Tav spat on the ground, doing her best to look casual. “Dunno, mate. He didn’t exactly sit us down for tea and biscuits, yeah? Just told us to scout and report back. You know how it is—keepin’ busy, keepin’ sharp. Not that I need to explain myself to you,” she threw in a sneer for good measure.  The goblin scratched at a boil on his neck, glancing at his companion, who shrugged in response. “Makes sense, I s’pose,” the first one muttered, though he didn’t move out of the way just yet. “You got names, or am I supposed to just call you ‘that lot’?” Tav stifled a groan and shot a quick look at the group, “Yeah, sure. I’m Cragtooth. These lot’s Greebs, Snipe, Pyg, Jabs, Muck, an’... uh...” She gestured vaguely toward Shadowheart, who even in goblin form was glaring daggers at her. “...Spit.” The guard cackled, revealing a jagged mess of yellow teeth. “All right, Cragtooth, you an’ yer crew get inside. Just don’t go causin’ no trouble, y’hear? Boss don’t like folks pokin’ their noses where they don’t belong.” The other goblin waved them through, his worg snapping its jaws one last time for emphasis. The sorcerer gave them a curt nod, letting out a breath she hadn’t realized she’d been holding as she led the group past the gate and into the camp.  Behind her, Wyll leaned in and murmured, “Impressive work, Cragtooth. Truly inspiring leadership.” She shot a glance over her shoulder at the rest of the group “Let’s keep moving. The faster we find what we need, the faster we get out of this cesspit.” Astarion, walking with exaggerated disdain, muttered just loud enough for everyone to hear, “If this disguise ruins my hair, someone’s getting stabbed.” As they shuffled past the gates, Shadowheart sidled up next to Tav “Spit? Really? That’s the best you could come up with?” Tav grinned, barely suppressing a laugh “You’ve got to admit, it’s got a certain... rustic charm.” “Rustic?” Shadowheart’s voice dropped to an icy whisper “You named me after bodily fluids. I have my limits, even in disguise.”  “Look, it was either Spit or Grunt. I panicked. You’re welcome.”

California and Texas made a deal. to let Austin out for at LEAST 10 hours everyday. Texas doesn’t enjoy this. but the peace is nice. so. he’s learned to like it. a lil.

During that 10 hour time frame ! California and Austin WILL NOT SEPERATE. California tells him everything. Literally everything. He does not stop yapping. Austin just. nodding along. smiling at him. playing with cal’s hair as his silly little bf yaps about who the fuck knows what.

Austin does get a lil. annoyed (not the exact word im looking for) with him sometimes. and has to remind Cal to take a break from yapping. to just. like. breathe.

When they first started dating, California would NOT stop talking about Austin to LITERALLY EVERYONE WHO DECIDED TO TALK TO HIM. omg we get it. you love your boyfriend. SHUT UTPTPTU/sily

When Austin is contained (this wording makes me giggle.) he just admires California during meetings through Texas. even though. Texas is probably arguing with him.

Before they were dating. California was NOT subtle about his feelings. “Ausditntin ! I missed yuo!” smiling. twirling his hair. blushing. AUSTIN DID NOT NOTICE. HE THUGHT HE WAS JUST BEING NICE 😓😓😓

California would buy flowers for Austin. and AN HOUR LATER. AUSTIN REALIZES “wait. was that. in a romantic way.” YES IT WAS. HE IS NOT BEING FRIENDLY 😾 (texas did call him a dumbass. but he kept the flowers watered and alive for austin. even though he hates anything given to him by california.)

First date. prolly went to a pretty park or something. They finally held hands yipepeeyipeyippee ! Austin kissed his cheek. and California. malfunctioned. he was buffering for 5 minutes.

Texas was actively screaming. he does NOT enjoy this “NSSNKIYSNIKSD HES. TOUCHING ME. STOP THAT.” (austin did NOT hear him.)

@valeskafics - your tenacity and the sheer volume with which you are able to write will never cease to amaze me. You're a powerhouse, Babybel. You don't have a masterlist, you have a fucking library, it's incredible.

@barbiedragon - your modern Daemon has me in a chokehold. You're also one of the few writers flying the flag for Vizzy 3 and I gobble up everything you write for him like I'm a shark and you've put chum in the water. Can't wait for Kinktober to see what you create!

@just-some-random-blogger - a Daemon girlie, we love to see it! If entertaining reblogs were an Olympic sport then Hani is taking home the gold. Her fics are bonkers, and I love them.

@humanpurposes - Gee's writing is top notch, some of the best Aemond fics I've ever read.

@assortedseaglass - Hilde is one of my favourite writers. Ever. She could write instructions on how to put together IKEA furniture and I'd eat it up, she's that good.

@oneeyedvisenya - another of my favourite Aemond writers. Education is one of my top five fics of all time. So well written.

@lya-dustin - the speed with which Juli produces chapters is mindblowing. All Is Bliss is a great series.

Not to sound mean but I think y’all are overreacting. Yes there are gif stealers but most of all reblog your stuff giving you credit. Why make these people important

Because it sucks. Because it’s been going on for months. Because we all want to see this

And not this

But news flash, this process takes time, a lot of time in fact, and energy. So why not giving credit to people who do this for free? Why not saying hey look Sili made a gorgeous work with coloring here, or Miranda, Erin or Liv.

We’re going on hiatus because what happened to Sili is so discouraging, we stand by her because unfortunately we have all been there. I got used to stealing but it shouldn’t be right. I saw my gifs plastered on twitter without so much of a mention. Some people even use them to make edits on TikTok. Yup. I spend hours on them so I recognise my gifs when I see them.

It may look like we’re overreacting, but you have no idea of the hard work that lies behind any gif. Hard work we do for free and for you.
