A Brief Overview of some of the Best Video Games I Played this Year
Aight, so I played a lot of video games this year. Big surprise. I did play Armored Core 6, and Sekiro, and Dave the Diver, and Super Mario Wonder, and Tears of the Kingdom. but you’ve heard of all those. You don’t need to hear about them again. For clarification this is about games I played for the first time this year. Not games that necessarily came out this year. In no particular order
1.Rhythm Doctor
Single button rhythm game. Far harder than it sounds. Excellent music, excellent gameplay, excellent story. Go check it out! Seriously.
2.Atomicrops
Twinstick shooter and farming sim hybrid. I got ridiculously addicted to this. Damn amazing game, good for the adhd. Very tight gameplay loop.
3. Shotgun King
Chess rougelike where you are a king with a shotgun. Actually quite strategically complex. Very fun time.
4.Lunacid
Basically a new indie Kingsfield. An excellent time if you enjoy old slow action rpgs. Amazing atmosphere, music, level design, etc. Great time.
7.Citizen Sleeper
If I had to pick a top game from this list, it might just be this. RPG about being an escaped robot victim of capitalism on a space station and all the people you meet there. Made me cry a lot. Very good. Just play it.
8.In Other Waters
The same devs as citizen sleeper made this. Also very very good. About a marine xenobiologist exploring an alien ocean. Also made me cry. Best game about the ocean ive played. Finished it in a single sitting.
9.Mosa Lina
Very neat puzzle game/immersive sim in the strictest sense. Your solution to any give level is truly your own, always.
10.Milk Outside of a Bag of Milk
The sequel to another very good game, milk inside of a bag of milk. Although ofc quite dissimilar from my own experiences, as a person who struggles with intense social anxiety and is generally neurodivergent, I relate a lot to both of these games.
11.Signalis
Survival horror game about being an android who is looking for someone. Another game you just have to play. Very interesting story and themes, and tight, classic-feeling gameplay.
Other games I played for the first time this year and loved, that you’ve probably either heard of before or I didn’t quite like enough to list: What Remains of Edith Finch, Everhood, Paratopic, No One Lives Under the Lighthouse, Hyper Demon, Post Void, Wrought Flesh, Dusk, Exo One, Gris, Into the Breach, Abzu, Antichamber, Humanity, Amnesia Rebirth*
I feel like I need to end every videogames recommendation post now by begging you to play Outerwilds. Trust me, its amazing.
*edit: forgot to list Jusant. Very good game

SSDT File Dumps Pt1 & Pt2
Tumblr media
Happy Lunar New Year! \(^0^)/
Included in this collection are a bunch of random conversions from Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, that I previewed for y’all early last year.
There are two separate zips included: Collection Pt1: Random Decor CC, and Collection Pt2: Fountainhead CAS CC.
Pt1: Random Decor CC:
Tumblr media
Included are 16 items:
Dadaiko as Radio, Byobu Screen, Baldaquin Decor
Butsuzo, Statue with Snake, Sculptor’s Idol as Outdoor Light, Jizo
Candlestick as Floor Light, Treasure Bag as Table Light, Snake & Turtle Candlestick as Misc Surface
Altar Shrine Flowers, Flora Rugs, Plant 1, Sakura Bull
4x4 Rugs, and 4x4 Rugs as Ceiling Murals
Collection Pt2: Fountainhead CAS CC:
Tumblr media
Included are 8 items:
Noble Eboshi, Okami Eboshi, Noble Tail ACC, Noble Flute as Wand (REQUIRES SUPERNATURAL EP)
Okami Yoroi Outfit for Y/A-AF, Okami Maetengan Headdress, Magatama Necklace for Big Dogs (PETS EP), Magatama Necklace for Y/A - AF (REQUIRES SUPERNATURAL EP)
Enjoy!
Download zips: SimFileShare Folder | Mediafire Folder
Descriptions & preview pics under the cut:
Most of this stuff is pretty straightforward decor stuff, at least semi-recolorable, found under Sculptures, Misc Decor, or wherever else.
Quick explanations though:
Fog Emitters
I used Fog Emitters for 3 things: the flames above the Sculptor’s Idol as Outdoor Light, the sparkles above the Treasure Bag as Table Light, and the Candlestick as Floor Light.
Tumblr media
Fog Emitter codes:
Candlestick: butterflywillowispbluefree
Treasure Bag: ep9spicefireginseng_main
Sculptor’s Idol: s30_fireplace3x1burningblue
One issue though is that I enabled Storage in the Treasure Bag, so that you can drag/drop your collectables in it. But if you use a Fog Emitter on the bag,  you can’t select the bag in order to access its storage,m cuz the invisible Fog Emitter’s in the way, sitting on top of it. Another issue with the Treasure Bag is that in order to add the Storage it effs with its functionality as a Light, so you can’t turn it on/off or change the colors. I don’t make the rules. ‾\_(ツ)_/‾
Rugs
Something else to point out is all the Rugs:
The 4x4 Rugs and Ceiling Murals were just quick rugs I whipped up, to add some color to the floors & ceilings on your sims’ lots.
Tumblr media
They come in a bunch of different variations, mostly mandalas, non-recolorable. The Ceiling Murals are found under Rugs, too.
Tumblr media
They’re not important though; lemme get to the ones I really like:
The Flora Rugs are the spiritual successor to my EA Plant Recolor Mod here, in that the textures I used for that mod were actually from Sekiro, for use in my SSDT gamneplay. ^_^
Tumblr media
The Flora Rugs come in 5 semi-recolirable variations. Cool thing about them though is that I enabled them to float on water.
Tumblr media
Noble Wand (SN EP)
I repeat, this functional wand REQUIRES the SUPERNATURAL EP to work.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Noble Tail
Found under Garters or Socks, I forget, sue me -- but it’s way at the bottom when you’re scrolling thru accessories. It’s effing gross, I know, but I figured you fantasy simmers who like making sim!creatures might get a kick out of it?
Tumblr media
Okami Yoroi Outfit
The Okami are my freaking favorite part oif Sekiro, and the entire reason I even bothered learning to extract from this game.
Tumblr media
Their Yoroi armor is for Y/A - AF, Everyday - Outerwear, morphs, etc. Fully recolorable, etc etc.
Tumblr media
Magatama Necklaces (Sims and Dogs)
Last thing I wanna point out is that there are two Magatama Necklaces -- one is for Y/A - AF sims and REQUIRES SUPERNATURAL EP for the fit/fat morphs.
Tumblr media
The other one is for Big Dogs and naturally REQUIRES PETS EP.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I didn’t place the mesh as well as I should have, so y'all might notice that it sits/floats a tad funny on dogs’ necks, but oh effing well, y’all don’t pay me for this crap.
And that’s that!
Happy Lunar New Year! \(^0^)/

There are a number of reasons why XVision may fail to install on some laptops:
1. Pre-Installed Roxio software 2. PATH variable is too long 3. if you are installing on NT domain 4. Anti-Virus software
Resolution: Before installing XVision /ICT software, please follow the steps below:
1. Disable Anti-Virus software Vs company driver download for windows 10 32-bit. 2. Uninstall Roxio software. Please make sure you have an installation CD for Roxio. 3. You need to be logged in as local admin account to install XVision properly. 4. Your PATH variable should be small. If your PATH variable is large, XVision will overwrite large path variable with its own entries. We need to be careful here. a. ICT software takes a backup of PATH environment variable @ c:logssave*….but if you are installing XVision manually, please take a backup of PATH variable. 5. Make a backup of c:program filesvisionuserrgb.txt, if exists
If XVision is not installed properly through the ICT software, or if you don’t see it in the control panel, please follow below steps:
1. Log in as local admin user 2. Right click on Task Bar -> Task Manager -> Open Process 3. @ DOS command prompt, Run: a. “(XVision Setup Dir)XVision731Exvinstall.exe” –xvscript agilent.shh
4. You will notice a process that looks like “_ INS***_MP”( sort it with Image name and you should see at top) appearing in Task Manager after a few seconds or couple of minutes: a. Ignore the XVision warning for Error 7 b. Keep on watching the _INS***._MP process till it disappears ( it might take few minutes to an hour depending upon your laptop performance)
Tumblr media
5. Once _INS***._MP process disappears, please check if XVision is installed on the system or not. Check also the PATH variable and if it is overwritten by XVision, get it back from backup.
6. Retrieve rgb.txt from backup and copy at “c:program filesvisionuserrgb.txt” and at “C:Application DataSCOVision”

Staff Picks: Our Favorite Video Games of 2019
Welcome to the second part of our annual “Staff Picks,” in which the Ani-Gamers team selects some of our favorite anime, manga, and video games of the past year. This time we’re talking video games!
As usual there are a lot of games to cover, and between our two contributors we weren’t able to play nearly as many of them as we’d like. This year saw two standout first-party Nintendo RPGs, including the first-ever original core-series Pokémon games on a home console, the long-awaited release of Hideo Kojima’s inscrutable Death Stranding, a new AAA Star Wars action game (Jedi: Fallen Order), and both Outer Worlds and Outer Wilds. Meanwhile, last year’s big story of game industry unionization has continued to make headlines, notably at the Game Developer’s Conference in the spring, where major industry figures publically expressed their support for unionization. And that’s not the only area where politics had a big impact on gaming in 2019 — Blizzard’s suspension of Blitzchung over his support for the Hong Kong protests highlighted the contradiction between the values held by game industry workers (including pro players) and their bosses. As uncomfortable as these conversations are, they’re vital for building a more ethical industry.
In terms of the games themselves, many of them didn’t make it out of our piles of shame in time for the Staff Picks, but the ones that made the cut cover a wide range of genres, including complex action games, extremely anime JRPGs, and obtuse puzzlers. Enjoy, and feel free to chime in with your own 2019 picks in the comments.
David Estrella
#3: Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice
The hardest part about Sekiro was mending my relationship with my podcast co-host after debating the ethical conundrum of difficult video games and being made to look like a prick on tape. I’m completely making up what happened so don’t ban me from the site, Evan. Levity aside, the irony is that I never actually finished Sekiro and gave up at an endgame optional boss. A far departure from both Dark Souls and Bloodborne, From Software’s katana-focused revenge story did a Shinobi Execution to my hundreds of hours of experience and I was forced to learn everything over again. Some people really got on board with the action-focused gameplay whereas I flunked out of samurai school, so Sekiro is only the third-best pick from me on my list. If there had been more lore to pick up off the ground, I probably would have finished it, but I think everyone’s favorite fantasy author, George R.R. Martin, has me covered with Elden Ring, which will definitely be closer to what I expect from Hidetaka Miyazaki than what I got from Sekiro.
#2: Resident Evil 2
I originally wrote in Fire Emblem: Three Houses in here but I never finished that game in 2019. Resident Evil 2 (2019) on the other hand is a game I beat again and again throughout the year when I should have been focusing on other games (like Fire Emblem). First released on PlayStation over 20 years ago, the RE2 remake takes every great bit from that classic and reimagines it in the new engine used for Resident Evil 7. Fighting to survive Raccoon City’s zombie apocalypse again with Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield in a game rebuilt for modern standards is not something I expected to see, but I suppose Capcom didn’t want to be shown up by Square Enix reviving the 32-bit era with the upcoming episodic Final Fantasy VII remakes. Conveniently enough, now that I’ve played RE2 inside out, we’re already getting the Resident Evil 3 remake in April, so now I’ve got one more good reason to put off finishing a single run of Fire Emblem in my lifetime.
#1: Pokémon Sword & Shield
No one should be surprised that I would call Pokémon Sword and Shield my top pick of the year. The only purpose for me doing this is to get it in writing but otherwise, yes, I really loved this iteration of the series. The reasons why I enjoyed it so much have practically nothing to do with the hyped-up gimmicks like Dynamax battles or the shift to console. On the one hand, things like story and environment design could have been much better, and on the other hand, I never want to go back to the old games after experiencing all of the quality-of-life changes made in Sword and Shield. Details that casual players won’t care about or ever become aware of like paying for max EVs with vitamins or using mints to change Natures have completely changed the game for anyone serious about raising Pokémon. If I were asked if these improvements were worth losing over 400 Pokémon from the roster, I would probably cry. Maybe. Maybe it was worth it.
Evan Minto
#3: Katana Zero
I played Superhot on a VR rig once, and it was the closest I ever felt to being a real-life action hero. In that game, “time moves when you do,” allowing you to plan out elaborate, perfectly executed lethal maneuvers in Matrix-esque bullet time. Katana Zero applies a similar concept to the 2-D action-platformer. You play as a samurai assassin in a dystopian cyberpunk future, equipped with a power that allows you to rewind time when you die and slow it down while in combat. The former is mostly experienced as a simple respawn mechanic, but the latter is what turns Katana Zero into a unique hybrid of a puzzle and action game. Each room is filled with bad guys who can one-hit kill you, sometimes so many that defeating them all would be impossible using standard action game timing. Slowing things down, however, turns the game into a sort of puzzle, and allows you to link up dashes, wall jumps, sword slashes, and projectile throws in the span of a second or two. When the game plays the room back in real time, you really do feel like some kind of superhero. It doesn’t hurt that the whole thing is wrapped up in an impeccable audiovisual package, featuring intricately animated pixel art, pulsing electronic music, and a clever dialogue display system that combines animated and colored text. The story is pretty standard stuff for the genre, but the surprisingly funny dialogue does a great job cutting the melodrama. It’s nothing groundbreaking, but Katana Zero is a clever, well-crafted little action game.
#2: Baba Is You
I tried Baba Is You for the first time at a friend’s place, and was instantly sold. After just a few levels, I told him, “this is a game for game designers.” The core mechanic is deceptively, deviously simple: the rules defining how the game world operates are blocks within the world, and you can rearrange them. The early levels are straightforward, if abstract, plays on this concept. Form the sentence “Flag is win” and you’ve got a win condition. Break up the sentence “Wall is stop” and voila: walls are no longer an obstacle. It’s when Baba Is You takes the core mechanic and folds it in on itself repeatedly, however, that this puzzler reaches the realm of obtuse, mind-bending complexity. You can change which sprite represents the player character, or even control multiple players at once. You can separate sprites into layers that prevent them from intersecting with each other. Even the words that form the sentences themselves can be modified! Baba Is You sometimes reaches nearly impossible levels of difficulty, but since you can choose the order in which to try the puzzles, the game will never stop you dead in your tracks. This kind of bizarre, postmodern weirdness is exactly what I come to indie games for.
#1: Fire Emblem: Three Houses
I never even finished the easiest half of Fire Emblem: Fates (Birthright), but I was glued to Awakening on the DS, my introduction to the franchise. In Three Houses Nintendo and Intelligent Systems aren’t even pretending that Fire Emblem is anything but a dating sim; you play as a part-time professor, part-time general, and the tactical RPG battles are interlaced with segments where you have to run around your home base talking to all of your students/units (fully voiced this time). At first this cumbersome back-and-forth, combined with a bevy of new combat mechanics, can make Three Houses feel like a game trapped between two conflicting identities, but after a few hours it clicked for me. All of the game’s seemingly mismatched systems, from the battalions to the tea parties, talk to and reinforce each other. Building relationships between your units boosts their stats and opens up opportunities to train them in new skills, all of which make them more effective in battle. Then their battle experience alongside their comrades feeds right back into their relationships. These mechanics have been around in some form since at least Awakening, but here they meld together like never before. Three Houses is a bewildering and sometimes overcomplicated successor to the Fire Emblem legacy, but the whole mess somehow comes together into a spellbinding experience.
Check out our 2019 Manga Staff Picks as well!

Shinobi no Tatakai
“One! The parent is absolute. Their will must be obeyed. Two! The master is absolute. You give your life to keep him safe. You bring him back at any cost. Three! Fear is absolute. There is no shame in losing one battle. But you must take revenge by any means necessary!“

A Truly Corrupted Monk
The Corrupted Monk is based on a Japanese folk story of Yao Bikuni. A fisherman caught a Ningyo (a Japanese mermaid, whose flesh is said to grant a long life). He served it's meat to guests, but one man thoughtlessly gave the meat to his daughter and she ate it. The daughter would later marry, but she stayed young as her husband grew old and died. After marrying and widowing again and again she eventually became a Buddhist nun and wandered various countries. But everyone she knew always died, she came to hate her immortality, and her life was filled with emptiness and suffering. At the age of 800 years she finally died, despite her immortality, having simply lost the will to live. The story is know as a cautionary tale for those who fear death and wish for eternal life.
-- Corrupted Monk, Sekiro wiki page
MY THOUGHTS
I get so annoyed when people keep assuming that the Corrupted Monk is a man. Respect my 11-foot tall Buddhist priestess of pain, okay? Thanks.

Denizens of Fountainhead Palace: Nobles and Okami
Fountainhead Palace is the home of the Okami clan. There, the water holds mystical properties of rejuvenation and healing. The God/Kami attracted to the ancient land is the Divine Dragon from the West (China).
The people of Fountainhead were once human. Gradually, they turned into the carp-like Okami that they are today through consumption of the Divine Sakura Dragon’s blessed Fountainhead waters.
The Okami inhabitants revere the Divine Dragon and the Great Colored Carp of the pond. There are those who wish to be blessed with the Dragon’s Heritage, and there are those who wish to drink from the Fountainhead. Then, there are those who wish to become a dragon/carp. To become a carp is to have beautiful scales and to drink and live in the Fountainhead waters. It is to be divine/immortal, a creature and symbol of holiness.
The Nobles of the Palace crave vitality and youth. Okami warriors who have grown too old to remain in duty are eaten by the Nobles for their vitality.
-- Sekiro: Fountainhead lore & brainstorming segments from the Reddit page
MY THOUGHTS & CC CREDITS
MY THOUGHTS
I can’t even BEGIN to explain the WTFery of Sekiro’s lore.
So kudos to the meta writers for parsing through all that mess, especially considering that there’s been no official lore documentation -- typical for Souls games to just be obscure, weird and creepy AF for no reason. XD
CC CREDITS
I used an obscene amount of sliders by @oneeuromutt
What I need to do is increase my slider values more though -- I had them set to x4 I think, but I want my sims to have reeeeallllllly long necks. I’ll keep trying. :\

Kemari and Kyudo
Okami Warriors at Fountainhead Palace spend their day enjoying a game of kemari. In the evening, the Elite Warrior practices some archery, while another prepares a hearty meal.
MY THOUGHTS & CC CREDITS
MY THOUGHTS
I freaking love the Okami Warriors; they’re my favorite enemy types in the entire game. They’re just so freaking adorable when you catch them playing kemari together, before you stealth kill them for not paying attention. ^_^

Fountainhead Palace - Pt1
Just showing off new CC I’m converting from Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice!
MY THOUGHTS (mini rant under the cut)
Ironically, I’ve been doing this gameplay just as Nioh 2 is having its Alpha release. (-‸ლ)
I initially started my Moon Medicine gameplay cuz I had just finished like my frikkin fifth playthrough of Nioh 1, and was all up in my Japanese folklore feels. I actually REALLY want to convert Nioh content, but I don’t have enough space on my harddrive to deal with ripping a frikkin 80GB game – hayul to the no. But then Sekiro came out, and praise the heavens it’s only 15GB. 🙏
But EFF if this game isn’t JUST as bad to rip from as Koei’s Warriors series! O_O it’s just been a total nightmare.
I am TIRED, y’all.
But I really want more cool Asian CC, so here I am, AGAIN, about to wear myself completely out slogging through effing obscure game files as if I don’t have better things to do with my life.

TS3 Simmer - Get to Know
I saw Katsuijii do these here and whaddaya know, it’s that time again!
Your name: Murfeelee the Khaleesi
Languages you speak: English. My Latin's fallen to the wayside, but shockingly my limited Japanese isn’t as bad as it could be. Thank god for anime. :P
Are you a mermaid: I’m seasick and can’t swim. No.
Your play style: Usually for my gameplay posts I have an idea pre-planned, that I force my sims to fulfill come hell or high water. I don’t care about your Wishes, your Needs, your job schedule, the neighbors, your crying kids, or your starving pets; stop stomping your feet and turn that sim into a zombie! >_<
Your selfsim picture:
Tumblr media
Stories or gameplay, builds, lookbooks, edits or cc: Gameplay and builds. I like lookbooks, but I never do them?
Your favorite age state: Young Adult, cuz they have the most content & abilities.
Your favorite season: Winter is so pretty in TS3, but I like default Summer, cuz who wants to be bundled up like a burrito all effing year.
Your favorite holiday: Halloween.
How was your day: I was supposed to do some homework, but instead spent the whole frikkin day prepping my next CC upload and making gifs. #Priorities #ProductiveMuch? U_U

Your favorite career/profession: Ghost Hunter.
Your favorite Lifetime Wish: Paranormal Profiteer, Master Magician, Renaissance Sim
Your favorite EP or SP: Supernatural all day everyday
How old is your simblr: 7 years old. Good lord.
Have you woohooed:
Tumblr media
Your favorite skill: Artistic, Athletic, Childish, Disciplined, Evil, Green Thumb, Proper, Supernatural Fan, alright I’ll stop now.
The size of your mods folder: 2.61GB, without me adding gameplay-specific CC (I rotate them out whenever I start playing something else).
Your 3 favorite mods: Everything by Nraas, Cmomoney’s Time/Seasons Mod, Buhudain’s OMSP Resizers & You Are Real mod, BrntWaffles’ Dream Dimension + 100% Auroras lighting mod, CmarNYC’s tattoo mod, I can go on. Your interests (other than The Sims): Playing other video games. watching anime, reading Anne Rice novels, eating junk food, etc.
Your favorite sim (picture if possible): Thinking about Nagron (Nasir and Agron from Spartacus) always puts a smile on my face; they’re so freaking precious. :3
Tumblr media
Which Sims games you have played (including mobile games): TS1, TS2, TS3, and I watch the not-so-little-one play TS4 out of morbid curiosity but haven’t deigned to play it myself #BecauseEA.
Propose a crazy scheme: TS5 actually being better than Paralives.
Best part of simblr: Connecting with other simmers, and seeing the cool & creative new ways other simmers play The Sims and push the borders of our sandbox. Worst part of simblr: EA’s brainwashing influence making simmers complacent with mediocrity, constantly voting with their wallets for watered-down regurgitated content rather than putting EA’s lazy uninspired arse to the flames so they can finally make content worth the money we pay for these games year after year.
What other games you play: Most recently: Dragon Age: Inquisition (if EA shuts down Bioware before they make DA4 Imma be so freaking angry! I need CLOSURE!); Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice; Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice; my zillionth replay of God of War 4.
Tumblr media
Other websites or accounts (origin, twitter etc..): Ew, no.
Are you single: Like a Pringle! ^_^
Thanks for reading!
I tag everybody who wants to be tagged.

End of Year Collage - Best of 2019
Rules: Find your fave pics of your story or your blog in general and post them up in a collage! :D it can be 1 picture or 100 whatever you want. But just reflect on your fave moments in your story or on your blog. It can be cute moments or pictures you’re just really proud of.
I did this last year and decided to make one for 2019, too.
I used the TumblrTop10 generator for my top CC uploads, which naturally get more traffic than my gameplay pics & photosets.
But I like giving a top 10 for my gameplay pics too, looking back at all my fave fandoms I incorporated into The Sims 3 throughout the year.
MY THOUGHTS (for each month) under the cut:
January - February: Tsuki no Kusuri
Tumblr media
My Asian Alice in Wonderland meets Wizard of Oz gameplay, which I ran out of time on before all my other simming projects started. I WILL have to finish this, cuz I really liked it. There’s just not enough time in the year~! U_U
March: Malec & Shadowhunters
Tumblr media
Season 3A and ESPECIALLY Season 3B put this here girl THROUGH IT. I still haven’t even PROCESSED 3B yet! XD In 2020 I’ll catch up on my 3B inspired gameplay posts.
April: God of War
Tumblr media
I freaking love this game. I’m actually listening to the OST as I type all this. XD
May: MALEC
Tumblr media
Malec got married! :D And the Shadowhunters series officially ended. :( We were effing robbed. >_<
June - July: New Game, Who Dis? (Dragon Age & Sekiro)
Tumblr media
I started my Sekiro and Dragon Age Inquisition conversions. The DAI stuff got way more buzz than the Sekiro stuff by FAR, so I decided to focus more on DAI in July and put Sekiro on the back burner.
July: DAD of BOY
Tumblr media
The wonderful Astreanevermore helped me realize my dream of having Kratos in my Sims 3 God of War gameplay!
August: Mariachi de los Muertos
Tumblr media
I’ve always wanted to do an undead mariachi post, don’t ask me why. I still wanna do a creepier version. But I love the way the colorful & fun version came out, too.
September: Area 52 Raid
Tumblr media
I was in a seriously deep sci-fi mood that month. The Cyberpunk Metropolis set & post went through the roof with y’all, and I was shocked. It all perfectly coincided with the IRL Area 51 Raid that never happened. So I made my sims go. They got arrested. XD
October: Nagron’s Halloween
Tumblr media
I was pretty Malec heavy this year, so for Halloween I decided to give Nagron some love, as they decorated their new house for the holiday season, and invited their friends and family over for some good ole Season’s Creepings. >:)
November: LoL INSP True Damage
Tumblr media
I bet y’all were effing sick of the True Damage I kept spamming everyone with. Sorry, but as long as the song’s stuck in MY head, y’all are gonna have to just deal with it! XD
December: The Mandalorian
Tumblr media
Because I am obsessed. I need that baby in my life. Even if he Force chokes me when I forget to change his nappies or the frogs aren’t slimy enough. NEED. I’ll steal him from the entire frikkin Empire if I have to!

2020 Simblr Goals
Thanks @satellite-sims for tagging me here!
Happy New Year! \(^0^)/ My New Years resolution for 2020 are to:
1) Return to my Dragon Age: Inquisition gameplay/conversions in earnest. I have SO MUCH I’m sitting on that I had to pause, and I’m dying to get back to it.
2) Catch up with my Malec gameplay. I was working on 3B posts, and book insp. posts, but nothing got finished in 2019, smdh. U_U
3) Actually do the Requests I get -- I never remember Requests unless y’all stay on my case so I don’t get sidetracked; I have the attention span of a newt. (-‸ლ)
4) Plan something cool for the holidays. It’s become a tradition for me to always do something special at certain times of the year:
Lunar New Year: Y’all are getting Sekiro conversions I’ve been sitting on & doing nothing with.
Black History Month: I’ve got something in the works, just gotta finish it.
Gay Pride: I’ll do something for Adoribull, speaking of DA:I.
Simblreen: Eff knows what I’ll come up with.
Xmas: I do Nagron specials every other year (2016, 2018, etc). So I’ve gotta think of something for my boys. :3
5) Learn how to create something new. For 2019 I learned how to make fences and windows, and that was awesome! I’m trying to find something other than decor that doesn’t scare me, that I can get comfortable with, lol.
6) Reorganize my CC DL folders. It’s such a mess.
______________________________________________
So, yeah, hopefully everything goes well for me next year, and I don’t die (cuz grad school’s LITERALLY trying to kill me) or anything drastic (like another effing external harddrive breaking on me). So here’s hoping!
Happy Simming, and a Happy New Year!

Deathless Gameplay Replies

Love it! If you don't mind, wcif the spice baskets?
I never mind getting WCIFs, no worries! The spice baskets are here:

Cute little swamp house ☺
altaaira-ashuratan replied to your photoset “Windows Meme - Pt1  Super super SUUUPEEERRRRR late, I know. (-‸ლ) ...”
The wood texture reminds me of old Russian cottages seen in the Siberian wildreness. Charming!
Y’all just made me so happy -- that is EXACTLY what I was going for! O_O My entire Deathless gameplay is directly inspired by the Russian fairytale of Koschei the Deathless! ^0^ You can’t really see it in the pics, but the cottage is on chicken leg stilts, cuz Bobo Yaeger’s my male take on Baba Yaga. ;)

ashuriphoenix replied to your photoset “At the Redcliffe Chantry “Vishante kaffas!“   Fade Rifts are small...”
Makes me sorely miss DA:I... really fun game.  I refuse to redownload Origin though, so meh.  Nice to see them in sims! xD
To be honest, @bloody-personalblog-mary is the one who inspired me to get back into Dragon Age, cuz she has a bunch of cool TS3 gameplay with the female Qunari Inquisitor. I got DAI on PS4, cuz seriously: EFF ORIGIN. I’m still mad that my copy of DAO is on Origin. >_<
My first DAI playthrough was just a drag, but yeah, I decided to give it a second chance, and I like it! ^_^ It’s not as good as The Witcher 3, but it’s something to play until 2020 -- the hype for Cyberpunk2077, FF7 Remake, and Ghostwire Tokyo is INTENSE.
ashuriphoenix replied to your photoset “To Catch a Koi Fish  A Fountainhead Palace Noble spent all day trying...”
He himself kind of looks like a koi.
My work here is done -- that is EXACTLY what he’s supposed to look like -- in Sekiro, the Fountainhead Nobles are trying to turn into divine carp fish! :D If you feed them enough Treasure Carp scales you collect, they turn into this:

Thanks for the support, everybody! :)
