Okay first of all thank you so much for reblogging my sales post but ALAS I NO LONGER HAVE THOSE BABIES!! OLD POST XD But also I AM SO FLATTERED YOU HAVE TWO OF MY BABIES BEFORE - I've actually been holding off on breeding that pair for a while because not been inspired of late but those tags just filled me with such warmth, thank you, I may pop them on a nest soon just to see what comes out and what inspires me <3

I'm so far behind on things I just saw your post (because I follow you and saw lore babies on my dash and then read them and was like. wow I already love them lemme just reblog and support these kids). aw! If you do I'll be excited to see any babies that come from it! I said it in my tags but I'll write it again! I see your lore babies post (and even before I had taken a break from fr and stuff just your lore was always amazing and I love it on my dash) and honestly, I have to FIGHT to not want to buy all of them instantly. I am absolutely weak to lore babies. I love it and just you're so creative and I'm sitting over here going: wow look at me needing all of them and then having to go look at my hoard and bank being like, gotta count the monies to throw at you thanks.

So many people have such good lore stories/ideas for their dragons on site and I'm just like. I don't need any money as I sob into my empty bank when I find out people are selling lore bbs. There is no saving money but I'm trying my best. But yeah!!! I have two from you specifically from that pair are: Caron and Margeaux. I'm pretty sure I drew Margeaux a couple years ago before I sort of took a break from everything? I love them and I have the problem of NOT writing down lore stuff I have for all of the babies I own because boo anxiety. A lot of the time I just go and re-read the lore you wrote for them (and other people who I've bought lore dragons from) and just go. yes. perfect. the best children.

ik i dont talk about this but im on zoloft for anxiety and depression + im also in therapy. but i feel like. the zoloft has been stopping the tears, the outright pain, mostly. its been stopping the suicidal thoughts and the negative self talk, stopping the "nobody cares about you." people care about me and i care about them, i dont want to die.

instead, its been replaced with.. melancholy, really. just,, sincerely tired. and .... its just.

i think its permanent. it doesnt feel bad. a quiet sadness.

like no longer human, or kaede's clair de lune.

There's so much natural storytelling in Vivec's split skintone. Showing vs telling in its most distilled form. (Which is tricky advice - all writers must summarize by "telling" at one point or another. It's about knowing when.) Especially when you learn that he chooses to have it that way. The unnatural sharpness of the line, the immediate awareness to anyone looking that this guy is . . . altered from normality. The gesture to his people that he chooses to look like their new appearance and it's not a problem, how magnanimous, how kind, but that he also gets to keep the Chimer golden skin and evoke the ancient high period of Velothi culture. The blend of genders and the blend of color. Except no, he doesn't actually blend, he just draws a line down his vertical plane.

Vivec does not take the opportunity to be something new. He just assembles qualities onto himself and wishes, perhaps without realizing, that he becomes more than the sum of his parts.

I haven't played ESO but they did right by Sotha Sil's analysis of Vivec. "Vivec craves radical freedom - the death of all limits and restrictions. He wishes to be all things at all times. Every race, every gender, every hero, both divine and finite... but in the end, he can only be Vivec." And that's not enough? To be a god hero? "Not even remotely."

He just cuts right to the heart of Vivec. Appropriately enough for the member of ALMSIVI who actually figured out how to use the Tools.

listen I- *puts my head in my hand* she is. the loneliest woman in the world. part of her is still a little girl reliving that first loss on a neverending loop. it's echoed through every single meaningful relationship in her life. she's trapped in a cycle. for a while it was self-made: drugs and leaving and running away. but it isn't her fault it's not her fault it is never her fault that she's left again and again and it isn't anyone's fault in particular it just happens. the cycle repeats, again and again and again. someone dies or someone leaves or something breaks and she always loses. there's no winning. there's only ever more living to do. *screams into my hands*

In my opinion, Axel is an AMAZING character. He is one of the bestest characters in MCSM and he DESERVES more screen time.

First off, he has a very interesting character design! He stands out from the crowd abd it's what makes him unquie! His monobrow, his width, short legs, arms, hair, everything! He has an awesome build and people don't talk about it enough his designs are genuinely awesome, especially his season 2 one. I feel like his season 2 design shows more of his personality and FITS his personality.

Speaking of which, I love his character! He may act, quote, 'selfish' or even 'full of himself', but in reality- he's just insecure and cares for his friends. [Ex: "Yeah, it's pretty sweet. I was worried I wouldn't be cool enough, or smart enough, or whatever enough to be in the Order of the Stone."(EP 5 S1), "I'm tired of being the selfish one."(EP 4 S1), "Hey! Nobody talks to my friends like that! Now shut your mouth -- or else."(EP 1 S1)]. I love the fact that he's a complex character and I wished we got more of him so we could see his whole potential. He's extremely funny, and he's so excited seeing Magnus for the first time in episode 2 season 1 and it really shows. He clearly sees Magnus as an idol and wish we got to see how he coped with Magnus’s loss. Also, I like Axel got a bit of a character arc/arcs. Like his and Lukas's rivalry[that had so much potential] and how he doesn't always resort to violence a lot anymore[mentioned in season 2]. I just wish we got to see Axel's breaking point, and his arc more.

Third, he is extremely hilarious! Almost every scene with him in it makes me laugh when he makes jokes. Like episode 1 season 1, Axel replaces one potion with another, saying- "Fixed it!". Episode 4 season 1, when they discuss on getting the endermen to focus, Axel says- "How do you get endermen to focus? I can't even get myself to focus!", and so much more. He's the jokester of the group and it shows.

Fourth, all the possibilities with his character. I could name so much other things that they could of done with Axel but they never did! Showing character arcs, a more dramatic rivalry with Lukas, Axel coping with Magnus’s death, how Axel was affected after the Witherstorm, and so much more! I really wish they gave him the development he deserved.

Overall- in my opinion, Axel is one of the best characters because of his design, personality, humor and all the possibilities with his character. I really love his character and he's just amazing.
