A truly happy ending 🥰

The first time it happened, it was to a homeless child. In a place where provisions were often hard to come by, it wasn’t uncommon for people to be abandoned, cast out to the elements. When times were tough, it was the weak and elderly that found themselves being turned away and denied even the simplest of things. 

The child had been a thin and sickly thing, small for their age and clad in nothing but rags. When the snow queen found them, they were already starting to weaken further. Had they been left to the elements, they would surely have died that night. 

This time however, the look in the child’s eyes gave her pause. Most would scream and flee in terror upon seeing the snow queen, for she was no natural looking being, her appearance torn between beautiful and hellishly terrifying. This child however, appeared relieved.

It didn’t take long for her to realise the child’s relief, came from knowing that they would not be alone as they passed. Knowing such bitter loneliness herself, she found herself unable to turn away. When she offered the child her hand, they did not hesitate, and so the first of them was created.

With the snow queens blessing, the child ceased to be human, becoming something that, until much later, would have no name. By her side, they found safety and love, and the snow queen found herself knowing true companionship for the very first time.

The second, was an old crone, her body hunched and withered from her many years, hands baring the scars of a lifetime of hard work providing for others. In her time of need, she too was cast out, her usefulness having long since passed in the eyes of those she tended. 

It was the child that found the old crone, and heard her plight, and the child who took her before their beloved snow queen. The snow queen hesitated at first, but the old woman’s tenacity and perseverance eventually won her favour. With the snow queens blessing, the old crone stood tall once more, becoming the second of her kind to faithfully walk alongside her queen.

As the snow queen slowly welcomed more people into the loving safety of her embrace, the towns folk began to grow fearful. Tales were woven and spread, of an evil queen who stole children and elders from the streets, freezing their hearts and dooming them to an eternity of servitude. More and more people became fearful, their fear birthing hatred and sinister schemes.

Such a creature should never have been allowed so close to their peaceful town and their respectable people. 

They would suffer her evil no longer.

For Both of the Dark Parables Blogs?

Yes, Yes I do have both Blog Names!

For the Fan-Comic it's found on @shadowroxz13's Blog as I think it's a collaborative piece between ShadowRoxz and her friend @booplesgear as they write and do the art for it respectively (Shadow writes the story, and Booplesgear makes the art.) I think the comic is on chapter 3 at the moment, Shadow is currently busy writing the rest of the story, but she loves to chat with people anything regarding Dark Parables and Cursery as well.

And for the Thirst Blog @darkparablesthorst Where every character from both Dark Parables and the sister series Cursery, are available for requests as their ask box is open for it! and I believe that it's run by @sketchlove, one of the oldest members of the Dark Parables fandom I've seen on here, they're writing is AMAZING and need more recognition for it.
