Summary: Mrs. Mulberry equips the help of someone quite unexpected while in the midst of tormenting her dear companion
Word count: 1168
Character count: 6628
Tobi talks: for you my nigga @yarnprism
“W-wait! Wahahahit!” Kevin cackled, tugging desperately at his arms held high above his head. He screeched and tossed back and forth in Mrs. Mulberry’s lap, his head laid comfortably on her thighs. She chuckled lowly at her victim, effortlessly pinning the candyman down while two disembodied gloved hands dug and kneaded into the hollows of his armpits.
He almost screamed when the fingertips began to drill into the sensitive flesh, it really was a bad idea to wear a tank top today, especially when she came over to visit. “Plehehease I cahahan’t take it!” Kevin pleaded, his face already a deep red.
She smacked her lips and cooed at him. “Poor poor, Kevin… It seems you were just a little too ticklish today, hm?”
Kevin was going to respond but ended up arching his back once the pair of hands began to knead into his ribs. His laughter turned silent when they vibrated in his lower set of ribs, rapidly digging into the bone. Kevin began to snort and thrash around even harder, much to the amusement of the British women.
“How cute~” The woman cooed, leaning down and kissing the man on the tip of his nose.
“I’M GOHOHANNA DIE!” The candyman begged, the heat now reaching everywhere from the tip of his nose to down his neck.
Mrs. Mulberry almost rolled her eyes. “Now don’t be foolish, Kevin… You won’t perish in my care.”
Kevin didn’t respond and only continued to peddle his legs in the air and tug desperately at his wrists, now that the hands were counting his ribs each row at a time like they were conscious and knew what they were supposed to be doing right now. Agonizingly, no matter where he squirmed, they were pressing their index fingers hard into the sweet spots of pudgy flesh between the bone. They did it on cinc, each moving a row with the other until eventually making it to the top and lingering there, now waggling their fingertips into the hardly protected skin.
The candyman was on the verge of tears and his vision was beginning to get a little blurry. He wasn’t sure how much more he could take.
“But if you want to experience a thing such as death, then I suppose I could simulate it for you.”
Mrs. Mulberry suddenly piped up. The hands on his ribs stopped so he could finally look up at her, donning a silly smile with flushed cheeks. “Ehehehe…what?”
Another pair of disembodied hands manifested themselves right before his eyes and gripped onto his wrists when Mrs. Mulberry let go, her hands now free. Kevin held his breath when shestarted at his wrists, lightly teasing the smooth skin before tracing to his elbows. How he tried to protect himself by trying to curl into a ball was even more adorable than he was now.
“Tickle tickle~” The Brit teased, tracing circles around the small of his bone and into the crook of his arms before eventually making it to his biceps. He reacted strongly and giggled profusely when her fingers slowly dragged up and down the pale flesh. “Heheheheeh! Fuhuhuhuck!”
The Brit then made it to the hollows of his underarms, keeping her claws posed right above them, leaving the candyman on edge.
“Oh Kevin?” He heard her croon.
“Y-yehehehes?” He giggled.
“Do me a favor and laugh for me~” She didn’t waste another second and dove down into the sensitive pits, flexing her fingers into every crevice of the area. The hands on his upper torso resumed, now resorting to squeezing and kneading each side of his ribcage with no intent of stopping.
Kevin was in stitches, throwing his head back and expelling his beautiful laughter into the wide area of her living room.
“PLEHEHEASE STAHAHAP!” He quite literally couldn’t take it, it was just too much for him!
Mrs. Mulberry leaned down, almost to the point where the two were touching noses. “Oh, but that wasn't even the best part, my love.”
Luckily the missus slowly let up and called off the hands going to town on his torso, allowing him a moment of respite as greedily gulped down breaths of air. Kevin went limp, his head sinking further into her thighs as he relaxed from his high. The Brit kissed the top of his forehead and cheek, getting a quiet laugh out of him. This moment of calm was ruined the moment Mrs. Mulberry hooked her arms under his.
The candyman didn’t quite process this in time as he found himself squirming in her grip, giggling nervously. “Wahahait! Nohohot again!”
Mrs. Mulberry seemed highly amused but didn’t say anything, only looking up to whistle. She was calling something, someone and it didn’t take long for this someone to be revealed as their pattering footstep could be heard from the distance. Kevin was left immensely confused when this person turned out not to be a person at all, but an incredibly fluffy and adorable white dog.
They pattered up to their owner and graciously accepted the affectionate hand scratching behind their ear.
“That’s a good boy, Maximus~” The British woman praised, seemingly elated by his presence. Maximus looked thrilled to be around her but his attention was diverted to the man being held hostage in her arms. He turned his snout towards him and sniffed at his neck.
Kevin smiled at the sweet dog and chuckled when the samoyed lapped at his cheek. Everything was going well until Mrs. Mulberry suddenly pulled at the hem of his shirt, exposing his entire belly. Chills ran down his neck once he realized what the British woman was planning.
“Why don’t you introduce yourself to him?” Mrs. Mulberry purred, going back to restraining the candyman.
Kevin gulped nervously and laughed nervously once he realized what was going to happen.
“That’s a good boy, no need to get hasty now…”
Maximus stared at him panting and looked up and down his body, discovering the vulnerable patch of flesh. The smooth, pale skin shivered when he put his nose up to it and snuffled. Kevin didn’t know how something so silly could tickle so badly, thousands of tiny hairs were grazing all over his sides and the top of his belly as Maximus tried to make himself acquainted with the candyman.
“Aw, he’s giving you kisses~” The Brit cooed. Kevin could say otherwise as he’d never giggled so hard in his life. His cheeks were burning and he was smiling so hard it hurt.
“Mahahahax stahahap!” Kevin pleaded, arching his back when the wet nose booped at his navel. Mrs. Mulberry gasped and the dog stopped, turning towards the candyman as he laughed nervously. Did he do something wrong?
“He doesn’t like it when people call him that…”
Just before he could respond, the noirette shrieked when the insanely fluffy samoyed nuzzled furiously into his flesh, briefly nipping the skin. Kevin wasn’t sure how much longer he could take
it but he would have to endure his punishment.

I think this season shestarts to feel important again and knows she has a manager that has her back. For a player that is very important, she us starting to gain confidence again. I feel that on Arsenal if she didn’t have a great game, she was bench no matter what. I don’t want to compare but Stina didn’t have good games and still was in the starting 11 whereas Jordan maybe have a good game but when to the bench.
I agree ! Stina’s hasn’t been in good form recently , but they pulled Jordan off the bench for a few games when they relied on her after Kim and Leah were injured, and then dropped her back to the bench again after it was all over, it must’ve fucked with her head
Her relationship with Carla looks really positive and that they have good communication, so I’m happy that her manager values her and that she’s starting to look like she’s really enjoying herself again

How she starts
Most of the time i was just create story in my head
i create the memories
i read it out loud but only in my imagination
sometimes i talk to the wall, so i dont feel lonely much
not many as know i was before sick because i had fibrosis
but i pass through it the way in and out.
years go by, now i just finished my studies.
gonna be 24 by this May
i guess time is flies fast without i even realize it.
I still figure about my life
What I want
What I want to be
How my life will be and such..
Not all my dreams has come to the point which is come true.
Some is that still on the way, some has gone because of time passed by
and some just disappear and guess will never come back
But thats how life works. You made mistakes, you learn and you grow.
And it goes on and on.

Why I’ll be happy even if my startup fails
Tumblr media
A few weeks ago in my video diary I touched on the fact that I was deeply troubled around whether I was going to monumentally stuff up both work and family by pursuing the startup dream - and whether it was going to be worth it. If I can’t dedicate enough time to the business to make it a success, while at the same time sacrificing family time, generating constantly sick kids from having to go to day care and slashing our family income by working on the startup instead of heading back to paid work, then what’s the point? Sounds like a really dud move to me.
Turns out I’m not the only one who’s experienced this kind of angst, and many friends, acquaintances, hell even people I barely knew, reached out after watching my woe-is-me tale now up for all to see on YouTube to let me know that my post hit a nerve with them too. Quite incredible.
Once every few years Tom and I go out just the two of us (I know, room for improvement there). We recently had such an occasion. About 2/3rds into our bottle of red I started sharing with him the contents of my video post to which he had a fairly simple reply.  “Are you serious”? His line of thought was around that the fact that I’m out there and having a crack, setting my sights high and ultimately taking a risk for the family that may (or may not) have a massive pay off. These factors can only be seen as something that is a hugely positive role model to our boys and therefore how on earth could it be not worth it? I admit, he had a point.
Now you’d think that as an Executive for the Workplace Gender Equality Agency I’d have that notion pretty front of mind, but evidently not. One of the biggest things that we can do to drive progress in gender equality is to work. Research shows us time and time again that by providing a role model of a woman that works shows your kids that this is the norm, which in turn starts to shift these highly engrained stereotypes around what men and women “should” do. Let’s be clear, this post isn’t intended to start the stay-at-home-mum vs working mum debate, but for those of us who work, put that guilt down..stat.
So me getting out there and being ‘the boss’, working in a non-traditional sector or occupation, taking risks and working my guts out challenges many gender stereotypes that stupidly still exist, and shows my boys that this is absolutely normal. And if all that ever comes out of Longevity App is playing my part in changing the future of gender equality, then job done.

SHESTART
I am starting this blog because I find myself in a pretty “lost” moment in my life, I am almost 26 years old, and I still haven't found the thing I am most passionate about.
Of course, I am aware it is not easy, finding, or deciding the one thing you want to spend most of your life focusing on.
Some people are lucky enough to have the one thing they love the most and focus on it from the moment they finish high school, but for me it has always been the contrary. I like way too many things, but I don't like anything enough to actually dedicate my life to it.
For example, since I can remember I have been doing extracurricular activities like
English lessons
Piano lessons
Singing lessons
Karate
Photography
Film and Television
Ballet (very briefly)
And the list actually goes on, but I'm trying not to make it boring since this will be my first post.
The main reason for this blog then, is to research and write about all the different subjects that I like, and hopefully, I will find myself submerged in one of those things enough that I will fall passionately in love with it and never let it go.
If you are interested in knowing what these subjects will be, here is some of them
Photography
Painting
Movies
Music
Traveling
Make up
Self care
Global warming & environmental issues
Interior & fashion design
Mental health
Feminism
LGBTQIA+
This will be a safe space for me to write articles and start topics of conversation with anyone who is interested in discussing ideas and opinions, I will welcome everyone (no haters though) and I also speak spanish (I am from Uruguay) para aquellos quienes no hablen Inglés, bienvenidos tambien!
Btw, my name is Mariana, but my friends call me Mar :)

ps. the photo is just me, chillin in the bathtub by the beach :)

Wellness Warrior Adventure Belize
Linda Wellness Warrior Adventure, Belize
"Breathtaking and more exhilarating than imagined. I was history. Thankful for going on this journey.” -M. Wilkey
What happens when a group of 12 embark upon a Wellness Warrior Adventure?  A spiritually enlightening experience!
Back in March 2017, Linda Wellness Warrior hosted the first (of many) Wellness Warrior Adventures, in beautiful Belize. Belize it or not, It brings me great joy to travel abroad with groups on wellness retreats to experience places less traveled, and engage in local culture.
The goal of the trip was for wellness warriors to heal relationships with old habits, behaviors, and beliefs to re-emerge feeling wholeness of spirit! Old habits, behaviors, and beliefs can be questioned as you search for new and inventive ways to make progress. It was my mission to help guide participants, in putting themselves at the center of themselves and their future goals.
Linda Wellness warriors, including myself, conquered fears, and learned the beauty of surrendering. The demographics ranged from mid 30s – 70s, women and men. I was fortunate to have my parents accompany me this trip; a cherished experience. Other women traveled with their mothers and worked on breathing life into their relationships. This trip was my Yoga. Spending time with my father abroad has taught me as yoga has, to open and surrender to my father’s way of loving his daughter. Yoga teaches us when we accept ourselves for who we are, we’re willing to forgive and accept others for who they are. It’s why these retreats are important for our mental health. Practicing mindfulness isn’t always an easy feat during our day-to-day lives. Retreats allow us to conquer fears, surrender, be balanced, and hopefully, when we’re back to our everyday lives, we take the feeling from the experience with us and remember to take time out for ourselves. You don’t have to travel abroad to retreat. You can carve out a space in your home, take a walk, BREATHE and just be still. That’s really all a retreat is--a quiet space away from our busy lives where we can just breathe!
On our retreat, we rode horseback to Mayan Ruins and went cave tubing on underground rivers. The entire trip was symbolic of both the masculine and feminine, from the elements to the imagery; the combined energies, which in Yoga practice represents balance. That spoke to me deeply.
Xunantunich Ruins
Xunantunich in the Yucatec Maya language means “Stone Woman,” however, it’s a modern name the locals gave the site after reports of it being haunted by the ghost of a woman with glowing red eyes! It was a major ceremonial center. The 135 feet Xunantunich Ruins are not the largest of the Mayan settlements, but it certainly has its interesting features. During the 2.5-hour horseback ride, we rode under massive palms. Taking in the surreal view, I felt like we were being greeted by the ancestors! My horse’s name was Emma. It meant “Universal.”
Probably the most popular of the Mayan Ruins, is the “El Castillo,” Spanish for “The Castle.” Standing at 180 feet, it’s the second tallest structure in Belize…and we climbed it. It was a very warm day as we made our way up to the Ruins. Once there we then had to walk up a steep hill before we got to the steps of El Castillo. I took in the moment and laid in the grass, and did some yoga stretching. The steps were so wide!! As we climbed the massive stairs, a few of our elders were hesitant to continue, with one of them experiencing anxiety and hyperventilating, but she pushed through using the breathing techniques I taught her from our previous evening meditations. “We might as well keep going we already came this far!” I was so proud of the way one motivated the other! I think we all recognized that we’re wellness warriors and no matter what we’re doing this.
We were exhausted and hot by the time we reached the top of El Castillo but relieved! As we stood gazing out at the panoramic scene, with Guatemala in the distance, we inhaled the mountainous air, in complete awe of how majestic the view! One member of our group gasped, “Oh my God! look how high up we are…you can see everything!” We saw where we stood when we began our climb. We realized wow! This is where the Mayan King sat during sacrificial ceremonies. Another member said she felt as if she had been “transported” during the climb, sort of a deja vu or astral projection, having already saw exactly what she witnessed in that moment.
It was interesting that member of our group had that experience. The Mayans believed in mystical powers. The elements earth, fire, air, water and aether were constant themes throughout our tour. Aether was the 5th dimension according to the Mayans. They described the element as the glue that binds the universe together. We recognized just how small we are in this universe! The Mayans made huge sacrifices to get close to spirit, and left these ruins as reminders for us to get close to spirit. It made us all aware of the gift we received through generations. It was amazing to experience something that as stood against time, war, storms and battled the elements.
Although I conquered my fear of heights I can’t lie, I was ready to get down!
Cave Tubing
Cave tubing represented the Mayan underworld. The caves were regular pilgrimages where the Mayans prayed to their gods to bless them with bountiful harvest and sustenance. Cave tubing also represented the water element and fertility. There were many phallic symbols in the caves.
Before we reached the entrance of the cave, our tour guide took us on a short walk, reminding us to use our imagination, pointing out the herbs, medicinal trees and other wildlife. Once inside the cave, we began our journey, gentle waves carrying us as we witnessed a living breathing river within a cave. Millions of years in the making of limestone, crystal formation--huge quartz crystals, and waterfalls. Holes making way for light above. We glided along different sections of the cave ranging between two feet to 65 feet! Entering this sacred underworld, we experienced what these caves meant to the Mayans--being carried through the darkness, emerging outside back into the sun.
We ended our excursion at paradise--Caye Caulker. Rooftop yoga, indulging, resting in hammocks and beach bumming.
The Xunantunich Ruins and our cave tubing experience symbolized the saying, “as above, so below.” Climbing the top of El Castillo (as above) followed by cave tubing through the underworld (so below), represented our thoughts. The way we choose to live our lives, show up in our lives – whether that’s good or bad for you, the important thing is that we recognize what we need to change within ourselves for those changes to show up exteriorly; how we choose to think about ourselves, our circumstances, our lives. We conquered our fears and persevered, pushing through despite our fears!
We closed out our journey on Caye Caulker, a small limestone coral island off the coast of Belize in the Caribbean Sea. After spending a few days at the Aguada Hotel in the Cayo St. Elena and St. Ignacio district. Aguada means watering hole in Mayan language. We held our evening ceremonial circles, lighting candles (fire element), being thankful and offering blessings and morning yoga to set the tone and intention for our adventures.
Thank you to our sponsors Lord’s of Boston, Abiola Abrams, author of Sacred Bombshell of Self-Love Handbook for the African Goddess Affirmation Cards, and M.A.D.E.-Organics for the Bug Off which helped us on Caye Caulker. Fun fact about Belize, it’s pretty dry and not many mosquitoes inland during dry season. I’d also like to acknowledge the women warriors and womenpreneurs we worked with along our journey. A Gill of All Trades,  Lusterity, Shana Bryant Consulting, the Collier Connection, our hotel managers at the Aguada and Beach Hotel, and our mainland transportation provided by Danielia Lanza the only female owned and operated transportation company on the island.
Linda Wellness Warrior Adventures are a great time for new beginnings, to conceptualize ideas, to invoke a sense of self!
Save the Date: Our next Wellness Warrior Adventure will be April 14-21, 2018 We hope you’ll join us! For more info: www.lindawellnesswarrior.com/retreats

What does Longevity App and Google have in common?
Tumblr media
On Thursday I sat down to set out some OKR’s (Objectives and Key Results) for Longevity App, with my hair in my rollers as you do. If you haven’t guessed by now I’m always working with the view to maximise efficiency, out of necessity more than anything else. I also think this seemingly irrelevant fact is worth sharing as it’s important to dispel myths about how work can or should get done, and that the reality of some start-up founders is not what you’d imagine. Not all of us are hanging round the ping pong table as you might expect. I was off to Sunsuper’s Dream For a Better World award ceremony that night and had grabbed a quiet 45 minutes to tart myself up a bit and get some work done.
But back to OKRs. The art of OKR’s was something that we learnt in a masterclass led by the super impressive Sally-Anne Williams from Google. Google is well know for using OKR as a powerful tool to meet their goals and they are well and truly part of Google’s culture. With Google being up there as one of the most valuable companies in the world, I figure they must be on to something, so it might be worth a shot.
In short OKRs are: • Objectives - meant to be ambitious, and not something you can easily do, or do within the next week or so. So one of mine is to release our MVP by May • Key Results - often measurable: what are you going to measure to get there?
What OKRs are not: • Employee evaluations & job performance • Your to do list
OKR’s are different from other goal-setting techniques because of the aim to set very ambitious goals (as opposed to the odd stretch goal thrown in for good measure).
So I have sat down and begun to plot OKR’s for the next quarter, 6 months and year from commencing the Blue Chilli’s SheStarts accelerator program. While I’ve found the objectives relatively easy to come up with, setting meaningful key results underneath each of them is proving to be more of a challenge!
And sure, we may be no Google, but maybe one day if I keep following the OKR principles and a bucket load of elbow grease, with any luck I will

This is my first guitar. I bought her brand new for the equivalent of 7euro. That was my whole salary for a month with my weekend job at the grocery store back in 1989. Wow, that makes her 30 years old! I've always tried to name her but no name has ever really stuck up until recently. Her name is Catherine because shestarted something deep within me that I've never been able to, and don't want to, shake free of. The nice bloke at the musical instrument shop threw in a "free" carry bag and a tuning fork. I still remember looking at him rather confused when he handed me the tuning fork. He could see I had no clue about anything musical. Kindly smiling he said "You'll understand what the tuning fork is for soon enough. Trust me, it's important." First lesson from a friend - tuning your guitar was quite an eye-(ear)-opener. I learnt my first chords on Catherine. I learnt the first riff of a song I recognised on her and the pièce de résistance, the intro to the one song that hooked me. "Sweet Child 'O Mine" by Guns 'n Roses. What is the piece of music that "does it" for you? . . . . #stickymusic #stickybones https://www.instagram.com/p/B5m-koWntmW/?igshid=1axtuj5gaymt3

Krystal calmly watches him and asks. "Wh..what happened to you? I mean.. you were so badly burnt. I know it's none of my business but you were just so hurt. Were you in that house that burnt down the street?" Shestarted to settle down and study his features
Closed starter for @krystalthevampirelestatoc
Fulk was injured pretty badly, the house he had been crashing in had caught on fire while he was resting. He was lucky he got out as he did. He was now in his rat form laying on his side hiding inside some kind of book shop. I was a slower process of healing I this form, but it was the easiest why to stay hidden right now.

PATHBREAKING PROJECT: THE HANDLESS ARTIST
Online Fundraiser: Raised Rs.4,03,111 till date
Kartikeya Sundaram
Rohit Sharma
Devanshi Gupta
Milaap: https://milaap.org/fundraisers/Help-The-Handless-Artist?utm_source=shorturl
Kartikeya, Rohit and Devanshi  came to know about Anjana through a news article , and travelled  to Rishikesh along with their parents to meet her and understand her needs and challenges.
At a nondescript corner along the Ganges in Rishikesh sits 38-year-old Anjana. Stray dogs nibble at her stationery, flies hover around her and the stench of the garbage makes the surrounding unbearable. Yet, undeterred, she continues to sketch on a sheet of paper with deep concentration and undivided focus.
This may seem like the story of any roadside artist, but Anjana is different. She doesn’t have arms and one of her legs is half the length of the other, thus compelling her to squat in order to walk. Every day, for over a year, she has been travelling several kilometres  to occupy a place along the river and showcase her paintings that she creates deftly using her right foot. Her daily journey is laden with danger as she has to walk long distances on congested roads, cross a bridge, board a ferry and then finally take a spot along the river. Anjana’s commute becomes even more cumbersome during the scorching heat of the summers and the heavy downpour during monsoons.
Anjana’s association with art started a year back when she tried to write ‘ram naam’ on pieces of paper with a pen clasped between her toes. Recognizing her talent, a foreign tourist bought her drawing materials and encouraged her to channel her innate talent. Over the next few months her relentless efforts transformed her weakness into her greatest strength in the most unimaginable way. Shestarted selling her paintings. Now, art has become her source of income. Anjana is the sole breadwinner of the family and her earnings help run a family of five.
The students met Anjana’s family, including her aging parents and paralyzed brother, all of whom have significant medical expenses. Anjana is educating her brother’s two children, and hopes to send them to college.
The students were struck by her poise and positivity and felt immense admiration for her spirit, courage and talent. They decided to support her brave efforts. On their return, they got to work and Project ‘The Handless Artist’ took shape.  They established  a Milaap fundraiser- contacted  friends and family members and asked them to donate and/or spread the word about the project. Gaining some momentum, they started a Facebook page, where they posted regular updates as well as video updates and interviews with Anjana. They also allocated a small part of the money received to run an ad campaign- their marketing efforts were successful. Milaap took notice of their efforts and gave them official sponsorship and support.
With the Rs4,03,111/- that the campaign has received so far, they hope to stabilize Anjana’s source of income- the majority of the amount will be transferred to a fixed deposit account to allow her to earn interest, which will subsequently help her with monthly payments. This account will also function as a de facto nest egg, which the family can access in case of an emergency.
Determination like Anjana’s is hard to find and in spite of the difficulties she faces, she keeps a positive demeanour and continues to work with undying spirit.
