JESÚS SILVA-RODRIGUEZ

Jesús Silva-Rodríguez is a physicist and holds a PhD in Medicine from the University of Santiago de Compostela. His main research interest is Positron Emission Tomography (PET) quantification. His academic training and research experience have given him an excellent background in multiple disciplines, including quantitative preclinical and clinical molecular imaging, medical imaging physics, Monte Carlo simulation, and software development. His PhD research focused on how to produce simulated images that match real human data, and how these images can be used to validate novel Molecular Imaging Biomarkers (MIBs). He developed a novel tool for Monte Carlo simulation (SimPET), which is now offered as an online platform, enabling other groups to validate their own MIBs using simulated images (www.sim-pet.org).

He is also active in the synergistic field of developing novel MIBs for clinical neuroimaging. In 2015, he co-founded Qubiotech Health Intelligence SL (www.qubiotech.com), a start-up commercializing neuroimaging quantification cloud-based software. He served as the company's CTO from 2017 to 2019, leading the development of their most successful product, Neurocloud (www.neurocloud.es/en), which is currently used by more than 50 client hospitals in Europe.

In 2020, he decided to continue pursuing his passion for research and, in 2022, he joined Neurosev_ after being awarded the prestigious “Sara Borrell Fellowship” from the Spanish Government.

It's disgusting how those man haters turn into pathetic simpets for some star or politicians. And more often than not these actors are the ones exhibiting flaws they're keep assigning to every man, like not wanting to take care of a child when they get a woman pregnant.

So did you see that Justin Timberlake forced Britney Spears to have an abortion and the pro aborts are falling all over themselves to talk about how great it is that abortion can benefit men too and its totally a man issue to, so remember that when you vote. The fact that she 100% wanted the baby and didn't want an abortion doesn't matter to them at all.

I saw that yesterday and it’s shocking the 180 they do on this issue. Specifically in the article i was reading (I think it was USA Today) they mentioned how in the beginning Britney Spears talks about how if she hadn’t been pressured into the abortion by Justin Timberlake she wouldn’t have gotten one because she didn’t want one and they even quoted her as saying “to this day it’s one of the most agonizing things I have ever experienced in my life” and the article just stops talking about her at that point.

From that moment on they are just going “you know, it’s not talked about enough how abortion is not just a women’s issue - men have a place in the decision and here’s all the ways abortion can benefit men!”

Like what? Now it’s not a women’s issue? Now it’s not no uterus no opinion? If a woman is pressured into an abortion she doesn’t want that’s good because it’s beneficial to men too and they need a say?

Pick a lane.

It’s disgraceful and shows more clearly than ever pro-aborts do not care about women. They just love abortion.

Hi Kitten! Thanks so much for your tutorial on custom pet eyes, it's been so helpful! But I was wondering, do custom pet eyes show up on strays? If not, is there a way to "strayify" them?

Hello Kaylynn-Langerak! I’m so excited to hear about someone making more pet eyes! I hope you don’t mind me answering this publicly, but I felt that the answer is probably something others might be interested in.

Custom pet eyes—and custom pet genetics in generally—won’t spawn on any strays or adoptees. As far as I’m aware the only way to strayify custom pet content would be to make a new pet breed using the desired content. From what I can tell, excluding the Maxis pre-made pets, any newly generated strays are made using the available pet breeds. I do wish pet genetics would randomly spawn on strays in the same way that townifying works for sims, but sadly I don’t think it would be possible to achieve.

RIME Pelt Types & Descriptions

Base colors for felines in Feranix are separated into five groups: Incandescent, Tempestuous, Aqueous, Terrestrial, Xanthous, and the elusive Empyrean. Today, we’ve got a big treat for you all, courtesy of our intern, Alex! Alex has mocked up an example of a base within each group to show you guys. Please remember that each example pictured below is only one pelt within that group. We’re aiming for between 15 and 25 bases in each group at Alpha Launch. Enjoy!

Incandescent

Incandescent cats appear in fiery shades of red and orange. These hot-tempered felines are sure to set your pride alight with their scorching beauty. Rare and special Incandescent bases will turn your cat into a glorious, blazing inferno.

Tempestuous

Tempestuous cats appear in stormy shades of black, grey, and white. Like the example pictured above, they may be shaded with dark, gloomy patches of blue. Imposing and fierce, these felines have an electric personality. Rare and special Tempestuous bases will imbue your cat’s pelt with the image of a raging storm.

Terrestrial

Terrestrial cats appear in earthy shades of brown, green, and tan. These felines are innately connected to the earth and its deities. Stoic and taciturn, you will feel their claws before you hear them snarl. Rare and special Terrestrial bases will paint your cat’s pelt with all the natural beauty of the earth, gilded with emerald and topaz.

Aqueous

The cats whose pelts are hued in shimmering blues and pale greens are known to be Aqueous. Like the ever-changing tides of the ocean, they are capricious and mercurial. Rare and special Aqueous pelts will shimmer like the tropical seas.

Xanthous

Xanthous cats appear in shades of glittering gold. These felines are bright and flashy, gorgeous in coloration and vain in personality. They wield gilded silver tongues, but never doubt the sharpness of their fangs. Rare and special Xanthous bases sparkle with gemstone highlights.

Empyrean

Empyrean cats are exceptionally special and exceedingly rare. These felines are the offspring of celestial deities who have descended from the heavens to mingle with mortal kind. The evidence of their heritage is left on their pelts, which are shaded in wonderful, heavenly combinations of galactic goodness reminiscent of nebulae, stars, brilliant sunsets, and all other cosmic bodies. Cats with Empyrean pelts are unobtainable by normal means, but they can be courted during special events! When bred, Empyrean cats will rarely pass on their own pelt color, but they will never fail to a common base. Any breeding that does not result in an Empyrean pelt will result in a special, rare pelt belonging to a random base group (Incandescent, Xanthous, Aqueous, Terrestrial, or Tempestuous).
