Since I'm locked in here's some thoughts abt Barbara and Tuesday, and even bits of Bonnette bc why not

Anyways

Are there any sort of lore abt the UTTU cards? Does Pandora make those cards, and does Barbara help w those too? Cause I'm skimming through the new UTTU cards yeah, and all the cards have some sort of card name yes, and this one got me thinking the most

Cause it'd be so fun if Barbara had a hand in some of these cards bc this one is a bit too specific

In Tuesday's character story, Barbara is revealed to have a friend named Bonnette, and ofc, Bonnette looks like Tuesday and perhaps even act like her a bit to the point Barbara herself believed that perhaps it really is her friend

The thing is, during all that, Barbara had also said that she had lost Bonnette to a place where the wind can't go

Which brings us to the card, The Wind Halts. The wind couldn't find Bonnette anymore bc she's gone, possibly sifted by the Storm, Barbara had no means of finding out if Bonnette is still around or not, the wind can't trace her, Barbara couldn't find her. The wind that led her back to Bonnette came to an abrupt halt.

But then why that specifically, why that shot of Tuesday

Well, bc it's the same accessory that Bonnette had

Makes me think that when Barbara saw that same accessory, and despite Tuesday being like that™, she had some hopes that her friend is still there, that perhaps somehow someway the friend she knows would remember her

Idk but this kinda hurts cause imagine seeing your friend again, but it's not your friend, not the one you know, this one is different, yet they talk the same, act the same, and sound the same. But the wind feels different, it feels colder, yet there's still some semblance of comfort as it breezes through her fleece, it's a familiar feeling, a familiar touch, it's the same familiar wind, just colder. But it embraces her all the same

Plus, smth fun now, in one of Tuesday's other UTTU cards, the Barbara doll was featured hahah

Imagine Barbara seeing this card and just does "yes, that's me, under the lamp" lmfaoo

It's fun given in 2.5 we get a new lobby, and we see the very same Barbara doll w the Tuesday doll your honour I am NEVER shutting up abt this it's just so cute

I’ve posted some panels or pieces of these but never the entire sequence on here I don’t think, so but this is one of the only substantial things I’d say I’ve kept in a vault.

I feel like compared to my newer stuff these look super rough, but they were really good practice.

These have pesterlogs that go with them but this post is already huge so eh. This was set to occur a couple hours after Caliborn’s masterpiece, so Roxy and Dirk are talking about Halquius’s heroic sacrifice/death. Davepeta and Dirk continue that line of conversation, while Roxy is pulled into an argument about self control as I bum everyone out by reminding them that Jasprose never actual stopped being an alcoholic.

This is Yellowjacket, AKA YJ, a former helmsman who was extracted by space pirates and sold to a hobby racer to be used as a battery. Bad situation, but not for long! She killed the guy and took his ship for herself, and with nothing better to do, decided to try the illegal street racing he'd planned to use her for.

Turns out she loved it!! Now she's a drag racer in space ✨

i love it when people introduce their coolass adult trolls like yes. this is slayer martin the cruel. five sweeps ago he killed his way through his enemies and earned the title of worlds best assassin. hes the most competent warrior with swordkind in all of alternia and he had to duel his matesprite to the death when he was 7 sweeps old so hes rejected love and compassion from his dictionary literally and its like so cool bc it’s like. wow. i love slayer martin hes just like a real cool adult troll he’s so badass and epic and his themes and story is so complex i love it!!! but when i make homestuck ocs its like:
