Someone ordered a Radioapple print and requested the actors to write: âwhat do alastor and Lucifer think of each otherâ
And alastor said âbig fan, sir!â đ€Ż
It made my radioapple ass brain think âwhat if alastor was a devil worshipper!?â And maybe thatâs why he was so mad at the sight of Lucifer đđđ
#I have just had yandere radioapple on the brain lately#itâs a great flavor of radioapple mmmm#btw lucifer said âsmall not-fan sir!â#also itâs translated into Japanese because a wonderful Japanese user is the one who shared their print with us#hazbin hotel#my doods#hazbin hotel fanart#alastor#radioapple#lucifer hazbin

Catâs Cradle flavor in Essekâs ritual casting (and Liamâs reaction to it) đ§Ąđ

Matt narrates Essekâs magic: âYou watch as the arcane skein that Essek has crafted begins to tug and pull away, and as it does, itâs almost like a catâs cradle.â

Here's my mind worker sona! đ I don't make personas often for fandoms but I always wanted to integrate myself in the inside out universe somehow.
I was kinda iffy about using a new emotion as a sona (plus hq's pretty crowded already lol) so this is a nice compromise for me.
#shares my real name but its spelled differently >_<#my jellybean flavor would be banana flavored jellybean#thank you to dream productions for adding character and likability to the mind workers. đ#not throwing shade to those who use emotions as sonas btw!!! đââïž#inside out#inside out 2#my sona#my art

Apologies if itâs too personal a question, but whatâs it like being trans in Russia right now?
i'm not the best person to ask if you're wondering about like, general state of things. i'm not publicly out, the new laws kicked in around the time i was looking into legally changing my gender and maybe starting hrt (not that i had the money for it at the time, and probably wouldn't have them now either tbh) and i've stopped caring after that. i don't have a job, rarely leave the house, don't know a single trans person irl who is out to public or me personally, so on and so forth, you get the picture. for an old transfem friend things were bad always, including in supposedly progressive queer spaces because of how rampant terfs are here, but that's hardly unique to russia ig. sorry, someone less isolated than me and who keeps up with things would be able to tell you more, but i really can't say much beyond "it's pretty bad"
#i haven't met any queer people until moving for university#and pretty much every âallyâ i met there (not like there was a whole lot of them) regardless of sexuality was some flavor of transphobic#if any trans folks living in russia feel like sharing their experiences via my askbox feel free to but yeah i'm like. the worst guy to ask#benvey's askbox

Hi, you recently reblogged a post about how Nanowrimo is not disallowing or disavowing AI because doing so is classist and ablist and in your tags suggested that you consider this "yikes."
Honestly, it kind of hurt my feelings as a person with a disability who occasionally uses AI as a disability aid. Let me explain.
I use AI frequently for word recall. I have ADHD- a lot of people do. Many people with ADHD, including myself, struggle with word recall. It can be extremely bad, but how bad it is day to day is variable, and not all people with ADHD struggle with this to the same degree. When my word recall is really bad, NLP's (Natural Language Processors) are practically tailor-made to find that exact word I need. As an example, I used AI to remind me just now about the term "Natural Language Processor," which, along with the term "machine learning," is frankly just a better description than AI for these tools. But I will continue using the term AI for convenience.
The fact that people do not imagine this sort of use in conjunction with AI IS a form of ablism. They immediately assume all use is infringing. If they actually talked to people with disabilities (who do use AI), they would discover these other uses, and perhaps the conversation could be elevated to a more constructive state instead of trying to make everyone who uses a tool feel "yikes" for using it. Many of us are extremely conscientious and well informed of the issues involved.
Consider that if someone has said something is ablist (or classist or any other -ist,) they just might have a point and that you should try to discover what that point is before assuming that it's fake. Don't take everything at face value, but don't dismiss it out of hand either. Listen to people who have differing opinions and try to get the nuances of the conversation.
When people think about AI being used in conjunction with writing and visual art, they only consider the egregious uses - which makes sense, as that is how AI is advertised; as a magic technology that solves ALL problems. But those egregious uses are not the only use of these tools. AI does not have to be a magic wand that replaces the creative process of an artist. I have given one example of such a use above, but I could list many more.
If your "yikes" is in regard to the ecological impact - I hope that the overzealous implementation of AI into everything takes the ecological facts into account and that is ammealorated, but please do not throw people with disabilities under the bus while trying to make buses less polluting.
//The only use of AI in this post was to help me remember the word Natural Language Processor - I know my tone is pretty formal and sometimes comes across as AI, but it's not.
Jeezly fucking crow, dude. It was a single-word comment. I hope you sent this to literally everyone else who commented in a similar manner.
I also have ADHD. I also struggle with word recall. You know what I do? I google things. I use dictionary and thesaurus websites. I use OneLook, which suggests associated words, similar words, and similar concepts.
Not everyone who uses AI is stealing from artists, no, but it's well known that AI does scan people's art--almost always without their consent--to generate pieces. It's also been seen around places like AO3, scraping fics from unlocked accounts.
Personally, I dislike the implication that disabled (or poor--that's what "classist" means here) people are incapable of writing without an AI generating something for them. I've written 100k+ words on AO3, and all of them are mine. I've talked to friends, I've written parallel fics, I've rewritten my own stories, but those words are mine. I wrote them. A disabled person. To imply that I need AI to do that pisses me off.
And believe it or not, my primary dislike of AI isn't ableist or classsist or whatever. (I'm not even against all forms of AI! I understand that in some fields, analyitical AI is quite helpful--I've read that it's great at finding breast cancer, for example.) My primary beef with AI, especially generative AI like ChatGPT is the fact that:
It will just lie to you. It will just make up things. There are people who have used it in court cases (it didn't work), and there are people using it to write books--everything from cookbooks to mushroom identification guides. (Guess what amateurs need expert help with when they're starting out? You know, so they don't die?) It's also happened with animal care guides. AI doesn't need to be used in a generative context at all.
There is also a massive environmental impact that I rarely, if ever, see talked about.
#bots and ai#don't come at me with this ableism bullshit kiddo#i'm the same flavor of disabled as you#and i've written my fair share of words#nanowrimo#can go fuck itself#feel free to reblog this if you want to

Small report this week! The current path is shaping up to be a doozy. đŹ
Next Update (Chapter 4):
Opening: 100%
Avoid August/Confront Him: 100%
A Normal Day at Work: 100%
You Can Fix This, Right? đ€Ą: 20%
Keep Your Friends Close...: 0%
Avoidant Route: 0%
Oh boy, things are getting intense in this section. I wish I could share more, but it's hard to without any spoilers. Just know that the plot is really starting to amp up and MC is not having the best of times lol.
Hopefully I'll be able to share a snippet next week (I tried to find a good one for this past week but everything felt too spoilery, y'know?).
#redo; rewind if#interactive fiction#if game#progress report#actually. you know what. i'll share one thing about the âfix thisâ path#since this is a IF. choices are obviously important.#so i decided. technically. mc could just decide ânah. fuck this. not my problemâ and kinda skip most of this path#doing so will have some impact on the story and a certain character going forward but nothing too crazy fyi#mostly just some additional flavor text. and potentially completely ruining your relationship with one of the ROs.#but i mean. that's only âpotentiallyâ. just don't let them know about [redacted] and you're fine! đ

if you harp on chrollo's mediocre cooking skills, he sighs, and starts reminding you that he grew up a malnourished orphan who had to dig through the trash for scraps of food. he will continue elaborating until you look sufficiently guilty for questioning his 'sautéed' onions
#you both know he's being dramatic for effect but some of the stories he shares are actually really sad#just let him be the one who preps the ingredients#he isn't very creative with flavors . only knows about salt and pepper#(sometimes paprika)#chrollo brainrot#concepts

I've got faeries on the brain so I'm back to gently poke you to see if you feel like rambling about your fae sona I'm curious
my sona is kinda like- a mishmash of stuff that means a lot to me- he doesnt have much of a backstory other than being very old and very tired and living in cold northern forests just out of reach of man and keeps an eye on these areas. that isnt to say that they dont like humans or dont find them fascinating. they like watching them and learning about them. they just like being able to have their distance. while theyre pretty worn out, they still have their silly moments as all fae do. (they would very much like to have arthur around to stare at/talk to)
theyre very much inspired by things that are important to me- i love the winter and snow and ice and thats obvious in their design with their frost covered skin and hair and their icy antlers. their antlers radiate a soft cool light. the antlers are obvious in reference to my love for deer but they also have claws and fangs and a lion-like tail and catlike eyes because i really like cats of all types fhsjkdhkjhsd sometimes they have large bird wings i guess hes just kind of my idealized self.
#he can also use a sword and take the form of various animals but thats just fae stuff and flavoring#nyx shut up#fae stuff#needless to say they also share my interests in music art etc

Sharing a meal
I wrote something for this below the cut if youâre interested :)
They never eat anything too tasty, surviving with packeted rations and canned food in their journey. Sometimes they would stop at a little restaurant and eat a nice meal; it really tasted like something gourmet after days of going with grain bars and dry jerky.
There were fleeting moments in between conversations in which one of them would remember some dish, from back in the day when things were easier and they didnât worry about too many things. They never went deeper into the topic, just mentioning how they missed a good meal.
Staying at an inn or any motel was an expensive thing to pay for. However sometimes they had some extra money from an odd job Vash did or from Wolfwoodâs undertaker services, and they would always rent a room as a treat for themselves.
It was a surprise when they entered the room and saw a small kitchen. The space was a little too cramped but it had everything they needed, it was like a deluxe room when they though about all the places they had been at. None of them had a kitchen at all, maybe they had a tiny stove or a mini fridge, perhaps a table sometimes but never the whole set together.
They both looked at each other to confirm they really were seeing the thing, smiling excitedly.
They could make a meal for themselves.
Vash knew how to cook, he had done some work on kitchens throughout his life. A few times he helped Rem when he was a child, he knows how to defend himself. Yet he didnât know any recipes by heart, not any that would be inside their budget at least. He could get creative and probably whip up a thing or two if he was given enough time.
âI know what to doâ Wolfwood said with a smile that irradiated a melancholic warmth interrupting his thoughts . A smile Vash had only seen when he talked about the things he loved.
Vash didnât suggest anything in the end and just followed what the other man told him to do.
He went to buy all the things Wolfwood asked him for. Vegetables and some thoma meat. There seemed to be some spices in the room so he only bought garlic and onion as per Wolfwoodâs request.
When Vash got back, he found Nick at the table arranging the ingredients the kitchen already had. He was already showered, hair messy and with droplets of water hanging on the tips. Getting closer, he could smell the soap, the cheap shampoo and the lingering scent of nicotine that never seemed to go away. He was changed into a black, long sleeved shirt and a pair of loose dark blue pants.
His overall appearance made Vash think how the edges of the man were less sharp, he seemed more relaxed and at ease, even if it wasnât entirely the case. He just looked, soft.
âHey welcome back, did you bring what I asked you for or will I have to use your meat for this?â Wolfwood greeted him without looking up from his task, the ingredients being the most interesting thing in the world it seemed.
Something warm pooled at the pit of Vashâs stomach, he didnât know why that was and didnât bother to think about it either, just enjoying the feeling.
Smiling, he placed the bags on the table in front of Wolfwood, taking out its contents. âIâm sure I brought everything yeah, I hope my life can be sparedâ.
The priest snorted at him and grabbed a potato that was rolling off the table. âAight then, make yourself useful and start washing these and then chop âem to reasonable bitable sizesâ. Losing no time, he took the meat and was cutting it while giving out the instructions.
While Vash was washing and chopping, the other was already preparing the meat putting it in a pot with boiling water. Once Vash was finished with all he was asked to do, Wolfwood ushered him to take a shower while the food was done, wanting to have more space in the narrow place. Vash did as told in that as well.
The shower felt great, all of the gross stickiness from the sweat and other things were finally washed off from his body. He felt light and a thousand times more content.
As he opened the door the smell hit him in the face, a delicious scent that surely tasted even better. Wolfwood was stirring the pot, poking some of the potatoes to make sure they were on the right term, and they seemed to be as he turned off the stove.
Vash got closer, mouth already watering just from the thought of how itâd taste âThat smells so good! What did you make?â He asked with a big grin plastered all over his face.
Wolfwood pointed at the table with his hand, signaling him to sit down a little dismissively while he looked for the bowls on his own. It seemed like he was the kind that with less people on the kitchen when he was there, the better. âJust a broth, nothing too wow itâs something easy, and on budgetâ. Vash hummed with wonder and served two cups of water to busy himself with something.
Wolfwood poured the two servings of the broth, it was still hot and the bowl must surely be scalding. Yet Wolfwoodâs calloused hands never flinched, placing their food on the table without much trouble along with a pair of long spoons.
âBe careful or you will murder your tongueâ he warned and Vash chuckled.
âThanks for the heads up chef, âpreciate itâ the other just scoffed at the title and sat down across him .
They both mixed the broth while blowing at it in hopes for it to cool down a little. However seeing how they were both starving and didnât care too much about getting burnt or not, they just started to dig in.
Wolfwood was eating eagerly, having spoonful after spoonful of his food. He was beyond delighted. It had been a long time since he had the chance to prepare the broth he used to have back at the Orphanage.
âItâsâŠdeliciousâ he heard Vash say in a low and calm tone. When he looked up to see the man, he was shocked to find him with reddish eyes that were glistening with tears. It didnât seem like when was doing a show or anything of the sorts, he just seemedâŠat peace.
It wasnât anything extravagant, quite possibly one of the most simple dishes Vash has ever eaten. It was made with the things that they could afford with the little money they could spare, the ingredients were definitely not of the best quality, the vegetables could have used a little more time on the pot. And it was delicious.
Vash felt incredibly warm inside, similar to how he felt when Wolfwood greeted him when he got back, just a thousand times stronger. The first sip he had of it tasted like the best thing ever cooked in his whole life, something he would have every day of the year for the rest of eternity. He didnât know why that was at first, but after having a second spoon of it he could tell what it was.
It tasted like home.
The flavor of it, it was homely, the savor of melancholy. It tasted like their conversations about missing the past. The tang of the times they would have a peaceful night in the desert grilling worm meat around a campfire. It reminded him when he got sick and an old lady had given him a bowl of soup. It tasted like the first time Rem had given them a try of what meat and vegetables tasted like. It tasted like all the things he missed, and the things Nicholas most likely missed too.
The familiarity of it made him feel fuzzy and full on the inside, and he couldnât stop eating. He was slow while doing it, wanting to savor every bit of what he could have while it lasted. It was rich, it was simple and it was perfect.
ââŠYou want some more?â At some point, Nicholas had already finished his own bowl and brought the pot over to serve himself again. He looked at Vash with something soft in his eyes the other could not name, his voice was gentle and gravely, sweet and easy on his ears just adding more to the warmth inside of him.
âYesâŠyes pleaseâ Vash answered, voice cracking a little. Nicholas served him, the sound of the liquid being poured soothing his soul.
Vash ate again, and Wolfwood was looking at him. The priest was taking small sips of water from his cup, always holding it against his mouth even if he wasnât drinking anything. Vash didnât really notice when he had started tearing up, thick streams of salty water running through his cheeks, a pool of them welling up at his chin and falling down the wooden table making a puddle of happy tears.
Vash enjoyed the heartfelt broth. He was happy, that bit of simplicity was enough to make him forget of everything else and just focus on that moment.
It was so mundane. Vash smiled with overflowing tears in his eyes while Wolfwood just watched with a fond smile of his own behind his empty cup of water.
At that moment, they were not in a random room at a random place. They were in a place where they had brought their home to, sharing a meal with each other.
#Vash just had his Ego moment#preparing food and eating together is a love language I canât even begin to describe#and I mean eat EAT. like sitting down and enjoying the food to its fullest THAT kind of eat#delusional hours always open and itâs usually at itâs worst at the most questionable#time of the day ey aha HAHANEBWNNE#domestic Vashwood is my own personal absolutely peak favorite flavor of it as in any other thing ever#I said it earlier but Iâll say it again. domesticity and sharing simple moments are what makes life worth living#these two guys I bet rarely ever get to enjoy moments like these to their fullest so Iâm doing this in honor of them never catching a break#this is special and this Vash is the cutest thing Iâve ever done#kinda wanna make him my pfp heâs so#AAAAAAA IM GOING INSANE IQNENW UEUJEHE#trigun#vash the stampede#nicholas d wolfwood#trigun stampede#vash#wolfwood#nicholas trigun#trigun fanart#vashwood#trigun maximun#trigun fanfiction#trigun fic#lenssi writes#lenssi draws#I wanted to see this so bad and then I was like oh wait I can just do it myself. like every time I draw or write abt them LMAOOOO
