Might be blasphemy within the Danny Phantom fandom but I just cannot see Danny x Sam being an actual ship regardless of it being canon in the actual show and now book.
Even as a kid I thought it was weird and couldn’t figure out why that bothered me, and I think now it’s because I never saw any indication of Sam or Danny ever being actually romantically attracted with each other. To be fair I saw that show when I was little, and maybe I’ll see those romantic moments that the show was building to if I can find actual length videos of the episodes.
But at this moment, I can’t recall ever having seen it.
And it baffles me, because I kinda don’t feel like Sam really loved Danny, even as a friend. And I think that really showed in the episode with her wish that changed the structure of time and space so that Danny never died and she was never friends with Danny and Tucker.
If she loved Danny, regardless if it was as a potential lover or friend, she would never have allowed him to die. Not once, but twice.
The first, okay, it was an accident. Kids do dumb things all the time, the more potentially dangerous it is the better — but the second time? The second time was deliberate.
She put him into that suit, without explanation, and without assurance. Nothing but a change of his hero signature.
She didn’t hesitate to let him die again, instead of asking herself if she could stomach watching him go through that again.
What person who loved you could do that to you? Could stand to see you go through that pain?
I feel a good example of love as well, especially in the show, is Jazz. She loves Danny, as a sibling, as a friend, and with all that love she would choose to walk herself into that portal then to let Danny do it instead.
She shows that deep love for Danny to the audience by choosing to protect him from their parents so they would never know he is the ghost boy that they want to rip apart molecule by molecule because she doesn’t want to take the chance of loosing him twice.
Jazz wanted to do that.
So why couldn’t Sam?

Part 4 of Phantom’s Royal Court (click for clarity)
Tumblr media
Extra notes:
+ Paulina and Dash are the two models in the picture :) (with a tiny Star at the bottom). They and all of their friends who bullied Danny have chosen to work inside of his castle in order to make up for their past. I hate the idea of “victim forces their bullies to become their servant for revenge”, so I choose to believe that Paulina and Dash voluntarily chose to become Danny’s employees. They technically just count as extra bodyguards and do some errands for him when they have free time, unlike Sam and Tucker who are with Danny 24/7.
+ Because the Observants are so paranoid, most humans inside of the Phantom Castle do not have weapons (except for Jazz, Valerie, and Wes). However, Danny didn’t like the thought of them being defenseless, so he advocated for them and Tucker developed their wrist guards, which form shields when the buttons are pressed. Said shields are able to protect them from both ghost attacks and human bullets but can’t really do much else.
+ Paulina and her friends help Sam and Valerie in defending Danny when needed. They rarely attack people, but when they do, it’s incredibly vicious. Dash and the boys tackle people when protecting Danny tho lmao
+ Wes works as Valerie’s attendant and assistant and mainly works with Jazz and Tucker in counsel/advising and informative work. He wears a mask similar to Valerie’s and wears red in order to differentiate himself from the others. He also receives a few weapons from Valerie to protect himself bc he’s Valerie’s closest ally and she does not fully trust anyone else.
+ I like Wes as Valerie’s best friend bc I believe that when she heard that Wes was investigating Phantom, she immediately befriended him for his investigative abilities and bc she was so lonely when she lost all of her friends. (Also, I think it’s funny asf to imagine Wes pulling his hair out bc Valerie won’t believe him when he says Danny is Phantom, even tho she literally fights him everyday.)
+ The design for both Paulina and Dash both look servant-like, despite how I tried to avoid it. It is somewhat unintentional because I wanted them to have formal, but practical clothing without looking like any of the others. The fact that they’re uniforms doesn’t help 😞
+ Like Jazz, the black veil is meant to resemble a mourning veil. The idea was that Danny’s human friends would wear it as a sign of mourning for him, while the “gods” wore masks as burial shrouds and to hide their human faces. The only two humans who don’t wear a veil are Valerie, who was chosen to kill Danny if he ever went rogue, and Wes, who is loyal only to Valerie.

Amity's hero
Don't let Amity Parkers lose their hero or you will face the consequences; even good intentions can become unforgivable
The Justice League didn't speak directly to the G.I.W, they didn't quite take their word for it but reports of ghost attacks and property damage caught their attention, the call log with the multiple Amity Park appearances being the most ignored of the list practically marked as spam broke their hearts.
So they arrived as a team, yelling about getting rid of the ghosts, certain that their presence would only cause long-term damage, Phantom immediately showed up, questioning what was wrong; they simply ignored him and began to recite that he and his kind should return to his place of origin (because these ghosts must have a place far from earth, right? They had read something about them living in another dimension), ignoring all Phantom's pleas by simply listening
Unlike a few years ago, Amity Park was not under attack, it had a direct truce with Infinite Realms in which the ghosts were on their best behavior, playing with humans, protecting them from unknown entities (because this was their Amity, they were territorial), keeping at bay the animal ghosts that came out of natural portals, and turning from villains to heroes, being led by his King Phantom, the one who started it all.
The ghosts were happy with the arrangement and with being able to visit human world; Klemper, Lunch Box and Youngblood made a lot of new friends, Ember had concerts, Johnny and Kitty formed their own biker gang, Spectra was the psychologist she'd tried to be at first, Walker kept everyone in line, even ghosts who straight up preferred the realms visited from time to time: Pandora, Frostbite, Ghost Writer, etc. Even Nocturn tried to give everyone good dreams.
But the heroes didn't care, they considered everyone as "threats" and threatened them, Phantom, completely tired of being ignored looked towards his city and gave them a sad smile, you couldn't reason with those who didn't want to listen to you "If we do that Amity could be in danger" he tried one last time, the league didn't know how to deal with liminals.
"We'll protect them, you're just invaders making them sick in the end" Green Lantern snorted, as if it was the obvious solution "So get out and leave these people alone"
"Fine, but when you see how badly you end up handling everything, call us" Danny was tired, he could reason with his own parents and not with all these "heroes", he supposed it was better to teach them the consequences. He tossed a Fentonphone at them, hoping they'd do the right thing.
Flash felt uncomfortable when he saw the ghost children approaching the humans, were they attacking them? He was about to interfere when he saw the human children approach the ghosts to hug them and cry together; he reasoned that made sense, sure the kids didn't know their friends were dangerous, but something inside of him wasn't satisfied with that answer.
Then Danny just whistled, attracting the attention of the ghosts in the city "Well, you heard them, go back to the realms" complaints could be heard, both from the ghost and the human sides. But for now, the halfa had some kind of plan in mind.
Wonder Woman felt especially uncomfortable when she saw Pandora walk past Phantom, giving her a disappointed look, Batman told her that surely she wasn't her friend, and that if she was she wouldn't be the same person, but she wasn't so sure about that.
The ghosts withdrew from Amity then, going through the portal that the Phantom himself had opened in the center of the city, each one of Justice League members could feel the hateful looks pointing directly at them "It's for the best", Batman informed them "we'll assign you heroes that monitor that they do not return"
"NO" that seemed to be what broke the silence "We don't want any more heroes, Phantom is our hero" and with that said, a girl of about 8 years old hugged the halfa's leg, crying uncontrollably "Please don't go"
The League was about to interfere when Phantom reached down, picking up the girl "I don't want to leave Stacy" he whispered stroking her back lovingly, hoping she would stop crying "But the guys over there say I'm a danger to you and you know I want to keep you safe" he kissed the girl's head, handing her over to her parents "I love you Amity Park, thank you for loving me back" he told the population affectionately, before going through the portal.
The League just looked uncomfortably, once there were no more ghosts they informed the city that they would send heroes regularly for protection and monitoring the situation but the city inhabitants just scoffed.
"You don't get it" Dash spoke, completely furious "Phantom is to Amity what Batman is to Gotham" he frowned "And rest assured that this city will protect him from you, we don't care if you told him to leave, we'll bring him back, you're way over your head on this" he continued "Of course, you don't understand because you're the hero in this scenario, and you don't know what a city feels when you take away their hero"
The Justice League only watched as the townspeople turned their backs on them, but they reasoned again that it was for the best, eventually the townspeople would understand.
A few days passed and Amity declared itself isolated from the League, every time they tried to send a hero they rejected, over and over again; dozens of different heroes couldn't get past the limits because they were shot, taunted, or simply knocked unconscious before entering. Superman was starting to regret destroying Phantom's phone but they had to know how it worked, at the end it was a regular phone with weird aesthetic.
The only "hero" who managed to cross the limits was Red Hood, who at the end of the day became a messenger "You don't understand B, that city is out for blood" Jason tried to reason with Bruce "They're furious, I swear I saw a 6-year-old boy practicing archery and the target had your head placed in the center" it was not normal for Jason to worry, Bruce was a hero, but for the same reason he did not know what it felt like when you lost one. Amity had basically been building her own army within the barriers, they even offered him refuge away from heroes "You must talk to them."
"Mhm" Batman hummed, pulling out his comlink to schedule a meeting, he'd thought of calling one anyway, he'd had sightings of what looked like animal ghosts all over Gotham but they were basically invincible, he wondered if it was Phantom's revenge.
"Just give them back their hero Batman" was what the commissioner Gordon told him when he asked for an opinion on how to deal with the reaction of the city "They're right, you don't know what it feels like"
Of course, Batman couldn't be wrong, so he guessed Gordon's comment was due more to his weariness. Upon arrival he noticed everyone completely dejected, basically stating animal ghosts and Âżdrops? through all their cities. They couldn't fight any of them so they decided to go back to Amity, they figured if they had fought these things for years they must have knowledge.
Upon reaching the city, although they were allowed to pass, they were greeted with mockery, half the population carried one weapon or another, the League was tense "Having problems so soon?" Paulina looked at her neon green nails, she was sure she could cut a man with them "You should have accepted Phantom's help, you know"
"Phantom was a threat invading your city" Batman growled "we saw the reports, his continued presence caused medical changes in all of you that you won't even let us see"
"Make no mistake" Mikey interrupted him "Amity was always an access point to the Zone, we were contaminated long before you existed" and of course they would not trust this heroes with their liminal status, Frostbite was already helping them before all the mess and they did not need to add human doctors with no knowledge.
"Then what do you suggest? We let the ghosts come back and destroy the whole city?" Hal scoffed, completely incredulous of how they were being treated, from the first second they refused to give any useful information.
"It's funny that you think we can't defend ourselves" Paulina rolled her eyes "you all could be beaten by Mikey, and is Mikey, no offense" she shot a look at the boy next to her.
"None taken" Mikey shrugged, it wasn't the first time.
"The thing is, we're just used to it; we like to be protected and not have to protect ourselves, it may sound cowardly of us but we're civilians" Kwan spoke "we're not defenseless, but we prefer not taking action, our hero made sure of it so we don't like to take cards in the whole self-sacrifice thing"
"Phantom is a danger" Superman tried to stand his ground.
"For us?" Star sneered "Or for you?"
"Besides, if you think we don't move out of the city for aesthetics, you're wrong, we just like to feel safe" Dash yawned, bored with the conversation "Phantom and the other ghosts are territorial, it's kind of nice, no threat gets past that sign, rates of crime? Zero, very difficult to want to kill or assault someone if they can come back as a ghost to kill you I guess"
"But the reports" Flash was worried about the indifference.
"The reports from 5 years ago? Before we had the truce that you guys ruined?" Star sneered "I'll call Sam or Tucker and bring Phantom back, we'll start the truce again, get out of Amity"
"You can't do that." Superman crossed his arms, trying to remain threatening as Hal muttered in a panic about breaking peace treaties and the Oa wanting his head.
"Oh, but we can" Paulina approached Superman, running her hand over his arm "and we'll do it" slowly, she placed her fingernail on his suit, cutting the material and drawing blood from the hero, who immediately moved away at the threat.
"Get the hell out of Amity and don't come back" Dash rolled his eyes, stroking a ghost snake, the heroes tensing more at their newest enemy.
"It was you?" growled Batman; recognizing the snake as one of the many haunting Gotham.
"Not exactly, the veil ruptures always existed" Kwan said, stroking the head of a ghost wolf "We only tame them, or send them back to the Realms, if there were veil ruptures it's not our problem" he looked towards the League "If any of them escaped because we weren't watching and they followed your scent it's not our fault either"
"And can you tell us um, how to deal with them, or tame them?" Flash tried.
"No, since you are sooo good at gathering information I'm sure you will come up with something" With that said, Dash motioned for the snake to lead the heroes away and before they knew it they were all thrown away from the city.

the moment she opened her eyes to the life, she saw him. her father. telling her the bad person that wouldnt help him to stabilize her. that was her first real memory, a memory that was just for hers.
danielle 'ellie' fenton was created by vlad masters. he was a father for ellie. he gave her a mission so that she could live. to bring phantom to him so that he can stabilize her. she trusted him. of course she did, he was her father. he was the one who created her. until she met danny she never knew how warm eyes could be. vlad's eyes were cold. vlad looked at her like she was a subject and she thought it was love but danny looked at her like she was just a kid and she thought it was pity. she hated him. at least wanted to hate him.
when she acted like she was sick to get out of the questionings danny was worried sick. he made sure she was fine before even considering asking her stuff that he really needed to ask. it would be so much easier if she hated him. instead she was warming up to him. but she didnt abandon her mission, she couldnt do that. so she did what she had to. she brought phantom to vlad.
she thought he was just gonna take a little sample from him. it would be okay. maybe danny would be mad at her for a little while but he would understand it. it was to save herself.
when she brought danny to vlad, she realized how wrong she was. he wasnt going stop with a little sample. and when danny wasnt being compliant vlad started to electrocute him. ellie told danny to be compliant and he would be fine but she wasnt sure in her words now. then she saw the betrayed look in his eyes. ellie was taken aback at first. then vlad shouted him to transform so he could make a perfect clone.
that wasnt what he told ellie. he told her, he needed phantom to save her. thats when she realized that she was wrong, wrong about it all. thats when she realized, vlad looked at her, he saw a failed clone but danny looked at her, he saw a little kid he wanted to protect.
she needed to save danny.

Danny Phantom Vivisection AU
The only thing Danny can smell is lemons. Maddie always hated the smell of disinfectant, and since it’s necessary to be as clean as possible when performing tests on “live” subjects, she started hanging lemon-scented air fresheners all around the lab. It made working in the lab for long periods of time just a little more bearable.
When they went to visit Jack’s family over the summer, a familiar flower caught her eye. Apparently, his family had been growing them for generations, as a crop. Nearly every recipe they have calls for the use of Blood Blossoms, and they gladly gave her a few cuttings to cultivate. Previously she had only read about them in books since they were thought to be extinct, so growing them was definitely a learning curve.
She planted some at Amity Park, (with permission from the mayor), on every floor of Fenton Works, and even donated some to the GIW. (She figures they could use some help.) At Amity Park they sprouted but withered away after only a week. The only place other than the lab where they successfully grew was the 3rd floor of Fenton Works.
She had put a tray of the seed starters in the hallway window sill, right between Jazz and Danny’s room. It was quite strange because when she moved them away from that wall they would instantly start wilting. She needs to study it more with help from Jack, once he gets back from his “fishing trip”. Half of the time he forgets to even put bait on the end of the pole so she isn’t sure if it can even really be considered fishing.
Her working theory is that there are ectoplasm hotspots, or areas where the ectoplasm is above the background levels, maybe because of extra portal radiation or excessive ghost activity. She and Jack still haven’t quite figured out how exposure to the ghost zone will affect Fenton Works in comparison to the surrounding town. It might be like radiation exposure, but so far there hasn’t been any evidence to support that.
Danny’s room is the most ectoplasmic aside from the lab, and they aren’t sure why. It could be due to a lack of ventilation, or maybe just the devices malfunctioning due to long-term exposure to the lab. She has actually been waiting for the GIW to send her some of their specialty equipment, that way she can get to the bottom of this.
She reminds herself that she needs to focus while she is documenting her capture of Phantom. When she gives the journal to Lance Thunder and Harriet Chin she wants to make sure that it is thorough enough that they can’t mess up the broadcast. Disinformation will only further harm the already incredibly stigmatized job of being a ghost hunter. She does not want people to see her as a hoax.
Okay, back to writing. Jack was in the Specter Speeder, hot on the tail of the lunch lady, while Maddie followed on foot with the Fenton Bazooka. They were determined to catch a ghost and find something note-worthy enough to report to the news station. They needed the people to understand that all ghosts are monsters! Just because Phantom plays pretend as some sort of superhero, doesn’t mean that he is one. Where was he when she and Jack were building the portal and had to work daunting shifts every night to protect the town? It’s not like he is some kid who died recently, ghosts are bound in the town that they died in until they are old enough to have lost every shred of humanity they once had.
No one in town has a kid who died or went missing recently, so he must be around thousands of years old. If she's right about his age, then he doesn’t actually care about the town, he just got bored one day in the ghost realm and decided he wanted more attention, and he got it! Why can’t everyone else see him for who he really is? Alas, it is the life that she signed up for, after all.
As they were catching up to the Lunch Lady she spotted something down the alley, right beside the Nasty Burger. She motioned for Jack to keep pursuing the Lunch Lady while she went to check out what she saw. Even if it was just a blob ghost it might be helpful to their research. What she didn’t realize was that she had just struck gold!
As she approached the end of the alley, she saw Phantom. He seemed injured, more than usual at least. He always seemed to have scratches or open wounds, but not to this extent.
He had horrific gashes running all the way from his left shoulder to the bottom of his torso. He seemed very out of it like he didn’t even know there was someone standing in front of him. It was also strange because his gashes were leaking green and red, (very Christmassy for someone who ruined Christmas last year), she giggled to herself.
She shot him with the Fenton Bazooka for good measure, and he just collapsed. What a fantastic find! With him, she would be able to get so much more information about ghost anatomy than she normally could. She called Jack to the front of the Nasty Burger and chucked Phantom into the backseat. They strapped him in, just to be safe, and took him back to the lab.
A few days passed, and after immeasurable amounts of tests, they found that he had blood blossoms in his system. That must have weakened him. That's probably how he got the gashes, some other ghost took advantage of his state of health. She doesn’t know how he got a hold of blood blossoms and knows even less about why on earth he would ingest them, but either way, her research has its missing piece, a live subject!
She would squeal with delight if she weren't about to vivisect a ghost. Could it count as vivisection since they're already dead? She thinks it should since they’re semi-sentient, but will consider it more later.
Blood Blossoms also don’t grow naturally anywhere in town, so Phantom was either poisoned, or he intentionally stole them from Fenton Works, which is improbable. Could it have been on purpose? Maybe ghosts got depressed just like people, she writes herself a note to ask Phantom about it after the vivisection if he survives.
However, they weren’t missing any of the Blood Blossoms they had in the lab, so that theory probably won’t lead to anything.
All she and Jack use them for right now is cooking. They snuck them into the kids ’ breakfasts and lunches because, alongside their ability to ward off ghosts, they’re also surprisingly healthy. The only reason they didn’t tell the kids is because they can be so picky sometimes!
When she proposed the idea of using them as seasoning, because she just wants them to be safe from ghosts, they both looked disgusted and their only justification was that “they stink and look really unappetizing.”
Jazz is at her counseling session with Spike, and Sam texted her that Danny is staying at her place tonight to work on a class project. She honestly didn’t even know they had classes together.
When they come home she is going to bother them so much about the Blood Blossoms. They both ate their entire meal with no complaint, so they couldn’t have tasted that bad. They are just kids though, they’re allowed to be picky. She remembers what it was like when she was their age.

DP Side Hoes Week 2023/ Day 2/ Wes Weston, Revenge.
Revenge is a dish best served cold
If no one believes him when he says that Fenton is the Phantom, then he must make Danny confess himself.
He planned everything perfectly. This morning he and Fenton had a fight. Mr. Lancer himself gave them detention. The half of A-listers will also be staying late at school, holding a pointless club meeting.
In the right pocket of his jeans rested an empty box for bright green lenses which will glow in the dark.
Inhale-exhale. Lancer just got out. Wes’s ready. The show begins.
Wes: Fenton, I can’t do this anymore. I know you want to hide it, but it hurts so much.
Danny*whispers*: You’re sick! You know I can’t tell anyone. Get over it.
Paulina and Baxter should be walking past the room soon.
Wes*screams*: It hurts so much! I know your parents are ghost hunters!
Danny*screams louder*:That’s right! So what the hell are you doing all the time
Wes: But I will not let them separate us!
Danny: W-What?
A cloud covers last rays of a setting sun. Everything is going even better than planned.
Wes closes the eyes. Hears a slight rustle behind the door. The audience is already here.
He dramatically looks at Fenton and grabs the boy by the shoulders.
Wes: Should the boundary between life and death be a boundary for my love for you?
Danny: What the hell? Your eyes!
Wes: No, don’t protect me, Danny. I don’t care if everyone finds out I’m the Phantom! The important thing is that we’re together. You’re my boyfriend and I’m tired of pretending to hate you!
Dash behind the door: *gasps*
Danny hears it.
Danny*whispers*: You little shit. Okay, you want to play..so
Danny*pretends to cry*: Will you really go for it? I love you so much, Phantom! *Rushes into a hug*
Wes*whispers*: It was not part of my plan.
He need to come up with something worse.
Wes: Sure, let’s run away from your parents and live in a Ghost Zone. Let’s have three kids and a dog!
Danny: Oh, Invisobill, you’re so funny. Your dead brain always forgets that we already have Cujo and a daughter. Dani will be so upset if you only think of her as a clone. She’s got my DNA in her too. What is this if not a miracle?
Wes*gasps*.
Danny*smiles angrily*.
Valerie*screams from behind the door*: I will kill him! I will break him molecule by molecule!
She runs into the room.
Valerie: Danny! Don’t trust the ghost bastard! He has no feelings for you! He’s probably just using you to access the portal!
Paulina*cries*: No! Ghost boy, you have to be with me! Why do you need this loser?
Danny: P-Phantom? Did you use me?
Wes: ...we’ll talk about this later, dear.
Wes:*dramatically jumps out the window and runs off into the sunset*.
Danny*screams out the window with an angry smile*: Oh, no, a ghost! Help! I’m just a human schoolboy!
Wes is handcuffed to one of the GIW agents in a minute.
Wes: Well, that’s not what I expected.
Wes: God damn you, Fenton!!!
Agent: Well, child, the ghost can’t hurt you anymore.
Danny: I was so scared, sir, thank you!
Dash: Not cool, Fen-turd. Why are you bringing hunters to fight with your boyfriend?
Wes&Danny: Shut up, Dash!

Snippet of Rockabye
I cannot focus on just one story at a time rip, but this is from the first chapter of a fic that i've been planning since before it's my party. Enjoy!
Danny Fenton was a normal kid. He loves the stars, mapping them out while he dreamed of rockets and ships that could take him up there. He was smart, able to keep up with his parents as they showed him how to build and create.
Danny Fenton had dreams, he had a family. An older sister, Jazz, who swore she would protect him from anything and everything the moment she first saw him in the hospital, their mother cradling Danny close as their father lifted her up and onto his hip.
Danny Fenton had a mother and father, both loving in their own way. Maddie Fenton, who taught her kids self defense, took them on adventures showed them how beautiful the words was. Jack Fenton taught his kids how to make his famous fudge, and tended to their wounds with gentle words and light touches.
Danny Fenton had it all, until he didn’t. A portal, his parent’s greatest project. Soon, nice family dinners turned into Jazz ordering takeout almost every day, and then to Danny learning how to kill reanimated foods. Family camping trips slowly stopped, and soon Danny had to be the one to take care of his parents. To make sure they ate, that they slept or even took breaks. Their work consumed them.
And then the portal failed. It failed and Danny hated it. The portal that took his parents away couldn’t even work, but the worst part was how defeated his parents looked. Danny hated the portal. Sam and Tucker, his best friends, wanted to see it.
The portal worked. Danny tripped on the exposed wire and hit the on button his parents put inside, and it opened on him. It was green, and Danny hurt as the electricity and ectoplasm killed him and then brought him back over and over again.
Danny Fenton became Danny Phantom.
Danny Fenton struggled, failing school and missing classes. Danny Phantom anguished, fighting ghosts and protecting them as he was thrown into a new world. Danny Fenton and Danny Phantom were one.
A true halfa, the balance between life and death. Danny didn’t want to be dead. But he learned. Danny learned about haunts, politics and ancients, and about cores. Danny learned all that the others knew, because unlike them he was not formed with the knowledge already.
Danny fought and he talked, he laughed and he cried. He told his friends of how ghosts fought to bond, or to test each other. He told Sam and Tucker, and then eventually Jazz, all he could. And he gained a Fraid. It started off with Sam and Tucker who were with him for his death, and then it moved to Jazz. They helped him with being human, like how Clockwork helped him with his cryptic sayings and ghost etiquette classes, and how Pandora mentored him in battle and strategies. His Fraid kept him safe from his parents  and the Ghost investigation ward who shot at him, who wanted to rip him apart and study him.
He remembers how his Fraid was there for him when he learnt of the trial by combat and how he was now the Ghost Prince. They were there for every fight and enemy, for when Dani was given to them and when Vlad took her away from them. Of how they hugged him as he shared the story of Dan.
Danny remembers learning about obsessions and the different types of cores. He remembers how excited he was when he told his Fraid of his dual obsessions, one space, the other protection, and of his ice core.
Danny lived and died. He was a ghost and human, dead and alive simultaneously. He may have loved and he may have hurt but Danny knows one thing for certain. Danny could feel. He was sentient, he felt pain, he had emotions and feelings.
Phantom is told it does not.

JL with Red huntress and Shade prompt
(First time posting something, i think this count as a prompt, if someone wants to write about this, please do)
Imagine Valery before meeting Danni, so she still hates Phantom, but recently a ghost escaped Amity (Phantom was struggling to manage his live at that point, and after another fight with her and his parents, and the GIW... F, he decides to quit "and go back to the ghost zone" in reality he is coming back to live as just Danny), so she pursues the ghost to some superheroe's city, and the ghost causes chaos, you know, and the hero of that place can't touch the ghost.
And then Red Huntress appears and save the day (don't know if she eliminated the ghost, or the ghost escaped).
After that the JL tries to recruit her due to being able to fight "this new threat" and get some counseling regarding ghosts (JLD was overworked with other things, so they didn't know about all this).
She has to bear with her multiple jobs and deal with ghosts alone now that Phantom retired, so she declines the offer, but if the problem is with ghosts she will deal with that.
Time passes and Batman is irked that he doesn't know her identity yet due to the voice modulator in the whole body technological suit, and recently there has been reports that Amanda Waller is investigating multiple destroyed buildings from an organization she is secretly in charge.
The only hint they had regarding this situation, is that they were research oriented, and the culprit has blue eyes, wore a black ninja suit with silver details and has an incredible ability to disappear.
Danny was annoyed at Valery and the JL, and knowing that more ghosts were getting captured by the government, decided to become a hero, but not like Phantom, in order to keep suspicions and problems from the ghosts to the minimun, he decided to go by Shade, an incredible agile human with a misteryous past and that, for some reason he sides with ghosts, but sometimes during alien invasions or robot attacks, he also helps with something like a magic glowing sword, so the JL doesn't know what to think of him.
Some day, the JL decides to recruit him, (or just talk), and Red Huntress gets in a debate with Shade while the others are observing on the sidelines and rethinking a little what they know about ghosts.
After that fallout, the JL starts to make a more throught investigation and suddenly Shazam is the first to come back from whatever task was ocuping the JLD and he is like: remember that i mention that i was chosen by a wizard to be the champion of magic?
Some people: Aha... yes...
Others: wtf?
Shazam: well, he died after chosing me, but his ghost is still teaching me... so... he seems pretty sentient, and he is helping me in order to protect people...
Red Huntress: So, what?!? He could be trying to manipulate you in to thinking that until he deems right to reveal his true colors, it wouldn't be the first time a ghost has wanted to make people believe that it is a protector while causing damage to those around!.
Shade: *inhale... exhale* He was trying his best to protect the town even if everyone blame him for things that weren't under his control!
And most of the colateral damage that people fault him for, was due to other ghosts or ghost hunters attacking him, all he wanted was to keep everyone safe!!!
Even if that lead him to being shooted and criticized by almost everyone until the day he snapped and decided to retire!!
Flash to someone else (probably green lantern): Who are they talking about?
Green lantern: no idea.
And from there i don't know what to write, so i leave it to the imagination of whoever wants to continue or change parts of this.
Sorry for any grammatical errors i didn't catch, this is my second language 💗
Also, maybe the story could be like different povs and all that 💗
I didn't know what to put as a title, so that's the only thing that came to my mind at the moment XD

Prompt: DP x DC or Marvel (Mostly Marvel on this one)
For the record when it comes to DP I can't swear to what is canon/fanon. My DC/Marvel knowledge is better but I can't say which timeline/version is which. They have too many versions of people/events.
So, going with the thought that destroying the Ghost Zone/Infinite Realms would destroy the 'living' dimensions attached to it, it would serve to reason that more than just the "Earth" in that dimension would be at risk. Some fanon speaks of the possibility of 'pruning' dimensions that threaten the Realms sufficiently. Both Marvel and DC have extensive non-Earth people. Given that humans are threatening them, why wouldn't the Ancients turn to older or more powerful people in the 'problem' universe to shut down the upstart humans.
In DC, it could be the Green Lantern Corps. Forget Hal and them, just send someone to OA. It would be in the whole dimensions interest to stop the humans. I don't know GL lore well and I'm sure there are other groups that would come shut Earth down either diplomatically or taking it as an excuse to conquer. That's assuming Spectre himself didn't deal with the GIW and their backers himself. Given what he did to Constantine, he is more than powerful enough.
In a Marvel dimension, it could be the Nova Corps which I know even less lore about but are the closest things to space cops I know of. My original thought actually went to a different authority. Purely on Earth The Ancient One/Stephen Strange/Wong should be all over that kind of problem.
But! Outside of Earth there is a figure who claims to be the protector of the realms of Yggdrasil: (Niflheim, Muspelheim, Asgard, Midgard (EARTH!), Jotunheim, Vanaheim, Alfheim, Svartalfheim, Helheim)... ODIN!
Space cops are one thing, but Asguard is living mythology so the Realms, maybe a representative from Valhalla, sending a message (maybe a delegation of Ancients? Pandora, Clockwork, Vortex, Nocturne, Undergrowth, etc) to Odin that Earth is making trouble and it's his job to fix it? It lose lose for him if he doesn't. One, end of life for everyone there and two if he lets others investigate they might dig up his dirty little secret in Helheim (his 'dead' daugher Hela).
He is less than shocked of human stupidity and decides to send Thor to 'negotiate' and fix the problem. Timeline wise I'd say after Avengers but before Thor: Dark World. So Loki is currently imprisoned. Odin and Frigga think this will be an excellent chance for Thor to prove his ability to rule Asgard. The preferred method would be diplomatic, but Thor is expect to deal with the humans threatening the universe one way or the bloody way. Just in case, maybe Frigga has Loki ready to step in and actually be diplomatic.
So, Thor shows up back on Earth not to be a hero but to take on part (even if a very small part) of the US government. He announces his intentions loudly, maybe it gets overheard and his words (maybe not the smoothest ones) spread around.
Danny Phantom (ghost prince/king?) and his fraid (I know it's fanon, but I love it) get put in protective custody (likely with the Avengers) whether they like it or not. The Ancient actually stepping up and treating the kids like kids (horrors- Danny hates it-mostly) Tracking down Dani is harder, she probably gets in trouble with someone (GIW, Shieldra, etc). I feel like bad/especially dense Fenton parents might be prime pickings for Hydra.
I see a comedy of errors on Thor's part. Some angst from the ghosts being harmed by the GIW. A massive migraine from Tony Stark who is trying to be actually diplomatic, not piss off his own government, and deal with a small mid-western town that has an information lock down his tech hadn't detected before. (The whole of Amity disappeared for a bit) I see Steve taking Thor's declaration badly and not believing that 'ghosts' can destroy everyone. Shield/Hydra wants ecto-tech and has no issue 'detaining' ghosts.
I think I'll write at least the scene where Thor arrives back on Earth.
Other less fleshed out thoughts:
-Hela is totally at least part dead. Is she a halfa too? Hela mentors Danny eventually? O.O Maybe Danny decides he doesn't want to be KIng. Queen of Ghosts Hela. Maybe a less crazy Hela because she had ghosts to chill with all this time? Either way, Odin is in trouble now.

A DP AU idea
Fenton is important.
Phantom is the Hero of Amity.
Danny Fenton is lying dead in his arms.
...It wasn't supposee to be like this.
Not like this.
---
Ecto fire burns, devouring whole of Amity. Lighting up the obscure skies and the ruins of the town.
Everything is gone, destroyed, dead. Not a single ghost can be found, and its all his fault.
He only wanted recognition, why did everything end up like this?
---
He slumped to the pavement, Fenton lying on his arms, dead, broken, bathed in his own blood and ectoplasm with his chest cavity pried open for the entire world to see.
Not that thers anyone left to see it.
"Don't move."
He paused in his own thoughts. Looking up, he's greeted by the sight of Red Huntress, Valerie, poimtingher ecto-gun on him.
"Valerie..."
There's something not right about her.
Eversince moving to Amity park, going through countless amount of ghost atracks, he learned to differentiate ghost from humans.
(A bit too late to notice Spectra and her servant...)
Taking in her ethereal glow(a bit dimmer compared to most ghost somehow), the way her feet doesn't seems to touch the ground no matter how planted they seems to be and the oozing green seeping out of her visible wounds, he could tell...
Valerie is dead.
(—the GIW did something to Amity. Ghost can't stay in Amity for some reason and the dead doesn't turn to ghost no matter how much ectoplasm there is)
She's dead, and the only reason she's standing in from of him is through sheer will power and spite.
And its all his fault.
"Let him go Weston," she charge up her gun.
"Now."
Wes didn't respond, only turning his eyes to Danny's body before laying it down to the ground silently.
Valerie walks closer, leaving trails of bubbling, boiling ectoplasm with every steps she made. Wes could tell, she didn't have much time left. Soon, she'll be gone, just like the rest of the ghost that opted to stay behind Amity after what the GIW did.
"I'm an idiot." She chuckled.
"All this time, it was you all along. And to yhink that i broke up with you to protect you and so that i could hunt ghost better when you're in fact, more than capable of hunting ghost and protecting yourself from them." She looked like she wanted to say more, to hold him close and just babble about everything and anything until her time is up but refrained from doing so. Instead, she send Wes the most hate filled glare that he had every seen.
"I want to kill you."
And that's fine, Wes wants to die too.
"But I won't." She put her gun down.
"I want to kill you ,to make you feel what i feel, to make you feel what danny felt in those bastards hands. But I won't, Danny won't want that. It won't bring him, everything, everyone back. It won't even make me feel better." She isn't looking at Wes anymore, she has that mad glint in her eyes, flashing red as she speak and her emotions peak. It grew everytime she list down everythingshe wants to infict on him for causing this entire mess, her face morphing in to something more derange as she fell further towards her newfound obsession.
Making Wes suffer.
And he deserve all of it, he knew that.
But... it doesn't seem like she'll be able to follow through her obsession for long.
"Don't die Weston."
It would be forever burned in his mind, the sight of danny's vivisected body, and the sight of Valerie slowly melting in to a puddle of boiling ectoplasm over danny's corpse as she stared at him with her glowing red eyes.
"Watch the world burn from your sins you monster."
She melted, leaving only her eye before it, too melted as well.
"It's the least you can do."
And just like that, she's gone. He's alone, surrounded by the burning remains of his home town, the proof of his sins.
He slumped further in to the ground, staring at danny's corpse and the still bubbling ectoplasm that once have been Valerie's ghost.
He trembled, his hands shake as he clutched his head and covered his face, letting out a strangled cry in despair.
He isn't even allowed to die now!
Now bound to watch the world burn with his own fault.
If...! If he just didn't outed danny, hadn't exposed his secret, hadn't succeded in his endeavors! Then maybe, just maybe, the world won't end up like this. The world wouldn't have ended at all!
Everything is gone and it's all his fault.
___
The world continue to burn and all wes could is watch.
It's been a year and he's the only one left, no one, not a single life form on earth is left except from him. No animals, no plants, nothing except him and danny's vivisected corpse, that had not rotten one bit even at this point, lying on a casket with wheels that he dragged around wherever he goes.
(—he should have buried him, to let him rest for good and be at peace. He deserve it, after all he did for Amity, for the world and for everything that he went through, good rest is something that he desreve more than everyone else.
But he just can't. No matter how hard he tried, he just can't make himself leave him, to make him rest in peace
—he doesn't want to be alon—!)
Not even those mindless half dead abominations (not danny, never him) that the GIW made in a futile attempt at replicating danny's halfa status.
It's been a year, he barely slept and hadn't eaten anything at this point. What ever the GIW did, ghost weren't the only one affected.
Frankly, Wes isn't sure if he could even called human at this point.
There's nothing left and isn't sure what to do anymore other than doing what valerie told him last year.
"Then perhaps I could just reap you right now," a echoing voice startled Wes out of his own thoughts, he froze and everything JUST S T O P P E D.
The fire, the ashfall, the wind and the ever present crackling sound of the ongoing apocalypse.
Everything stopped.
"Though tempting as it is, I won't, because just likeyoung valerie said, Daniel wouldn't like that." Wes feeling–feel–felt eternity stretched as he watch the halted world around him before turning to the talking figure.
A purple robed clock themed ghost that shift from a baby, a man, and an eldeely man. It's lower half being nothing but a wispy ghost tail holding a equally clock themed staff with C W initials on it.
(For a moment, Wes swore that thought he saw the staff flicker and got replace with a scythe. It was so sudden that Wes almost didn't noticed)
Wes stared at the ghost as the ghost leveled him with a stern expression. Reluctantly, he asked,
"...are you Death?"
It doesn't seem impossible if Wes really think about it, considering that seems to be ghost for everything. Nature, Disasters, Dreams, Nightmares just to name a few.
So it's only fair to think that Death would be some kind of ghost as well.
(He wondered how the ghost isn't affected by what the GIW did but considering that time seems to stop at the moment—)
"Death, young Weston, comes with time. Both being absolute until the very end." The ghost said cryptically, somehow managing to explaining everything yet not at the same time.
"Now, I am Clockwork, young Weston. I must ask, how does it feels to know that you trigger the end of the world? Just curious."
Wes flinched at the defenitely accusing tone. His eyes fell to danny's corpse and his casket and felt everything crashdown on him once again at the reminder as he felt his body trembled.
"I-I..." what is he supposed to say?
"Under normal circumstances, I don't interefere with the timeline, it distrupt order after all. Event like this however, requires intervention."
For a moment, Clockwork's staff seems to flicker.
"And just like I said before, as much as I'm tempted to snuff out your existence out of every possible timeline in the ever expanding multiverse, Daniel won't approve if such thing."
Of course, apparently, this Clockworks ghost knew Danny personally and in good enough term that he could addressed Danny as 'Daniel' which is as far as he knew is something that Danny hates just as much as 'Dan'.
"That and I have thought of a better way to recycle you."
Wait, recycl—!
All of a sudden, the world turn upside down and spin, he then saw a familiar body in familiar clothes holding a rope that connected to Danny's casket and he felt something hit the side if his head and—
Oh.
So he couldn't even see the end like he promised.
---
A familiar ceiling and blarring noise of an alarm clock greeted Wes when he opened his eyes and ears.
He blinked, and suddenly shot forward out of his bed (his bed? Wasn't his bed gon—) his hands flew to his neck, to his head, to his body, making sure that his head is still connected to his body.
He let out a sigh of relief when he found that he's still intact.
A little calmer than before, Wes look around the place he woke up to. It... look exactly like his old room, his room way before he ended the world, the conspiracy board, his computer, his window, and multitude of picture of Danny both in his form.
His felt his face burn in embarassment and shame when it dawn to him that he had secretly taken pictures of danny in swimming trunks at P.E.
(Ancients, he really was that shameless wasn't he?)
Wes shut the alarm off and ignored the the conspiracy board (and danny's pictures when he was alive, alive, half alive, and not yet dead) and turn to what supposed to be his room.
This doesn't make sense.
This doesn't make any sense at all.
Clockwork flashed back to his mineld as well does the sight of his own headless body standing still while holding the rope of danny's casket.
He died.
He was dead.
How? How is this possible?
Eveything was gone, no one was left he was the only one left and—!
"Danny...."
God, where's danny?! His casket? Wha—!
His panic was interupted by the door being slammed opened.
"Dude! Dad's been waiting downstairs! Food's getting colder, better get down before he c—"
Standing in the door is his brother.
His long dead brother, telling him that's breakfast is ready.
His long dead brother who died from an ecto-ranium bullet to his forehead by the GIW.
Wes screamed.

Dangerous People
Written for the Phic Phight Prompt: Identity reveal. Dash finds out Danny is Phantom. What happens? Could be swagger bishie or not, either or is okay. (from @q-gorgeous)
AO3 Link
[Warnings for internalized homophobia, implied homophobia, implied child abuse, and mentions of bullying]
Danny had been a lot of dangerous places, many of them in the Ghost Zone. But of all the dangerous places Danny had been, high school was at the top of the list. At least in the Ghost Zone, he could fight back. In some places, there were even rules that Danny could exploit to keep from getting the shit kicked out of him, or at least give as good as he got.
At school, the rules didn't protect him. At school, he couldn't fight back, because he had to keep his powers secret. Danny had a literal portal to hell in his basement, and he could confidently say that high school was dramatically more hellish.
"Hey! Fentoe-nail!" Danny sighed as Dash came storming up to him. This was a prime example. Dash slammed him against the lockers and put his face real close to Danny's, menacing him. "I saw you at the beginning of sixth period yesterday," he said, voice very quiet and surprisingly less threatening than Danny was expecting, but still, Danny paled with fear. "Meet me under the bleachers after school."
Dropping him roughly, Dash stalked off.
Danny was almost shaking, his palms sweating. He'd been busy fighting Technus all through sixth period and after school. If Dash had seen him at the beginning of sixth period, then that meant... He swallowed hard and rushed to his next class, which he shared with Sam and Tucker. Dash had seen him transform into Phantom. That was very bad news.
"It's not that bad," Sam tried to tell him while they whispered to each other in the back of English class. It might've been more convincing if she'd looked like she believed it herself.
"Not that bad?" Danny echoed, his tone low but panicked. "Dash knows my secret. Dash Baxter. The guy who's been bullying me since the fifth grade. Oh, I am so screwed."
"Calm down," Tucker said, though he hardly sounded calm himself. "Dash loves Phantom, remember? Like probably loves loves Phantom, if you ask me. Maybe he's just gonna ask you for an autograph?"
"Yeah, but he hates hates me," Danny pointed out. He ran a hand through his hair. "Oh man, what if he thinks I like, ruined his hero for him or something and kicks the shit out of me? I'm already half dead, i don't wanna die the rest of the way from being wailed on by my bully."
"If he knows you're Phantom, then you can use your powers to protect yourself," Sam said. "And besides, we don't know for sure that that's even what he wants to talk to you about."
"He said he saw me at the beginning of sixth period yesterday. There's literally nothing else he could want to talk to me about."
"Your parents have tons of weird ghost tech. Maybe they have something that can alter memories," suggested Tucker. "You can fly by during lunch and check."
"No, if they were working on something that erased memories, they definitely would've told me about it in one of their rants," Danny denied despondently.
"Unless they did tell you about it, and you just don't remember..." Danny's eyes widened and he looked at Tucker with a grin while Sam face-palmed beside them.
"Fenton! Manson! Foley!" their teacher called them out. "Something you want to share with the class?"
"Uh..." Danny glanced to Sam and Tucker, who offered no help. "I forgot?" Tucker snickered at his answer, and Sam flicked him on the arm.
"Well maybe you'd do better to remember the lesson if you actually payed attention? Don't you think?"
"Right, sorry, Mr. Lancer," Danny said, and Sam and Tucker mumbled their apologies too. It wasn't worth detention to continue their conversation, but Danny mentally resolved to cut lunch to search his parents lab for memory-altering devices.
That plan went out the window almost as soon as lunch started when Skulker crashed through the wall, shouting for Danny. "WHELP!"
Danny ducked under a table to transform while the students evacuated the cafeteria, running and screaming. He flew up through the table top, ready for a fight.
"That's my name! Don't wear it out!" The fight with Skulker took all of lunch and part way into fifth period, but luckily his math teacher was willing to accept, "Sorry I'm late. There was a ghost attack in the cafeteria and I got trapped under a table," as a suitable excuse, and didn't mark him tardy.
"I guess you didn't get the chance to get over to your parents lab, right?" Tucker said to him in a hushed voice.
"No," Danny sighed. "It was a long shot anyway. I'll talk to my parents about the ghost hunting applications of a memory eraser later. For now... I guess I've just gotta bite the bullet and talk to Dash. Try to convince him not to tell anyone."
Tucker scoffed. "Yeah, good luck." Then he looked at the despair on Danny's face and quickly backtracked, switching to a much more positive, if less genuine, tone, and shooting Danny a thumbs-up. "I mean, good luck!"
"Gee, thanks."
—
The bell rang to mark the end of the school day and Dash jumped out of his seat, carefully giving Kwan the slip. He made a beeline for the bleachers by the football field and waited underneath for Fenton to show up, fidgeting nervously with the sleeves of his Letterman jacket. He hoped the kid wouldn't just ghost him. Dash snickered at the pun. It was the kind of joke Danny would make.
Danny. Dash wrung his hands and swallowed the lump in his throat. There was no way in hell he could've said anything to anyone about it, but he'd been crushing on Danny Fenton since the fifth grade. Not once during that whole time had he known what to do about it. If he'd had a crush on Paulina or Star, he would've given them a flower or something, but flowers were for girls, not boys, so instead, Dash shoved him in the hallway.
Dash's dad was very strict in ensuring that Dash grew up to be as strong and manly as he could be. Men didn't hug, or hold hands, so if Dash wanted to touch Danny, which he longed to do, it had to be in a fight, or during a sport. Danny didn't play sports. That left only one option. Dash felt bad about it the more time passed, but he also felt angry—at himself, and at Fenton for making him feel the way he did. He regretted it when he saw the hatred in Danny's eyes, but he couldn't hold himself back, either.
Phantom had been a relief. He was the first person besides Fenton that Dash had ever liked that way. He reminded Dash of Fenton, a little bit. Their sense of humor was the same, and Dash liked that. Of course, Dash had had a minor breakdown when his second crush had also been a guy, but Phantom was a ghost, so he'd decided that it didn't count. The biggest difference was that practically everyone in the whole school was crushing on Phantom, girls and guys alike, so it wasn't weird that Dash liked him so much. His dad would beg to differ, but his dad didn't have to know.
Then, yesterday, Dash had been cowering—strategically concealing himself under a desk in the computer lab after all the monitors came to life and flew out the window. Everyone else had already run out of the room, but Dash had bravely stayed behind to get the drop on the ghost, and not because he'd accidentally gotten his foot tangled up in wires under the desk. It was then that he'd heard it.
"I'm goin' ghost!" Fenton's voice cried.
And then he saw it, glowing white rings, so bright they almost forced Dash to look away, but he couldn't stop staring. They split up and down Fenton's body, and when they faded, Phantom was standing there instead. He took off, phasing through the wall to fight the ghost. Dash had been left dumbstruck. A sinking feeling spread into his stomach. So much for thinking he'd moved on from Fenton, not that he ever had, really.
Dash looked through the gaps in the bleachers and felt his heart flutter in his chest when he saw Fenton crossing the football field and he pushed it down immediately. Man, he had it bad. What a moron. Danny looked around for any spectators before slipping under the bleachers to meet Dash.
"Look, I don't know what you think you saw, but you probably didn't see it!" Danny burst out immediately.
"I'm sorry," Dash said, and Danny stilled, blinking in confusion.
"What?"
"I'm sorry for bullying you all this time," Dash elaborated, "even before you were Phantom. I shouldn't have done that, and I'm sorry." Danny stared some more.
"What?" he asked again, his voice raising in pitch.
"I said I'm sorry for bullying you, even before you were Phantom."
"No, I heard you I just... what?!" Danny's mouth hung open, and his brows furrowed, clearly not able to process the situation at all.
"Look, I've been a major asshole to you, and you still save my life and everyone else's from ghosts all the time," Dash said. "That one time we got shrunk real tiny, and you had to fight that ghost while all your powers were wearing off, you remember? You kicked that robot-ghost's ass and saved my life, like a dozen times, and got us both unshrunk, even though I shoved you in a locker, like, just a few hours before that. You're a better person than I am, and it makes me want to be better."
"So you're apologizing because I'm not the kind of dick who would just let you die because you're an asshole to me and you're worried I'll stop saving you if you don't?"
"No, I'm apologizing because you deserve an apology," Dash said. "I should've apologized a long time ago. Actually, I shouldn't have bullied you in the first place, but I got a lot of repressed rage and shit I gotta work through, if I'm bein' honest."
"Repressed rage you need to work through?" Danny echoed, his mouth gaping in astonishment. "Did you start seeing a therapist?"
"After Ms. Spectra? Hell no!" Dash denied, even the thought made him anxious. That particular ghost had done a number on the entire Casper High student body, and they were all completely ruined for therapy now. "Your sister tutors me in math and science every Tuesday, and she's starting to rub off."
"Oh, yeah, that tracks." For the first time since Dash first opened his mouth under those bleachers, Danny actually seemed to comprehend what he was saying. He nodded thoughtfully. "I hope you don't think this makes us even," he said. "I accept your apology, but I still don't like you. If you really want to prove your sorry, you'll stop picking on me and my friends—actually, you'll stop picking on people altogether, got it?"
"Yeah," Dash agreed. "I was going to, anyway."
"Good." Danny put on a very serious expression then. "Now, we need to talk about me being Phantom. You can't tell anyone, ever, do you understand. No one can know."
"Believe me, I wasn't planning to," Dash assured him. "I was at that ghost-safety assembly with your parents. I heard what they said. I wouldn't risk putting you in danger like that. The town needs you—er, needs Phantom."
"You can't tell your friends, either," Danny said. "You'd better keep it completely secret, or I'll put you in permafrost."
"I swear on my life, I won't tell anyone." Dash didn't want to tell anyone. This was something only he knew, a secret between him and the guy he'd been pining after since he was ten years old. Obviously he wanted to keep it between just them. Wait, was it between just them? "Does anyone else already know?"
"Sam and Tucker do," Danny said, and Dash fought the urge to scowl. "They were there when I first changed. And Jazz knows, but she found out later."
"I see." He tried to keep the disappointment out of his voice. "By the way, if you ever need any help with anything, I'm happy to lend a hand," he offered, perking up a bit. "We made a pretty good team fighting ghosts on that pirate ship, and, well, I noticed you haven't been doing so well in school since freshman year started. I'm no straight-A student, and I won't be much help in math, but if you need a hand with, like, vocab or history, I'm your man."
Danny looked him up and down suspiciously. "You'd really do that?"
"Don't sound so surprised," Dash chuckled awkwardly. "Phantom's—you're my hero. Anything I can do to help, I'll do. Besides, I'm trying to be a better person, remember? Helping you study for a history test is like the fifty yard line toward that goal, right?"
"I don't understand football metaphors," Danny said.
"That was actually a simile."
"I have a D plus in English."
"Wow, you really do need my help," Dash ribbed, but it was lighter and far less mean-spirited than the insults he tossed around before.
"Well..." Danny rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly, but he was smiling. "Maybe a little help wouldn't hurt."
"Cool." Dash checked his watch and cringed when he saw the time. "Sorry, I am way late for basketball practice, but I knew I had to catch you before you left. Anyway, your sister has my number. Call me any time after five and we can set up a time for me to help with your schoolwork."
"Sure thing," Danny said, stepping to the side so Dash could squeeze past him and out from under the bleachers.
"I'll see you around, Fenton!"
"Yeah, bye... Dash...." He waved awkwardly, still looking taken aback by the conversation he'd just had with Dash, who looked over his shoulder for only a brief moment to look at his face before sprinting full tilt to the locker room to change for practice.
Coach yelled at him for being late and made him run suicides for half-an-hour, but even so, Dash was giddy all the way through practice. Afterwards, he showered, went home, and continued to be giddy while he did his homework. Halfway through his math worksheet, which he was pretty sure he was only getting every third problem right on, and only thanks to Jazz's excellent tutoring, his phone phone rang.
Dash picked it up without looking at the number. "Hello?"
"Hey, Dash?" Fenton's voice came through the line and he grinned. "I was just working on my history homework, and I don't recognize a thing. I was wondering if it wasn't too soon to take you up on your offer?"
"Nope, I got time now," Dash said cheerfully. "I'm just working on my own homework."
"So should I head to your place or—"
"No!" Dash said quickly. His dad was bound to get suspicious about a guy who wasn't on any of Dash's sports teams coming over to his house, even if it was for tutoring—especially if it was for tutoring. "I'll grab my stuff and head over to yours. I'll be there in ten."
"Okay, cool," Danny said. "I'll see you in ten." Dash hung up and gathered all his homework and textbooks into his backpack.
"You look happy," his mother observed when he walked past the living room on his way to the door. She was doing some embroidery while his dad watched golf on the TV. She was really good at embroidery, actually. The colorful flower near the hem of the black dress she was working on was probably a commission. "You off to a study date or something?"
"Uh... something like that," he said cautiously. "It's not really a date, but..."
"But you like this girl, I see," his mother smiled knowingly, and he tried to keep the hurt out of his own smile at her assumption. "Well, good luck, son! Maybe next time it will be!"
"Thanks," he said, but he doubted it. Then he walked out the door and jogged over to the Fentons' place. It wasn't too far from his own house, and he'd been there plenty of times before to study with Jazz. He made it in exactly the estimated time and rang the doorbell.
Danny answered the door, and Dash grinned at him. "Your knight in a Letterman jacket has arrived." Danny snorted and let him inside.
When they got into the kitchen, Dash started to take his backpack off, since that's where he and Jazz always worked when she was tutoring him, but Danny kept walking, so Dash followed. Once they got to the stairs, he realized where they were going and his heart raced. Danny expected them to study up in his room.
Dash tried to calm himself down. They were just studying. Nothing was going to happen. His heart refused to listen. Then the door opened to reveal Danny's room, and Sam and Tucker were already inside, and suddenly his heart caught up to his head, and he had to fight not to whine in complaint.
"Dash!" Tucker cheered. "Danny told us what happened earlier. Are you actually good at history? Because I completely suck at it, Danny ends up missing class all the time, and Sam only knows about, like, witch trials and junk like that."
"Much as I'm loath to admit it," Sam sighed. "We are in desperate need of help."
Dash let his disappointment roll right off his back, reminding himself that even with the other two there, he was still getting to spend time with Danny that didn't involve hurting him, or an attacking ghost, and that was a win. "Lucky for you guys, history is my best subject. You've got Ms. Horace, right?"
"Yeah," Danny confirmed. "We've got Ms. Horrid." Dash chuckled.
"So you're up to the French revolution, then, yeah?" They got right into it, with Dash helping them figure out how to answer each of the document based questions and advising them on the kinds of answers that would appease Ms. Horace. "She's really big on women's lib and stuff like that, so if you can manage to bring up a woman who was important, or call out mistreatment of women in history, that'll boost your score every time."
"Maybe Ms. Horrid isn't so bad after all," Sam remarked.
"She's strict, but she's not, like, evil or anything," Dash said with a light chuckle. "I honestly don't know how she got that nickname." Unexpectedly, Danny put a hand on Dash's shoulder, causing him to startle, but it didn't deter Danny from fixing him with a thousand yard stare.
"That's because you're actually good at history," he said solemnly, oblivious to the rapid beating of Dash's heart. This was the first time in a very long time that there'd been physical contact between the two of them that wasn't caused by Dash's fists, and he almost couldn't take it. It took every ounce of self-control not to lean into the touch. "To us morons, she's the devil."
Dash laughed awkwardly as Danny withdrew his hand and tried to get his heart back under control, hoping to high heaven that his face wasn't as red as it felt.
"Right... anyway, where were we? Marie Antoinette, right?"
"Actually, I think we need snacks," Sam said, standing up from the floor where all their books were spread out. "Dash, come help me carry them."
"Uh, okay," Dash agreed, getting up as well.
"Get some chips and salsa!" Danny requested, and Sam nodded as they stepped out the door.
He followed her down to the kitchen in silence, and waited while she pulled down a bowl and a bag of tortilla chips from the cupboards. She handed him a knife and instructed him to cut up some of the pears that were in a bowl on the countertop. Somehow, he doubted that she'd asked him to come with her just so he could slice pears. She put a plate next to him for the pears and ripped open the bag of chips.
"You have a crush on Danny," she said darkly.
"What? Of course I don't, what are you talking about?" he asked nervously. She hadn't actually found him out that quickly, had she? Was he really that obvious.
She rolled her eyes, as she poured the chips out into the bowl. "Please, you were red as a tomato when he put his hand on your shoulder. I thought your head was gonna pop from all the blood rushing to your face."
"I wasn't..." He started cutting pears more quickly. His fear making his hands move faster and faster. "Oh god, no I wasn't! Was I?"
"Okay, that's a mild exaggeration," she said, and he sighed with relief. "I've been keeping a close eye on you all night to make sure you actually intend to change, and it might not be noticeable to Danny and Tucker, because they have the emotional intelligence of a pair of wet socks, but I've been picking up signs since you first walked in."
"Please don't tell anyone," Dash asked softly. He'd spent one personable afternoon around Sam, and now she could ruin him if she wanted to. If his dad found out he was gay... well.... This must've been how Danny felt when Dash discovered he was Phantom. It didn't feel good.
"Of course I'm not gonna tell anyone," Sam scoffed. "Just so you know, though, Danny's bi." Dash's head shot up and he whipped around to look at her with wide eyes.
"He is?" he asked hopefully. Then he frowned. "Should you be telling me that?"
"Danny doesn't care who knows about that," she assured him. "I'm only telling you because it seems like you actually to intend to become a better person, though. I would advise against asking him out right away, but since you're trying to get in his good graces anyway—and provided that you actually follow through on becoming a better human being, and you're not just gonna give up when it gets annoying—maybe someday you'll actually have a shot with him."
"You think?"
"I said maybe," she reminded him. She closed up the bag of chips with a clip and stowed it. "You've gotta actually get in his good graces first. He still seriously resents you, and for good reason. In retrospect, I can see that you were just pulling his pigtails, but you were still a complete and total dick to him for years, and that's no way to treat someone you like."
"I know," Dash said, his shoulders slumping.
"Good." She opened the fridge and pulled out a bowl a salsa. "Oh, one more thing. If you ever hurt Danny again, in any way, I will take you in the Specter Speeder to the farthest reaches of the Ghost Zone and I will leave you there to slowly deteriorate into ectoplasm as you gradually lose your mind, forgetting yourself and everything you once knew and loved. Do I make myself crystal clear?" Dash nodded, eyes wide, and she smiled a deceptively sweet smile. "Great! Now finish cutting those pears, and let's get back up there."
"Right!" He did as she said, and they went back up to the room to finish studying.
Dash launched into telling them all about Marie Antoinette, and what kind of ruler she was, and how she never said 'let them eat cake', but her last words were apologizing for accidentally stepping on her executioner's toes. All the while, Dash thought about Danny, about how to get on his good side, about how to get to a place where Danny might actually say 'yes' if Dash asked him out.
When their study session was over, Dash went home. He laid down in his bed, and he knew that he was probably never going to ask Danny out anyway. He would be too afraid—of his parents, of Danny, of what people would think at school and in town. The truth was, he wasn't brave like Danny was. Still, it was nice to imagine what could happen if he was. Sam had said 'maybe', after all. Maybe, someday, he would be.

Danny glanced around, on high alert for the woman in purple, as he capped the Thermos, securing Youngblood inside as he floated down towards the school.
“There you are,” an augmented voice said behind him, the only warning Danny got before he was dodging an ectoblast. He wasn’t fast enough, the blast burning his upper right arm. He gritted his teeth against the pain, pressing his hand over the wound to staunch some of the bleeding ectoplasm.
“One day. Can’t you lay off for one day, Vi?” He asked, throwing a shield up around him.
She’d been here for a couple of  months now, and every day it felt like she was shooting or stabbing him, blaming him for a crime she refused to explain. No one knew her name or her motives, beyond that she was trying to eradicate the ghosts that filled Amity Park. She spoke rarely and when she did, it was short and to the point. It was almost more unnerving that way, if Danny was being honest. The silence was such a deviation from his parents’ shouting, especially when the only things she did end up saying were to blame him for existing.
At least that was something he was used to.
The town was abuzz trying to figure out who this mysterious person was. Tucker and Sam had gone through so many outlandish theories - from Valerie Gray deciding to put her martial arts to good use, to Paulina Sanchez trying to get his attention by attacking him, even to it being another ghost - but nothing stuck.
He scowled at her. All he knew was that she was human - she frequently got into close combat with him and he could feel the warmth radiating from her.
Even through the mask, Danny could tell she was frowning at him. He had a sneaking suspicion she hated the nickname the media had given her when no one had been able to get a handle on her and she refused to name herself. She’d been dubbed the Violet Trapper - at least it was better than the ridiculous ‘Inviso-Bill’ he’d been given! - and he’d started calling her Vi. Violet Trapper was just too much of a mouthful.
“No,” the Trapper answered, firing another blast at him. His shield absorbed it, but he still felt a pressure against him for a moment as it slammed into him.
He had to play this carefully. He’d learned by now that she tried to get into hand to hand combat range by distracting him, blasting to one side to force him to dodge while she flew to his opposite side, normally managing to land more than a couple of painful blows - not to mention being shot at close range hurt.
Danny never fought her back. Despite her apparent super strength, she was still very human and therefore very fragile. He didn’t want to learn her name bad enough that he was willing to learn it from an obituary.
Man, Jazz would have a fit if she knew how often he let himself get pummeled by Violet. Something about fighting back and caring about his life, if he had to guess, about how him not fighting back proved he didn’t care what happened to his life.
Jokes on her. He’s dead already. Halfway, at least.
The Trapper did exactly as Danny expected - shooting to one side and then trying to flank his other. He shot up into the sky, looking down to see if she was following. He swore when he saw she was, and she was gaining on him too. Going invisible did nothing, she seemed to be able to track him. Similarly for intangibility, it seemed her weapons were designed to still be able to strike him even if he lacked a physical form. Shit, he just needed to get back into the school and he could transform!
He flipped in the air and flew back down at top speed, inches away from her on his descent. The sudden direction change gave him the benefit of surprise - it took her longer to course correct and Danny had the lead he needed to phase through the roof of the school, landing in a janitor’s closet and hurriedly transforming back to his human half. He breathed in relief. She didn’t seem to be able to track Fenton like she did Phantom.
He peeked out the door, confirming the coast was clear before he slid out of the room, heading towards the class he’d ran out of.
He was knocked to the floor as someone ran out of an empty classroom and directly into him.
“Hey, watch it!” He scolded, looking to where they also had been knocked down, but his breath caught in his throat and his entire body tensed as he saw the Violet Trapper in front of him.
“Danny!” She yelled as she got to her feet. “Shouldn’t you be in class?”
“I… huh?”
“It’s third period! You should be in class now!” She said again, placing her hands on her hips in a move that reminded him of his mother. For a wild moment, he wondered if Maddie was the Trapper, but he brushed the thought away quickly.
Both his parents and the Trapper had been present and shooting him, together, more than once the past month.
“Do I know you?” He asked, still sprawled out on the ground. Terror had his heart fluttering erratically in his chest. She’d never been this close to his human form and he didn’t know how her tracker worked.
She hesitated. “No. Everyone knows the Fentons - including the kids,” she answered, her voice still heavily changed by whatever tech she had.
“Oh, uh, right,” he stammered.
“C’mon, get up,” she said, reaching down for his hand.
Unable to think of a good excuse that wasn’t disclosing he had frequently been shot by her and was terrified to touch her, he gripped the offered hand. He was relieved when pain didn’t follow. The Trapper’s touch was much like his parents’ now - it meant he was about to be hurt, more often than not.
She pulled him to his feet effortlessly, glancing both ways down the hall. “Did you see Phantom?” She asked. “He came this way.”
“Nope! No ghosts. Didn’t see any.” Danny lied.
She tilted her head to the side and he could see her chewing her lip through the mask. “He’s close. He drops off my radar sometimes but I can just barely sense him right now. He’s still here.”
Danny did his best to look calm. He doubted he succeeded. “I’ll hurry back to class, then! Good luck, Trapper!”
She groaned. “God I hate that name,” she mumbled and then she was off, Danny leisurely strolling in the opposite direction. At least, he did until she was out of his line of sight, and then he ran for his life, his footsteps quieted by his ghost half, one of the odd quirks of being a halfa. He hurried back to his class, mumbling a quick apology as he slid back into his seat. Sam and Tucker threw worried glances at him and he smiled in a way he hoped was reassuring.
He struggled to pay attention the rest of class, his thoughts swirling like a hurricane.
Who was the Violet Trapper?

(Don't like don't read. Post hate and I'll block you)
Even more Danny Phantom headcanons and Pink Astronaut headcanons.
Tumblr media
Danny Fenton was mostly rasied by his sister Jazz. His parents barely pay attention to him. And when they do they're either overcompensating and being suffocating or they compare him to Jazz. It gets worse the older he gets, and more worse when he becomes Phantom.
Growing up Danny spent a lot of time over at Tuckers house. They've known each other since they were babies.
No point in calling the cops on the Fentons for anything because they have serious government funding. Anything that's serious gets sweeped under the rug when it involves them.
Sam moved to Amity park because she got kicked out of a boarding school for stalking(and harassing) boy who didn't like her back and was her friend. Her parents manage to pay the school off and the boys parents. This is Sam's big dark secret. She gets jealous and possessive very easily. She has issues, trouble letting go and dislikes anyone who disagrees with her.
Danny before the accident got good grades. Not as good as Jazz, but Danny is not stupid. He's good at math and science, and loves art class. Is other classes he got Bs. After the accident he's sleeping in all his classes. Skipping school. Or getting to class late. His grades of course are affected. Danny's still smart. And once a few people know. Things get better.
Danny still sees space. He may not be able to be an astronaut. But he gets to see space and the stars. Mostly because he becomes the ghost king.
Danny didn't want to be ghost king but he eventually does accept the title.
Danny sees clockwork as a father figure/grandfather figure.
Danny's relationship with Paulina is complicated at first because she only knows and loves one part of him. But she does eventually finds out and accepts all of him.
Danny when he grows up fully comes into his power and goes into his roll of ghost king. But he explores space, watches the ghost zone, protects amity park( though now as the ghost king it doesn't need as much guarding) hangs out with his family(Jazz, Ellie, Paulina, Tucker, Clockwork) later starts a life with Paulina.
Danny has always loved space and everything having to do with it. The stars, the moon, the planets the sun. Galaxies and blackholes. Rockets going into space, and the astronauts who go up there.
Paulina loves stars and meteors because of being able to make wishes on them.
Most of the (the little and not always right) knowledge Paulina has of space comes from the sailor moon anime and manga.
Sam hates sailor moon and most anime. She mostly reads a lot Stephen King. But is also a secret Twilight fan.
Sam only develops a crush on Danny after he has ghost powers/after she killed him. She likes his undead appearance and how he's cool now in her eyes. She gets a secret thrill that only she (and Tucker but she doesn't think about that) knows about Danny's full identity.
Tucker doesn't really like Sam. He especially doesn't like her after killing his best friend(twice. One by accident one on purpose).
Tucker is actually really a genius if he applied himself and wasn't just focused on tech and computers, code hacking. Smart enough to skip a couple grades even. But he could never leave his best friend behind.
Tucker owns so much tech and knows so much about it because his parents work in a computer company that creates iphones and laptops/ipads.
Tucker's favorite movie is the Matrix.
Tuckers parents spoil him a little because he's an only child and was their miracle baby. They had him a lot later in life.
Danny was the one who approached Sam and became her friend when they were all 12. He saw that she was all alone and felt bad for her.
In Danny's darkest thoughts and moments he regrets becoming friends with Sam sometimes. Especially after him and Paulina start dating.
Sam really gets bad after he and Paulina start dating. She gets moody. Possessive, and is constantly trying to sabotage their dates. She doesn't really talk to Tucker at all anymore unless they're in a goup thing with Danny, or just hanging out all together. It gets even more worse when Danny tells Paulina who he really is and it ends up working out.

Danny Phantom but make it murder mystery + supernatural/horror elements
Basically an idea of an au of which Danny Phantom fuses with Detective Conan. Throw both in a pot. Let it simmer for a while. Add some mysteries to the mix, a pinch of family and comfort, a couple of case solvings, a big bowl full off horror and supernatural elements. Mix them together and let it boil for over to dry a bit before adding a whole gallon of angst.
Boy i just got this idea today and i wanna throw it up here because i do not want it to live free rent here in my head.
Alright, let's get this over with.
There will be a lot of changes like the settings and all.
Alright. Here we go. Jack and Maddie Fenton are still scientists BUT! Both of them are morally dubious and sometimes can be a little bit darker than the sunshine vibe and image that they give off. They do not work for anyone and work only for themselves. They are a renown scientists and people's opinions on them diverge from time to time. Some people are wary and afraid of them while others applauded their works as scientists and look up to them.
Their children are geniuses. The public prefers the eldest daughter to look up to but they adore the youngest son. The children are famous in their own field. Jazz is on her way to be the youngest kid in history to ever enter a prestigious university and making a name for it in the psychology course.
Danny is still a fan of the space. Technically, he gain more benefits from his inventors parents because to appease him and not have him bothered them back in the younger days, they created all sort of inventions that can help Danny understand the space. They give him everything that they could with their money and genius brain. However, they are not a good parents. They still love their children but sometimes they forgot their responsibilities and often ignored them in favor of their own job. They put too much pressure on the children it nearly drove them apart.
Jazz have a love hate relationship with her parents. She is the oldest and the toughest daughter. Yes she is hurt by her parents and their decisions to deal with them but she always could brush it off. But when it comes to her baby brother she will literally explode and rage. Danny is miserable. He was happy when his parents give him gifts like books and inventions related to space. He even have his own small ship. But after the presents, his parents would dismissed him and get lost in their own world ignoring everthing in favour of study and science. Danny is Maddie's favourite child but he is often at the end of her dissapointment and rage. Jack always divert it from Danny whenever he is there. Maddie did not cross the line. However, she nearly cross it when she slapped Danny so hard it bruises when he was 10 years old. That day forever scar in Danny's brain. It happened because of an incident with a precious research paper.
Maddie felt guilty and tried to apologize by giving him more gifts. Jazz doesn't trust her mother around Danny anymore. Jack, ... He ignored everything and decided that nothing ever happened.
Jazz is five years older than Danny. She was 19 years old when her brother Danny, 14 years old goes missing. Her parents went into hiding a week before his dissappearance. She thought that it might be connected. The moment their parents dissappeared, they could not even contact them at all. They were left with money and other things for them to survive.
Her brother was missing for six months with no trace after both of them went to a science expo. Then he suddenly showed all bloody and bruised. He looks haunted. She found him shivering near the Fenton Family main house.
But one major change is that he is now a child. A 5 years old child. She recognized her brother as that child. Of course she would know him. She is his sister. She was the one that mainly raised him in the Fenton Family.
He lied about himself. She thinks that Danny was just trying to protect her. She studied the psychology of humans. Her main subject. She knows the child she dubbed as her Danny did not in fact act much like how a child will. Not even a child that is wise beyond their years.
Danny is oblivious though but she will keep her mouth shut right now. She will wait until he is ready to tell her.
Jazz was afraid for Danny so she let Danny's file be written as a dead file. Cast away to be forgotten for an unknown period. He is officially dead in papers and media. No one knows of the real predicament.
Danny only introduces himself as Niel which is kind of stupid of him even though he was supposed to be a genius child. Really Danny? The name derived from your own real name?
One thing for sure that everything that she knows as something unbelievable and never existed are now flipped over.
Supernatural things are true.
And Danny is the proof of it.
Danny looks so afraid. Those... creatures always goes after her brother and nearly took him away from her. She was afraid for him. The creatures seems enchanted with his presence and will always find a way to whisk him away from her grasp.
She can't see the creatures. But she knows that they are there. Too much evidence in front of her eyes shows that in fact the supernatural exists.
She once saw one of those creatures. It was when Danny was being carried by her. It's kind of weird. Usually when she was carrying him around, she did not see them. But she only sees it for a brief moment.
So she studied more about the supernatural things. She needs to have all of the subjects about the the supernatural and the other side of reality covered because it is important.
Important to protect her brother against the unknown.
Danny, to simply say it, could contact the dead and have the ability that is ... supernatural. Like a medium or liminal. And it effects him greatly. It not only effects his health but his lifestyle. His life. She tried to keep him safe.
Then she met these teenagers who seems taken with Danny. Well, not really teenagers. Only 13 years old boy and girl. It seems Danny have them in his tiny grasps..good. He needs friends and all the supports he could get.
Tucker Foley and Sam Manson are average teenagers at best. They are not in fact, friends. Just acquaintance at best. They always clash with each other. Sam and Tucker's fight rivals the fight between Paulina and Sam.
They always argue with each other and only in an agreement rarely. Danny acts like some sort of glue. Sam wants to see who the child that was adopted by the famous Fenton daughter. She dragged Tucker because he knows the place and has seen the kid.
Niel (Danny) takes her interest because he is something different. A concept she can't grasp. Bonus is that he is involved in something supernatural. Tucker did not like how she is around Niel. He loves Niel but goodness he will be around often with Niel when Sam is around. She will drag the poor child into something dangerous if she keeps that kind of behaviour and thinking.
Jack Fenton came back from hiding but Maddie Fenton is still missing. Jack looks somber and sad. Almost depressed. He said that he needs time away from his wife. He said both of them need time away from each other.
Almost like both of them are thinking about divorce.
Jack believes Danny's and Jazz's lies and is even more sad to know that his son is missing and possibly dead. Having Niel around causing him grief and heartache but he is never the one to lash out. Jack is still a scientist at heart but he will never repeat his mistakes. He has a chance now.
It does not mean that Jack is not going to stop looking for his son.
Danny's first murder case was when Sam dragged him with her and her parents to a party. Jack and Jazz are invited too. They are famous and the rich people there want famous people.
There they met the Gray duo. They met Damon Gray and Valerie Gray. Valerie is in the same class as Sam and Tucker. Sam and Valerie do not get along at all. Even more so than Sam and Tucker. Tucker and Sam agree that Valerie cannot be anywhere near Danny.
Tucker does like Valerie but as in girls in particular. Tucker does have a standard. Damon Gray is in the Police Force. He is in the investigation team. The detective is Mr Weston. Wes's father. Wes is actually one of the junior detectives learning under his father's teaching. Wes is usually seen hanging around Tucker and sometimes Valerie.
Crime happened and there was a lot of blood. Danny was at the scene having witnessed the murder happened. He can't see the face of the culprit but he knows other things like the culprit voice, height, and body shape.
He is under witness protection. Danny wants to tell them that something is going to happen to the killer. That something is angry. And that more people will end up dead if they did not find the killer quick.
Danny helps Wes and his father find the killer. Wes is suspicious of the Niel kid but oh well. Wes is 13 years old. Wes does know that Niel is hiding something and he will uncover it but he did not want to face the wrath of one Jasmine Elena Fenton.
A spirit is involved in the story between the murderer and the victims. That is the first step Danny is involved in the world of crimes and supernatural mixed in.

Halfa Tucker, and the Fenton parents aren’t hateful ghost hunters who loathe every ghostly entity and want to destroy them.
They still create the Phantom Portal, which is what half-kills-half-resurrects Tucker. They’re also much more scientists who honestly want to understand ghosts.
Although they still play a role in the plot, they’re much less important than the Foley parents who worry a lot about their son and wonder why and when he’s started to keep so many secrets.
Angela Foley as a nurse deals with the stress that ghost attacks can send a lot of people to the hospital. She worries that apparently a teenager is fending off the ghosts. She’s the one who helps to find the breakthrough to cure ecto-acne.
Maurice Foley eventually dives into working with the Fentons to make functioning technology that protects people from the ghosts. He, Tucker, and Danny create many of the items Ghouly uses and provide him with them so that he’s better protected. Maurice knows a lot about data security, Tucker provides the software, and Danny engineers the hardware.
Angela and Spectra are arch-nemesis. Angela once mauled her with a mace - “You’re not a doctor! You don’t have a degree!! You’re just a phony attacking children!!!” - until she begged Ghouly to soup her. Everybody hailed Angela as the hero of the day. Tucker was starry-eyed at his mom.
Maurice and Technus, rather than Tucker and Technus, are arch-nemesis. Even after Tucker creates a truce with the ghost, his dad and Technus are like fight on sight because of their different values and philosophies on technology.
