Just like you can overhaul your diet for the better, you can overhaul your mind to focus on all things positive, abundant, be less stressed etc. Start small - be patient! One things at a time. I'd recommend starting with being AWARE of when you think of the worst case scenario first, or react negatively or worry- whatever it is that YOU as an individual would like to improve. Once you are aware you can swap those not so positive thoughts and reactions for more positive ones. Repeat. A lot. Once you've ailed one thought pattern, move onto the next. Repeat. Call yourself on your bullshit. What #bullshit excuses are you giving yourself to not get things done, to not do things you keep thinking about, to not do things you want to do but keep putting off. STOP. Quit putting those things off. NO-ONE can make you do what you want to do but YOU. You have to be strong here and CALL YOURSELF OUT on the bullshit #excuses you are telling yourself.
