If I had a nickel for every time and Owen Wilson character went to Pompeii with his boyfriend I’d have 2 nickels, which isn’t a lot but it’s weird it happened twice.

Out of boredom I drew a portrait of Lancelot. I think this is the last natm artwork so far, but who knows, maybe later I'll start drawing something related to natm once again... *wink wink*
+ bonus artwork in my simplified art style 🕺

CURRENT MAJOR SEARCH IN PROGRESS
poster by @eddiethecowboy
Known to exist, but surprisingly elusive, the original script for Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb is the current top priority for The NatM Search. Few lines have survived, and its most recent mention of existence was in 2021.
We are on the hunt for this original version. It likely holds sources of deleted scenes, unfilmed scenes, and stuff that never made it in. Like the search for the original Night at the Museum script, this is a fundamental piece of our fandom's history and its archival is important.
If you have seen this script, or have a copy, please don't hesitate to send it to The NatM Search, either via e-mail or messaging me.
Under the cut is a list of websites that do NOT have the script.

Octavius:
Jedediah: ...ya hear that sound, pardner?
Octavius: Yes?
Jedediah: That's the sound of someone else's problem
*Three hours later*
Jedediah: *Opens kitchen cabinet door having forgotten about earlier*
Jedediah: Oh sHI-

When I tell you I SOBBED at the ending of NatM 3 I mean it
Tears, everywhere
Fucking "Smile my boy it's sunrise" omg
Tears of sadness to tears of confusion and mild anger when Larry kissed Dexter (because honestly wtf, why was that allowed but Jedtavius becoming canon not)
The little talk Larry had with Jed and Octavius at the end
They were all leaving and I truly felt like I had lost a family member
I've honestly not cried harder at a film/show since Mary's final episode in season 4 of Ghosts

Hiiiii guys I'm going to change your view on some of the scenes from "Secret of the Tomb" 🤭
So recently I was looking through a book about the ancient world, and in one of the chapters devoted to Ancient Rome, I read a curious fact that interested me and encouraged me to look for more information on this topic.
I did some quick research and, indeed, that fact wasn't disinformation as I suspected at first glance.
So, that fact states that in Ancient Rome, the handclasp/handshake/handholding (call it whatever you want) was a symbol of marriage and was practiced as a sign of fidelity and a romantic or friendly unity. In Latin it's called "dextrarum iunctio", and besides the marriage context, it also implied, as far as I understood it, a farewell gesture, a lasting bond or a reunion in the afterlife.
Here is one example of this, a relief fragment from an ancient sarcophagus:

And now, knowing this information, recall two scenes from "Secret of the Tomb": the one in the ventilation shaft, where Oct asked Jed to hold his hand, and the one on the roof of the theater, where Jed eventually complied with his request. Make your own conclusions guys 😶
