ᵗᵒ ᵃᵛᵒⁱᵈ ᶜᵉʳᵗᵃⁱⁿ ᵈᵒᵒᵐ ;; ˢᵈʳᵃ²
Summary: The K-pop company Utsuroshima doesn't know what to do with their remaining trainees, Mikado Sannoji, Hajime Makunouchi, Emma Magorobi, Iroha Nijiue, and Nikei Yomiuri. In the end, it's been decided to debut them into a new idol group called Void. Typically, K-pop groups don't have members with different accents, different body types, different heights… Oh, and don't even get started on how it consists of three boys and two girls. Although, in all fairness, the members in Void are the best Utsuroshima has. Utsuroshima's CEO Utsuro and Void's manager Akane Taira don't have other trainees lined up and ready to debut or anything. And, hey, maybe Void will be successful. If they ended up being the final five, they have to be good, right? Even if they're not good, they won't be too bad—hopefully. Word Count: 1,224 Warning: SDRA2 SpoilersA/N: I feel like advertising this here because I should probably post more fics here. However, since this is a longfic, I'm not gonna post the whole thing here due to the way Tumblr works making the idea of posting longfics not the best one. The chapters posted here are the prologue and the first chapter, and you'll know when it switched to the first chapter by the POV switch. If you're interested in reading more, the links to where you can read it will be provided at the end! And don't forget your daily clicks!

Sometimes, Yuki Maeda listened to K-pop. It wasn't often; it didn't entertain him that much. When he did, there weren't a lot of idols or even songs he would say he liked. Really, all of them were okay, but he just wasn't a huge fan of it. He was an ordinary person, so his music taste was completely average, and K-pop, well... It wasn't that average.
He still sometimes listened to it. There was no reason other than because he wanted to listen to something. It kept him busy and focused on something that wasn't all the cats running around outside their apartment. Seriously, he couldn't leave the apartment building without seeing at least five. He actually didn't mind them, but he knew some of his neighbours were allergic to cats. Their landlord was made aware of the problem but wasn't doing anything about it. He knew something had to be done soon, though.
Yuki couldn't hear any of the cats' meows in his bedroom, but he was still listening to K-pop right now. He didn't know anything about all the groups there were, so he picked a popular song. Like always, it wasn't bad, but he couldn't see himself being a huge fan of it or the artist. There wasn't anything about it to grab his attention. Well, in all fairness, he wasn't too sure what would. He was ordinary, so whatever would get an ordinary guy's attention would be how an idol group went for him.
His mom screamed his name. It wasn't the first time that happened. She had a fear of cats, and when the cats sometimes entered the apartment building, she needed his help to get the cats out. He stopped the song and went out to find the cat that sneaked into his apartment building.
There, he saw no cat in their apartment. There was supposed to be a cat, but there wasn't. Not today. Today was special. Today wasn't so ordinary.
Yuki knew the second he saw why his mom screamed his name, he wouldn't be so ordinary either.

Utsuro knew they were a lost cause. They didn't look like each other, they didn't have complimenting personalities, and it was debatable to say they had enough training. It was hopeless to think they could make it anywhere, let alone make it big. It wasn't like he had a choice, though. Utsuroshima needed someone. They were the best they had.
The five sat in his office. He didn't want to know their names. Utsuro liked keeping things simple. That was why his office's walls and floor were grey, the wallpaper was only a few shades darker than the floor, his desk was brown, his chair was brown, and his desk was empty. There was no other furniture, but five chairs were brought in for them. The less, the better. Having them here wasn't simple, and knowing their names would be too much.
Akane Taira stood beside him, waiting for him to say something. Utsuroshima was her idea, but he actually started it, making him the CEO. She was the assistant, helping him try to get the company more popular. It wasn't. The only thing they could do now was send them into the K-pop industry.
He could imagine what people would say if they saw them. It would make sense to debut a boy group, since three of the five were boys, but Akane wanted to include the girls. How many idol groups were there with two genders in the same group? None that made it big enough to save their company from bankruptcy. Their looks would also be used against them, with having someone tall with lots of muscles with someone so short and skinny. There was a blonde girl who might have the visuals to make it and some boy who looked like he hadn't left his room in over a month. He didn't have to mention the boy who always wore a mask that covered one side of his face.
Four of the five were looking at him with expectant eyes. The masked one wasn't. His exposed face always looked emotionless, but his mask had shifted to a comfortable face. He might as well say something to end this sooner rather than later. "You five are going to be in an idol group together," Utsuro said. "We'll call you Void. There's practice tomorrow. You're dismissed."
Immediately, the hopeful look in their eyes vanished to disappointment or confusion, except for the masked one, his face remaining the same. Utsuro could feel Akane's eyes on him like she wondered if that was all he was going to say. It was.
After some silence, the boy with the black bangs asked, "Are you not going to say anything else?"
"No."
Akane covered her mouth from the other five and whispered, "You're supposed to say—"
"I know what I'm supposed to say," Utsuro said in a voice not anywhere near a whisper, "but I'm not going to. If K-pop groups have to have a meaning behind their name, you will have a void of success. You're going to fail, and Utsuroshima will go bankrupt. It's best if you leave now, but if you want to stay, you have dance practice tomorrow at 6:00 A.M."
"Maybe you could at least assign the positions," tried Akane. "Leader, rapper—"
Utsuro pointed at the masked one. "You're the leader, Mask Face."
Akane hands clasped, unclasped, and clasped together. "His name is Mikado..."
"I don't care. No one will. Anyway, Mask Face, you're the leader. You can figure out the rest of the positions yourselves if you want to use them." Before anyone could get another word out, Utsuro left his office.
He waited for the sounds of shoes rushing to catch up to him. He heard them soon enough, and Akane's voice came too. "Master Utsuro, I think you should've been a little kinder to them. They're just kids who want to achieve their dream—"
"They're not 'just kids.'"
"But they're young and want to be idols. I think you should be a little kinder to them. Iroha just turned 20, and since they're born in the same year, they can't even fit the requirement of age to audition for most companies anymore, so we should at least give them a chance here."
"We are, and we're also giving them a chance to leave before everything gets ruined. Do you genuinely think Void could become a well-known idol group people like?"
Her silence was all the answers he needed.
"Be realistic," Utsuro continued. "If you want to be kind, don't lie to them. The chances of them becoming famous are very slim. The meanest thing you could do to them is give them false hope."
Again, she didn't reply. Utsuro was fine with that. Akane could be very naive at times, and he had to be the one to remind her that kindness wasn't something that could easily be done. If the five that were there—he would just call them Mask Boy, Buff Boy, Pale Boy, Short Girl, and Blonde Girl—used their brains and left, it would be good for them. Otherwise, if they turned out to lack the brains they needed for this, Void would carry on. At least it could be a bit entertaining while it lasted.

If you liked this, you can read it on Wattpad or AO3! Please read the warnings, though, mentioned in the tags on AO3 and in the blurb on Wattpad. If you would rather read more on Tumblr, just ask me for the next part. I won't constantly be updating this on Tumblr though, so it's up to you to keep asking for new parts. Still, if you got this far, thank you for reading! Love you!

Hello people. This is my first time doing something like this on Tumblr, so, hopefully I don't miss anything.
Anyway, it's basically what the title says, I'm bored and want requests to write for. The fandoms I'll write for are listed below.
I'll do both headcannons and oneshots, but I'm more familiar with the latter.
Another thing is that I'm only doing female x reader, not male x reader. Though I could do platonic male x reader.
So, yeah, here are the fandoms + characters I'll write for (note that for most of those, the reader will have their age scaled to be the same as the character):
Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc:
Kyoko
Sayaka
Toko and Syo
Aoi
Celestia
Mukuro
Danganronpa Goodbye Despair:
Chiaki
Mahiru
Hiyoko
Peko
Ibuki
Mikan
Danganronpa Killing Harmony:
Kaede
Maki

Tsumugi
Super Danganronpa Another 2:

Pomni
Ragatha
Omori:
Real Life Aubrey
Mari
Sweetheart
Polly
Doughie/Daphne
Perfectheart
Ace Attorney:
Ema
Athena
Juniper
Kay
Susato
Gina
Maria
And with that out of the way, here's what I will and won't write (I may have missed things, so don't be afraid to ask):
What I WILL write:
Fluff
Comfort
Hurt/Comfort
Multiple characters headcannons
Oneshots of max 2 characters
Female x reader
Male reader GN reader (I'll assume it's this one if you don't specify the gender)
Platonic child reader
Platonic sibling reader
Platonic male x reader
Yandere
What I WON'T write:
Anything NSFW
Angst
Romantic male x reader
Female reader

𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐨𝐧 | Nagito Komaeda ੈ✩‧₊˚
Tumblr media
word count: 1,637
warnings: none! fluff and comfort fem!reader
[notes]: yall this is my first fanfic ever owmwshwjhssj please dont mind it being absolutely CRINGE and BAD ive read this so many times that i despise this fic idc if it has mistakes im not READING THIS AGAIN 😭😭 also this fic is just sum beach walking and comforting komaeda
Tumblr media
⊹ ⋆゚꒰ఎ ♡ ໒꒱ ⋆゚⊹
The sulphury smell of the ocean enters your nostrils while you walk along the nearby shores of the beach. The wind blows gently at you, it tugs your hair a tinsy bit. You close your eyes, slowly taking a moment to inhale the intoxicating aroma with ease. The more you move forward in your path, the more footprints you set on the sand, in which the ocean will wash away eventually, and leave remains of nothing. You favored walks on the beach. It helped you concentrate and relieve all that pent-up stress within you. Not only that, but the beach gave you a sense of familiarity, it felt like a home to you.
The boy that had accompanied you on your stroll walked with the same peaceful aura as you. He was carrying a green umbrella due to his pale skin having the tendency to get burnt easily, such an inconvenience to him in which you found adoring. You halted to a stop and the boy behind you mimicked your actions, he looked at you with curiosity painted on his face. You begin gazing at the horizon at the end of the ocean, entranced by the beauty the world had to offer. The horizon displayed ombre colors consisting of various types of blue, with a small tint of yellow from the sun. You begin smiling with content. Not only was it due to the capturing scene bestowed upon your eyes, it was a result of the boy’s comforting presence as well. You were enamored by him, he had a very peculiar way of seeing the world, he had piqued your interest from the very beginning. Komaeda would support you at any given time, his undying kindness always took a toll on you, it prevented you from thinking straight. You weren’t sure what you felt towards him, but you could say for certain that you felt a compelling attraction towards him, you wanted him to remain by your side, always. Though, the way he would talk down to himself was something you much disliked about the boy. You loathed the way he perceived himself, the boy had extraordinary qualities, and yet he would still wear himself down. You wish he would see himself the way you saw him, An entracing work of art.
The boy’s smile by this time was plastered on his face, admiring you with the most adoring eyes. He wondered, what exactly were you thinking of? Komaeda cherished the moments you two would spend together. He felt that you completed him as a person, you made him want to experience many things he hadn’t indulged in before. He was spiraling with emotions due to your effect, he simply didn’t know what to do anymore. He preferred not to disgrace you with his execrable feelings, so he leaned for the choice to keep them confidential. Though, he did find that just being in your presence was simply enough for him.
You slowly turned your gaze towards him, noticing he was already staring at you with a warm smile. Could he have heard you thinking? Red tints begin spreading across your face, it begins stretching towards your ears.
“I’m sorry.” You mumbled softly, avoiding his gaze.
“I always tend to get distracted when it comes to the beach.”
“It makes me think a lot,” you tell him, beginning to fidget with your hair. You shift your eyes back to him a bit.
The boy gives you a small chuckle, reassuring you he didn’t mind it.
“Hanging out with you is more than I could ask for y/n…My luck has truly blessed me today.” He meets your gaze and gives you a warm smile, slightly tilting his head. You could hear the thudding of your heart through your ears, it felt like it was going to combust, the effect he had on you was insane.
“Though, I should ask why you asked me of all people to accompany you.” He began.
“I’m just a nobody, someone who has no place to be near a talented ultimate as yourself…Let alone walk with you! I would ruin the view for you with my terrible constant talking and…”
You faced him with intense eyes, a sweat bead goes down his forehead.
“Ah, seems I did just that, huh? I’ll just go back to staying quiet, so please continue.”
You began approaching him slowly, still maintaining the intense eye contact. Komaeda didn’t seem to step back.
“I must have truly angered you… My apologies, y/n. Feel free to punish me as you wish.”
You approached so close that Komaeda dropped his green umbrella onto the sand. He just stared at you in a confused manner, he seemed disappointed you hadn’t punished him yet.
Komaeda watched your lips part, awaiting the insult. You start, “I’m not mad Komaeda, I’m just simply admiring my view.”
“Your view?” He repeated in a confused manner.
“I don't quite follow.”
“Can't you see Komaeda? You’re my view.” Komaedas eyes widen at her sudden comment, he’s completely stunned. Did he hear you correctly?
“What…?” He asked,
“I’d rather much watch you than any other horizon.” You happily admit, returning the warm smile he had given you earlier. His eyes widened, a flush crept upon his face. Then you were hit by the sudden realization of your bold comments… Your brain broke a fuse.
“Yeah!! But, I don’t mean it in a weird way, please don’t misunderstand me. It’s just that I find you more intriguing than the horizon. Uh, That wasn’t phrased correctly either. What I mean is that-“
“Please…. Don’t say things like that, y/n. You don’t want to taint your eyes with trash like me.”
“Komaeda….”
The umbrella he had dropped had been taken away by the shore. And you and Komaeda stared at each other silently, all that was heard was the sound of the waves. Why did he hate himself so much? You could go on for days talking about all his good qualities and perfect personality. You wish you had met him earlier, maybe you could’ve stopped him from hating himself so much, maybe he could’ve appreciated himself better and see that his presence does matter in this world. But, that wasn’t the current situation… You had to commit another bold move, though you would dread on it later, you had to do something.
You abruptly reached out for his clammy hands and clasped onto them. Komaeda jumped at your sudden action.
“Komaeda,” you inhaled deeply and began,
“You’re very important to me. I don’t care about tainting myself with you. I’ll take the risk again and again because I genuinely enjoy being in your presence.”
“One day, I truly hope you see yourself the way I do. I think of you as a man who's intriguing, thoughtful, warm-hearted, understanding,” You kept listing every single quality that came to your brain nonstop, you had no filter.
Komaeda removed his right hand from your grasp and gently placed it upon your mouth. You slowly began opening your eyes… You hadn’t sunk his reaction since you had shut your eyes closed when you began talking. Komaeda’s face seemed very flushed, or so you thought, maybe it was due to the sun’s rays striking upon his pale skin… You on the other hand weren't aware on how your reaction was displayed, all you knew was you felt like you might pass out at any moment.
Komaeda is the first one to break the silence.
“Do… you really see me in that way, y/n…?” He asked while removing his hand from your mouth. He anxiously waited for your answer while his jaw clenched.
“Y-yeah. I do…” you release his other hand softly.
You saw his eyes widen once again, and then they begin turning glossy…. His facial expression contorting to one of sadness and mouth slowly held out agape. You were alerted by his sudden change of emotion and began rethinking on what you may have said for him to react this certain way. His knees slowly buckled, and he was falling to the sand, you clutched his shoulders with all your might and held onto him, falling in a sitting position in the sand with him. You stayed in that position for what felt an eternity, the sand on the ground bruised your knees a tiny bit, but certainly you didn’t mind it at all. You let him cry it all out while rubbing circles on his back as a way to calm him down. After he finished, he managed to mutter:
“Thank you so much, y/n.” He faced you with small tear beads in his eyes. You realize that he wasn’t crying due to a comment you had said, but crying due to someone expressing such strong feelings towards him. He’s never received such bombardment of compliments before.
“You’re welcome Komaeda.” You tell him, whilst swiping his remaining tears with your thumb.
“How about we continue with our walk, yeah?” You offered, letting go of him and standing up. You stretch out your hand towards him with a warm smile. He shyly nodded and gladly accepts it, he stands up as well.
Even while standing up, you two never separated your hands, both of you held them firmly. You were flushed at such a fact, but still went onwards with your walk. You looked at Komaeda, and he was smiling with such content, your heart melted once again. If you had managed to convey such colossal amount of compliments, then surely confessing should be easier, but, right now didn't seem like the perfect moment to confess… You wanted to enjoy your remaining walk with him, making him feel completely cherished.
“You have a purpose, Nagito Komaeda...” You mumbled to him out of nowhere.
That’s all he needed to hear.

DANGANRONPA: THE PAIN OF EVERYONE 💉⛓️🏥
<<This is a new Crossover Fangan project I’m working on! This is meant to be a Canon X Fangan Type Killing game sort of thing.>>
PLOT:
“6 Main casts from 6 Different Killing Games find themselves in a Killing game with some of their friends and family in it also. Who will survive? And who will die and feel the pain all over again?”
Note: I originally had the idea to make a Zero escape AU, But decided to Turn it into a Killing game instead due to it becoming too different then originally intended.
THE CASTS:
1 - Class 78
2 - Class 77
3 - V3 Cast
4 - DRA Cast (Danganronpa another)
5 - SDRA2 Cast (Danganronpa another 2)
6 - My Oc Cast (DR Theaders light)
Note: This Fangan will be based around Canon instead of AU stuff being pulled out of left field, There will be some Exceptions for the V3 characters due to V3 being Open ended story wise.
———————————-
Things to note:
1 - This fangan won’t have one Case per chapter, The cases will be spread across multiple chapters so the characters can have character development and character interactions and stuff like that.
2 - There Will be 6 Protagonists in this game, Each one will represent each casts POV segment.
3 - Will there be a Mastermind? Yes! But I’m not saying who YET.
4 - How is V3 incorporated into this Killing game? Will it be where everything is a reality show or not? (Answer: That will be explained later)
5 - Monokuma will NOT be in this killing game. (Someone else will take his place)

Protag Teruya AU - Yuki Maeda's FTEs (Part 2)
"Don't worry, the next update won't take as long!" I said, you know, like a liar.
Guess what? College has once again kicked my ass, but that's mostly thanks to my psychology class requiring a LOT of note-taking from a textbook, and that can take HOURS to do. But now that this semester over and we're on summer break, I should, theoretically, have more time to write. I just need to get my ass to sit down and WRITE.
Life update aside, Teruya and Yuki are doing some one-on-one bonding and it seems to going well!
...Until it doesn't.
TWs: Implied Past Suicide, Past Death
AO3 Version
Part 1 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5
The Protag Teruya AU was inspired by @/anotherprofessional’s post! Beware of Void spoilers though!
Fic is under read more!
“Come on, Yuki! Ten more push-ups!”
“T-Ten more?!”
Teruya snorts into his water bottle. Yuki looks up from his place on the floor, sending a frown his way.
“Don’t…laugh at me…! O-Once I’m done here…I’m taking a nice long nap!” Yuki said, before obeying Shinji’s orders and starting up his next push-up. Teruya just smiles before taking another sip of his water.
It was the afternoon, and Teruya decided to spend some time with Shinji in the fitness room to keep in shape. Shinji was sharing what kind of workout routine firefighters use when Yuki had come into the room very suddenly, looking around as if he was searching for something. His eyes had landed on him but before he could say anything, Shinji had swooped in and taken him under his wing once more, declaring that they were going to continue his training starting with the treadmills. Despite his hesitance, it was very easy to rope Yuki into working out.
Teruya can’t help but smile as he watches them interact. It was really sweet how easily the two of them became friends, especially since Shinji was determined to help Yuki get stronger both mentally and physically.
He just hopes things stay as peaceful as they are right now.
“Augh.” Yuki collapses onto the floor, his arms spread out like a starfish. “I…I did it. No more.”
“Hmmm, I don’t know. I think it’s time we test out the dumbbells.” Shinji said, approaching the weights. Teruya, who had been leaning against the ping pong table, decided he had enough of watching Yuki struggling to keep up and decided to intervene.
“Actually, I think it’s time we all took a break. Just watching Yuki collapse on the floor is enough to tire me out.” Teruya said, lowering his water bottle onto his lap. Shinji pauses before staring down at Yuki’s form. He didn’t even bother to get up.
“...You know what? You’re probably right.” Shinji relents as he awkwardly drops his shoulders. “If Hajime were here, he’d be scolding me for pushing you too hard.”
“You think?” Yuki dryly said. Teruya rubs his fingers against the bottle, the plastic crinkling under his touch.
“Well, he is the most concerned about health. And even he acknowledges that we should be taking breaks every now and then.” He sent him a smile. “Besides, I’ll get bored if we keep training all day.”
“I guess we’ll be stopping here, then.” Shinji said, and Yuki let out a sigh. The firefighter is quick to point at the both of them though as he raises his voice. “But we’ll be picking up where we left off tomorrow!! After breakfast, we’re hitting the dumbbells, got it?!”
“Cool…see you later, Big Bro…” Yuki agreed without much fuss. Teruya can’t tell if Yuki is this much of a doormat, or he’s a lot more excited to hang out than he’s letting on due to his exhaustion.
“I’ll be there.” It was nice to get a good burn from a workout. It helps him manage his anxiety while keeping him fit. And he enjoyed hanging out with Shinji and Hajime anyway. They were one of the first people he bonded with among the class.
“Great! I’m gonna go check up on Hajime then. See you at dinner!” Shinji then left the fitness room. Once he is gone, Teruya walks over to Yuki and kneels down.
“You alright, Yuki?” He asked. Yuki manages to turn himself over onto his back. He looked exhausted.
“I didn’t mean to get roped into working out like that…ugh.” Yuki rubs his face. “And knowing Big Bro, he’ll drag me back here right after breakfast.”
“You have the right to say ‘no,’ you know.” He pointed out unhelpfully, prodding Yuki with his finger. The student swats his hand away, apparently having enough energy to do that much.
“I-I know that! I just…” Yuki puts his hands over his face, covering his expression completely. His voice becomes muffled. “No one has ever taken that much of an interest in me before…”
“No one?” That’s strange. It’s not like Yuki is weird or anything. He’s a pretty chill guy and Teruya can tell that he can get along with pretty much anyone as long as he reaches out. Personally speaking, it had been easy to get along with him so far on Teruya’s end.
Of course, that’s ignoring the way his head hurts whenever he looks at him.
“Mmm…Yeah.” Yuki said, slowly sitting up. “To be honest…while I did hang out with other people at school, I, uh, didn’t really go out that much. Or have many friends.”
“Huh…Who woulda thought? I know you’re pretty passive and introverted, but you get along with everyone here just fine.” Teruya sits beside him. Yuki scratches his cheek, looking away in his embarrassment.
“Well, the thing is…there’s usually a bunch of people with us whenever we’re talking. I’m, uh, actually pretty shy.”
Shy, huh…?
Teruya never thought Yuki could be shy.
He never…really came off that way from what he saw. He's just a little awkward, that’s all.
He should reach out more. He should trust a bit more.
No, wait, that thought is a little dangerous. Especially in a situation like this. And while there’s nothing wrong with trying to put faith in other people, too much of it could leave you vulnerable. He didn’t want Yuki to get hurt if he were to get taken advantage of.
…Well, not like Shinji would let his doubts stop him. He’s more than willing to let out a helping hand, even at the risk of getting himself burned. It might be why he latched onto Yuki so quickly out of everyone here. He clearly wants to help him come out of his shell…in his own way.
“…I see. I don’t have any memories of my past, so I can’t say for sure what my advice would be.” If this was a normal class field trip, Teruya probably would’ve encouraged him to hang out with the rest of his classmates. To try something new with them. But right now, they were in a killing game, which comes with a life-or-death risk. But…since they were already here together… “Wanna ask each other questions?”
“Huh?? Uh, sure. Like what?” Yuki blinks his wide eyes at him. He seems to be surprised at the suggestion. Teruya thinks on the idea for a moment.
“Well…we can start simple, I guess. How about hobbies and favorite foods?” He asked, already thinking of his own answers. Yuki snorts.
“Those topics are pretty meaningless.” He said as he scratched his cheek. Teruya pouts before slapping his hand against the floor. He didn’t want to risk breaking the no violence rule.
“Hey, I think they’re great as starting points! You never know what you’ll find in common with someone.” Especially when it comes to hobbies. If they can find something similar they can enjoy together, then that’s just the prime opportunity to create a deeper bond.
“Okay, okay! I do think it could help us get a little closer.” Yuki waves his hands in an attempt to placate Teruya. The student curls his hand near his chin as he takes a moment to think. “When it comes to hobbies…I guess I’d have to go with video games. I have a PlayRotation back at home, so…”
“Oh yeah, didn’t you want that PlayRotation back at the gift shop?” Teruya asked, recalling the time they spent investigating the Monocruise. At this point, he can navigate it just fine without guidance due to its simple layout.
“Augh, yeah. I still don’t have enough Crow Cards for it. Oh well…” He sighs but suddenly starts to smile like another thought had hit him. “Oh yeah! Have you tried cup ramen from the store? It’s actually pretty good. Not to mention fast and convenient.”
“I have.” He shared some with Iroha when he had caught her in the kitchen trying to cook for herself. “The noodles are good, but it’s even better when you chop up your own fresh ingredients and toss them into the pot yourself.”
“Wow, I never thought of that, actually.” Yuki said, his eyes even going wide at the idea alone. Teruya snorts.
“Really? Why wouldn’t you?” Teruya crosses his legs. “The noodles are already handmade and you have the sauce in the package right there. You just need to grab your own ingredients like ham, lettuce, spinach, and eggs, cook them and combine them together after boiling the noodles. And viola! You have a full course meal.”
“True, that does sound good.” Yuki chuckles. “But I prefer how quick and convenient it is. You just need to add some hot water, close the lid, and let time do all the work for you.”
“But it’s so much better when you add something you like to it!”
“Pfft…” Yuki covers his mouth, trying to hide his smile and the laugh that threatens to spill out of him. “Geez, how did we start debating over noodles of all things?”
“I don’t know, but you know I’m right.” Teruya teased and Yuki rolled his eyes. There was a brief moment of silence before he suddenly speaks up.
“Have you found any hobbies, Teruya?” Yuki asked, going back to the other question that he had yet to answer for himself. Teruya hums, intertwining his hands together.
“Well…I’ve picked up sewing.” Teruya admits, circling his thumbs around each other. Yuki blinks his eyes.
“Sewing?” He seemed caught off guard by the idea. Teruya nods his head.
“Yeah. I even have the kit on me.” Teruya gets up from the floor to grab his backpack, walking back to Yuki so he could show him. He pulls out a box that was small and compact, made out of wood but he had painted a rainbow on it to add a bit of flair to it. Just as he opens up the box to show Yuki the tools, he starts to snort. Teruya raises an eyebrow at him. “What?”
“N-Nothing, it’s just…” Yuki tries to cover up his smile with his hand. “What’s with you and rainbows?”
“Wha…” Teruya pouts, narrowing his eyes. “The rainbow can be really cool in symbolism! Like, being the floating bridge of heaven the creators used to descend and create the land we live on! Or how they’re bridges between humans and the supernatural! Or even used as a symbol of cooperation and peace! Honestly, I don’t understand why people see the rainbow as something childish!” He huffs, turning away and hiding his sewing kit from Yuki’s sight. When he doesn’t respond with some kind of tease, Teruya feels a tinge of awkwardness and turns back around. Yuki was staring at him and he can’t help but feel subconscious about it. “…uh, Yuki?”
“Huh?” The student blinks his eyes before coming back to awareness. “Oh! Sorry. I got a little distracted.” He slowly smiles at him, scratching at his cheek. “You…really know a lot about rainbows, huh? Are you religious, perhaps?”
“Uh…no, I don’t think so.” Teruya denies it as he remembers the Uehara Bell Tower. Even if it wasn’t a religion he was a part of, just looking at it did nothing to stir any feelings of belief in God or any other holy being. That being said… “I think I believe in an afterlife, but I’m not interested in any kind of faith. Why?”
“Oh, uh, I was just asking since you brought up heaven and creators.” Yuki puts his hand on his lap, scooting closer. “I definitely learned something new about rainbows, though.”
“Yeah…” He trials off. He suppose he researched a lot about rainbows if he was so interested in them. Not that he’s complaining, he loves rainbows and just seeing it brings a sense of comfort and familiarity to him. His hand brushes over the rainbow that’s sewn in his jacket before bringing out the sewing kit again. “Anyways, I’ve been practicing sewing clothes and stuff on my own during downtime. I started with some tiny bean bags before moving onto clothing, like bags and shirts.”
“Wow, really? How’d they turn out?” Yuki leans in, his interest peaking. Teruya grins and pulls out his handbook. Going into the photo gallery, he shows him the first projects he made since starting his hobby. He started with the bean bags, some of which were a bit misshapen but quickly improved the more he made, creating a small pile on his desk from worst to best from bottom to top. Of course, when he was fully confident in skills, he had made a rainbow one with ease and set it at the very top of the pile. He then showed pictures of the bags he had made, starting with simple knot bags to six-pocket bags. But eventually, he had quickly gotten bored with just doing bags and quickly moved onto an easy pullover shirt. All these projects had a rainbow somewhere in their design. Yuki stared at the pictures, amazed but also a little confused if his furrowed brow was any indication. “This is…really good stuff. But, where did you even get the materials for this?”
“Oh, I bought all the materials from the mart or the gift shop. It had practically everything I could need in there, from silk to cotton to polyester…It felt like heaven!” Teruya couldn’t wipe the dumb grin off of his face, holding his handbook close to his chest. “If I had a sewing machine, it’d be even better, and if I had to take something from the gift shop, I would have to pay for it. But sometimes you gotta make do with what you can!”
“Huh…” Yuki blinks his eyes at him. “You seem to have a lot of experience in this. Did you do fashion by any chance?” A thought suddenly hits Teruya and his eyes shine with delight.
“Do you think so??” Teruya brushes his fingers along the sewing kit. “Hey, do you think I can make something complicated? Like a…rainbow camo uniform or something? Wouldn’t that be really cool?! Although I’ll need retake my measurements…OH, unless you’re okay with it, I can make you something—“
“W-Wait, wait, wait, I never said I wanted a new outfit or anything!” Yuki immediately starts to scoot away from him but Teruya wasn’t going to back down just yet.
“Aw, come on, Yuki! Aren’t you tired of wearing your school uniform every day? Not to mention that it’s pretty plain. Don’t you wanna try something new and innovative? I promise I’ll make something you’ll love!” Teruya was half teasing, half begging him to let him do something interesting. He even goes as far as to tug on the sleeve of Yuki’s plain brown blazer. Yuki swats his hand away, his face turning red with embarrassment.
“I like my uniform as is, thank you very much!” Yuki turns away with a huff. “Geez, you really are Teruya Otori, jumping at the chance to act like you’re selling me something!”
Teruya freezes.
He stares at Yuki, his heart loudly pounding in his chest.
Or was that his head, with the way it felt as though his skull was going to crack from how much it hurt?
Yuki uncurls his fists as the silence continues between them.
And then, he slowly raises his head.
“…What?” Yuki asked, slowly raising an eyebrow.
“…Yuki. Have we…really…not met before?” He presses his hand against his head, sweat sliding down his face as he tries to relieve the pressure in his brain. The student blinked his eyes at him.
“I…No, we haven’t–“
“Then why? Why did you act like we’ve met before?” Teruya snapped, even though he didn’t mean to do that. It’s just that this headache won't go away. Like there was an answer at the tip of his tongue but he’s struggling to even form the words to say it. Why can’t he say it? Why was his brain so useless right now?
Why can’t he just remember already?
“…Oh.” Yuki said, blinking his eyes. “That’s what you meant.” He awkwardly tugs on his tie. “…Sorry, I should’ve been more careful with what I said. I didn’t mean to give you an impression that we’ve met before…at least face to face.”
Teruya squints at him.
What does he mean by that?
Sensing his confusion, Yuki speaks up.
“I…actually came looking for you. Before Shinji dragged me into training, anyway.” Yuki started digging through the pockets. Teruya sits up a bit straighter. Yuki did come to the gym pretty suddenly. He just didn’t think he was looking for him, specifically. “Remember when Ms. Taira introduced herself? And how she apparently knows you?”
“I…How could I forget?” Teruya swallowed, his nails scratching against his scalp as he grips a fistful of his own hair. Akane Taira’s introduction to the group had thrown everyone into a loop, Teruya especially. She had somehow survived an entire week stuck out in sea before washing up to shore and she had the weirdness to off-handedly say that it wasn’t the first time this had happened to her. None of them could bring themselves to question how a Former Ultimate Maid would end up stranded out in sea, but at this point Teruya had heard enough crazy stories from the students to believe it. But that didn’t change the fact that she knows him and he had to ask her. He had to know what she knew about him.
And, for what it was worth, she was willing to tell him. Even when she was uncertain of telling them everything at once, she answered his questions to the best of her ability.
His name really is Teruya Otori.
He worked for the Kisaragi Foundation as Head of the Treasury Division.
He was the Former Ultimate Merchant, and went to Hope’s Peak Academy with Akane Taira and Rei Mekaru.
He was the same age as her, a young adult woman…
Teruya felt an uncomfortable pit in his stomach, but he tries to ignore it for the time being. It wasn’t his fault that he just assumed himself to be the same age as the students. Everyone was also under the impression that he was of similar age, maybe a little older like Shinji, as there was no evidence at the time to prove that he was or wasn't a student. But it still didn’t feel good to know that he was one of the few actual adults in the group aside from Akane. And no, Shinji didn’t count, for he was still a high school student and being a legal adult doesn’t mean that he had the experiences and maturity of one. Teruya, despite his amnesia, was an adult that has to look after these students. An adult that has to take that responsibility.
Teruya swallowed.
He didn’t want to think about it or how his own assumptions almost landed him in hot water.
At least now, Akane could probably share his load. If only he could get her to open up and take part in the group, though…
“Well, it got me thinking. More specifically, about your name.” Yuki pulls out a page of what seems to be an old article that had been folded up to fit in his pocket better. “I swore I heard it before but I couldn’t place a finger on where exactly. But after learning that you were the Former Ultimate Merchant, I felt as though something was clicking but, uh…it wasn’t connecting. For some reason. Sorry, am I making any sense?”
“Uh — no, no! You’re making perfect sense!” Teruya pulls himself out of his thoughts, loosening his grip on his hair and rubbing the back of his neck. Now wasn’t the time to get distracted by the dilemma of his own age. Yuki wanted to share something important to him so he should pay attention. “I…I get what you’re saying. A lot more than you think. My amnesia…whenever I feel like I should know something, I can’t form the words to say it. Or visualize it. Like…Like it’s on the tip of my tongue, you know?”
“Yeah, yeah, exactly!” Yuki nods his head, almost like a bobblehead. He adjusts his sitting position so that he is on his knees and starts unfolding the article. “I felt as though I knew something but I just couldn’t remember where, so I went looking for articles and stuff with your name on it. If you were the Ultimate Merchant, you were probably mentioned somewhere on the news since you’d be famous for your talent in business at a young age. But, uh, since there weren’t any computers here, I had to try my luck at the library.”
“Oh yeah. You came into the library around noon yesterday, right?” Teruya knew because he was there with Mikado for his lessons, like always. While things had gotten…awkward between them, Mikado was insistent that they stick to their schedule. After what happened a few days ago, Teruya couldn’t say no even when he struggled to look Mikado in the eye. He couldn’t slack off. Not anymore.
(He just…couldn’t believe he had lied to him. Lied about himself. What else has he lied about? Was anything he told him even true?)
“Yeah. I gotta thank Mikado later. He was the one who pointed out where the articles were. I couldn’t have started my search without him.” Yuki said, as he gave him a grin. “And you know what? I actually found something about you!”
“…Wait, really?!” Teruya’s eyes went wide. To find something about himself in a place like this…what were the odds?
“Yeah, take a look.” Yuki shows him the article and Teruya, almost delicately, holds one side of the page as he leans in to read it.
The article itself was pretty normal as it was printed in newsprint paper, and was about a supermarket brand that has been growing exponentially over the last few years. It was short with little comments from an interview with the CEO himself and his own son.
Both of whom were pictured right there in color.
An older, taller man with graying green hair and an unshaven beard and mustache was grinning from ear to ear as he held his son close by his shoulders. The son was much smaller than him, but the resemblance to each other was obvious just by looking at them despite how young and round his face looked in comparison to his father’s. His green hair was a brighter shade of green due to his youth, his rounder almond-shaped eyes a darker shade of green, and freckles dotting his cheeks as they were stretched from his own smile. The pride was practically radiating off of both of them and there was a blurb of text written underneath the photo:
“The Otori Mart’s success has been a joint effort with me and my son, and I hope it’ll continue to thrive as he grows up!” said Kojiro Otori (left), with his arms around his son, Teruya Otori (right).
Kojiro…Otori…
Kojiro Otori…
Kojiro Otori.
That was the man’s name.
With the same last name as his.
And the same business that was brought up by Mikado when they were discussing the possibilities of his own past, the Otori Mart.
Teruya brushes his fingers against the photo, lingering on the image of the man before him. Almost disregarding the son completely, who was without a shadow of a doubt himself. He didn’t need it explained any further than a glance. It was definitely his face, his hair and his freckles. He was just smaller and younger. A natural difference between a young boy and a grown man.
But the man next to him…is Kojiro Otori.
CEO of the Otori Mart.
And…his own father.
He can see his own father. The appearance he had completely forgotten of, the image that haunted him in his forgotten space of memories…he knows it now. He knows what his father looked like. If his hair, which was apparently green like his, didn’t turn white…Teruya would look a lot like him right now. Just not in their eye shapes and his smaller nose.
And Kojiro Otori…He looked so happy to have him. He was smiling and holding him close, gushing about his son just as much as they talked about the business in the article.
He…must love him, right?
If he were here now, they’d be side by side by now, right?
His dad would hug him and tell him everything is going to be alright, right?
His dad…his dad…
“The Otori Mart has always been a popular brand but it apparently skyrocketed once the CEO’s son, Teruya Otori, started helping out in the business. It got really famous, which got the attention of the media as it started becoming more widespread in the country! It wasn’t as big as the Togami Corporation or anything but they’ve been able to sell anything and nearly everything to those that needed or wanted it. From what I can tell, the shops can be different depending on where you go, from a giant supermarket to a small convenience store and — Teruya?” Yuki stops his rambling. He barely looked up from staring at the article when he felt the student shake his shoulder. “Hey, are you…crying?”
Crying?
He was...crying?
Teruya lifts his hand up to his eyes, finally realizing the hot, wet drops of tears slipping from his eyelids. He opens his mouth to speak but only a gasp of air comes out.
“Hey, hey…!” Yuki lets go of the article, wrapping his arms around Teruya’s shoulders. He leans into the hug as he feels a desperate need for comfort rise in his chest and threatens to burst out of him. Teruya does his best to blink away the tears. But they kept coming, his brain throbbing harder and harder as he continued to stare at the article. Yuki squeezes his shoulder. “I…I’m sorry. I didn’t…Are you okay? Are you hurting, Teruya?”
“I…” Teruya wanted to say ‘yes, isn’t it obvious?’ But he manages to clamp his mouth shut before such mean words could slip out. Yuki didn’t deserve that. Even when he shouldn’t trust him with such vulnerabilities. Teruya swallows, dropping the article and wiping away his tears to calm himself down. It didn’t really work. “I…I-I…”
“H-Hey, it’s…It’s okay. It’s okay. I’m here for you, Teruya.” Yuki said, gently patting his back. Teruya whimpers, wishing he could pull away but unwilling to.
It felt so nice.
It felt so sickening.
And Teruya swallowed, the visage of his father blurring until there was nothing but himself, a pair of shoes, and—
“I think he’s dead.”
His voice was only a whisper but it left a stunned silence in its wake.
Yuki froze as he held him. His mouth hung wide open, his hands lingering on his shoulders but Teruya can only stare blankly at the article. At his father, or what seemed to remain of him. And the heavy burden he left on his heart.
Eventually, though, Yuki recovered enough to speak.
“Are…Are you sure about this…?” Yuki asked, his voice small and uncertain. “I-I mean, I know this article is old…You’re obviously not the same age when this photo was taken since you look so different but I’m sure he’s—“
“I know he’s dead.” Teruya shuts down the train of thought coldly. “…I don’t remember it. But I know. I just…I feel it in my gut.”
He knew.
Even though he couldn’t remember, even though the images that flashed in his mind were too vague and unclear…
He knew.
With a heavy heart, he knew.
“…oh.” Yuki said, almost small and dumbfounded. He slowly pulls away, leaving Teruya to stare at an article that held a piece of his past. A small one that didn’t really help him remember. But it did give him an idea of who his father is and what he looked like. Yuki tugs on his tie. “I…I’m sorry. I didn’t think this would…”
Teruya was silent, caressing the image of his father.
And then, he picks up the article carefully.
“…No, don’t be.” Teruya takes a deep breath and gives him his best smile. “Thank you for showing me this. I…you have no idea how much it means to me to just…know.”
“Really? Even though you…” Yuki scrutinized him with his eyes but Teruya kept his focus on the article.
“…Not every memory I’ll have will be sunshine and rainbows, Yuki. The fact that I’ve been in a killing game before, with Akane Taira…Of course there’s going to be some messed up moments.” Teruya gently folds the article back up before putting it in his pockets. He swallows to try and relieve the lump in his throat. “…But, I think I’m gonna go now. It’s still…a lot…to take in.”
“…Y-Yeah. I get it.” Yuki gets up from the floor. Teruya does the same. “I’ll see you around?”
“Yeah.” And, because he didn’t want to leave on a sour note, he spoke up. “Before you go, I do have something to give you.”
“Oh, no, you don’t have to do that!” Yuki tries to turn him down but Teruya just bumps his elbow with his own.
“Sorry, but I ain’t taking ‘no’ for an answer.” His grin becomes a little bigger, and a little more genuine. “I think you’ll like it a lot.”
“…Okay, now I’m curious.” Yuki caves in pretty quickly, like usual, and Teruya walks over to his backpack. It had been pretty heavy the whole day since one of the gifts he planned to hand over was for Yuki, and while the weight is something he can carry around with ease, it was still tiring with everything else he had inside. But since Yuki had come to him, he didn’t have to spend the energy looking for him. Teruya opens the flap and carefully lifts the item from inside. When he finally reveals what it is, Yuki’s eyes go wide. “…No fucking way.”
“Yes way.” He said, before setting down the Playrotation4 right onto the ping pong table.
“You…You actually got it!” Yuki springs over to his side, almost touching the game station before stopping in place. He looks up at him with hesitating eyes. “D…Did you pay for this? H-How can I…How can I pay you back?”
“Pay me back?” Teruya chuckles and shakes his head. “Yuki, I didn’t get this for you just to expect something in return. I saw that you wanted it, so I decided to get it for you. As for how…honestly, I just got lucky at the Monocrow Machine and it came tumbling out. I did have to ask Monocrow for help, though, since it was, uh, stuck in there.”
“But, you didn’t have to…” Yuki finally puts his hands on the Playrotation4 but he makes no move to take it. Like he was so unused to anyone giving him any kind of gift outside of a special occasion. Seeing that his reassurance was falling flat, Teruya switches tactics.
“Hey, don’t worry about it. Just think of it as me investing in your goodwill by showing some of my own. Or thanking you for giving me that article. I really do appreciate it, you know.” Teruya pushes the game station closer to Yuki, urging him to take his gift. The student hesitates for only a second longer before he puts his hands underneath the gift.
“…Alright. Thanks, Teruya.” Yuki gives him a smile and starts to lift the Playrotation4. His eyes were glimmering with excitement, which felt like a rare sight to see with how down-to-earth Yuki is. “I’m gonna go set this up in my room. See ya!”
“Bye, Yuki.” Teruya waves as Yuki leaves the fitness room. He waits for a minute to make sure he’s gone, as the boys’ dormitory was all on one floor. But when he finally leaves and heads for the stairs, he sees the bathrooms and decides to make a detour instead.
Once he was certain it was empty, Teruya locked himself in a stall.
He takes a deep breath.
And allows himself to bawl, with almost no restraint.

TRIGGER WARNING FOR: Pregnancy, implied sexual conduct, Transgender pregnancy, vulgar language
“My love for you knows no bounds.” CHAPTER 1
It has been two weeks at least since Utsuro was with Yamato Kisaragi in his dorm room, the remembrance of that night of passion having washed over Utsuro like a wave. He thought back on it, the warmth of their bodies pressed together, Yamato inside of him and making him feel whole, the way his lips had kissed at his neck, the feeling of Yamato cumming inside of him...and now, Utsuro felt sick. Kanata had suggested him take a pregnancy test, as that was general procedure…however, he had no clue how he could tell Yamato if the test was positive.
Utsuro sighed. He had been sitting in the bathroom for at least twenty minutes, his face in his hands and the test that he took in his other hand. This was it, then. Utsuro was terrified to even glance down at the test as he felt like he could puke at any moment from the nausea hitting him nowadays. Despite having such divine luck, Utsuro had no clue what to even think. He felt like he had done everything right, yet here he was, possibly pregnant with Yamato Kisaragis’ child. The idea itself was laughable to Utsuro, considering he had “divine luck”.
Utsuro looked up finally and glanced at the test. It was positive. The pregnancy test was positive. Utsuro couldn’t believe it, yet he wasn’t surprised. Utsuro would try to recall back to that night of passion he had with Yamato, attempting to think of what Yamato could’ve said that deserved Utsuro getting knocked up like this. Utsuro thought hard, and remembered only a few words that could be relevant.
“ I hope I can get you pregnant, Utsuro. I love the idea of it so much.”
“God, I’ve wanted to fuck you so badly, Utsu... You have no idea…”
were a few words that came to mind that felt important to recall, Utsuro giving a pinkish blush upon his face as he felt a sinking feeling in his core. Yamato had really gotten him pregnant, and Utsuro had no clue if the father himself would be happy with this or not. He was terrified, really, his legs trembling as he sat down and held the test in his hand, sighing heavily as he wondered if Yamato would even be fine with the truth, the gingerish-haired trans man feeling his abdomen, knowing what was inside as he prepared to go speak to Yamato about this, getting himself up and out of his dorm room to go speak to the inventor.
Utsuro wandered out, looking around, and seeing Yamato in the hallway, speaking with his friends, a few people who were in a relationship. Utsuro felt himself grow more anxious as he saw the taller, stronger man, but knew that he had to go and talk to him.
Utsuro tried to ignore Mikako, Yamatos’ sister. Mikako was nice and all, but Utsuro wasn’t wanting to talk to her right now. Rei was also there, and Rei was Mikako’s’ girlfriend. Utsuro would step over quietly as he gave a quiet, tired wave to Yamato and the others. He already felt horrible and it hadn’t even been an hour since he found out he was pregnant.
Utsuro had no clue where to start, and he looked at the ground as Yamato looked to him, wondering what was up.
Yamato smiled and spoke up, looking to the shorter, tired-looking boy, saying,
"Hey, Utsuro! How’s it going?”
Utsuro felt a knot in his throat as he gave a quiet greeting back. “…Hello, Yamato.” He responded. It seemed usual, but it had a few undertones of nervousness, despite the shorter man not showing his emotions whatsoever.
“May…I possibly tell you something, Yamato?” Utsuro asked, glancing up at Yamato before glancing away, not making eye contact.
"Of course! What is it? Is there something wrong, Utsuro?" Yamato asked.
Yamato, despite being an airhead and seemingly not able to understand emotions, was actually concerned, knowing that Utsuro wasn't usually like this.
Utsuro decided to whisper into Yamatos’ ear, trying not to draw attention to himself from Mikako or Rei, giving a shaking inhale before finally spilling his words.
“I…ah…I went to Kanata, and she suggested I get a pregnancy test. Well, I…took this pregnancy test, and it came back positive.”
Utsuro then pulled away, keeping quiet as he awaited Yamatos’ reaction, only hoping that Yamato wouldn’t draw attention to them or say anything brash.
"Oh, shit."
Yamato realized, and Rei and Mikako could both hear it.
Mikako gave a look.
"What, is he pregnant or something?" Rei joked sarcastically as she looked to the two men, giving a smug grin as she put a hand on her hip.
Mikako glared to her girlfriend before giving a playful elbow to the side.
"Rei, don't joke like that."
Yamato had no words, and Mikako knew deep down that Rei was right.
"Wait, are you serious?!" Mikako asked as she felt her disbelief be suspended for just a moment before being dropped, nearly choking on her spit in sudden realization.
That was when Utsuro nodded slowly, Yamato practically trying not to explode in excitement as he somewhat jumped excitedly, shaking his hands in a happy manner, nodding vigorously to Mikako. Utsuro wasn’t exactly amused at this, trying to hide his face in embarrassment.
Mikako was flabbergasted, her jaw practically dropping to the floor, her eyes wide in surprise, her hands in her hair as she couldn't believe it. She was in shock, and so was Rei, the orange-haired woman putting a hand over her mouth as she gasped, saying a low “ooooo” under her breath.
"Well, fuck me sideways."
Rei remarked, still unable to believe it.
Mikako was absolutely floored. She was unsure of what to say.
"You're...actually pregnant?” Mikako asked as she looked down at Utsuro. the exorcists’ tall and thin frame practically looming over the divine-lucks’ body.
Utsuro would only give a small nod, making it obvious that he wasn’t lying, being blatantly obvious as Yamato started to rub a hand against Utsuros’ stomach, which was just slightly bulged out.
Utsuro felt sick from being touched, albeit that could’ve been from the fetus being in place or the dread he felt. Hell, it could’ve been a mix of both.
All Utsuro knew right now, however, was that he was pregnant with Yamatos’ child. He knew this would get more complicated in the next few months, as this was only the start.

Ummm... so about superanothertale...
It's actually almost finished, buuuut I don't really like how it ended. Like, it has the same type of writing as the prologue and all, but it feels... lazy.
It's not very good nor something very polished so in order to counter that I've decided to ✨️make drawings✨️ (yeah how original).
Well it's not like drawings will make everything better buy at least they'll be something to look at while reading so idk just a thought. But right now I can't draw, I think I can start like, on Wednesday, so for now I'll try and finish the chapter and then when I have the time I'll do the drawings (I have thought of making quite a lot)
I'm also drawing bc I'm not the best at writing and I feel some things would need to be drawn to understand (I'm an amateur at writing, sorry).
SO SUPERANOTHERTALE IS NOT DEAD, I just haven't had the time or motivation to finish it.
I honestly just hope that the chapter is uploaded before September.

ˢᵘⁿᵈᵃʸˢ ᵃʳᵉ ᶠᵒʳ ᵘˢ ;; ˢᵉᵗˢᵘᵏᵉⁱ ⁽ˢᵈʳᵃ²⁾
Summary: Nikei Yomiuri's favourite day of the week is Sunday. There isn't a special reason for this other than because that's the day Setsuka Chiebukuro visits him just to talk about how her week went. Word Count: 2,347 A/N: All my other fics are Xanrei fics (DRDT) but I was really sick a while ago, and Setsukei was the only thing keeping me going. Because of that, here's a Setsukei one shot I wrote back in May. I'll get to writing more Xanrei soon!
Tumblr media
just the usual with us.
When Setsuka Chiebukuro first came into Nikei Yomiuri's house uninvited on a random Sunday just to talk about how her week went and nothing more, Nikei hated it. He was in the middle of writing his newest article, and he didn't have time to hear about what Setsuka did. He kicked her out as soon as he could and went back to writing in peace.
She came back next Sunday to do the same. Then the next. The next one too. It was every. Single. Sunday.
The worst part was that she always came while he was writing his latest article. He kept changing the time of when he was writing it to avoid her interrupting, but she always came right when he was in the middle of it. He had no clue how she managed to do that, but it was annoying.
Eventually, he got used to it. Nikei found a way to work on his article while listening to Setsuka's week as she did basically whatever she felt like in his bedroom. It became a routine: Setsuka showed up at Nikei's house sometime on Sunday, they went to Nikei's bedroom, Setsuka talked about her week as Nikei talked to her while working on his article, Setsuka left, and it repeated next week. She always made time for it even on her busiest Sundays, and after the first few months, he started making sure the only journalism thing he was doing on Sundays was writing an article.
After more than a dozen of them, Sundays became predictable, nice, and his favourite day of the week.
When Nikei and Setsuka started dating, the first thing he asked her was to not stop visiting him on Sundays. She thought him asking was the cutest thing ever—it was not cute at all—and promised she had no plans to ever stop.
Today was a Sunday, and it was as nice as ever.
"Me and Em went home after that," Setsuka was telling him, eating some Alsatang he bought a while ago after finding out she liked them. "Em doesn't think we're allowed there anymore."
"It wasn't that bad," Nikei replied at his desk. He tried not to forget about writing his article while talking to her since his self-made deadline was approaching—his actual wasn't until a few months, but he liked being early by a few weeks—but it got harder as the Sundays went by and he started to like listening to her. There was this way that she could make even the most mundane topic the most interesting thing he heard all week. She would do great as a journalist.
She nodded. "That's what I'm saying, but Em thinks we're safer not going ever again. The food there was nice, so I'll miss that. I can have other people buy me food from there, though. People that aren't probably banned." She flashed him a smile. "You will, right?"
"Don't use me for food," was his response.
"I'll take that as a yes."
"That was definitely not a yes."
"It basically is with you."
Nikei didn't bother arguing. He would buy her food from that restaurant she liked if she wanted it. He was sure the disturbance she and their classmate, Emma Magorobi, caused wasn't bad enough to cause them to forever be banned from entering, but he would do it for her.
"That's all I did this week," Setsuka finished. "Nothing that interesting happened."
"You're classifying your experience with Emma as 'not interesting?'"
"You're the Ultimate Journalist. You tell me if you think that's interesting. If it's a scoop." Setsuka said the last sentence with a teasing smile.
"It's not front-page news or anything like that," Nikei answered. "It's more gossip than scoop-worthy. There are people who would be interested in hearing what Ultimate students did, but not enough to pick it up and read the whole thing."
"That's a lot of words for 'not interesting.'"
"It is interesting"—everything she did was interesting to him—"just not news-worthy."
"I'll take your word for it, Nik." She looked out his window. He preferred to work in the dark, which he got used to when writing articles all night, but he kept his windows open on Sundays. Setsuka didn't like sitting in the dark as much as he did. It didn't make sense when just her smile could brighten a room, but he was good with whatever made her happy. "We should go on a date next week. There's a small festival happening in the park on Sunday. We can go—if you don't make it into a journalism thing."
"Don't you come over on Sundays though?" Nikei tried not to make his voice sound needy and desperate.
"It's fine. I can come on Saturday—"
"Don't come on Saturday."
She blinked but didn't question it. "We can just hang out on Sunday then. Nothing special is happening, but it does sound fun!"
Nikei has no doubt that Setsuka would have fun. She could have fun almost anywhere. He would be fine with going to the festival if it wasn't on Sunday.
Sundays were their day. It was just a random day of the week, but Setsuka chose it as her day to come over, and he loved it. Her coming to his house on a Saturday wouldn't feel the same, and her talking about her week at the park during a festival wouldn't feel the same either. Sunday was a calm day for him since he never had anything other than writing to do, and having it at his house made it feel familiar and, in a way, domestic. Nikei Yomiuri was in no way a man that wanted a domestic lifestyle—journalism would never allow that—but he liked how it—this—felt with Setsuka.
However, he was a prideful man, he would admit, so he was never going to say that. "I'll think about it."
She smiled—she had that smile when she managed to get him to agree on doing something with her. Yes, he could tell the differences between every smile she had. No, he wasn't crazy. Any sane person would do the same with Setsuka Chiebukuro.
"Great!" she said. "Let me know by Friday before school ends. If you say no, then I'll have to ask someone else."
So, she was going to go whether he came with her or not. If that was the case, then she would probably talk mostly about the festival when she stopped by his house on her way home. He didn't want to hear her talk about an experience he could've been there for with her, so his answer would be going with her. But he wasn't going to say that now, or else he would sound desperate.
Nikei could tell that she was done talking about her week. That meant she would leave soon, so he didn't want that. To keep her here for longer, he said, "Setsuka, can I ask you something?"
"Sure," she responded.
He had no question to ask her. Actually, there was one, and he might as well ask it now. "Why did you start coming here every Sunday just to talk about how your week went?"
"I was wondering when you were going to ask that," Setsuka said. "I've been coming here every Sunday for almost a year, and you haven't said anything until now. I thought journalists were meant to ask questions to understand and know everything they don't."
"W-Well, I didn't know you were waiting for me to ask…" His hand reached up to touch his signature hat and lower it over his face.
"Relax, Nik! You don't have to be so tense." Her laughter that followed was enough to make him calm down under any circumstance. "Big Sis was only teasing."
"You really need to stop calling yourself that…"
She hummed. "Well, Nik, I started coming here because I realized a few weeks ago that you kept overworking yourself."
"No, I don't."
"That's what you kept telling everyone whenever they say it. You still do. Don't think I haven't noticed."
He didn't say anything.
"I care about all of our classmates," Setsuka continued. "That includes you, so Big Sis has to think of a way to get you away from your work even if it was just for half an hour. Then, that incident with Riri happened. I realized after I had the perfect answer to make take you away from your work: Talk to you about my week. I happened to think of that on a Sunday, and since Sunday is the end of the week, it works perfectly."
Nikei nodded along. The incident with Yuri Kagarin was that he made an entire festival just for the girls of their class. He bought everything, but it backfired almost immediately and ended with some of the workers trying to kidnap Yuri. It was interesting to hear, but he was more annoyed at Setsuka showing up out of nowhere to pay too much attention to that.
"It wasn't a fancy plan," she added, "but it's doing its job right. You haven't looked at your article one during the whole conversation!"
He hadn't.
"That's just today," Nikei said. "I'll be working on it tomorrow."
"I know you will, but I've been here for…half an hour?"
"Quarter of an hour."
"Basically an hour. I've been here for that long, and it's enough for now. You need to take breaks, Nik, and you make it clear that you're only taking them by force."
Even though he knew the topic was meant to be getting more serious, Nikei smiled. The thought of Setsuka "forcing" him to take a break just by distracting him with a conversation was sweet. It did work, and it was nice of her to be on the lookout for him.
"I think I can get you to take breaks in other ways now." She gestured to the two of them. "I mean, we are dating."
"Don't tell me you started dating me just to get an easier way for me to take breaks," he deadpanned.
"I would never do that! But since we are, I can do other stuff to get you away from journalism. I have to keep this one my main one, though. You love it too much for me to stop."
"I don't." He very much did.
Setsuka met his eyes. Wordlessly, she stood up from his bed and stood in front of him. Nikei felt a bit trapped with the arms of his desk chair trapping him, but he was okay with it. Mostly. Only if she stopped staring at him with such an expressionless face.
"Everything good, Setsuka?" he tried.
She said nothing. Instead, she cupped his face and tilted his head up. Then, she leaned down, brushed his bangs away, and kissed his forehead. She moved on to kiss his nose, his cheek, his jaw, and other places on his face.
Nikei could feel his face heat up with every kiss she gave him. He tried to push her off, but that only encouraged Setsuka to kiss him more in a faster pace. He should have known she was planning something!
"What are you doing?" His voice came out exasperated and whiny. He could ignore that for now if he could get his face away from her.
"I'm not"—a kiss on his temple—"going to stop"—a kiss on the bridge of his nose—"until you admit"—a kiss under his right eye—"you like my visits." She kissed the corner of his mouth with a smile.
"Okay, okay, I like these visits. Now get off me!" Nikei tried to push her off again once he said the words she wanted to hear. His protests were cut short when she placed one final kiss his lips.
Despite how he felt he should be prideful and not let something as simple as this be what calmed him, Nikei let himself melt into the kiss, one of his hands resting on her shoulder. Knowing that Setsuka wanted to kiss him always made him go to cloud nine. He would want nothing more than to stay like this for as long as possible. Just the two of them, spending their time together for no other reason other than how they wanted to.
Unfortunately, it always ended far too soon for his liking. Today was no exception. Setsuka pulled back, gently breaking the kiss. Their eyes met, and for a second, neither of them said anything.
Then, Setsuka pulled on a cheeky smile and said, "I already knew you loved my visits. You had to, if you asked so sweetly for me to keep doing it when we first started dating."
Nikei was torn from the moment, so as usual, his face started to heat up. "It was not sweet—and why did you even ask that if you already knew the answer?"
"Your reactions are too cute! I don't think I'll ever get bored of them!" She laughed as she said it, and he hated that the best sound he ever heard had to come from embarrassing himself.
No, that was a lie. He didn't hate it. He loved that she found him cute—although he would rather her use a different word—even though he wasn't trying. Nikei never thought of himself as much for romance, but he was sure that if they weren't in high school, he would be looking for wedding venues.
But that was stupid. Nikei was better than those stupid hopeless romantics he always made fun of. They were in high school, and most romantic relationships in high school never make it past graduation—even though he really didn't want to think about a time where he wouldn't have Setsuka. He was basically already married fo journalism anyway. He couldn't spend any more time than he needed to away from it.
But Setsuka did want him to take a break from it. Nikei could listen to her for just a little longer.

If you like: Angst, the dynamic between syobai and sora, the dynamic between rei and kinjo, more angst, crimes, introspection, or more angst, this might be for you!
Please be nice!!! If you aren’t, I will cry, and absolutely no one wants that. Trust me.
also rip syobai for being one of the main characters but barely getting an appearance in the first chapter

Enters your home
Hallo :3
What are your silliest (angstiest) dra/sdra2 ship prompts
OK WARNING FOR TOXIC TRAITS HAPPENING ON SHIPS
This doesn't mean that I idolize or romanticize any of this but it's important to understand that not every couple will be 100% perfect and there's nothing wrong with people having cons or questionable actions if they're acknowledged!!! Again this are head canons therefore not canon, therefore, please feel free to ignore this if it makes you uncomfortable or don't like it. Please and thank you.
With that aside, here's some prompts I imagine:
-Kanade dating Iroha just as a way to forget about her Hibiki obsession but Iroha knows this and yet she stays because she's happy to be loved
-Teruya is planning on proposing to someone(anyone that u want idk) but finds out he's the other man and doesn't know what to do now (archie this sounds like Cartoonronpa stuff) yeah I just love that concept and I think it could be elaborated further specially with teruya
-Haruhiko and Satsuki face a situation where they realize they don't know how to act without the other as none of the things they do everyday now feel self fulfilling but rather for the couple's sake.
-Shinji suffers a mid-life crisis and disappears but only Syobai knows where he might be but fears to go as he thinks he wanted to disappear, so he puts on a fake persona, and visits him in said place to check on him.
-Sora can't understand herself yet so she keeps on rejecting going out with Yoruko but when she finds a new girlfriend, Sora feels jealous
Idk more now but I hope any of this inspires you somehow(?
