Painting Your Nails with Them Scenarios!

Anakin Skywalker:

It was an unusual request, he would give you that. There wasn't many times where you had requested Ani to do something you usually engaged in by yourself, but you figured what harm could come from asking him to paint your nails for you?

"Is that what you want me to do?" He asked, the cocky grin on his face. "Yes! It'll be cute, Ani, pleaseeeee." He sighed, feigning irritation. "Ughhhhhhh, fine." He said, teasingly rolling his eyes. You threw a pillow at him, aimed directly for his face. It hit him and he let out a mockingly pained grunt, falling to the floor overdramatically. "Oh, please. It won't even take long! Plus, you can pick out any color from my collection." Anakin perked up at that, getting up and moving over to the colors you had purchased and liked over the years.

Once Ani had picked one that he liked, he went over to you, grabbing all of the supplies you had gathered for your nails. He sat in front of you, taking your hand into his. His skin was warm and soft. His thumb brushed over your knuckles as he lightly stroked the brush onto your nail, over and over, recoating as many times as he needed or felt was needed. When he was finished, he brought the hand he was working on to rest on any nearby surfaces, letting it dry. "There ya go. Not bad, huh?" Anakin said, leaning back and crossing his arms. He was pretty sure he had done amazingly.

You looked at your now dried nails and took a moment to take them in. It was not bad. Better than you thought. "Color goes well with your skin." He said, smiling at you. You smiled back. "I love them." Before leaning in to a sweet, passionate kiss.

Obi-Wan Kenobi:

Once Obi had returned from one of his journeys, reported back to the Council with his findings, he returned to you. He pulled you into a hug, and kissed you deeply, you both prepared dinner together and ate together before you ran him a bath as you always did.

"Hey, Obi?" You had asked, sitting beside the tub, absentmindedly drawing playing with his dirty, golden blonde hair. He had his eyes closed as he allowed the warm water to soak into his skin and wash away the dirt from his mission. "Hm?" He hummed in acknowledgement to your question. "Would you let me paint your nails, or something?" You proposed to him, and he opened his eyes, his vividly blue eyes trained on you with curiosity. "Yes, I would. But why? I'm not sure the council would allow it, per se."

You had expected this; it was an iffy subject. "I thought it would be fun, something you might like. What if I did it when you were away from the council, on one of your missions?" Obi-Wan's eyes unfocused, as he was in thought. "Yes, that might work."

And so, you began your work when he had gotten dressed and freshened up in the bathroom. He picked a simple neutral color, as this was the first time you'd painted his nails, so he picked the safe option. You worked diligently for roughly around 30 minutes, and when you finished you stretched and encouraged him to take a look. Obi-Wan was stunned when he had seen how there were virtually no mistakes, and the color needed only 2 coats to really pop.

"It's lovely." He beamed, pulling you into a tight hug. You hugged him back, glad he liked it.

Luke Skywalker:

Luke had seen how his aunt and uncle were so affectionate with each other, as if their love had just begun and maybe it had, but when he saw his uncle painting his aunt's fingernails with some color she had adored, he knew he had to do it with you.

"Y\N! Y\N!" He called, running with the idea fresh in his brain to you, who was currently fixing one of the haul's of droids. "What is it, Luke?" You asked, not taking your eyes off of what you were doing. "I saw my uncle painting my aunt's nails, and I thought of you. Is that something you like?" You were interested by what he said, so you stopped what you were doing and turned to him "Of course it is!"

A goofy grin plastered itself on Luke's face and he immediately scrambled back to ask his aunt for any nail polish colors she had, when she asked why he said it was something he wanted to recreate with you. She smiled fondly at him and handed her all of the colors she had. Luke thanked her and skipped off to present them to you. "Oh, wow, these are beautiful-" You begin before Luke cuts you off. "I was thinking we could do all of them on each finger!"

You nod, surprised but liking the idea and Luke immediately got to work. He was diligent as he put the brush to your nail and when he was done you were speechless at the job he had done. He smiled that goofy ass smile that he always had around you, and you suddenly gripped his hands and the brush, working to return the favor with a smile.

I really like how you characterized everyone in your animatic too. Anya emotionally and physically at one of her lowest points, holding her hands to her mouth to muffle her crying is so uwhwuah :( Curly holding up two fingers, trying to ease Anya with his body language, letting her know he'll be riiiiight baaack is SUCH a Curly thing to do too! And Jimmy smiling while his eyes drift to the ceiling, making peace with dying if it means he's "the hero who fixed it" also lives rent free in my brain lol

ALSO ANYA'S FACE LOOKING SO JAUNT AND SAD WHEN SHE BANDAGES CURLY AAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! THAT'S HER FACE RIGHT THERE, those down-turned eyes and high cheek bones are Anya!!!

jhariah makes such good music!! found them thru risk risk risk and its just banger after banger. if u have ocs or love to rotate characters in ur brain jhariah is the musician for you they got something for everything.

its always really fun to make lyrics connect with different characters. and you said u dont need to go into it but i will talk a lil about it. hehe. of course, anyas was really easy to choose, her speaking towards curly in his position, and polle speaking to jimmy of course. but trying to figure out the split between what jimmy and curlys lines. they share a very close mentality, curlys sense of responsibility vs jimmys desire to blame others. my original pass of text colors was way different and i had to tone down the sheer amount of color switching that was going on LOL. less is more!

i think anya holding her hands up towards her face is a really great touch put into her character acting. really good nervous tick to touch her neck/chin/cover her mouth. im glad it was something included in game. its fun to draw and can be really loaded.

curly and his two finger comfort thing was something i always imagined he did. the feeling of anya is in a really bad spot, but jimmy is his priority bc he knows damage control is important in the moment, but not wanting to leave anya with nothing but he has to go Right Now hell be Right Back Dont Move. his heads running a mile a minute.

dont have much to say about jimmys bit there, just wanted to capture his like. pathetic desperation as he figured out his solution. raaah

its funny bc i was JUST talking about this recently, but i dont like pet names at all BAHAH, hence why seb and clora dont call each other anything, not even nicknames.... seb calls her the light/princess/a bird sometimes as playful and teasing jokes, but doesnt actually address her like that. and clora always calls sebastian by his full name as well, bc i was basing her dialogue/my writing off the game dialogue...bc for as close as anne and ominis are to seb, both of THEM call him sebastian in full, so maybe it was a victorian thing that nicknames werent really common? plus clora's so proper that it just feels like its in her personality to always call seb "sebastian"... i feel like if she ever DID call him "seb" he'd do a double take and be like ...HUH? who are you???......are you polyjuiced? LMAO. i do imagine seb calling clora "love" when they get older tho (not in hogwarts) bc i like how simple it is, and imagining him saying stuff like 'careful, love' makes me🫠🫠🫠🫠

aw TYY💖💖 honestly i didnt give the victorian setting TOO much thought, other than making clora more modest/not used to wearing trousers etc. like the actual victorian courting process was that youd ALWAYS be chaperoned by at least 1 other person and you wouldnt be able to kiss or anything, so the fact that our mcs are in a co-ed school with free reign already ruins that, so i wouldnt worry too much about it. a lot of it you can just wave off with the excuse that wizard society is more advanced than muggle society, which is true anyway LOL. i just kept the parts that i thought were fun/made it feel victorian ENOUGH but got rid of the stuff that was too annoying (one big example being the amount of clothing they wear....i said it in the notes for one of my chapters, but i wasnt about to make seb go through like 5 different layers just to touch cloras titty LMFAO) and no i didnt have 1 specific website i used, id just google "blank in victorian times" and look through all the articles and resources i could on that subject, and take little bits of it. SO YEA i wouldnt worry about it too much, just take what you want if you think it could enrich your story, and leave stuff out if its annoying to deal with BHAHA. and GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR WRITING!!💖💖

BAHAHA yeah sebs bark was defs bigger than his bite when it came to actually having kids/getting clora pregnant LOL. he defs loves the pregnancy part, but i feel like seeing her go through the actual labour was super hard on him/made him feel guilty bc he hates to see her in pain, let alone bc of HIM. not to mention that i imagine he would still work even once they have kids, so to leave clora with like 6 kids by herself isnt something he would have wanted to do LOL. once both lewis and celeste are in hogwarts tho i actually imagine seb and clora still doing curse breaking as well (albeit less dangerous jobs/not as far away) BUT YES having a third kid that looks like seb and is sassy like anne would be SO CUTEEE...a happy accident is a good idea too, tho i kinda like the idea of it being cloras idea.....like, she gets baby fever again now that the kids are kinda growing up and sebs like no i dont wanna put u through that again... but obvs seb wouldnt be able to resist if clora was begging seb to put a baby in her LMFAOOO its already as good as done at that point😇😇 AND THANK YOU, and im glad you liked it!!!🥹💖💖💖

Mhm yes 🙂‍↕️ this is a VERY serious question that requires a very serious and deeply thought out answer! WHICH IS WHY IM GOING TO GO FAR AND BEYOND AND EVEN GIVE YOU MY HEAD CANONS FOR THEIR BABY CLOTHES AS WELL. This response is in fact sooo long, I'm gonna have to break this into multiple parts! So please bare with me!😫🙏

Let’s start off with our dear McCormick family!!! 

Baby Coop

So I think they would have a couple of animal theme onesies for Cooper, but not a huge amount compared to the Marsh-Broflovski’s (which I’ll get back to that in a second). I can totally see Butters putting Coop in one of these (especially the cow one!! so cuteeee!)

They’ll probably have fun with it too, and get a couple of silly colorful ones as well!!

As for Cooper’s actual baby clothes, i believe they’ll get a couple of clothes they consider fun and cute! Lots of them would probably have cute animals or typical bear or dinosaur designs as well. 

Ok but imagine Karen coming to visit, and she says she found a parka onesie similar to this one right here(👇), but in an orange color. And she thought it would be so cute for Cooper to have one and match with Kenny! 🥹🥹🥹

Self indulgent a bit, but I like to think that one day, Kenny was out shopping and he found this goofy ass caterpillar onesie for Cooper, and they DEFINITELY have like 20 photos of him in it ☠️☠️☠️

Baby Kate 

Kate would be given the same onesies Cooper had worn as a child (if they end up fitting her). The koala fit her the cutest tho 🥺🫶! But Kenny and Butters end up buying a bit more and get her some themed capes or jumpers since she was around 16 months when they adopted her. Definitely more on the girly side!

As for her clothes, she’ll be given more of knitted sweaters or things with tiny flowers. Very cute cottage-core type of aesthetic. It fits her overall vibe and she looks super cute in them too!!! Knitted sweaters end up being her favorite article of clothing!

tbh... i think draw Ranni a lot, she's literally the cover of my first fromsoft fanbook 🥲🥲

though most of my art of her is from 2 years ago, i wouldn't say i don't draw her often at all 😭 i've drawn Radahn 4-5 times too. i understand because i draw too much, it's easy to have an impression that i draw some specific characters less, but compared to, say, the Omen Twins or Rykard or Melina (who i keep meaning to draw but haven't got around to do so yet), Radahn and Ranni are two Carian characters i draw the most of that side of the family (well, Rellana is looking to dethrone them soon but you get what i mean aksfkjdfkj)

Radahn dudebro fans keep pointing fingers saying i hate him but i actually like him. as a guyfailure that is so obsessed with these symbols of a Lord in his father and Godfrey, yet failed to live up to any of them (*stare at that scene of Morgott whooping his ass*). his involvement in the DLC is an interesting spin on things to me, and make a lot of sense in the grand scheme of things (when i saw that we found like... 11 Miquella's Lily in places most personal to Radahn like Carian Manor and Sellia. hoo boy).

lately, i lowkey think Radagon specifically picked him for Miquella and encouraged his obsession with being a Lord. to me at least Radagon is really bitter that Godfrey is the First Lord and not him (her actual other's half! sentenced to live away from her while another man got to be her first in everything! the injustice!), so him not only discrediting Godfrey's descendants (whole thing with Hunters of TWLiD) but also preparing a whole new pair of Lord and God that should have been how he and Marika could have been from the start sounds like the kind of overcompensation he'd be doing (look honey that could be us but you tripping).

so in a way i do feel for Radahan and Miquella falling victims to Radagon's list of issues (though it's only one reason in many other reasons for them to turn out that way ofc. Radagon merely nudges the pieces into certain direction, they go barreling head first down on their own). and i actually like that i could come up with all that thanks to the DLC. imo it actually adds a lot more to Radahn and Miquella's character (depends on how you view the story though whoops).

you can say i like him (and Miq) the way one likes AC6 Iguazu... or Genichiro. the kind of hater characters that are doomed to fail from the start, but they are stubborn and will run head first into the wall again and again. and it's fun to put them in a jar and shake them.

Ranni... after the DLC my feeling for her is a bit more complicated. before i get why she did all those things and i like her story enough, but after the DLC as you see i come to really like Godwyn and links him closely to Marika. so now it's kinda awkward for me to insert Ranni in all the scenarios im drawing lately?

it's not that i stop liking her, it's simply that the scenario doesn't line up for me to add her in that's all. and it goes to other characters i haven't drawn tbh. not because i don't like them, i simply don't have anything in my brain about them to draw out. i don't think there's any characters in Elden Ring i hate tbh (yes i do like even the Hornsents. i find the stories in the scorpion stew and dried flower talisman really somber and give them a lot of humanity too, fucked up rituals aside).

here is what i used.

💜 fabric

it's called 「ソフトボア (soft boa)」 in japanese and people told me it's called "minky" in english, but i don't know if its exactly the same thing since i never bought minky. maybe some of you might know?

soft boa comes in different "hair lengths" that you can choose to make each part (ex. the hair) fluffier. for example, the skin fabric is "1mm soft boa" while the hair of fengqing nuis is "5mm soft boa". Some people use 1mm soft boa for everything (ex. if your nui is really small).

for the skin fabric, i used this brand (ぬいクロスボア) which you can buy on Rakuten or at Animate.

for the hair, i bought from Little Closet but you need a credit card or paypal acct issued in Japan to buy.

my friend in europe buys something similar from this shop on Aliexpress and said the quality was good too.

if you buy minky, make sure that its not too thick, because you need to layer it at some parts and it might be difficult to sew if it's too thick. also, it should not be stretchy, as your nui might deform. this is what soft boa looks like from up close. if you are not sure, i recommend just buying the soft boa from above, since they are made specifically for nui-making.

💙for embroidery

I drew the face embroidery designs myself by using a template from a book. unfortunately, I cannot share the template because it is paid content.

however, there's a lot of free nui sewing patterns online, so you can draw your own embroidery lines by using them as a reference to make sure they will be placed properly.

the template i used is from 「もっとかわいくできる! 推しぬい 理想の「お顔」「髪型」つくりかたBOOK」 which you can buy on Rakuten or Amazon japan.

this book also has tips on how to design a cute face and hair for your nui !!

if you don't know japanese, the author has a video on youtube showing how to sew along and do the embroidery which is subbed in english (link).

i know literally nothing about worldflipper besides your art, but it looks really cool!!! who are your favs? why are they your favs? tell me anything and everything cool about it?

Wah, I'm glad it's fun to see art for it! There's a lot I can talk about for the series...for me, it's mainly that this game kept me a lot of company while working, ahaha. True to the name it's about World Hopping - namely about connecting worlds, meeting people from the different worlds, and learning about why the worlds are the way they are (alongside the nature of the goddess who watched over them, the origin dragon, and so on). Since the game EoS, they pulled together an ending for chapter 12 and they did a very good job of wrapping things up with a satisfying ending.

There's also a LOT of characters i like (it is a gacha game after all!) but Yukariko and Shouta are the ones I draw the most...so I can talk about them!

Sho's known the protag for a bit, and has a complicated relationship with him at first - ultimately, he gets jealous of the things his friend can do, thinks he's going to be left behind, and has terrible communication skills to boot. Teenage friendships are messy! Eventually, he comes around, and later on becomes friends with the effective 'antagonistic force' (in a way) - bro literally turns the final chapter around by reminding him that he's supposed to help im 'pick up girls' with him.

Yukariko mistakes Shouta as someone who helped her when she was young, and her views on how love should go has her believe that Sho's the one for her. She's overly kind around him, gets jealous when others spend too much time with him...but when she eventually learns that Sho isn't the same guy, her worldview is crushed. She later comes around though, and the two decide to start again as friends and work up from there. This actually gets explored more in the JP-only beach alt, and it's very sweet by the end.

(also, Yukariko's bows are in fact meant to match his hairclips, and the two have the same sunglasses in their beach alts, too.)

There's a lot of other characters in this game - anything with Qualia City is fun - and going over all my faves would leave me here all day BUT thank you for the interest :0

Sorry if you're already working on this but with Luffy in Croc dad what's his hobby?? Like he's the biggest ball of energy and I think if wasn't fighting wild animals as a kid he would vibrate into another dimension from lack of stimulation. Does he draw and develop his art skills, has he taken up music or is he invested with the void century with Robin? Croc wants to keep him inside and safe so what did he think would be best to entertain him or does he buy a new thing every week that Luffy says he suddenly wants to do. Yes he looks at books but is that it. Also sorry if you answered this before and I've missed waht you said, I am pretty sure I've seen all your comics on this but I haven't seen all your ask answering questions.

i hadn't gotten these questions and im so glad you ask!! :D

so! luffy doesn't have one specific hobby and croc does end up giving him whatever he wants when he suddenly gets a new obsession, one of the reason he's so excited with finding the jewelry box and getting a dagger is because it's finally something new! after that he gets really into rings and knives until it gets bored of it and switch to something else again.

about him and learning about the void century with robin i actually got a comic later for that so i won't say anything here!

im going to make this a list and explain how it goes, under read more:

Fighting: this luffy doesn't know how to fight, but he still love the concept! he gets really excited hearing stories of fights, duels, martial arts and all the rest! In practice though, since he's been so sheltered and only ever saw one real fight that ended up with people being killed in front of him as a kid, if (haha) he were to witness another real fight he wouldn't be as giddy about it as when he hears stories. he does also learn the tiniest bit of kenpo from bonclay!

Dancing: luffy in canon loves dancing (and partying), here too! he doesn't know/master any specific styles but likes to drag people into dancing with him, if no one is around he'll grab some of the smaller bananawani instead.

Singing: he's still very bad at it.

Music: croc noticed how he'd taps on thing and tried to get him to learn some percussion, unfortunately for him, luffy doesn't care about music theory and just does whatever makes him happy. he also love loud noises and croc has to find a way to stop him from making a racket at any hours of the day, it gets worse when luffy loses some of his hearing and needs to make everything even louder. eventually he gets bored of it too.

Cooking: him and croc cooks together pretty often, if no one is there to supervise him luffy will ignore recipes and common sense, making all kind of abominations. it's a miracle he never set the kitchen on fire.

Bugs: he loves them! he collect them! alive. croc is horrified one day when he finds out baby luffy has been letting some food to rot so he could observes flies and larvae going through their little bug lives cycle. later croc gives him those pinned dead bugs collection boxes thinking luffy will like it, he doesnt.

Board&Cards Games: he mostly has to play them by himself, he doesn't like being alone so he'll often ends up playing it "with" the banawanis. after he loses a few too many times against the banawanis and can't get croc to join in for the millionth time he gives up on them. even when robin joins baroques works he still expect her to be too busy to play with him and doesn't ask (she would have accepted if he had asked).

Art&Craft: he tries a bit of everything, doing it his own way meaning most of it is kind of hideous or about to fall apart, canon luffy is completely fine with that, au luffy though, he's having ton of fun at first but when he gets old enough to see that his dad cant quite fake his enthusiasm or interest towards his disastrous creations he gets frustrated and stops for a while. later, robin finds an old drawing of his and thinks its cute so he start doodling a little again for her.

basically, he struggles keeping a hobby, some like fighting, dancing, bugs and staring at pictures in geography books he keeps through his life but mostly, he's very lonely and bored out of his mind, he's depressed, that's not something that can be helped for as long as he's isolated.

when robin becomes a part of his life everything gets better for him! she spends time with him, read stories for him, helps him get out more often, they even meet bonclay and for a few years he's genuinely happy.

Hey jil, I wanna get back into doing art so I’m doing art studies and I really like your style and inspired by it, so i was wondering how do you draw hands/anatomy and who/what inspires your art styles and have any other tips/advice or video recommendations?

HELLO!! this ask made me smile so much, thank you!! i'm glad to spark inspiration for you <3 i'll try my best to explain it :)

hands and anatomy

lets go with anatomy first: i highly recommend working with chibis first. (if not chibi, then like, just make them look smaller and ignore the more realistic body details) chibis are a good start because theyre small, you dont have to fuss over the small details like the thickness to smallness of your arm, and legs. (<- i hated doing that back then) LMAO

i draw the limbs like very thick tubes!! it helps a lot for baby steps

believe me or not, but this discovery of mine was actually very recent ;-; i realized chibi helped so much in making poses and i started doing more chibi after that and then merging it with my actual style. which is why i can do a lot of decent fullbody poses lately :'D

when you do chibis first, you'll eventually get a grasp of how the body moves, how an arm moves, how a leg bends, so and so. once you get the gist of it, try doing more dynamic poses!

i like making a character ... for lack of a better word... "spread their legs". it makes them feel more lively! its also why i like to make my ocs/s/is in selfs.hip art "raise their leg" (see third photo) because it gives more personality like that!

one of my main inspirations for making wild poses is lupin iii. i'm very serious when i say this- lupin iii's zany ass legs helped me make my characters feel more energetic! see some examples:

even if lupin iii wasnt trying to look cool - there's a lot of flow and energy in his pose. its very fun for me to look at. btw hes my monkey boyfriend i love and miss him very much i miss my 2021 era Anyways

also also, once you start to master the chibi style, try making them bigger! like un-chibi them i think HAHAJDAHJDA just slowly add more realistic and anatomically correct features and work around with that :) thats how i kinda got around mine, going from super cute to cool :)

alright hmm,, hands. hands are something i still did not master but as long as i can draw 5 fingers im happy enough HAHAHA

the best advice i can give is just, looking at enough hand poses (even your own hand) until you understand it well and hard enough. even i'm still working on that and its only now im trying to draw knuckles. i believe you!

what inspired my artstyle/current insps:

i really like western cartoons! but i also like eastern animations! so i mixed it both!! ive always aimed for my style to be capable of following both styles if that makes sense....

right now, a few of my favorite artists are

battlegu.itar (also has a DA acc which has non guil.ty gea.r content and its worth checking out too hehe) i love how colorful and expressive the art is, and each character he draws looks so different from the other

t0.bey he's an ID.V fanartist. the artstyle is so shaped and angled. just like the previous artist, they excel in making characters look different from the others. incredibly diverse faces

oneb.adnoodle is an incredible character designer who just knows how to make creative and awesome OCs. the poses are so yummy to me and the style is so Chonky

riko.icoico and alosrovol.o ! i think theyere 2d artists creating a game but i was just there for id.v HAWUEHUHDSUFSSASFS i dont see their works often since theyre only on twt but its really gooodd ahhh <3

this one's near and dear to me, because its my lovely friend beeholyshit! ive learned a lot from him ever since we became friends, and its always so enlightening on my end to see how and what she draws. i dont say it enough but i really look up to her style and i highly recommend checking her out :)

i'm not really a video person when it comes to learning about art, i rely solely on the artwork thats given to me and i will simply look and analyze what i like so much about it and how i can put it into my pen and paper <3

general tips?

OBSERVE YOUR FAVORITE ARTIST LIKE CRAZY. understand how they drew it!! and try doing it yourself!! the next thing you know, you'll go "ohhhhhh thats how you do it"

for the sake of studying, its okay to trace. i repeat, for the SAKE of understanding, trace. do this only for your understanding but PLEASE dont go showing it around like "hey look at this, i copied it somewhere" do it for your learning experience only. dont claim it as yours. heck dont even post it youre just learning. i traced a lot when i was younger but it helped me immensely as i went on and i dont need it anymore

you dont have to follow the typical art forumla like (sketch > lineart > rendering), do whatever makes you comfortable. i hate doing lineart, i just use my sketch and call it a day :^D just do whatever feels more nicey to you. you dont have to please others by following the "formula"

its ok to draw the same thing over and over again. in fact, its probably what makes a fanartist improve so much. they draw their fav character over and over again and it gets better everytime. dont be afraid to do that

Really thinking about your owl house au stuff, because I loved how u wrote Hunter to have such a complicated relationship with Belos. Well nebulously it wasn’t anymore complicated than canon but the way your Hunter would have gone back to Belos in spite of everything is very real to me. It’s my favourite owl house au to roll around in my brain honestly, and it’s really weird to think about, because it requires the characters to be smarter if they wanted to help Hunter. It’s a Disney show, these guys aren’t built to recognize the complexity. If Hunter goes back to Belos, it would be, ‘You can’t help him if he doesn’t wanna be helped’ and ‘If he were a good person he’d make good choices’. It kind of breaks my immersion to have them be smart about it and go ‘y’all are seeing this right? It’s so fucked up actually. This is not healthy, this guy needs help immediately my God-‘. I don’t really have a point I just think about this a lot and appreciate your older art.

thankkksss i wrote it while moving out for collegeeee and it was fun but to be entirely honest i hate the way my fanart looks, especially of the owl house. i drew him the best i could but there's something about making fanart of characters that makes me just hate my interpretation of them. it feels so clunky and shitty compared to the way everyone else draws them. sorry for abandoning it but im glad y'all still like it.

i think Luz is a pretty smart girl tbh, she was kinda friendly with hunter and recognized him as Not a Terrible person before they were ever really like. friends or something. she was TRYING to befriend him cuz she could tell it was possible. i think if hunter went back to belos she'd feel hurt and betrayed but also sad for him, the same way she did in hunting palismen. cuz hes sad. hes a sad but bad boy who feels obligated to take care of his poor sick uncle.

but there is a sort of truth to the whole ‘You can’t help him if he doesn’t wanna be helped’ thing. i mean, they CANT. they can help him when he comes to them and begs for it, they can help him when he accepts the help, but otherwise pushing it would just further isolate him and make him feel like he cant talk about this kinda stuff to you.

i based that on advice i'd seen about how to help your friend who's being abused. if you rage that they should break up or run away every time they talk about their partner hurting them, then they're gonna stop opening up to you. it sucks but sometimes the best u can do is offer to support them and show up for them and be there if they ever need to take you up on it.

Your day wasn't over after the quick meal you had with Wooyoung and Seonghwa. Right now you were sitting in the crows nest with Wooyoung, him explaining his job to you, you were quit glad that you were with Wooyoung right now and didn't had to train with Jongho again.

"I'm glad that you decided to tag along with us, it's gonna be a lot of fun." You were just as glad as Wooyoung, was he the one you should be the most thankful to, he was the one to help you stay on this ship, with this crew.

"What did you want to tell me while we were eating? About the captain?" Curiosity getting the better of you like always, now looking at Wooyoung who shifts a bit uncomfortably by your question. "I can't tell you, Seonghwa was right, it's Hongjoongs secret, either he tells you himself or you won't know, I'm sorry." His answer made you pout slightly but you could also understand, you probably wouldn't want your secrets spilled out to everyone either. "It's okay, maybe I will know someday." Looking out of the crows nest again, you look to the horizon where the sea meets the sky. It's still not late, maybe the middle of the day, the sun was standing high above the two of you, making it quit hot up in the crows nest.

"Hey Wooyoung! Mind giving away the princess for a bit?" Mingis voice was heard suddenly, looking up at the two of you with a smile on his face. "Sure! See you later." Wooyoung tells you, as you make your way town carefully, Mingi still staying at the bottom of the net, in case you needed help or need to be caught im case you slipped. "Thank you for agreeing to helping me, I really need the help. You can read right?" Mingi asks, following him into the captains cabin, Hongjoong not in sight. With a yes to his question, Mingi gets out a box from a cabinet and pulls up a second chair. "I'm in charge of keeping the maps organised and also having a protocol of the kingdoms and islands we visited by now." Mingi explains, sitting down on Hongjoongs chair, he probably did this in his room, as it had the biggest desk and also wouldn't have any disturbances. "You can sort the maps alphabetical for now." Mingi explains, getting out a pencil to start drawing on the map, probably adding islands they recently discovered.

Now sorting the maps, you sometimes look at the few books on the desk, on each one of them was written the word 'Ateez' and Aurora, looking up at Mingi now you speak up again, : "On the books, the word Ateez, what is that?" Immediately after finishing your sentence Mingi let's out a chuckle, laying down his pencil. "You are currently on the ship Aurora with the crew Ateez, Ateez is our Crew name." Mingi explains to you, before going back to sketching the map.

After a while the door opens and closes, in walks the captain, taking of his coat and hat and laying down on his bed, eyeing the two of you.

"Is she good help Mingi?" The captain speaks up now, closing his eyes, your eyes stay fixated on the maps you were sorting though. "Definitely, it was getting a bit to much for myself, so I'm glad for her help." He praises you, making a smile appear on your face. "I see, well don't be to loud please, I want to take a nap." Putting his hat over his face now, the captain trys to fall asleep, while you and Mingi go on with your work.

After probably two hours you and Mingi finished, standing up and leaving the room carefully so you won't wake up the captain.

"You seem to get along with everyone quit fine, it's nice to see that you're getting used to being on here." Mingi talks while walking around the deck with you, nodding when someone greets the both of you. "Everyone is quit nice, so it's really easy to adapt to the crew and get used to them." A nod was seen from Mingi as you two continue your little stroll along the ship. "Just wishing everyone would start to call me by my name, Y/N, and not princess, I'm not a princess anymore." Explaining this to Mingi, he send a sympathetic glance towards you. "You just have to tell us and we will gladly call you that Y/N." A relieved sigh leaves your lips, hoping that all of them would call you that soon.

"But you can't expect all of us to call you that, you're the princess of our crew now, isn't that right Wooyoung?" San smirks, while approaching you and Mingi, Wooyoung following and speaking up now, : "You're right, she'll stay the princess of this ship." Rolling your eyes slightly, you still couldn't suppress a laugh. "That's okay then, as long as you two still know my name." Now it was the turn of the two man to laugh, telling you they would never forget your name ever.

After talking with the three man a while, Seonghwa soon approaches you with two plates in his hands, by now the sun was starting to go down, painting the sky and sea in a beautiful orange and pink sky.

"You should eat enough, tomorrow the training will continue." Handing you the plate, Seonghwa sits down on the railing, followed by you.

"San told me about a few of the memebers, how long have the others been here?" Seonghwa looks your way now, laying his fork down on his plate. "Me and Hongjoong started this, a small boat, we ran away from our homes and never returned. Yunho joined us shortly after that, a few other man joining too, the ship always getting bigger to have more place. Yeosang and Wooyoung joined us together, we found them stranded on an island, no one knowing where they're from or who their family is. San is a runaway, like me and Hongjoong, that's why we took him in, we saw ourselves in him. Mingi joined shortly after him, his father was a knight, but he didn't want to live that life, so he joined us. Jongho has been here the shortest, he sneaked onto our ship one night and the next after we sat sail we found him, Hongjoong was mad I tell you, but after noticing his abilitys he made him part of the main crew quickly." Glancing at you a few times, you take the information in. It was quit a lot of information to take in.

"It's a lot of information I know, but everyone on this ship has their own story, past and secrets." At the word secrets you had to think back to Hongjoong, what secret did Wooyoung want to tell you.

"Eat up, the captain want's to have a little talk with you." Bidding his goodbye, Seonghwa takes his now empty plate and walks away, probably to bring it into the kitchen.

You finished quickly, bringing your plate away and making your way to the captains cabin, knocking once and then twice. It was quiet. So you slowly opened the door, walking in and closing the door again.

Hongjoong was layed on his bed, his hat still over his face, his right leg over the other one. Walking closer, you ask yourself if the captain was sleeping or awake and already noticed you.

Reaching out a hand hesitatingly, you take of the hat and to your surprise, was the captain still asleep. His eyes closes, just now did you notice his long lashes, his face for once looked soft and relaxed, much different to the either scowling or smirking face. Placing the hat on his desk, you walk over to him again reaching out again to wake him up, but stopping midway, as a word or more like, a name slips past his lips.

Jiwon

Confused you now place your hand on the captains shoulder, shaking him awake slightly. Said man opens his eyes and looks up at you, as he sits up with a groan and stretches his arms out.

"Seonghwa said you wanted to talk to me." You explain why you were disturbing the captains sleep, the female name however still on your mind. "Ah yes, I wanted to see how you're holding up, Mingi praised you a lot today and even Yunho was pleased with how fast you are learning." His voice sounded rough from sleep, as he now sits at the edge of his bed and starts putting on his boots again. "Ah I'm just glad and happy that I can be of help on this ship." Hongjoong glances your way shortly, before continuing to tie his boots. "You will be helping Mingi from now on, study our books and read some others too, you're one of the few people that can read, we need every help that we can get with the books." He now stands up, stretching again. You just agree and are now send out again, still wanting to know who that name belonged to and the best person to ask was Wooyoung.

Making your way over to the quarter deck where Wooyoung was leaning on the railing, talking to San.

"Wooyoung! Can I talk to you for a moment?" He send you a nod, guiding you further to the back of the quarter deck, asking you what you wanted to talk about.

"I have a question about the ship, did you ever have a woman called Jiwon on board?" As soon as Wooyoung heard that name, he went pale, looking around. "Where did you hear that name? No one is even allowed to mention that name!" Speaking in a hushed tone now, Wooyoung looks at you with furrowed brows and a serious look on his face. "Hongjoong was talking in his sleep when I wanted to wake him up." A slightly scared look on your face now, caused by his reaction. "Okay, you're not allowed to speak to anyone about that name do you understand me? No one. Tell no one that you heard that name, especially not the captain, got that?" Wooyoung makes sure to make you promise you this, which you did.

Of course his reaction to that name made the question mark in your head just grow bigger.

Who was that woman? Was she a crew member? Was the captain close to her? Where was she now?

Walking away from a visibly disturbed Wooyoung, you make your way to your room, a lot of the people already under the deck sleeping. Upon arriving in the room, you start to change into the dress shirt from Seonghwa again and lay down on the bed, facing the ceiling again, which was painted a night blue and had lots of stars painted on there.

This crew may be your new family, but you still didn't get a lot of their doings or opinions.

The most questionable one was definitely Hongjoong, followed by Jongho, even Wooyoung seemed weird after the last talk you had with him not long ago. Maybe you should just ignore and forget it for now, sooner or later you'll probably hear and understand their motives.
