Lowkey its my biggest pet peeve when ppl say something is canon in scooby doo when its only canon in mystery inc

During the production of Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!, Mystery Inc. was envisioned as five humans and a dog. But the final guy, described as a rich, snooty hipster, was cut from the show. These come from Van Partible, the creator of Johnny Bravo. They are two of several, physical drawings that he got his hands on while working at Hanna Barbera.

This character was likely Mike Andrews mentioned in the initial pitch. (Geoff, Kelly, Linda, and W.W. are Fred, Daphne, Velma, and Shaggy respectively)

Fun Scooby-Doo fact I just realized: Fred is the only member of the gang who has not yet recieved a Werewolf form (as of 2024)

Velma: gets turned into a Werewolf by a wizard in Scooby-Doo! and the Goblin King (2009)

Daphne: gets turned into a Werewolf by a ghost curse in The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo (1985)

Shaggy: gets turned into a Werewolf by Dracula (and his hunch bunch) in Scooby-Doo! and the Reluctant Werewolf (1988)
