Thinking how Virgo became a constellation and reading how Astrea, the Greek goddes this sign’s associated with, was the last immortal to ever abandon Earth because she didn’t want to give up on the humans but was eventually forced to do so when she realized that they were beyond saving makes me think how this relates to Shay considering that Virgo is his sun sign and how it takes a lot for him to turn his back on someone, unlike people think.

Does your muse prefer the idea of exploring the depths of the oceans, or the boundless expanses of space more?

Both ideas sound interesting to him. Unfortunately, one is more doable than the other simply for the fact that Rucynians can become very sick or possibly even die if they aren't careful with their water consumption and exposure.

Does your muse prefer the day, or are they more of a night-owl?

Based on the culture that he grew up in, Hearts is more of a morning/day person than a night-owl but both have aspects about them that are pleasant. Incidentally, there are some holidays or special 'ceremonies' which are only held during the night on his home planet.

What message would your muse send to their past self, if any?

“Look more carefully into someone called ‘Fu’ before agreeing to any of his plans. I mean, sure. The Universe Seed gave us a great boost in power, but we severely overestimated how much it could actually provide in the grand scheme of things; all that time and effort, just to end up dead and as a pawn in someone else’s machinations --- I think we might've been better off just honing our own abilities.

all things considered, you might be one of the only few people who can get tatsumi to stop working and relax.

it's something that is so ingrained into his being–the need to be useful, to not be a burden–that he is willing to neglect himself to the point of exhaustion just to make sure he isn't putting extra pressure on others. it may be a byproduct of his experiences overall, and reimei did nothing to help that awful habit.

it may have even exacerbated it, honestly.

he needs to be productive, lest he falls into a vice of his–overthinking.

he knows, theoretically, that trusting his own thoughts is a mistake. because no matter what direction his thoughts lead, he will always, always be the villain in the end.

speaking of old relations...

again, it's been hinted at a few times but amy did have a prior relationship that was just...awful. she rarely talks about this and most people (other than sonic and sticks) don't even know about it as it happened before she got to bygone island. in fact it's one of the main reasons she moved to begin with.

she was, as she puts it, young and dumb and didn't know her own self-worth at that time. it wasn't a healthy relationship, and it left amy with certain mental scars and tribulations that took a long time to work through. she was whittled down and she had to build herself back up. it's why she makes such a point in being independent now, why she takes pride in who she is and rarely puts up with crap.

ironically this is one of the things that drew sonic to her.

It's Too Late to Be Saved

The new student instantly piques Zephia's interest. They are odd and quiet, but seemingly familiar at the same time. How interesting indeed. They are clearly Agarthan, though unlike any other that she had seen in the brief time she had spent in Shambhala. The closest example to any Agarthan she could come up with to this kid was Nikolaos, that mousey man who had explained as much as he could to her while she had still been there.

Not just that, but the kid bears a striking resemblance to a statue that she had observed, though her mousey companion hadn't mentioned who the person depicted was, or rather had been distracted before he could explain any further. But now, that statue bothers her, with how distinct the resemblance was.

Who in the world was this kid? And whatever was an Agarthan doing here so plainly at the academy anyway?

Out of curiosity, she can't help but call out to them after class concludes, probably against her better judgement.

"Dear, could I speak to you for a moment? How do I put this... you... intrigue me, sweetheart."

Despite his nerves, Vash runs a hand along Meryl's thigh up to her hip and around back, cupping her in an intimate squeeze. Higher and higher her fingers wander, teasing at the edge of sensitive petals, causing the blond to shiver.

"Meryl..." he whines, then stretches over her, legs straddled around hers, "Someone's gonna see us..."

Vash says this, but he's not sure he minds—and isn't that horrible? Embarrassed at his own thoughts, he ducks his head into Meryl's shoulder and exhales a hot sigh.

Some say it is a ghost of the past, the golden rabbit spotted in the hallways looking like the old models from decades ago. It raises a hand, pressing a finger to its muzzle to mimic the action of requesting silence. Then, it seems to pull out a plush rabbit from nowhere -- the same golden fur as it has -- before offering it out.

Katie caught sight of the rabbit from the daycare theater: all the kids that were there had been ushered to the space form the play structures after one of the kids snuck his candy past Mr. Sun, ate most of it and, well... made a colorful mess once his stomach hurt.

Although it was painted out to be some sort of special trip for an Easter movie special, Katie still got bored of sitting around in one place. So, of course, she snuck away from the large majority of the other kids while everyone else was watching, clutching her Glamrock Bonnie stuffie protectively by the neck.

It was there, down one of the bright, blue corridors, that she saw the yellow rabbit. It reminded her of Bonnie, was he new? Maybe he was supposed to be some kind of cousin to the electric blue bassist. The child can't help but step closer at the offer of the new toy- it wouldn't replace her beloved Bonnie stuffie, but she loved stuffies, bunnies were her favorite fuzzy animal.
