Unrelated, but I just realized how excruciating painful it would be if the three layered organ piano mess that the Happy Mask Salesman plays has to be tuned every so often like an actual grand piano.

Not to mention having to climb on the piano keys, (because there ain’t no way you’re even coming close to budging that thing from the wall) position around the huge golden pieces that seemingly hang on vertical lines, and look down at the thousands layers worth of hammers and strings just to find which “E” key went flat.

I just imagine him going something like this

HMS: “Alright! Time to practice my triads again! :D”

*the first note he presses is flat*

HMS: *deep inhale*

YOU SON OF A BITCH!

Whenever he’s the slightest bit irritated, he’d play this at least three times, to which it would slowly turn into him slamming his hands into the piano keys and eventually picking the entire organ up and throwing it at the nearest Link in sight.

That being said, it did make me wonder how many keys are on the dang organ to begin with, and I got a rough idea.

Here’s a VERY rough estimate of what I had come up with.

(TL;DR: Bro can play any note in existence.)

I started out with his body placement and had to go off of him playing “The Song of Healing” in the key of C3, or otherwise known as middle C, to which he would have to be sitting in that general area of the octaves to properly play.

I picked Octave 3 to be on the left of him out of an educated guess to where it would go from there, and it definitely went to me figuring out many discoveries.

First off, bro has to have the longest fingers to reach some of those keys, so pop off Happy Mask Salesman.

Second, the notes on the third layer covering nearly all of octaves in existence going from 0 to 10. The highest and lowest notes that are possible on a piano in real life are A0 and C8, meaning that this organ goes way beyond that range.

Not to mention this theory only covers the bottom row of keys. The most I could possibly say that the middle row consists of half sharp/half flat notes, and I would just have to throw the top row off a cliff if I even wanted to try and figure that out. Either way, I gotta say that he knows music theory better than all of us to actually comprehend this monster of an organ, so good for him!
