I'm pretty sure I have yet to see anyone write poly Sidon/Yona/reader, so that's what I'm gonna request

Ohhh I knew this request was going to find its way to me eventually lol Sure thing, love, I'd be happy to. And honestly - that's shocking that there's no poly x reader fics with Sidon and Yona. With how popular Sidon is? I'm in disbelief.

Anywho, here's a little Sidon x Reader x Yona fluff c:

The gentle rush of water was always your favorite sound to wake up to. Your eyes were slow to open, so wrapped in the warmth that covered you. The arms around your waist were strong, holding you firmly against the broad chest that you knew belonged to only one person: ruler of Zora's Domain, King Sidon. Delicately you reached behind you, fingertips grazing the angular jawline of your beloved. He stirred gently at the contact, tucking the front end of his headfin into the crook of your shoulder - a move he often did out of comfort when he held you.

Your fingers left his face to turn to the figure whose legs were tangled with your own. In all of her radiant, chartreuse beauty lay your beautiful queen - her visage simply angelic as she rested before you. Queen Yona sighs sweetly when the warmth of your hand cups her cheek, and you feel your heart thrum, enamored with the way she leans into your touch. The gentle drape of her manta fins framing her face and body made her nothing short of a work of art in your eyes.

Laying in rest with the two hearts that held yours was akin to feeling weightless. You recalled meeting up with them both, just as the news of their betrothal had broken across the land. Yona was a long time friend, her kingdom of Zoras being known for their healing - and you being known for getting into trouble quite often. At first she would scold you for your injuries, but upon learning of your heroism and keeping monsters at bay, she came to understand you. Which is exactly what drew Sidon to you. Your bravery and trueness of heart was remarkable, a shining star of a Hylian amongst the masses. When you'd spar with him, he found your movements graceful and fluid, though clearly you were a force still to be reckoned with. Soon enough you found yourself head over heels...but not just for one Zora, oh no.

The long history you had with Yona could not be denied by you. As it comes to light, by her neither. She was taken by you, so kind of heart and honest that you were. There was a wit about you that Yona loved so dearly, and seeing you once more dredged up those feelings. The poor queen to be wrestled with her emotions several nights after your arrival. She loved Sidon with all of her heart, but there was no denying how positively smitten she was with you as well. One night it would hit her with some heaviness that her marriage to the Zora prince would mean letting you go. ...Or so she thought. The same golden eyes attached to the man that would tell her 'I do' surprisingly held the same predicament in them. Funny how royalty works though. The very first decree as Zora's Domain's new king was to allow for courtship of more than one partner. You were thrilled by such Sidon's openness to all walks of love, but thrilled became tearful when that display shifted in the form of both he and Yona asking you for your hand.

Your sigh is soft as the memories flood back to you from all that while ago. Resting your eyes once more, you shuffle carefully, back into the comfort of the two Zoras that make up the entirety of your heart.

The Prince’s Gift

They thought it was because theyre friends and didnt know this was a part of Zora culture.  They end up splitting apart because crush has to go elsewhere, but when they meet up again, crush still has it With them. Crush finds out this time that its a romantic gesture and they apologise to him for not realising, but they offer to continue having it even after they realise because they like him  back if hes still interested? This idea is sweet and funny to me.”

Staring down at the specially crafted shield in your hands, you let out a groan, gently knocking your head into said hand held barrier. You felt so silly. How could you have not realized the implications and significant importance of it? Looking back and remembering all the moments shared between you and the Zora Prince, Sidon, the evidence was as clear as day. However, you of course hadn’t noticed a single one, too oblivious to notice your own true feelings how could you have been able to see his. Now, standing before the graceful statue Mipha, you wondered if it was too late. It had been a long while since you were last in the domain, having departed for an extended mission alongside Hyrules Hero. Before having left, Sidon had pulled you aside, handing you the shield as what you thought a simple parting gift between friends. Oh how wrong you were though, as it was anything but a simple friendly gesture. 

“Hylia, I feel like an idiot.”, you grumbled out, gazing up into the stone eyes of Mipha.

You never personally knew the princess, but from what you gathered by the stories Sidon shared with you, you had a feeling she would have been giggling at the adorable predicament between you and her dear brother. 

As if the universe had been reading your mind, the sounds of foot falls across the domains watery floor resounded behind you, and you turned with a stunted breath to see the man on who’d been occupying your mind. 

Upon seeing you, Sidon broke into a wide grin, sharp teeth glistening the light of the glowing architecture surronding you both. 

“Ah, so Bazz was right. You have returned. I am glad to see you again, and safe nonetheless.”

The feeling of familiar butterflies fluttering in your stomach had started up, and you internally cursed about your reaction to such a simple statement from your closest friend. Perhaps it was his tone that had set your heart array, the Prince had always had a light air to his voice you noticed. Sidon had been known for his charisma, but even when not trying to rally confidence out of others, he seemed to still have a way of caring his thoughts through his voice. With a shake of your head to regain focus, you took few steps forward to be closer to your best friend, holding out the object that caused you so much recent turmoil.

“W-well, I have your gift to thank for that.”, you gulped, feeling your cheeks warm and peering up to gauge Sidons reaction from beneath your lashes. 

Sidons eyes had widened for but a brief moment at seeing the protective gear he had presented to you now being presented to him. With a gentle smile, he reached down to caress his scaled claws over the intricate designs he carved himself, taking note of a slight gash that had not been there before. As much as it scared him to know you’d been in some sort of trouble, he was relieved to see his present had provided it’s purpose. However, along with the remembrance of the reason for his gift to you, came a sorrow that had blossomed the day you left with it. Before Sidon could express his troubled thoughts, the call of his name and your furrowed brows accompanied by a worried frown had stopped him.  

“Yes (y,n)? Whatever is the matter? Please tell me.”, he persuaded, a frown equally etching its way onto his eloquent face.

With another gulp, you nervously tapped your nails against the gorgeous shield that kept you safe day and night during your journey.

“About your gift. I-well. . .uhm. . .I’m so sorry.”

A gut wrench feeling like the tip of the sharpest spear pierced it’s way through Sidons heart. Oh no. Was this it? Was what he had been fearing about to actually occur. He had thought your nonchalant thanks when he had presented you the shield after the endearing speech he’d given before hand had been a tad bit strange. The poor Zora figured you had accepted his hard made, devoted gift only out of kindness as friends, not wanting to cause him any dismay if you’d rejected it instead. Oh, but how far from the truth Sidon was. 

The prince regained himself, ready to put up a front to hide his pain and take back the rejected gift, when you’d suddenly clutched the shield to your chest. With a heavy sigh, you willed yourself to speak what you meant by your apology, all the while nervously stumbling over your words.

“It’s just that-well-I. . .I didn’t know what it truly meant when you gifted me this shield, and I’m so so so sorry for the lack of appreciation I must have given you. In truth, I. . .”

Biting your lip, you held up said gift to shield your own embarrassment before blurting out the truth.

“I really do cherish your courting gift, and I would love to court you if you still want to!”

A moment of silence fell between you both, the only sound being the domains rushing falls and your own racing heart. There was no way Sidon could still feel the same. Enough time had passed between his proclamation of how he truly felt about you, that surely he’d have gotten over it by now. Yet, you knew that if you didn’t say something in this moment, than trying to go back to just being friends would be very difficult on your part. At least this way, you could have some closer and a reminder to squash any fluttering feelings from blossoming further in the future. 

The sound of a handsome laugh had pulled you from your thoughts, and you peeked over the metal of the shield to see Sidon trying his best to not burst into further laughter. At your very confused expression, the prince waved a hand, reaching forward to clasp his much larger hands over yours which still clutched his gift. 

“Oh my dear (y,n). I am the one who should be apologizing. I suppose I was too excited in gifting you that I had forgotten Zora courtship practices are not very well known to others.”

Looking from his warm hands cupped over yours to the endearance pouring from his gleaming eyes, you goofily squinted.

“Soooo, that’s a yes to still wanting to ya know? Like. . .court and stuff?”

A deep laugh resounded from within Sidons chest as he gently lifted you up into a hug; you clinging to him and the shield he crafted to forever protect you. With an added kiss to your burning cheeks your Zora companions actions gave your elated self a very clear, and heartwarming answer.

So I did some pixel measurements comparing Link to the 8ft tall gerudo to figure out his height and found that in botw/totk he's about 5'1-5'2.

using this information I found the heights of three things (people) I was most curious about then put said heights in a comparison chart and uhhhhhhhhhhh

Sidon

F = Favorite position (this one goes without saying) I think he would enjoy a reverse carry with you (his partner), where your back is to his chest and your legs are held open by him. Since he has two dicks - or at least that's the fanon I'm following - this gives him the opportunity to strategically fuck you. Or, if your anatomy allows, he can fill you twice as much. I = Intimacy (how are they during the moment? the romantic aspect) Sidon is more of a doer - he'll kiss you, look you deep in your eyes, caress your face and the like. He wants to build a lasting connection with you by touch, and what better way than to remind you of his presence while you make love? O = Oral (preference in giving or receiving, skill, etc.) Very 50/50 in my opinion. Making you feel good is part of his agenda always when it comes to sex, and that includes using his mouth. But he positively melts when you have both your mouth and your hands on him while you're down there. The Zora would never push you past your limits, but he truly does love the sight of your mouth stuffed full of him. His oral is not too bad, though his tongue could use some work - he's had to speak slowly and properly all of his life so being quick and adept with his mouth is a learning experience. Yunobo F = Favorite position (this one goes without saying) While he's more likely to shift into a cowgirl or lotus style position with you, secretly his favorite is actually the butterly (think missionary, but he's standing upright, you're flat on your back, and your legs are spread open). He doesn't like it when you leave the domain. He's already lost so many people, so many loved ones, why can't you just do him this kindness and stay where he knows you'll be safe?

Why go out at all? They have shelter, community, food and more! And he's the new king of the Zora people, you'll be safe, secure, and want for nothing!

He's a little torn on what to do. He loves you so deeply, so intensely, he'd do anything to keep you by his side, whether or not you like that isn't a concern. But he also knows you yearn for adventure and helping people, seeing the world at every stage and in every light.

Perhaps just having a leash on you wouldn't be a bad start. You'll stay beside him and still be able to see the world you love! That doesn't sound like such a bad compromise right? Then maybe he can teach you why the world is dangerous unless he's around, teach you to stay at home where you can warm his bed and be protected and cared for.

Sidlink BOTW AU where Sidon WANTS to fancy Link, but thinks Link will only like a Hylian, so Sidon tries to act Hylian around Link... except Sidon doesn't know much about Hylians.

Sidon just squatting and trying to act shorter around Link. Attempting to hide his sharp toothy grin and stop his tail from wagging. He's starting fires when trying to cook Hylian meals. Sidon putting on pants... incorrectly. It's really weird. Everyone in the domain is thinking the Prince is having a midlife crisis.

Sidon IS having a crisis, but it's a gay panic one.

But unbeknownst to Sidon, Link has fallen for these Zora quips. The smile Sidon flashes makes Link lose his train of thought... the way Sidon's tail wags makes Link flustered. When Sidon shook Link's hand with his two smothering strong ones, Link felt dizzy. Link is missing these quirks Sidon would show, so Link is determined to see them again!

When Link and Sidon are alone in Zora's Domain, Link purposely tells a funny story to the Prince. One he KNOWS will get him to laugh. But when Sidon turns his face from Link to "keep cool", Link gets frustrated. He grabs onto the fishy prince's face, asking him WHY Sidon is acting so differently. Sidon tries to deflect such a notion, but Link calls Sidon out on all the weird things he's been noticing... especially the pants.

Sidon cracks under the gaze of this Hylian! Link not only sees right through Sidon's changes, but Link seems to DISLIKE them, too! Sidon is embarrassed, and he deflates from the realization that Link doesn't like the prince. Sidon refuses to look at Link as he tells Link half the truth, that he wanted to be Link's... FRIEND. That he thought Link wouldn't want to be with... well FRIENDS with... a Zora. Link pauses, as he KNOWS that Sidon knows about he and Mipha's friendship, so something STILL feels off. It isn't until he notices Sidon's blushing that he understands what is truly being said.

After Link makes sure Sidon looks into his eyes, Link reassures Sidon that the things he likes about Sidon are what are truly him. His heroic grin, his playful tail wags. His champion-like swimming abilities. That Link enjoys Sidon. That he wants to SEE Sidon... all of him. Quickly, though, after Sidon lets out a flustered wheeze, Link realizes how his words came across, stating he just meant for Sidon to take off the pants! Sidon wheezes louder. Link gets more embarrassed and tries to explain he just meant Zora don't wear pants, so he'd want to see Sidon without-

It's great. They're great. They're trying.

It takes a bit more time after this convo, cause clearly the two are terrible with communication, but they reveal their romantic interests.

And they burn that infamous pair of pants.
