Viking-style ship burials likely weren’t much like how they’re commonly portrayed in pop culture, but the practice does have roots in Norse mythology when the god Baldr is depicted as being cremated with his ship, which was known as the “greatest of all ships”, so this feels appropriate

Ok so i was talking with my friend and realised something.

we were talking about ships sharing cloths and i was like "yeah! todd gave dirk one of his shirts thats pretty cute" (which it is) but then i thinked about it more and theres more to unpack. First of, todd says that its one of his last "mexican funeral" shirt and i think thats awesome bc of all the shirts he could have given dirk, he chose that one. Even tho its one of the last. Second, todd also says he went to dirk's appartment to get his jacket, which means he could have taken some of dirk's own cloths while being there to give him but no. Finally, we know that todd gives clothing as a "romantic" gesture bc he did the same with farah (i dont ship them but the show does confirm he does that with ppl he likes). Anyway i love that ship and i whish there was a season 3

Mmmmmmmm Dnn au where Sapnap and George are both selkies and they haven't told Dream but he knows, and he doesn't blame them for not telling him, he gets it, and they always keep their furs hidden until one day someone breaks into their home and steals their furs, and while the two of them are freaking out because this is literally the worst case scenario ever and what are they going to even tell Dream, Dream goes after the guys and just kills them

Except Dream fucked up and now he's freaking out because he got fucking blood on their coats! He can't give the coats back with blood in them, that would be so rude and gross and what if the blood sticks to it after it dries????

So Sapnap and George suddenly feel a new pair of hands touch their coats, different from the ones that had grabbed and thrown it around and hidden. No, these hands tremble slightly as they touch their furs and they feel so familiar and then there's the feeling of water which... is very weird? What the fuck is happening to their coats??

But yeah, Dream washes the blood off and them puts the coats in the drier on a low setting with a bunch of towels (which is a very very weird feeling to Sapnap and George) and he leaves the coats on their beds without them seeing and now they kinda smell like the laundry cleaner Dream uses and it drives George and Sapnap insane (/pos)

I want someone to caress Bucky's cheek before cupping his tenderly. Looking at him with hooded eyes filled with anguish. Looking at his blue blue eyes so dull from the magnesium flare they have before. And say with voice so soft and tender "Who did this to you?"

And Bucky would laugh it off, giving the excuse that he is fine, had never felt better. But that someone heard the crack in his tone and barely noticible shake of his fingers.

Rage will burns bright and hot within them but none is shown, so they will slowly pull Bucky's face down and kiss each of his eyelids. "Are they alive? Because they won't be for long"
