Thalia's color is ultramarine, Jason's color is cyan, Percy's is teal, Bianca's is green, Nico's is olive, and Hazel's is gold.

The big 3 kids make a color gradient in order (Zeus [sky] > Poseidon [ocean] > Hades [underground]) hope this helps

HELP I DONT KNOW WHAT IM DOING HELP!!! HELP!!!!! its not don yet,,,,,, eoaugh. shoutout to like the 20 coloring/rendering tips and tutorial videos i watched you all did NOTHING to help. GOD. how hard is is to get a tutorial and help for something that actually ISNT naturally intuitive to me???

waaa waaa lineart hard 🥺🥺 waaa waaa sketching hard!!! ok man how about you struggle with figuring out basic color palettes (color is my absolute worst element of art ive yet to even improve on. this backfired on me i shouldve done more coloring pages when i was younger)

#ok but after like 30 minutes of fighting with the colors i do really like the color scheme i did with this..... like #i tried to keep everything desaturated. but also yellow warmish toned #yellow is supposed to be joyful happy yippee but this is NOT a good moment (for killer at least)#so i desaturated it. idk if that got the intended look but i wanted it to be a bit of like a twisted feeling moment #and then the red against the black of his dt vomit is like to show a contrast between the yellow #which could be calming if it was just left on its own to portray intensity and pain and yadayada #can you tell i love color psychology. can you tell. but i cant even apply any of the stuff ive learned at all #I HATE COLOR I HATE TEXTURE!!!! Here's the color reference that I've been using to make Looking Glasses (prettied up a bit). This was one of the first things I made for the comic, but a lot of it wasn't finalized until after I'd already finished the first few pages. These character designs have changed a lot since then, especially Lancer's, so I'm actually in the process of making a new color reference guide with full-body paper dolls so I can design outfits on them. This guide was incredibly useful though, especially after I had Lancer paint his nails five different colors, which made my life a living hell.

Finding time to draw and have the motivation to do it has been tough.

So I've started to just... sketch ideas whenever they pop into my mind... like sketches that could take around an hour max.

Like this eye strain below the read more! Randomly thought what if there was a PJ who 'errored' out. (Aka what happens if I inverted PJ's color scheme). It's... certainly interesting!

Hopefully I'll be able to show more of these types of sketches (regardless of how rough it is XD)

((but seriously I thought PJ's CMYK color scheme was already blinding my eyes in some instances... inverting those colors can be eye straining so heads up!))
