Percy- Alternative + Skater He looks like a skater boy and dresses like one, too. He wears a lot of Thrasher shirts, checkered Vans, chains, beanies, ripped jeans, long socks, light studs, baggy shirts, jeans that are usually black or dark blue, and jackets that are usually leather or denim. His main colors are black and blue accented with gray and white. He accessories perfectly and lightly and always has that one thing that tips his outfit off a bit but otherwise he dresses pretty well and only dresses for himself (and almost never combs his hair). He has a lot of pins and sewed stickers on his jackets and usually has his skateboard with a bunch of spray-painted designs on the back with him. He sometimes wears ripped tank tops and/or jeans and flannel shirts and his favorite article of clothing is a black beanie Grover bought him.

Annabeth- Nerdy Academia + Comfy Half the time she wears skinny jeans, cardigans, scarves, long-sleeved shirts, button-up shirts, baggy pants, and the occasional skirt and the other half of the time she wears oversized hoodies, sweatpants, sweaters, and baggy shirts. She owns a hundred different belts, mostly wears short boots, and likes to accessorize with small gold jewelry and always has some sort of brown purse with her to hold her books and blueprints. Jason-  Prep + Plain He wears the epitome of the Dad™ outfits- polo shirts, jeans, t-shirts, belts, sneakers, khakis, knee-shorts, sandals, and striped or button-up shirts. He sometimes wears suspenders and looks super nerdy in them but otherwise has a very plain and simple style. He likes to look presentable but doesn’t care that much about fashion. He’ll wear the occasional denim jacket, hoodie, and combat boots and the only accessory he has ever worn was a watch until Reyna bought him a gold chain necklace he always wears but tucks into all his shirts. His main colors are white, purple, and blue with light gray accents. His favorite article of clothing is a white polo shirt from his favorite shop at New Rome.

Piper- Casual + Simple She wears basic, everyday clothes most people own like sweaters, denim and snowboarding jackets, sneakers, hiking boots, t-shirts, tank tops, shorts, and skinny jeans (ripped and not). She likes to keep it plain and simple- just like Jason- and rarely accessories, usually just going for whatever’s comfiest. She doesn’t really care about fashion but will occasionally wear a cardigan, small accessory like a bracelet or necklace, or hoodie that most likely belongs to Jason. Her main colors are green and blue with orange and white accents. Her favorite article of clothing is the white snowboarding jacket her mom returned to her after claiming her at Camp Half-Blood.

Frank- Cozy + Athletic He loves comfy, warm clothes. His wardrobe mostly consists of large hoodies, sweats, cuffed jeans, baggy t-shirts, zip-up sweaters, and sneakers but also often wears athletic clothes like Nike tank tops, workout shorts, gym shoes, and athletic tops. Other than that he wears the typical Camp Jupiter outfit and his main colors are blue, purple, and white with accents of red and brown. He also likes wearing clothes with Canadian-flag prints on them. His favorite article of clothing is a large, dark gray Adidas hoodie that mysteriously goes missing every few days (ahemHazelahem).

Hazel- Old-Fashioned + Cottagecore Her style is the cutest. Sometimes she wears vintage clothing from the early 1900′s as that’s what she’s most used to, so she sometimes wears cute vintage dresses, gloves, and pearl jewelry, but she mostly wears flowy dresses, riding boots, skirts, comfy shirts, jeans, baggy sweaters, and overalls and overall shorts and usually accessories with her own jewelry, cute pins, and flowers, especially flower crowns (courtesy of her step-mother Proserpina). She loves floral-print, often steals hoodies and t-shirts five times too big for her from Frank, likes wearing sparkly makeup (usually in gold), and her main colors are white, cream, and light brown with pink and light green accents. Her favorite article of clothing is a pearl necklace similar to one her mother used to wear. 

Leo- Work + Eccentric He has two very different styles. He usually wears clothes that are best suited for his work like plain tops, cargo pants to carry all his tools, army jackets, tool belts, khakis, jeans, and Timberland boots, but whenever he’s out in the mortal world or not working, his style completely changes. He wears bright, flashy colors that don’t go together, random prints (especially floral and cheetah-print), and accessories with different jewelry, mostly bracelets. He owns a lot of silly and graphic tees and has a bunch of fandom merch. His colors for his work clothes are brown, white, and green and his colors for his everyday clothes are every color imaginable. His favorite article of clothing is a yellow t-shirt with a Pikachu face on it, which he bought cause he always used to watch Pokémon with his mom.

Reyna- Androgynous/Butch/Tomboyish + Low-Key Punk Her style screams badass. She wears a bunch of unisex and tomboy clothes like button-up jean shirts, baggy and button-up shirts in general, flannel shirts, jeans, sneakers, beanies, hoodies, and sometimes polo shirts and suspenders but also wears punk-ish clothes like denim or leather jackets, studs, fingerless leather gloves, ripped jeans, combat boots, and punk accessories (courtesy of Thalia), and she looks awesome in a suit. Sometimes she wears binds and mostly accessories with pins and earrings but is comfortable with any style of clothing and it honestly ranges day-to-day, and sometimes when she’s feeling nostalgic she’ll do her hair and makeup really well like she used to at Circe’s Island. She cares about her appearance and every outfit is always on-point and perfect, even if she didn’t try that hard and some colors don’t match with the others. Her main colors are purple, brown, and gold with white, red, and black accents. Her favorite article of clothing is a button-up jean shirt she bought while out with Nico. 

Nico- Emo/Grunge + Girly His style is unique, but not as eccentric as Leo’s. A lot of the time he wears the basic black skull t-shirt, black leather or aviator jacket, black jeans, chains, combat boots, and light accessories with a few studs, but he mixes it up quite often. He also frequently wears grunge-like clothes like faded clothes, floral-print, plaid shirts, baggy sweaters, cardigans, beanies, distressed jeans, denim jackets, and parkas, but- with the help from his Big Sister™ Reyna and feminine queen Drew Tanaka- he experiments with transvestism and loves wearing crop-tops, skirts, flowy dresses, cute tops, and light makeup, usually eyeliner and blush. His colors range from main black with gray and white accents to main brown, blue, and black with green and silver accents to main pink and black with white and light brown accents. He also loves stealing clothes from Reyna cause they’re so big and comfy. He has two favorite articles of clothing- the silver skull ring from Bianca and a black denim jacket with a white skull stitch on the right lapel from Reyna.

Thalia- Punk + Goth She wears mostly punk clothes- ripped-up jackets, studs, chains, band pins, ripped jeans, leather jackets, chain jewelry, and graphic or band tees- but sometimes will go full goth when she feels like it and will wear all-black outfits, black combat boots with a bunch of belts on them, heavy jewelry, studs, and baggy or lacy clothes. She’ll usually just wear black eyeliner but will go all-out with awesome black eyeshadow, black lipstick, and small black designs near her eyelids (courtesy of makeup-professional Reyna). She also wears gold and silver accessories and owns a bunch of lightning-bolt clothes (courtesy of her frenemy Percy). She only wears Hunter of Artemis-style clothes like silvery parkas, gray camo pants, and gray hunting boots when out hunting with the other Hunters but always wears her silver lieutenant circlet. Her main colors are black with white, dark blue, silver, and sometimes gold accents. Her favorite article of clothing is the black leather jacket Luke gave to her before she got turned into a tree.

Rachel- Artsy + Cute She wears clothes that are the epitome of the Artsy Friend™. She usually wears oversized and baggy shirts, jeans with poked holes in them, casual shoes (mostly colorful Converse), overalls and overall shorts, bright-colored and/or striped tees and sweaters, mom jeans, beanies, and jumpers. She carries a palette and a few paintbrushes around with her everywhere in a kanken and always has doodles and paint splatters on her clothes, hands, and arms and sometimes chalk beneath her usually-painted fingernails. Sometimes she practices her art in makeup-form and does amazing detailed eyeshadow or scarily realistic drawings on her arms and legs. the ministry interfering with basically everything at the burrow is rather bothersome to molly, as she hates the ministry. but because it is for harry and his safety, she will in fact put up with anything. harry is her son too, she will do anything if it ensures his safety, even having to deal with the ministry on a most daily basis.

i love that there is some form of relationship between molly and tonks. yes, molly gets annoyed occasionally with her clumsiness, but she is still there for her when needed and wow i just love strong female friendships.

it wouldn’t be molly if she didn’t fuss over harry the moment he arrived. making him something to eat almost immediately. it also serves as a good distraction for her, because she’s probably constantly worried about arthur these days, as well as her children but the most of them were all at home. so she knew they were safe.

molly is very proud that arthur got promoted. he’s making better money, though she’s never cared about that to begin with, she’s just happy he’s finally getting the recognition he deserves. but she knows he misses working with all things muggles too.

the mollywobbles scene is embarrassing for both molly and harry. molly is mortified that harry is present, and she was a deep shade of red the entire scene.

basically molly just... does not like fleur. and there really isn’t much of a reason behind it. she just saw her and decided not to like her. i think she may have been afraid that fleur would try to change bill, or that she would think he wasn’t good enough, or that the weasley’s weren’t good enough and she just went on a false instinct alone and treated her like crap. it was unjustified and deep down molly knows this, but she’s stubborn so she keeps up the act.

molly and arthur eloped, likely because molly didn’t want to deal with some big wedding and she just wanted to be mrs. weasley as soon as possible.

molly is very skilled healing minor injuries, but it’s my personal headcanon that she’s skilled in more advanced forms of healing as well. no where near the level of poppy or the people at st. mungos, but she’s pretty damn good. though she can’t work out how to fix hermione’s black eye.

molly is very much on edge lately, with all that is going on. she doesn’t want to risk going out alone with the kids, she wants arthur to be there when they go to diagon alley. it’s not that she can’t defend herself, because as i’ve stated many times before she’s very skilled in defensive and offensive magic, it’s just that she doesn’t want to face anything alone. she needs arthur with her, because he’s her support, like her rock of sorts. she just feels more calm when he is near, and the children don’t seem to understand this, which is why she snaps at ron for cracking jokes. with how worried she is lately, really anything small could set her off.

being out of the burrow has molly incredibly anxious. and she hates the idea of them having to split up, but she allows them to go with hagrid. but her anxiety definitely spiked in the time she wasn’t around the children.

everything to do with the shop has molly kind of embarrassed, especially the sign they’d had out front. she was positive the twins will be murdered in their sleep for it.

when ron gave a rude gesture to the twins and molly saw it, her threatening to jinx his fingers together was pretty iconic.

once noticing that the trio had vanished, molly nearly went into a full blown panic attack. she was likely freaking out to both arthur and hagrid, probably believing that they would end up dead out there.

having to listen to the wedding plans made molly pretty irritable. she just really didn’t like fleur at the time.

as usual when she leaves the burrow, she was very anxious on the platform, having to say goodbye to the children. and she had no idea what harry wanted to talk to arthur for, and was just a bundle of anxiety the entire time. and her running along the train yelling after harry, telling him to be safe and be smart etc. i found quite adorable.

i think molly would freak out if she saw ginny kissing a boy, or honestly any of her children kissing someone.

fast forward to the holidays, molly seems to always catch ron doing the bad lately instead of the twins, because she didn’t see the twins taunting ron but saw him throw knives at them, and she flipped out.

percy is still a very sensitive topic for her. she hates how everyone is acting, how they talk about percy like he isn’t part of the family. no matter how percy acts towards them, she will always defend him because she loves him very much, and she can’t stand that things are the way they are, especially in times like this.

fleur was not making things easy for herself by insulting molly’s favorite singer celestina.

molly reminiscing about dancing with arthur was the cutest thing i’ve ever seen and arthur barely cared which is hella rude.

the twins gift to molly was absolutely adorable and it makes me emotional. it made her emotional too probably. a midnight blue hat that sparkled like diamonds and the gold necklace, she probably never takes that necklace off now.

fleur didn’t get a sweater, which is kind of sad imo.

seeing percy made molly’s christmas. at least for a while. she thought he had actually come to see them, that things were going to finally change and she was so excited about it. she probably clung to his side the entire time he was there, not wanting to let him go because she’d already missed so much time with him and she was trying to make up for what was lost. and it was a real disappointment, almost crushing when he left in anger again. ever since that day she’d been pretty much crying nonstop, even crying on all the kids shoulders including hermione and harry.

molly was very upset, but honestly at this point not surprised that she received a message from hogwarts about ron being poisoned. he gets hurt pretty much every year and she’s unfortunately used to it by now, but she’s still distraught as she and arthur head to the hospital wing. and she is so grateful to harry for always being there, always saving her family.

when harry kissed ginny, if molly had seen that she’d be so incredibly conflicted. because she loves harry and she knows him, he’s such a good boy and honestly wonderful for her daughter. but at the same time that’s her little girl and just no she’s still a baby.

it was too much news to take in at once, what happened to bill and what has happened to dumbledore. she is of course upset about what’s happened to dumbledore, but her focus is mostly on bill because he’s her son, and she’s absolutely terrified what could happen. she cried over his body, even though he was alive and would survive, she was still frightened of what might happen to her baby.

saying that he was so handsome, and that he was going to get married, she hadn’t actually intended it to come out as fleur had taken it. and she was honestly shocked at the outburst from fleur, and rendered speechless which is honestly not something that happens very often. and she was stuttering over her words until fleur pushed her out of the way, which was what really made her at a loss for words. but while everyone thought she’d explode, she actually felt the biggest surge of respect she’d ever felt for fleur. molly was in the wrong and she always had been, she knew that too she’s just too stubborn to admit it. and being called out like that, being stood up too? she feels so much respect for people who can do that. and she knew then that fleur really did love and care about bill no matter what. so she made her peace with fleur, offering to get a beautiful tiara from their great aunt for the wedding for her to wear. and that was the moment they finally put ill feelings behind, hugging and crying together. which is very soft and i love it very much.

Constellations // Jaehyun - NCT

@bossmyc; my love, Shelby, requested roommate Jaehyun but also stargazing date so I just threw them both together because it just worked that way. ;)  Also I will mention that I am helllllaaa weak for Jaehyun, and Jaehyun in a hat makes my heart want to explode. Damn, is my love showing? 

Constellations

“Your loser boyfriend sent you this,” Jaehyun comments, looking through the mail, shuffling envelope by envelop before coming across a piece for you. He tosses the manila envelope to your lap as you sit on the couch, and the name that stares up at you could bore a hole through your skull.

“I keep telling you, he’s not my boyfriend anymore,” you remind Jaehyun as your fingers are hesitant on the seal of the package. It’s been a while since your breakup, and Jaehyun, your roommate (bless him) was there with you every step of the way.

“Yeah, and good riddance. That guy was a total ass to you,” he reminds you as he takes a seat at the kitchen table, throwing on his glasses to look through the bills—it was about that time of the month. Your fingers peel at the seal of the envelope; it was small and you were only looking for one thing: your mom’s necklace she gave you for your fifteenth birthday—the one you’d be inseparable with since then, the one you’d been harassing that shitty ex-boyfriend for.

You dump the contents of the envelope in your hand, your eyes glitter—pleased—when that same necklace slips into your hand.

“Finally,” you sigh in relief, clipping the gold chain around your neck.

Jaehyun plops on the couch next to you, looking over at the glimmering gold heart sitting against your collarbone as your slender fingers fiddle with it. He can see the look on your face, how happy you suddenly are and he smiles, watching you.

“Glad he finally got that back to you; I know how much you fretted over it,” he tells you, reaching over to set comforting hand on your thigh. You marvel at the gold between the pads of your fingers, smiling, barely able to reply to him with a small nod. “It’s beautiful,” he says, eyes shifting from the necklace to your face and you finally look at him.

“I think so, too,” you reply. But the more you look at it, the more upset you get. Jaehyun can see the look on your face, the happiness starting to sink and his hand moves from your thigh to your hand, taking it into his, lacing his fingers with yours.

“Hey,” he coos quietly, trying to get your attention which is slowly peeled from the necklace. “What’s wrong? You were so happy just a second ago to have it back?” he asks you. You just nod, taking a deep breath as your eyes fall away from his again.

You take another deep breath, looking for words. “It’s just hard; it sat in his possession for so long, it feels tainted,” you reply, reaching back to unclasp it and let it slip into the hand that Jaehyun was previously holding. “I don’t even want to touch it,” you say, dropping it into his large open hand, the hand that was holding yours.

Jaehyun swallows hard. He hates when you get like this, all torn up over that other boy. Jaehyun had been there with you through thick and thin with your ex, so he hated the fact that he still had an effect on you. “How about I keep it for a bit, to get rid of the taint?” Jaehyun asks, trying to find a solution. That necklace meant the world to you and he wasn’t going to let some dickhead ruin it for you.

He sets the necklace on the table, more concerned with you right now, even as you nod, agreeing with his plan. Your eyes found his again when his hand found yours again. Your eyes trail away from his for a moment. “Hey,” he whispers, bringing your gaze back to him, “Let’s go out and look at the stars, yeah? We’ll get hot tea and go to that spot of yours where you can really see them. That always makes you happy, hm?” he asks, tilting your chin up to him with a gentle touch from the side of his index finger.

“Jaehyun… I don’t think I really want to go out tonight…” you trail off, even though he knows exactly how to make you feel better.

“Aww, come on. We haven’t gone to look at the stars in a long time. Go with me? I’ll even drive and buy the tea?” he asks, leaning over a bit to put himself in your line of sight again. His dazzling smile and cute dimples bring a smile to your face.

“As if you don’t always drive and pay. You should let me pay for once!” you reply, a soft chuckle falling from your lips and it’s music to Jaehyun’s ears.

“I love seeing this smile,” he mentions, causing you to become a little shy and you look away from him again before he tugs you up off the couch. You stand in front of him, your hand falling from his as he reaches back to tug his hoodie off his body. Normally, he would just hand it to you and tell you to put it on, but he knows it’s not going to be that easy. So, instead, he bundles it up and tugs it down over your head, totally pulling your now static ridden hair over your face.

“Jaehyun!” you call, reaching up to pull your hair out of your face and he’s just standing there, grinning at you as you finish putting his hoodie on, the sleeves long enough to give you paws.

“Yes, it’s right,” he says, looking you over, talking about you wearing his clothes, but it didn’t click in your mind, even as he disappeared to grab a jacket from the closet, snatching his keys off the table and guided you to the front door. The both of you slip your shoes on, heading out the door and Jaehyun, like the gentleman he was, opens the door for you to slide in.

He plops in next to you soon after, buckling his seatbelt. “You’re going to have to remind me how to get there,” he says nervously, looking over at you, but he knows you remember how to get there like it was the back of your hand. Quickly, you take a detour to get hot tea, just as he promised. Atypically, you order a citrus blend with a pump of peppermint and he gives you a look.

“Changing it up on me?” he asks.

“I’m taking this trip to start clean, again,” you reply to him. He knows what you mean, some things you just needed to do for you, and this was one of those things. He wraps an arm around your shoulder to pull you into him with a smile, reassuring you it’s all going to be okay and once the both of you have your tea, you’re on the road again.

It’s a winding road up the mountain, further and further away from actual civilization—the further away, the better. But the further up the mountain you went, the more tense you were getting, and Jaehyun could feel it.

“What else is wrong?” he asks, keeping his eyes on the road even though his hand finds your leg again for a quick moment before he has to shift gears.

He’s onto you and you’re not sure right now is the best time to tell him what’s going through your mind.

“Nothing, I’m fine,” you reply dryly.

“Don’t play like I don’t know you, sweetheart,” he tells you.

“Maybe you don’t know me as well as you think, dimples,” you reply, looking at him with the cutest grin that has his heart melting in his chest.

“I’m serious!” he says, calming his laughing, “what’s wrong, princess?”

“I’m just down and am excited to see the stars; I guess I’m just quiet,” you lie, but its convincing enough for him to cease questioning. It doesn’t matter too much since you’re quickly approaching the best spot to see every single star that the eye could possibly see.

Jaehyun pulls off to the side of the road, spotting the familiar picnic table at the top of the hill and you’re out of the car before he can even turn it off. Your feet are crunching through the leaves, making your way out into the open space with the warm cup of tea in your hands and Jaehyun is soon hot on your tail.  You pass the picnic table, continuing outwards and Jaehyun stops, watching you intently.

It’s a perfectly photographic moment—the lights of the city over the horizon at your waist, your head tilted up to look at the stars and when you notice Jaehyun’s absence, you turn to look at him, and it’s even more photographic than before. He’s already got his phone out, taking a picture of you and it’s beyond perfect. The scenery, the situation, you are perfect.  

“Jung Yoon Oh!” you complain a delayed moment after the flash, but he’s already got you tucked into his memory. You’re approaching him quickly with the intent of deleting the picture, but he’s got his phone shoved into his pocket so fast, so you just bump into his chest, almost spilling your tea and his. His free arm wraps around your back, holding you into him.

“I’m not deleting that one; it’s perfect,” he tells you, knowing you’ll try to get him back later. “Let’s go see the stars,” he says, stepping past you but has your hand in his to tug you with him. He drags you back to the clearing, finding the stars in the brilliant night sky. Jaehyun’s rear finds the grass, tugging you down with him but instead of sitting next to him like you normally would, he settles you between his legs.

It’s weird that it’s not weird as you lean back against his chest, a supportive arm behind him to hold the both of you up. He’s lost in your voice, the way you point at the stars and name every constellation like you did every time the two of you went. Always he would ask you to tell him, not really to gather information, but to see the sparkle in your eye talking about something you loved and knew so much about.

Jaehyun’s not really looking at the stars, especially when he casts his mostly empty tea cup to the side to use that hand to play with your hair. He’s stroking his fingers through it, pulling it away from your warm neck, smoothing it out and tucking it back behind your ears, but you don’t seem to notice or mind as you continue to rattle off about the stars.

All of it is simply perfect.

“What’s your favorite constellation?” he asks.

“You always ask me that,” you remind him.

“I know, but I really adore hearing you talk about it,” he admits and you’re quiet for a second, trying to contain your blush before you begin.

“Lyra,” you reply.

“Tell me about Lyra,” he continues.

“Lyra is one of forty-eight constellations listed by the second century astronomer Ptolemy. Lyra is bordered by Draco, Hercules, Vulpecula and Cygnus. Vega is Lyra’s brightest start and is one of the brightest stars in the sky. In Greek mythology, Lyra represents the lyre of Orpheus…”

Jaehyun’s drowning in your voice. He’s asked you to repeat this so many times, he could probably repeat it to you, but it makes no difference to him. It’s part of what made him fall in love with you from the beginning.

Right, he fell in love with you. Feelings that he has kept tucked away for a long, long time. Never has he found the right time to tell you, but he can feel it in his bones tonight. He’s peering over his shoulder, watching you sip your tea between bits of information about Lyra, continuing on about Orpheus and the whole backstory.

“You’re so smart,” he mutters which has you stopping in your words, pausing for a moment.

“W-what?” you stutter with a nervous laugh and he moves up a little, shifting the both of you to a complete sitting position.

“I said, you’re so smart,” he repeats. “You’re so smart, and fun, and sweet, and beautiful…” he trails off, waiting for a response he already knows he’s not going to get. You’re stunned, listening to him talk. He’d always said those things about you, but it was in different context. He was always reminding you that you were too good for all the boys you dated or wanted to date—that none of them deserved you—but now it wasn’t that way. It was totally Jaehyun just telling you on his own free will, his thoughts about you for himself, and it was so, so different.

“Jung Yoon—”

His warm lips against your cheek is a totally euphoric feeling unlike anything you’d ever felt. You can feel the butterflies in your stomach flying up your throat, the feeling so totally overwhelming. You almost can’t breathe even as he replaces his lips with his nose, nuzzling into the side of your face.  His right arm is around your waist, your face turned left to look at him and once you regain any semblance of consciousness, you try to speak again, but aren’t able to find a voice.

Your eyes look from his to his lips and back to his eyes before his left hand reaches up to cup your cheek, turning your face a little bit further and right as you’re able to find words, he takes them right out of you, his soft lips against yours in a kiss that’s filling you with life you didn’t know you had. The euphoria you felt when he kissed your cheek is trumped only by this. Your once cold body is bursting with warmth that not even hot tea can provide.

His eyes are still on your lips even when he pulls away and for a moment, you’re left without air; the only thing that comes out of your mouth when you regain it is, “Do you know how much I love your dimples?”

Jaehyun chuckles, that dazzling smile tugging at his lips to reveal those exact dimples to you. “That’s not really what I expected you to say,” he laughs.

“Well, I suddenly forgot how to think clearly,” you mention with a small chuckle of you own.

“Do I have that much of an effect on you?” he asks.

“More than you know,” you reply, your warm breath tinged with peppermint spreading across his face when you exhale into the cold autumn air.

“You’re going to spill your tea,” he mentions and you look down, your cup almost tilted to the point where hot liquid would start pouring out and you laugh, letting him coax it out of your hand to join his in the grass before he turns to place a kiss against the curve of your jaw. He watches your eyes flutter open a few good moments after he pulls back.

You stand from between his legs and hold your hand out to coax him up. He towers over you, the same way he always did, but now it feels more protective than ever before, especially as his arms wrap around you. He peers into your eyes in a way he never has before, total adoration in his chocolate orbs.  

“I never knew I was going to have a first kiss with you, but I really didn’t know it was going to be under the stars,” you smile as you look at him, hands against his chest as he holds you. “It couldn’t have been more… perfect.”

“Princess?” he asks.

“Dimples?” you reply and he laughs.

“May I call you my queen?” he pleads.

“I’ll be your queen if you promise to be my king,” you respond, eyes locked to his and his gaze has your knees weak. He can feel it as he holds you against him.

“I’ll be the king you deserve.”

Australian Witchy Supplies Stores

Kmart

Kmart is hands down my favourite place to shop. You can get all sorts of witchy things from Kmart, you just have to know where to look. Kmart stock candles of all sizes from just $1AUD. I've also found essential oils for $3AUD and oil diffusers for about $20AUD. In the arts and crafts area Kmart has a great range of notebooks, stationery, stamps, stickers, washi tape, paper embellishments; basically anything you'd need to start or add to your grimoire. Also in the craft area, I have picked up some suede lengths that I've hung crystals on and turned into necklaces & bracelets. Kmart has a selection of coloured ribbons that could be used to decorate your altar or to tie in your hair. In the home decor area I've spotted some cute little shelves that would be perfect to display crystals on as well as little drawers to keep them safe in. There's always cute little dishes & jewellery trays that would be perfect for crystals or keeping witchy trinkets in. If you're not bothered by what your storage shelves/drawers look like, the storage section has everything you'd ever need from tiny jars to big heavy duty containers. In the gardening/outdoor section you can find plant seeds and basic beginner gardening equipment as well as potting mix, pest control stuff and even cute pots to start your seedlings in. I have found some lovely pieces of witchy clothing from Kmart (bell sleeved shirts, cardigans, flowy maxi skirts) - if you're petite like me don't forget to look in the girls section, my best friend found the cutest celestial themed skirt from the girls section that fits her perfectly even though she's 21. The girls section also has a waaay better sock selection than the ladies area, we have both picked up some black frilly socks and I've noticed brightly coloured striped socks for anyone daring enough to wear them haha. Finally, don't forget to check out the accessories section - there's always cute witchy hats and a wide variety of jewellery and hair accessories starting from just $1AUD.

Big W

Big W is another Aus Wide department store that sell lots of cool witchy bits & pieces. Big W also sell candles although they probably aren't as cheap as the Kmart ones. I've noticed wax/oil burners at Big W as well. In the home decor section there's always little trinket trays - I've found lovely little ceramic bowls in the kitchen section for about half the price of the trinket trays so don't be afraid to scout around in other areas for multipurpose items. While you're in the kitchen section take a peek at the selection of jars and glassware. I always check out the herbs and spices racks/jars/storage. If you're after basic grimoire supplies, Big W should definitely have what you're after; notebooks, pens, basic craft bits & office supplies. Big Ws gardening section is (IMO) better than kmarts as it has a wider range of gardening accessories and they stock higher quality brands. Same as Kmart, Big W sometimes has cool witchy clothes in the clearance section (I always try to buy things on sale to save $$ [also keep in mind we don't have coupons in Aus!]). Another thing that Big W does better than Kmart is the book section. I bought my very first tarot deck from Big W (its a fairy themed deck by Doreen Virtue) for $15AUD. They usually have 4 or 5 different tarot decks to choose from as well as angel oracle decks and kits. I bought an awesome dream interpretation book from Big W just the other day. Finally, Big W ALWAYS has jewellery on clearance for as little as $0.50 - don't be afraid to buy some pieces of jewellery and DIY them to be a little more witchy or personal to you.

Spotlight/Lincraft

Probably the biggest craft stores in Aus, Spotlight and Lincraft stock literally EVERYTHING arts & crafts wise. Both stores have such a wide variety of stationery, pretty craft papers, stickers, fabrics, beads, pens, paints etc etc. Too much to list haha. Spotlight has a decent selection of candles although be prepared to spend some $$ here because they are pretty pricey. I always check out the Spotlight home decor section because they have really pretty bits and pieces.

Discount Variety Stores

Almost every town/city in Aus you can find at least one discount store. These are the BEST places for candles, incense, essential oils, oil burners, IMO. You can get any of the above for under $5AUD. I've even seen herbs and sage sold at various discount stores. Occasionally discount stores stock crystals (tumbled rocks or sometimes raw crystals in a little set). The arts and craft area usually has all your grimoire needs and then some - don't forget to look in the cards and wrap section; some wrapping paper has really pretty designs sometimes better and cheaper than stickers. This is usually where the ribbons are kept as well, in my experience discount stores have a better ribbon selection than Kmart and Big W. Discount stores generally have a gardening section; seeds from $2AUD, basic gardening tools, basic pots and basic pest control. Probably the best thing about discount stores is the glassware and jars area. You can pick up the tiniest little jars from $0.50 with cork stoppers or twist top lids to big solid 10L jars. If you want LITTLE TINY jars always have a look in the craft section, sometimes they have glitter in them but you can always decorate your grimoire with the glitter or incorporate it into your makeup to empty the jars. Organza or drawstring bags can also be found in the craft isle. It's usually where the sealable bags/zip lockbags are kept - these could be really useful for keeping seeds in, dried herbs, dried flowers etc. The craft area has lots of bits and bobs including little packets of bells, which are sometimes hard to find. Finally, as well as bells most discount stores sell wind chimes - pretty noises to attract faeries.

Officeworks

If you need a one stop shop for just your grimoire needs, Officeworks is it. They stock literally everything you could need from paper, notebooks, pens, pencils, art supplies, office supplies like glue, staplers, erasers etc etc etc. The coolest thing I've found in Officeworks is parchment paper, it was $6AUD for 20 sheets of high quality parchment paper. If you have an online grimoire, Officeworks still has everything you could need from memory cards, USBs, external hard drives to actual laptops, tablets etc.

Woolworths/Coles

The supermarket is where I buy all my herbs and spices (well the common ones, anyway). Right beside the herbs and spices you can usually find the salt - a basic protection tool for every witch. Supermarkets also sell matches and sometimes unscented candles. Finally, the tea and coffee section is my very favourite section in the supermarket. My local Woolies stocks almost every common tea variety you can think of and if theres a tea flavour not available I check my local T2 or Teacentre.

Australian Geographic

This is a shop I wouldn't think many witches would bother checking out, but please do next time you pass by one. I picked up the prettiest agate bookends on sale and it was hard not to buy ALL of them haha. Aus Geo also have a decent selection of books, some particularly interesting ones on rocks, minerals, fossils as well as a TONNE of astrology books. Also they have the best selection of telescopes if you're really into star gazing.

QBD

This is the only book shop I've found that have a good selection of witchcraft, wicca, divination and the occult books. If you're not sure where to look, I find all the witchy books in the New Age section. There's usually a wide variety of tarot decks and kits as well so if you're a beginner tarot reader this is where I'd look for your first deck - pick whichever one calls out to you. There's no right or wrong first tarot deck, you can always try others if the first one doesn't vibe with you.

The Book Depository

This is my favourite online book shop. All of my most interesting and informative witchy books have been bought from the Book Depository. Shipping is free worldwide. Please check this site out if you're on the hunt for witchy books! You can also get tarot decks off the Book Depository.

Op Shops

Op shops, donation shops or second-hand stores is probably where I have found some of the most unique, cool witchy bits ever! All of my crystals live in delicate crystal bowls that I have sourced from several different op shops for just $0.50- $2.00. I keep my sea shells in second hand vintage teacups. Almost every doily in my house is from an op shop or passed down from my mum/grandma. I picked up an awesome vintage tarot book recently from an op shop - you really never know what you will find you just have to start looking and be willing to dig for the gold.

Aliexpress/Wish

This is another place I shop that I'm not sure many witches would think to look on. Aliexpress is where I buy most of my crystals, you can literally find any crystal on there for pretty decent prices. I have bought rose quartz, amethyst, clear quartz, labradorite, celestite, tigers eye, blue goldstone, aura quartz, citrine and carnelian pieces both raw and tumbled off aliexpress and have yet to have any issues at all with any order. Shipping takes a while but when I'm paying a couple dollars for a hunk of amethyst I don't mind waiting. Wish also has a decent selection of crystals as well as rune stones and crystal balls. Both apps have reeeally cool inexpensive jewellery, crystal necklaces, woven bracelets - I've also found really pretty vintage looking brooches and pins.

Other

Finally, if you are ever holidaying or live by a beach you are pretty much guaranteed to find a hippie crystal shop. Some of my most magical crystals were found at little locally owned stores by the beach.

socks, my friend, are a fucking brilliant invention. i have a bit of love-hate relationship with socks because i feel like they confine your feet (i mean why would you want to lock your feet into little pockets of cloth?) but on the other hand THEY’RE SO CUTE. little socks with funky patterns and little animals and the super soft house socks as well. having said that, all my socks are black with either pink purple or blue on the foot and heel parts. SO, my favourite thing to do is always wear mismatched socks - but nobody can tell because the main part of the sock is black. It’s like a little secret I can wear all day knowing that my socks are not the same even though it looks like they are.

Name: Luka Age & Date of birth: He’s Miha’s clone. He is an adult, but chronologically he was created 7 years ago.  Species: He is Miha’s clone, so He is a genetically engineered elf hybrid, BUT his DNA comes from an alien species that is known as a *Markarsan. His DNA makeup is 70 % Markarsan and 30 % Unknown. Gender: He identifies as male and uses He/Him/His pronouns. Orientation: As he says “He prefers male company, but mostly from his boyfriend”. Fandom/Original: He’s an original and the youngest Raznatovic sibling.

Biography: When Viktor Novak was creating Mihajlo he took some of his DNA and he preserved it. He was hoping to create more experiments that had the same healing factor as Mihajlo. The other two “failed experiments” were sent back to Serbia, but he decided to raise his perfect creation.

By the time Mihajlo turned 15 he was uncontrollable. He would stay out at night and fight back whenever he would get into an altercation with him. Worst of all he was defiant, and that made Viktor really upset. He saw that he had to redo his experiment. Viktor wanted to create a better, more advanced perfect being so he searched for the best DNA. His assistant was fascinated in alien Biology and she learned of a race of Aliens that were known as superior beings. Markarsans were the toughest and they were known for attacking and consuming Shershen’, which were considered as being the most dangerous alien race out there. He wanted that DNA so he exhausted his resources so that he could have that perfect specimen. After years of waiting he got what he wanted. If he could create this being then he would have someone who is stronger and better than Mihajlo.

He spent all of his time trying to splice together the right Genomes to create a this being, only creating horrific specimens that were not viable. The first and second experiments died and his third was created without a brain. The fourth was too weak and he was going to interrupt when he finally realized where he was going wrong. He created a new, viable experiment. Not knowing how long this one would survive he called it “05” and he kept a close watch on it. “05” grew quickly, which was expected. By its 5 month mark it was already walking and exploring, but it was uncharacteristically docile. It listened to him but it was hesitant to do things. They were worried because it wasn’t eating properly and they had no idea what a Markarsans ate. He slowly started doing things to see how it would respond. He would scare it, threaten it with loud noises and he even slapped it a couple of times to elicit a response. Mostly 05 would sit there waiting for someone to talk to it. As part of their agreement Viktor instructed his assistant to feed his experiment while wearing a mask to hide her face, and they would not touch it because he felt that parental actions would make it weak. His creature was already the human equivalent of an 8 year old even though it was a few months old.

He soon learned from his assistant that Markarsans had a penchant for eating humans and Shershen’ warriors. To test this theory he starved his experiment for weeks, only letting it have water and then he let it loose at night. His theory was correct and on the news he heard about people who were getting attacked by something. They assumed that it was coyotes or wolves that were the culprits. Luka soon developed this bloodlust which made him what his creator was looking for. 

Luka was growing fast but unlike Miha, he listened to whatever Viktor said. Although he looked 15 he was around 10 years old and he acted like a normal child. Viktor called him “His Dog” because he was loyal, and Luka assumed that whatever he was doing was good. He was becoming a little a stir-crazy, so he learned how to open his cell door and he would walk around the house at night, watching people through the windows and reading any books that he found lying around.  

He was caught by Viktor’s assistant who did scold him, but now he was supervised. She never told Viktor about what he was doing at night. More years passed and Luka reached an age that Viktor saw as mentally acceptable. To test him, he would give him assignments where he had to fight people who were stronger than him. These people had guns and weapons, and although he couldn’t die, he felt everything that happened to him. He wanted to quit, but if it kept Viktor happy, then he would continue. 

Viktor got word that Mihajlo was somewhere in Brazil, so he took Luka there and he gave him his first official mission. He wanted him to track him down and kill him. It took Luka only a few hours to find him but once he saw his face he was scared. They looked alike. Surely this guy was related to him in some way, which would mean that he has a brother. He left him alone, but when he got back to Viktor, all hell broke loose. 

Viktor got mad and beat him so bad that the doctor broke his own arm. He changed his plans and he took drastic measures. He created a serum that would allow him to control his experiments brain. He injected it into him and he got what he wanted, a mindless servant. Luka had no control over his body or anything, but he could see what was going on. He knows that Viktor had him killing innocent people for no reason, but he couldn’t do anything about it. This went on for a while until Viktor heard that Mihajlo was in America. He made a plan and he managed to get Luka there. He managed to make his way to Nevada where he picked up his trail. It was rather difficult to find where he lived because he moved around constantly, but he managed to get him. Strangely enough he discovered two more scents that were familiar. For some reason he would stalk him and sneak into his house at night. He did this for a while until he was actually caught.

Mihajlo and some other guy were in the process of stalking him when he got jumped and tackled by them. Mihajlo was stronger than he looked and Luka was taken down. He was tied up and they did ask him questions, but he figured that he said something wrong because Mihajlo punched him so hard in the face that he was out for 3 days. 

When he came to, he was questioned by Mihajlo. He told him everything, and he was going to kill him, when a girl who looked like him told her brother that he should forgive him. She trusted Luka for some reason, and she felt that if he wasn’t aware of what he was doing then he was going to be no problem for them. Over the next few months they treated Luka like anyone else would treat their siblings and he’s been loyal to them ever since.

Appearance: Luka’s appearance has been described as touching the “Uncanny Valley” because he looks just like Miha, but he acts like an animated corpse.

He is actually very handsome like Miha, but he’s different. He has a few “Raznatovic features” which include a cleft chin, full lips, and a curved nose, but he has White hair, and distinctive blueish-white eyes with grey pupils and gold sclera. Unlike his siblings, he has Light grey skin and darkish pale lips. He has dark, thick eyebrows that are expressive, a chiseled, almost super hero like face. When you see them he has some really cool teeth. They are pure white and razor sharp. They look like a mix between a humans, a wolfs, and a dunkleosteus. His eyes are weird because they glow like a cats at night and they look dead in the sunlight which scares people. His hair turned white and he dyes it jet black because he wants to fit in with his siblings. Most of the time it’s messy, in an undercut style and over his eyes sometimes. 

He’s 6'6 and about 248lbs, which means that he’s 30 pounds lighter than Miha. He has tattoos along his body which are part of his natural skin markings due to his Markarsan DNA and they tend to go in a downward fashion, unlike Miha’s that go up. He is a semi-digitigrade so he walks on his toes.

He has 5 inch long nails that are razor sharp, curved, and deadly like a Komodo Dragons. They are a blackish-tan color, but very well maintained. He’s always seen wearing a black sleeveless hoodie, tight jeans, boots that are unbuckled, and he has a multitude of bracelets on his arms. He also has a choker/necklace that he is really protective of.

Personality: Next to Rado, Luka is one of the nicer, but shyest Raznatovic sibling. He was raised to be a killer and his thinking processes are strange. He thinks like a predatory animal, so food, companionship, and hunting are always on his mind, but he’s still partially human. He has a very hard time showing expressions and expressing himself. He’s like a cat and he may come off as aloof and uncaring, but he’s very sweet. Because of his past he has a fear of harming people so he usually shies away from being in public or near people he doesn’t know.

His boyfriend has said that he’s very smart and kind. He also states that Luka has the cutest laugh that he’s ever heard.

Favourite & Least Favourite things: Favorites: He is a big fan of anime and video games. He can play them on end and he’s actually fluent in Japanese. He also likes hanging out with his boyfriend and Miha. He also likes hunting. Dislikes: He has a thing about touching. He really doesn’t like being touched unless it’s by his boyfriend or his siblings. He also dislikes jokes because they are rather silly and he’s not much of a talker. He communicates better through body language and gestures. He also has a thing about people offering him food. He cannot eat or process human food and he doesn’t want to come off as rude, so just don’t give it to him.

Strengths and Weaknesses Physical Strengths: Like Miha, Luka is invulnerable and immortal and he was created with this extremely enhanced healing ability and endurance. He also has heightened senses, and super strength, but there’s a difference. He has hybrid DNA so his skin is naturally tough like a Markasans, he has gills so he can live underwater, and he can see perfectly well in pitch darkness. When in an agitated or near death state, his blood becomes very volatile and if it gets anywhere near a human then he can regenerate from their cells. Strengths: Due to his quietness and catlike behavior he’s a great companion and “backup”. If he likes you then he will protect you with his life. Although he has an extremely hard time expressing it he’s very compassionate and kind. If he feels that something bad is happening then he will be there to listen. Weaknesses: Well… Luka is really creepy. He doesn’t mean to be, but he gives off bad vibes. He sometimes has to be reminded to blink or breathe, and he even has to be told to stop staring at people. He’s also self conscious about the fact that he’s not really human or anything of the sort. Sometimes he can get overwhelmed if he’s in a fight and there’s too much going on.

Additional notes: 8 Facts about Luka! 1. He sounds just like Miha, but is voice is softer and his accent is more Serbian sounding. 2. He LOVES his boyfriend. He shows his love by listening to him talk or rant about things. 3. He doesn’t need to breathe, he can see in the pitch dark, he only blinks to make people comfortable and he doesn’t sleep at all. He goes into a Torpor state instead. 4. He probably says 30 words a week. He’s not much of a talker. 5. He is way nicer than he looks and he’s actually a cute dork. He’s goofy sometimes. 6. They did a DNA test and he’s actually 1 percent related to his siblings. This explains his blue eyes. They don’t care and they love him like a little brother. 7. He’s the only one who can put up with Miha’s attitudes and moods. 8. He actually use to eat people a lot when he was younger. Now he does it once a year-ish, and he can live off of blood.

*Markarsans are spider-like aliens and the male and female members are capable of birthing and raising young. Biologically he has both sexual characteristics, but he identifies as male.
