Rules: Tell us your favorite character from 10 different fandoms and then tag 10 people.

The Murderbot Diaries. I could say Murderbot itself, and that would be true, but ART is also my favorite, and Dr. Ratthi ranks high also. But I was actually thinking earlier about how much I love SecUnit 3. Three, newly freed from its governor module, confused and anxious, thinking "There is no protocol for any of this," but all it wants to do is help. My heart!

2. The Scholomance. El would be the obvious choice but for supporting characters, I have to go with Liesel Mueller. She's so smart and focused. Ruthless when she needs to be. And I have a soft spot for characters that I kinda hate at first, then grow to love.

3. The Locked Tomb. There are a lot of options here but I have to go with Camilla Hect. Smart, reserved, loyal. Her devotion to Palamedes. Her skill with a sword. I could go on but this list will never get done at this rate.

4. Legends and Lattes. Thimble, hands down. Ratkin baker of delicious cinnamon rolls and other tasty pastries.

5. Doctor Who. Doctors: Nine. Companions: Donna. Though as a teen I had a huge crush on Nyssa of Traken.

6. Star Trek Lower Decks. Tendi is my favorite but I have a soft spot for Peanut Hamper; she is just the worst which makes her fun to watch.

7. Sims 2. Pretty much all of Strangetown, honestly. But if I have to pick one... when I first started playing it would definitely have been Ripp Grunt, but now I have to go with Pollination Tech #9.

8. The Expanse. Camina Drummer. Super hot, badass, polyamorous, love her so much.

9. The Old Kingdom. (Garth Nix series) The Disreputable Dog because she is a delight. But I also have to say Mogget because he is just so full of sass, and also there's one scene with him that left me absolutely breathless (I think I need to read Sabriel again).

10. Dungeon Meshi. Senshi of course. I love his cooking narration bits and how he doesn't really fit in with traditional dwarf stuff (turned his heirloom shield into a wok for instance) and his backstory is a punch in the gut. Gotta rewatch it soon.

Alright with prom over, it was back to the Romance Festival to celebrate news years eve!

While they waited for the countdown, Hanabi and Tiana sang a little duet. Ignore the fact that Tiana is one of the few princesses to not get a romantic duet in the movie.

Ok, time for the countdown! Maybe they'll emulate what they see on screen, eh?
