small world

#wanted to do a sort of inverse to small world's original vibe. i want to showcase just how little silver's world has been till now #silver didn't visit the castle. he didn't go to primary school. he lived in the middle of nowhere. i dont think he went out into BV much #so his entire world prior to NRC was roughly 8 people. only diasom and sebek's family. homeschooled KING it makes me emotional #NRC mustve been such a culture shock. so many people from so many places and so much new to experience!!! i love him!!!#i wanted to do like a companion piece of a flat plane and buildings from all over TW to show the rest of the world but not enough energy #these geometric buildings are ANNOYING theyre satisfying as finished sets but i am NOT drawing more of them #i send you all nothing but love. silver sweep. ive been very lucky to experience such kindness in my 2.5 yrs here i cant wait to draw more #rumbling like a car. id like to draw his lab vignette again. its my fav story. i want to draw a beyootiful tapestry-style piece. i . sighs #twst is so ripe for artistic experimentation ive never been so inspired by a piece of media. i want to draw everything for my boy #twst #twst silver #twstファンアート #silver vanrouge #suntails #also something w intentional complimentary colors. shocking ik but i dont think ive done one of those for twst itd be tasty #i have an idea for one w him containing his dream world a lil abstractly. All my Av.A/Av.M Overworld Au designs + Explanation

Ok so the OverWorld Au is basically where all Stickfigures go when they die ig.. Dying as in having your code deleted. Realistically they probably just don't exist once they are deleted.. idk man I need TDL content so I made this Au.

Another name for this Au is The Inverse World, since they are inverted :^.. It honestly sounds cooler but it wouldn't make sense without an explanation so I went for Overworld Au

Cast: TDL, Orchid/Pink, Mitsi, and Gold

Looking everywhere BUT the camera yall how do you draw eyes looking at the viewer I just can't so I make them look away. It's actually a big problem of mine HELP 😭..

Also isn't it interesting how Tdl is responsible for Mitsi's death, who is responsible for Gold's death. The butterfly effect got me rolling.. Alan why.. For context, during the Newgrounds attack, Mitsi saved the green dude, who then opened up the Minecraft in real life thing, that killed Gold accidentally. Dayumm the lore is insane.

rewatched the first two nu!who episodes with a friend and gyaaarfh just imagining this old old being that's been traumatised by a genocide and is out of step with who they used to be and deeply lonely and so ready to die to save people, but also has become so dissociated from individual connection and therefore has just forgotten how to be and is presumably just down to sacrifice themself and let it end finally, and then rose tyler smiles at them and they're like "ah yes I do in fact have hope and whimsy and love still in my body, thought I'd never get any of that back, turns out I care about living and stuff"

I just finished the natlan archon quest after putting it off forever and it was mind-blowingly mid but I think I realized what the problem is. There's no Yuri 💔

#☁️🌕☁️.txt #ok that's only part of the issue mainly the writing was flat and the characterization (ESP of mavuika) felt so... bland #like i watched minsleif's mavuika vid bc i felt like i needed someone to word it well and she was completely correct #she does TECHNICALLY have character flaws. but she never grows never changes and these flaws never affect the story in a meaningful way #we only see her being “wrong” ONCE and it's when capitano takes the metaphorical bullet for her #she's just not portrayed as interesting...#i would have loved to see a moment of hesitation and grief before she burned her mementos #a moment of abject fear and dread when only 4 heros were known #even in the private of her own space! other characters could have seen her as perfect! but even in her memory road scenes she still didn't #have much depth. like when she was explaining to her family her plan to leave and come back 500 years later #i feel like the little sister could've been a really good character to Show mavuika's inherent hypocrisy that isn't really touched on much #if her sister in that scene said something like “in natlan nobody fights alone and you're leaving us to fight ALONE” and mavuika sort of #floundered and maybe even snapped a little and there was never a good resolution UNTIL they met again in the final fight sequence #that would've been so much more interesting!! showing mavuika's hypocrisy and martyr complex having an IMPACT on both her and her loved ones #also a moment of showing the stress in moments of being alone. she's a perfectionist but she isn't perfect #the pressure Would make her a little crazy even if she doesn't outwardly display it #like she's an inverse to furina who was characterized SOOOO well #she had. SO much potential for the same #and we got a cardboard cutout 😕#AND on top of all of that there's no real yuri in natlan #there were moments a true himejoshi could spin a whole yarn from #but there wasn't any that wouldn't require an in depth hear me out #like jeanlisa eimiko beiguang clorivia these all went without saying pretty much #like OH yeah that's yuri obviously come on now #and having that dynamic adds tension and interest! it makes the characters more interesting #idk natlan rlly flopped hard sorry :( i liked the Lore i liked ronova and the lord of the night and everything #just the actual characters and dynamics felt so... uninteresting. paimon felt the most interesting in the whole aq #maybe kachina as a close second or chasca #or ororon tbh. both of whom i have character design gripes with but their writing was pretty good!#thinking abt it now sumeru didn't really have good yuri either but nahida and wanderer rlly carried the plot. but lowkey lumine and jeht...

Does the Dawnfather ever take the form of a child still, like his sister? Are there moments when he lets himself be the same hopeful, soft, carefree soul? Do they see themselves reflected a bit in each other--?

anyway i spent too much time reading offbe/at wedding and now i’m involuntarily scripting out my online cancellation in a universe where i for some reason send in our wedding to them to profile but get called out for asking them not to refer to it or us as “queer” anywhere in the article

#i just don’t like that term very much. i intuitively feel that if considering oneself queer but not gay is permissible the inverse should #be as well. but as we know that is not the current state of the art.#box opener #offbeat wedding content is a beautiful 50/50 split of things i can theoretically appreciate but don’t want #and things i would find so painfully awkward to be near that i can’t finish the article.#which is real reading catnip.#for me. a hater of varied tastes and long standing.#however one of my objections was that having your ‘subtle’ lord of the rings touch be ‘one dessert to rule them all’#as a sign on the catering table #is terrible and makes no sense. because first of all it’s not even slightly subtle #but second of all. why would desserts be the one ring. are they scarce and a major cause of conflict? do they corrupt your ability #to feel a full range of emotions and empathy? are they possessed???#i just don’t think they thought it through.
