They all camp out by a cave, Karen and SMG3 having a chat while drinking coffee, 4 is bandaging icey's injured hand for punching Toby(who's infected) too hard, Tari is watching over Kate or Katy(I think-i forgot Karen's kid's name I only know Cody and zack-)

SMG3:"I see that you only bring Kate with you.. Did something happen to.. Y'know.."

Karen:".. *sighed* yes.. Jack is too stubborn to understand what's happening.. He ended up getting infected, and in the process of turning into one of the infected, Cody.. He.. Was fused with Jack I tried to help him out but it was too late now they're both just a goop of monster with giant spiky tentacles that almost kill me and kate"

SMG3:"*was silent with a mix of shock and confusion*"

SMG4:"*overhead what Karen said*(inmind:holy shit they can do that-??? Wtf this is insane!-)"

Icey:"*who also heard what Karen said* well I happen to encounter the same thing but it was with my brother Henry and my friend toby, they're both stuck in the same body somehow as Toby's head was the one in control and Henry's head is being dragged on the ground, they also have exposed skeleton coming out of their body and it may sound terrifying but yet I'm not surprised because I've seen something like that before"

they all just stare at icey with the "icey wtf-" face

SMG3:".. Can we please just- just ho to bed so we can get to the lab 6 said to us, and find the cure and get this over with, I don't want to hear anymore of those details of each infected we encounter okay-"

they all agree and went back to sleep, except icey, she can feel something was up around the area so she want to stay on guard

Next morning

They all continue their walk as they saw a lake and jubjub floating injured on the center of it, one of them tried to help jubjub but suddenly boopkins (who's infected) throw a giant boulder on top of jubjub crushing him and dive back down into the water before throwing rocks at the survivors, they ended up taking the other longer way and encounter X, and minion

X:"SMG4!!"

Minion:"4!!"

SMG4:"X!? Minion!? What are you 2 doing here?! "

Okay so I just realized about this post in my draft and it's been like.. Idk 5 month now? So I'll just get to the point of it so I can tell about me traumatizing 6's whole crew more. So anyway..

4 and the survivor meet X and minion, they camp for a bit and then they got attacked they run to a nearby building that turns out to be the lab they were looking for, X got his head chopped off by FM, Karen get killed by her own children, 3 sacrifice himself to save the others, so the last survivor remains, icey, SMG4, tari, Kate(Karen's child) and minion, they got to the lab, almost everyone is having mental breakdown over what happened, they got the cure they go back to the castle to find 7 just whimpering upset about what he did as he just sat beside 6's corpses calling her name weakly asking her to sing him a song because he's scared, 4 is shattered seeing this but he quickly cure 7 before curing everyone else as 7 gather ingredients to revive the dead and yadiyadwada 7 made a circle put photos and revive everyone the end.

Now I'm going to go to sleep because I just finished a week of exams and I didn't realize that senior high school is hard as fuck. I can't even focus clearly with all this deadline stuffing my brain while I continue my life, why does it have to be this fast- anyways I hope y'all enjoy the infection AU and I'm sorry for all this late post, being in high school is really tough for my childish brain.

Centaurworld S2E3 notes

Loved this episode!! The focus was more or less on Glendale and Wammawink, though Wammawink's parts felt more like a build up to the future eps, but her realising that Glendale has grown and matured is nice!

Stabby is quickly becoming my favorite character

He reminds me of Wrong Hordak from She-ra? Both accidentally get sepatated from their armies and get stuck with the main characters and slowly unlearn the propaganda that was fed to them from birth.

Stabby has a little room with posters inside Glendale's portal-tummy🥺

Glendale is Stabby's mom/aunt. I have spoken.

Also, some groups (coldtaurs) in centaurworld siding with The Nowhere King (probably bc he seems like "winning" side) is pretty realistic! I imagine, him being this legendary boogeyman-like figure in centaurworld would also play into that. Maybe some groups even worshipped him at somepoint?

I'm not really sure how coldtaurs being scared of Nowhere King led them to the conclusion that they are gonna side with him bc they are cold? Are they, uh, making up excuses?

Wammawink often leaves Glendale behind? She is also weirdly disconcerned about Glendale being, y'know, in the arms reach of murderous coldtaurs

And her little rant about Glendale... Like, yes, Glendale's behaviour is unhealthy, but its not the time to complain about it

Silly thought, but... Is Durpleton's parenting of Stabby meant to parallel Wammawink's parenting of Glendale? With Durpleton immediatly discoraging and punishing the bad behaviour in contrast to Wammawink who lets Glandale steal stuff (which apparently became a problem only now🙄)

And when interacting with Glendare fave to face Wammawink is back in her worried mom role, hmmm

Also, Durpleton, you left your son behind too

Wammawink also almost forgot Horse, hmmm... is all this stuff about Wammawink from this ep and the previous one building up to something or yes?

Also Wammawink being anxious about whether Horse cares about her or not...

Glendale becoming friends with the little birdtaur dude and his kids ghfhjvr

Glendale befriending the whole coldtaur group!! And teaching them how to cope with anxiety!! My girl's smartie and loveable af🥰

First—deer lord: If u don’t know, he no longer goes through walls but basically rushes at you if u break line of sight (around the speed of Lisa when unobserved maybe) Ex. Like going around a corner—he can cut u off

I have yet to see Bab (I’m on 1500) but I heard they got cool updates n shit so Im hoping not to die before I get to see it

Charles is fast af and honestly I think Monster 2 got faster even tho they really didn’t need that

Spec 13 is also a pain now since she can rechase + deal heavy damage BUT the idea is very interesting so I can’t be too upset

The hooked doll’s chase is epic—the overlay is like Tirsiak x10 so u can’t see much except blue fog but it’s still funny bc she rushes at u from nowhere yk

^ and it’s so unsettling too bc it’s mostly quiet with these ominous sounds in the background + the fog rly limits ur vision

The husks idea are interesting and it’s cool when they don’t block ur way 🙄

The best part IMO is the save point at 1000 rooms where u can choose any 10 specimens to start off with so u don’t have to go from the beginning every time u die. Whoever came up w that is a very intelligent individual

Sadly tho the fantastic four didn’t get changed at all 😔still massive pains in the ass

Byrne draws a very pretty Jen and I love how he draws her hair but some of the people in the letters pages leading up to his return were acting like he's the only person who could possibly draw her ever which is simply not true

The fucking foreshadowing from avengers v1 annual #20 (below) for this mole man plot

I like that when Jen got dumped in the goop that makes you into your "inner self" she remained as she was because the gamma radiation had already made her into her inner self (I see Slott conveniently forgot this issue when he was writing all his bullshit about Jen and She-Hulk being different)

Unrelated, I read Captain America v1 400-413 because Jen was in 400 and 401 and I got really concerned about the backup story where Crossbones kidnapped Diamondback and now I have some Opinions:

The Cap-Wolf stuff was very good

Diamondback almost killed Crossbones several times and good for her honestly it's what she deserves

I really enjoyed Captain America disguising himself as Crossbones and then having to fight a bunch of other villains because they thought he was Crossbones

Also Batroc sitting on the sidelines eating popcorn watching Cap fight off a bunch of supervillains after he exposed Cap's identity so true king

Diamondback was significantly less justified in murdering Snapdragon or whoever that was. Like, clearly this is all to cause conflict between her and Cap but why couldn't the murder have been Crossbones instead of some c-list supervillainess.

wait i just went back to look at some of the letters pages because i was interested if they were creating relationship drama for the sake of it or if the readers disliked the relationship and in 405 I found a lady who wrote in about how her son reads captain america and she complained about the depiction of, quote, "wilding youths" and the way male-female relationships are portrayed and how this might affect her son's, quote, "muddled, evolving mind." ok ma'am maybe instead of cancelling your son's subscription you can have a conversation with him about how to treat women and how crossbones is a villain specifically because of the way he's treating women instead of censoring what he's reading because 1: you automatically assumed that marvel was endorsing it and 2: it doesn't match up with your idyllic view of the world. The kid is going to encounter this type of thing anyway you might as well let him encounter it in an environment where you can have an informed conversation about it. Anyway clearly miss name witheld by request read seduction of the innocent.
