For the crackship, what about Singularity and Inari? Or, if your not a fan of drawing humans, go for the Destino Inari?
[These are no longer open!]
Inari and Singularity create this absolute chaos gremlin child. What is their goal? Unclear. What is their gender? Fluctuating. They’re a headache for their grandfather, their uncle, and the whole of space and time! A gift for you, you’d like them, my friend!

*The Giratina approached Loki.* Giratina: Wow, you know, I've seen many faces around here but none that could compare to yours. If you were a gemstone, everyone would want you for their own. I find it truly fascinating the number of universes there are and I have not seen many where Pokémon are centaur-like like yours. You mentioned something about a performance. If I may enquire, what does that entail?
Loki turned to face the Giratina with a casual glance, only just slightly realising once his speech continued, just how actively he had been flirting with her.
Well. This one certainly had a way of introducing himself, didn't he?
The hybrid's face flushed a bright red in response to the gemstone remark, ears perking wildly. Her tail slashed to and fro behind her, betraying what would normally be a more reserved, level-headed reaction. Maybe it was that he had caught her off-guard... or perhaps, even, it was the gemstone remark. She thought back to another very special human in her life, several centuries ago.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
"What a remarkable Pokemon you are, Jolokia."
She found herself staring at a fair-skinned woman, thin hair with dimming, almost unseeing hazel eyes. A hand gently cupped at her cheek, and the human had a warm, comforting smile on her face; though her body had been wrinkled and spotted with age, it still felt just as familiar to the taur as it ever had. The elder woman continued in her creaking, time-worn voice.
"To think, so many others here in Floaroma never understood what makes you so special. Your gentle nature, your unique shape, a soft, inviting face that seems to seek love and validation..."
The human let out a soft chuckle. "Look at you. I wish I could make out your shape a bit better... these eyes just don't see well anymore. But that peppermint scent is as clear as the day we met... there are things I've forgotten. I think. But your aromas, the feel of your fur... it's like you're still that lost, little Skymintaur that wandered up to me and wormed into my heart."
Loki's eyes watered somewhat as the woman's hand scritched at her cheek. And the speech continued,
"As much as you're a sweet flower... you've also been more than that. They talked about diamonds in the rough... things others overlook because they're flawed. You're not that, Jolokia. All the years, the visits... you remember me. You still consider me your mother. You've brought me so much joy and you've brought this whole family priceless moments. Jolokia... I love you. You're a priceless little gemstone."
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The imagery faded almost immediately, though the final words echoed a couple of times in her mind. Loki snapped back to reality, suddenly coming to terms with the fact that she hadn't properly responded to the Giratina's question. She shook her head, wiping a stray teardrop from her left eye.
"H-huh? Oh, uh, thank you... uh, sir?" She seemed a bit distracted, and looked at her surroundings. "I... I'm sorry, just, had a bit on my mind there. I... universes?" She thought back to the invitation. "Ah, right... actually, I'm pretty rare in my own universe. Most of the Pokemon are either standardly-shaped or anthropomorphic. I'm not going to bore you with the genetics and science behind it all... just know that in all honestly, I didn't always look like this, with the centaur-like shape. Nor this particular mix of species... or this gender..."
She tilted her head some. "Oh, the performance... wait, wh- oh!" It clicked now what Singularity had meant. "Oh, you must mean my daughter Bijoux's performance. Yeah, she brought a concert grand harp here; she said she had a really special song to sing that she thought would be really important and go over well with the crowd of legendaries and mythicals. But she still hasn't told me what exactly it's about, just that it might also be relatable for me..."

*The Giratina approached Snow, smiling.* Giratina: It is a honour to meet you, Miss Snow. I am a big fan of your antics, especially when it comes to my favourite little toy. I am the Void Spirit. Hmm, I suppose that is not the name you would be familiar with. I am the Giratina who helps to govern Destino's universe. The things you say to them, hilarious. Utterly hilarious. I'm glad they have someone like you who can share in their banter. Keep it up, I find it incredibly entertaining.
*He looks around and lowers his voice to that of a whisper*
I probably shouldn't share this with you. I know the chosen one would not want to make their feelings clear but, as much as it doesn't seem like it, they enjoy your company. You're one of the first Pokémon that keeps up with their banter and they enjoy that. They wouldn't admit it, of course.
That actually surprised Snow, "I always thought it more of an unfriendly insult type situation, like a mutual dislike for one another, but if Destino sees it as some friendly banter, maybe I should try and look at it that way as well," Snow said, though it seemed like she was not only telling the giratina this, but also herself

“My own little slice of hell. How sweet.”
He looks away from the fellow Giratina. “At first it was just an outcropping if land, with an oppressive atmosphere. The pressure could choke anyone if they weren’t prepared. No time exists, the space always changing. No life except for, well, me.”
“I was the one who bent it into shape, the anger I felt wrought onto that stupid land until it splintered into more islands.” He gives a grin, somewhat unsettling as he reminisces his own past.
“Of course, if you leave a corrupted power alone, it has no outlet. It begins to feed on itself. Anti-matter cannot be stable in the overworld so, it formed within the torn seams that was the prison I lived in.” Quickly, Giratina’s smirk faded, a red hot glow searing from his eyes. “I was stuck in a world that never should have been. I was it’s lone life form. It starved itself until it discovered I had been it’s sole creator, and therefore ate at me.”
He turns back to Singularity. “You say your world corrupted your true form? Trust me, you aren’t the only one.”
“If a soul was unlucky enough to fall in, it wouldn’t last long.” He starts once more. “I would have died if I hadn’t adapted to it.” A grim fate to be sure. How long had it been since he had eaten something proper? Not that it mattered now. Noticing the drop in conversation, the black haired man turned towards Singularity with a grin. “Of course, seeing the same damn thing every day would drive you to insanity too I’m sure. Or you just grow accustomed to it. Different universes, different temperments.”
(@shimmeringtidepools) Gira@Singularity: His father would kill him if he knw he wasn’t back shackled to his world, good. There was something he wanted to know. The black haired male had eventually tracked down the fellow giratina, one he saw seldomly at the gala, and approached from shadows. “Pardon my intrusion, but you and I seem to be quite similar in a manner of speaking.” He started. “Horrible fathers, irritating siblings, banishment and the like, tell me honestly what is the Distortion World like for you?” Genuine curiosity swirled in his eyes. “For me it might be my only home, however it is pure hell.”
Sorry, can’t help myself. When I see an attractive-looking Pokémon, I must compliment them. And well, you certainly tick all of the boxes for what I consider attractive.
Anyways, regarding your question, it seems we are both in a similar situation. It’s nice to know I’m not the only one. Well, it’s not nice for the both of us but you know what I mean. The realm of distorted chaos, or distortion realm as it’s commonly known, is one I have a lot of control over.
However, it’s also been used as my prison. A prison where I was tossed away for years, never to see what was going on in the others worlds until I had learnt my lesson. I hated being trapped in there. Hated it. I still hate going there but at least I can exit it freely. The worst part was how void it was of life during my banishment. I couldn’t do anything besides sit and watch the world distort and morph. My true form became corrupt and, I’m going to be honest, I’m rather embarrassed to show it.
The realm itself has actually morphed into a similar look to that of the mortal realm, except with certain laws of physics being bent and distorted. That’s something I’ve had no control over and if I didn’t hate the place so much, I probably would spend some time observing why this is. It’s probably fascinating stuff. The realm has also opened itself up to many ghost types and a lot of them use the space to help the spirits of the dead move on. I think I’ve seen death itself wandering too. It’s not harmful to them if they’re in there for a short period of time. Anyone who’s in for a while may be hit with the awful side effects that realm has.
You mentioned yours is pure hell. In what way, if you don’t mind me asking?

Singularity and Reshi for the crackship???
Andromeda can be quite aloof, often preferring to spend her time to herself. With the powers of flame and antimatter, she is often considered the scourge of the distortion world. Deep down she has a sweet heart and loves her family very much.

*Singularity approaches Apolly.*
Singularity: This is quite interesting. I don't believe I've ever seen one of your kind look as you do. The Jirachi of my universe mainly deals with the affairs of mortal children. I'm fascinated with your link to paradoxes because that's partially the role of our universe's Celebi. Do you have any connection to your universe's Celebi?
Oh boy. If there was a group of 'coworkers' Apolly could not stand, it was the guardian angels. Every time anything came up involving children, those jirachi would always ramble on and on about the new babies they were watching or the children they encountered. They were creepy, annoying and too socially awkward.
"It is funny you mentioned celebi because they do serve a roll in our universe. While specialized jirachi log changes and track retcons. Celebi smooth out any rough edges if there are any in terms of egregious discrepancies. They are all overly serious. Good for their job, but horrible to talk to."
Even after explaining that to the giratina, Apolly was still annoyed. The guardian angels existing in other universes would show a sorry state of the universe.
"It disappoints me there are jirachi that obsess over children in other universes. Thankfully, ours cannot alter children's fates. If they could, every child would be immortal until they become too old and stop caring. I hate them so much."

Mew frowned, "I guess that makes sense, if Kumori did something like that..." she paused and shook her head, "I'd rather not think about it..." Mew smiled at Singularity's question though, eager to distract herself from the thought, "That's very perceptive of you! I had a hand in it, yes, but it was a joint effort, Arceus and I are actually equals in my universe, we're a couple and have been that way for a long time. I didn't just help create the creation trio though, I helped create my entire universe! Mostly the life, but there were some other things as well!" Mew beamed, it seemed she was pretty proud of her universe
@ask-the-history-teacher Mew@Singularity The Mew walked up to the giratina, “You look rather nice, I like the suit! Though you mentioned banishment? Why would someone do that? It seems rather cruel if you ask me… I’d never do that to my creation trio…” she asked, from the way she spoke, it seemed she was on the same of the arceus in her universe
Singularity: Well, don’t you look fine. That dress is simply gorgeous. It is an honour meeting someone as beautiful as you.
*Singularity laughed thinking of his banishment. Though it was awful, he knew it had to be done.*
Singularity: Was it cruel? Maybe. But if your son had caused some disaster that almost ruined you life’s work, I think you’d be angry too.
As soon as father saw what I had done, he took swift action. It wasn’t being banish for 1 millions years that was the worst part. Or being stuck in the realm of distorted chaos, never being given the option of escape. No, the worst part was the look of shame on my father and brothers’ faces as I was sucked into that place. I can never get that image out of my head. Though, my current meddling may end up with me banished again.
I am curious about you. You mentioned your creation trio. Does that mean that you are the one who made them? If so, that is such an interesting difference between you and our Ancestral Guardian.

Mewtwo stood in the corner, trying not to draw too much attention to himself. He felt intimidated by his surroundings and the sheer amount of Legendary and Mythical Pokémon. He’d seen, like, three Yveltal at this event already. And he’d never even met the one from his own universe.
His mind began to spiral a bit. What if they hated him? What if they didn’t think he was worthy of being a Legendary? Should he just go home? Would Lucario and Mew be mad at him if they left? Maybe he should just-
“You alright, kid?”
Mewtwo was startled by the voice that seemingly came from out of nowhere. He turned and saw a tall figure standing next to him, looking at him with concern.
“O-oh! Yeah, I’m- I’m good. Just, uh… a bit anxious. That’s all.”
‘Oh, Arc above…’ he thought. This was another Legendary - and a powerful one at that. He could sense their strong aura.
“Ah, I get it. Social events like this aren’t for everyone.” The figure’s voice was slightly raspy, but had a laid-back tone to it. “It’s pretty brave of you to come anyways, though.”
“Oh… thank you.” Mewtwo perked up a bit. He wasn’t expecting the sudden compliment. “It’s especially difficult with so many Legendaries around, to be honest… No offense, of course.”
“None taken. But, uh, aren’t you a Legendary yourself?” they asked, vaguely motioning to the Mewtwo-shaped pin on his suit.
Shit. He forgot about that. “Well, yes… but my upbringing wasn’t as… how do I put this… as traditional as that of other Legendary Pokémon…” He fidgeted with that pin a bit, adjusting it ever so slightly. He held his breath for a moment, waiting for the figure’s response.
“So I’ve heard. Cloning, right?” Despite what Mewtwo was expecting, their tone didn’t have a hint of disdain or malice in it. They seemed like they genuinely didn’t care whether or not he was a clone. Mewtwo nodded and let out a silent sigh of relief.
The figure took a moment to think before speaking again. “But why should that matter, if I may ask?”
“…Well…” Mewtwo was a bit surprised by the question, trying to formulate an answer. “It’s a bit nerve-wracking to know that other Legendaries probably don’t see you as one of them, I guess. It really takes a toll on you.”
They looked at him for a moment before speaking. “…Exactly how certain are you about that?” They tilted their head to the side a bit, clearly curious. “How certain are you that other Legendaries dislike you?”
“I don’t know… 90% certain, I think?”
The figure looked at him with a slightly doubtful expression.
“Okay… like, 85%, then.”
Same look.
“70%?”
Their face didn’t change.
“Okay, fine. I… I don’t actually know if they hate me or not…” Mewtwo admitted. “I just… have a hunch.”
His companion chuckled to themself a bit. “Why don’t you ask them, then?”
Mewtwo was taken aback. “I- I can’t just ASK them that! I can’t even TALK to other Legendary Pokémon very well!”
“You seem to be talking to me just fine.”
“Well, this is different, I guess. You’re not from my world - you’re not one of the people that could potentially decide my fate if I did something to anger you.” Mewtwo didn’t want to admit it, but they did have a point, though. He’d been able to interact with other Pokémon just fine throughout this event - legendary or not. Maybe he could-
“What makes you think I’m not from your world?”
“…What…?”
“You’re assuming that I’m from a different universe. That’s not exactly the case, believe it or not.”
Mewtwo froze. He finally realized what they were implying.
“…Arceus above, YOU’RE…”
Surprise! Kenos (They/He) has joined the Gala and is open for asks!

my favorite & least favorite Pokemon from each generation!
GEN 1
FAVE: VENONAT
my lovely buggy boy! this is partly for nostalgic reasons as my very first slot car i built with my father was called VENOM, and had a little Venonat figurine perched on top. but the design is also precious, a Kuriboh style fuzzball gnat in a whimsical purple. also when it runs it hops!!! like a bunny!!!
Runner Ups: Nidorino, Poliwhirl, Porygon, Charizard, Haunter
LEAST FAVE: GOLDUCK
a wet fart of an evolution that loses all of psyduck's walleyed charm and replaces it with... nothing. it has no identity. even its pokedex entries are lame - it can swim fast and that's it. usually the simpler gen 1 pokemon still appeal to me just due to sugimori's art style, but no such luck for the duck.
that being said, i don't completely hate it. it just needs more to latch onto design-wise
Runner Ups: Rapidash, Hypno
(the rest is under the cut!)
GEN 2
FAVE: FLAAFFY
once my all-time favorite pokemon, although that has since been ceded to Venonat, i adore Flaaffy to bits. it has that perfect amount of cuteness and patheticness that endears me to some of my favorite designs, said patheticness owing to its stubby arms, mangy coat, watery eyes, and peculiar bowed stance when it stands up. i love the striped horns and tail, the colors are very pleasant, and the wool gives it a je ne sais quoi that the otherwise similar Ampharos lacks, almost like a wooly muffler and hat. (not knockin Ampharos btw, love it too). there's a reason Fynn took so much inspiration from this fluffy fellow!
(also, the rental Flaaffy in Pokemon Stadium 2 had Thunder Punch and Fire Punch. considering the sorry state of rental movesets in that game, and my lack of an N64 link cable, Flaaffy carrying me through those fights may have helped cement our bond!)
Runner Ups: Skiploom, Dunsparce, Forretress, Unown, Magcargo
LEAST FAVE: TYROGUE
not only does it not really resemble the hitmons - maybe hitmonchan? - it's just not a flattering design. the bandages and ear guards give it some definition and trainee-like character, at least, but the colors are gross, and frankly it just looks too much like a human being. in general i dislike pokemon that too closely resemble humans and Tyrogue is one of the biggest offenders. even its name is dumb! it's not roguish at all! what a hitmonchump
(also the beta version was so much better imo. linked art by @racieb)
Runner Ups: Qwilfish, Smoochum, Noctowl
GEN 3
FAVE: DUSKULL
aww duskull... what a charmingly spooky spirit. the single red eye behind the skull mask is a killer design motif and i love its fishlike phantom body, arms tucked behind its back in eternal contemplation. so halloweeny!
Runner Ups: Trapinch, Lunatone, Illumise, Shedinja, Tropius
LEAST FAVE: DELCATTY
it lacks in personality, and i don't think the color scheme looks good. its head shape also freaks me out the longer i look at it... but i do like that its neck resembling a pincushion, that's clever
Runner Ups: Castform
GEN 4
FAVE: REGIGIGAS
hey look, it's game freak's favorite whipping boy! i'm a sucker for hulking construct-type designs and regigigas is such a thoroughly excellent example of one. the black runes and mossy accessories give it a feeling of ancient, unknown significance. unlike a lot of gen 4 legendaries, it doesn't feel overly busy but still feels complex enough to have that "legendary" impact
Runner Ups: Giratina, Carnivine, Torterra, Bastiodon, Gliscor, Drapion
LEAST FAVE: AMBIPOM
i have to say gen 4's designs usually feel distinct, particularly the new evolutions for older pokemon, which go out of their way to differentiate themselves from their previous form, for better or worse. not so for Ambipom, though!- which is just Aipom but worse in every single way. its once nimble fingers reduced to swollen udders, its cheeky grin slackened into a vacant smile and marred with an unpleasantly singular nostril, that dreadful haircut, and even the introduction of elbows to its vestigial arms that further emphasize the seeming impracticality of those wretched bulbous tail hands. and maybe even worse, it doesn't evolve the base concept in any way, aside from doubling the number of party balloons that limply float behind it, possibly the least interesting iteration on the existing concept
nothing unique to it is good or interesting, and that to me is way worse than a design that tries something new and fails
in terms of what i like about it... i guess it does seem like a pretty friendly guy. maybe he does tricks at parties. and it's nice that they can hold hands with one another in a group
Runner Ups: Gallade, Lopunny, Magmortar, Glaceon,
GEN 5
FAVE: HAXORUS
god if this thing isn't cool! the exquisite color palette, the subtle contours of its armor, the bloodred axe-tusks... elegant simplicity in a terrifyingly brutal beast. it feels out of time, jurassic yet medieval...
Runner Ups: Roggenrola, Heatmor, Scolipede, Cofagrigus, Mienshao
LEAST FAVE: GURDURR
there are very few pokemon that make me feel disgusted by looking at them, but here's one of them. its creepy lumpy head and bulging veins make me deeply uncomfortable. i must give credit for the base concept of a clown-ogre-construction-worker... that's ambitious, at least, and i think it pays off pretty well in Conkeldurr.
Runner Ups: the monkeys, the genies, & the musketeers... the fillerest of filler
GEN 6
FAVE: GOURGEIST
SUCH a fun design. it blends a candle and a jack-o-lantern into its own original creature with a very unique shape, and what a cutie at that! it coming in multiple sizes like a real pumpkin would just seals the deal. another perfectly halloweeny 'mon, it and Duskull would be best friends
Runner Ups: Avalugg, Barbaracle, Clawitzer, Espurr, Trevenant
LEAST FAVE: VOLCANION
one of the pokemon i forget about the most, and i am never happy to remember it. what a waste of the first fire/water type! its face looks constipated, its colors are lame, and it doesn't do jack-all with the concept besides the most obvious "it can shoot out steam." at the very least, though, i can say it has a unique silhouette. i think the design has potential, it's just that a lot of the particulars are very clunky and lame
(also, give me the fireball seal from the beta game freak!!)
Runner Ups: Hoopa, Braixen
GEN 7
FAVE: CHARJABUG
BEEP BEEP!!! oh how i adore this little battery buggy. i didn't think much of it back when it was first revealed, but as soon as i heard its cry i immediately fell in love. it really is unique, too - no other pokemon has this shape. even cooler it has a support-based playstyle unique from its evolution based around its Battery ability, improving its allies' damage passively. thanks charjabug : )
Runner Ups: Type: Null, Celesteela, Bruxish, Stakataka, Melmetal
LEAST FAVE: LYCANROC-DAY
i don't particularly dislike Lycanroc really (Alola's designs are bangers), but the rock typing is so thoroughly phoned in. and if you get rid of that you're just left with a wolf, an animal i don't care about. midnight form is fun though!
Runner Ups: Passimian, Toucannon
GEN 8
FAVE: SNEASLER
this pick is probably not too popular, but i can't help but love Sneasler because it looks so much like what i would doodle in my high school notebooks, monster people with huge claws and wicked eyes. it's a cringe OC and that's badass. it carrying you around in a basket is also just precious...
special mention also to legends arceus for making the diamond/pearl legendaries look way cooler. to me, anyway, i just think they're so much more fun in this surreal state
Runner Ups: Carkol, Cursola, Falinks, Ursaluna, Hatterene, Toxtricity
LEAST FAVE: CINDERACE
i generally don't care for the set of designs made for sword and shield. (my favorite gen 8 mon isn't even from sword/shield!!) it feels like over half of the dex is either a guy with a job, or tries way too hard to be "memetic" and funny. cinderace falls into the former camp, an uncannily humanoid and unnatural design. i also don't like the colors used... that being said, it's going for a very different aesthetic than what i prefer, so i can imagine some people loving this design just as much as I dislike it.
i think the idea of kicking a pebble that becomes a blazing fireball is rad though, and Court Change is a sick move
Runner Ups: Boltund, Eiscue, Kubfu, Coalossal, Skwovet, Greedent
GEN 9
FAVE: GLIMMORA
this perfect angel was one of the most unexpected delights of my scarlet playthrough. i love how otherworldly and surreal it is, its beautiful flower-like blooming petals that conceal its deadly poisonous nature, and its barreleye-fish-like-eyes that are at once adorable and haunting. it's amazing that we're 1000 designs in and game freak's artists are still able to create wholly new feeling concepts that are this cool...
Runner Ups: Slither Wing, Espathra, Houndstone, Ogerpon
LEAST FAVE: RELLOR
WHY DO YOU HAVE THE FACE OF A HUMAN, RELLOR?! WHY!?! i am begging gamefreak to stop giving so many pokemon mustaches and beards. i also don't like the weirdly smooth dunkin-donuts-lookin' dung ball and how none of its colors match the bug's colors... that being said, it does at least have personality, i can't deny that...
Runner Ups: Iron Jugulis, Frigibax, Iron Crown
well that was cathartic! to end on a positive note, i must say that I think Pokemon's overall design track record is very good. most designs have a likeable quality to them, and so many are bursting with creativity and charm. honestly even the ones i just criticized are probably some people's favorites, and they're not wrong to think so. thanks for reading!

Analysis time
First off: Marked in green, the Red chain. Used in DPPt and PLA to contain the spacetime trio.
Cool blue looking diamonds (marked in orange). Probably Dialga. Has the whole Diamond motif and all that.
Red arrow points to something, Might be Palkia's pearl, Could also be Giratina, or Phosphor's eye.
I hope you like the silly edit, I did pretty well for the like 15 minutes it took.
That's a whole-ass human fist. damn.
This scene is probably a snapshot of the Bucket rescue.
also, more mega meau.
Kind of different direction. the Diamonds look like PNG's here which amuses me greatly.
I've NO clue what this is about though. Teefsers tho.
Something is screeching here. Is neon blue, so probably Noe
Neck is crooked here. Obviously after the axe disaster. It might also be after the Palkia kill. Which would explain why Noe is tied up.
Giovanni's kid, Silver, here. With what looks like a Quilava.
Bingo, red chain is used to keep Noe secured and unable to skitter~
Blue diamonds are indeed dialga’s attack! Based off his in game from Legend’s Arcues iirc!
The eye is also Dialga’s… but why oh why would he chain lil Noe up ;>
Edit is phenomenal, 11/10, I did indeed snort.
That scene is indeed a snapshot of bucket’s rescue! Featuring the proper redesign of Meau’s Mega form! (Ya’ll now see why she got that random ref update for it, had to redesign it for this particular scene X3)
Diamond was painted as in singular, then copy and pasted them with distort for the right angles. I did not have the time or energy to make them look better after I had poured hours into researching how the frick to paint them in the first place…. Ya’ll don’t know the amount of things I had to learn to draw for these two updates =w=
I’ll give away that scene with his teefers, Missingno. was forced to watched to what happened to Bucket and Meau’s attempted rescue. Hence why he never appeared there to help himself and only came later! And yes, his neck is defo still crooked ;3
Last scene is actually @loupy-mongoose Jamie! I had permission to have them Cameo months ago, but updates took very long to get out X3
Though Silver is my favourite Pokémon character, so he still may appear yet.

*Singularity listened with interest, finding the differences between the larger Giratina’s life story and his to be rather fascinating. He also took note of the similarities too, having a father who banish his son for doing something considered wrong in his eyes. He wondered if father ever regretted the choice he had made. Something told him perhaps not but there was always a small slither of hope.
Perhaps things would have been different with the love of a mother. Singularity wasn’t certain about this fact however. Still, it was nice hearing he wasn’t the only one with similar experiences.*
Singularity: Yes. That answers my question well. Thank you. I, er, actually had something else that I’ve been meaning to ask someone about.
*He began to nervously shift around, wanting to ask another question that had been on his mind.*
*He felt the sweat drip from his face. He probably looked a mess to the larger Giratina. What would he be thinking about him? That he was pathetic for asking something as trivial as this? Perhaps he was incredibly foolish. It was worth a shot if he could find out something, even if it was a small piece of information.*

*Singularity approaches Calama, quite nervous.*
Singularity: Hello, erm, Calama. Or should I address you as lord Calama? Pardon me for approaching you but I was just wondering what your family is like. I have seen a small portion of Galadriel's and just wanted another perspective.
Calama: "Is that a sufficient answer?"

"Singularity."
The combination of that voice with his name brought Singularity utter dread. The Giratina did not need to turn around to know it was his father speaking and, judging but the tone of voice, he knew the interaction was not going to be a positive one. Turning to face his father, Singularity put on his best smile and rested one of his hands on his cheek. Perhaps this would quell the old god's anger.
"Father, whatever has brought you here?" A hot fury could be seen behind those green and red eyes, masked by a cold calm. Singularity knew that if he did not play this right, the arceus would snap at any second. His father stepped closer towards him, eyes glaring daggers, piercing directly into him.
"Your brother has informed me that you decided to go on an outing with that retched woman."
Singularity knew as soon as Galaxis had appeared at his date that things would be over for him. That his father would be able to find out the truth. Singularity, trying to feign innocence, looked towards the ground (or what would be considered it in the higher realms which they resided) and rubbed the back of his head with one of his arms. He took a small breath before trying to speak with his usual confidence.
"Woman? Whatever are you-"
A tremble in the higher realms shook Singularity down to his very core and cut off what he was going to say. His father moved closer, forcing the giratina to inch backwards. He could feel his hands start to shake.
"You know exactly who I mean, Singularity. Don't play coy with me, boy." That cold, calm tone. It was one that Singularity feared the most. His father outbursts were terrifying. But, when he was at this point, it meant awful things were to come your way. This was beyond his usual anger. Last time his father had used this tone was for his banishment. How was Singularity ever going to get out of this one?
"Your actions have told me enough. I saw you send Destino off to that little sleepover as a method to distract me from what you were doing. It was only when your brother came crawling to me that I was able to uncover some more details about your whereabouts. What you and that vile woman were doing together." Singularity could see his father grimace when he mentioned Galadriel. Singularity wanted to speak up but his father's ever-dominating presence crushed what confidence he could muster up. "I forbid you from speaking to or seeing that rancid woman. You have broken my trust by not informing me of where you planned on going and I cannot allow for you to betray me any further. If I or any others catch the slightest glimpse of you two together, you will be banished never to return here again. This is your final chance. You're incredibly lucky that I'm giving this to you. Do I make myself clear, boy?"
A small, solemn nod came from Singularity. He desperately wanted to explain his reasoning for what he did. Though, it would have been a lost cause anyway. Not like his father would be able to understand in the first place. If only he had that confidence that he showed during his confrontation after the gala. Where had that gone to? Gone like a flame that had been snuffed out. Singularity want even fully certain of what he had done wrong. Was it the fact that he had sent Destino out again without his consent? No, it didn't seem like it. It felt more related to his engagement with Galadriel. Whatever it was, he had to be far more careful in the future.
Arceus gave a glance towards his embarrassment of a son. Seeing the giratina's submissive and rather pathetic state made him feel satisfied in the scolding he had given. He began walking away from the Giratina, leaving him to reflect on his actions. Hopefully this would make Singularity see how serious this situation was. Though, he had to take one final measure. As his son, Epoch, gradually appeared, Arceus gave him a small nod.
He knew the dialga would be able to give Singularity what he deserved.
Just as Singularity was about to take a small breather and think fondly of his evening with Galadriel, he noticed a blue blur rushing towards him. Before he even had the chance to react, it brought him down, smashing his face down into the hard, void-like ground (the higher realms could form a ground-like structure if one wished it to be). The cold, metallic claws that dug into Singularity's face told him just who it was. Epoch. What did he want? He tried to wrestle himself free from his brother's grip, but Sing knew that Epoch's strength was far too mighty to match. He struggled and struggled, trying desperately to break free, but Epoch kept slowly pushing his foot down, crushing Singularity’s face under his weight. He was not wriggling his way out. Maybe he could try and talk his way out. Convince his brother to stop this violence.
"Epoch, what-"
Slam.
Pain flared in Singularity's cheek. Epoch did it again, slamming his foot hard onto the giratina's face.
And again.
And again.
Harder and harder each strike was. A relentless torrent of pain. He could feel his form starting to gradually dissolve from the force. Singularity tried to use his tendrils to remove his brother from him, but a quick flash cannon dealt with those before any movements could be made. Another slam from Epoch’s foot came down upon him, this one more painful than the last. A small tear appeared in Singularity's eyes. His brother was cruel however he'd never been this bad.
Scrape.
Singularity could feel Epoch dragging him along the ground, causing great agony. His face falling apart at every movement. He screamed, unable to take anymore of this cruel torment. After Epoch brought the full force of his foot down upon his brother, he stopped. He stepped away from the mess he'd turned his brother into and looked upon him with disgust. Sing struggled to lift himself up. He felt the world spinning. Vision fading. Feeling lightheaded, the Giratina turned to face the blue, blurry shape that stood in front of him. He felt the side of his face. A goopy mess that stuck to his hand. This would take a bit of time to reform.
Singularity chose did not respond. He just wanted to get back up. It was difficult. His head felt numb. One final kick from Epoch to the side of his head brought him back down. His brother turned away, seeming to be finished with his torture.
"You don't deserve to fall in love with someone. If I can't, then you shouldn't be allowed to. We are here to do our fucking jobs, not to piss about elsewhere. What I did here was nothing compared to what I would do if I were in charge. Know your place, scum.”
Epoch left Singularity on the ground to fend for himself. Perhaps his waste of space of a brother would finally take his father's words to heart. Singularity eventually rose up and sat in place, troubled by what he was to do next. He couldn’t leave this realm now. Not looking like this.
Singularity is available for questions.

@ask-the-royal-absol
As she listened to the giratina, Reshi tried to take in what he said. It was difficult to process, she had been overwhelmed by so many little things.
“I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect, I was just expecting to have fun.” She started, staring at the ornate floor beneathe them. “First thing when I got here, this absol decided I looked like curtains. Then I found a few of my friends, that was nice.”
A moment’s pause. It was hard to think the next event still happened only a few hours earlier this evening. “I trusted someone I shouldn’t have though…and almost payed the price for it earlier.”
She knew she was being vague. It still stung, acting so carelessly. After that she was far more careful.
“When I came back, I tried to warn that absol’s friend about him and the stupid pokemon got cursed to fall in love! Then they came over and both started arguing!” Heat rose in the small space. “The absol got punched after for what they said. I left after someone brought up something sensitive. I’m not sure who, but it wasn’t that absol…”
Her explanation wasn’t as cohesive as she wanted, but it sufficed. She wasn’t in a proper headspace to recount every detail from every event.
“There’s just so many people here who have absolutely no empathy or wish to be rude to others simply for the fun of it! That’s not even to say how many legends have been lying left and right! Do you understand how irritating that is?! I hate it, trying to block out that ability is so troublesome, I could care less what the reasoning may be!” Hot tears rolled down the albino’s face as she thought about it. She hadn’t expected so many smokes and mirror to other legendaries, let alone the amount of people present who would lie. It took a few moments for the heat to die back down
“It’s hard to be a good friend to others when you can tell when they lie to you. No one wants to tell you what their secrets are, or they avoid talking to you about certain subjects.”
She stared off into space. She couldn’t leep a secret if asked directly about it. Everyone who knew what she was had to know it. “I don’t know if I want to stay longer. I was thinking about going home. I’m not sure I really belong here.”
The silence between them was interrupted by the sound of doors opening. Staggered footsteps and slurred laughter followed.
A burst of flames radiated about her, as she went to speak. It was too late, they had already plopped down besides her on the floor. She flinched away from their touch, not wanting to be anywhere near the absol. A quick glance towards Singularity was all she got before the absol spoke.
To her surprise, every word they uttered was honest. It was a stark contrast between the pokemon she had encountered before. The stench of booze reeked off of them, something Reshi didn’t particularly want to be near. Destino might not have been the only reason her night went so horribly, but they were close to the top.
Even when she wanted to be alone they seemed to find and pester her. She was exhausted, resting her head on her knees, avoiting their visage. This night was just too much. Perhaps she wasn’t ready for something so big so soon. It had been 3000 years after all.

cw: giratina volo, pokehybrid au, volo centric, 3333 words,
pairing: Volo/Reader
summary: Volo escapes from his banishment and plans to forcibly usurp the powers of Arceus. Sadly, he finds himself played in a trap by the deity with a certain human sent to stop him and his own feelings.
-----
It was a lonely existence that he lived.
He lived in shadows, in a corrupted, distorted world that was unlike the one he could only observe from a distance.
Why was he banished here, unable to interact with others, you may ask? Well, the Renegade pokemon had perhaps made a certain creator deity a bit too mad with his violence. Still, Volo could not help but feel anger for his situation.
Cogita – Arceus – Whatever the damn deity wanted to call herself today, banished him to this world and prevented his reentry into the one he observed. Sure, he had foolishly attempted to stand against her and take her power as his own, but her own strength and that of Dialga and Palkia sent him here and left him. He felt his blood boil the longer he watched humanity through his empty glances.
Hisui, the land in which Arceus supposedly first made, had caught his attention for numerous reasons. It was where his first violent outburst had happened. The blond sighed.
Was this envy? Desperation? Did he want the deity that had created him and then refused to take responsibility for him to be forced to lay her eyes on him once more? He was lonely, he knew.
His long wings, shadowy and like tendrils, swished behind him as he moved. He wished to leave this place. It was both his home and his prison, but he was tired of being locked inside. Centuries of isolation could weigh heavily upon even an immortal being like himself.
His eyes landed upon the clans of Hisui, led by the two that had helped seal him. More rage bubbled up inside him. There had been enough of him waiting around.
An attack called forth from him, slashing the very fabric that tethered the space and time of where he was trapped and into the other world. Without hesitation, he stepped inside.
For a moment, there was nothing.
Then… there was everything. His body forcibly shifted in this world, wings fusing together into a singular entity and his ridges along his neck sealing into the pale flesh underneath. He gasped in a breath. Icy winds lashed around his as chilled water fell from the clouds. He tried to flap his wings, but he had not yet adjusted to his new form. The ground grew closer and closer…
And he crashed.
Volo laid on the muddy ground, eyes peering at the sky distantly. The portal slowly closed, leaving him where he was. He felt exhausted. Everything around him was too distant for him to gasp on to. His eyelids felt like lead as they slowly began to close.
Suddenly, however, a weight crawled onto him. He opened his eyes from the surprise to see a small pokemon had got onto his chest. The pokemon was egg-like and let out a small chirp, nuzzling into him. Confusion rushed through the dragon's mind. Carefully, he reached a hand out to touch the pokemon. It rubbed its cheek against his skin.
Volo felt completely awake.
A smile spread across his lips.
He had made it.
Arceus could no longer restrain him, and he would usurp her power for certain this time.
~
Time passed, Volo entirely managed to hide his features that gave away his true nature, both physically and psychologically. A merchant's guild had taken him in and employed him, much to his luck. He easily became a friendly face among the humans of the Galaxy Team and the clans. A travelling merchant who preferred to spend his time staring at ruins and artefacts rather than selling things.
He felt lucky.
His disguise had given him a perfect opportunity to go to the temple that lied at the peak of Mt. Coronet and begin his plan.
Once again, he unleashed his move and tore a rift in space and time above all of Hisui.
He watched as a poor sap was pulled through from some other place and time in the world. There was little reason for him to seek after the by-product of his destruction, however.
Over the coming days, he watched as the populace of Hisui became aware and frightened of the looming portal hovering above their lands. The person who had fallen through his portal had not a single a memory of what had happened to him before waking up in the frigid lands of the north most icelands. A certain pokemon of the lake had made sure of that.
He watched as speculations went wild, but not one dared to involve him. Volo escaped any suspicion of foul play by his friendly yet distant nature as a merchant.
Soon, the portal would force the clan leaders to act and try to stop the portal, lest it pull them in itself. Dialga and Palkia would fail, he knew. This trap of his design was impossible to stop otherwise.
That was what he thought, but then something he never could have expected came forth.
Arceus sought to spite him by bringing out a human to stand against him. Taken from out of space and time, falling through a portal similar to his own. He encountered them carefully, observing how they acted. They were nearly as confused and lost as the person he had accidentally brought through his own portal. He even challenged them to a battle to observe their capabilities there.
Needless to say, they easily beat his low level Togepi. He could feel their potential and pondered how to stop them before they became too much of an issue for him. There was something that he noted as they spoke to him, however. A twinkle of trust in their eyes toward them. He could not understand it himself, but any opportunity that bared itself to him would be exploited.
The legendary would set out to become your trusted ally. His friendly demeanour was obviously a welcome change to the harsh looks and suspicious glances of the Galaxy Team. He felt smug as he watched you head out to do your tasks, keeping an eye on you from a distance. Even scaring you once, much to your obvious distaste. You gave him a glare, but he offered you catching advice and an amicable grin.
It was only after you truly quelled a raging Noble, another side effect of his plan, that he realised that you would truly become a problem if he did not stop you. Volo felt frustrated Arceus would spite him with such an odd and cruel punishment. He felt even more mortified when you presented him a plate of Arceus.
… But Volo was no idiot. If his first plan failed, having a backup would never be a bad idea. You had a plate. A plate he knew very well could call out Arceus from her realm.
Poor you just had to be dragged into this by a cruel deity.
Volo's continued monitoring involved battles and attempts to dissuade you from your actions or helping you to the best of his abilities. It was most unfortunate that these involved your random bursts of bright smiles or blissfully ignorant words.
It was only after he found you utterly dejected after being banished from Jubilife when you had just helped everyone with their nobles that he realised something. A strange feeling had been beginning to bud within him for a quite a while. You were pitiful, truly. Brave and reliable, but pitiful. An outsider forced from your home by a deity to fulfil its job since it refused to play its game. When he called out to you, he watched as you turned to look at him, completely deflated. Even the clans had denied you assistance in your grave time of need, fearful of Team Galaxy.
He wanted to laugh at how pitiful the gods of time and space had proven themselves to be. Softly, he laid a hand on your shoulder and promised to take you somewhere for you to stay.
His campsite was certainly lacking, but it was not as though he could take you to his true home. Then you would be fully aware of how easily he was playing you. A pokemon from the team had appeared not long after you settled down. He shook his head at the action. If they truly cared for you, why would they have allowed your banishment? Volo understood your situation with ease. Which is why he decided to go with his second plan completely now. He was well aware of the plates you had collected through your journeys.
That is why he helped you mend the very disaster he had started. Gathering the power of the lake trio and using the red chain to stop Palkia and to stand beside her to stop the frenzied Dialga. He felt annoyed, watching from a distance, but amazed that you had the willpower to stand against the very people who wished ill-will upon you and stand alongside legendaries regarded as deities so easily.
Of course, he remained out of sight and away from them for good reason. One glance at him from either of those two would blow his entire cover completely away. Even disguised as a human, they would recognise him. He did not miss the glance back they would give back to his general area when he stood out too much.
Volo felt something when he watched Dialga embrace you after snapping him out of his frenzied state. Rage poured into his heart. Something about you made him want you all to himself, just as pitiful as you were during your stay in his camp. His plans were to keep you at his side after he stole Arceus's power for his own.
He would just have to convince you now, to help him with his next plan. After all, gathering the plates now on his own would be useless, as he only had a single one in his possession. Besides, he found himself oddly entranced with the idea of spending time with you.
Of course, you eagerly agreed, clearly happy to spend more time with him and wanting to know more about the mysteries of Hisui, too. Volo easily led you around the region, searching for the item required for his next plans. An unintended side effect of his plan unfortunately arose as he spent more and more time with you.
Hi chest tightened when you smiled at him, leaned against him during colder nights, hugged him after a difficult battle, or said such sweet words to him. There was no time to second guess himself at this point. He was too far into his plan to lure out Arceus once more to snatch you away and hide you in his dimension for all eternity, but, he supposed, if this plan failed, he would do just that.
Somewhere in the middle of his hunt with you, a familiar woman appeared before him and you while searching for information on the final plate he needed. Her grey eyes identical to his own, and an ancient, primordial energy swirled around her. He bit his tongue, knowing better to play her in her own domain. She just sighed and shook her head at you both. You tilted your head at her sudden appearance in the village.
“… Volo,” her voice was filled with heavy disappointment, “Have you learnt nothing?” Your gaze went between them curiously.
“Mistress Cogita, how rare to see you,” he forced a smile on his face to continue playing his part, “You know very well how deeply I love to learn about Hisuian legends and myths more than anyone.” As if he had not watched them develop over time from his prison as her unwanted child. She shook her head.
“You haven't then, I suppose,” her attention shifted to you, “He hasn't been too awful, has he?” You shook your head and turned to him with a sweet grin.
“I… I really like him, actually,” your voice was soft, “Doing all this with him has really made me see how much he loves his hobbies…” Cogita's eyebrow raised curiously.
“… I see,” she turned away from them both and gave one last look over her shoulder, “The Pixie Plate is in the Ancient Retreat. You know the place well, Volo.” With that, she walked out of the village and disappeared.
You looked at Volo curiously. He sighed and made up a story about her being his grandmother. They were distant, and that is why he never mentioned her before. You believed it easily. Assembly much easier than you would have believed her to be, the very being you were working towards summoning.
When he told you the story of Giratina, himself, as you walked to the remote location of the location given to you both by Cogita. Your brows pressed together as you listened to him carefully. In the end, he wondered what your opinion of the situation would be. You stopped dead in your tracks and hummed.
“If Giratina was unwanted, why would Arceus make it then?” you asked him curiously, “… You make it sound almost personal, actually. Do you sympathise with Giratina, Volo?” He froze, too. How astute were you? He supposed his bias was not hidden.
“I do,” he said plainly, “I believe Arceus should have taken more responsibility for its creation rather than banishing it. You should know all too well how cruel banishment is.” You were the stunned one this time. Your eyes went to the ground, but your hand grabbed his own.
“I do, Volo, I do know,” you told him, “But… I suppose I can understand why Kamado did, too… I don't know. Is Giratina still banished even after all this time?”
“… Yes,” he said simply, “I'm hoping it will make its appearance at the Temple of Sinnoh after we obtain all the plates.” You nodded but kept your hand locked with his. Stepping to his side, you leaned against him.
“Well, maybe after freeing Giratina from its banishment, it will understand why it happened,” you wondered aloud. Volo resisted the urge to roll his eyes. Still, the feeling of being so close to his goals, and you, made him elated.
~
The time came as Volo stood in his true form at the destroyed Temple of Sinnoh. Cold winds lashed at his skin as he stared intently at the sky where his portal once reigned. You were going to arrive soon. How would you react to this truth? Anger? Rage? Dare he even consider… Acceptance? Either way, you two were about to stand opposed. He could already tell that you would not support his urge to create his own, better world than this one.
As much as he had come to care and even… love you. He knew you could not support this, not as Arceus's chosen one. His brain had been a mess since that horrid portal spit you out and laid you before him.
“… Volo,” your voice was soft as he turned to face you. Your eyes were not wide but rather red and glossy. No words had to be said, you understood it all at a glance. “… You were behind it all, weren't you?” you decided to ask the question which held the weight of the world.
“Of course,” his eyes grew cold, but he would still try to have you see his side, “This world is cruel. Ruled by an apathetic deity who would rather banish a being she created rather than take responsibility for him. She is only intervening now as a means to preserve her power. I will create a new, better world.” His hand reached for the pokeball of the first being that had greeted him in this world. You shook your head and imitated his action.
The battle was intense. Volo had not shown you his true hand until now. Battling was something that came naturally to him, especially in a moment where everything lied upon his victory. You were no pushover, either, obviously experienced in your own way. Even after you defeated his last pokemon on his team, he refused to accept it.
If he…
If he lost, he would be banished again. Left in complete and utter isolation and only able to observe distantly.
He would lose you.
In his madness, Volo himself took to battle against you as Giratina, both of his forms employed. Still, even despite the harsh adversity of going against someone as physically strong as he was, you managed to rip victory from his hands.
He fell to his knees. Rage and terror brewing heavily with him. Sadness creeping in from the edges. You breathed heavily, watching him for any more unpredictable actions.
Nothing came.
A hand rested on his shoulder as light poured too brightly behind him.
“… Volo, that is enough,” Cogita's voice was harsh yet pitiful, “I do not hate nor do I consider you unwanted. I simply do not trust you to interact with humans and pokemon of this world without harming them.” You gasped at the sight of her, thoroughly different from the dark clothing she had worn in her human disguise.
You stood up tall.
“Please… Don't banish him alone,” you begged her, “Don't banish him at all… I'll watch him. So, please.”
She gave a curious glance at you and shook her head with a sigh. “Volo… You claim you love them, do you not? Why not protect the world they so love, then?” she questioned him. His head remained low.
You had been through so much pain, just as he had at the hand of Arceus. You were kindred spirits, but you had her favour while he did not.
“… Would you even allow me to come and go into this realm as I pleased,” he wondered? Cogita gazed down at him intensely.
“Of course, if you swear to quit causing problems,” she knelt down and softly brought a hand to comb through his hair, “I do care for you and want you to be happy despite what you believe me to be. Why do you think I even bothered to let you do all of this?” He froze from both her words and the unexpected affection.
You smiled down at him. He felt stuck. If he denied everything Cogita had said, he would be banished back into the Distortion World with no hope of ever escaping, and you would be let here alone. If he agreed, he did not know what to do.
“Fine,” he relented, “… Just don't expect me to be like those two.” Cogita laughed, unexpectedly.
“I never expected you to be like Palkia and Dialga in the first place,” she stood herself and him up. Her eyes, now glowing green, turned to you, “I will hold you to your words to watch him.” You nodded.
You walked over to carry him on your shoulder as you took him from her, his injuries from the battle still needing to be tended to. She watched you both with curious eyes.
Before she left, Cogita leaned into your ear and whispered that Volo was truly her favourite of the three before disappearing into the clouds above. You understood her feelings entirely as you watched the blond man barely keep himself on his feet.
“I love you, Volo,” you told him plainly as you headed back towards the nearest base camp, “I didn't want you to be alone again… I didn't want you to be banished from this world.”
He was silent for a moment after your confession. Closing his eyes, he soaked in the feelings that the words brought him.
“I love you, too,” he managed to get out.
Sadly, despite your love, he was still a wanted criminal in Hisui for the whole nearly destroying the world thing, so he had to return to his dimension for the most part. On the bright side, you could visit him and get away from the stresses of your Survey Corps duties.

(Love this groudon! The both of them are great!)
*Singularity approaches Terratlas.*
Singularity: I am rather impressed by you. Really, I am. What is your relationship with the Kyogre like? The groudon of my world it definitely not too fond of them and has had a few conflicts which had caused an incredible amount of destruction to the world of the mortals. Have you caused much destruction and chaos?
"AH, GRAND SERPENT OF DISTORTION, IT HAS BEEN MANY AGES SINCE ONE OF YOUR KIND HAS VISITED OUR REALM! AS A FORM OF GREETING..."
The powerful blast of water was enough to leave the Groudons head wet, but did not actually harm them. Oceanus stared up at them with an irritated eye.
"IT SEEMS I HAD ONCE AGAIN BECOME TOO FIXATED ON BATTLE AND FRIENDLY COMPETITION. YOU HAVE MY APOLOGIES, THAT WAS QUITE RUDE OF ME!"
"AS FOR YOUR QUESTIONS, YES, MANY MANY AEON AGO WE FOUGHT ONE ANOTHER. MERELY SENSING THE OTHERS PRESENCE WOULD SEND THE OTHER INTO A FRENZY."
"This is due to a number of reasons." Oceanus cut in, voice powerful and clear, the feeling of crashing waves and swirling typhoons following every word, "For you see, in the beginning neither of us truly were anything more than our instincts. We were Land and Ocean, opposite forces, and so we were unable to comprehend anything outside that. To one of us, the mere existence of the other was anathema."
"SO VIOLENT WERE WE THAT LIFE STRUGGLED TO PROPERLY FORM, AND WE NEARLY TORE APART THIS WORLD IN OUR ETERNAL STRUGGLE."
"Never would we be able to approach the other if it was for reasons of conflict or battle. Only should we converse peacefully would we be able to bear witness to the other."
"IT HAS TAKEN US MANY YEARS." Terratlas said with a nod, "WE HAD MANY WORKING WITH US AS WE GAINED TRUE CONSCIOUSNESS, AND OUR LOATHING FOR THE OTHER HAS LONG SINCE FADED. I AM ETERNALLY GRATEFUL FOR THE OPPORTUNITIES AND AID PRESENTED TOWARDS US." They gave Oceanus a toothy smile, "MY OCEAN IS WONDERFUL, EVEN IF THEY DO STRUGGLE TO CONVERSE WITH THOSE ON LAND, HAHA!"
"The feeling is mutual." Oceanus said with a low rumble, quiet but happy, "My Land may be loud, but they are bright in a way I am not. I am always appreciative of their aid."
