This is something I've been working on since early October, trying to compile as much of my headcanons regarding my version of "Kirby's species" as I can into one post. Some I have shared before, others I never mentioned here at all.

How one animation sheet changed my perspective on the warp Star part 1

SO YOU ARE TELLING ME THOSE ARE LEGIT WARP STARS AND NOT BADGES!?!?!!

IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW!!!!!!

I have a theory that the star warriors cannot survive without their warp Star (inspired by the soul gem mechanic from Madoka Magica)

1. The star warriors themselves

Almost every star warrior is shown wearing a warp Star except for Garlude, Arthur and all of the people in his crew. Maybe for those star warriors they hide it in their armor for protection and call it out in case they need it. For Garlude maybe she hid her warp Star behind her cape but because Kirisakin slashed her in the back, the warp Star Garlude wore shattered into too many pieces and that’s how she died. For Arthur and his men, we don’t really have that much info about them as warriors other than Arthur being the leader of the GSA. I will assume that Arthur, Dragato, Nonsurat and Falspar each hid their warp stars in their armor. For Meta Knight there has been times during the war where sometimes he wears it and at other times he doesn’t. After landing into Cappy town he no longer wears the warp Star implying he hid it somewhere in his armor or in another Kabu that we don’t know about.

Happy belated 23rd Anniversary to my favorite childhood show of all time

So this time I’m drawing them gijinka but with anime 2000s art style with those little cutesy chibi and umm I wanna to say thank the show for raising me as a kid who brings so much inspiration like my comic being made as Y2K as my dream artstyle and aesthetic. Drew them in a mixture of Kirby anime artstyle and Y2K artstyle cuz feeling like I’m living in early 2000s. Kirby anime is an awesome show that brings me joy as much I remember playing Nintendo N64, GameCube, DS and Wii when it comes to watching those show back then and all thanks to that for bringing me into GSA brainrot. Also I drew Kirby with his gijinka self with his chibi friends :3

(Playing Y2K late 90s music on my playlist hehe and growing up with this artstyle in my internet days around 2008-2010 has got me plus it reminded me that time I listen to Nightcore and Daycore)

Alright! Lore Time!!! Let me introduce you properly to Captain Barnabus Bulkar! He was the Caretaker of the young Knights of the Star Table, being a Fatherly figure to them especially to the young Prince of Stars when his Parents met their untimely demise. Captain Bulkar would give the children advice and teach them the ways of Chivalry and Honor as well as what teas suit any mood!

Captain Bulkar has experienced so much, from watching the boys grow into fine young men, to the Fall of the GSA, to raising another young one of his own dealt with a bad hand. He misses those young Knights, unsure where in the Galaxy they are now. He did send for a search party, but nothing came of it. To honor their legacy, he has been surveilling the Galaxy for the many crimials that plague it! Tracking down Space Pirates, eradicating any Demon Beasts that may still be lurking after the war, yet despite the pain of grief and regret, he remained strong in his heart.

Even more so, he is motivated to raise his young new star. Determined to stay by her side and help her when she needs it.

I will share more about Captain Bulkar and his Little Star as well as his Crew, the Sol Fleet, once I get their refs and doodles done! ^^

But yee, L.O.T.S Lore starts now! Yaaaay

It's the man the myth the legend Sir... Arthur? Othur? Which of these several IDs that came tumbling out of his pockets is real

He's not a fighter by any means; his skills lie in Talking, Handling Resources, and Scheming Strategy. If the general public found out his real personality it would make this job of Talking much more difficult and potentially make the entire rest of the GSA look bad. So. You'll keep quiet, right. Right

Why doesn't Marx want Kirby to forgive him, is it just the guilt thing?

Long story short, this is a combination of "the fear of getting hurt/rejected" & "shame and guilt," which results in self-sabotaging, but the main reason is...

HAMELIN REALLY MESSED UP MARX!

So, like Kirby with Cappytown... Marx was Hamelin's hero, but they betrayed him and thus turned to the dark side.

This all ties into his initial hatred for Kirby... he's very much angry at his former self for being so foolishly naive, and Kirby's good nature is too reminiscent of his former self.

That also makes it the main reason he could never truly hate Kirby... a younger self that he can't help but connect with. Leading to his "fake friend act" to accidentally grow to care for him and actually want him as a friend.

However, Marx knows he deceives Kirby the same way the people of Hamelin did to him... "pretending they cared for him." Using the very same methods, the townsfolk did to him... ("became what he hated")

This is why Marx doesn't have the heart to forgive himself... even though Kirby was always ready to forgive him and welcome him back with open arms. Because he knows he can never forgive the people of Hamelin... Why should Kirby? And, of course, he does!

The restoration of a friendship between Marx & Kirby happens~, But unlike the people of Hamelin, Kirby has this unconditional love for Marx and wants more than anything to have him back in his life.

I'd say these events happened after Planet Robboot... Marx finally makes his return and "saves Kirby?!" (I'm not gonna reveal from what because of spoilers)

With my interpretation of Marx, I wanted to take him into a sympathetic route (to make him stand out from the others). He still has the sass and mischievous charm, but I wanted to give him a proper reason why he is the way he is. It's a more heartfelt version of Marx that Kirby would want to be friends with and him in turn.

Marx represents "self-worth"; if people don't appreciate or treat you the way you deserve, then they don't deserve you. (Minus the piping all the Dark Matter back into the town as revenge...) KNOW YOUR WORTH AS A PERSON PEOPLE!

And he stands as one of the main reasons why Kirby ultimately chooses to become a star warrior. Moved out of the Popstar to travel and pursue his aspirations & dreams.

So Arthur pretty much reveals Marx's backstory to the rest of the Kirby gang... and needless to say, they're speechless!

He still doesn't want to be forgiven, so he stays with Magolor (which I cover here with Magolor's lore), but yeah, of course, Marx opened up to Mags about Hamelin. And that's why Mags is there, while Kirby & Marx are back in his place telling his story to Kirby. (Kirby saw it because of "empathic touch" but didn't know the exact details of it..)

And Dragato, yeah, he was already on his redemption arc (Falspar's already went through his with Fluff, so he's there for moral support, plus it's the reason why Arthur partnered up together).... he already knew he messed up. But now, hearing the full story that he was, not only did he fall for the people of Hamelin's lies, but... MARX WAS THEIR HERO. (I know kinda of shoehorned the crew for the sake of missing the gang, I just missed them I had to...)

There's actually a small bit of tragedy... while the adults sold Marx out, the children who really loved him would've vouched for him... it'll tie back into his character later.

And I know it seems like I'm painting Dragato in such a bad light, but it's part of his character development. And for those of you who don't know... HIS MENTOR WAS DAME MORGAN (LE FAYE)! So yeah, high standards, little affection, never impressed~

Which is why I still need to establish her a bit more! More Morgan coming up soon

I'm trying to get to the old asks I wasn't able to answer before (since I was still developing the lore...) And I just need a little break from the tournament plus, I've been working on some Kirfluff stuff for Oct.: Kirfluff week!

Also, little funny side notes and gags' "Hero to Zero... Hercules" reference and Mag's little side comment. Based on the meme, "you ruined a perfectly good child..."

~ made another magic au Kirby drawing this is mostly about Sword and Blade :D🌊💎🔥I also wanted to draw the GSA members again xD🌟like the GSA members, Sword and Blade have magic too but they receive theirs at a certain temples of some sorts while the GSA members learnt theirs on their own ^^

💫Sword Knight has water magic and can create magic water wings like Sir Dragato’s. Unlike Dragato, Sword can turn himself invisible with his water magic while Dragato can’t. He’s more calm than Blade Knight and takes stuff more seriously than him, he’s the one who avoids getting himself into trouble.

🌟Blade Knight has fire magic and create fiery wings just like Sir Falspar’s. His hair can sometime change color depending on his feelings. Blade is a bit sassy he can tease Sword for absolutely no reason it’s funny xD sometimes he gets himself into trouble. He and Mace Knight sometimes even hoard hide food in the battleship Halberd all for themselves and this makes Captain Vul mad xD
