(Non-altersex) Bisex flag
Basically there an alter in our system who has two sexes but was born/formed that way, so calling her altersex wouldn't be correct, and like for hopefully obvious reasons we're aren't gonna call him the "H word". Feel free to use this flag for OCs and such that are a similar story, we don't care.
And even though this flag was made with a combination sex characteristics that don't naturally happen on outerworld humans in mind, therefor doesn't have to do with being intersex. If you're intersex and want to use the flag go ahead.

I'm an afab person but since I was in like middle school I've always felt like my gender would be represented better by having intersex genitalia. I know that wanting to "transition to intersex" isn't the phrasing I'm looking for but I have no idea how to express my dysphoria.
FYI I ID as nonbinary and use they/he/ze+zir pronouns
I get what you mean and thank you for like. For lack of a better phrase, being normal about this (I have gotten frustrating asks on this topic). But I know a few terms that might cover what you're looking for? You can find more/alt terms in the links.
Ambiguous genitalia
Sexqueer
Enbysex
Bisex
Sex nonconforming (SNC)
Varsex (short for Sex Variant)
Transsex / Transsexual
Just the names of the genitalia you want! Although, if you want something close to having both a "typical" vulva/vagina and phallus, know that... isn't what intersex people have (naturally).
I have mixed feelings about some terms under the varsex umbrella due to intersexism and some confusion about my own beliefs on what it means to be intersex/dyadic. But as long as you're mindful, I don't really care. Terms get redefined and expanded upon all the time anyway.
Also nice pronouns and gender :) I'm nonbinary and use he/ze/they pronouns too!

hi can u tell me what varsex means I've never heard the term before and I can only gather so much context clues from ur posts to have a vague idea
found u bc u reblogged my infracis post. thanks btw
We coined varsex as a more ample term alternative to parsex. This blog was called parsex-pride and there we coined varsex.
We never explained it too much, here's the coining post. It's an umbrella term for people who are intersex, transsex, altersex, not infrasex, not cissex, not protosex, not dyadic/not perisex/not endosex, and beyond.
There was already a phrase term for it: sex variant (with synonyms: sex nonconformist, sex nonconforming). Variant is a concept that was amplified by @/variant-archive.
It also alludes to variations, which is a replacement for "conditions" (which alludes to disorders), as a way of depathologizing language (nothing wrong with considering your own variation a disorder or a condition, it's an opt-in label).
Parsex, in the other hand, was too restricted to altersex and/or intersex. Though varsex is basically the same, it can be used beyond these two experiences (eg. enbysex, sexqueer, perintersex, condisex) or as a blanket term as well.
Sorry if I confused your term, because maybe I thought it meant infrasex + cis*, or another ample form of infra-. tell us if you want us to delete it.
The term is used outside this blog:
Users may have helped expanding it to other areas. I noticed some terms like varsexgender or this wiki page make it seem like a synonym of altersex, and I also noticed some intersex people used varsex as a term of self-discovery before realizing they are confident in their intersex identity. So it's useful for quoisex and extersex/inter-questioning people I guess. Though we are not involved in the coining of variayr, somatic varsex experiences can exist, but it should be noted intersex traits can't be achieved through somatization.

Enbysex
Enbysex is an umbrella term for all non-binary sex identities. It can also be used as an identity indicating someone who identifies outside the sex binary/has a sex identity that is not male or female. Intersex people aren't necessarily enbysex, only if they see their sex like that. One does not need to identify as a non-binary gender to be enbysex.
This term is similar to sexqueer, parsex/varsex, or altersex.
Enbysex Identities
Just like non-binary gender, their are many sex identities that fall under the category of enbysex. Any sex identity that is not strictly and completely male or strictly and completely female falls under the category of enbysex. Some examples of enbysex identities include:
Asex: A lack of sex identity, or as a sex identity that contains no elements of maleness or femaleness.
Greysex: A sex identity that is close to asex but may contain some sexed elements or in some other way does not completely align with an asex identity.
Sexflux: A sex identity which changes between sex identities.
Demifemale: Someone who identifies loosely with a female identity, though not completely, and feels they do not fit in the sex binary.
Demimale: Someone who identifies loosely with a male identity, though not completely, and feels they do not fit in the sex binary.
Nonfemale: Someone who was AFAB and does not identify as female, but feels no strong connection to any other sex identity.
Nonmale: Someone who was AMAB and does not identify as male, but feels no strong connection to any other sex identities.
Multisex: Simultaneously identifying as two or more sex identities. This can include identities such as bisex (two sex identities), trisex (three sex identities), and so on all the way up to pansex (all sex identities).

Quinic Flag
Quinic or Qinic: queer-aligned; a genderqueer/sexqueer alignment; a gender/orientation/sex alignment that is queer in nature (QIN/QUIN).
And for the galactian system, andromedarian was suggested/coined by @mogai-trender-sideblog, from the Andromeda galaxy (additionally: andromedian, andromedan, andromedadian).
Andromedaric can be used as a galactic orientation (/alignment). And andromedadic/andromedaradic/andromedic for sex alignment. Qinic/quinic is based on the xenic label.

"ask me about my binormativity in Eorzea headcanons!" okay but please?? get into it! i wanna know your thoughts on this.
ALRIGHT ALRIGHT ALRIGHT ALRIGHT!!!!
So, first of all, Hydaelyn/Etheirys contains binormative societies as a consequence of player-sexual characters.
Alisaie, G'raha and Haurchefant are all player-sexual, regardless of the character's race or gender. No one seems confused or offput by these attractions. Confused and offput by Haurchefant's whole deal, sure, by only because saddling someone and riding them like a chocobo is, admittedly, Weird Behaviour, regardless of whether the target of his affections is a max-height fem Roe or a min-height male Lala.
So, what does that look like for The Queers if both Straight and Gay are types of queerness, but Bi is emphatically Not?
Well, a lot of old timey queer language in our world is based on the presumption that queer=gay and gay=the opposite of straight. That's how you get terms like "an invert" to mean gay.
But being straight/gay is not really going to look like the "opposite" of being bi. It's going to look like you're excluding a significant portion of the population, rather than picking the "opposite" of what you're supposed to.
So, when I'm doing my writing, I refer to queers as "conserved" rather than "inverted." Because they conserve their affections to a smaller group.
A knock-on effect of this is that asexuality is much more easily recognized as a type of queerness. To an untrained observer, it's simply a "more extreme" version. Rather than conserving oneself to a single gender, they conserve to none at all.
However, another consequence of this, being trans isn't considered especially related to being conserved. This is because, when bi is the normative state, there isn't a strong gendered connection between who you are and who you fuck: everyone fucks everyone. This decoupling of gender and sex means that the born-in parallel experiences that genderqueer and sexqueer people have in our universe don't really apply.
Add in the fact that while Fantasia potions are relatively rare, they're still widespread and accessible enough that everyone knows what they are, and apparently they're given out pretty freely to people who join the Retainers guild, and you have a situation where being gender"queer" isn't really.... a thing. Sure, you can be a Fantasian, but what would that have to do with being conserved?
Stuff like the Sharlayan thembo and the Identical Twins paradox with Alisaie and Alphinaud suggests that being trans in Etheirys is simply not something worthy of much comment.
There's also decent evidence that crossdressing isn't regarded as shameful, between things like that Bunny, Butler and Maid sets, and... eh... Hildibrand's whole... situation (we aren't getting into that here).
This isn't to say Etheirys is free of transphobia, but I do think it's more invisibility rooted than hypervisibility rooted, which is a stark contrast from the real world.

Transgonadal and Altergonadal flags
To go with the cisgonadal flag we made for a request
Transgonadal - having or desiring to have gonads different then the ones you were born with. Including desiring a lack of any form of gonad, or someone without gonads desiring to have them. This also includes desiring surgery that is not currently medically possible, such as ovary transplants.
Altergonadal - A subtype of transgonadal referring to someone who desires to have gonads that do not do not align with typical arrangements.

I identify as kind of sexqueer, but like does it make me like truly queer if like i dont fuck w heteronormative bs, but like not just in a woke way? i just like people, and want to be understood as a person? i just come in a trad female box? and have no qualms about that excepting the fact that 1. im societally expected to make use of my uterus and 2. physically bleed and have a natural menstural cycle when i have zero positive feelings about being able to reproduce and the strings that come along w that.
like i literally relate more to being a mythical goddess of nature than the term human woman, yk? like how do i navigate that w/o being immediately labeled as queer chasing, attention seeking and being labeled “otherkin” which is NOT the mood. wtf even is existence.
