Hi there!! I'm Python (he/they/kit) and this is my sideblog for making (sfw) moodboards!! :D

My main: @python-nebula

What things I make for: whatever I want pretty much! Mostly boards for fandoms I like, which at the moment is starcanwrecked (Team Starkid, Tin Can Bros, Shipwrecked Comedy), although I am in other fandoms as well and have non-fandom interests too :)

Tags I'll use: #my moodboards (self-explanatory) and #python hisses (for answering asks or just a post that isn't a board)

Do I take requests: Sure thing!! I am very inexperienced with making boards but will gladly begin taking requests, provided rules are followed;

No nsfw, I am a minor

Be nice please, I might not do a rq if you make demands or don't say please and thank you

Be specific! Tell me what fandom, character, and/or theme you want (I may ask clarifying questions if needed)

I won't do graphic themes such as gore or certain insects/animals (I will add to this list)

favorite color: I default to blue, but I like green and purple too. Also that color scheme that comes up a lot on like bookish moodboards and bookish things in general, that reddish-brown and brownish-red and other colors in subdued, calm shades.

last song i listened to: "Níl Sé’n Lá” by Celtic Woman (if you don’t count the songs I sang at church this morning, which I didn’t technically listen to, anyway, as that implies I wasn’t the one performing--if you do count them, then it was “I Will Follow” by Chris Tomlin)

last movie i watched: Yikes, I haven’t watched a whole movie in a long time. Um... Atlantis? I think that’s what it was.

top 3 tv shows: The West Wing is the only show I actively watch rn (it’s fucking stellar and you should all watch it), but I also like A Series of Unfortunate Events and The Twilight Zone. And I’ve been meaning to start Galavant; I hear that’s funny, and it’s right up my alley.

top 3 bands/musical artists: The Beatles have always been a default, and I also love Celtic Woman and Pentatonix.

top 3 characters: Only 3?? DECISIONS Sam Gamgee from LotR, Laura Glue from CotIG, and basically the entire cast CJ Cregg from West Wing (I ended up disqualifying about half of my list to get it down to this few, since they’re fictionalizations of real people and therefore not technically fictional characters--looking at you, CotIG and Poe Party)

what i’m currently reading: For class: A Doll’s House by Henrik Ibsen and The Cherry Orchard by Anton Chekhov. For fun: A Hobbit, a Wardrobe, and a Great War by Joseph Loconte and The Time Machine by H.G. Wells. And whatever poetry strikes my fancy.

what is the one thing you want to accomplish this year? There are a ton of things I want to accomplish, but one of the most, shall we say...pressing...is being accepted as an RA (not only would it be fun, and I’m told I’d be good at it, but also RAs’ room and board is paid for by the university and they get a $200 stipend for each semester they work, and them’s discounts I need because College Is Expensive)

who is your greatest role model? So many. Too many. I can’t possibly pick a greatest. Although, not to be cheesy, but my parents are way up there, especially my mom. I love both my parents (and I’m incredibly lucky that they both love me), but my mom’s a badass.

if you could live anywhere where would you live? It’s a tie between Chicago (great theater scene and slightly more affordable than NYC, plus my cousin’s husband works at a well-known theater in Chicago so I might be able to ask him about any upcoming internships), LA (I’ve been meaning to try YouTube stuff for a long-ass time, and my recent obsession with Shipwrecked Comedy is hardcore fueling that fire), and NYC (because Theater). The town I’m in now is great too, though. I could live in the secondhand book store in the town square.
