Satoshi X Risa Endgame = Krad X Risa?

Ya know, if Risa X Satoshi is going to become canon, I bet we’re going to start getting some Risa X Krad soon. Reasoning below the read more. 

Hear me out, there’s actually some basis on this one. 

Every one of the main characters in DNAngel comes as a set. Daisuke and Dark, Dark and Krad, Krad and Satoshi, Riku and Risa, and, in some manner, Daisuke and Satoshi. 

It’s been implied recently that the lines between Dark/Daisuke and Satoshi/Krad are becoming blurred, and that those that share a body might not be as separate people as some of them profess to be. Dark, to his credit, has always called himself a part of Daisuke, instead of referring to himself like his own person. So it stands to reason that if Riku X Daisuke and Risa X Satoshi are endgame, then as Riku will have to accept Dark as a part of Daisuke, Risa will learn to love Satoshi and Krad.

And so far, Riku has recently shown signs of loving all of whom Daisuke is, given that she felt jealous when Risa and Dark were dancing. So what I think is going to happen now(if Sato Risa is truly endgame) is that Risa is going to start exploring who Dark is more, but instead of exploring the Dark and Daisuke set like her sister, she’s going to explore the Dark and Krad set, because even more than Dark and Daisuke being parts of a whole, Dark and Krad are truly two parts of one whole. There’s been some kind of foreshadowing with this - she has already told Dark that no matter what he was she’d love him.

Also, I think that the whole purpose of Riku and Risa and them being twins is  to explore the different sides of the Dark Daisuke Satoshi Krad square. While Riku has to deal with loving Daisuke, then Dark, Risa will learn to love Krad, and then, from him, Satoshi. She just fell in love with Dark first because she started off as a little erm...petty... and also tbh Dark is a lot easier to love than Krad or Satoshi would be, simply because they are a lot...harder to talk to. 

As for the full endgame I think if Satoshi and Risa are to be, then that means in the end Dark and Krad will become a part of Daisuke and Satoshi permanently. Not that I can’t see other ways of doing it, but it seems to have more flow and make the most sense to me that way, with how things are currently going. ‘Course, since Sugisaki has only completed a few manga so far, and given that the only long running one is kinda hard to find the full series for (and is really confusing at the beginning tbh), I can’t really say how her narrative flow works in the long run, so whether or not all this will actually happen is hard to say right now. Not to mention that the series has been going on and off hiatus for so long that she might decide to change up the story a little in between each hiatus due to the popularity of different pairings and such. But. Yeah.

oh, i bet it would suffice with non-graphic narration bc your style is alr exquisite that way, i'm sure you can pull it out 💖 & the angst potential, too! (u r my main inspo in angst writing do u hear me)

i can see this one happening while risa is on her episode of yearning for dark, whom she couldn't remember anymore. and because of how unbearable it is to miss someone so dearly but still lack the context, i imagine her being so helplessly fragile—depressed, even. and satoshi, although sullen about it, would keep himself intact and level-headed to comfort risa, flat on her back, helpless, tender, open with only him to help because nobody else would if not him. because he wouldn't let any man do it aside from him. the only man he'd give way to is dark, and not like he would come back no matter how bad he'd wish for it, no matter how risa would wish for it.

satoshi would feel doubtful, emotionally constipated, but once he remembers how daisuke entrusted this specific task to him, that his most trusted wouldn't give him this big of a favor for no reason, satoshi would stand unyielding.

risa might wish of death, she might wish it would be a better option, but she wouldn't. risa wouldn't die, not when satoshi's still here.

this was supposed to be Dark bc i was inspired with how @satorisa used Satoshi's dreams in unveiling his insecurity over Risa's former relationship w/ the phantom thief. but now that i think about it, Krad would suit in this context very much :O like Satoshi's deeply buried facets of insecurity over his relationship with other people is perhaps something that satisfies Krad. because in a way, Satoshi's isolating tendencies makes him more susceptible to Krad's ownership (idk what im saying but i hope i get my point across lmao)

and aaaa i love drawing eyes lately, too. and drawing wise, i take a lot of inspiration from your style :)
