knows that Ushari’s looking out for him in the afterlife

This guy:

I read in a fanfic called “A Crocodile’s Journey” (which is awesome btw) that his name is Neema (grace/favor) so I’m going with that

He’s mute for the most part, only communicating in grunts and hisses. All the crocodiles can understand him, the other animals…not so much

He’s smart like Nne and Tano, he just prefers to let Tamka and Nduli do the “thinking” cuz he thinks it’s funny seeing them making fools out of themselves. It amuses him

Kiburi: Neema, you were with them. Why didn’t you do anything?

Neema: *growling*

Kiburi: What do you mean you thought it’d be funny?

Neema: *laughing and hissing*

Kiburi: Woah woah woah, watch the language.

Nne:

Has a crush on Madoa except she’s not impressed with him (not at first, at least. She warms up to him eventually)

Was made fun of for his strange birthmark by some of the older hyenas

More optimistic than the rest

He has a weird habit of singing when he gets scared or nervous. While it’s nice to listen to, it gets annoying

Tano:

While Nne is a mama’s boy, Tano is closer to his dad (whom he also gets his accent from)

Gay cuz why tf not

He and Nne tease each other a lot, but it’s all in good fun. It’s just their sense of humor

Assumes the worst in certain situations. AKA he’s the one going “Welp, we’re all gonna die”

Hodari

He’s a forgiving lizard. He believes all you need to redeem someone is to show them kindness and forgiveness and he will gladly give them a second chance

Sees goodness in everyone

Believe it or not, he’s cool with the skinks. He knows they were part of Kiburi’s little scheme back then, but they’ve since made amends and he hangs out with them from time to time. Only thing is, they’re a bad influence. Hodari has accidentally used Makuu and his float as a weapon when chased by another predator. Granted, it was one time and he was actually in trouble (unlike Shupavu and Njano, who purposefully start shit only to play victim), but Hodari wasn’t thinking clearly and just did what his friends did. But don’t get me wrong, they wouldn’t just ditch Hodari (at least not nowadays). They will save him if necessary. As they say to each other, “lizards gotta stick together”. TLDR, the skinks are good friends, just bad influences

Oh, and he and Njano are close friends due to how alike they are. Not to mention, they tell each other everything (even though Njano already knows like half of the things Hodari says cuz the skinks are still spies)

Looks up to Pua as well as Makuu. Though unlike Makuu, Pua immediately saw potential in the little gecko and acts as a mentor figure to him

Coming up with at least one headcanon for some minor characters in TLG cuz I’m bored

Pua:

You know how I hc that Pua used to be just like Makuu? He was actually 10x worse. Waaaay more cold hearted and disrespectful than Makku was. He didn’t even give animals a warning that they were in his territory, he just attacked

He spent his whole life fighting, which is why he has the best technique of all the crocodiles. It’s also why he easily won the mashidano against the crocodile leader before him

He redeemed around the time when Mufasa was king, specifically during Kupatana. Like Simba with Makuu, Mufasa decided to give Pua a chance since he was the new leader of the crocs at the time. But unlike everyone else, he took the time to bond with Pua, able to understand where his opinions were coming from while teaching him how important the circle of life really is. Through his royal friend, Pua eventually saw the error of his ways and promised to better himself from now on

He was totally the dad figure in Makuu’s life. Kiburi’s too. All the crocs in Makuu and Kiburi’s float, honestly

Come to think of it, he was a father to basically all the reptiles in the pride lands. Always the guy you’d go to for advice

Makuu used to look up to him as a hatchling and he knew it. Used to rub it it everyone’s face back then, but he’s since chilled out as all the hatchlings grew up. He won’t lie, he still misses those days. Being Makuu’s idol kept him motivated to be a good leader and role model

He honestly wasn’t surprised when Kiburi started a mutiny. Kiburi has always been really independent and had different views than his fellow crocs. Even then, he never saw it as a bad thing. He doesn’t even think Kiburi’s a bad croc, he just made a bad decision….a REALLY bad decision. He blames the dry season (and later Scar ofc). It brings out the worst in animals, especially reptiles

Speaking of Kiburi, he visits him in the Outlands just as much as he visits Makuu. And ya’ll, when I say Kiburi actually smiles whenever he sees the old croc, I mean it. It’s not his usual semi-amused smirk, it’s a genuine smile cuz literally everyone else sucks compared to him. And not only that, but Pua tells Kiburi not what he wants to hear, but what he needs to hear: “You don’t need to compare yourself to anyone else, because you are a good leader in your own way. Nobody can take that away from you”

Tamka:

Because the wiki says he’s basically the crocodile version of Chungu, I’m gonna go ahead and say they’re close friends

I learned that crocodiles like to give each other piggyback rides for fun and Tamka does that very thing to the rest of his float. He did it when they were all kids, he still does it now. He doesn’t even stop at crocodiles, he’ll gladly do it to everyone else in the Outlands. He loves it

He can’t ride on other crocs though cuz of how big he is. He could when he was little, but not today

He’s always been the biggest croc, even as a hatchling. So big, he basically did a barrel roll out of his egg

Maaaaay or may not be related to Pua (they look very similar)

Nduli:

He’s the youngest out of the entire float (both Makuu’s and Kiburi’s)

Because he’s the youngest, Kiburi has made a promise to protect Nduli at all costs since he knows Nduli looks up to him (and he kept following him everywhere lmao). He’s kind of a big brother to him

He’s pretty close with Cheezi and they love hanging out together. Cheezi’s trying to teach Nduli how to stick his tongue out (nobody told either of them crocodiles can’t do it)

Badili:

Okay first off, can I just say what a cinnamon roll he is? He’s freaking adorable and I wish he came back cuz they made every single other leopard a villain. Like, he should’ve helped the Guard at SOME point!

Is friends with pretty much everybody in the Backlands and no other animal would dare pick on him cuz he’s a big sweetie. You mess with him, you mess with the entire Backlands (unless you’re another leopard but Mapigano doesn’t bother him anymore so it’s okay)

His goal in life is to befriend one of every animal in Africa, which is exactly why everyone likes him

Dahabu:

Has met pretty much all the other leaders in the pride lands during her visits and they absolutely adore her. Even Makuu doesn’t really mind her company

Thurston tries to hit on her but she keeps friendzoning him (girl please, you’re too good for him)

General headcanon:

Talking to your dead relatives isn’t just a lion thing. Other animals can do it too with their own species, they just don’t know it yet

Even Ushari can make himself known to other snakes if he wants to (which he does), but other animals can’t see him
