I am abysmally late to this but Gemcyt AU in 2025 indeed!

Admittedly I haven’t watched much of Steven Universe but I really wanted to make a Joel and Scott fusion after looking at all the Gemcyt designs again, so here’s Paraiba Tourmaline! I imagine that his personality is like Opal from the original show, since I think Joel and Scott’s personalities balances each other out. The decision to make Paraiba Tourmaline a centaur is mainly as a joke towards Joel’s hatred of horses and the Unicorn Scott headcanon

Looking at comments of old life series videos has lots of fun hidden gems and predictions/suggestions, but it’s also been a big reminder for me that the fandom has ALWAYS been toxic and nitpicky towards the creators. NOT a good thing, but a lot of people seem to think that sort of behavior is new and well the comments of 3L and LL prove otherwise. Sad.
