My Skincare & Haircare routine:

I follow this for at least 3 times a week.

Problems I have : Clogged pores, Black & white heads. Partly dry & oily skin. Acne that turned to dark spots.

Wash your face with Salicylic acid based face wash.

Mon, Wed, Fri : Combine AHA BHA Gentle face peel with any clay based face mask. Let it on for 20 mins. Clean it off with an oil based face cleanser.

Tue, Thurs, Sat : Apply Retinol. It can be combined with your moisturizer.

Don't mix AHA BHA Peeling solution with Retinol serum. (Don't use both on the same day)

If you have scars on your skin. Don't use the AHA BHA Peeling solution. It might worsen those scars.

Other things I do daily:

Use water based sunscreen even when it's not sunny. Never skip your sunscreen.

Use any SPF-30 lipbalm. I love Seba Med lipbalm.

I don't apply any Hair oil (advised by my dermatologist. Because of my chronic dandruff & hairfall. Please consult your dermatologist before following this particular haircare routine). Instead I use some water based Tea tree hair serum for hair growth & volume.

Always moisturize even if your skin is naturally oily. At least use an oil free moisturizer if you feel like your skin is too oily.

If you have oily skin & acne use Salicylic Acid & Nicotinamide Gel / cream. (Only if you have acne)(over using this can dry your skin)

What & Why:

AHA BHA Peeling solution : Hyperpigmentation, unclog & shrink pores, blackheads & whiteheads.

Retinol : Anti ageing, Collegen production, Plumper skin and reduce fine lines.

Salicylic Acid & Nicotinamide Gel / cream : Acne, Black heads, White heads & Dark spots.

You have such a beautiful face n skin! 💌 Any recommendations for acné? What’s ur skincare or what makeup do you use?

this is ... so wow to me i promise my skin only looks like that in pictures 💌 ive had hormonal acne since i was like 13 lol and it got really really bad from like 17 to 20 </3 (i take birth control for it and used to have a prescribed cream)

right now my skincare is i remove my makeup with Avene micellar water/makeup remover, and cleanse with cerave cleanser ! (sometimes i just to witch hazel toner) i have really combo skin so im oily but easily get dry patches so i dont use certain things every night because they are drying !

i use the ordinary niacinamide 10 (not every night !) and every night i use la roche posay’s vitamin C serum ! i have this serum bar from lush that i use its the argon one it honestly is just very moisturizing and makes my skin look healthy ! my nightime (and right now daytime as well) moisturizer is Seba med its in my opinion so amazing, not too thick and just hydrating enough !

also i have a essential oil roller with tea tree oil and lavender that i put on just localized breakouts (this is literally my all time recommendation, holy grail of skin care it literally reduce inflammations and breakouts overnight) 

i dont do these steps every night ! i alternate them, the only thing consistent is the cleansing and moisturizing ! my morning skincare is toning w witch hazel and then moisturizer and sometimes extra hydrating eczema cream lol <3 

my face makeup has definetly reduced simply because of the pandemic so its nice i suppose ! i use a light coverage concealer (NYX) and then a thicker one over spots i extra want to conceal (breakouts/scars) and that is kind of it !

i hope this helps a bit, acne is a huge struggle that i deeply sympathize with, i still dont like the look of my bare face i have red/deep scars all over my cheeks which is .. its honestly so tough to deal with and i hope this helps and i hope you find what works best for you !! sending u love <3333
