The Sims 2 Pet Stories Recolors All on One Mesh

Hello Lovelies!

So I got annoyed that I had two seperate Auto Pet Feeders from the Sims 2 Pet Stories.

I set all three sets of recolors to be linked to Michelle's mesh of it. I didn't use Pescado because I like Michelle's a little more. I didn't merge all three sets together because I want the creators to still be recognized.

Stalking Cat Modern Desk Pedestal and End Table for The Sims 2

These are 4to2 conversions from Aroundthesims, low poly. They are pet beds for small animals (without dirty stages, there's no need to clean them), but also end tables.

Can be found in surfaces-miscellaneous section of buy mode. The small one goes perfectly with the "Slabs on Sticks - Modern Desk Solution" from Sims 4. You can find the conversion of this table HERE.

McLoon's Home for Wayward Cats: CC-Free Home Business

Victorian-ish home based on the design from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends! Of course I shrunk & squished it though, to fit it into my beloved 20x20 lot size. And I only referenced the exterior, I took my own liberties for the interior layout.

The idea is similar to my cat cafe lot, where a sim runs a home business using the Electrono-Ticket Machine (there are 2 directly out front) and serves customers dessert for free (otherwise they won't eat on the lot like you would in real life). The open/close sign is in the entryway/foyer.

Alternatively, as the name might imply, you could run it as an animal shelter type thing in the vein of the lot that @antisocialbunnysims made. This would involve using the "Always Accept Pet" mod by Squinge - However, Insimenator is currently down, and I didn't find anywhere else to download that mod from (the Wayback Machine did not have the file itself archived, only the forum post), so... Hopefully Insimenator comes back? lol

There are gates and/or doors in between most things you'd want to block either pets or customers from going into or out of (bedrooms, yard area, etc.).

On the second floor, there are 2 rooms that have food bowls/cat condos/litterboxes, for more spaces like one would have in an animal shelter. I originally made them as bedrooms, but I had more cats than sims so I changed it. You could easily change it back though, depending what ratio of sims versus pets you have lol

I recently created a pet for a family in game, and I loved how it turned out so I registered the breed and thought I'd share it!

I wanted it to look like a sheepadoodle (as much as possible within Sims 2 constraints) and when I was looking for references I came across this adorable dog Bayley, so this is mostly based off her.

Required Files: You'll need these custom dog furs installed (the natural shades) AND the nose & toe beans markings for this breed to display correctly. Once you have those files installed, and then you download this breed, it will show up as a preset breed in the Create a Pet menu.

One of my favourite furniture sets over the years has always been the Tivoli, Plantation set by blake_boy over at ModTheSims. As well as some super cute dressers by rgdyanne over at Sims2Artists. I heavily recommend both sets with this pack.

I've used it way too many times and around October of 2022, I ended up feeling like I wanted to work on some addons for it. I've always wanted to get into making actual objects in Sims 2 since I love making things for another irrelevant game I mod. I decided this would be a great way to try and learn.

A rowhouse with a clinic and a small lab, jewelry store, Asian restaurant, and a ballet school. This building was inspired by a tenement house in Poznań, Poland.

Preparing this clinic was more fun that I initially thought, even without any CC! It was so difficult to fit this staircase but after many manoeuvres I'm finally done. Happy Simming!

A compilation of some of my favorite 'people attempting to put other animal species into the game using only the default cat and dog species' posts.

Everything from skunks and wolves and raccoons, which are already ingame afaik but have been either ported to be non-npcs or recreated, to farm animals such as sheep, ponies, and donkeys. Wild animals like deer, foxes using both cat and dog bases, small wildcats, and hyenas- both recreated, and ported from Castaway Stories. There's even a bear and an oppossum there.

Axolotl Pet Functional for The Sims 2

This is a conversion from the new Lovestruck EP (Sims 4). The pet is not really alive like an hamster but your sims can feed it to increase fun and social and the aquarium will be dirty every 2 days so your sims can clean it.

The available interaction are: Watch (even cats can do it), Feed and Clean. I also added a small animation (this is the first time I created one) to it so it seems like it's floating in the water and the water moves too ^^ At night it will also show a light. 16 colors. Found in the Pet section of Buy Mode.

[4t2 Cat Costume Musubi Salmon for The Sims 2]

How to use it:

CAS -> Pet (Cat) -> Choose collar

Go to the Pet store -> Find the little collar-stands -> Buy collar from collar-stands in the same way that you buy clothes for Sim -> Come back home and check the mirror -> Change appearance for your pet -> Choose this hat

Note: You have to keep all mesh file and recolor file in the download folder to make it works well in game, if there is any problem with my cc, pls pm me :3

Well, it still has clipping issue, and it's very difficult to fix, for me, I don't think I can make it better, it still looks good in game, so let's fun~

Another pet breed to share today! I wanted an excuse to use @kitteninthewindow's hairless cat coat, so here we are!

Several coat colour and marking prerequisites here - this breed will NOT display correctly without the coat colours and markings being installed already. Highly recommend the custom coat colours and markings for pets by @/kitteninthewindow and @deedee-sims generally for a lot more variety in pet options!

Required Files/Sets: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 (only natural coat colours required)

Recommended: Eyes (not required but this breed is packaged with one of the custom eye recolours I did for the pet default eyes I use. Otherwise you can just change their eyes to whatever you use.)
